So so delightful

By Gabriella3546 |

Sunday brunch with every type of food you could imagine and then some. In addition to the various choices the food was presented artfully and with the unmistakable touch of an experienced chef. The seafood bar was unsurpassable and the Smoke’s salmon on crusty bread was superb. Unlimited mimosas and a cheese and bread board that would have pleased the most discerning palettes. The ambiance and piano music just topped it all off and made it a very special Sunday.

Terrible Thanksgiving Dining Experience

By Glenn S |

Grand Bohemian Orlando, Autograph Collection Orlando 1040640070 Thanksgving Dinner was AWFUL. Expensive Prix-Fixe menu sounded good, however, the food was terrible. For starters, the wine we asked for (on the menu) was not available - upsold to more expensive. Soup arrived stone cold. Sent it back and another cup of cold soup arrived. Sent back and finally a nice hot cup of corn chowder - It was good. Entre arrived. looked like it had been sitting a long time. Very dry and luke warm. Requested white meat and it was just bits and pieces. No gravy, etc. Lots and lots of apologies. Sent it back... Everything was cold again... Ate a little bit of it out of frustration. Food and Bev Manager stopped by and offered some excuses - he blamed the chef. No results although he did offer another glass of wine (which I didn't really need or require - I wanted a good meal). Dessert arrived - we each had something different. The Pecan tart was "fine" although I think it had been frozen and was dry and difficult to cut. The Chocolate Cake was very dry around the edges... The only good part was in the middle. The bill arrived with a very insulting discount of $14 labeled "Customer Recovery" and a mandatory $38 tip. I understand the lousy food and inadequate responses is not the fault of the waitress. I requested the parking to be comped and that fell upon deaf ears. That was an additional $27. The final bill for two amounted to $227 for an absoulute sub par meal and dining experience. A total waste. Don't wast your time.

A little expensive but with a good menu and excellent service.

We used The Boheme for both breakfast and dinner and were very pleased each time with both the location, comfort and service.

Anniversary Dinner

By robika38 |

We had our anniversary dinner. Here. The waitress was asian orintated but i'm not sure of her name. She took care of us like we were family. Our anniversary dessert was on the house and i'm not sure why people complaining about prices. You get what you pay for. Which is a beautiful dinner with great staff and gorgeous atmosphere. Thank you

Dinner before a show

By Mike G |

Very good food. They ask if you are going to the show, so you do not need to worry abour running late. They will actually come to your table and let you know that the show time is upcoming. We have eaten here multiple times and the food is always very good.

Delicious

By rmh05 |

Came here with a group and we utilized the wine room, which is a private dining area. Our server was nice but there was a guy who would pop in once in awhile to assist who made everyone laugh and was very friendly. The food was delicious. I had chicken and cauliflower mash which was very good. I loved the marinade on the chicken. A lot of guests had the bacon wedge as a starter and they all enjoyed it. The only thing I would suggest is to have more options on the menu. Other than that everything was great!

A Great Meal

By TravelerCentralFLA |

My wife and I ate dinner at the Boheme this week. The restaurant has fine art on the walls and a very unique decor. The service was top notch. Our server was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The food was very good. The mushroom flatbread was really good. I had the filet mignon with a side of truffle fries and it was one of the best steaks I have had in a long time. My wife enjoyed the salmon and it was cooked perfectly. The cheesecake is really good and I am told a portion of the proceeds help a local charity. I highly recommend The Boheme.

Five Stars

Mother’s Day Brunch. Perfect Brunch with no details over looked. Price: $$$$ Worth it. Parking: Valet but server will comp ticket. Food: Excellent. Dessert tables, Crab legs, peel n eat Shrimp, fresh Oysters, lobster bisque, made to order crepes and omelettes. Prime rib and lamb. Food was flavorful and surprisingly for a buffet style. Everything was hot. Drinks: Bottomless Mimosas. Yum Ambiance: Live music. Brunch was on the third floor instead of traditionally downstairs for Sunday Brunch. Plenty of space and was spread out so no one was on top of each other. Very intimate and eloquent. Service: Despite being busy, dirty dishes never stayed on the table long and my mimosa stayed filled to the top. Thanks, Leo for making the experience wonderful. Please dress up. No flip flops and short shorts. It’s definitely a place to wear your favorite outfit.

