Had dinner at The Americano last night. Food and service were exceptional. When we could not decide on dessert, Katlyn surprised us with the cheesecake.

Best VDay dinner experience in our entire life. Kudos to the entire staff and managers for making our dinner date special. They had roses on the table 😀

I had an excellent dining experience at Americano Restaurant. The service was great and very pleasant, making the evening enjoyable. The food was outstanding, both in preparation and taste, exceeding my expectations. The atmosphere was awesome, creating the perfect setting for a romantic date night. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend.

The staff and the food was amazing. There was luve music thatvwe were enjoying a lot so they made the singer stay 30min more just for us.

Tyler at Americano is a great bartender. Very hospitable and friendly. Food is excellent, very reasonably priced for the portions. Will come here every time I stay for dinner or a nightcap. Highly recommended.

Awesome! I had the chance to finally check out this place since I work next door and I was blown away. The Staff was so accommodating and the food didn’t disappoint either. Will definitely be back.

Dinner Dear Phil and Team, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the incredible hospitality you showed during my recent visit. Even with the restaurant full and the kitchen already closed, you went out of your way to accommodate us after a long day. Your thoughtfulness, along with the kindness of your bartenders and servers, truly stood out. As a fellow chef, I know firsthand how much effort and heart it takes to make people feel cared for. Too often, that dedication goes unrecognized. Please know that I truly appreciate everything you did—it was a reminder of what hospitality is all about.

I’m a big fan of Chef Scott Conant and wanted to check out his restaurant while in Atlanta. All of the staff were wonderful. The hostess and bartender were lovely. Our server, Ebin, was very helpful and attentive! Gave us great recommendations and everything was so delicious. The polenta with mushrooms was so creamy and the mushroom side had so much wonderful flavor without being salty. We ordered the half chicken and the bolognese for our entrees. Bolognese was out of this world. The half chicken was very delicious with wonderful crispy skin, but the chicken meat was a tad dry. Overall I highly recommend. I was a big fan of the dark and moody interior design as well!

What an amazing experience, we came to celebrate my sisters engagement ! Phillip ushered us in with such care and even provided a champagne toast with such style and prestige that we will remember forever!! Thank you for the amazing service we love this place and will always come and recommend this place to everyone !!!

Dansbie was so helpful and her cheerfulness and kindness added to the experience. Augustus our waiter was not only knowledgeable, he was entertaining as well. Thank you

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our meatball appetizer as well as the branzino and roasted flounder entrees last evening! All were quite flavorful and cooked to perfection. The service was - in every respect - attentive, welcoming, personable and efficient. Particular shoutouts to our server, James, and the manager. Lauren, who had such warm and endearing personalities. The restaurant is well designed with a cozy/elegant style. We can’t wait to return!!

This was my first time at The Americano but it will not be my last. The food and ambiance were perfect! We had several courses throughout the evening and every course was a true delight in and of itself. We had a lot of fun with the bartender, Trey, and our waitress, Katherine. The restaurant is nicely appointed throughout, and they've left no stone unturned. The staff are very professional and accommodating, paying very close attention to your needs. Kudos to Jovan for his leadership of this amazing team. We will be back!

Amazing restaurant! From the hostess on, our night was filled with impeccable service and phenomenal food. Our server was so charming and helpful. Everything was absolutely delicious, but the MACARONI TRE FORMAGGI was our absolute favorite. Best we have ever had! Highly recommend!

Wonderful food and amazing service. I am so glad we decided to visit! The atmosphere was intimate despite the crowd and we never felt ignored or waited for long. Will return!

Exactly what I was hoping it would be. Traditional, well prepared food, using first rate ingredients, served professionally in a lovely setting. An altogether terrific experience.

The Americano was amazing!! They made our 24th wedding anniversary very special!! Thank you so much! ❤️ We will be back!

Absolutely the worst restaurant experience in my entire life (and I am on Medicare). It was so bad that they comped our entire $400 dinner. So you know it was bad. They ruined Christmas Eve for our family. It was beyond bad. It was bizarre. I can’t even describe how many things went wrong, but our evening began with the server pouring a 2016 Sassacaia into my wife’s Prosecco glass.

The restaurant is conveniently located, decor is stylish, food is amazing. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Our first time here and will definitely return when back in the area.

I heard about The Americano because Scott is my favorite judge on Chopped so I decided to celebrate my birthday there. I had a great experience. The restaurant was beautiful! The staff were warm and welcoming. They were patient with my guest and I as we were trying to find the parking deck. The food was fresh and delicious! Definitely will be back!

We went to The Americano to celebrate a special event. Everything was perfect! From the seating to the food (the Fritto Misto is fabulous) to the wine to the service, everything was superb. I’d definitely recommend - especially if you’re celebrating. You won’t be disappointed!

Great dinner spot. The location was beautiful, the art in both the hotel and restaurant were impressive. The food was excellent and service was wonderful. Would return

Food was very good; pasta had several unique sauces and the ones we tried were excellent. Meatball pomodoro was excellent; spiced just right very umami. Tagliatelle Bolognese was delicious, very, very, VERY rich. Service was good enough; not great but not bad either. Restaurant was pretty much dead empty while we were dining which made the atmosphere feel very sterile. Whiskey list was outdated and finally we ended up having to go to the bar to see which ones they actually had.

The Americano did not disappoint! We started with drinks at the bar which were stellar. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We loved the extensive wine list and how the menu was presented. Our server was very professional and checked on us throughout the night but not obtrusive. I had the Beef cheeks appetizer and the Bolognese, both were outstanding. My husband also ordered the filet and the other couple the pork parmigiano and rigatoni. The filet was a tad overdone but had great flavor. A wonderful dining experience! The only regret was the other diners dress code was not up to par with the elegance of the restaurant or the gorgeous hotel. We were dressed up appropriately but were seated next to tables with ball hats, yoga pants and t-shirts. Would of thought management would have a dress code and enforced it but otherwise cannot wait to go back next time to ATL.

All the menu choices are good, but the appetizers were beyond exceptional. We especially loved the Olive Oil Poached Octopus, and the Salt & Pepper Fritto Misto. The team members in the restaurant really made us feel welcome.

