My mom and I were staying in the neighborhood and drove up to the hotel for a drink and light fare. The setting is so relaxing and private, we didn’t want to leave. Amazing art hanging in the bar, you can feel the history and nostalgia. We shared a pizza followed by the trio gelato selection and both were amazing. The drinks were incredible especially my espresso martini. Highly recommended!

Spent a Sunday brunch in the bar and had the famous salad inspired by Nancy Regan's taste buds. Very chilled and relaxed atmosphere with perfect service. As you would expect in a place such as this.....there were plenty of recognisable faces having lunch.

Very noisy and difficult to get a table even for hotel guests. Staff smiled but no particularly helpful

Visiting family in Beverly Hills for Christmas and three of us decided to stop in at the Bel-Air to see the lights and have a drink at the famous bar. It was worth every minute - the property was magical, the swans were a-swimming, and the bar was cozy and comfortable. There are large black and white pictures on the walls of famous movie stars and it just felt like we were going back in time to more glamorous and exciting times in Hollywood. The visit would not be complete without a visit to the Ladies powder room. You won't want to leave. I felt like a movie star! This will be on our "Stop in" list next time in LA.

I was worried when they remodeled the hotel a bit ago.. but they made a beautiful place chicer and made my afternoon very enjoyable.

Our most recent habit is to try as many high end hotel bars as possible and there are few locations better for watching the moneyed cavort which sipping a hand crafted cocktail amidst dark wood. Service is attentive and friendly. Expect to spend as much for two drinks as most would spend on a meal, but you should expect no less. Relax and enjoy it.

We had a group of eight, we were well accomodated & everyone enjoyed their drinks, all requests were met with excellent service..

Great to have a drink outside in the pretty garden, they have heaters outside as it was a bit cool , .....but expensive but then you are in Bel Air

Just a great place to go. Great appetizers. Wonderful location. Great for quiet business meeting or for romantic get together.

Before the remodeling this used to be an excellent piano bar with hamburgers and a wonderful place to be with friends from the hood. But now it's become so modernized that it does not have the same ambience and feel as before, there are other places to go

My wife and I spent the odd night in here recently, great atmosphere, great food and great cocktails. They know how to make a Martini here. Piano player a bit loud but that is my only negative.

Excellent hotel bar with terrific cocktails and superb professional service. Loved the fact that you could sit at the bar, in an alcove outside or in the intimate main room with fireplace and piano. Delicious truffled popcorn.

Beautiful lounge with very accommodating staff to take care of your every need. A nice place to enjoy a relaxing time with a friend or two.

Had dinner and few breakfast here as was staying at the Bel Air Hotel. High recommended for sure. I liked the atmosphere very romantic and cosy in the evening but also the Californian sunlight in the morning. Cool place!

Don't you just love the piano bar? Will the bar at Hotel Bel Air has elegance live music and incredible service. We sat at the bar for dinner and had drinks that were handcrafted. Also loved the bar snacks which were veggie chips and a crudités with salsa verde...complimentary 😉 The experience was a treat! After dinner we popped back in for piano and dessert....a plate of warm cookies and a Stinger (they actually know how to make one!)

We popped in to the lounge for a cocktail, and a mid afternoon bite. The ambience was a bit of a surprise to me, as I was expecting it to be more 'nature' focused. It felt very much like a scotch bar where you would see a lot of very masculine Hollywood agents and the like telling stories, and smoking cigars. The drinks and the food were very good. I did not give it 5 stars, because to be honest...this property is gorgeous, with lush trees, and flowers, and meandering paths. I was really hoping to have a drink with a view overlooking this, or the canyons etc. I would've liked to at least be able to appreciate the nature/weather if we so chose. If it were my property :), I would keep the interior as is, and also have the option of a balcony/terrace with heaters...just to give the option to appreciate all of that lushness of the Hotel Bel Air property.

Came here last week with couple of friends to have probably the best banquettes and cocktails in the LA. Frankly speaking I really liked the cocktails it was really amazing. The location of this restaurant is nice and easy to find. I specially liked Outdoor seating and live Piano adds some extra flavor with the environment. The service is fast and staffs are friendly. The scenario is amazing and with Delicious food items it looked beautiful. Great place. I will come again for sure.

This is a great old fashioned always busy bar. Very trendy and popular. You an always count on seeing someone famous here. The drinks are nice and stiff and they have a great bar menu as well. We visit often and always have a great experience.