Anniversary Dinner

By Roberto B |

Let me first begin by saying we had a great time here at The Boheme. It is absolutely beautiful and I am glad we came here for dinner on our anniversary. My wife’s Lamb was really tasty and we were quite pleased with it. Due to it being our anniversary they brought out a decadent desert for us for free, very kind. Unfortunately, that is where the magic ends. I ordered a medium rare ribeye and ended up getting it well done. I hate wasting food and with a 9:00 reservation, it was already 9:45 by the time we got our food so I didn’t want to give it back for them to re-fire a steak. I dealt with it and ate 2/3 of it, but I did let the waiter know that my steak was overdone and he apologized. Considering that he talked up the ribeye saying it was really well seasoned with a bunch of seasonings I was expecting it to be super scrumptious but it was overdone and under seasoned. I hate to say that, but it’s the truth. The sides that came with it and the Brussel sprouts I ordered as a side were so-so. My wife didn’t eat her side because it was just so-so as well. The restaurant attempted to remedy the steak mess up by only covering our coffee that we ordered. We were expecting something a little more generous due to it being our anniversary dinner but it is what it is. Again, beautiful restaurant and we are overall happy we came to cross it off the list and the bosendorfer lounge was nice right next to it with the live band. Ambience A+, Food B.

Elegance done right

By Gregory T |

The Grand bohemian hotel , 208 room hotel upscale ,elegant . The restaurant "Boheme" is a hidden treasure , When you walk by it's not your first thought for dinner , your thinking drinking then hit a show or Magic game . But as treasures go you have hunt for it , they don't advertise , you never hear about them , so why go right , .that's the treasure ,the hidden pearl, excellent service , a"cook for scratch kitchen " the staff fawn over, and it's worth it . Good food, prepared well, served hot and a flavor palet unlike any downtown restaurant I've been too. A wine List to rival most big Steakhouse's , but well chosen, middle of the road pricing. sure, you go and have a five course meal and drop a couple hundred per person, or eat lite and enjoy the experience. So if your heading the Dr Phillips Ctr or the Amway Ctr. To catch a game or concert the Boheme restaurant is worth your time and there effort .

Worth Celebrating An Occasion

By LiveLoveTravel |

The restaurant is located inside the Grand Bohemian Hotel, and from the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted. The front desk staff was incredibly kind, and when we asked where the restaurant was, he was kind enough to walk us over himself. The restaurant staff was phenomenal. The young lady at the host stand seated us immediately, and our server, Wendi, was an absolute sweetheart. She greeted us with a smile and checked on us throughout the evening. We came here to celebrate my birthday, and everything about the experience was exceptional. The restaurant is aesthetically beautiful. While many places look nice, the food doesn’t always live up to expectations, but that was not the case here. My boyfriend ordered the short rib with risotto, and I had the steak (medium-well) with frites. Our dishes were full of flavor, and my steak was cooked exactly how I like it. To make the night even more special, they treated us to complimentary drinks for my birthday, along with a birthday card and an ice cream dessert at the end. The cherry on top was the F&B manager stopping by to check on us and wish me a happy birthday personally. I would absolutely recommend dining here. Hopefully, one day I’ll get to stay at the hotel for a staycation. Thank you to everyone for the outstanding service and hospitality. I wish I would’ve gotten everyone’s names, but shoutout to everyone!

Downtown fine dinning

By Juliane D |

Great location for a dinner before go the the Dr Phillips Performing Art Center. The best was the Lobster and Crab Bisque and Fish of the day, only disappointed with the Dutch Apple Pie with ice-cream, normally they are hot to contrast with the ice cream, but was cold. other then that, I will come back next time.

I was disappointed!

