Fantastic food. Could be the tastiest meat we've ever eaten. Very good service. Highly recommended.

The food was good and the sitting was good. Our server, Addam, took care of all our needs, and felt perfectly how we wanted the evening to unfold.

The food was OK. The service was another story. The server (Adam) may have auditioned and failed for a comedian and he was trying to perform instead of waiting the table. We felt uncomfortable and did not enjoy the experience there.

It has been several years since my last visit to Texas de Brazil in Las Vegas NV. This visit did not disappoint. Everything from the salad bar to the meats were awesome. Everything was fresh and great tasting to include the dessert. I arrived a bit early for my 5 pm reservation (they open at 5 pm for dinner), but didn't mind the wait.

It was team building night and my coworkers had planned this evening for a month. We were a party of ten people, and everyone must be there to be seated so show up on time! [note: I would advise you to make a reservation in advance, there are usually long wait times if you don’t.] While we waited for the rest of our party, the bar was available to get some cocktails while we waited. We were seated pretty quickly once our party arrived and our waiter was Claudio, very charming. [side note: if you’re a vegetarian, the salad bar is pretty epic, many different offerings] Drinks were being made as our team went to get our side dishes. There was warm bread waiting for us at the table, so good! It was bite size rolls with Parmesan inside! The salad bar consisted of a charcuterie, pineapple carpaccio [my fave!! Perfect with the savory meats], sushi, fresh mozzarella and tomatoes, there’s even a soup bar! The meats, so many great selections and cooked to my liking, rare to medium rare. The drinks were good, the ambiance was great, food was tasty and the service made us happy. There were two birthdays at our table so they received a free dessert of their choice with a lighted candle which was another layer of great service. In the end, we left there full and happy. Ciao! Chow! :)

In town for a conference. Had group of 10. Different ages, likes, etc. Texas de Brazil succeeded expectations. First parking is free and plentiful. We had a reservation so were seated quickly. Salad /Appetizer/Hot Bar was great. Try the Lobster Bisque. Good selection of cheeses. The AuGratin Potatoes are very good. But of course it is the meats that everyone comes for and that was certainly not a disappointment! Beef, chicken, lamb - all served the way you request (rare, medium, etc). Flavorful and tender. Just writing this review makes me hungry. Finally coffee and dessert. Cheesecake, coconut pie, and creme brûlée were big hits at our table for those who chose to have dessert. Service was excellent throughout the meal. We were there a little over two hours and were never rushed. I cannot imagine where you could get better value, especially for a group with diverse tastes.

Its been years since my husband and I have been here. We used to frequent this location a lot when they first opened. The food was always outstanding as was the service. Fast forward a few years and now we are here with our children. From when we walked in, the initial vibe wasn't a good one. The receptionists/hostesses that are supposed to welcome you to the restaurant do anything but. They seem so full of themselves and look at you as if you're disrupting their day. Get over yourselves ladies, your job isn't that serious. So we're seated and introduced to our waitress who seems like she just woke up. Granted, we got there right after opening, but come on. We were asked if we'd been there before and said yes so no instruction was needed. Salad bar was decent for what it was. Lobster bisque was still as good as I remember it to be. Kids liked the bread balls and plantains. What was most disappointing was what this restaurant is known for. The meats themselves. Most of the meats fell short, some were dry and tough. Some were bland. And the ones that we did like hardly ever came around despite telling our waitress. So all in all, this visit was a dud. Initial greeting to the restaurant was cold and uninviting, as was the hostess that seated us. The waitress was probably new and the food left a lot to be desired. Being a Vegas local, I can say with certainty that there are plenty of other places you can go and spend your money at. Maybe Fogo de Chao. This place is definitely resting on their laurels and living off a reputation of what used to be.

We had a very nice Christmas Day dinner there. Meats were very good and kept coming. I especialy liked the light up sparklers that we got in our drinks, very festive as were the Christmas trees. There must have been 5 or 6 of them decorated around the restaurant. A lot of work to make a grand holiday event.

OMG...meat-o-mania! If you are into all things meat, this is the place to eat. Servers stroll the restaurant with skewers of meats of all kinds. Filet mignon, flank steak, bacon wrapped chicken, pork tenderloin, sausage...you name it and you can eat as much as you like. Don't go too heavy on the very well appointed salad / soup / sushi / meat / cheese bar at the beginning...you will be sorry!

Where’s the beef? Texas de Brazil has the beef and a lot more. Unbelievable favor!! The buffet was fresh and plentiful. We really enjoyed our dining experience. The Waite staff was personable and suggested drinks that were mouth watering. Delicious!’

This is definitely the place for a fair-sized family gathering, business meal, or a group. That is, providing everyone is a carnivore. There's no point in coming here if you don't love meat (and lots of it)...although the salads / vegetable options (which are self-serve) are as good as you can get anywhere short of high end haute cuisine. This is a fabulous eatery, with excellent service.

We have never been to such a fun place. The salad bar was overwhelming, soup was lobster bisque oh my so good. The meat carvers were very nice and came around often. We will be back next time we’re in Las Vegas.

Had a great time celebrating a friends birthday Food was excellent and atmosphere was fun When asked if I was military, I showed proper credentials and was delighted at getting a discount When the bill came I decided to use some gift cards that led me to the restaurant, when the server saw them, I was the told I could not use my military discount as there is a secret rule that you cannot have both.... so I pay face value for the gift cards and then get disrespected, by having to pay full price after server added back on my discount I will not recommend to any of my military friends as they made their point clear.... There are other places to have Brazilian Steak

It was my first time experiencing this type of format. The servers came to the table several times to offer meats even when we didn't have the card up. They wanted to make sure we're not left out since we're towards the back. The food was very good and service was fast. Everything was kept clean at the self served salad/soup area. The only complaint is Lobster Bisque soup was served with no site of Lobster bits,

Well seasoned and mostly tender/juicy meats. JUST Save room for desserts! Brazilian Cheesecake. I could just go here for this!

Excellent food, many choices of meat. Easy system to indicate if you want more meat choices brought to to your table. Professional staff. Large salad bar, soups and desserts also available. Come hungry!

The food is very good we are not big eaters so we opted for the salad bar only. Everything we tasted was great and we were satisfied. The carpet does not allow you to enjoy it even better I guess they have spilled too many liquids and over the years it has a pungent aroma that interferes with your senses to enjoy the food better. Management please do a good clean up job or completely replace that carpet.

This is a Brazilian Steak House with the skewers of meat and the stop and go method of serving. There is a salad buffet with a very good selection of salads and side dishes. The Cheesy potatoes were great. Do not fill up on the sides because the main course of meat is outstanding. Non-stop cuts of meat, the garlic steak and Parmesan Chicken were standouts. Service was good. This is a very busy place even with a reservation we had to wait. If you like this style of restaurant this is a good place to go.

We’ve eaten at multiple locations, have our favorite we visit monthly, food is always fantastic and consistent. The service at this location SHOULD be top notch, it’s VEGAS and it’s Texas de Brazil. Sadly, it’s not. Our waitress rolled her eyes when we requested a new plates so we could begin eating dinner, when my husband was looking at the dessert tray, when our celebration of our friends marriage was totally ignored AFTER she asked what we were celebrating AFTER it was made very clear at the time of reservations what this dinner was for.. Most of our party of 14 had to beg to get dinner plates after salad. Most just used their salad plates.. We were treated like we were putting her out every time we said a word to her. Left stuffed with a great meal but absolutely the worst service we’ve ever experienced at one of your restaurants.

Wonderful experience!!! The whole family loved it and the service was top notch!! The food and the service was optimum and worth every penny

If you love meats and chicken, you can't go wrong at this place. The food was very good, all of it, if you love meats. It's kind of expensive $50 per person, so if you don't like meats it will not be good for you.

Service was great in this restaurant and it looked good inside. There was quite a wide selection of stuff on the salad bar, including some quite interesting options such as grape salad. The meat was good for the most part - the waiters are very attentive, we found that the selection of meat came out very quickly and would have preferred maybe a slightly slower pace. We were given the option of calling over any meats we had missed or wanted to try again which was good. We enjoyed the meal but it wasn't outstanding compared to some of the other meals we had in Vegas

The location - awesome! The pricing - awesome (Tiks for Tonite the way to go). The food selection - not so awesome.. The wait staff - awesome! The cuts of meats I anticipated did not show up during our meal time... The bacon wrapped chicken could have been cooked a bit more (chicken chewed a bit on the rubber side).. I did not experience any illness afterwards (smiling). No filet mignon, no ribeye, no NY strip, there was, however, chicken, sausage, lamb, bacon wrapped chicken - Say Whaaat!!!