This bar has a fabulous atmosphere and we were there on a Wednesday night when a jazz band was playing. They were excellent! The bar is beautifully decorated and has most comfortable seating arrangements. Service was very good . I would've liked to have seen a few more options on the menu . We did have dinner there and it was very good.

We were staying at the Hotel Bel-Air and had a friend meet us for some cocktails. This was a relaxing vibe with a great cocktail and wine menu. Service was chill but on their game and took care of us.

This has always been one our favorite hotels. The famous and LA Entertainment players are almost always present. Yes, the drinks are very pricey but if you want to spurge on a wonderful evening out this is the bar. Despite the price the drinks are worth it. The piano was empty and the bar tender let our musician friend tickle the ivories which only added to the evening. If I could live in LA, this is where I would live, not just stay the night.

The drinks here are well crafted (albeit expensive), and the truffled popcorn that was offered gratis was a very tasty nibble to accompany our beverages. A nice place to drink, relax, people watch, and from time to time, listen to the piano man.

Since the costly renovating and reopening Hotel Bel-Air a few years back, I've been here on numerous occasions to enjoy their extraordinary cocktails, delicious coffee, or tasty dinner entrees at the lounge and piano bar, and strolling around the beautiful hotel grounds, water stream, and gardens. In fact, I luv this place so much that we spent our most recent NYE celebration here - enjoying the music, with a wildly fun NYE countdown inside the lounge bar, after having dinner and enjoying cocktails all night long in our plush coach booth table in the corner, next to the fireplace. It was a lovely festive celebration. I absolutely LUV their Amaretto Sours with their frosty creamy egg white topping, poured into a deep rounded glass cup, over an giant chunk of cut iceberg. Beautiful exquisite presentation, and even tastier than it looks! Sooo yummy, especially because I only drink wine or champagne versus hard alcohol or liquors. If we come during the day, we always to sit outside to enjoy the plush ground views. The coffees are always served in the French press. They are courtesy trays of olives, chips, and a delicious nut mix. Very addicting snacks... The homey hotel grounds are so romantic and serene. You feel very secluded and it is so fun to explore and enjoy the ducks and elegant gorgeous swans in the stream. You can valet park for $8 -with validation, or find street parking near the residences. Hands down, it's my favorite bar and lounge due to the superb cocktails, complementary snacks, perfect setting, romantic ambience, service, and understated elegance.

It is no longer the warm and comfortable place that used to be before the renovations a few years ago it's now a bit on the cold side quite expensive they charge for parking where as they used to not charge and the ambience is certainly not there any longer it's quite loud and very hard to hear people people across from you at the table The service is certainly not there any longer either

We chose to visit the bar while waiting for our dinner. Others were dining at the bar. We had used the bar in the past with other out of town friends and were not disappointed on this occasion. Two of our party do not drink alcohol but they had plenty of choices. It was a pleasant time and we were called promptly when our table in the Wolfgang Puck restaurant was ready.

Awesome and lethal cocktails - loved the Monroe as well as the Norma Jean. Saw celebrities as well but it is clearly a place to hide and rest versus be seen at a scene.

I always like to grab a quick drink here. Upscale with good service. They have a nice selection of wines to choose from.

Staff was arrogant, rude, and disrespectful. This applies to the wedding I went to, the hotel bar we visited, and our overall visit to the hotel on three occasions. Service was abysmal every time. Ask, after 20 minutes, what happened to your drink order, any be ready for staff to turn their nose up at the very question and even deny that your table had ordered any drinks, to the shock of everyone at the table. Ask if we can place a drink order and then be told that he "possibly" might be able to come back to take our drink order in 15 minutes. Ask for the manager and a "charge person" comes and tells us, before we even speak, that we didn't order drinks. Shocked faces all around our table. Rather than argue, I ask if we can order drinks at this time, and he says, "I'm sure the wait staff get around to it" and he walks off. The bar was no better, not the bar at the wedding, but the bar that is part of the hotel. The grounds were pretty. Note: I had to select a travel date in order to post a review, but it is not the real travel date.

This bar and lunge has been remodeled. I do like how the lounge and bar are set away from each other. The seating in the lounge is comfortable, modern, with pictures of classic entertainers on the wall. We were there when the piano was being played which added to the atmosphere. The fireplace also adds a nice touch. It is dark and not obnoxious like many other lounges. While we were there, a well known musical group sat at the table next to us. The food was very good, strangely, especially the pickles. The drinks were fine and presentation was good. I did think the waitress staff was average only. They were pleasant however, they were too slow. It took some time to get menus and for them to take our order. Also, getting a check and then having the credit card charged took way too long. It seemed as if our waitress disappeared and a different waitress helped us after waiting for the check. If I had been in more of a hurry I would actually have given the lounge a three star simply because of this. I would have scored the lounge higher if the service was better. I would recommend management look into this issue. For this price, service should be excellent.

