This is by far my favorite place in Brickell. The ambiance is fun yet mature. Great music, beautiful views,good looking people!

SERIOUSLY, IF YOU DON'T WANT TO PASS ANGER DON'T GO TO IT. The worst place in Miami, I live in Miami and I've been to Sugar and Tea Room a few times, and every time my experience has been terrible, I always "give a chance" to the place to take my friends, but I always pass by shame, because the service is terrible and this last time it's for me never to put my feet in this garbage place again. First, the receptionists who make the reservation at the entrance are unprepared, they don't respect anyone and still don't accept mistakes. I, who live nearby, would always go in person after 4pm to make the reservation for my friends to celebrate their birthday, but there was always a problem, because if you go with 10 people, eg, they don't accept payment with more than 3 credit cards , then you have to pay someone's bill. And this week was my birthday and I personally went to make the reservation with a blonde with long straight hair, I arrived around 5pm, I explained to her and a guy who was with me that I had a bad experience and would not want to go through any problems. , but I arrived at the agreed time on Nov 12, 2021, I found out that the girl on the reservation didn't do where I asked her to be at the TEA ROOM, but at SUGAR (I hate this place) why would I make a reservation there? She claimed that I said Sugar and not tea room and she didn't have the courage to apologize and still wanted to charge me more than what it is, because at the Tea Room you paid 80 dol and drank and ate for 2 hours, at Sugar it was consumption min out of 100... it was terrible, I don't recommend it to anyone, if you don't want to get angry, DON'T GO SUGAR / EAST / TEA ROOM Besides that the bearded manager was rude, rude saying that we were supposed to look elsewhere, imagine me with 10 guests looking for a restaurant at 10pm on a Friday? GARBAGE, DISRESPECT, WHAT DOES IT USE TO BE A BEAUTIFUL PLACE IF THE SERVICE IS BAD. SERIOUSLY, IF YOU DON'T WANT TO PASS ANGER DON'T GO TO IT.

Food is amazing, can not describe how the place its the only one with a roof top in Miami/Brickell area, the fact that you have to go in with a special door its mysterious and unique. Definitely recomending coming here.

Best bar to visit in Miami %100! Danilo never kept us waiting and we had an amazing time with great drinks and food! Would definitely recommend visiting Danilo at the bar on your visit Brickell! Place is great, Danilo's cocktails are bomb!

As a local Miami resident since 2008, rest assured this is not somewhere to go if you are visiting or reside here. I’ve spent countless nights in the best clubs and restaurants in Miami and never had a worse experience than at this establishment. After spending hundreds of dollars and having a reservation for dinner and drinks the waitress told us we had to get up from the couch, which after you pay for 2 hours of open bar is insulting. When I complained, I was then kicked out of the bar by security. Do yourself a favor, do not patronize tea room or sugar if you are visiting Miami or live here.

The mystery and anticipation makes for a wonderful experience! Behind a closed black door sits a speakeasy with an Asian twist. The 5-course evening brunch menu is very good, the all-you-can-drink extended package is worthwhile and Jose was great. The other staff were busier with playing and talking than anything else. The bathrooms were disgusting even though the place just opened! But the food - yum lobster salad, seaweed salmon roll, bang bang shrimp, dumplings and banana fosters cake was divine! It’s beautiful, the food is good but it needs an extra touch of service. The hostesses were very accommodating!!!

When I went I discovered they have this kind of secret room. It was just amazing. The view is incredible and for a moment you forget you are in Miami, you will feel you are in NY or Chicago and you will feel very fancy and classy. Can’t wait to go back.

One of my favorite speakeasy’s Miami- and definitely most high end. The mysteriously elevator up to the secret doorway gives you a thrill each time you go through to enter a beautiful, romantic, and scenic room with views of downtown Miami! If you’ve been you know- a must see!

The view it’s amazing and the vibe of this place it’s awesome !!! The staff made every effort to make it a special occasion and looked after us so well. We were given a spacious area and the food was divine. Would highly recommend this place for any occasion, special occasion or cocktails with friends ❤️

Go to Tea Room at East Hotel and have an all senses unforgettable experience. Since the first moment you get in to this elegant yet relaxed cool vibe room with the perfect music, you’ll feel surrounded by a delicious atmosphere. Pamper yourself with the Dinner Brunch, every bite is gorgeous and memorable. Food presentation is beautiful and so is the super nice staff. Congratulations and thank you for an unforgettable evening.

Came with friends to this lounge through a local's recommendation. We had a really good time! Spectacular view of the city and the great craft cocktails made you wish you had found this place earlier. Don't miss out on this!