By Chandler |

The evening started out with not being able to valet park because of the street fair. While we understand that this is not under your control, we think there should have been some signs to give us an alternative route to the parking area. In addition, my husband called earlier in the week and no one told him about the street being blocked off. First, the ambiance was amazing! The service was very good! The craft cocktails were wonderful! We were intending to order from the Magical Dining Menu. We were told that was only available during the month of September. It is clearly still listed as a dining option on the website. The food left much to be desired. We ordered escargot to split. The sauce did not seem to have any garlic and was VERY greasy. I ordered a grilled peach salad. When It was served the salad was pear not peach. The pear was not ripe and not grilled. The tenderloin was cooked perfectly as were the vegetables, however the sauce was terrible. It tasted like an entire salt shaker was poured into it. We were able to scrape that off so the meat was edible. It was way too crowded with the theatre crowd to send anything back. In addition, the bathroom was dirty and there were no paper towels in the handicapped stall. The hallway near the bathrooms smelled like urine. We will not return!

Excellent food and service. Met every expectation

By Traveller2789 |

Dined here for Magical Dining month. They even added a bottle of wine for magical dining month which we enjoyed. The lobster bisque actually had lobster in it! Was delicious! The salad was full size and delicious with goat cheese, roasted pears, raspberries and a couple of pecans tossed in. The filet was undercooked, but tender and delicious. The salmon was a good size with an interesting accompaniment of tomatoes, feta, olives, band peppers on a fresh bed of spinach. The desserts were equally as delicious. The lava cake was delicious, and my partner enjoyed the mascarpone cheesecake. After dinner be sure you go up to the fifth floor to enjoy the art work and every time I go there famous people are around. Fun, fun!

Good food, but great service

By RSC1003MIA |

The food here was not as good as we had expected, but the service we received was excellent. It was however very expensive considering the quality of the food.

Good Dinner

By mslagel |

As part of Magical Dining, we tried The Boheme. We have heard many great things about it! The ambiance is outstanding! We requested to be seated in the room with the Jazz Trio. Good choice! For an app, my wife had a delicious salad - Nueske's Bacon Wedge Bacon, blue cheese, semi sun dried tomatoes, candied walnuts, onions, jalapeño ranc . I enjoyed the lobster and crab bisque. It was hot and tasty! For entree, I had the Beef Tenderloin Bohemian spice, yellow beets and Yukon mash, bean mélange, porcini mushroom sauce, she had the Grilled Pork Chop Brussels sprouts, smashed fingerling potatoes with herbs, garlic rosemary demi-glace. My medium prepared fillet was very good. tender and tasty. The sauce was very good. For desert...."Black Bee Honey" Cheesecake Orange Blossom honey, Grand Marnier caramel sauce, honeycomb waffle crisp. The desert was really really good. our server was good, the ambiance was good and the food was good!

Should’ve been here long ago

By Whitney M |

Not sure how it slipped my mind to rave about this place but wow! I’ll say that for years my sister has said that this restaurant is one, if not number one, favorite restaurants for her like all time. We’re foodies, that’s a big claim...so I’m not sure what took me so long to check this place out but I finally did in October thanks to Magical Dining Month. We loved it so much that we came TWICE! The staff is amazing, our waiter from the first visit remembered us & although he wasn’t our primary waiter he made it a point to step in and help out if we asked for assistance. It’s been a while now but his name escapes me unfortunately. The food...to die for! First visit I had the escargot which I had never had and I was extremely pleasantly surprised when it tasted amazing. Second course I opted for the salmon which I still have dreams about. Cooked to perfection accompanied by this greenery with Tzatziki sauce that could literally make you slap yo momma, yea it was that damn good! Third course, I had the black honey bee cheesecake. Now normally I’m stuffed by dessert and not generally tempted enough to over stuff myself...I made an exception and thank goodness I did because I would’ve been heartbroken if I hadn’t. I could literally taste the beehive in every bite. Our second visit I got an apple salad as my appetizer, didn’t care for it. Main course I got the pork chops which my boyfriend also ordered but he had them the very first visit as well. They were indeed that good so I can understand why he didn’t stray too far from the playbook on our second visit. Dessert was a tough choice but I could not resist that cheesecake again although I was torn between that and the gelato. I HAVE NO REGERTS (lol I know it’s regrets—it’s a meme joke I’m a millennial haha) and I left NO CRUMBS! 😂 Do what you will with that information!