There is a salad bar option here. It is significantly cheaper not to partake of the all-you-can-eat meat option. The salad bar has awesome options. Please see the web page, the salad options are stated

Very good quality of the grilled meats served. Great selection of wines to compliment the meal. The salad bar was great as well. Was too full to even consider dessert. I definitely look forward to the next visit.

So, if you know what to expect, I don't think you can be disapointed her. Texas de Brazil is a brazilian style steakhouse. In otherwords, all you can eat. You have a buffet of greens and sides and then the servers bring around meet that they carve at your table, until you say you've had enough. We have a place like this where we live, and let me tell you, Texas de Brazil makes our restaurant look pathetic. All the food was so flavorful! I just wanted to keep eating and eating and eating, but my stomach was sooo done. This is a chain, so I highly reccomend looking for one close to you if you don't have time to go there when you are in Vegas. But, keep in mind it is pricey.

8 friends and coworkers going to have a good time. Well did not happened. Was July 10th. at 6.45PM, in Town Square Las Vegas, where after we sat down and ready for the meat. Well 10' waiting nobody comes, so, make a long story short, we had only 2 kind of meat out of 15 listed, and we had to ask for it and at the end we asked for some sausages. was bad, never go back.

Never tried them before so I ordered for delivery. Driver shows up there after about 35 minutes and screen said, "Preparing order." Driver waited 10 minutes and left. About 5 minutes later another driver showed up and it still said, "Preparing order." That driver also waited 10 minutes and left. About 5 minutes after that, ANOTHER driver showed up and it STILL said "preparing order" for ANOTHER 10 minutes. So, after THREE drivers and 75 minutes after placing my order, it was FINALLY ready....and this is from a restaurant where they don't make individual meals. They cook the meat in bulk so there's NO WAY it should have taken THAT long. Steak with bacon was really good. Lamb was tasty. The picanha was hard to cut with my knife from the fat.

We spent a long weekend in Vegas and ate at many places. This place was by far the best food we had. They had a great salad bar with hot and cold dishes (including meats, seafood and sushi) and soups. It would have been a meal all on its own. My wife and friends raved about the Lobster Bisque. The churrascaria cooked meat was prepared perfectly, was tender and savory. It is a little on the expensive side though but still worth the money.

We went here recently not realizing it was buffet style. It had an extensive salad bar with a large variety of selections. The wait staff brought different meats to our table as much as we wanted. What we ate was very good. But since we are not big eaters, it was not a good value for us. Our bill for the two of us (no drinks or dessert) was almost $100.

Our party enjoyed the evening and experience and will probably return when we visit Vegas again but for small eaters it is quite an expensive evening. The meats were delicious especially the fillet wrapped with bacon! It was nice that a dessert (ala carte) was “treated” to the birthday honoree.

Is a very very nice restaurant and their food is amazing all the meat cuts they have are just excellent, salad bar ...

My husband and I have been to a few restaurants with this style of serving before so I know the key is to PACE YOURSELF. We had a very large party and were seated promptly for our reservations. A few folks in our party headed to the salad bar and I joined them -- I could not resist -- putting a few things on my plate and as soon as we all returned, as was mentioned by a previous reviewer, the servers of meat swarm your table and your plate is full with all kinds of meat, sausage, lamb within minutes!!! The food/meat/etc... is all amazing -- well cooked, hot and tasty. A great meal -- but again come hungry - don't eat all DAY!!

Ate here with a friend. I’ve eaten here several times and it never disappoints. The food is great and the atmosphere is always nice. The service is always professional. We ate here in the middle of the week and were seated almost immediately.

Bang for the buck here you get what you pay for pricey but well worth it the staff is well trained and the food just keeps on coming until you make them stop. Lobster Bisque was to die for and the meats were exquisite, well prepared and you could choose well done or rare! We shall return!!!

Pro Tip: Don't fill up on the salad bar. I have been to Texas De Brazil several times and finally got it down. Usually what happens is people are hungry, go fill their plate with salads, appetizers etc and then aren't hungry or overeat. Don't get me wrong, the salad bar has amazing food but you are there for the plethora of meat so might as well try it all. Some of the meats offered are lamb shanks, tenderized lamb, bacon wrapped filet mignon, filet mignon, sausage, chicken, flank steak, pork and a few more that I can't even remember. I encourage you to try them all since you have the opportunity. There does come a point where you just can't eat anymore meat. That's the time to maybe have some salad or a little side to finish off the meal. They also bring you garlic mashed potatoes, bread and fried bananas as part of your meal. A few other helpful tips, if you are going for dinner, plan on having a reservation or waiting 30-60 minutes. My husband and I were there on a Monday night around 7 for dinner and waited about 45 minutes. We didn't mind as they had a bar and we went and had a drink. Also, it's $55/ person for dinner. Granted you get a lot of food but if you want to try it for cheaper, consider going at lunch. It was about $35/ person during that time. I love this restaurant and would highly recommend it, unless you're a vegetarian, then consider the juice bar at the Hard Rock.

I went there twice! It's affordable and is the best way to spend money for dinner. Service excellent. Meat over the top. The best meats are Top Sirloin and Flank Steak. Excellent. Attention to the appetizers: do not take too much of them, or you will loose space for the meat! A must in Las Vegas.

We were excited to eat at this restaurant after reading the terrific reviews. We previously have dined at Fogo de Chao more than once and thought we would give Texas de Brazil a try. The disappointment began when we walked through the door. The restaurant was noisy and jam packed with people. We were seated at a table which was basically back-to-back with others. We visited the salad bar, which was fine. When the time came to eat our main course, I was informed that we could get our own plates from the salad bar. Really? At nearly $60 per person, I don't want to bus my own table. The steak choices were limited, flavorless, rare, and fatty. The pork tenderloin was cold and tasted bad. The parmesan crusted chicken was subpar. The lamb was burnt and also fatty. We were never offered the filet or higher quality meats. The rolls were underdone, and when we told the server, he basically laughed and went on. In the end, the manager only charged us for the salad bar and gave us free dessert, but the dinner was a major disappointment. We'll look forward to our next visit to Fogo de Chao, where we can have a quiet, high-quality, and delicious meal.

It's defenitely one of the best Brazilian restaurants I've visited. Great food, great service, lot's of everything. Can only recommend it!

Nice food, ambience and drinks. Unfortunately our server for the night was rude to us when we changed our mind about desert and requested new plates and cutlery back again for more dinner instead. He rolled his eyes many times and then stood at our table and lectured us that we messed his train of thought up etc (passive aggressive).. very rude.. I asked him if I’d upset him and said that if I’m paying $300 for a meal for 4 I think I’m entitled to change my mind whenever I like. He got minimum tip.. would rather have given him no tip but that’s the good old USA.

They just don't walk around offering slabs of beef, they take the time to get to know your likes, tries and how you like your meat cooked.

We wanted a Brazilian Steakhouse in town, and two locals recommended Texas de Brazil. Their recommendation, and ours will add to the list of satisfied guests. Pace your selves folks, this is all about the meat. Start with some nice veggies, but save for the ample servings of a variety of beef, pork, lamb, chicken and sausage. Our favorite was the flank steak that melted in our mouths. Great! Staff were attentive at every step of our meal. enjoy.

The restaurant is not on the strip but I really recommend you all should go try. The price is right. It serves much better food than restaurants that served food in the Mandalay Bay yet cheaper and all you can eat. We went there for lunch. There are choices of salad bar only for $19 and salad bar and meat for $32. That’s if you choose salad bar only you can go get any item on the salad bar, all you can eat. But if you choose to have meats too it’s all you can eat as well. I am not a big meat eater and can’t remember all the meat names. But gosh all items on salad bar are delicious. We managed to try pretty much everything. Here they use a card to flip as to show if you are ready for more meat. The red means stop for now. Green means I am ready for more meat. The runners will come with different choices of meat such as flank steak, filet mignon, pork bbq, beef bbq, and lamb. We managed to try everything they have to offer. It’s is deeeeeeeeliaciousssssssssssssssssss. I ate to the point that I could not eat anymore. The restaurant itself is trendy and good decor. I would recommend you all should go have food there at least once if you are in Vegas.

