Convenient, less than spectacular food as expected. The price is on the higher side but that is kind of the norm in this region. Unfortunately, the servers try to convince you that the tip is not included, even though there is a 20 percent service charge included. That’s is misleading and because they are in front of you waiting for you to sign an electronic device, that adds some pressure on the customer. I would ask the restaurant to either discontinue the service charge or instruct servers not to pressure customers into giving an extra tip

This is our second visit to this restaurant, and we were not disappointed. We will go back again when we visit Miami. Menu small but has lamb, chicken, steak, fish and vegetarian dishes. I took chicken. Crispy outside and very tender and juicy inside. Portion was very big. As side dish I took plantains. Small but good selection, variety, of wines by the glass. We did not take bottle. Hot tea, good selection. Overall, I would rate as 4.5 stars. Ambience was appropriate for restaurants in theater. Service was excellent and the strongest part of this restaurant. I would highly recommend visiting Teatro Restaurant At The Arsht Center.

We were here on the Restaurant's second night. Often a new restaurant will have some hiccups but not here. It's a beautiful space atop the Arsht Center. We were here for the ballet and thought this would be convenient. It turned out to be a great experience. The service was excellent and the food was extraordinary. It's a prix fixe menu. We opted for an appetizer and main course. I had the chopped salad and my partner had the shrimp cocktail. The salad was fresh and filled with a excellent variety of veggies. The Shrimp Cocktail was over a bed of vegetables and was an extremely attractive selection. For the main course I had the Cioppino which is a rich fisherman's stew. The broth was superb as was the selection of seafood. My partner had the steak and potato which also was excellent. The steak was perfectly prepared, sliced and sauced with a house made chimichurri. The potato was twice baked and included a spoonful of caviar on top of a dollop of sour cream. Looking around the room, the other entrees looked to be just as good. We didn't have dessert but judging by the looks of some of the other diners who did, the desserts were probably pretty special. If you are going to see a performance at the Adrienne Arsht Center by all means make a reservation at Teatro for a very memorable dining experience.

Went before a show. Expensive, bad and very slow service, mediocre food, small overpriced drinks that took forever to come out. Definitely not worth it

Honestly, I had heard very good things but they exceeded my expectations. First off, the service was lovely before a showing of Les Mis last Saturday. Everyone was friendly, including the folks at the front of the theater that walked us to the restaurant (hint it’s to the right on the second floor). You can walk right into theater after your meal so no stress. And pre fix makes sense given how busy they are pre show but everything we had was wonderful. NY Steak was terrific, salmon was very good, good salad and starters. We finished early so we had deserts we didn’t plan to. Coffee was a little slow but understand: right before the show they are incredibly busy but they take very good care of you. I would go again. Lovely room (if you don’t like the color red probably not your thing) and we had a nice booth. Terrific. Make reservations on weekend as they appeared full.
Good restaurant before a function at the Arsht Center.
Good restaurant for dinner or tapas before a show at the Arsht Center. The food is above average but limited menu. Designed for quick preparation. I will not order their version of oyster Rockefeller again. Service is Ok, the servers try their best.
