This is one of my staples in San Antonio for a delicious Mexican food breakfast. Their plates are good in size and always delicious. If you want a great breakfast taco they are big.

Went there with business client and was surprised.. The service and food was over the top. I would recommend to anyone and do not let the outside run you off. The building does not look great, but does not effect the food.... Try!

Excellent food..Great service.. friendly people.. clean restaurant.. beef/hot pepper plate was yummy.. husband got carne guisada and it was also yummy.. they also open very early in the AM for breakfast.. don't pass it up!!!

I've been here many times but this is the last time. Ordered lunch special. Fried fish $6.99 comes with tea. Tea tasted moldy. Asked for water, water tasted like it came from the lake. Fish was watery, fries were underdone. Tomato was underripe and lettuce was browned. Service was good, if you speak the language. Kids seated in back of restaurant echoed throughout and was difficult to have conversation.

I always get the cebolada taco which is like fajita with grilled bell peppers and onions which is always delicious, today I decided to try something different, I ordered a papa con chili plate which was potatoes cooked with jalapeno peppers, and onion served with refried beans, this was absolutely terrible, the bean were dry, must of been from the day before and the potatoes had no flavor, I tried pouring catsup to try and eat it, but instead I just left it after a couple of bites, the waitress didn't even ask, what was wrong with the plate, even though you could see that I had only taken a couple of bites, for this reason me and my family will not go back.

I work in the oilfield and some of my guys on my crew introduced me to Teran's. after the first taco I was in love. These are not your normal small tacos you'd get from a roadside stand. One of these will fill you up. The best one in my opinion is the steak al mexicana. If you are near here, or even not, I'd drive a long ways for this food, you must give it a try. You'll be coming back for more.

I travel to San Antonio for business and Terans is my absolute must go to when I am there. Fantastic food and friendly service. Even with 12 in our group we had fast efficient service and no hiccups. I always order the terans breakfast tacos to take home to Seattle. Reasonable pricing and great tasting food will keep me coming back! The Chilaquiles are amazing!

Teran’s isn’t fancy by any means, but the food is really, really good! I especially liked their house made tortillas and hot sauce. I would eat here often if I lived in the area!

Go and see gabby an the other girls for fantastic service and the best Mexican breakfast you have ever had. Bring your appetite cause the tacos are huge an made from scratch. There is a reason they have been in business for 26 years. Stop by and enjoy a San Antonio staple you will be a customer for life. 16 years for me

Have seen complaints here and elsewhere about service differing based on skin color, but not the case from what I could see. There were people of all races enjoying a wonderful breakfast when I visited, and all were given first-class service. The bright orange and green decor is surreal. I had the Huevos Rancheros with bacon and ham (also comes with refried beans and potatoes, and a tortilla for wiping up the hot sauce) for $6.95. Superb. It's a bit east of town about a mile from the AT&T Center, and the hours (4:30-1:30) make it tough to get to on a game night, but if you are driving through and hungry for lunch, make this your stop in San Antonio.

Just a small place on the way out of town. Blends in with all the other signs along the road. The food and ladies behind the counter made this my daily visit. Best breakfast tacos in town!
HUGE homemade tortillas!
Excellent food! The tortillas are homemade! I ordered the taco al carbon for $3:00! It was overflowing with beef! I ordered pico de gallo for only 89 cents and they made it fresh! My friends ordered carne guisada and it was outstanding! This was my Mexican food fix for my trip to SA!