We were staying at the hotel where this restaurant was located and noticed that the Americano had just started a Sunday Brunch service. Made a reservation for the second ever Brunch there. I saw that the reviews from the first offering were excellent so I was looking forward to the outing. We were not disappointed! Starting with Bloody Marys prepared table side to wonderful entrees, the experience was outstanding. The staff members were friendly and attentive, the food was prepared perfectly, the ambience spectacular and the live music was delivered in an entertaining but non-obtrusive way! As expected, the cost of dining was in line with high end restaurants, but I felt given the quality it was actually quite reasonable.

Our group loved this restaurant during our stay. Low wait times, great food and service, accommodating—we were very grateful to have had such a good place to eat within the hotel.

This is our third time dining at Americano. We absolutely love it. It’s a top notch experience from start to finish. The craft cocktails, the service, and the food…absolutely amazing. We’ve had our company Christmas dinner here twice now. Chef Scott has got it figured out. We are big fans and would recommend to anyone looking for traditional and elevated Italian classics.

This is a perfect date night spot with amazing ambience and validated parking. The drinks were delicious and strong. The waitress we had was very polite and the two ladies in the front to greet you were very respectful and inviting. I recommend everyone to have a fate night here at least once!

Had a great time and a great meal. Interior was really nice and the live music was a sweet touch. The saxophonist serenaded me for my birthday!

Pasta dishes were great, super to be with my wife & her grade school & high school girl friend from Arizona and to see colleagues at the Hotel again = perfect afternoon!!

Genevieve at the bar took my drink experience to a whole new level. I wasn’t sure what I was in the mood for, but she suggested a fruity concoction that she created as we spoke. It was probably the best drink I’ve ever had. Mt husband who traditionally doesn’t like alcohol loved it. She was professional and very skilled at her trade.

I had wonderful experiences here while staying at Intercontinental Hotel. Every dish I had was superb and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

My wife and I flew to from Miami to attend the Luke Combs Concert on Saturday July 30. However our tickets never showed via Ticketclub. Do not purchase through that website. We were scammed. However after being disappointed we returned to the Intercontinental Buckhead and were pleasantly surprised to meet restaurant manager Kiara Walker. Immediately Kiara changed our mood with her bubbly, caring personality. Kiara found us a table and brought us two drinks. She turned a sour night into something special to remember. Veronica and I thank you. Your team at the front of the restaurant welcomed us and we felt at home. Blessings to all.

We had a Wonderful Brunch and Enjoyed Great Music before the Braves Played on Sunday! Easy Reservations, Super Friendly Staff, Fab Atmosphere and Delicious Food!

Scott Conant’s new and very cool space in the Intercontinental Buckhead. Tia at the front and Elliottthe rest. manager we’re as accommodating and professional as can be. Lively bar with T and Raphael making the best, smoking Old Fashioned’s I’ve had. Owner/chef Scott was very active and chatted with most tables. A treat for us was for him to recommend his favorite dishes for us. Simple, homemade pasta al pomodoro was hot and delicious. The prime, NY Strip was as good as it gets and the Caviar Fries were a unique and delicious side dish. We will be back for the ambiance, superb staff and outstanding food!

Service is spotty. Arrived and brunch menus were not available. A person in our party was late and they did not sit us until the full group was here .. restaurant was pretty empty. No substitutions allowed and brunch menu is scarce. Music too loud and no patio seating until dinner. Rough start to the morning.

Wonderful breakfast. Presentation was A-Plus, the coffee was strong and hot. The best part was our server Randall who was very attentive and made our experience memorable. Thank you Randall.

The service was spot on. Highly recommend the New York Strip with broccolini and mushrooms. Our server was very attentive with their recommendations as well as pleasant when approaching the table.

This was our third visit to the Americano and each time it just gets better and better! I mean, it was already excellent but this time... Amazing! As always, the hostesses greeted us with a smile and a very warm welcome. Once seated, our server Desiree made some excellent suggestions for the evening. Desiree was amazing all night long. Very professional but very friendly. She is really an asset to the Americano. Actually, all of the service at the Americano is above reproach. They are an excellent staff and it really shows in your whole experience. For a starter, we shared the olive oil poached octopus and it was fantastic. Sometimes octopus can be a little tough but this one was unbelievably tender. Our pasta course was the Fettuccine Al Burro. It was magnificent. The pasta was perfectly cooked and seasoned and was tossed in butter and cheese expertly tableside. Incredible doesn't even begin to describe it because without a sauce there's really nowhere to hide. That's how you know this is excellent pasta. For our mains, my husband had the sea scallops and I had the salmon. I am not a fan of sea scallops at all but these were so tender and so sweet they almost took on the flavor and consistency of a bay scallop. The salmon was probably the best salmon I've ever eaten. It was so well cooked and so well seasoned and the bed of mushrooms and peas just made it a perfect bright and light main course after the pasta course. For dessert my husband had the lemon sorbet which was so good but I had the chocolate tortino and it was amazing! It's the best plated dessert I've had in a long time. Definitely the best dessert I've ever had in the United States and it rivals the best desserts I have previously had in Europe. As an added bonus to the night, we had the absolute honor to meet and speak with restaurateur and chef Scott Conant. He was incredibly nice and very kind to spend a few moments with all of the guests. This restaurant is perfect for a date night, a dinner with friends, or a dinner with business associates.

I recently went for my birthday and I wanted to have a great experience out server was a bit slow due to his other parties, & specifically asked for medium rare filet it was WELL Done. I didn’t want to complain wasn’t too happy.

The food was absolutely delicious, I had a ribeye steak my sister had salmon we shared mashed potatoes, and broccoli we both ordered salad she had the beet salad and I ordered the wedge salad. Everything was fresh and amazing. Our server Cat was awesome.