Excellent dining with friends (work travel). The server, Adam, did a wonderful job explaining the features of the restaurant and a great personality. With the restaurant being “off - the Vegas strip”, this led for a more relaxed (even though an energized atmosphere) place to dine and work with friends.

At the suggestion of a friend we spent an early evening here celebrating a birthday. The meat selection includes up to 13 different cuts, I tried em all. Good service and excellent food led to a great time.

We have been here before and used to love it. Not anymore. The service was extremely slow. The restaurant was very loud. The meat options were lacking compared to other locations. It was a chore to have our water refilled or to receive clean plates. At once point we had five plates dirty plates on our table and there were only 2 of us. Food: Not prepared as presented, Meat was consistently under done, shrimp was not deveined, potatoes were watered down. The restaurant did not seem clean and when I went in the restroom it was filthy. Trash all over the floor, dirty stalls, filthy. We have been to other locations, this one cannot compare to them.

This is an unusual restaurant. They walk around with skewers of different kinds of meat, there must have been 6 or 7 kinds, and cut or remove the cuts you want at the table. There is also a very good salad bar and some things like cheese bread and mashed potatoes are brought to your table. Of the meats I tried I liked the flank steak and sausage the best. Yummy. The ribs were my least favorite, dry, stuck to the bone, and in need of some kind of sauce. These are personal preferences, your experience may vary. The staff was very friendly and the service was great. The prices were steep, about $70 per person plus tip, but worth it for a special occasion. This is not a place for a vegitarian and doesn't pretend to be. If in Vegas again I'd go back in a minute.

My wife, kids and I had lunch prior to returning from our Southwest trip back to California. The quality of the food and service did not disappoint. My wife and I had our eye out for fillet mignon and lamb chops. The waiter made it a point to let the guys know and they cane back several time with our favorite meats. I think it was a fair price for lunch and liked that kids only pay $5. Great place. We’ll be back when we return to Vegas for sure!

it is a endless variety meat Brazilian steakhouse , from Chicken to lamb , beef and sausages 100 % for sure , it is not for Vegetarians it is MEAT Carnivores heaven , lot of parking , very spacious and relaxing dinning room , we have reservation for eight of us and the staff very friendly and helpful , salad bar nicely well stocked and clean , the order method is placing Green sigh for more meat and Red sigh is No more Meat on the tablet , I told Ling it is not dinner , it is a Feast ! plus so many side dishes on the tablet the friendly staff with skewers full of variety meat and walking around and sliced your flavour meat in front of you at the tablets , very unique ! they are not cheap , the meat keep coming out from the kitchen just amazing me , our sever so friendly and attentive and I told him I love Lamb better then any things else , Oh Boy ! Oulola ! Ouloia ! he keep bring me lamb every chance he got , my next flavour is the Sausages , not a good quality meat , but tasty and flavourful very impressed with the food and service , I just like a cat among the pigeon talking upset stomach , it worth every bite , so if you visiting Vegas and getting sick of Buffet , this is the place to try ! it is fun , it is meat heaven !

Nice staff. Sometimes you had to wait quite some time for the meat. Too expensive for us as we could not eat ore than one salad and three times served meat (small pieces). So you need to have quite an appetite to fell the price was fair. But the food tasted all right. But it would have been nice if you could buy a light version.

Since we didn't get enough with stuffing ourselves on Thanksgiving, the family chose to dine currascaria-style at Texas de Brazil. We've been to the other similar restaurants in Vegas, but this one is the best of them. Sitting close to the kitchen means the meats are piping hot, so we continued to gorge ourselves. Diet starts Monday. The only complaint we had was the layout with the front doors being so close to our table - we got chilled every time someone walked in our out. Good thing our bellies were full to keep us warm!

The place is amazing the food is delicious the spices are right the customer service is awesome in the place is immaculate

Great place to experience Brazilian bbq meats! Eat it all at a good pace though. Don’t rush. Stay away from the buffet table though. That will fill you up really quick (of course that’s what the restaurant wants) and you will miss out on the reason why you visited this kind of joint. The meats! lol And most of all, never turn that chip over to show red. You probably won’t turn it back over to green. Enjoy!

Amazing assortment of meats delivered to your table. Filet, pork, sirloin, prime rib! Ample salad bar and nice desserts. Great food and very “ selling” service.

Was seated after a 10 minute wait. Our waitress (Tatum) was awesome. She kept the meats coming at a good rate. Love the picanha and beef ribs were the best for me. A little crowded but not noisy. Will be back

The steak all you can and salad all you can concept was perfect! I love everything here. The food, the drinks, the location and ambiance. I love the side dishes and the service too! MUST TRY! Will definitely go back here!

Well if you scroll down to 10 years ago almost to the day, you will see I reviewed TdB at that time. So instead of boring you of what the deal is let me talk about the changes now that we are in a post covid churrascaria setting. The restaurant was very busy and looked very well upkept and clean. It seemed they were a bit thin on gauchos (waiters) and meat offerings going around. Being a churrascaria lover I can suggest to make your visit better. 1) Don't fill up on carbs at the salad bar area. 2) Pass on the meats you don't care for (for me it is the sausage). 3) When they come to your table ask for a second piece/take 2 of whatever 4) Ask your main waiter early for meats you might really want that you dont see (For us it was lamb chops, lamb picanha and filet mignon.) They will have them brought to your table when available. 5) The birthday email/club now only gets you 20 dollars off when it used to give you a free meal. (This deal can also be achieved by purchasing discount cards up front at a costco if you are a member). Other than the slow flow of meats and discounted birthday deal everything was good and as tasty as ever. Not much changed in 10 years. Good luck on another ten years. BTW Lunch is the same at a discounted rate. See prices on website. This can make for an expensive evening if you are not aware of the pricing but well worth it if you can throw down on a meat fest.

If you are a meat lover, you cannot pass on Texas de Brazil, amazing experience tasting different types of meat and different cuts! Very nice selection of sides and salads, and you gotta try the lobster bisque, so delicious! Prices are ok considering you’re in Vegas, so worth your money!

Worth getting the gift card! The food and staff were terrific. I've dined at Texas De Brazil in Chicago a few times, the Las Vegas location is no different. Friendly staff, great food and plenty of parking if you drive. Get the gift card, book your group and enjoy!

Meat was either way overcooked or very bloody and raw, everything was over spiced. Felt like I was eating salt rocks for most of the meal. Will never return. Salad bar was good and the waiter was good. Hostess was awful no smile, looked like she did not want us there.

Meh. We came for anniversary dinner since they're open for dine-in. Doesn't work well for them. Since the salad buffet is closed, they give a slip of paper and you check off what to bring from the salad bar selection. It doesn't come very fast and it wasn't complete. The meats came before the salads, but the bacon-wrapped chicken and sausage came around 3 or 4 times before the better cuts started. It was very clear they were pushing the cheap meats. The better cuts hardly came around, but I could fill up on chicken and sausage. The servers not very attentive, perhaps because they're not used to serving you under the traditional Brazilian steakhouse model (where you get it yourself). I'm gonna wait a long time before coming back.

Very nice experience. Food was excellent and the SERVICE was cruise ship class. Anything you wanted needed or asked for was prompt with the manager over seeing you were satisfied completely. In the Syracuse Utica area including nice casino restaurants I have not seen better service anywhere!