Great service and a live piano. They've keptthe classic dark wood charm of the old bar, while opening it up a bit. Very romantic.

Stayed in the Hotel Bel-Air for two night and had a meal at Wolfgang Puck which was excellent. We enjoyed drinks in the bar which has a wonderful relaxed atmosphere. There was also a three piece jazz band playing and they were fantastic.

Wolfgang Puck created the varied menu and it was fabulous. We have always loved the Bel-Air but now it is much more user friends. P.S. Their swan had babies!!!

Great service, atmosphere and best of all amazing bartenders that really know how to make a great drink. The snacks are a nice touch.

By far the finest hotel in Los Angeles, Hotel Bel Air has been an institution of fine service in a relaxed atmosphere amidst towering sycamores and redwoods with a nice little creek running through the center of the 12 acre spread. The bar is always interesting and relaxing.

We were staying at the sister property Beverly Hills Hotel but visited the Bel-Air for drinks. The property is beautiful and the epitome of understated luxury. I love the location tucked away from the city - the newer buildings going up the foothills look amazing. I have to say the staff overall was excellent but they seemed a bit stressed out (no one was smiling!) Despite this, one staff member - Lauren (I believe she is a concierge) went completely out of her way to make us feel welcome and personally assist us in transportation back to to the BH. She was all smiles and could not have been nicer or more welcoming and is the perfect example of what the Hotel Bel-Air is all about. Thanks Lauren - can't wait to visit again.

We checked into the hotel quite late on a Saturday evening, after a long flight from London, so just wanted a light supper and a bottle of wine. The light supper was perfect, a meze platter and crab cakes, and they had some good French wines at not unreasonable prices. Decor is fantastic, particularly the great Tina Turner photos. The only problem was the noise level. There were a couple of tables of young women who appeared to compete in the Decibel Olympics.

The bar was beautifully remodeled. I loved the seating and the ambiance, its forgotten since its off the beaten path but worth going to if you are looking for a spot for drinks.

Good food and great atmosphere to spend your afternoon . the surrounding area is picture perfect and you can stroll around the hotel garden before or after .

i love coming here for drinks...it is small so it's not a scene of people...but the people who do show up here are pretty awesome...you have to come check it out.

A good buzzy atmosphere and there was live jazz playing on the night we went. This is a busy bar and it is tricky to get a table even if you are a hotel guest, but its worth battling for! A good end to an evening out in LA

We stayed a couple of days at the Hotel Bel-Air and having an evening drink here quickly became a "must do" each day. A buzz with the Hollywood set and other mover and shakers, this is a place to see and be seen. Service was faultless and selection of food and drinks was excellent. Decor is grand modern and worth a visit just for this alone. Highly recommended.

I love this bar and the Hotel grounds are gorgeous. I highly reccoment it, especially for a an intimate experience

A gorgeous setting, posh neighborhood, roaring fire inside and a great group of friends. It was all going so well. We grabbed a table for 5 of us and just started chatting figuring someone would come to take our drink order. We figured wrong. We were passed by multiple times and then ended up moving when a spot closer to the fire came open. Still nothing. Finally one person in the group went to get someone.....who said they would be right over. No one ever showed up. It's not like they were even that busy....less than half full. After almost 1/2 an hour, we left and went to the Beverly Wilshire. Incredibly slow service.

Lovely live music on Wednesday night. Relaxing environment. Wide range of drinks at the bar and reasonably priced.

We loved pianos!; and since this bar got one, we even liked it more. Good place to meet people there too.

The bar at the Hotel Bel-Air is the perfect place to meet a friend for a cocktail. Cozy, lovely environment and relaxing. Everything about this hotel is first class and you can't go wrong.

A great quiet place to meet after work for all kinds of circumstances. Very soothing. The food is delicious and everybody is welcoming. The setting could not be better. I hope it stays like this for ever.