My wife and I were coming into Atlanta for a 3-day getaway to just relax and celebrate her birthday. I made a reservation here for our first night after checking out reviews. We came with no expectations other than to enjoy a first class meal, and we were not disappointed! Upon arriving we were shown to our table, which was a booth near the window. However, the birthday girl preferred to sit at a table where the seating position was higher, and the hostess accommodated us with no hesitation. There was an envelope on the table addressed to the birthday girl with a very nice welcome and best wishes, which she loved. Our main server Augustus was a true professional and had answers to all our questions from beginning to end of our meal. We started with cocktails (Lemon Martini and a Negroni) which were mixed perfectly. Another server brought over complimentary artichoke heart sliders with an aioli sauce that were to die for. We ordered the polenta cremosa and the poached octopus appetizers. Both were cooked and seasoned perfectly: Octopus can be easily overcooked, making it overly chewy, but not if you have it here! The polenta was so outstanding I made a point of giving Augustus my compliments, explaining that my mother (who grew up in the Italian Alps) made polenta for me growing up in NY and I had never tasted anything that was even close - until now. The main course was the only bump in the road for us in this meal. My wife asked if she could have the campanelle pasta without the Calabrian chili scampi, but rather a plain scampi sauce due to her allergies. Although Augustus didn't think the chef would allow a substitution, he asked and the chef agreed. Unfortunately, when the dish came out it had a tomato sauce, which she didn't like, and the pieces of lobster were so small as to be insignificant. While both Augustus and the floor manager offered to have the chef recreate the dish, she was feeling rather full already and declined the offer. My order of potato gnocchi, however, was absolutely delicious. While I was enjoying my pasta Augustus brought another order of the polenta cremosa to my wife with compliments of the house. She did partake of that, although she couldn't finish it (I, however, had no problem in helping to finish it😊). We agreed to share a dessert since we were now very full, and the pear crostata was just as outstanding as the rest of the courses. All through dinner, we were served by various members of the waitstaff, and all of them made us feel welcome and appreciated. In summary, the service was outstanding; the meal (with the exception of the one dish) was flawless, and the staff made every effort to insure we were satisfied. In fact, we came back for another dinner on our last night which we thoroughly enjoyed and which was problem-free. Why 5 stars? Had the staff shown indifference to the hiccup in our first dinner I would be inclined to lower this by 1 star, however the opposite is true: they offered us every option to make up for it, and I cannot in good conscience hold it against them. We will be coming back. I highly recommend The Americano.

The team at the Americano do a great job. I attended an Antinori wine dinner there oriented towards discerning diners and they delivered in terms of the culinary and waitstaff and well as the sommelier and wine service. Make a reservation soon if you have not, you will not be disappointed. I am a member of an exclusive wine food organization, so I am very conscious of a great dining experience vs a very good one and they can deliver great. It is not inexpensive but that is not what I am looking for when I go to a restaurant of the Americano's caliber.

Great service. Mixed drinks weren't watered-down. Had the Meatball Pomodoro for an appetizer. Great flavor and bread crumbs added an extra flavor and crunch too. We also had Shrimp Cocktail. The Campanelle noodles were undercooked and hardly any lobster, maybe 3 small pieces. The Scallops were overcooked. Not to happy with the food. I may give them another chance. Park at the hotel parking.

Amazing experience! Food and service were second to none…Chef Scott Conant is the absolute best! We will definitely be back!

We were wooed by our dinner experience at Americano. We chose to try a new restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. The lighting and comfortable seating create a cozy atmosphere. Connie, our server, was wonderful and really helped us decide what we would most like on the menu in addition to surprising us with an anniversary treat. Her recs were spot on! Everything we had at dinner was delicious! The offerings were very creative and flavorful! The price point is a little high for a casual night out but definitely a restaurant to consider for fine dining. We will return!

Great atmosphere. Most of the service was great but the food took a long time to come out and once it did the poached eggs were overdone. Server was often missing when we needed refills, new properly cooked eggs, and to pay the bill. The hosts, head manager, bartenders were all reallly friendly. The pomodoro sauce needed more zing but the shrimp were cooked perfectly. So it was hit or miss during our visit.

Delicious. Everything was impecabbly prepared. They also let us taste different wines which were also excellent

I went for brunch. The food was good. The service was good. The vibes were good. I will be returning.

By far one of the best restaurants in Atlanta. We went for thanksgiving and the food was amazing. Not only was the food great but the customer service was top tier. I highly recommend trying this restaurant out if you’re visiting or just want a fine dining experience.

We had such a wonderful time at The Americano. From the moment you step up to the desk outside the restaurant, the staff is so welcoming and kind. The food was absolutely amazing--my husband and I, and the friends we were with all chose different appetizers/entrees and they were all delicious (I, myself, had the Tuna Carpaccio and the Georgia Flounder and I know my dinner companions enjoyed the Gnocchi Al Pomodoro, the Wagyu and the Half Chicken). And of course, we had to finish with dessert--I had the dark chocolate gelato and it was perfection. I have to give a shout out to Augustus, who took very, very good care of us--he's a gem. We'll definitely be going back soon!

This is a hidden gem. The entire experience from check in to dinner was amazing! A little disappointed they were unable to serve steaks on my birthday due to an appliance issue, but we shall return soon. Best salmon I’ve ever had, a regular even bought me dessert. Our server was attentive to my pregnant friend in the sweetest way, entire staff we met was like no other.

After driving through Atlanta traffic to get to this restaurant, all I could think was it better be good!!! And it did not disappoint!!! From the moment we walked in until the minute we walked in everything was fantastic!!! We ordered 6 appetizer, 5 entrees, and 4 or 5 desserts… so good, so full, so satisfied! The location is beautiful, the parking was great, the staff while probably newer to the restaurant business but were on point!!! And the food!!!! Oh my goodness!!!A beautiful meal!!! If I had a comment and this could be because I only go to upscale restaurants until we are celebrating. So this just maybe me. Two people ordered Caesar Salad and both plates the salad was served on the side, like it was missing something. It was my sons birthday and while I was not expecting or wanting half the staff to come and sing happy birthday… for what we paid for dinner, I would have expected a dessert for him. Rather than that, they gave him a birthday plate where happy birthday was written on it with candies (3) about the size of an m&m but he did say they were good. For a birthday celebration where we paid for 5 people to dine, appetizers, desserts, drinks and alcohol (I did not pick up the check) but I just expected more… maybe I have been eating at too many chains.

We almost canceled the reservation as the restaurant had a limited menu because of kitchen renovation. I am very glad we did not. The meal was well prepared. The waygu beef hamburger was one of the best prepared burgers I have hah. The tagliatelle bolognese was excellent. The fat iron steak frites also well prepared. Service was great. Overall opinion: Well done!

The food was really good but the service was really bad. Waited almost 30 minutes for a salad. Everything took longer than it should have. I live across the street but won’t go back. It’s a shame given that the food was really good.