Genuinely terrible. I took my leadership team for a celebratory dinner to recognize their hard work this year. The reservation was for 23, but we ended up being only 16. For some reason we were seated at two different tables. Less than ideal for a single gathering. Off to the salad bar and while we are trying to enjoy our salads, the men with the various meats come every few seconds. Not ready yet. When we are ready, they are few and far between. One table was visited by the guys with the filet mignon and those delicious Brazilian sausages. My table was not. When the lone waiter asked if anyone wanted any more of these things, I asked him if the guys with the sausages and filet mignon could please come by. 40 minutes later, neither had and he asked if we wanted dessert. I'd like to actually eat dinner before I/we think about dessert. Remember when we talked about the sausage and filet mignon guys 40 minutes ago?! When might they stop by? And he looked me in my face and told me they had. Excuse me, I think I would know if I had seen and eaten those things. So sausage guy does actually come and gave me a single little sausage. 10 minutes later, and everyone is ready for dessert by now, filet mignon guy comes by with a single, tiny, bite sized burnt nub at the top of his skewer. Filet mignon? Are you kidding me? The "menu" is very misleading as well. Herb marinated pork loin = never saw it. Filet mignon wrapped in bacon = never saw it. Chicken breast wrapped in bacon = never saw it. Parmesan crusted pork loin = never saw it. Beef ribs = never saw it. Lamb picanha = never saw it. Lamb chops = never saw it. Garlic picanha = never saw it. Regular picanha and spicy picanha could have been good, but were tough. Flank steak guy came by 15 times. It was the one thing not overcooked. I had never been to Texas before and I will never be back. Not in my personal life, and I will certainly never bring my office here again. Fogo has better food, better service, a better salad bar and a better wine list. Do not waste your time or money at Texas

The salad bar is very good. The lobster bisque is excellent. The cheeses are good. However, most of the meats are tasteless and chewy. One chunk of the filet mignon is tough. Difficult to cut even with the steak knife.

cool beans and brilliant service of Kelvin it's unforgettable because Kelvin always check in my table big thank you

I didn't hesitate to take a group of friends to the Texas de Brazil while we were in Las Vegas last week for a competition. We all love the food and service at the one in the OC and we found the same superb food and service at the one in Las Vegas. Want your meat done a little more or one of their other meat specialities--they bring it. Want more fried plantains or cheesy puff bread--no problem. Need another drink--right away. The lobster bisque soup was superb as always. Several of us really like it the best. and I'm still wondering how they make the thin slices of grilled pineapple taste so good. Good salad bar and great meat. The only down side is that It can be a little noisy.

Gluten free/ Dairy free heaven - thanks to Marina Rozini I am singing the praises of texas de brazil and especially our server, marina rozini, for making our lunch there one of our best meals out in the last year! It's a rare event for me to be able to eat out due to my inability to eat gluten and dairy. I had offered to take my husband to lunch wherever he wanted to go and was fully prepared to drink water while my husband dined. All that changed when I met marina. She was completely on top of the selections that I could eat from the meats and the salad bar. More importantly, her answers to my questions demonstrated that she really knew what she was doing and it would be safe for me to eat there. Marina even went back to the kitchen and spoke to the chef to double check on any items that also contained dairy. She brought the list out to my table where I could simply take a picture with my phone and I was off to the salad bar and knew what meats I could eat. Perhaps this is the standard procedure at Texas de Brazil, but I can assure you it is not the norm. I have had many experiences where a server will say that something is gluten free, but after questioning further, it will be obvious they don't really know what to watch out for (a big example is soy sauce in a marinade). In addition, servers usually are hesitant to do the extra work, and their attitude completely drains the dining experience of the joy that one looks forward to when sharing a fine meal with loved ones. Marina didn't treat me like a challenging customer, she treated me like family. Our lunch there was spectacular and ranks as one of the top 4 meals in the world that we have been able to enjoy since I was diagnosed (and we travel extensively). We are looking forward to visiting Marina again soon at the Las Vegas restaurant and also visiting other locations with family (many members have the same dining restriction). Marina has made us into huge fans of Texas de Brazil in Las Vegas - thank you SO much!

Long time residents of LV and this location is not very convenient for us, but decided to try it for a very special birthday. Wow! The price is about five to ten dollars more than it should be and certainly more than our last visit. This location caters to tourists from all over and not local residents and explains the higher than expected price. The service was just....odd. The waitress seemed insecure and not super interested in serving us. After going up to the salad bar, we noticed the only meat being served was sausage. Then, about five servers came by and quickly offered meats to diners in our vicinity, nothing to us. We finally told the waitress that we wanted to try some meat offerings and she did ask which ones we would prefer. Salad bar was okay, seemed to have fewer choices than our last visit. Lobster bisque was good, but not hot. The meat! No filet or chicken breast with bacon, never came around. No lamb chops and no pork loin. However, the sirloin was offered up at least ten times. Hmm...seems they are fixed on offering the less expensive cuts of meats. All meat servers seemed almost robotic when they approached the table and they were so quick to hand off the food without any pleasantries. The pork ribs were not tender, almost tough to chew and the pork was dry. Disappointing meal. Too expensive, service was strange and the lack of offerings mentioned above was just a bait and switch tactic.

Churrascheria, the meet is very good, but the service need to be improved. The wine list war outdated, and there weren't some of the bottles present in the menu. after the firs round of meet we had to ask a couple of time to have some other. in general good restaurant. But for the brice the service could be better.

We just left the restaurant and I will come back. My daughter treated me and my wife about 4 years ago and she came in to visit us with her daughter and husband. We returned to the restaurant and once again we ate royally. I made reservations thru Open Table and got there about 5 minutes early. The staff welcomed us got us a good table. Our server, Rachel, was very attentive and accommodating. My granddaughter, who is a picky eater wanted grapes which weren’t at the salad bar and Rachel made it happen. Then the meal began. If you’ve eaten at a Brazilian restaurant, you must be ready when the meats come around. I made the mistake of getting a generous salad and appetizers (not a big mistake). But the different offerings were cooked excellently. The steaks, filet mignonette, bacon wrapped chicken, and shrimp were superb. The sides of cheeses bread, mashed potatoes and sautéed bananas were also great. The four adults tab plus my granddaughter’s apple juice was about $228. Sunday price for dinner is $52 each. Parking is plentiful, due to where the restaurant is located at Town Square.

We just "happened" upon this place, because everywhere else was packed for lunch. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The food was great & the experience even better.

This place has beautiful decor, but all I have to say is come hungry. You are surrounded by staff coming from everywhere with different choices of meat and I loved it. Every choice of meat was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. They also start you off with their open salad bar and bread, but don’t let that fill you up. You are there for the meat 😂😂😂

This is a GREAT restaurant- the food is great but you been to bring a big appetite. The ambiance is excellent and the wait staff very attentive.

If you haven't dined Brazilian style, you are missing a meat taste treat. All sorts of meats provided, delivered to your table. Servers slice off your selected choices in an all-you-can-eat fashion. Sample all the meats, or keep requesting your favorite. Delicious. Our server was attentive, making certain we had drinks and rounding up our preferred meat servers. The price for the all you can eat is steep, but if you are hungry, well worth it.

We ate here yesterday and my opinion remains the same. It's a glorified buffet with subpar meats served continuously by men. Is it novel? Yes, but the meat just isn't very tasty and getting them served over and over gets old. I may be wrong here but I just find the whole dining experience to be frustrating as well as not as satisfying as a regular steakhouse. Nothing they served yesterday stood out as excellent or a must return item. It was just an elevated level of buffet to me.

I’ve been to many Texas De Brazil restaurants. The only reason this is not my favorite is because it is not my home restaurant (Memphis). It’s a short trip from the strip but a great reason to get away from it. Looking forward to returning in October so that I can get my revenge. I will admit, they made me tap out quicker than normal. It was my birthday and our waiter sent everyone to our table first. Then had the nerve to bring a slice of cheesecake that too 4 people to consume. I had no idea about military discounts until he recognized my debit card and applied a discount to our entire meal. He didn’t have to do that, so I gave him that extra in the tip.

I have visited other Texas de Brazil restaurants but the location on South Las Vegas Blvd. in Las Vegas, NV is one of the BEST I have seen! With Vegas being a world class city, the Texas de Brazil is right at home in this town. The service was EXCELLENT!!! The server was very attentive (even while handling a busy seating area) and made sure that the meats were cooked the way we wanted it. Other Texas de Brazil restaurants didn't do this simple thing. She even sent a gaucho back to cook the garlic steak more until it was well done to our tastes. She was also very personable and funny! The atmosphere is great whether for family or a date. Didn't taste a single item on the salad bar that I didn't like. The marinated heart of palm was the best I ever tasted! Finally, the restaurant is nicely located in an upscale shopping plaza just south of the Vegas Strip. Just one recommendation.....Please go hungry!

First of all I want to thank our friends Sara and Moheb who advised us with this amazing place The food is so much tasty The dessert is so delicious The atmosphere is amazing The cleanliness is perfect Above all of that The staff can’t describe how friendly and decent and helpful they are Specially our host JOEL Many thanks dear you made this experience remarkable

I love this restaurant! Dined there for my other half's birthday! Love the selection of meats and the deserts are always tasty!

