This restaurant in the Paris Hotel and Casino was under construction when I was in Vegas last year. I follow Martha on Instagram, so I saw its progress and opening. It was nice to see how hands-on Martha was in all aspects of the restaurant and menu development. Bedford is the town in Westchester County NY where Martha has her circa 1925 farmhouse and farm, also called The Bedford. Chef Daniel Boulud and Ryan Reynolds/Blake Lively are neighbours. The restaurant has a variety of seating areas--"outdoors/patio", "living room", kitchen, bar and the Brown Room, which has faux windows with views of Martha's farm that change seasonally. The menu has decent variety with plenty of Martha-specific items, such as her mother's (Big Martha) pierogis, her daughter's (Alexis) chopped salad, Martha's Martha-tini and Martha-rita cocktails. Some dishes are prepared tableside; several have caviar upgrades available. It's on the pricier side. I got the prix fixe 4-course menu which is a good way to sample menu highlights, plus a good value. The tasting menu consisted of: a good-sized Caesar salad, Big Martha pierogis (3 of them in brown butter and sage), half of a roasted chicken with gravy (thyme and breadcrumbs stuffed under the skin) and an upside down lemon meringue pie with baked meringue, lemon curd and whipped cream. I additionally ordered the famous bread basket seen on social media (JuneBug flatbread with baked-in veggies, sour cherry-rosemary focaccia, Parker House rolls) plus creamed spinach. I also ordered both non-alcoholic drinks, the Extra Lemony Lemonade and Red Iced Tea with citrus, berries and mint. Everything was quite tasty and of course I had plenty of leftovers, which they packaged very nicely to go. Note the restrooms are adjacent but not part of the restaurant; they are shared with the food court next door. There are several other items I'd like to try, so I plan on returning. Some of the items are seasonal. On a side note, it does not appear that Paris' buffet, which was located just across the "street" from The Bedford, is going to reopen anytime soon, if ever. I think the Paris outpost of Nobu, as well as a Bobby's Burgers outpost, took up some of the buffet's space.

We took some clients to the Bedford by Martha Stewart and were completely let down by pretty much the entire experience. Things started off well with welcoming staff at the front entrance and our server came and introduced himself. Before getting to the negatives, the two menu items that were good were the pierogis and the roast chicken with the table side service. Now for what needs to be wired on. The restaurant wasn't busy and yet there were big gaps in time when we wouldn't see our server. In addition, and maybe the worst sin of the entire evening was the pacing of the meal.... They brought out the appetizers and then brought the salads and the main courses out at the same time, so those of us eating salads had Luke warm dinners to get to and also felt really rushed. The food was also hit and miss. The above items were a hit, but all of the entrees and sides looked like they had sat under a heat lamp and we're over cooked. The potatoes and creamed spinach had a hard film from sitting too long and the roast brussel sprouts were overcooked and mushy. All of the sides were way too salty to enjoy. I would say a lot of the food ways over salted, but the creamed spinach was the worst. They also didn't have our first, second or third choice wines from the wine list, so we settled on a fourth option. This is a new restaurant, but I think it's safe to say that Marth, who made her name on entertaining would have been mortified (should be??) By the experience we had last night. I hope there is some rapid improvement here or I'm afraid The Bedford won't be long for Vegas.

An overall good restaurant that delivers a nice meal and experience. Good service but boy it’s expensive….and then they want to add 20% service charge on to the already overpriced restaurant…… The iconic bread basket was good and only US$14 :-) It’s an expensive experience that mirrors Vegas now in a nutshell Enjoy

Honestly, it's about what I've come to expect from modern Vegas, by that I mean overpriced, celebrity branded and mediocre. The menu is small and while there were some positives, it wasn't worth the money or calories consumed. I enjoyed my martini and the upside down lemon meringue pie. The Caesar salad, however, was just disappointing. Very bland and despite asking for extra cheese and dressing, flavorless. The croutons were also tiny and again, bland. I don't know what the chef was going for her but it just doesn't work. Bartender was nice though. I can see why the place was dead despite it being lunch during NFR.

For a large group it was absolutely something that we had to do was the Fixe’ Price. There was never any alternate entrée options. No questions of allergies were asked before or during the meal. Overall, I would not rule out going back to try and eat off the main menu.

Martha Stewart taught me how to cook. I have enjoyed her publications and shows. When I saw that she recently opened a restaurant in Vegas I was excited to visit. She did not disappoint! From the custom fresh cocktails to dessert we enjoyed every bite. I ordered the Meyer Lemon Drop and my husband has the Martha-rita. Both were fresh and smooth. Next we had the bread basket. Wow! 3 varieties and I couldn't pick a favorite.. all delicious! My husband had Big Martha's pierogi's and I had the fettuccine Alfredo. Again, all delicious flavors. We also had the smashed potato, prepared table side. The best we have had. We ordered the Milk chocolate pistachio tart for dessert. It was smooth and rich. I highly recommend this restaurant. Service was kind and attentive.

Good food, fun atmosphere, but surprisingly expensive (dinner for two was $260, with one drink each, one appetizer, two of the least expensive entrees). The Smashed Bake Potato (we had it without the caviar) is literally smashed at table-side!

Really great experience here during our first time at The Bedford. The restaurant is gorgeous on the inside. The service was top-notch. The bread basket was worth the visit alone, but the truffle pasta and roast chickenwas outstanding. Highly recommend!

We love Martha so I was super excited to visit her restaurant, the host staff we so sweet (even upgraded our table) but our waiter was pleasant but short and not really hospitable. We spent $135 for the perogies ($30), squash blossoms, butternut salad and pumpkin pie. Brown butter perogies were good but not $30 good, salad was dressed deliciously. The disappointment was with the deep dish pumpkin pie. It’s not deep dish, it’s a tart. I think ours was old because the crust wasn’t crisp, the meringue had an off flavor and the pie filling was weeping (losing water). I don’t think we’ll return unfortunately.

Our girls trip of three had a wonderful experience at Martha's restaurant. I had read the reviews and it seemed lots of people said get the bread basket. We did, it was great, We each got a different menu item and then shared so we could experience all of it. We got the scallops, which were wonderful, theFettuccine Alfredo with Périgord Trufe, which was pretty good, Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon (I did not try but daughter said it was good) and the smashed baked potato. Not sure the potato is worth it. The ambience is really nice and we enjoyed our dinner there. Would we go again, not sure as it is very expensive, I probably would go back for the scallops and the bread. The drinks were good too. :) https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g45963-d24957046-r873687744-The_Bedford_by_Martha_Stewart-Las_Vegas_Nevada.html#Terr

What an incredible dining experience. We paid extra to dine in a replica of Martha's dining room. We started with Big Martha’s Pierogies, which were surprisingly light in comparison to traditional pierogis and had the Roast Chicken, which is one of her recommended specialties and was the best chicken ever tasted in any restaurant. The food and ambiance were well worth the cost.

We paid $110 for a chicken. That is nuts. Guess what.. it was fantastic. We had the whole roasted chicken for 2 which came with some roasted carrots and cut table side. Added a side of Mac and cheese. Best chicken we have ever had and as crazy as it sounds we will do it again. That chicken was fantastic and the gravy served with it was so delicious. Service was excellent as well. the only reason I am giving em 4 stars instead of 5 is because $110 for a roasted chicken is too high even for Vegas.. but like I said, we will do it again.

The Doyenne of Domesticity has outdone even her own high standards at the Bedford! The food was outstanding. The service was great. It is a bit pricy, but how often does one get to eat at a replica of Martha's own house . . . .the nice house, not the Big House?! We had the breadbasket, lemon risotto, whole roast chicken, and bread pudding for dessert. All were fabulous and I would highly recommend this restaurant. I've read a number of the other reviews on this site and I don't understand the negative ones. Maybe they're from competitors. We had a great experience.

How do I review this place? I was there Christmas night & let's start with the service -- 20 minutes before a waitress came to the table & 25 minutes for a glass of wine--but once waited on -- waitress was informative and pleasant. The meal itself was very good. I had the bread basket and the short rib ragu which was delicious & the meat very tender. My problem is I was seated in the outer section right beside the walkway to Bally's and Paris. Many people stopped to ask how it was or what I was eating & then we had the drunk guy that kept coming to the railing to dance. It was very loud in this area & I just felt I would have enjoyed my meal more if I had been sitting inside or at the bar. I would give it another try because the food was very good & I think once they work out the kinks of being a fairly new restaurant, they will do better. However, I will definitely ask to be seated elsewhere than the outer portion of the restaurant.