The Tea Room is a place you won't easily forget. The incredible Miami city night lights from the 40th Floor will forever remain a beautiful memory. The red velour, dark wood furniture with the red lighting sets a sexy mood and is so comfortable. The drinks are superior and get you in a good mood quickly. The food is exotic, delicious, and beautifully presented, never mind the timetable and the price. The guests are dressed to the nines and walk fashionably past you, leaving an expensive perfume tickling your nostrils. Do get closer to the window area to see the fabulous view if you can. All in all, it was a memorable evening with excellent service and addicting ambiance. One of Miami's most popular nightspots at the top of the East hotel in Brickell.

I have to say this is one of the best spots in downtown Miami. I’m glad I finally took some time to write a review. The staff is amazing from security, hostess, and servers. Food was great to have some small tapas styled bites in between cocktails made by a highly experienced bartender Melissa she was excellent, she went above and beyond as annoying as I was being and was really able to put her creative touch to my requests. I can’t wait to go back!!

I love coming here. It always has a wonderful vibe. Beautiful people, great food, and music. It’s also very beautifully decorated.

One of those “not visible doors” place where all “smells” on VIP experience. Sitting at the bar, sipping your coctail and watching the most beautiful city panorama through the window...while, Michael Jordan is doing the same next to you Have to do it while in Miami!

I had reserved online specifically for Miami Spice, yet upon arrival the host refused to provide the menu. She said she would speak with the manager, but 15 minutes later she was busy with other tasks instead of addressing my request. I eventually had to approach the entrance and speak directly with the manager, who was standing right next to her, and he promptly gave me the Miami Spice menu. Adding to the poor experience, the host then removed the two unused chairs from our table and placed them elsewhere—without even asking permission. On a premium night such as Saturday, this behavior was both unprofessional and disrespectful. Is this really the best level of hospitality expected at your establishment?

Tea room is definitely one of my favorite places in Miami. It has such a nice an elegant environment to it and the service is wonderful. Plus the view from the place is breathtaking!

When we got to know this fabulous place for the first time, we had an unforgettable experience, in terms of service, food, entertainment, and you cannot miss the beautiful view that you can enjoy from there. I recommend a place to spend with friends and families .... I love Tea Room ❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely love this restaurant/ lounge. I went on a Friday night with friends. We initially made reservations to catch the sunset on a beautiful Friday. However, we got there and little did we know, they offered us a night brunch. I thought this was fantastic and honestly so glad we did the night brunch. It did not disappoint. The night brunch included a five course meal with free- flowing wine. You also have the option to have beer or sake or even upgrade to other cocktails. Since it was three of us, we were able to pick and try so many items from the night brunch menu. Our server Tetiana was beyond amazing. She made sure to explain how the menu worked and went over the options. She kept coming with the champagne and wine and was so attentive. The ambience was even more amazing, there was a DJ and the Tea Room was full of people. If you are going on a Friday it is definitely recommended to make reservations as it does get pretty packed. The night brunch was definitely a great option and so worth

Ladies night went wrong. Don't get fool by the host, she will tell you the $75 cover charge will be applied to your drinks’ bill, next thing you know the bartender and the manager treat you like criminals when they bring you the $200 bill and you claim what the lady at the door told you to lure you into the scam. The manager then calls the police and you are forced to pay and leave the place like you are the criminal.

The Tea Room was a huge disappointment this time. I reserved a table and had a 240 dollar dinner (for 2) which was great. But then a whole bunch of more or less rowdy younger men were let in, most of which had an attire of T shirts and jeans! When I made the reservation they told me when it goes Club one can stay after dinner if nicely dressed. WTF? My grade : D- in spite of the awesome views. The Tea Room used to be very restrictive in who gets in and had a upscale crowd.

I love the fact that they offer a late night brunch with free flowing CHAMPAGNE and a 5 course menu. Let me focus on the excellent champagne they offer - all you can drink taittinger for 2 hours. Insane. The food is AMAZING! Delicious flavors. Our server was super sweet and friendly. Great vibe with the DJ. We love, love, love the Tea room.

One of the nicer spots in Brickell. If you go early enough you can enjoy a nice, intimate atmosphere for good drinks and light bites. As the the night goes on, the place and vibes start to pick up and the party starts! Also offers a lovely view of the city from atop the East Hotel. The service is also exceptional, if you go, ask for Karina! She was our server and helped make our visit there an amazing experience.

Located in The East Hotel on the 40th Floor with one of the most AMAZING views of downtown Miami I have ever seen. The service here made the evening complete. This is MUST for anyone’s list!!