Unusual failure in service... 12/03/2024

By PKZ |

Unusual failure in service. My friend and I, each, ordered wine and an entree, a filet dinner (medium) and a scallops dinner. The filet came almost cold and the grilled vegetables were overdone.

Great spot downtown

Service was great. The atmosphere was conducive to visiting with a friend. Close to everything downtown but not a main tourist attraction.

Special Experience

By Timothy M |

I can’t thank the team at the Bohemian Hotel Orlando enough, especially Sunny, for making our proposal unforgettable. From a beautiful brunch at the Boheme to the flowers and photographer arranged at the Altira rooftop pool and lounge, every detail was handled perfectly. Sunny went above and beyond to make the entire experience seamless, thoughtful, and truly special. The setting was stunning, the service was outstanding, and it created memories we’ll cherish forever. If you’re looking for an extraordinary experience in Orlando, I can’t recommend the Bohemian Hotel highly enough!

Superb service!! Top notch

By hillary1983 |

Went there for a birthday/slash Valentines dinner. The ambiance was great....think old school high end steakhouse in Manhattan. Our waiter was Juan and he was perfect! Great mix of friendly and professional. I ordered the sea bass and he ordered the 1855 Black Angus ribeye. So great! The ribeye was cooked perfect and my sea bass was out of this world!! At the end of our meal Juan came out and said that I would get to choose a birthday dessert on the house. It was a perfect dinner. I'll definitely go back.

FAV BAR IN OLANDO

By Brenden M |

Food, pricing and service all on point - great midscale place to unwind and make friends. Courtney and the staff made me feel at home, and welcomed my local family and friends who came to see their out of town uncle. Thank you, I'll be back. Cannot give a higher voucher or recommendation - don't miss it.

Amazing Brunch

By alock2015 |

Had the most fantastic Sunday Brunch at The Boheme! RenFord was amazing, always making sure we had a full mimosa in front of us and so friendly. The food was delicious and all the staff was prompt and kind. Highly recommend for brunch in downtown Orlando!!

Great food and service in downtown Orlando

By Hy R |

The Boheme is in a hotel in downtown Orlando. You can see the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center from the windows. The food is terrific and the service is just right - not too fast / not too slow. We asked for a table with the high backed red leather chairs - extra comfortable. We ate during Orlando Magical Dining so the 3 course fixed priced dinner was $ 35 plus tax / tip. Well worth it. We thought parking was free in the hotel but the restaurant validation took it down to $ 8 not free. We definitely recommend this upscale restaurant especially during Magical Dining time.

Engage your senses!

By Jacquelyn L |

Enjoy dining amongst Kessler's signature Art Collection while listening to beautiful live music. Whether it's pre-show (Phillips Center) a visit to the City Beautiful or a special occasion, The Boheme does not disappoint. Make sure to check in at the gallery to see the latest installation.

Great food and Service

By Paul S |

This week we had a lunch business meeting at the Boheme Restaurant. Leo was our server and he did a great job taking care of our needs. Both myself and business partner ordered the salmon and it was prepared perfectly. I noticed that our guests ordered salads and they looked very good, too. I would certainly recommend this restaurant without reservation.

Summarized with Grand Bohemian Hotel review - restaurant only average

By Mike J |

A bit pricey with only average food quality. Although only 6 tables occupied, a group of 6 were obnoxiously loud and noisy making the dinner far less enjoyable than it otherwise might have been.

Great ambiance, food, and dining experience.