Had a great visit! George and Ivan and Kit at the bar were amazing. Service was great - I had a few small bites off the menu. Everything was good and came out fast. A great spot in Paris for cocktails.

The restaurant itself is very lovely. A bit loud up front but we sat in the back room which was pleasant. I won't go into details as to prices as they detailed in other reviews. The food is OK. The service is SLOW. Not our waiter's fault but there was about 15-20 minutes between taking a course away and getting the next course. That means if you elect the prix fixe menu you are going to be there for a few hours. We were served at least 15 minutes after a table that came in after us and ordered after us. My husband had the fixed menu, I had the Couscous Royale. Both main courses were very average. The Pierogis were good. The breadbasket was beautiful. Too much for 2 people. Pictured it is half eaten! Unlikely to return. Not worth the price .

We were finally able to try The Bedford on our most recent Las Vegas trip. It was totally worth the wait. We had dinner reservations and paid the extra reservation fee to sit in the Brown Room (aka Martha's dining room). It was an intimate and cozy experience. Jeanette was our server, and she (along with the rest of the staff) were amazing. We tried the Bread Basket, which had rosemary-sour cherry focaccia, Parker House rolls, and garden veggie flatbreads. It came with plenty of unsalted butter topped with sea salt. Everything was delicious. We couldn't decide whether the focaccia or rolls were better. For an appetizer, we had the housemade perogies. I would not have ordered these except for a recommendation from a coworker. They were just as divine as she described. The brown butter was almost like eating caramel, and the rest of the dish simply melted in your mouth. I highly recommend trying this dish. For dinner, we had the lemon risotto with scallops and the pork chop. Both were excellent. The risotto was so good on it's own, I really didn't even need the scallops. The pork chop with the roasted onions and homemade applesauce were delicious. The only thing we didn't care for was the four-cheese mac and cheese. We both tried it, and neither one of us liked it. Also, the drinks are pricy, but worth the splurge. Lemon drop martini and the Salty Dog were the two we'd recommend. Because were were so stuffed, we got a piece of the Upside Down Lemon Meringue Pie to go. It consists of the meringue cookies as the base (instead of a pie crust) with lemon filling and whipped cream topping. It was good, but I think we'd try one of the other desserts next time instead. Overall, a great dining experience and a nice surprise inside the Paris hotel/casino.

Tried The Bedford by Martha Stewart last Dec.5. Nice ambiance, service was great. You have to make reservations to get seated. It is pricey. Menu not a lot to choose from.

The Bedford is way overpriced, under delivered. Specifically: * Bread basket--Great, but pricy. Good homemade food. * Steak--Good, tender, and well cooked. Bad, $100 for a $30 steak. * Garlic Spinach--Terrible. Soggy, too much garlic, and runny. * Mashed Potatoes--Tasty, but hard and dry. * THE BIG ONE: 2oz of Caviar for $200.....Oh, did I mention the caviar was not salty? Made you wonder if it was real caviar or a bottle of Kroger's best. * Didn't bother with dessert. Just wanted to end it.

I won’t be back. Prices range from 30-200 here. The food portions are very small. 1/2 cup of risotto and 2 scallops for 85.00?!?!? 1 cup of salad 45.99 Drinks were terrible. Martha should go to jail for these criminal prices

Decided to go ala carte! Ordered the bread basket which had veggie flatbread, Parker House rolls and cherry focaccia. The cherry focaccia was amazing. The flatbread was a bit overcooked and hard to bite. We had the "Red Tea" to drink. It was unsweetened which I love and loaded with fresh fruit. So refreshing!! We had the Brown Butter Perogies which were amazing. Then we each ordered a salad... a Caesar, which had rusty romaine...an immediate turn-off for me and a Frisee Salad which was delish! Because we were there for a birthday we were given a complimentary Creme Brulee which did not disappoint! The staff was so helpful. They replaced the Caesar Salad and made a reduction on our bill.

We've been looking forward to the opening of the Bedford being dyed in the wool Martha fans. Our party of four ws promptly seated in the area of the restaurant we requested. Very friendly and professional staff. The table side martinis were fantastic. Our server explined the menu well and we got started, The oysters rockefeller were delious. The only so so dish was Big Martha’s pierogis. The bread basket is a must. Two of us split the whole chicken which is very tasty and could easily serve 3 or maybe 4. The other two split a very good looking steak, We had several sides but no room for dessert. All in all a great experience!

This new restaurant in the Paris Hotel has a beautiful interior decor. The service was excellent and attentive. I tried the popular roast chicken. The presentation was beautiful and it was perfectly cooked - moist and tender. I was just underwhelmed with the very subtle flavors. It would be lovely for a date night.

Great Espresso Martini and tasty food! The ambiance and menu are well curated and staff are attentive and friendly. I appreciated the attention to detail to all aspects of the dinning experience.

The food was out of this world the trouble was when we had finished the waiter asked if we wanted desert we said no thankyou and he had the bill in his hand we still haven't finished our drinks and never got asked if we wanted another and then 4 min later came and asked if we sorted bill out I just paid and walked out for $300 two meals and 2 drinks a little bit of time to relax after meal ?

My husband, daughter and I enjoyed a terrific meal at the Bedford!!!! The open kitchen is fun to watch and EXTREMELY efficient! The service was impeccable! Eddie, our server, was soooo friendly and full of tidbits about Las Vegas (he’s born and raised here). We appreciated his knowledge of Vegas and his guidance with the menu. Everything he suggested was DELICIOUS. Each dish is exquisitely prepared and beautifully presented. The portions are a very good size. We were full!!! Eddie did convince us to try a dessert (the crème brûlée….. sooooooo good). The meal is a bit costly, but this is Martha Stewart, after all!!! The decor is extremely beautiful and chic.

The food was pretty good, although pricey but its Vegas, the staff were pretty friendly and attentive, I would comeback here.

Restaurant is lovely and we were seated at a quiet table where we could still see much of what was happening in the rest of the restaurant. We shared the crab cake and the caesar salad, which was very tasty and presented in the nicest way I have experienced. I found it a bit pricey but portions were large and if you are looking for fast food at fast food prices you shouldn't be here. The food, and 2 glasses of excellent wine was $117. Our server was excellent, very personable and efficient. I would recommend it for someone looking for a pleasant dining experience.

Had the prix fix as NYE. Nice large chairs and very comfortable. Starters a bit odd, nice steak and very large pudding. Only problem was waiter did not take order properly and we had to ask for sauce with our steak and at first only one pudding brought to the table, had to ask for other pudding.

This is my favorite spot on the strip, I'm sorry to say. The food is excellent, bread is perfect, chicken so good, and the lemon desert is mouth watering. I recommend this to anyone. The one downside, the front of house staff is slow to seat you, every time I've come. Doesn't matter your reservation time its at least 30mins after to get a table. Hope that improves so this restaurant will stay around. Side note hope the short rib ragu cames back on the winter menu!

Martha would be SO embarrassed. Horrible is the best I can say. First, the food. It’s obviously overpriced, this is Vegas. And I don’t mind paying more for good food. I ordered the Caesar salad and coffee. The best part of the Caesar was the mini croutons. And they weren’t great- but better than the rest of the salad. Flavorless, only a minimum of Parmesan sprinkled on top. And it needed pepper, but none was on the table, and the waitress never came by to offer any, or ask if more Parmesan was needed (it was). The coffee was ABYSMAL! I have never tasted coffee so bitter in my life! And so strong that an ENTIRE serving of ‘creamer’ BARELY made the coffee a light brown. AWFUL! When I did catch the server, she apologized, and said she would brew a new pot. But she forgot, and after I had finished what I could eat of the salad, only then did the coffee show up. And it was only marginally better.