THE MOTION OF THIS SLEEK UPSCALE RESTAURANT WAS MAGNIFICENT! The decor and design was rich in AVIANCE but not missing a beat in FOOD AND SERVICE! I FELT APPRECIATED FOR COMING NOT JUST A CUSTOMER BUT A PATRON OF STATUS! The steak and the grouper was designed not just prepared! The love was there and you could taste it! THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! ATL JUST LET A SECRET OUT THE BAG!

We are unable to catch our connecting flights in Atlanta due to incompetence on Deltas part. As the customer care guy said " we are like the DMV, slow and we don't care."Delta had to give us an overnight and meals. Delta did not call the hotel ahead of time to tell them of our arrival. The night manager Bo did a great job. He was the definition of grace under fire. We were 2 of 12 people who showed up looking for rooms. He was kind, professional and gave us a late check out.. The restaurant staff and bar tender Nicholas Reed were fantastic. They made our stay warm and welcoming. Thanks for turning a terrible situation into something nice.

I proposed to my girlfriend here on Thanksgiving & it was such an incredible experience. She said yes by the way lol. Phil & the entire Americano staff was so accommodating & helpful. The food, presentation, service & vibes were amazing. We left so full & had plenty of leftovers. By far one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had & I’ve been to plenty of places. We’ll definitely be coming back to try more of the food!

We thought the location would be fine. We had often enjoyed the previous restaurant at this Intercontinental Hotel. We were wrong. First, be warned, that the valet parking charge is $25- that is for a couple hours having dinner with a hotel guest. Second: Do not order the bread. We did. We got 4 half slices with a 'smokey' sun-dried tomato butter - at least an 1/8 of a cup of butter. We asked for more bread, and they repeated the 4 half slices with another butter. We now had nearly a 1/4 cup of butter and no bread. We paid $12.00 for that double bread order disaster. The Crispy Sea Bass did have crispy skin. It did not, however, have any flavor, and I would bet serious money that it was not even Sea Bass. It was too dense. I have never had Sea Bass that tasted like that. The only good news I can share is that the other orders included Filet Mignon, which were cooked correctly and were good. The mushroom side dish was a bit of a scramble, and the French fries (frites) were cold and soggy. The aioli sauce lacking any distinguishable flavors other than a bland mayo. Service was poor, spotty and inconsistent. With so many good restaurants across/down the street, I would suggest you skip this one.

This is a restaurant that if you are visiting the Atlanta area that you should put on your list to try. It is best to have reservations if you are going their for dinner. When we got to the restaurant we were welcomed by someone who remembered us as we stopped in earlier in the day. Then a hostess took us to our table. The restaurant itself is beautiful and there is a bar area if you just want to try some of their cocktails. Everything about the place was classy. We got last minute reservations. The food was very good. We enjoyed all our food. the polenta and mushroom side was our favorite. It was a very busy night as it just so happened that we were in town the same night as Scott Conant! Our food came out promptly. The service was quite good, our water glasses were never more than 1/3 empty. It did take some time to get our check but considering how busy it was that was understandable. The fact that the chef came around to all the tables and said check on us was definitely the highlight of the evening as I've been a fan of his for a while. We flew back the next day and I went out and bought his cookbook. Which I have used. The next time we are in Atlanta we will be back.

It was very excellent! The service was great! The drinks were good! It’s very pricey but I’ll pay for that service and very good cooked food. We had a table of twelve people and everyone has something different to eat and everyone’s food was cooked to perfecto.

Food was immaculate! We were blown away with the customer service and food presentation. We definitely will make this our monthly date night.

The Americano blends in along the Buckhead thoroughfare street side of the InterContinental Hotel - however the service, atmosphere, and food is a brilliant gem among the other shiny high-end displays. Consider it a must do when in Town.

I was visiting the Americano after a long day of meetings. I was greeted by Shane who had a pleasant and welcoming demeanor. She offered me a beverage menu and food . At which point I really only wanted to try the cocktails . I asked about the Versace on the floor she mentioned it was a favorite. This drink was delicious! So good I had my coworker try it . It was layered with complexity and definitely a must try . Sweet , spicy and tart deliciousness. By the time I was ready for my second drink I wanted to try something new that would compliment the Vodka in my first drink . The Peas & Thank you ! It was so refreshing. Melon infused Vodka and finished with what I think is a snap pea tincture ? All I know is it tasted like summer in a glass. It was refreshing and light . I loved it . At this point I wanted something to snack on so we ordered the Artisan bread and butter as well as the Meatball dish. The smoked compound butter is delicious and leaves you wanting more . The Meatball dish was made well and the Red sauce was balanced. Tyler and Shane at the bar were attentive and entertaining. It’s great to see people who love what they do and radiate that feeling to their guests . Overall a great experience. I can’t wait to return .

Dinner was delicious! Started with the artisan bread which came with smoked butter that was amazing. I had the tagliatelle which had a delicious meat sauce and the cheese over the top added a beautiful creaminess to the dish. My girlfriend had the flat iron steak which was delicious. We asked for medium rare and it came out as rare, but the staff was incredibly nice and brought out a fresh steak, on a fresh plate, and even fresh silverware. We got the potato purée which was likely the best mashed potatoes I’ve ever had. The staff provided us with a free extra side of potatoes as an apology for the steak being more rare than desired. We came for our anniversary and we were brought a plate that said happy anniversary and had a few bon bons on it; which were delicious. Jasmine, our server was incredible and answered questions with a clear knowledge of the menu. Overall great experience and will be back again!

The Americano in Atlanta is an unforgettable dining experience! Chef Scott Conant and his team have created an incredible restaurant, every dish and cocktail is delicious and expertly crafted. We made three reservations for my mom's birthday weekend, two dinners and one lunch, and every meal was the best meal of our lives. Thank you to the entire staff including Kiara, Lidia, Laura, Ayasha, Gonzalo, Katherine and many more for making this such a wonderful experience and the best birthday celebration ever for my mom. Even though we did not get to meet Chef Scott this time, the staff were able to make our dreams come true with a cardboard cutout instead! LOL We highly recommend the cocktails and mocktails, pastas, steak, and especially the desserts - the Salted Caramel Budino is heavenly! You really can't go wrong with anything you order. We cannot wait for our next trip to Atlanta just to eat here again! Thank you to the entire team!