By PKZ |

On Saturday, 11/15/25, a friend and I had dinner at "The Boheme" in Orlando, FL before attending the fabulous "Mannheim Steamroller Christmas" concert a short walk away at the Dr Phillips Center. I'm so-o-o glad The Boheme updated and improved its menus. I ordered the Scallops Saint-Jacques, 3 Vadouvan-spice seared sea scallops with roasted corn Maque Choux, heirloom carrot coconut foam. (But please add 2 more scallops to this dinner!) She ordered the Sea Bass (listed as Mero Bouillabase [sic], a citrus glazed sea bass with rock shrimp, wild mushroom, garlic fricassee bouillabaisse sauce. The dessert menu was so tempting, we ordered and, both, shared one and then a second. The first was.the Black Bee Honey Cheesecake with graham cracker, fresh berries, (Delicious with a unique presentation.) The second was the Hazelnut Brown Butter Tart, with graham cracker, hazelnut crumbles, caramelized pear, and bourbon vanilla ice cream. (Wow!) Our dinners and desserts were great. The service was good considering the crowd. The pianist in the lobby was, as always, a valued presence.

Bo Ho Hum

By John R K |

Having read the previous reviews we went to the Bohohum for a matinee lunch. It was pure disappointment. Four a 4 star noted hotel - this restaurant needs some attention. Although we were seated quickly for our reservation - we were shown to a terrible table- and only after raising our disappointment were we seated at a much better table- we should not have to ask. The atmosphere was lively and the restaurant was comfortable. Our waitress was timely and as good as an IHOP service. We ordered appetizers - the lobster bisque was tasty - but it seemed to have flour added to thicken the soup - really starchy tasting. The pumpkin seed salad was drenched in sour dressing - so much so that the greens were wilted. For main entrees - the crab cake was a single cake - burnt and served near cold. The sweet potato fries were limp and warmed over. With the avocado burger - the avocado was so unripe - that I needed a knife to cut it. The accompanying cucumber salad was served as a soup with swimming dressing and overloaded with onions. The coffee at the end was tasty for this bitter meal. 4 stars ? Maybe in a galaxy of millions - but not on earth.

Amazing As Always

By Consuela N |

We mainly go to celebrate special occasions such as anniversaries. Renford our server is ALWAYS amazing and treats us as if we are his only table.. though he treats all of his tables that way. He makes us feel very special and celebrates the occasion with us. And the food is great too!

Cute boutique restaurant with great food!

By NewYorkerinFlorida |

Cute boutique restaurant! The food was absolutely amazing - We went for Magical Dining and from appetizer to dessert, everything was delicious. The apple pie sangria was very tasty and light which I appreciate since sangria can sometimes be heavy. The apple salad was perfect as was the beef tenderloin. The honeybee cheesecake is a must-have, you won’t find it anywhere else. The food service was a little off which was disappointing since it did not seem too busy in the restaurant but we will definitely be back! Before we left, there was a pianist and a great singer so we will have to check out the live entertainment next time.

Not a First Class Breakfast Buffet

By Mikeshy |

My wife and I had very high expectations for the Sunday Jazz Brunch at the Boheme. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. The unlimited mimosas were nice. We both ordered the Benedict of the day from the kitchen. Not only were they both cold, but, my wife’s egg was also, hard. They replaced them promptly, but should not have been necessary. The raw bar was also,a disappointment as I don’t expect to have to peel my own shrimp in a first class establishment. The smoked salmon was nice, but I would rather it was not served on bread. The oysters were good and the hot crab legs were nice, but again, I think they should be split. The Charcuterie selections were very nice, the omelet station was what you would expect. The waffles were very good and the prime rib was cooked nicely, but less tasty than expected. Finally, I was surprised that we had to keep our dirty silverware. I guess that my expectations were too high.