Wow!!! Are we ever glad there were still two seats at the bar! It was a very special evening and we not only had delicious food, but we had the privilege of knowing that Martha herself was in the restaurant! #MarthaStewart

Amazing experience, wait staff, and food! Beautiful restaurant and the bread basket was awesome. The squash salad was delicious and everything was perfect

My husband and I had the fixed menu of roast chicken. We were very surprised that the Cesar salad was drenched in dressing, totally overpowering the greens and virtually inedible. The roast chicken we were served was very dried out. Then when the check came there was a charge for the dessert, which was included with the menu. It was taken off but took quite a long time. We were saddened and shocked by a poor experience from a Martha branded restaurant and will not return.

Pro: Nicely done restaurant, farm house style. It does feel like you are in a foodie home, if your a multimillionaire, it was simple and elegantly decorated. We ordered appetizers, shrimp cocktail. Bread basket, and another panka breaded appetizer, it was good. Our party of 5, loved their food, I ordered the red endive salad and it was delicious. Everyone seemed to like the food, dessert and drinks we ordered. Cons: Made reservations and still had to wait an hour, it was embarrassing as we had clients.

Very expensive even for vegas prices. Food was mediocre at best. Steak wasn’t cooked as requested and was fatty and really not at all pleasant. The starters and sides were underwhelming too. Not a nice atmosphere in the restaurant. Would recommend to avoid.

I was so impressed by this experience. I wasn’t sure I was going to like it and was hesitant to make the reservation. It turned out to be so delicious. The bread basket was out of this world (crazy!) and the chicken was the best I’ve ever had. Our server, Brad, was genuine and helpful. The only downside was that they were out of several wines. In the end, it was no problem. We will definitely be back.

Beautifully decorated restaurant. We had an early reservation and were seated in the VIP room. The first thing the server, Ismael, asked us was if we had food allergies or sensitivities. I responded that I can’t eat milk products and I’m sensitive to alliums. I ordered the salmon and asked that the shallot confit be left off. Ismael asked if I was allergic to confit. Clearly he didn’t know what that was, and was adamant that it couldn’t be prepared that way until he checked with another server. For dessert, I ordered sorbet. He insisted that their sorbet contains dairy. I asked if he meant the gelato. He said no. So, no dessert for me. I have to add that others who poured water, etc., were lovely. The food was delicious, the servings were on the small side and this review would have been a “5 star” had the server been more knowledgeable about the food. I know Martha wouldn’t have tolerated it.

I suggest you disassociate youself and your name, Martha Stewart, with The Bedford Restaurant in Las Vegas. My daughter and I just had dinner there tonight and were very disappointed. Thinking of you and your personna as a "perfectionist", I believe you, also, would not have been very happy. A half-chicken for $49.95 made us think it must be so exceptional to command such an exorbitant price. Instead, it was very salty and nothing to brag about. On the level of maybe a Costco roasted chicken; however, you get a WHOLE chicken from Costco and it's quite inexpensive and not overly salted. The Scallops with lemon risotto was the other entree. The scallops were properly cooked; however, the risotto was absolute MUSH. There was barely a rice texture at all. Similar to minute rice overcooked for 20 minutes. The restaurant's atmosphere was like being in a sports bar...noisy with a huge bar and TVs right in the center. I have lived in Las Vegas for over 50 years. I have seen famous chefs and retauntours plant their names on so many eateries in this town, and most of them have been so very disappointing. I guess the mentality is that tourists will come and go so they don't have to try harder to please everyone else, especially the locals. So sad!

What a new addition to the Paris Las Vegas hotel and casino. Excellent cocktails and delicious food. Affordable priced. Atmosphere is calm and relaxing.

Last year when I went to Vegas I read a magazine article from my hotel room that Martha Stewart would be opening a restaurant at Paris Las Vegas. When I traveled back to Vegas this year I was intrigued by going to her restaurant. On the morning of my dinner reservation, which was Monday evening - about a week after July 4, I passed by this restaurant and noticed a prix fixe menu for $99.95 that consisted of four items: caesar salad, pierogis, roast chicken, and upside-down lemon meringue pie. The prix fixe menu was helpful as it provided a guide. Would each person ordering the prix fixe menu be too full before the roast chicken? Also if you order a whole roast chicken it costs $89.95. With the prix fixe menu as a guide we ordered the following menu to share: caesar salad, pierogis, and upside-down lemon meringue pie. Ordering those items to share and getting a whole chicken saves money for each person. There first dish was the caesar salad. In the past I've eaten caesar salads with too much dressing. The caesar salad at The Bedford had enough dressing that you can taste the lettuce. The next item was the pierogis. This was the item from the prix fixe menu that we thought should share from the main menu because pastas can be filling. I never ate pierogis before. I wasn't sure if the filling would be too heavy. A good sign of a pasta is if the noodle is al dente. The noodles of the of pierogis at The Bedford were al dente. What made the pierogis stood out was the brown butter. That ingredient made the pasta have an umami taste. The real main event was the roast chicken, which is the signature dish of this restaurant. There was a lot of hype regarding the roast chicken at The Bedford. With this hype comes expectations and comparisons. Those comparisons for me are the three best half chickens I ate at an eatery: 1) poulet roti at Bouchon in Yountville, CA, 2) half chicken at Chicken In A Barrel in Waimae, HI 3) half huli-huli chicken at Randy's Huli Chicken and Ribs in Kealakekua, HI The whole roasted chicken was served at the tableside where the chef carved the chicken into quarters. While the chef was carving the server said the process of cooking the chicken takes 48 hours that includes the brining and slow cooking. In addition the server said the skin is crispy. The chef then explained the carcass from the chicken is used to make gravy. Growing up I always that you need gravy with turkey. As I started to get older I questioned if the gravy adds flavor or moisture. For Thanksgiving dinner when I started brining turkey before baking I came to the conclusion that gravy adds moisture. If you brine chicken or turkey and the meat came out moist there is no need for gravy in my opinion. Then the chef doused the gravy over the chicken. This process eliminated the crispy skin. I'll first say this about the roast chicken - it is delicious. However the roast chicken isn't what I call spectacular for that price. The gravy masks the flavor of the brined chicken. I was tasting more of the gravy than the chicken. If the intent of the roast chicken was to highlight the crispy skin, then having the gravy pouring over the chicken is unnecessary. One of the comparisons I made was the poulet roti I ate at Bouchon. The roast chicken from that restaurant had crispy skin, which was one of the highlights of the dish. This sounds very Filipino of me but for the gravy at The Bedford instead of pouring it over the roast chicken I would pour it over steamed rice. The last item was dessert - upside down meringue lemon pie. This was play on the upside-down pineapple cake. What was unique about the dessert was the lemon filling inside the meringue. Overall I had a pretty tasty dinner for at The Bedford. The best item of the night was the pierogis with brown butter. The meat on the roast chicken was flavorful, but I believed that the gravy ruined the chicken. I know that might seem one minor thing but we're paying $90 for a whole roast chicken. For that price every detail counts if you are expecting an exceptional, standout roast chicken.

We were given a table on the "patio," which resulted in both of our two tables being wobbly. The waiter explained that they were the same stones used at Martha Stewart's home. That's nice, but I'd prefer a table that doesn't wobble and risk spilling drinks every time someone puts any pressure on it. He put something under the table legs that fixed the wobble. Sadly, that wasn't the only issue with eating on the patio. The patio essentially interrupts the flow of people walking through the Paris Hotel and Casino. If you like people watching, I guess that's fine, but I prefer to relax in a nice atmosphere when I'm being asked to spend $90 on a chicken dish, rather than looking at people that just walked out of a "three t-shirts for $12 store." That's not a joke, by the way - it's right around the corner from this lovely replica of Martha's home. The food was just average. My fettucine alfredo needed a LOT of salt. And I never put salt on anything. Service was fine, but overall, would not recommend.

Service was bad from the beginning. Was there for a Sunday night dinner with some friends. Made a reservation like way in advance for 715pm, but was only seated after a 20 mins wait. Reservation was for 3 people but they ask if it is okay to seat us at a table that is for 2. After we were seated they gave us a drinks menu and the food menu came after 15 mins. My friend got Prime bone-in ribeye with a bordelaise sauce medium. However the steak came medium rare and without the sauce. So we waited again for a good 15 mins for the sauce to be served. And our server Hector kept coming to the table checking if everything was okay but before I could answer he just walked away. So at the end of the meal we told the feedback to Hector and he didn’t acknowledge and answer bluntly I will get my manager to settle this. When the manager came he brought a dessert menu and just told us to order dessert on the house. He didn’t even ask what was the feedback is. I mean obviously I didn’t accept the dessert because like I said it was just a feedback and not a complain. Service can definitely be improved on. The short rib ragu and couscous Royale was absolutely delectable.