We chose The Americano to celebrate our anniversary, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. The food was exceptional—each dish was beautifully prepared and packed with flavor. What made the evening even more special was the attentive and warm customer service. The staff acknowledged our anniversary and went out of their way to make us feel celebrated, adding thoughtful touches that made the occasion even more meaningful. Their genuine enthusiasm and care enhanced our dining experience significantly. If you're looking for a place where both the food and the service make your celebration unforgettable, The Americano is the perfect choice.

Everything was amazing! The service, the food and the atmosphere. I added to my reservation that it was our anniversary and they gave us champagne to toast for the occasion! I thought that was a very nice and thoughtful touch. We had steak (cooked perfectly) the salmon, broccolini, and the macaroni…all taste amazing. They offer different sauces for the steak but I also ordered one with my salmon lol I’m a sauce kinda girl! We ordered the tiramisu cheesecake to go and it was Devine! It was our first time at The Americano and we will for sure be returning.

Delicious meal! Absolutely would dine here again! The pasta was delish!! The wedge salad was huge!! We could have easily split.

Don't miss trying this restaurant while at InterContinental. Amazing cocktails and fabulous food. Tagliatelle was fantastic!

We enjoyed everything about this dining experience: the ambience, the food, the service, and our LOVEly time together while there!

I truly enjoyed myself, the ambience, food , and service was a 10 out of 10. I definitely will go again and again ! Thank you

The service was exceptional, and my Bolognese was as good as it gets. We were both very happy with the dining experience and will definitely be going back.

Yesterday was the most incredible experience I’ve ever had in my life. The Americano truly feels like “a restaurant in heaven”—a place where dreams are plated and every moment is magic. The Service Immaculate doesn’t even begin to cover it! From the moment I approached the hostess stand, I felt like I was stepping into something extraordinary. The warmth and professionalism were palpable. Our server, Jasmine, was a gem! Sweet, attentive, and radiating positivity—she made us feel so cared for. I will absolutely request her every time I return. She was a true delight. But the undeniable star of the evening was the manager, Trae Waters. Wow. Trae was beyond incredible! It’s as if he had a sixth sense, anticipating every need before we even voiced it. His charm, attentiveness, and genuine care elevated the experience to an entirely new level. Trae isn’t just a manager—he’s the kind of person who transforms a great evening into an unforgettable one. If there’s an award for excellence in hospitality, it should have Trae’s name on it. The Food Perfection on a plate. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The creativity and attention to detail in each bite were a testament to the chef's mastery. Whether it was the silky pasta, perfectly cooked steak, or indulgent dessert, every element was divine. The Atmosphere The ambiance, Pure magic. The Americano is a feast for all the senses—a place where elegant décor meets an inviting and vibrant vibe. You can feel the thought and love that went into creating this space, and it sets the perfect stage for a memorable meal. Final Thoughts If you haven’t been to The Americano yet, what are you waiting for? This isn’t just dining—it’s a bucket-list experience. The exceptional service, the phenomenal food, and the remarkable leadership of Trae Waters make it a place that will leave you in awe. Trust me, you’ll never look at dining the same way again.

We had a private dinner in the back room with a prix fixe menu. The service was impeccable and the meal was delicious. I especially enjoyed the chocolate tortino dessert. Very special! The wait staff made the night! Thanks to Katherine, Jayo, James and Katlyn. Highly recommend.

This place is beautiful. The Cocktails were sexy and delicious. It "feels" good in there. I would definitely return. We went for my birthday and the treatment was 5 STAR!! They did not disappoint (except on the duck, leave him where he is at). They really do "soft memorable touches". The food was tasty. But the service and ambiance are some of the best I've seen recently. They really make you feel special for your Birthday. My mom even said "You sure know how to pick a GREAT Restaurant for your Birthday" lol. You had to be there.

My boyfriend and I were dining for his 40th birthday, the waiter Mr. Augustus was like a breath of fresh air. He made dining there feel like an overall experience before we ever received our food. As for the food, it was so good we made a reservation for next weekend while we were still eating! Absolutely the best fine dining restaurant in Atlanta, hands down!

Dined at the restaurant for an impromptu birthday celebration. Spoke with sales rep Dansbie, and within 24 hours she put together a package to accommodate 14 of my friends to celebrate our girlfriend 50th birthday. We dined in the Tuscany room which was perfect to accommodate everyone. The food was delicious & the server's were attentive. I would gladly return and recommend others to dine at this restaurant.

Four of us went to the Americano to celebrate my wife's birthday. We did our own version of a tasting menu, selecting various courses and sharing among ourselves. Ethan, our server, was very accommodating, and assisted with wine and food selections. We highly recommend the gnocci! We spent hours here, enjoying the food and each other's company. It has a wonderful atmosphere, and was very confortable. We are looking fordard to returning.

Restaurant is very spacious but when we went it wasn’t very busy. Every single staff member was amazing so helpful and accommodating. They made this birthday celebration one to remember. Food was amazing! We couldn’t stop talking about the steak, cooked to perfection!

Lovely restaurant with great food. What is lacking is a good by the glass wine list and attentive bartenders. We ate three meals at the restaurant - breakfast, lunch and dinner, all on separate days. The breakfast frittata was insanely good, lunch was shrimp which were plump and delicious and of course I had to have the pasta pomodoro for dinner on Saturday evening. Saturday's bloody mary took 20 minutes to get to the table and was the very worst I've ever had. Saturday evening we went for a cocktail and couldn't get a decent glass of white wine. Not a good selection. The bartenders just kept talking and talking, taking forever to give us the drinks we eventually settled on. I was surprised by the lack of professionalism of this part of the staff. Otherwise, it was spot on!

Entire staff from the hostess, bar-tenders, waitstaff, and Maître d' were exceptional. The gentleman that periodically ensured our water glass was never empty was so elegant and his poise set the tone of a 5 star dining experience. I asked our waitress why the restaurant was named the Americano after viewing a very non traditional American menu, and her explanation was excellently delivered, with knowledge and confidence. The Maître d` was very observant and attentive. When I told him how impressed I was with our waitress' answer to my question, he was appreciative. My fiancé' and I enjoyed a beautiful meal and evening. Highly recommend this restaurant.

The food and the service were excellent. From the waitstaff to the managers, they all continued to make sure we were enjoying every detail.