Beautiful Disaster

By scottpQ9329ER |

Grand Bohemian Orlando, Autograph Collection Orlando Beautiful Disaster 985377303 A beautiful disaster. Gorgeous setting but food and drinks a disaster. The persons in charge of the kitchen and bar need to up their game significantly. For a cocktail we asked for a holiday themed martini/drink - something peppermint, perhaps with some chocolate on the inside or rim. (We had enjoyed this type of martini may times at other nice restaurants.) What arrived was the most disgusting looking concoction that looked like brownish, green diarrhea - sickening to even look at under the table light. This was not drinkable, waitress agreed, we ordered a Cosmo instead, she said she'd share with the bartender that she shouldn't have made this drink so unappealing and undrinkable. The waitress was sweet but could not explain any of the details of the dishes we asked about. Pretty much read back the menu wording. We ordered the bread with herd butter. Bread was cold and stale; it crumbled when you tried to cut it to butter. The herb butter was like a rock that crumbled like chalk and could not be spread. Interestingly, the butter was left on the table the entire meal and in never softened. This should have been discarded, not served - and at $10.00 what are they thinking? The entrees were tasty but at appetizer portions, the scallop entre had three medium scallops and two very skinny carrots! An embarrassment to serve and charge a premium. The salmon wasn't much better. Menu was updated we were told but choices seem to have been reduced and limited. When the bill came we found that one Manhattan and Cosmo cost over $60.00 and the Cosmo wasn't even 3/4 filled. We travel extensively, using Marriott properties, visit the Phillips Center regularly and there is no excuse for the kitchen and bar performance here. This wasn't even a one star experience. While so convenient to the Phillips Center and beautiful setting, we are done with the Grand Bohemian. We'll plan accordingly and allow more time to find a better pre-show dining experience.

The Moment of Satisfaction!

By Colewa |

When restaurants set themselves up to be excellent and consistently deliver on that promise to their guest it is a wonderful thing. We truly enjoy dinning at The Boheme because they are always right on target. Last nights excellent experience was another example of great service and food. Timing as perfect for our show tickets and I would always recommend this location for a great dinning experience before attending anything at the Dr Phillips Center. Our server Darrel was very attentive without being smothering. The food was outstanding! Thanks for a very special evening.

Exceptional on all fronts

By David Marino |

My wife and I had two excellent breakfasts and a wonderful dinner at The Boheme. The room is elegantly decorated, yet still comfortable and intimate. We found all of our dining experiences were very comfortable, and the tables are nicely spaced for privacy. The service is excellent and efficient. We particularly enjoyed the personality and style of Tim at dinner, who was knowledgeable, perfectly friendly, with a good sense of humor and personal style. However, it’s really the food you want to come for. At dinner, we split the burrata salad, beet and carrot salad, tuna tartare, and the bread service (a full loaf with mind blowingly good butter). All were exceptional, perfectly prepared, full of flavor, and a good value for money. At breakfast we had the yogurt and berries, breakfast burrito and avocado toast, all were wonderful with Also excellent service. Boheme would be a perfect restaurant for a date night, dinner with friends, or business, breakfast or dinner. It gets my highest recommendation.

Ian Saves The Night

By Naajia G |

Some friends and I decided that while visiting Orlando that we would do an upscale dinner, needless to say we were enjoying our night but ended up waiting over an hour for our food. We asked a female staff about how much longer our meals were going to take and she passed it along to Ian. Ian not only gave his deepest apologies and sincere regrets but offered a fair resolution for our inconvenience that was beginning to ruin our time. He was kind enough to stay and engage with us as well as kept apologizing for the mishap with the kitchen. Excellent Food & Beverage Manager you have that completely turned our night around. I would also like to mention Chester and the bartender LowKey who was kind enough to share information about downtown Orlando! We will definitely be back because the food did taste amazing! Thank you again Ian!

Really Disappointing

By Sightseer16229717084 |

I found my experience at the jazz brunch a bit confusing. The diners around us were incredibly loud, making it difficult to hear my family members without leaning in. It crossed my mind that perhaps some were overindulging in the bottomless mimosas. Regrettably, the noise level also affected our ability to enjoy the jazz band or singer. The buffet section was reminiscent of what I'd expect in an airport international business class lounge. The service was slow, and there seemed to be a lack of understanding when we requested to stir the tea a family member ordered. The crab legs were served cold, and I found it peculiar that there was vinaigrette dressing for the oysters. Additionally, when I asked for soup, the waiter initially mentioned it wasn't good (peach soup). Later, when we requested it again, he brought just one to the table, stating we were 'the lucky ones' because it was the last one. At this price point I expected much more.