Ordered burrata and some of the tomatoes were rotten. Overpriced too! Cesar salad also sucked! Do not recommend this place.

The only way to make reservations is through Open Table. We couldn’t get a table for 6 until 9:45. So we made reservations at Nobu. When we walked by The Bedford was half empty. We went in and I had a delicious Martha-tini but we wanted to impress our business guests at The Bedford so I was disappointed.

We came for lunch when staying at Paris. We were seated right away, the bread basket was 10/10, the drinks were expensive but 10/10, and the service was 10/10. Ashley was wonderful, attentive, and gave good recommendations. We will definitely be back !

We went to the Paris Hotel to Martha Stewart’s restaurant. We started out with cocktails, an old-fashioned for my husband and a meyer lemondrop martini for me. That martini was refreshingly good. I wanted to start with the leek and fennel soup, which was luxuriously delicious, but other of our food selections were served first. Hubby had the frisée salad with a poached egg. We then decided to share appetizers for dinner. The first thing we shared was ricotta stuffed zucchini blossoms. Not what I expected. I’m used to the blossoms being plump with a good amount of filling, but these were flattened and deep-fried and hard to find the filling. Disappointing. Next we shared Big Martha’s pierogies. The pierogies were potato stuffed pillows cooked in brown butter. Martha knows pierogies, yum. The last thing we shared was the beef tartare, which was chopped strip loin with crispy capers and shallots. It was served with matchstick fries. The tartare was flavorful and delicious, and the fries were good, however I like to smear tartare on a nice piece of grilled baguette. We had to eat each element of this dish separately. A tartare really needs an accompaniment like a crostini so you’re not just eating a forkful of raw meat. Different for sure. We definitely enjoyed the atmosphere of The Bedford and the food. Service was good but Damien our server missed the mark on coursing our selections as requested. For example, my soup came out mid-service instead of a first course as I wanted. Even with the few disappointments, I would recommend The Bedford.

Meh. Martha, I hardly believe you have any hands-on involvement with this place. Everything was mediocre. Average presentation; slow, uninterested staff. Expensive.

Firstly, I object to being called ‘Love’ by one of our servers. He has no right to address me in this way. Secondly, servers do NOT remove plates before everybody has finished. That is the height of rudeness in a restaurant. Thirdly, the restaurant had run out of a number of alcoholic beverages….that doesn’t look good! The food was ok-ish. My 3 stars was purely for the bread basket. If we hadn’t ordered that…my review would have had 2 stars. Come on Martha…sort your staff, alcohol & food out (brunch menu - endive salad with Gorgonzola dolce seemed to lack the cheese!) I don’t recommend eating here.

We went to The Bedford on a recent weeknight. Seated promptly by attentive staff, and greeted by waitstaff promptly. Tables and chairs are comfortable, the layout of the restaurant is inviting. Some tables are just a teeny bit too close to each other. We enjoyed the bread basket, a combination of Parker House rolls, Ciabatta and Homemade crispy vegetable bread, which must be seen to be believed. Very unique. Two purple endive salads were exquisite. Tableside carved Roast Chicken for two was out of this world. Yes, Roast chicken! No room for dessert. One drink, a special Manhattan for my wife. Bill before tip, 200.00 Paris Las Vegas has ha tremendous turnover of restaurants lately- this is a welcome addition.

Omg, very pricey but soooo worth it.. The food and service is out of this world ..It certainly lives up to her reputation. Have never had such delicious entrees…

When you spend $49 for roast chicken without any sides you expect to be wowed. The first plate delivered to us was cold and the second was dry. They did take the cost off the bill but ended up not only without eating an entree but my spouse had already finished dinner by time the second entree delivered. Must add that the corn fritters and scallops were loved by my spouse.

This will be quick: The Bedford offers thoroughly mediocre bistro food that is as expensive as any Michelin starred restaurant. The beef tartare was inexplicably sweet, presumably from honey Dijon mustard. Same for the Salade Lyonnaise (called Frisée Salad here), which additionally was watery, the smoke on the lardons was overpowering and tasted like they used liquid smoke, and the poached egg was nearly cooked through. The Caeser had an attractive presentation, but the dressing was again watery. The stuffed zucchini blossoms were over-breaded and reminiscent of fast food; the stuffing seemed like an afterthought. The lemon meringue pie has a distinctive look, but a thoroughly generic taste. The $74 bottle of Martha Stewart’s “19 Crimes” chardonnay was meh, a crime indeed. If you want to burn money, light a cigar with a $100 bill or bet on the Raiders: Don't waste it here.

My kids and I were in Vegas for the Fontainbleau opening last month. My daughter begged me to go to The Bedford rather to shake things up and see more of the area. We have been big Martha fans for decades and have appeared on her show (back in the day) and our friends are neighbors of her home in Bedford, NY. We were hoping for a great meal. Well, what an awful surpise to have ridiculously over salted food. Mind you, we are not drinkers and as cooks we know the old trick. Over slat the food and the customers will drink more!!! EVERYTHING was over salted - the appetizers were frozen and the mashed postatoes were stiff from sitting out for hours in a warming tray. The chicken was mediocre and very over priced. Lastly, the restaunrant is nearly all gray- very drab and dull but I did love the copper pots and pans in the kitchen. Feels like an airport restaurant : ( We love Martha and all she does but she needs to know what's happening in Vegas. JUST GROSS how her patrons are being played.

All in all we were a bit disappointed. The menu is a bit ordinary for a restaurant in that price range. No culinary surprises or anything. For a dinner we ended up paying $500 for, it was too little. And if you ask in advance if there is a special occasion, you also expect attention to be paid to it. It was my wife's birthday but except congratulations on our arrival they did not come.

I had dinner with a friend It was a great experience the vibe of the restaurant was very Martha Stewart elegant and classy.Ben was our waiter very informative on the menu.We actually had everything he suggested starting with the home made bread basket Big Martha 's Pierogi's. Then we shared. Caesar salad and the main Entree Lemon Risotto with Sea Scallops & 14 oz. Kurobuta Pork chop.Roasted mushrooms. Dessert deep dish pumpkin pie. I highly recommend stopping by . Ray Knows Vegas

Food was average. Staff were nice. Don’t waste your money. Far better options available. Prawns were tasteless as were the oysters, but I blame myself for ordering seafood in the desert

Great experience! Sat in the ‘Brown Room’ food was delicious and well presented. Great ambiance and service. Reservation process at Open Table was confusing.

We eat at fine dining restaurants in Las Vegas frequently. I only take time to review if either outstanding or terrible. Unfortunately the Bedford is in the later category . Why bother to ask if you are celebrating something (it was our anniversary) and then do nothing for you other than to say “Happy Anniversary”? The service was painfully slow and the prices were so high for common items like baked chicken and baked potatoes. $28.95 for one shot of Crown Royal? Our steak was over cooked and our side dish served 10 minutes after the entrees. Martha, why would you associate your name with this?

My high school girlfriend and I met in Las Vegas to celebrate her retirement. We were thrilled to be able to eat at this Martha Stewart restaurant on October 19th at 6:45 p.m. (Table BF22, Ck#3371415, Server "Eddie") without making prior reservations. It was a quiet time of the evening and not very crowded (yet). Our food was not only delicious, but visually BEAUTIFUL. "Eddie", our waiter provided wonderful service - being very attentive and gracious. The ambiance was lovely. We enjoyed an incredible dining experience. HOWEVER, "onions to the hostess" that refused to seat us in many of the open tables for two that we specifically requested near the entrance or middle part of the facility. It was stated that each of those tables we requested "were reserved". (There were no "reserved" cards on any of those tables. And, we noticed that NONE of those requested tables were EVER filled with ANY CUSTOMERS during our almost 2 hour stay.) We were seated as far away from the front and middle of the restaurant as possible; back by the service counter; seemingly hidden from the hotel foot traffic. Perhaps two (2) retired women did not manifest the best "look" or countenance for premium tables, but we, indeed, were paying customers.