Had dinner at Texas de Brazil in Las Vegas last night. It was awesome. The Churascuria barbecue is excellent. They have a huge salad bar , then the servers bring a wide variety of barbecued meats to select from. You will not leave there hungry.

Don’t fill up on the salad bar which is great. You want to leave room for great tasting meat. The desserts are big and good as well. Cocktails were tasty too. The service is great and I would recommend for anyone that likes Brazilian steakhouses.

If you are a Meat Eater, you are going to love this restaurant. Everything, from the salads, soups & sushi to the Prime Cut varieties of meat. Mixed Drinks, Wines & Sparkling Water with endless types of Meats offered over and around your party. The Service is top notch and Friendly and their Meats are absolutely cooked and seasoned to perfection! If you can, try to save some room for dessert, you’ll be happy you did!

Have really enjoyed this place many times over the last few years. Favorite Brazilian grill of all! Fabulous salad bar & meats along with great service. Ya gotta have the lobster bisque- best I’ve had anywhere!

I cannot believe I am just writing a review for this restaurant! I am a fan of Texas de Brazil, and have been for years. It's a Brazilian churrascaria, a method of serving grilled and flame-broiled meat dating back to the 1800's. Servers come by with filet mignon, prime rib, lamb, ribs, sausage, chicken, pork, and more beef every few minutes on skewers, and they place some on your plate. (Or you assist with your personal tongs). You are given a little token with two sides, one "red" to say you've had enough for now. And one "green" to say, "Sure, bring me some more!" You also can avail yourself of the salad bar, which is quite extensive. Everything from potato salad, to salami, to shrimp, to cheese, and yes, real salad and vegetable items, too, are there. There is also a hot soup station. If you want, you can order dessert, if you possibly have more room after that. The entire meal is around $33 for lunch, excluding tax and gratuity. At dinner it is more like $63. Keep in mind that drinks and dessert are not included. So, though it feels pretty casual, it is a bit of a splurge meal. I like it here. The decor is dark and cavernous, but not somber. You could dress up or down. The mood is usually upbeat, and service is friendly. There is a bar, but it's almost an afterthought. Though they may have some kind of a Happy Hour, you should come for the main course, the churrascaria! My only criticism is that bread on the table can be a bit hard and salty. And it's quite loud in there, and the chairs are a bit uncomfortable. Sometimes there is also a log jam with the meat arrivals, and other times a lull. But mostly it's just fine. Definitely the best of the Brazilian steakhouses here in town. It's located at Town Square, a chic village-style mall, at the southernmost end of the Strip, so there is plenty of parking. Obrigado!

Be clear before you go, this is Brazilian rodizio with a (great) salad bar. No other menu choices! Our server Christoph was a pleasure. He gets high marks all around. Our experience did take a downturn due to the rudeness of one of the rodizio servers (or gouchos) was servering me filet wrapped in bacon. I indicated I wanted several pieces and he got rude, basically taking some sort of affront that I wanted to take more than one piece, then saying "are you sure you don't want more" (with mega attitude) after I signalled him to stop. This really put a huge damper on the evening. When this was mentioned to Christoph he didn't seem phased, so I would ding him a little for that. All of the above said, the food was great, especially the filet wrapped in bacon. I would only recommend that the restaurant offer a separate meat based menu as many rodizio establishments I have frequented.

We came on a Saturday evening to celebrate two family birthdays in a party of 12. We had 5pm reservations and when we walked into the lobby, it was jammed packed with people waiting to be seated and I understand why. If you've never been to a Brazillian-type restaurant and love to eat meat, this is the place for you. After we were seated, our waiter Julius came over and explained how the establishment was set up and took everyone's drink orders. We then went to the soup and salad bar and once returning to our tables, turned over the discs which communicated that we were ready to receive meats like flax steak, filet mignon, etc but my favorite was the grilled shrimp. By the time the dessert tray came, I could not eat another thing and that's alright. Both birthday people received a slice of cake with a lit candle. With only drinking water, my bill came out to $56.28 and I left a $10 tip. Now I don't recommend eating out like this every week, but when you want a good meal and are really, really hungry, this is the place.

*** Read my review for tips *** Texas de Brazil is an all you can eat steakhouse served Brazilian style. Meats are cooked over an open wood fired flame and served table side. The meats are seasoned and charred to perfection, and every bite is mouthwatering for more! There's a table coaster with a green (keep the meats coming) and red (no thank you) side. As long as the coaster is faced with the green side up, the meats will continue to rotate. Also included is a buffet styled salad and soup/side bar. Desserts can be ordered for an additional cost. There is also a full cocktail bar lounge. *Tip 1 - Check Costco online or at one closest to Texas de Brazil in advance for discount giftcard offers. You pay $78.99 for two $50 giftcards ($100 value)! *Tip 2 - Because of the steakhouse ambiance and $$$ price, I recommend Texas de Brazil more for couples and special celebratory occasions vs a family with kids. *Tip 3 - Make reservations in advance, otherwise the wait can be from 45 min to over an hour during peak times. *Tip 4 - Join their online eclub membership for exclusive offers. Texas de Brazil by far has the BEST tasting food by far in comparison to other similar Brazillian style restaurants. A definite come back! 👍

Best meal yet. The food was seasoned perfectly and cooked to perfection Don’t miss this place on your next visit to Vegas. Make reservations! And come very hungry

I’m Portuguese and in Lisbon we have very good Brazilian restaurants. I must say that in this place the meat is very good. They don’t try to fool you. Good quality meats are all time passing by. Recommended if you want to eat a fine bbq.

Great Lunch!! Decided to have a big lunch at Texas de Brazil on a Friday Afternoon. The Food and Meats were great and my server Gabby was awesome!! Definitely will be back!! Thanks Doc703

The restaurant was very nice. It was well staffed. The staff were very attentive. The antipasto table presented itself well. All items looked great and appetizing. The only negative was some of the meats were slightly over cooked but still tasted great.

Our New Year's Day dinner at Texas Brazil was awesome. The servers were attentive. As soon as we were seated, they came to our table and ask us if we had been there before. My husband and I answered "yes we had been here several times before the COVID" but it was my son and family's first time here. He gave us a sheet of paper and told us to check all the items we have to order from the salad bar and will bring it to our table compared to before COVID where you can go to the salad bar where you can choose yourself and the green/red circle sign to turn it green to ask for more food and red for stop. After that, came to the side dishes like bread, sweetened banana and bread andsoon servers came with different choices of steak like filet mignon, flank steak, Brazilian sausage, steak with garlic, chicken, pork steak, etc, and keeps on coming. They were all good, we couldn't keep up with servers keep coming to our table that we have to turn the circle stop! The head server and maybe a manager kept on coming to our table and ask us how we were doing and we answered, "the food is good!" One tip to remember If you have to order drinks like "sangria" you might want to order a pitcher because it's cheaper than ordering by the glass. Because of social distancing where 4 people are only allowed in one table, the tables would have been larger, 4 people seated in one table is too small what with the amount of plates, glasses, etc. put in a small narrow table. A party of six was split in two tables, the first table was seated with 4 people and the second table was distanced 6 ft on our side, with two people. Before COVID, their bathroom was clean, but this time, toilet paper not being flushed (it's supposed to be automatic as soon as you move away from the toilet but it didn't come automatic, toilet paper not being monitored (missing toilet paper in toilets, and sink bubbling with soap suds. Except for these things I mentioned above, the dinner was excellent and hopefully the COVID will be gone and back to normal!

This is a Rodizio style restaurant where they come around to your table with varying cuts of meat. Most of the meat is cooked medium which is not my cup of tea. Difficult to get a well done piece of meat unless of course you have the chicken, sausage or pork. The bacon wrapped chicken was very good by the way. They also have a buffet style station where you go to get your salads, veggies, rice, seafood and soup. Very good selection. Overall the food was good, service was good, but was a little pricey considering I was not able to get well done beef although I mentioned it twice. It costs about $53.00 per person. They do, however, offer a discount for children so just ask.

Food was amazing. Fast and friendly service. Got there when it opened and the meat never stopped. Food was very well seasoned.

Every piece of meat that was brought to our table was delicious! We enjoyed the large salad bar as well. The restaurant was clean and had a great atmosphere. We would definitely come back again!