My husband and I were recently in L.A. while visiting the U.S. from Kuwait, where we currently reside. The Bel Air had always been one of our favorite places to visit and we used to love the bar. We were aware that they had recently undergone a multi-million dollar renovation, so we were looking forward to seeing the changes. First of all, it was nice to see that the original entrance had remained the same, with the bridge and the swans. A bit disappointed by the sterile lobby, but we were truly disappointed with the bar. It used to be warm, cozy and inviting. It now is cold, sterile, with all hard surfaces, hence loud, with no warmth to it whatsoever. In addition, the music that was being piped in was horrible. When asked about the pianist, we were told he only plays on Sunday and Monday nights. Monday??? No Saturday! Doesn't even make sense! Also, all the waitstaff were very young and hip, and we perceived that management had decided to recast the ambience from old world and clubby to young, hip and happening. it has taken away all the class and comfort and ambience it once had. We were truly disappointed. We had planned on dining at the bar, but we had just one drink (even the Cosmo wasn't the same or as good as they once were), and so we left, determined not to return again! After reading other reviews on the rooms with all the problems, I am happy we hadn't chosen to stay at the Bel Air. We reverted to the Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel and it was exactly the same, which is exactly what we expected and wanted. Some places just need to remain the same, regardless of refurbishment!

Its outside of the main areas of LA, but its worth a 10 minute trip from Beverly Hills. The drinks are as fantastic as the food from Bel Airs restaurants (Chef Puck)

Fun, good service (except in the middle of the day). Get there either early in the evening or after 9. Between 7-9 the bar is packed with people meeting up to go out. Difficult to get a table. Food and drinks are great.

Lovely, clubby, and one of the great bars of America. It exudes LA character. Be certain to request the complimentary chips as it is one of the best conceived bar snacks ever created.

Loved the outdoor seating and the indoor seating with the piano entertainment! Service and Drinks were wonderful! Loved the cheese tray!

Good food. Had a pizza for a snack. excellent. Can be noisy if crowded as people shout over each other to be heard

I had a late night beer here and enjoyed listening to some of the patron waffling on.. the staff were friendly. all good

Great when the weather is nice and you can sit outside but tables outside are popular so be prepared to wait. Inside the tables are just as nice and the service is excellent - really friendly staff.

Quiet, small bar with a very cool vibe. We loved the wine selection as well as the cocktail-time entertainment. We decided to dine in the bar -- good move.

Amazing atmosphere. Fabulous wine list and cocktails. Very good food menu. We really enjoyed the bar.

Enjoyed our evening with a wedding and a football game the bar was busy - the service remained wonderful.

The Bel-Air isn't convenient to my house, but I was in the neighborhood and wanted to show an out-of-town guest the hotel. The drinks were good and the snacks were nice, but I didn't care for the stark new decor and giant photos, which weren't at all relaxing. The fact that there was a large family with small children nearby didn't add to the atmosphere either. All of this made me miss the way the bar was in the 90's--clubby, old-fashioned and full of adults. Though many of them seemed to be there with non-marital partners, at least it felt like a real bar, rather than a family hangout.

one of my favorite places in the world!! True class, elegance, style and charm! The French Martini is top notch along with light bar bites. Worth every penny!!

I met the love of my life there. Then had dinner in the gorgeous restaurant. The rest is history. The environment is ultra romantic.

The renovation is fantastic and it is justa nice relaxing and civilized place for a drink and a bite . The photography is interesting as well. Nice spot near my home I love to take out of towners to.

I enjoyed the very tasty and original house special cocktails served in a comfortable relaxing garden setting. There were 8 in our group so we shared and compared. Each one was good in a different way.

Possibly my favorite place in Bel-Air. Amazing setting, excellent cocktails and just killer live music every night. Perfect place for some relaxed listening to classic covers of all stripes. Pricey but delicious cocktails. Service is rather slow, but staffs and alive music are awesome. 10/10.

We have run into quite a few celebrities in the bar. It is a fun bar to sit back by the wall, sip some martinis or manhattans and people watch. Or cuddle with your sweetheart and just disappear into the scene.

The bar is exceptional and lives up to everything you have ever heard about it. The décor is dark and romantic, the service is fantastic, the downside is you cannot smoke on the terrace outside, you have to walk down the path the a designated smoking area with a traditional stone outside fireplace.

Wow, wow, wow, if you're in the area you must check out this bar! Just walking from the entrance to the bar was enough to make me wish I was staying at this gem. Everything is lush, and it's like walking into an oasis. I expected the place to be out of hand on a Friday night in the summer, but the bar was empty and the bar staff were not only exceptionally friendly, but offered to make me a custom a drink. Loved my experience and certainly hope to be back in the future and DEFINITELY if I'm passing through the area.

This place is remarkable, It's old school with new school all around it. Baby boomer love it. There's charm with a cozy feeling.