I celebrated my birthday here with the most expensive (very good) chicken of the last ten years. Very elegant place, nice service, great food, very high prices (as average in Las vegas). Funny that macaroni cheese is served as a side dish.

Was seated quickly as restaurant wasn’t busy for obvious reasons. Extremely over priced mediocre tasteless food. $20 for basket of bread. Drinks were poured short, Minestrone soup was literally tasteless. Asked for Med cooked meat and came out raw with just a sear. Incredibly overpriced and low quality. Yes, Martha would be embarrassed to eat here. Wasted time and $

If you are looking for a great dining experience - go to the Bedford. The aesthetic of the restaurant is exactly what you would expect - upscale and polished. I throughly enjoyed the entire experience. Cocktails are classic! The every item on the menu is mouth watering. The bread basket is life changing! I almost lost my mind after eating the sour cherry and rosemary focaccia and the Parker House rolls. The bread basket was the best thing I ate the entire weekend in Vegas! I felt like Martha was in the back of the restaurant orchestrating every detail. The only criticism is that I wished the restaurant wasn't located in Paris .... the hotel is dated, and you have to walk through the vile, smoked filled casino to get to the restaurant.

We had dinner for four on Christmas Eve the food and the service was amazing! Atmosphere was great. I did the pre fixed menu and loved every dish. It is pricey but way better than the Christmas Day dinner at the Eiffel Tower restaurant. Will definitely come back.

Extremely overpriced, at $120 odd for a filet mignon with no sides and several hundred dollars for many other entrees, you’re clearly paying Martha’s legal fees by eating here. The manager is extremely arrogant too - he asked for feedback and when we provided it basically gaslit us for eating food and complaint about the price at the end. Not good value at all. Service is average.

The service at this restaurant was awesome the menu had a variety of options which made it quite affordable. You could either order some excellent filling side options or order a 4-course dinner thank you. And the services over the top you might need to make a reservation as this being a new restaurant but there were many openings at that time that we went.

Homemade feel of unique tasty selections to your every day fixins. Servers were amazing!!! Had Fettuccini with summer truffle that was topped with an awesome amount of truffle (most ever had at one sitting) All veggies were al dente from the minestrone to asparagus. Some nice wine and Bread different ways. Only down fall was portions were small and prices were very high. Kinda hard to feel at home(Martha Stewart's way) for homemade feel with prices what they were. In vegas I would call it a PUSH.

I am not a fan of celebrity-created restaurants HOWEVER, I think I have eaten one of the best meals on my life. After the disappointing experience of a certain “upstairs” Paris restaurant I was not expecting much. OH WOW! Had the roast chicken prix fixe with an added crab cake. I don’t know what to say - I am at a loss for words. Everything was exquisite, seasoned perfectly and each bite was an ethereal experience. You can tell Martha has controlled every aspect of this experience and she is hands on. Thank you for restoring my faith in culinary Lad Vegas. It was wonderful.

High profile chefs usually ignore the details of their satellite restaurants and simply rake in the profits; but Martha Stewart's Bedford was surprisingly good (actually don't even care for Ms. Stewart...so there's that). Combined, my wife and I have over 70 years of upscale food service experience, and this was the best of 5 top restaurants we tried while in Vegas. You go Martha!

Service was amazing, thank you Eddie- our server. We were greeted upon arrival and seated quickly. We had the perfect seating under the Martha Stewart sign. Our dinner was flavorful and more than enough. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5-the drink weren’t all that great.

Ate dinner here and was ushered by the hostess to nice table facing the traffic in Paris casino. Server was Ben, who asked the right pertinent questions, explained the menu and asked advice from. Ordered the - bread basket, nice parkerhouse rolls(fresh and light)grape focaccia was great too did not like the flatbread, though nicely presented. - lumpy crab cake, good size,no fishy taste and peppers, just celeriac slaw - scallop risotto, scallop a tad undercooked, risotto clean tasting but could hardly taste the lemon; artichokes were hard to chew on, definitely undercooked; - bouillabaisse, not even hot, real one served in France is served very, very hot, tasted similar to cioppino, no sea urchins, just half a lobster, halibut , fish, 2 mussels, lacking in other seafood for a venue of this calibre -soup very bland, the rouille was nice and well made on toast - Prime rib strip cooked according to temperature, blood seeping on plate though, outside should have been seared to prevent cross contamination; - smashed potato , served table side, guess you are paying for the performance, too gimmicky, more like child's play - roasted brussel sprouts, a winner done with shallots, wished they put more shallots in dish; - salmon en croute just okay - dessert was kris single bread pudding, blah lemon sauce went well with ice cream; - milk chocolate pistachio tart , just fine again served with ice cream The venue is well kept, clean and the food ingredients are all simple but top the line leaving one with a clean palate. Noise level was fine. Server Ben was the best I have seen for a while, made good suggestions, anticipated our food needs , and timing was just right, not intrusive, just refined. Very well trained.Even the way he handled another table across when a guest brought in a pop bottle, he smiled and just said "you bring that pop bottle with you on Martha's restaurant ? with a smile? customer just gave him a polite answer as well... hope they vary the menu according to fresh ingredients available at time. Worth the money, hmmmm, would try something else. Best thing there probably the Foccacia, parker house rolls,Maybe Martha should also open a bakery at Ceasars' or Paris, the brioche buns from Guy Savoy used to be good, now they are serving day old and hard.... Martha please open a bakery.....

Place is decorated very Martha which we enjoyed. Drinks were expensive even for Vegas ($ 22.95) but made well. Drink service was extremely slow. We were sat outside the bar and could see our drinks both times just sitting on the bar. Took our server, Curtis, a long time to pick all drinks up. A patron at another one of his tables went up to the bar and grabbed their drinks themselves. He was very friendly and informative but very, very slow. The bread basket is huge but we felt the need to try it with just 2 of us and it was so fresh and tasty. We waited forever for our short rib dish & pierogies which unfortunately came a cool temp. Our Brussels sprouts were delayed. The entrees were well made but temperature was unacceptable. When the Sprouts came they were so salty they were inedible. We had those remade and it was relayed to us the chef was in agreement and immediately talked to the kitchen staff about it to get it corrected for future orders. Now whether that happened or not, who knows, but we felt validated in our opinion . Our bill was adjusted for the dish issues and the manager came over to apologize which was appreciated. Maybe a visit after they are open a little longer will produce better service.

Really good food! Had a very tasty dinner at the Bedford! Everything was exceptional, especially the scallops. The real star of the evening were the perogie appetizers… I don’t even care for them but I could have eaten a platter of these exquisite little numbers!

The place is beautiful!! The food is fabulous. We had the crab cake which was fluffy and seasoned just right. We had the whole chicken. It is carved at your table and cooked to perfection. The best was the pumpkin pie. It was the best I have ever eaten. It had toasted Meringue on top. The seasoning in the pie was PERFECT. Thanks Martha for adding to our dinning experience in Vegas. It was a real treat.

As one would expect the atmosphere of the Bedford oozes understated sophistication and class. It’s classic lines, decor, and lighting was perfectly comfortable. We ultimately opted for the four course harvest price fixe menu which was both tasty and an excellent value. The service was spot on properly balancing being unobtrusive with being helpful. To us, the Bedford seems better suited to a more upscale hotel and it may struggle in Vegas some uncomfortable with this caliber of restaurant. The food was wonderfully prepared and presented in addition to being delicious. The compact wine list is pricey but well curated. A nice touch was a small set of some of Martha’s early modeling photos which added personality and approachability to the restaurant’s owner. Ultimately we found the meal to be the best one we had in Vegas. It certainly wasn’t the most expensive we had but it was the best.