Been to other Texas De Brazil restaurants-this one was adequate but not exceptional. Meat was all medium-rare. Medium would have been a little better. Also no fried potatoes/chips as with most other brazilian rhodizio places.

We really liked this restaurant and you will not go away hungry. That is guaranteed. We enjoyed the lamb chops the best along with the salad bar, which had a variety of things to try and enjoy. The chimichura was top notch here also. Caipirina is good here. We thought a couple of the cuts of meat could have been a little better. Definite thumbs up if you enjoy grilled meats.

We were 14 persons having a wonderful dinner Brazilian style with all kinds of delicious grilled meat with a wide variety of Salad buffet and a very distinguished lobster soup.. We enjoyed dinner and the atmosphere very much and a very high standard of service. Tks Mohamed relzanaty. Egypt

We ordered for pick up. Food was good but we weren't sent with silverware or napkins. It was put in a nice paperback and stapled.shut to.show security which I liked. The containers the food came in where nice. I got the salad and Jamine rice. Rice had something in it but was good. My significant other had a meat of potstoe platter which he enjoy3d

We had our wedding dinner here and the staff was outstanding. It’s one of the few restaurants that we have never had a bad meal or been disappointed in. Beef rib and lamb chops are our favorites. We’ve been to several Brazilian restaurants and this is by far the best one.

Be sure to go to the place VERY hungry....Vegans may not like this place, but the salad bar is EXCELLENT...PS-don't load up on the salad bar....you'll need room in your stomach for the endless parade of excellent meats

This was my first time eating here but will Definitely not be my last. The salad buffet was fresh and outstanding selections. Red grapes in sour cream different but refreshing and lobster bisque was outstanding. The meat selections were great variety and perfectly cooked . Baked Bananas with cinnamon as a palate cleanser were excellent. Returning in November can’t wait . Good meal good value !

I have been in several time and it is amazing the way they have improve the services and everything.Any meat we tasted was like the grandmother recipe. My waitres Tatum was kind of laborious ant around us if I could this time I would give then 10 star instead 5.

Usually the place is fantastic. This visit wasn’t as enjoyable as in the past. The meats kept coming it it was the same three. We finally had to ask our waiter for others. The Gouchos would come into the room we were in and had sort of a pattern to the table they served. I guess we weren’t part of that. They skipped past us a bunch of times. We’re not sure if we will go to the Las Vegas Texas de Brazil again.

Be ready to eat! This place was great. The servers are walking around offering you different types of meat and you want it all! You really need to visit this restaurant when you are very hungry. There is so much food and going there with a very small appetite would not be good because you won't enjoy it all.

My son and I along with his friends at here for Easter brunch. Needless to say you do not leave this place feeling hungry. The food on the average was truly flavorful with many different cuts of meat. They were all cooked to my liking although I limited my intake. They have an outstanding salad bar and believe it or not the bulk of my meal was from the salad bar. I ate Salmon because I am on a special diet. It tasted fresh. I also ate some cuts of beef in small portions. I have no complaints. Our table of 8 was satisfied and left without complaints. Service was outstanding, attentive, and efficient. I highly recommend it..

It is our last night in Vegs , her uncle insist take us out for dinner at the Texas de Brazil also he knew I am a super fussy meatatarian , very popularity with locals and tourist and reservation must , place all way packed , very casual relaxing ambiance , what a incredible Salad Bar , variety salad , Salami and Prosciutto and many many more , it is a meal by itself , if you a meant lover this is your paradise , eat till you drop ! I am like a cat in the pigeon cage ! endless cut of variety meat like Beef , Chicken , Lamb , Ribs plus sausage also there is a lot of selection from the kitchen , all the meat is delicious and nicely seasoning special the lamb chop and the Ribs , cooked to perfection not the best quality meat , but for Brazil steak grilling , good enough , excellent service , so many staff walking around to your tablet with juicy different choices of meat , truly unique with the word Eat Till you drop ! the best of all , no time limit , never feel been rush at all , lovely place for special occasion , highly recommend , Lunch is $ 44.99 Dinner is $60.99 . looks every one enjoyed their meat , plus Uncle was pleasantly and amazing I ate so many Lamb Chop ! looking forward coming back here in December !

The food and atmosphere is always great! The Hostess Stephanie was amazing! She is definitely a great employee to have upfront representing your restaurant!

excellent , 5 stars all night, literally great cuts of all kinds of meats! the flank steak was the best ever! Salad bar 3 stars. A must go for meat lovers. The atmosphere was upbeat very well thought out .Had a hiccup @ the bar gin and tonic came with water ran out of tonic? everyone else had perfect house drinks. If at all possible save room for desserts all are 10's. had the key lime pie great.Cappuccinos were excellent too!service was over the top maybe 1or 2 too many intrusions ? they were trying too hard to please(I don't know how they split up the tip with so many different servers! This is must go!!!

It is my son favorite restaurant ever. The way and type of meat there is different. I always search for its branch wherever I travel. Love the staff friendly way and care.

great reastaurant great food great service from nikki and marvin and the manager is so kind mr jofel all the staff is accomodating thank so much guys

Salad Bar is superior, the endless parade of top notch meats is to die for. You really need to split portions and take small pieces or you will be totally full 1/2 way through. Don't worry, they will keep coming back if you want to try everything. Great place for couples, parties or date nights. Would be wise to make reservations.

This is about the meat and the best part other than all of it being tender, well seasoned and tasty, it is brought to your table. You set the pace with a disk that is green on one side and red on the other. This is definitely a meat lover's paradise. There is a tempting salad bar with so many delicious offerings that you'll be tempted to get over involved with the choices. Keep your head, save your appetite for the meat. Restaurant is busy, make the reservation and go have a great time.

A wonderful experience with unlimited food. The selection at the buffet was overwhelming and the meat that they bring to the table is so filling and plentiful. When you keep the card on your table "green" the meat just keeps coming. The cost is a bit pricy however. It's not a place I'd go to often unless it were for a celebration.

We always try to stop in for lunch. This time, it was lunch, but on the weekend. We didn't realize the price was just about a dinner price rather then the convenient lunch price. Price wasn't the matter, it's one of our favorite places to dine. What was an issue was when we showed up (with a reservation) and the hostess looked at us like we weren't going to be helped. She looked at the other hostess and glared eyes that made it seem we weren't good enough. The food was excellent as always. Our waitress was most perfect. She knew we wanted a few certain cuts and she made sure it came right out to us.

Good place !! Some rules are different from Miami for example they don’t offer a wine or beer included with the table but the food, service and staff was very good. Nice and comfortable place

We were gifted with our visit and will definitely return to Texas de Brazil. The food was wonderful. They have an outstanding salad bar with items you don't typically find on other salad bars. The hot sides included a fish soup, which was excellent. We tasted many of the meats and naturally if you like steak the filet mignon was tender and very good. They have also added shrimp to the meat choices and it was excellent. Overall, we loved the place and will definitely take out of town visitors as the experience is worth it. Not to mention the service we had was excellent. For pricing, the meal is inclusive for salad bar, meats, and hot sides with soft drinks. Bar drinks are separate and reasonably priced. Dessert is also separate and reasonably priced.

Enjoyed the great selection of grilled meats and fresh items from the well stocked salad bar. However, I was expecting a more intimate ambiance for a quiet dinner. It is very, very noisy and the tables are very close together. Servers kept bumping into tables. For $52+ a person, I was expecting a more relaxed environment where I could have a nice romantic dinner with my spouse. Food is great. But noise may keep me from going back again.

Excellent dining experience -- great food, great service, looks like a big spot for date night. If you don't like meat, not the place for you. This is how it works at Texas de Brazil: First, go to salad bar which is like no other. There's soups and salads -- pickled onions, meats, cheeses, shrimp, lobster bisque, too much to recall. I could have an entire meal just at the salad bar. Actually, I did have an entire meal at the salad bar. Secondly, turn the card on your table to the green side -- this means you are ready for the meat! Meanwhile, waiters bring by potatoes as sides, french fries and mashed. After the salad, the meat show begins with the waiters stopping by with large skewers of piping hot meats, diff. cuts of beef, one of them filet mignon wrapped in bacon, lamb, chicken, etc. When you don't need meat at the moment, you turn your card over to the red side and the meat show stops momentarily. After the mean, the waiter brings over an oversized tray to display a beautiful selection of treats -- for the first time in a long time, I ordered dessert. What a magnificent feast. Will search out Texas de Brazil in my home state for sure! My only critique of this restaurant is that they neeed a clearer, bigger path to the salad bar.

