I made an effort to visit this small restaurant, just to try their tacos. I started with Bistec Asada Volcanes & Flautas. Basically, they are chalupa-style meals, as the corn tortillas were fried and flat, but topped with a generous portion of chopped beef steal, spices, sliced avocado, and Mexican cheese. With the Medium suace, the tacos were so good, I ordered a second round, but tried the baracoa (just okay) and more bistec asada volcanes. As for ambiance, that's a big Zero, but you're there to eat, chitchat and go back to work. As I was leaving, the restaurant started filling up quickly. Most drinks are from Mexico, but no fresh ice tea, so I had water.

I had a hair appointment near by and had to pick something up for dinner. I stopped by to try and it was DELICIOUS!

This is a fantastic, quaint little taco joint. The staff is SUPER friendly! The prices are SUPER low and the food is beyond amazing. I am a big fan of street Tacos and these are incredibly delicious. It’s located off Blanco Road and 1604 and tucked away in the shopping center. You’ll pull up and probably think, hum...this is small...and out of the way...but it is so worth fighting 1604 traffic to get here. They sell their tacitos by the each up to botanas and have great lunch specials. Truly delicious!

I’ve been in San Antonio for a week and finally found a fantastic taco spot! The food was authentically amazing and Karla was on point with service! I’ll be going back for sure🙏

It seems like they don’t care and there is no attention to detail. The taco I had tonight was barely warm and it was ready in 30 seconds.

This was a last minute option for us because we were in the area and very hungry. We were not disappointed. Menu is small. You can have Volcanes (tostadas with food on top, like chalupas), tacos (quesadilla tacos) or machetes (bigger quesadilla tacos). Meat options: bistek (beef), al pastor, barbacoa, chicken, molleja (chicken stomach), chicharron (pork). We ordered some volcanes and machetes. The al pastor ones were super tasty!! Very juicy and delicious!! Some in our party ordered bistek and chicken, but we all agreed the al pastor were the tastiest. We also had aguas frescas. They have 3 options: jamaica, horchata and tamarindo. All delicious! For me what won me over was the excellent customer service we received. Being our first visit, the cashier was very helpful in giving us suggestions and accommodating our order for those with food allergies among us. When we got our food wrong, they redid it and let us keep the first wrong order. I was very impressed with their service and happy attitude. I highly recommend this place. Suggestion for restaurant: the music. Reggeton is tiring and the lyrics very inappropriate. Not quite “family oriented”.

Kept having people praise the tacos so I had to give them a try. It’s a little hole in the wall but I will say the food don’t lack no flavor or quality at all. Those probably were the best tacos and beans I have had ever in San anontio since I’ve been living here past 7 years.

Taco Blvd has the best food this side of California 😉the special beans loaded with all types of meats seasoned to perfection and the #1 on the menu 6 Taco's with a drink is my favorite 😋and the service is excellent. Y'all you must visit you will not be disappointed....

I’ve been following Taco Blvd on Instagram for awhile. We had come down to San Antonio for a long weekend. I suggested we give it a try. So the four of us made the drive to Taco Blvd. I ordered the combo of 6 tacos while my wife ordered 2 tacos. On the combo you have a choice of 2 meats. I would of liked the option of trying all 6 different tacos. Tacos were on small tortillas but they are plenty full of meat and toppings. Everyone liked the restaurant and talked about how good it was.

We had these delivered to our hotel room after we saw their reviews! Very pleased with the tacos! So much so that we went the next day to the restaurant. Not what we expected but the food was just as good.

We tried several different items. Mom liked shredded chicken and dad liked the beef taco best! Nice restrooms and cashier was very helpful!

Hidden gem of a franchise. Fried that cheese on the taco, so good! I like the kiosk only ordering, much more efficient. We shall return. See our YouTube channel Coolest Life.

So I heard about Taco Blvd from a family member that works close by & thought to myself “street tacos on the northside??? No Way!!!” Was skeptical about possibly wasting my money however, This place was soooo good!! Best street Tacos in SA hands down! Definitely worth the wait! The Quesidillias are out of this world & The Tamarindo Aguas Fresca was perfecto too! If ever in San Antonio try this spot for sure! You have to try the different hot sauces. So much flavor in every bite! Thank You Taco Blvd for surpassing my expectations!

Taco Blvd. recently opened and already has a following. My wife and I were in the area and decided to stop for lunch. My son had stopped before and told me about it. You have to look for it cause it’s among the strip mall store fronts behind Whataburger on Blanco Road. They offer a great variety of tacos either individually or on a plate. My wife ordered a pork chicharrón and I had barbacoa. The cashier asked if we wanted corn or flour tortillas. We said corn then she said the corn tortillas are the 4” mini tacos size. We looked at the menu and the corn tortilla tacos are $1.69 each. So we ordered the flour tortilla tacos for both of us. We waited 24 minutes to get our order. When we entered the restaurant, there wasn’t a line and we went straight to the cashier. There were 3 tables waiting for their food and several others already had theirs. After waiting 15 minutes, I checked on our order and was told it would be another few minutes. By this time, the daily lunch line had formed and was about 12-15 people long. When we got our order, I got a red and an orange salsa bottles. The red one was spicer and more flavorful than the orange one. The orange one was probably habanero salsa. It was hot but not a taste killer. Our tacos were well filled and included cilantro, chopped fresh onions, and avocado. Each one cost $4.59. We had a Mexican Coke for $2.29. Even though we waited 24 minutes for our food, it was worth the wait. If you go during your lunch break, I strongly recommend you phone in your order.

Alamo Ranch 1604 location Come here if you want to wait 1hr to get no food. I cancelled my order of 6 tacos after waiting for an hour. The employee lied about my order being next at the half hour mark so she had me wait another half hour to receive no food in the end. Horrible service. Do not recommend.
Great Catering Experience
We ordered 7 trays of mini tacos (takout for party) that's 210 tacos (30 per tray) for our daughters baby shower. The presentation was great and the sides were plentiful including 3 types of hot salsa, grilled onions, raw onions , cilantro, avocados, and queso fresco. The price was cheaper than the food truck at alamo ranch that does not have near overhead costs. We ordered all street tacos asada and we received many compliments from our guests . I went twice when i ordered and when i picked up and everyone was helpful and courteous. Definitely recommend . Many Thanks