The food was so good! Had the roast chicken for two - carved at your table. The Broccoli with Cheese was so delicous. Good wine selection as well. The servers were very attentive and professional - without being overpowering. Also friendly and knowledgable. We were in a side room at the very back with was beautifully decorated and made you feel you were sitting outside in a garden. So nice to be away from the hustle of the hotel. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I went to The Bedford for my birthday dinner earlier this month. This was our third time dining at The Bedford. We know what we're getting into when we visit. It's expensive and it's set in Vegas. The food was delicious, as always. We started with Martha's red iced tea, bread basket, and bowl of clam chowder. The large, homemade oyster crackers are on point! We ordered pierogis and halibut that was over corn chowder. Absolutely delicious! For dessert, we ordered the upside-down lemon meringue pie. It was beautifully presented. I'm not a big lemon meringue fan, but it was okay. I wouldn't order it again. For my birthday, they brought us a generous scoop of raspberry sorbet with shortbread cookies. That was my favorite of the two desserts. Okay, now for my title that suggests that Martha needs to pay a visit... The flatware was covered in water spots, as were the glasses. My glass came with complimentary lipstick! This is a level of detail that is slipping, especially for the price to eat there! I looked up and around. The pendant lamps were dusty and the clear glass wall sconces were filmy and dusty. Not a "good thing". Martha - who is minding the store??? I am a lifelong fan of yours and I know this isn't up to your standards and does not reflect the brand that you project. I don't regret our last experience at The Bedford. It just needs some attention. I want it to be there for years to come.

My expectations were high - after all, it's Martha Stewart. The space, the ambience, the service - all great. However the food ... was disappointing. The Ricotta Stuffed Zucchini Blossoms were good but presentation was not impressive. The Bouillabaisse was so bland - and a pricey $59.95 which made me that more disappointed. My boss enjoyed the Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon $46.95. The restaurant is just 7 months old, so there is still room to improve.

Server spent an inordinate amount of time selling the design attributes of the restaurant only to fail revisiting our table for drinks and appetizers. Food was average but not representative of the cost. Server only revisited our table after I had shared my frustration with the GM well over 35 minutes after placing our initial drink order. This was an $1,000 meal for a party of 5. This was an absolute waste of money and time. My experience at the Prime Steakhouse the prior day was absolutely exceptional. I spent $5K on dinners in four days and this was by far my worst Vegas experience. Avoid this restaurant. Management is indifferent.

Had dinner at the Bedord. We didn't have any reservations the night we arrived, and this was the restaurant we could easily get into. And we soon learned why. Very overpriced food. I got the roasted half chicken. It tasted good but was barely luke warm. The cold temperature was a turn-off. All the sides were roughly $20 each, so my husband and I split a smashed baked potato. The potato was prepared tableside, which I found odd. My husband enjoyed it. Me less so. Too much creme fresh, not enough salt and pepper. We skipped dessert to keep the bill down, but left feeling unsatisfied. Mon Ami Gabi, also in the Paris, also does a half chicken. Theirs is cheaper and better.

We was very excited to try this new restaurant out. $28 for a basket of bread. Most high-end restaurants will give you your bread for free but not Martha. $28 for my appetizer the oysters Rockefeller. They actually came out cold and had a bit of freezer burn taste to them. Was not good at all we ordered the roasted chicken. It was very good and it was carved tableside, which was really cool. Chicken was delicious however, the sides that we ordered came out lukewarm at Best. My mother-in-law had a large baked potato, and it was also carved table side with the fixings. The potato itself was also cold. The quality for the money spent was not there, and I would not recommend.

Good food, although service was a bit slow. Menu was interesting with some nice Martha-ish twists on American classics. Nice interior design but felt a little cold and clinical.

Restaurant lovely. Drinks great. Food pricey in general. Bread basket outstanding. Salmon good. Meal took almost 2 hours. Personally I do not like the high top tables for such a protracted dining experience, uncomfortable, feet dangling. Not good idea. Overpriced.

We should have known that something was up when there were so many tables available. All other restaurants at the Paris were packed with a long wait time, so we decided to give the Bedford a try. The atmosphere was fairly comfortable; there are multiple areas and we were sat next to the open kitchen. Unfortunately, we were seated at a high table that became uncomfortable after 20 minutes (legs dangling down). As a vegetarian, I struggled to find a dish with non-animal protein. On the menu there was a frissee salad with bacon and a poached egg. And even though I didn't want a salad as my first meal of the day, I asked the food server to hold the bacon and add another poached egg. You would have thought I was asking for something completely ridiculous, she said she would have to ask the "chef" - who said he could leave off the bacon but not add an egg as "Martha is very particular that the recipes be followed". Striking out on the salad, I decided to order the more expensive stuffed zucchini blossoms. The menu did not mention they were battered in panko and fried. I scraped off the crust and mutilated the stuffing to get to something that was quite bland. The bread basket was yummy - not sure it was worthy of the 15$ price tag, however. I knew the meal would be expensive, but it was actually quite outlandishly priced. Before leaving, I thought I would use the restroom - thinking that such a nice restaurant must offer nicer restrooms than the open access ones in the Paris. To my surprise, the restaurant did not offer its own restrooms, but rather leads diners to an external door to an open access restroom! I was so surprised at this stinginess after a 200$ bill for two people (no alcohol). Don't eat here if you want to eat clean, vegetarian, or with helpful staff.

Friends told us the Bedford was a must experience. We have to agree. The menu was imaginative and our food was cooked to perfection. Service could have been abit more attentive but very nice. This will go down in our memory books as one of the best meals ever.

What a dinner disaster last Wednesday night. The top-rated roast chicken NOT on menu; watery, tasteless shrimp cocktail; unwieldly lettuce, bitter dressing and TINY croutons called Ceasar Salad; the lauded crab cakes served tepid. MOST AMUSING: The egoist Martha has a loop of herself riding a horse on back phony "forest" wall.

The food was excellent and the service was exceptional. The staff made every effort to make us feel special. We will tell our friends about our experience.

Spectacular food. Looks exactly like her home. She is personally invested in the success of this place - it isnt just a licensing play. Ive eaten here twoice almost a year apart and she has been here both times. It is expensive. Food and drinks sublime. The make an excellent dirty martini, very good wine list. Tomahawk steak and strip both delicious. As is the roast chicken. Bread basket and smashed potato not to be missed.

Horrible service and bland food. The hostess did not look up for an uncomfortable minute when we arrived (the place was not busy). Our server continued the theme of indifference bordering on rude boredom. I ordered the mathatini which the menu says is shaken table side. It wasn’t. The waiter brought us the drinks without a word. The halibut was tasteless and the creamed spinach lacked flavor and seasoning. This was one of the saddest meals I’ve had in a very long time. The rest of the staff had the air of being on a sinking ship. I would be shocked if this place is still open in a year. For the same price, we could’ve had a fabulous meal at Nobu (where we ate the night before) with much friendlier and professional service.

The food and drinks were phenomenal. Everything was fresh. The location and decor were fabulous. Nice new Gem to have a wonderful meal.

The best meal we had while in Vegas. Martha’s perogies and the lemon risotto with scallops were our favourite. Would highly recommend.

The tip off to what was to come was ordering $20 tin of bread for the table. The butter was good, the bread not so much. It was downhill from there as the next course was a tasteless, mushy shrimp cocktail. The crab cake had little flavor. We will not return here on our next trip to Las Vegas.

Was looking forward to trying a new restaurant on our annual Vegas trip. This one had me at “Martha”. Made reservations ahead of time, but there were plenty of tables available when we arrived for a 6:45 mid week time. Very attentive server, who was patient with our menu questions. (Kudos to Bryce). Two of us shared the bread basket. Agreed it was amazing! We then shared the burger, and a side of the corn/pepper. Everything was delicious! Martha-Rita’s to quench that Vegas thirst (average temps this week around 110) After dinner Bryce gave us a quick tour. The brown room… check out the seasonal views! Would absolutely return.

Pleasantly surprised. Very attentive service. Started by sharing a shrimp cocktail and zucchini flowers. Both were good, shrimp cocktail large shrimp, pretty generic cocktail sauce. I thought the zucchini flowers had the right amount of breading and weren’t greasy. I particularly enjoyed the half chicken, largely deboned, with skin cooked perfectly. We also had the asparagus, which had an excellent Hollandaise. Overall, a very good meal.

We had the seasonal price fix menu. I had reviewed menus online and had decided that is what I wanted. It was interesting that these were not on the menus we were given I asked our server about them and he confirmed there availability. We were given Butternut Squash soup, Perogies,Roasted Turkey with dressing, cranberry orange relish, mashed potatoes, green beans gravy and a pumpkin cheesecake. But the star of the meal was the Frozen Pomegranate Marthatini . I like Turkey unfortunately it was quite dry the other sides were quite good and it is a lot of food at a good value I believe 70... I'd definitely look into what the seasonable set meal is if planning to eat there.