Perfect before the concert

By S S |

This was the perfect stop before seeing the concert across the street. The parking garage is right there so it was an easy walk. We just had drinks and the cheese board at the bar. Best blue cheese I have ever had, and I don't really like blue cheese!

Top Brunch in Orlando!!

By Ashley G |

I didn’t do that great of a job by capturing the true perfection that is The Boheme’s Jazz Brunch at the Grand Bo (other than this Nutella/banana crepe) because I was too concerned with hitting each station of the buffet - crab legs, oysters, waffles, omelettes, bacon, cheese, meat, fruit, dessert, ETC. You guys!!! Listen up because I’m so serious when I say this is for SURE a must do agenda item for all of my foodies who are either local or looking to do something swanky on a Sunday. This is also the perfect place to dress up a bit and feel fancy because it has all of those vibes. The servers are excellent and attentive - my mimosa glass was never once below halfway full. Keep in mind there is no self parking, so you will need to valet, but they totally don’t rush you...we spent about 3 hours here wining & dining. 5 stars from this gal no questions asked! Can’t wait to bring my family next time.

Great place to eat if you are seeing a show at the Dr. Phillips Center

By al48701 |

Had diner here before the show at the Dr. Phillips Center. Conveniently located just across the street. Excellent menu and service. They have a little bit of everything. Had one of their signature gin and tonics, outstanding.

Perfect 12 year Anniversary

By Stef Doss |

My husband asked a few people for recommendations on a nice place to take me. I wanted him to surprise me since I’m always picking the places lol. This place is in downtown Orlando in The Grand Bohme Hotel. I loved the vibe and feel of the hotel the moment I walked in. The place had very Spanish feel which I loved lots of bright red and black colors such a sexy feel. Even though the menu was limited they still had a great selection to choose from. The only thing they didn’t have a good selection on was wine it was extremely limited, but we still found a nice bottle. Our waitress was amazing she made sure we had a wonderful dinner with outstanding service. We started with the lobster crab bisque, lobster crab cakes and cheese board. The lobster bisque was rich, and creamy, and the crab cakes had great flavor with lots of chunks of lobster great starters. We both tried the 2 fish dishes I had the pan seared grouper with quinoa, and my husband had the Mediterranean salmon both great dishes I think the needed a little more flavor, but that’s we just being nit picky. Dessert Nutella lava cake was good but didn’t have much Nutella flavor and I thought the cake was over cooked but overall this place was delicious and highly recommend it

Just OK

By MarJoBen |

I'm probably being nice giving it 3-stars. But the breakfast omelettes were good. For dinner we shared an appetizer. I think it was fried squid or something like that. They were soggy and nasty to the point I actually returned them - which is something I NEVER do. My friend who was with me returned her dinner because it wasn't anything like what the menu said it was. (I don't remember what she got though). Very disappointing though. Except breakfast. Breakfast was good.

The worst buffet I have ever had.

By ukinmiami |

This is the worst buffet I have had in any restaurant that I have been too. Imagine a stunning setting, great service and then then you get to the food and you find stall bread, a lack of choices, no smoked salmon (even though it’s advertised on the menu and you can’t call a salmon pate on a tiny cracker smoked salmon. The beef was heavily seasoned so I couldn’t really eat it. The waffles were cold and were insulting. It was an absolutely shocking experience especially for the price. We have had better breakfast food in ihop. The desserts were basic. The saving grace was a lovely jazz band in the background. You feel like it’s the charity bank and you are paying into it.

Not worth the money

By irishmiss73 |

The restaurant is very eloquent, the menu is very appealing, but it stops there. Service was slow and unprepared for the rush of customers due to a performance next door, the food looked beautiful but was very bland and unimaginable. A little attention to detail with the food and service was needed.

Excellent Brunch

By lplawyer |

One of the few places in Orlando still offering Sunday brunch with alcohol. Service was great. Food was excellent. Not enough choices for lunch aspect. Deserts great.

Posh

By jupiterman3000 |

Overall good experience from the hostess to the servers. The decor is tasteful with an upscale vibe. The food quality is solid with fish and meat options. Great wine list as well. They have freshly baked bread which is amazing. Nice spot in downtown Orlando that is worthy of experiencing.