The food was amazing, the service was wonderful. Ask for Rose as your server, she made our night. She anticipated all of our needs, did not have to ask for anything

atmosphere was dynamic and brunch excellent. From service to food to valet. Everything was amazing. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing food and service every time we are there. This was our second time eating at this restaurant and everything we have had is delicious. Our waitress even remembered serving us the month before. The smoked butter with the bread service is honestly one of the best things I have ever eaten. Of course it is the most basic thing on the menu but you have to add it to whatever you get. The side dishes are curated well in my opinion; you cannot go wrong with the whipped potatoes or the asparagus. Steak sauces REALLY add if you go for a steak, they are a must. Not saying the meat isn't perfect on its own but it does really elevate the flavor.

Ate here for lunch with my daughter based on TripAdvisor reviews. Don’t think I’ll be back. Food: Wagyu burger was juicy and done perfectly. French fries were hot and delicious. BLT sandwich had very stringy/chewy bacon and was quite underwhelming. At that price point, they should use quality bacon such as Nueske’s or at least cook it a bit more. Service: Server was attentive but did not point out the 20% service fee when he gave me my check (not classy) Ambiance: Beautifully decorated. Unfortunately, dining patrons were on speaker phone and/or FaceTime disturbing other guests. The staff brought them to their table this way and then did nothing about it. They never should have seated them in the first place. Again, not classy. This was VERY frustrating as it impacted everyone else’s dining experience and overall just rude.

The entire experience was excellent. The staff was absolutely amazing! Jovan and the team servicing our event could not have been more delightful. So professional, so detail oriented -- absolute perfecton! Thank you for making our dinner a night to remember - you all are the best!

We had a lovely time at The Americano for Easter Brunch and have dined in the past with the same lovely experience. The food is delicious, the staff is warm and knowledgeable, and the environment is modern luxury. I suggest the bolognese and polenta! They also had this amazing carmel popcorn dessert that was so good I still think about it! We will absolutely go back!

Americano has some great marketing and awesome pics on the web to draw you in. It’s kind of like the pics, but not exactly. The lighting is off - we had to get the host to dim the lights which were shining way too brightly over our booth. But once they did… the food! The chefs are putting out some incredible dishes. We had the filet with the horseradish sauce which was excellent, and the scallops which were out of this world!! Would recommend Americano overall, but they need to improve on the little things that make a big difference with fine dining.

Good food, service, and atmosphere. We even bought Scott Conant's cookbook and he autographed it for us on a previous visit

Love, love love this place. I dont live in Atlanta but I do try to go there as often as I am able whenever in town. We went for my birthday, Augustus and Tamera took wonderful care of us....the service was as always outstanding by all the staff from the manager down and the food delicious!!! Try this gem....I know you won't be disappointed

Americano was delicious. Kaitlyn did a great job helping our large group. Food was good - steak, pasta, trout - everyone enjoyed their meal.

Not being a fan off hotel restaurants but being tired we decided to try Americano at the Intercontinental. What a pleasant surprise! Place is new (opened may 2022 or so), spacious and well designed. Service was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Good bar selection with some creative local cocktails. Cesar salad was excellent, wedge also proper. Ribeye was exceptionally well cooked- perfection. Caviar fries and wild mushrooms as side orders worked beautifully. Gnocchis were good but could use a bit more punch. Overall an excellent dining experience.

Came to Americano for a bite to eat with the wife on a Tuesday at 9pm. Restaurant was packed with a lively crowd enjoying meals and drinks. We snagged a cozy window booth in the bar area. Wife ordered the bronzini and squash. I opted for the Flat Iron steak and fries. Because we were celebrating a kid free evening, we decided to order a bottle of Champagne. Phil the Director of Outlets came over and asked if we would like to participate in a traditional Champagne saber ceremony outside. We went outside. Phil hit the top of the bottle with the saber and knocked the cork off on the first try. This spontaneous and romantic moment will be something that my wife and cherish for the rest of our lives. Steak was cooked perfectly medium rare, delicious. Fries- Excellent. Bronzini- very moist and flavorful, sauce was on point. Squash- star of the show, I never thought squash could taste this good. We will definitely be back soon

It started with greeting at podium then seated at table. (we waited for 30 minutes as the restaurant was completely filled for lunch - I have never seen this before!!!) All three managers came over and interacted and bantered skillfully with my guests, (Marquis, Aaron & Kevin). What a WOW. The pasta bolognaise was OFF THE CHART fantastic.

Great table seating! Was a Sunday Funday with my girls. Food was amazng and plentiful. One had the french toast and she wouldn't share because it was that good. Said get your own. I had the steak and eggs but man the muffins on the side of the board were yummmmmy! Plus the added bonus, met Chef Scott Conant and got his new cookbook #signed. We all loved the entire experience!

I stayed at the hotel and went down to eat at this full on restaurant and bar in the lobby. The food - astounding. I sadly didn’t take any photos. I was there for their “Espresso Lunch” and a regular dinner. I went back to have some drinks with colleagues. The options for a person that doesn’t drink alcohol, pretty awesome. When my server couldn’t find my beer of choice - Heineken 0.0, the GM Phillip Huber went out of his way to find me some. The staff - unparalleled. Other than GM Huber, our servers Fuglicio (lunch) and Kat (dinner) were also awesome. Kind, attentive and professional. For such an upscale restaurant, I didn’t feel unwelcome in my jeans and hoodie.

Unique ambiance , and great service delectable food choices !!! Americano offers several food choices and wine selections.

Very nice staff and attentive. Very easy to work with. Had a business party of 15. No complaints. Good environment. Drinks were spot on.

Had a nice night with dinner and drinks for my wife's Birthday. Everyone was great, they had a nice birthday card for my wife. Great experience all around, thank you.

Food was amazing. Waitress was knowledgeable and professional. The bartender Damion was slow and took longer than normal to make drinks.

Great service, excellent food, wonderful atmosphere, and it was nice to have an express menu. Will definitely come back.

Beautiful atmosphere, awesome entertainment, delicious foods, couldn’t ask for anything more. Excellent customer service

Went for the jazz brunch with Nevin Miller the show and the food was awesome. You can not go wrong with the Wagu burger & fries. Fantastic wine selection as well.