Every night there is a piano player at the bar. The bar has a fireplace and great pictures. You can also eat there every day different and not only little bites which is sometimes very comfortable.

When you travel a lot you enjoy the expected. I had not been to the Bel Air for several years and it is was pleasing to see it had not changed Yes updated technology decoration etc but the that calm elegance remained. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of one of the world's largest cities the hotel is an oasis while being only minutes from Beverly Hills Westwood and Santa Monica Upon arrive I heard the travellers favourite world upgrade. So the room was truly fabulous. The iconic bar was everything it should be quiet and efficient Puck's restaurant does not disappoint If you dig for something to bring to the hotels attention if would be that once again the terrace Jacuzzi did not work and a mystery $7.95 charge after departure When you spend nearly $10K in a week you would think they could forego the 7.95 what ever it was for Will I go back yes

great cocktails and excellent food with live music.Visited 3 times during our stay and each time had great service. Liked the inside -out capability of the bar and the lounge.

He was showing me off at TABLE #1....and he was getting looks...we were 20 years apart....I had only been in Hollywood a few months...but I met him on the set of Fantasy Island...what more can I say....he took me to the Bel Air Saturday night in August of 1979...and it hasn't changed...I have, but it hasn't...lol The Hotel is magnificent nestled in the Hills...the history of the place is mind numbing...but the food and atmosphere and the people in the Bel Air restaurant....well...you JUST HAVE TO EXPERIENCE IT FOR YOURSELVES...ITS AWESOME....put it on your 'bucket list'....you wont forget it....I havent !! Dress up....be stylish...bring your wallet....and ps...try the scallops....wowzaaaa! and look around... discretely...everyone you know will be dining there one time or another.....just don't ask for their autographs...the waiters will escort you out...discretely..... ha !

This fantastic small bar combines ambience, romance, and old Hollywood charm to deliver the perfect place for a nice evening date night. I personally love the jasmine green tea as well if you aren't feeling up to a cocktail.

A cozy, intimate bar filled with locals. Many had food, we were only having drinks. Piano player provided a nice atmosphere without being overbearing. Service was impeccable.

This is a jewel of Los angeles You don't want to miss. A little up Stone Canyon drive on the west side of the lane, you can find a hotel from paradise, sitting on a small lake with beautiful black swans. Hotel Bel Air does it ALL right. It is utterly romantic.I am just covering the bar on this review, with its grand piano and sophisticated decor, refined service and absolutely any drink concoction you heart desires from rare scotch whiskies to deliriously sweet liquors from the flower fields of France to the gentle white wines of the Loire (my fave Vouvray.) If you close your eyes you can see all the wild flowers that grow there instilled in this magical liquid. There are delicious Canapés to nibble on while you listen to the singers who come here for your pleasure. (Only the Best) and gaze out over the quiet lake before you sit, and cradle your amours warm hand in yours. There's nothing sweeter or more romantic than this place, at this time, with you in it. And nothing more memorable.

So this is what we had expected of an upscale bar in a very nice hotel. We are not normally found in this kind of place but will definitely visit this place again. We were treated so well and the drinks were most outstanding. Just ask for something and they can probably make it. A little expensive but a great treat. Enjoy!

The cocktails were great & I love the new outdoor seating. This was the only place at the Bel Air were a little bit off. However, it was Thanksgiving night so that may be why.

the scene is incredible, the drinks are super delicious. the decor will leave you enchanted, and i have never enjoyed spending $15-20 per cocktail more than I did sitting outside here!

Visited the bar a couple of times during a recent stay, during the evening the Pianist was playing and provided a very up beat atmosphere. The second visit was to meet a friend for an afternoon drink. Both visits were very pleasant, staff were personable and attentive. Ate from the Bar Food menu which was varied and great quality.

Great bar for cocktails or comfort food meals in the Hotel Bel Air. Dark and warm with a good ambience and live music some evenings.

This is a nice place to drink and relax - even when full(ish) it is not too noisy and cocktails always well made and worth the price.

We were hotel guests for a few days and of course had lunch and really ate at the Bar more than once. The food is very good, especially loved the burger, but it was so expensive, the bill even for lunch climbed up to the three digits quickly and we weren't even having alcohol, almost cost prohibitive, even for hotel guests. But besides that, really good food and cool place.

