We were in Philly for a concert at Citizen's Bank Park. We parked at the ballpark parking and walked to The Black Cat for drinks and dinner (about a 15 minute walk). Dinner was EXCELLENT. The staff and others eating at the bar were chatty and friendly. Great IPA section. It's a small, narrow space, so if you are more than a party of two, there are few seating options inside. We ate at the bar - so glad we did.

Found this great little gem after a funeral. We needed to hang out before we picked our daughter up at the airport. Service was amazing, cocktails are delicious and the food, all scratch made in house and definitely made with love! We had their signature pirogies, Mac and cheese, and disco fries! I’d order all of them again! We actually ordered pirogies to go and some pickle soup for our hungry daughter! We will definitely be back!
Black Cat Tavern
We absolutely love The Black Cat. Food is great. It is a nice quiet bar where you meet interesting people!