This restaurant is a must if you are in Atlanta! Everything is impeccable and every dish is amazing, leaves you wanting more and more with each bite. The staff are incredible, professional and pay attention to all of your needs and wants. The management team does an amazing job leading this group of professionals and this isn't the first time we've eaten here and it won't be the last. I simply cannot say enough good things about The Americano! Go and see for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent service and atmosphere. The 10 oz filet mignon medium rare was absolute perfection. The sides are perhaps too small for sharing.

Amazing spot for a private occasion eg breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner ! The service, decor and food was exceptional, will come again !

I happened to come during the week Chef Conant was in Atlanta. Yes, I got to meet him, which was incredible, but the menu set for the evening was appetizing and delicious: the fettuccini Al borro, prepared in a Parmesan wheel, a wonderful selection of wine, and a great amuse-bouche of crab. I appreciate that the waiter knew my name and knew the menu extremely well. In addition, I got an appetizer and the panna cotta for dessert - both just fabulous dishes. The octopus I had was some of the best I’ve had. It was a great meal. The service was top notch. The ambiance was welcoming - I appreciated that they had a dress code (not too strict, but still!). What an AWESOME dining experience.

amazing food and beautiful location. Highly recommend if your looking for a nice place to eat in Buckhead. I also recommend you make a reservation

For New Year's Eve and to celebrate my grandson's birthday & show off to the "in-laws". The meal was excellent for very critical / experienced travelers and we wanted to give our 9 year old grandson a good first experience to upscale dining!!

The Americano has an excellent atmosphere with high end customer service and fantastic food. I highly recommend going and can't wait to go back.

The food was amazing. A very intimate birthday dinner. I felt very important to the staff, they even gave me a card ! So thoughtful ! Food was 10/10 that pasta they prepare in front of you?!! LOVE !

This place has a nice ambience and very good staff. The steaks are the clear focal point. They were delicious. Oysters were solid.

Had a terrific experience and dinner with a friend at The Americano for my birthday. The service was attentive, the food was creative and yummy, and I'm only sorry to miss Chef Conant when he's in Atlanta for a Chef's Dinner. Managers often come by a table to ask how things are; some ask but it's perfunctory. Not only was the Manager engaging, she shared my feedback with Phil Huber, Director of Outlets. I frequent restaurants all over the country and world and have NEVER had such responsive impressive interest. This restaurant deserves your business and I will definitely be returning.

Awesome atmosphere and excellent service!! Great place for a couples night out and very romantic! Would totally recommend

We went to Sunday jazz brunch. They had a flautist performing and it was such a cool vibe for a Sunday. We were promptly seated for our reservation upon arrival by the restaurant manager, Aaron. Our server, Phillip, greeted us with a warm welcome. We had mimosas and bloody Mary’s. The Bloody Mary experience is exceptional because they roll out this cart with different toppings and make it table side, great experience! We ordered the parfait to share and it was the perfect ratio of yogurt, fruit and granola with a touch of honey. She ordered the Pasta al pomodoro and added shrimp. She said it tasted as good as it looked. I ordered the Wagyu beef cheek hash and the flavors meshed together so well, it was delicious!!!! Great way to start off our week with good food and amazing service for our Sunday Funday festivities!

A gem inside the Inter-Continental Hotel in Buckhead. If you like modern upscale restaurant with a very cool vibe, outstanding food and a happening bar...this is a place you need to visit. The food is a wonderful blend of Italian classics, a solid steak

I would give the overall experience an A-. The reason for the minus is that when we arrived we sat in our car waiting for a valet for nearly 10 minutes. We were looking directly at two people, neither who were the actual runners for the cars. We kept waiting and waiting and just as I was about to get out of the car to seek my own assistance someone came up. He apologized saying he didn't know we were waiting. I don't know how he was unaware since we had been watching him and this woman the entire time. So once we made it past that unexpected waste of time we entered a lovely establishment. We had a very attentive waitperson named Phillip. The food was good, not great. I did appreciate them replacing a properly cooked egg in my eggs benedict order. The first had been cooked to hard. We also had a pleasant encounter with manager Aaron Buggs who extended a sincere apology for the valet incident. I have to give kudos to the jazz ensemble the music was great. When we departed I will say that where ever they park the cars, a long run for the valet attendants, kept my car comfortably cool on a very hot day.

We came for a birthday celebration and it couldn't have been a better experience. Scrumptious food, good drinks, lovely atmosphere and decor, and meeting Scott Conant was a special treat. Best ribeye I've had!

Me and my cousin were looking for a brunch spot in the buckhead area and I came across the americano on instagram we seen they were opening for brunch on Sunday and we went ahead a booked a spot right away It’s was a great experience starting as soon as I step in front of the restaurant , the ambiance was just beautiful they had a live band playing , the dining room had a very sexy , chic vibe to it Our server Ejay was very attentive , knowledgeable about the menu and very charming , I got the peas and thank you and Versace on the floor 10/10 so far the best cocktails I’ve had in a minute it’s was so refreshing , ejay suggested a couple options that I absolutely loved I got the caviar fries and tuna tartare to start off with and for the entrees my cousin got the steak and eggs with a lobster tail and i got the polpetine and eggs everything was packed with flavor it was amazing ,and I got the chance to meet the chef Scott Conant , I will most definitely recommend ill be back !!!!!!!!

Very Nice, We love the foods and live Jazz music entertainment. We had a very good time. The service was excellent, she recommended the right choice for us.

Food was great and server was awesome. The only complaint was we asked for extra bread and we were not told there was an extra charge of $20 for it.

I stopped at the Americano for some dessert with friends, and absolutely loved it! Super delicious. My friends were also impressed and one said it was the best dessert she ever had. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous place, beautiful ambiance, delicious food and friendly service. Warm welcome by the manager and the host when we arrived.

We had a delightful Christmas Eve dinner. Our waiter, a friendly guy from Bulgaria, was superb. The service was impeccable and our food was tasty.

Simply the best! What an amazing staff led by the friendliest and most handsome Chef around! We will be definitely back for more!!