The Bar at Hotel Bel-Air is my favorite bar in Los Angeles, especially when we are out cocktailing for an evening. It starts with the bartenders. They are craftsmen working their trades. We sat at the bar for awhile and let them guide us through an array of craft cocktails based on them asking us our preferences on tastes. This was a home run for fun and great drinks. The bar setting is world class. If the weather is right, and it is about 340 days a year, you can sit outside at tables mixed into the bushes for some privacy. Once inside you are surrounded by iconic photos of famous talent. A piano is in the middle of the bar cranking out exactly the right music for the room. This is a cozy, fun setting. If you are having dinner at Wolfgang Puck you must build in an hour either before or after dinner to enjoy the bar.

OMG again in my lovely hotel Bel Air for a quick lunch with friends. We had the greatest cocktail of LA, the Monroe's Passion and the most amazing signature burger ever. You cannot miss the restaurant, the bar and the hotel as well. Cant wait to go back there! I love Hotel Bel Air

This is the nicest 'bar" I've ever had the pleasure to visit. I'm not a 'bar' kind of person. This is just a beautiful, intimate room with lovely piano music, fabulous cocktails, beautiful people, and amazing food. Waht could be better?

The retro decoration wiyh black and white pictures of stars may add charm but as compared to the outside it is a bit dark. Unfortunately, we arrived after 2:30 pm for lunch and the terrace restaurant no longer open. The food was nevertheless excellent : burger (very tasty though a bit heavy), the loup de mer, and pasta. Good service and mostly a great occasion to see the mythical Belair Hotel. Do not miss a passage at the toilets ;-)

I've been going here for years and love love love this place and the live piano music. Pricey but worth it.

This is obviously a special place to stay. I haven't stayed here for ten years until 2018 when I spent a couple of days there. The service is generally a cut above the competition but I was delayed for a long time checking in at the front desk who had not listened to my preferences for a quiet room which had been explicitly requested that morning and I was marched off to a room that had nearby road works going on. I was then given a room ( which i remained in) where I could hear every word of the adjoining rooms conversation through the communal door. Apart from this its super pretty and a great experience but not quite as sharp as it used to be. I will be going back again for another try though as the location and setting are unique. The pool is pretty with excellent staff in attendance and the bar a must visit.

This is one of the greatest bars in the world. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and swift. Sitting at the bar one can meet an amazing range of fascinating people. The Martinis are just dry enough and the wine is well selected. We recommend sitting at the bar and chatting with Alan and his ten.

Our bartender, Alan was excellent and extremely professional. A great experience overall. Great bar bites. and comfy seating.

This is one of the most elegant bars on the planet. It's a place where the pretty people meet, It is beautifully decorated and they serve greatly-crafted and creative cocktails with yummy snacks, good enough for dinner.

It's my neighborhood bar. Always liked it. One place does the proper 'dirty martini'... They should serve in the lobby area as well but its always a problem. You have to go and convince somebody. Lobby section is quiet and nice for a conversation or phone calls but no service there.

we were looking for a quiet, upscale place to have a couple of drinks and something to eat. A friend told us about Hotel Bel AIr. Without GPS we never would have been able to find it - but it was beautiful - like a tropical Shangri La. THe hotel is covered with trees, greenery and with a stream seeming to run through the property. We went to their small bar, staffed by a very friendly and attentive staff. The drinks are all custom made and the bartenders take real pride in their work, measuring all the ingredients and everything is top notch. The food was great - I had a tortilla soup (best ever) and my wife had tuna tartar, then she had the burger and I had the spaghetti bolognese. It was all delicious. It ain't cheap - a martini was $15, my wife's pear vodka concoction was $18 - but it was worth it.

Old Hollywood charm with soft lighting and paintings of classic celebrities. Dark wood decor and warm fireplace. Great live music, piano. Recommend the martini and burger.

Across the lobby and surrounded by beautiful gardens you enter The Bar at this exclusive Bel Air hotel; it feels very private yet the service is relaxed and attentive.

Good service, excellent home made crisps and superb surroundings. More casual than the Puck Restaurant. Offers a wide range of spirits, wine and spirits.

Nice chilled atmosphere were you can feel private. Great service and the Burger was amazing. a must try.

Really liked the banquettes in the main square room. Nice bar to sit if you are single traveler. During cool nights they spark up the fireplace and the design of the space is very LA and very chic.

There is nothing like this place. We really like it b/c it's casual, the bartenders make excellent cocktails and it doesn't feel the way you might expect "Bel Air" to feel. Really a great bar.
Sexy. Hide away. Fun
A great place to grab a corner spot early and stay late. Great spot to canoodle with a cocktail in your hand. When we go. We dress up and have a great time. Usually before meeting friends for holiday get together and dinner.