I love a good churrascaria. I have eaten at hole-in-the-wall places and the upscale variety. Texas de Brazil is on the upscale end. Not inexpensive, but great food (the meat, the sides, and "salad" bar). A quick UBER ride from the south end of the strip. Great food and great service. Treat Yourself!

I've been to Texas de Brazil in Vegas a couple of times before. I don't know what has happened but the quality is definitely sliding but the price is way up there. The same 4 meats kept coming around. I had to ask for other options and still they were few and it took forever to get them. Disappointed

the restaurant speaks for itself everything was above and beyond fresh fresh tasty tasty ample amount of meat ayce salads and side dishes were fresh and inviting spouse enjoyed a bottle of wine i enjoyed the cocktails long island ice tea to be exact truly enjoyed the staff and dinner highlight was the lamb will return soon

For meat lovers and salad bar addicts , that's the place to be , if you are going as a couple you can have one full menu and other salad bar only and both will eat till u fall , so you can really enjoy good time , high quality food for long dinner, prices are $ 51 for dinner and $ 29 for salad only excluding tax

Chose to come here after a positive experience a few years earlier. It is such a wonderful atmosphere and the entire staff is excellent. I loved my server who gave me much attention but there wasn't a big need as everything is excellent. The salad bar is probably good enough to take on its own. There is a good variety of meat and they give you so much. That is my only complaint; I wish the carvers gave me smaller portions since there was another one coming right behind and my plate was already full (and while I tried to say "just a little" it is difficult to be heard with masks on). This was the most beef I've ever had in one sitting. and while it is delicious, it is okay to pace yourself and enjoy the other stuff too.

We went out for the first time since quarantine tonight to Texas de Brazil in Las Vegas. I was a little uneasy as I am very cautious around others and do not want my family or I to get sick. I cannot tell you how amazed I was in the cleanliness, distance of tables, protective attire worn by all staff, and awareness of everyone. Our server Drake was nothing short of perfection. He helped with the "new" way of dining and helped us throughout the evening. My family and I felt comfortable and safe for the entire meal. I will definitely be returning. If all restaurants could match this superior experience many more people would be dining out. Thank you so much to all the staff and management, you nailed it.

This was our first time at this restaurant. It was awesome. The staff explained about the meal, how it is served (due to Covid 19), and the service was great. Go hungry because you will get more food than you will ever eat. The selections, quality, and quantity of food is excellent; from salads to all kinds of meat and vegetables to a wonderful carrot cake for dessert (our choice).

I have been visiting here for over 5+ years now and every visit has consistently been a treat. Here's my summary of all those great visits throughout the years. My last visit was on a Thursday night with a 7:45 reservation dinner for 3. Service: Amazing how consistent the service has been considering it's always packed at just about every visit. They get you started quickly with the bread, garlic mashed potatoes and fried sweet bananas within 7 minutes of sitting down. Waters are filled, drink orders are taken and you're off. You don't have to worry about Food: Consistently on point! Salad Bar: The creamy lobster bisque, doesn't actually have lobster in it. BUT I love it, I start each visit with the bisque and end it with the bisque when I'm full af. Yes, that's weird. Slabs of goat cheese, jalapenos and asparagus tips is what I throw down with the meats. It amazes me how everything here is always high quality and fresh. Meats: The presentation of the waiters bringing around the slabs of meat is always fun to me, like Disneyland. Some meats have better days than others, but these are my favs. Filet Mignon - Medium rare is the only way I roll. House Sirloin - Usually get this 3 times if they have it. Lamb Chops - Lamb can be messed up quickly if not prepared right, always good here. Pork Ribs - Always juicy, with too much fat sometimes. Which I actually like, ugh. lol Flank Steak - Seems to always be the first meat on the plate? I don't mind Parmesan Crusted Pork Loin - If not careful, this can come out dry. But so good when it's not! Value: $49.99 (dinner) for AYCE meat brings me pretty good value imo. Coupled with the amazing salad bar, totally gets us home. Ambiance: High quality utensils and plates are utilized as you're cutting meat all day. Tables, are packed tight but not to hinder travel throughout the restaurant. It's going to be noisy because it's always packed but still a great place for a date to have conversation. Classy atmosphere that puts you in a good mood to eat massively =) Summary: I usually save this place to bring visiting guests who don't have a texas de brazil or haven't experienced this type of dining. At the same time, it's a great place to just get down when you're looking to get your alpha carnivore on.

This is a place where you can eat as much or little as you want. Table tend to be a bit close, but it is manageable. They have a great salad bar but don't fill on that as all of their meat/protein options are great. You will not leave hungry!

Found on a TA search & took an Uber off the strip. Lovely salad buffet (great change from the strip fast food) with a great choice of veg, meats & cheese. Also offers a hot buffet but we didn’t try as went straight into the meat. Carved at the table by waiters continually doing the rounds. Beef was lovely, sirloin melt in the mouth, sausage was ok (nothing on an English sausage) & rib was great. My one criticism is that it’s fairly salty however this could simply be the Brazilian style of cooking. All in all a good buffet & recommended!

Some of the saltiest food I ever had. For those of you with high blood pressure, this may not be the place for you.

A standard Churrascaria. Excellent salad bar, meat and service. It is expensive, so Make sure you arrive VERY Hungry and go light on salad bar to get your money’s worth.

Went for a wedding reception. Great service and very attentive throughout meal. Nice atmpshere and good lighting. Variety of different meats to try. My favorite 2 were the Garlic Steak & Parmesan Pork. Many dessert choices to indulge in as well if you can make room after.

Go hungry, as you can eat as much as you want. We had Steak, Chicken, Veal, Pork and Lamb. They also have a nice salad bar. We saved a little room for desert, which was a nice selection. Would definetly go back next time we are in Las Vegas.

All six of us highly anticipated this visit to the Texas de Brazil as we never experienced anything like this kind of treat. As soon as we were seated, the salad bar called. Wonderful, including smoked salmon and various cheeses and fruit. Hint! Don’t fill up on great appetizers. Something greater is coming. The waiters “swarm” your table with skewers of fresh meats from around the world. There’s Top Round, Lamb chops, lean pork chops, Prime Rib and many many more. Your’re given a coaster which you place on the table setting. One side says more meat and the servers will keep on coming, while the other side of the coaster says “slow down, I’m full.” Finally, after a lot of servings I cried uncle and the servers went elsewhere to feed hungry diners. What an experience! A bit expensive at $55./per, but well worth it by what you get.

Once again a wonderful meal at Texas de Brazil! The food is always fresh, prime and cooked just perfectly when it comes off that sword! We are lucky to have two great Brazilian style steak places in town!

Mever fails us. Best in cleanliness, service and best in meats and salad bar. Best service today was Luciane and Moises. You two made it magical. Thank you.

My family and I always enjoy this concepto of food. A lot of kinds of meat with a lot of flavor and friendly staff. The restaurant close between 3 pm to 5 pm and was inconvenient for us but we return later and enjoy the dinner. Highly recommend.

This is my third time to visit this restaurant. Of course the Churrasco remains as good as it was ever. However, it is noted that buffet of side dishes now has additional items: steamed rice and white fish in coconut sauce. Yum yum. They enhance the taste of Churrasco. However, the white fish is too salty which would reduce my appreciation of it. The same with lobster bisque, too salty, it masks all the good taste of the bisque.

Anyone who is a heavy meat eater would love this place. I got full off the salad bar and had to pace myself when the meat came, ( you name it-lamb, beef, chicken, steak, ribs, etc.)

This Brazilian BBQ is one of the best we have been. Higher end meats as well as a great wine & cocktails list. Huge salad bar area with many traditional Brazilian dishes. The service here is what makes this place stand out. Some places you have to wait forever for the staff to bring out more meat.. Not here.. We were overwhelmed with the amount & frequency they came to our table. My fav was the bacon wrapped filet. Diner is a bit expensive (not so much for a Brazilian BBQ) but sooooo worth it. This is a small chain & we are thrilled the have one in So-Cal by us. Came here to celebrate my daughter's B-day & looking forward to eating here the next time through

Excellent in every single point. Meat well seasoned and perfect prepared , buffet table with all fresh and tasty, very nice staff and an amazing Papaya cream, My mind went all way trough back to Brazil . Well done !!!