I absolutely love Americano. The service is beyond exceptional, among the best I've had. Mary Grace was our server and she was amazing, great conversation, great service AND THE FOOD. It was delicious, would recommend to anyone visiting ATL

First class food and service. From the apps to desert all was excellent and creative. Much better quality, more creative than most other restaurants in Atlanta. And we were lucky Scott was working and we got to meet him

Easter brunch buffet was delicious, I don't recall how many times I went back for the pasta. Great family atmosphere and menu selection, the chef has done a fantastic job adding variety. Kudos to Aaron, Victoria and the team for making this experience enjoyable for my family. Paul T.

We came during the Atlanta Food and Wine Festivals intimate dinners. James Bear award winning chef Scott Conant along with chef Pat Pascarella did a 5 course menu paired with drinks. The food was incredible. It truly was a great experience.

First of all, it starts with a great chef. And this restaurant has it both with celebrity chef Scott Conant engineering the menu and then Jason Kohl and his creative talents enhancing and executing this menu. They have a great waitstaff, eager to provide service, which is not as common as it used to be even at fine restaurants. They also have a strong culinary team. I am an officer of a prestigious, wine food organization, the Chaine des Rotisseurs, so I think I have good objectivity when it comes to distinguishing among restaurants. They deftly delivered a dinner for 50 of our members and it was a phenomenal experience. I also participated in a Antinori wine dinner that they did last year and it was equally spectacular. Katie Brillinger is their Somm and she’s working on creating a powerful Italian wine portfolio and this will be an excellent complement to the Italian focused cuisine. She plans to create some special wine dinners focusing on Italian wines, featuring well known ones, but also unique varietals that you may have never tasted. Americano really delivers and if you haven’t been there, I suggest you try it.

Loved the food, service and atmosphere! Jasmin was amazing and it was so great to talk with Chef Scott Conant! Molto bene!

Augustus is a fantastic waiter. Great ambiance and high quality food. The Bar & Dining areas have been upgraded to a higher standard.

Gret Antinori wine dinner!! The wine and food pairing were excellent. The sommelier and the servers were very much disciplined. Thank you.

Great food and ambiance. Date night and family friendly. Accommodating for our children while being a nice experience for the adults.

One of the best dining experiences we have ever had. Food and the service was just wonderful. The Restaurant is beautiful.

We had a great time. Food and service were both amazing. Deonta was a great waiter. Worth coming here.

We ate at The Americano, the hotel restaurant. Tyler was our bartender, and he has such a great personality and took wonderful care of us. I would come back here just to have this experience at the bar again. Also the food was outstanding!

For a restaurant that was not even 1/3 full, the service was slow and unattentive and the food was really nothing that will bring me back. The cost on the other hand was quite high and what I would expect from a place that really impressed me. The food wasn't bad but I have no reason to return. There are places in town with better pasta and steak and their prices are similar with better service.

Generous portions and the steaks and pasta were solid. Appetizer portions were enough for 2-4. Atmosphere is fine. There’s a few other options in Buckhead that I prefer for steaks/seafood/pasta, but fine hot a hotel restaurant.

Our dinner at the Americano was excellent, Our Server Gonzalo was very professional and on point with all of his recommendations, The ribeye steak and Salmon were cooked to perfection. Overall we enjoyed everything about the restaurant and even got to meet Chef Scott Conant :)

Great food, pasta and steak were both amazing. Service was exceptional as well! The ribeye was cooked just right and tasted great. The pasta al pomodoro was exceptional

This was a great restaurant to celebrate birthday with friends and family. Customer service was even better, they even brought another drink to the birthday boy bc his first drink didn’t have garnish.

Our company is opening a new HQ in Atlanta. After storms damaged our original venue, we were in a bind to find a dinner venue with close proximity to our Buckhead office and that could accomodate our VIP group and its requirements. Across the board and on all accounts, the incredible team at The Americano Restaurant exceeded our expectations. Our January dinner attendees were made up of clients, C-level leaders, and dignitaries--all who are frequent global travelers and everyone was impressed with the Americano team, the food, and the setting. I want to thank everyone who helped us have more than a dinner event but a memorable milestone moment. I especially want to thank Kiara Walker, Connie, Chris, and Travon. My kudos to Chef Scott Conant and his team for their remarkable food and service. Thank you so much. ~Matt Gosselin, Xebia Head of Marketing

Amazing food! Ambience was lovely. Staff was friendly and very attentive. This will be a regular stop whenever I pass through Atlanta

Just awesome. I can’t wait until my next birthday. I was treated like a Queen. It was so special. The Server had a special card for me and they brought us a treat from the kitchen. The Potter house was exceptional. You must try the Beef Cheeks and the Ahi Tuna.

I was visiting and stayed at the Intercontinental hotel Atlanta. I chose to do dinner at their Americano Restaurant. The quality of the food shows that the Americano restaurant has very low expectations for the culinary expertise of their guests, especially Atlanta residents. I got a medium-well steak that was burned on the outside in the guise of a signature "char". Though I tried not to send it back, the steak was unbearable to eat, so I did. The self-declared manager proposed that I get another butterflied style steak, so I got a medium butterflied steak. I actually liked the texture of the new steak, however it was so salty that it was inedible. I made my friend taste it without saying what was wrong, to make sure I wasn't crazy. She mentioned that it was salty. At this point I gave up on dinner! Meanwhile the manager seemed and acted irritated at me because I wasn't satisfied with the horrible dinner. He was more distracted with trying to connect with my friend who he seemed taken-by. I definitely would not return to this restaurant for dinner. I would probably return to the bar, because I liked the island style cocktail which I ordered.

I love this place, I had a Great experience! The staff are very nice , helpful & they treated me like a celebrity ! I will be back soon!

We had a private room for a friends graduation dinner and our waitress Caitlyn was amazing! Very attentive and gave great recommendations. Each dish was delicious. 10/10.

Katlyn was an amazing server. The food was amazing as well, and she helped make our experience as comfortable as possible! We won’t forget it for a long time!

We all ordered steaks and they were cooked perfectly. We had the beef cheeks as an appetizer and the portion size was enough for three people to share. This restaurant was phenomenal. We would definitely go again!

Awesome food Awesome food Staff was slightly snobby & condescending Martini delivered incorrectly & told we couldn’t order appetizers before ordering our entrée selections, very weird
Fantastic
It was a great moment, thanks to y’all. I was there for a proposal and y’all made special for me and my fiancée. Great memories!!! Thanks for your engagement and the service. God bless all of you🙏🏿