Went here with my husband two nights ago to celebrate our 49th anniversary. We had crab cakes to start and loved them. We also liked our lemon merengue dessert. The big disappointment was our main course, the clam bake. We both expected much better for $79! It was very plain and dry. The shrimp was a bit overcooked, and I had a bite of moldy potato that was nasty! As I was finishing, i noticed my husband's dish had a sauce at the bottom but mine was bone dry...no sauce at all. When I pointed it out to our server he just said yes it was supposed to come with sauce...no apology or anything. There are too many other great restaurant choices in Vegas for that price...we will definitely not be returning here.

Our meal was fabulous! We ordered the perogies to share, and each got an entree so we could try them. We split a side of the broccoli and were so full we passed on dessert. Lovely room, with windows that had winter scenes that changed as we were eating.

I enjoyed everything about this meal. The drink selection and then the presentation of my martini was incredible. Loved the decor that made you feel comfortable and at home. But of course with the Martha Stewart touch! You would never know you were a few steps from the Paris casino. The house made bread basket is a MUST to start with! Loved the Bucatini and Risotto. Customer service was great!

We travel Vegas often and love to find new fine dining restaurants so we booked the Bedford and thought we would give it a try. We arrived a bit early for our reservation at 7pm and got seated right away. Immediately notice only drink menus and no food menus, which I thought was very odd. Our waiter came to us shortly and preceded to explain how Martha Stewart created this restaurant with everything being for a reason and with detail. I understand explaining the details once may miss but to literally explain to me what each piece of silverware is used for, while he did explain he was not trying to insult us, was insulting and a waste of time. I understand explaining the simple nature of the table, the silverware, the lighting, the salt/pepper in dish, that makes sense but explaining dessert fork from salad fork was unnecessary. He then went to explain that Martha always greets her guests with a cocktail and so that is why we only received drink menus. He preceded to explain almost ever speciality drink (cost was about $23 per drink) and then went into wines etc. So here I sit, I don’t really drink due to stomach issues, but my first thought being a mental health professional, what if I was in recovery? What is drinking is not my thing? To me who could care about the drinks - it felt more like selling an expensive drink than tending to the diner. I couldn’t tell you the difference between the different liquors and why one was better than the next. Next he came back to get my husbands drink order, a beer, which didnt seem to please the waiter. We got our food menu and before he could start explaining, I stated my husband is pescatarian, which then he asked if there were any other dietary restraints. He certainly spent the opening time with us, and stated he worked as a team with another server but we didnt really see much of our waiter after that, except to scold us for using our bread plate wrongly. Onto the food, which was extremely good. We started out with the bread basket which everyone recommended and it was wonderful. The freshness and unique bread was delicious. We then ordered the pierogis - my girlfriend would make them when she invited us over for Christmas Eve dinner so I had a version in mind, however when they came out, they were light, very tasty and beautifully presented. We then decided to split the salmon dish since we were not starving because we thought the pierogis were going to be heavy, and had to get the smashed potato. The salmon looked like had breading similar to beef Wellington, it was okay but felt a bit overcooked and was just okay. The smashed potato is taking a baked potato and turning it upside down and smashing it, that is it. I was thinking they were making mashed potatoes out of it but it literally was turning it over, smashing it, adding butter and gave your sides of chives, crème fraiche and bacon lardons. The potato was extremely soft inside and the butter added made it extremely good. Since we ate lighter, we ordered desert. My husband loves lemon meringue pie so we ordered the upside down lemon meringue which was delicious and light. I ordered the chocolate ice cream with 3 cookies. All of it was wonderful. The dining room was beautiful elegant but homey and we enjoyed the meal. Waiter came at end to apologize but he was busy at other tables. He partner showed up near 3/4 of the meal and we often waited for our water glasses to be filled - since our waiter was “busy with other tables”. The service was the negative for me, but maybe we didnt get the attention because we were not big drinkers? But waiter disappeared for the remainder of the meal, ordered dessert from his assistant and had to hear that other tables impeded his ability to be our waiter. That the way to end a meal. Food was very good, our particular waiter - not so much considering I saw other waiters attending to their tables from beginning to end. I would return to try some of the pasta and other dishes.

The food was delicious! We had the chicken dinner which started with a great ceasar salad, the next course was pierogis in brown butter… has to be the best pierogis I have had, then a 1/2 chicken with a herb gravy which was excellent, dessert was amazing an upside down lemon meringue pie. We also had the bread basket which was so good. It is expensive but worth it!

We were lucky to try this place on a somewhat short notice. The ambiance was great as well as the service. We started with the crab cake and the Frisée Salad. Both were great. The crab cake was huge and crisp and tasty. Actually one of the best ever! We had the NY Strip Steak and the Halibut for the main courses with a smashed baked potato server table side. The pictures show how great all this food looks and the taste of everything was outstanding. I highly recommend trying this place. You won’t be disappointed!

I got the zucchini app and it was so delish! Mac and Cheese was yummy! Scallops were BOMB! Prices are reasonable. Great atmosphere made me feel really comfy.

It was 9:00pm and the Girlfriend and I wanted something to eat and The Bedford was right in front of us. We were promptly seated inside and the waiter showed up with menus and asked about drinks. We decided to just order appetizers as either of us wanted a full meal. My GF chose the: House-made Bread Basket ($14.95) it was great, flat bread with veggies baked in, rolls still warm, focaccia, they were all delicious. We added a crab cake ($32.95) which was almost crab with only the hint of something to hold it together in a cake form with delightful spices. If not the best ever, it would be a close second. Lastly we added Oysters Rockefeller ($29.95). In the Pernod cream is some spice that gives a slight taste like licorice. The GF couldn’t deal with that taste which I can understand. It was a different taste from any I have had before and would not order them again. All in all, the food was very good and I would definitely go again and recommend going here to a friend. Unless you like licorice, skip the Oysters Rockefeller.

We went to Bedford for dinner, I had the perogies my husband the scallops and risotto. The service was great, the food was wonderful! Perogies were in brown butter and cooked perfectly. My husband loved his meal said the scallops were beyond great. Now just be aware these are not big portions. We are not big on stuffing ourselves so if you are looking for big portions this is not for you. The restaurant should make adjustments to the price point, it is a little high.

Located in the Paris Casino. Excellent meal. Great service. We were seated in Martha's dining room and it was really beautiful. The false windows are made to look like you are looking out on the grounds of The Bedford in New York. They periodically change seasons during your meal.

Oh Martha.....we were so disappointed that you took the perfectly cooked roast chicken off the menu. We were here for one night only and we chose your restaurant for our second experience. You also had three bottles of white wine that were not available. Oh how sad we were.....

Epic! The food was amazing, the staff were super attentive. The portion sizes were huge! (Prices were huge too, but hey, well worth it). Only down side is you have to use the general public restrooms which sort of bursts the elegant bubble. Well worth a visit.

This was a delightful dining experience . The food , drinks , staff and ambiance all combine to make this a sensational experience. We particularly enjoyed the chicken and baked potato. The background snoop music is a great touch!