If you are a meat lover this is the right place for you. You’ll find here, fresh meat, different parts of the meat, the concept is eat as much as you can. Do not eat the bread or the side dishes. Remember to be focus only on the meat you won’t regret. We were 4 PP, it was hard, long slowly meal of meat and wine without side dishes. Nice atmosphere, good service, we enjoyed the food and the variety they offered.

Excellent Brazilian barbecue experience. Extensive food selection and superb salad table. Lunch is especially good value as it includes unlimited soft drinks and dessert, plus full choice of Rodizio meat cuts. Our server - Amanda - was charming and very efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

The price may put you off but you will not leave hungry. If you are a meat eater it is the place for you. If you like a lighter fare it can be covered. Bring a group and allow yourself several hours to enjoy the menu.

Suggested by friends, the restaurant was comfortable and the service really kind. Comparing other Brazilian restaurant, this one has less type of meat and the time from a proposal to the other has to improved. In any case, I choice was good

We have eaten here a few times at other locations and found this one to be pretty much the same. Spectacular customer service and friendly staff. I love the variety of skewers brought to your table but I could make an entire meal from the salad bar. Enough options that everyone had a great meal. It’s a little pricey but worth the money.

Each year in March, the restaurant sells the VIP Dining Card, which is good for 12 meals at 50% off. The cost of dinner meal goes down to $26 each, which is a great deal. I usually buy the card then treat friends and relatives when I’m in town. The card costs $63 and usually expires at the end of September. Certain restrictions apply and with blackout days that include major holidays, Fridays and Saturdays. With the card, it makes eating those steaks that much more palatable.

It had been awhile since I had eaten here(year or years), I used to love going here. I was disappointed compared to what I remember it being like. The service was good but the meats and salad bar really didn’t seem to be as good of quality that I remember. It is still very good but could and should be much better for the price.

Im always enjoy Brazilian meat and how do they enjoy food and life, but here i found something else. Of course I'm not complain about the quantity, all you can eat is here and if you're looking for quantity this is the place. When you go to the quality and details, you will have problems and doubt about it. Close the eyes and try to identify the meat....almost impossible, all the meat are killed with heavy condiments, so you will not be able to evaluate if the test of the meat is good or it was covered. Of course this make me worrying about the quality. In fact the day after I had pain at my stomac!!!! I will carefully avoid this place next time I'll be in LV.

We had a great time at this VERY busy restaurant They have a huge salad bar including hot items. For the salad bar, the beets, potato salad and grilled pineapple were delicious. in the hot section, the lobster bisque and scalloped potatoes were excellent We each had a variety of meets i had pork ribs; good flavor but not real tender. Fillet minion. It too was not as tender as some ive had. Picana had really nice flavor. I hadn’t ever had it before. I loved the Brazilian sausage. Very juicy! My daughter in law loved the bacon wrapped chicken and my son loved the flank steak. There is something there to please everyone’s meat favorite! Our server was wonderful. Very efficient and friendly. A great place to go for a night out!

First visit at this particular location, and it did not disappoint at all. Brought a friend for a special night out since we don't get to see each other a lot. He's a local, and I have zero doubt this will be a new destination for him. Service is impeccable, food quality is excellent. Kudos to management!

Forget all the flash steak houses that claim to be the worlds best and try this restaurant serving meats to the table and a buffet style island in the middle of the restaurant with great quality cold meats and salads.I alway start with the lobster soup which is delicious. When you have eaten enough meats don’t forget to turn your card over to red or they keep coming. You need to build up a big appetite for this eat as much as you like restaurant, great quality food plenty of it and priced very well compared to steak houses, price is circa 50 dollars with out drinks. Located at Town Square which is off the south of the strip beyond Mandalay Bay opposite the airport,so you will need a cab. Highly recommended and I visit every time I’m in town.

Excellent food, great salad bar. We chose this restaurant for the lamb options and, of course, we love all you can eat meat. What made our meal memorable, was our server Virgil. He was very attentive, without being overbearing. He would ask if there was any specific meat we wanted sent our way, then he would follow up to make sure it arrived. If it hadn’t, he would make sure it was on its way. The only thing negative was it was very noisy, but I guess that’s not a bad thing, cause it means they’re busy.

Great Rodizio. We liked it very much. Friendly waiter, good quality. We walked in on a Saturday night without reservation and receptionist managed to give us slot with only 1h waiting time during peak time. U$ 60 / person is ok for what is offered. Starter buffet with Schrimps, Salmon, ham, salamis, different vegetables and salat. hot meal sides as well on the buffet, delicious cheese bread, fries and fried banana was served to the table. Leave room for the main delicious meat skewers grilled at perfection. Asked for the specials like lamb. Lovely. You can eat as much as you can so no-one will leave hungry here ;-) We would go again! Great experience

Just had dinner here last night and it was so good. Some of the best meats I’ve had. The regular chicken was my least favorite. Kinda wish there were more sides but that’s really a non issue considering how great everything else is. Great service and really nice atmosphere. Will definitely be back next time in town.

I was told this place was a must. Yes put it down as a place to visit when you're in Vegas! The food is out of this world! Their salad bad is all you can eat and they have a huge selection. The servers are friendly and helpful. The filet mignon and lamb was my fave. You won't be disappointed

Fabulous ambience and food. We celebrated my son's birthday here and even with a vegetarian with us, she ate from the extensive salad bar, we all agreed it was a great experience. Special shout out to Brooke S who looked after us, thank you.

...Over the top AYCE Brazilan fare is on offer at this south Las Vegas Blvd. restaurant far from the maddening crowds of the Las Vegas strip. Well stocked, upscale salad bar for starters followed by a seemingly endless parade of high quality meats sliced and served table side by gaucho uniformed servers is the order of the day. All this comes at a price of course: $32 for weekday lunch and $49 for dinner and weekends. Worth it if you value both quality and quantity.

The price for Dinner is $54 ! We had a party of 8 for a Birthday Celebration. This place was so overcrowded you could not even walk with out bumping in to a server, customer, or someones chair! We were sat way in the back. The meat servers took for ever to even know we were their! We had to ask over and over for certain types of meet. Our Food server was rude and it felt like we were bothering her! The noise was over the TOP! Quality of Lamb was not good and it tasted gamy! Overpriced for poor service and low quality food. Bad service

Food was indeed tasty but the service was horrible. First, the meat servers skipped us quite a lot of times even though we were practically waving our hands at them. Second, two members of our group were vegetarians and the rest ate meat. However, when our bill came, one of the two vegetarians were charged extra for "having meat"! We called our server to ask for an explanation and they said they caught one of the meat eaters giving some steak to the vegetarian. Which was absurd, since she is strictly on a no-meat diet and just wanted to spend the day with us! The matter was settled but it was still disappointing.

We had a party of 10 people and we enjoyed ourselves. there was a great variety of choices and the service was good. On the buffet serving table, lots of salads and other choices to pick from. I will return

Upon walking in, one is flattered with ambient lighting and dramatic, aggressive interior design. Host and staff are very attentive and customer service is what you what expect for price tag. The salad bar was great with lots of creativity and exotic choices. I chose to give 3 stars based on all the meat selections. Many of the choices were mono toned in flavor and under salted. All choices were also cooked unevenly, making some bites unpleasant. Lastly, I had the cheesecake for dessert which was okay but texture and richness aren’t present which I’ll give a 3/5. In conclusion, decent place but needs slight improvement in the protein menu.

What a fantastic experience. And the meats were to die for. I normally never eat red meat. But this was so very delicious. Would go again if ever we are back in Las Vegas

We have eaten in Texas De Brazil all over the US. THis one was better managed then most of the others. Our server was on top of everything and we never had to ask for anything. Our table was well taken care of and the Gaucho's were always bringing more meat to our table. A little bit noisy but all of them are that way.
Excellent dinner
We were 5 people enjoying a great dinner on a weeknight in Las Vegas. Tried to make a reservation and there was nothing available on OpenTable. Called and was told to come in. We arrived and were at our table in 5 minutes. Everything was delicious: the cuts of meat, the salad bar, the service (thanks, Miguel).