I actually would rate this zero stars if that was possible. After years of watching Martha Stewart and listening to her “expert”opinions, my experience at this restaurant now leads me to believe she was just all talk. I made a reservation a few weeks before and requested a table in a specific room for a celebration. While I was told they couldn’t specifically guarantee that room, they did say that it would likely be either that room or another room as it was a special occasion. On the phone they never told me I needed to provide a credit card however as soon as I hung up the phone, I received a link to provide my credit card information to hold the reservation. After providing my credit card information, I felt pretty confident my reservation was complete. When we arrived for our reservation there was a line to check in and at least 10 people in line ahead of us. We finally got to the check-in desk and were told that it would be another short wait for our table at this point I inquired about the table in the special room And I was told it was not available and it would just be the next available table. This was very disappointing as we were there to celebrate a special occasion. They mentioned we could wait for that room, but it would likely be at least 30 more minutes for that table. What’s the point in having a reservation and providing credit card information if they cannot accommodate special requests for celebrations? Anyways we decided to skip the special request and just take the next available table. We know that however we ended up still waiting at least 20 minutes and ended up with a table basically in the walkway outside the restaurant. It was very loud and was a horrible atmosphere. People walking through the hallway outside the restaurant would stop and stare to see what the food looked like and basically almost join you at your table. There was also a lot of videotaping and absolutely no privacy. It was ridiculous and not a great atmosphere for eating what would end up being a pricey meal. The only bright spot was our waiter as he was friendly and attentive, however, the rest of the meal was very disappointing. We ordered the bread basket and the bread was room temperature and saturated in butter / oil. I don’t know why they would bring you extra butter as it definitely didn’t need it and the bread was not warm enough to melt it. Of all the things we ordered at least the breads had a decent taste. We tried to order regular iced tea, but they only have a seven dollar fruit mint tea that we decided probably wasn’t worth it so we opted for water. Who doesn’t serve regular iced tea? We then had the “famous”pierogies. They were very inconsistent and had a strong herbal flavor and were somewhat salty. The first one I tried had very thick dough covering and my first thought was is it supposed to really be like this? All I could really taste was the dough. The second one was a little better as the dough was much thinner and more than likely the way it was supposed to actually have been cooked. The potatoes were a little more prominent on the second one but again both had a strong herbal salty flavor. In addition the dish was served room temperature. Next we had the famous chicken. This was most surprising as it was a very small chicken and again had this very strong herbal salty flavor with way too much butter and oil very prominently featured in the dish. We also ordered a side of vegetables which again had the same flavor and were served room temperature. Overall everything we had was served room temperature and all tasted the same strong herbal / salty flavor with way too much oil and butter. All the food tasted exactly the same and honestly, if this is really how Martha cooks, then she’s clearly no expert and just talks a good talk. Our total bill was close to $200 and definitely not worth the 2 1/2 hours spent there having room temperature overly seasoned, overly oily / butter food. Very disappointing and a horrible representation of her brand.

The endive salad is perfect and a must. The passion fruit caipirinha needs less lime, but the pomegranate margarita on the rocks was good. I thought the spinach was just okay, but my boyfriend enjoyed it. The brussel sprouts were great and I would definitely order them again. The salmon was good, but it doesn’t need the croissant. Individually each item is good. The short rib ragu was delicious and I would highly recommend it. The Nicolas champagne is a perfect brut cuvée. Bread pudding was delicious. I was skeptical about the dried fruit, but I’d order this dish again. Curtis, our server, was good.

Great ambience and service but the food was a big let down especially at the price point. Perogis were excellent and the highlight, beautiful and light. Salads (ceaser and endive) were ok but nothing spectacular. Mains of halibut were the big let down. Both were over cooked, dry and tough. Broth had good depth of flavor but one lacked any potatoes and the ratio of ingredients between the two platings we got were well off. Overall would not recommend, as several reviews have said the price point is not matched to the quality

Food was very good but it's extremely overpriced. Sides arrived several minutes after entrees which was annoying. Overall expect better service and ambience when eating at this price point.

The service was excellent from the booking to the served food. The food was Exquisite. We had Martha's favorite cocktail Martha-tini , made at our table. For dinner we had steak tartare and house made bread basket for starter and roast chicken for two. Our waiter was nice and professional.

Rarely can I say this about any Las Vegas restaurant on a very busy night but our meal here was to PERFECT! The two most extraordinary tings were the bread basket (yes, really!) and the service. We are three older apps who shared two apps and one meal because we can't eat much and staying in hotels had no place to store leftovers. The waiter treated us so well; at other places we've experienced poor service when we share meals because the check (and tip) will be lower, but not here, so we happily tipped what the extra meals would have cost and everyone walked out happy. Our entree was the 16 oz. New York steak and it was cooked perfectly rare and so delicious. We also had the shrimp cocktail, crab cake and smashed potato. Go - enjoy!!!

Review the menu and really didn’t see anything that grabbed me so I went for drinks and appetizers. Highly recommend the zucchini appetizer and the drinks are wonderful. People seem to rave about the chicken dinner entree. The gentleman sitting next to me at the bar said it was wonderful. The restaurant has an elegant atmosphere and looks like what her house would be like. Staff is very friendly, nice and welcoming. Hoping she does some sort of seasonal menu for the future.

We were very well served, I made a reservation at OpenTable, but the restaurant was empty. Polite waitress, nice environment, delicious dishes. The price is a little salty.

Over priced & over rated. Why line Martha's already bulging bank account with your hard earned cash for this crap.

My husband and I had dinner at the Bedford last evening at Paris Las Vegas. The food, ambiance and service far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend you try it if you have the opportunity to do so.

Hubby and I came here specifically to try the Martha-tini, as our friends had raved about it on their visit here. The Martha-tini is made with Żubrówka bison grass vodka, dry vermouth, and a lemon twist. I'm almost never a vodka drinker and love my gin martinis, but this was an unusual, fresh and smooth cocktail. It definitely had an herby undertone and was delicious. It came in a large martini glass, which encouraged leisurely sipping, IMHO! This turned out to be the highlight of the evening. I had the Red Endive Salad - Gorgonzola Dolce, toasted pecans and sherry-shallot vinaigrette. The salad was fairly drenched with the vinaigrette, which was also a bit too sharp and heavy. I really dislike drenched salads. Hubby had the Caesar Salad - Baby romaine, baby gem lettuce, brioche croutons and aged Grana Padano. It was fine - nothing special. For the main course, I can always get sucked in by scallops so I tried the Lemon Risotto with Sea Scallops w/Caramelized fennel. Major disappointment with the scallops. The scallops were slightly larger than bay scallops, but definitely smaller than jumbo. I could be fine with that, but they were not cleaned thoroughly. All 3 of them sandy grit with more than a few bites. Really unforgiveable at any price, but especially at what was charged here. The lemon risotto was fine. Hubby had the Roast Chicken - Half organic chicken stuffed with herbed breadcrumbs. He said that while the chicken wasn't dry, it wasn't exactly moist either. Overall a disappointing experience, especially for the price.

Booked table the day before for 8.30. Arrived on time but had to wait 20 minutes to be shown table. Many walk ins were seated before us...lots of staff but no one in charge running the show....got drink menus but weren't given a food menu for 30 mins.....food OK only and menu very limited and expensive. Won't be back

The service was slow, took 20 minutes for our drinks to come out, the order came out wrong and the food was average and had too much salt. For the prices we paid was a disappointment

The only redeeming part of this meal was the waiter telling us what NOT to order. The meal from start to finish was awful. The peirogi and bread basket are in every review, so let's start there. It's 12 dollars for bread and in every review people love the bread. It's bread and for 12 dollars it should butter itself. Now onto the $30 order of 5, yes five, pierogi. Again, for 6 dollars per pierolgi they should sing a tune for you. The main courses were comically bad and that was after the waiter told us what not to order. Ragu was awful, risotto and scallops were worse. The risotto was terrible and the 4 scallops were the size of a dime. And let's not even bring up the absurd prices. $90 for a 6 dollar Costco chicken. We spent 700 dollars on a dinner for 4 that was worse than food court food. The icing on this cake (pun intended) was that after telling the waiter how awful the food was and him telling us he was already looking for another job, he offered us free deserts, which we promptly declined and told him the only thing we want is the check so we can run as fast as possible away from this mess. As you read people's reviews, ask yourself how these people rate restaurants. There are countless 5 star reviews on here that are littered with complaints. DO NOT spend your time or money at this restaurant.

Crab cake -lemon too strong Roast Chicken-very very salty Steak -undercooked medium Service was good

We had an amazing experience at The Bedford. Love the ambiance and the staff were great. Edgar our waiter was the best we had the entire week we were in Vegas. We ordered the prefix dinners which included a salad, tomahawk steak, periogies and the best dessert we ever had! Yes, the price is on the higher side, but it was one of our favorite meals! The drinks are def pricey so next time I would skip the extra $25 per person for drinks.

On 12/02 my wife and I had two fairly good dinner appetizers which cost us $65 with tip. We did not have have time for a full dinner but subsequently learned the restaurant had been panned by the Vegas press for its exorbitant food prices and poor service. We thought the ambiance was nice here but everything about the Paris hotel was priced excessively.
Worth the price
Good service, wonderful martinis. Nice atmosphere. Enjoyed scallops I would recommend this for dinner.