Not as Upscale as I Expected

By Molokairaceofficial |

We dined at this restaurant for our anniversary dinner. I was expecting an upscale white table cloth restaurant with the dress code being "casual elegant". Well, I guess people in shorts and torn jeans is considered "casual elegant". I had let the restaurant know it was our anniversary hoping to get a nice romantic table. We were seated toward the front and much to our surprise there were only 6 tables occupied at the end of our meal (I would have asked for a better table had I known they weren't busy). The wine list is nothing spectacular and quite limited. The food was ok. I had the Med Salmon and it was good. My husband had the ribeye and didn't receive the mashed marble potatoes he ordered, but fingerling instead. The waitstaff was outstanding, however. If you are looking for a romantic dinner, this is not the place!

Elegant option in DTO

By flaq |

This restaurant is one of the most elegant in downtown Orlando. There is often live music on weekends, which is very pleasant. There is a full bar and the wine list is good and reasonably priced. Menu is mostly steaks with a few other options. Service here is always excellent. On this occasion our steak was cooked correctly and very flavorful, but somewhat salty, so if you don't use a lot of salt you might want to request they not use their rub.

Great dining experience

By Cristinedepaiva |

This is one of our favorite restaurants in the downtown area. My husband and I had an experience that was less than perfect, upon letting the management know they took every measure to insure we left as happy customers who were sure to return. Since then we have returned for a wonderful brunch and an exceptional dining experience. Looking forward to our next visit to The Boheme

Great food, service, and atmosphere!

By Laura - IdRatherBeAtTheSpa |

We stayed the Grand Bohemian for wedding and had the pleasure of dining at the Grand Boheme the night before the wedding. It couldn't have been more perfect. I got the seabass and the lobster bisque which both were AMAZING! The atmosphere is also really unique and romantic with live music. I highly recommend the Boheme!

Loved our meal!!

By MissShotcaller |

We enjoyed a fun girls night out at Boheme during Magical Dining Month, we all thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our meal, from the appetizers to the cocktails, the salmon and filet were a big hit with our group and the desserts were truly the icing on the cake!! I would highly recommend this restaurant for a fun elegant night out the atmosphere was very upscale yet relaxed and the art was beautiful

Great Atmosphere and exceptional Food

By billm2575 |

We have been to this Boheme Restaurant numerous times prior to attending a play at Dr Phillips. We have never had a bad meal or service from any of the staff. There are numerous original paintings thru out the restaurant and hotel, simply beautiful. Additionally we have become close to Diane, one of the waitresses, who is a great server and a delight to talk to.

Breakfast spot

We ate here as we stayed here and it was convenient. Small quaint menu and dining. Not much to offer on the menu outside of the ordinary, but it was good. Great service.

The restaurant is absolutely beautiful the food is delicious and the service is also incredible and they have valet so come you’ll love it

Excellent bar service

This place was packed , before and after show at Dr. Phillips Center , across the street. Only drank at bar , but service from both bartenders was top notch.

Lost that loving feeling

By traveler321-FL |

Up until last night I was a huge fan of The Boheme. We had a very sweet and charming female server who tried her best but the kitchen repeatedly let her down. When we ordered appetizers, my came out while my partners didn't arrive for another 10-15 minutes. By then mine was cold. We had ordered 2 different steaks, one was to be medium rare and the other rare. The steaks came out but they weren't cooked correctly. So the server carefully took them back to the kitchen. A short time later new steaks arrived with the food & beverage assistant manager. He placed them on the table and we cut into them. Still cook incorrectly. The medium rare steak was practically raw and the rare steak was completely overcooked. When my partner asked the manager if that was their "rare" he shook his head in embarrassment and said "no it's not". The third try was a charm. When the steaks came out the 3rd time they were finally cooked correctly. Our dining experience took so much longer than it should have. The server brought the check and everything was on the bill. We were in shock. She returned a minute later and said she meant to take off one of the appetizers. I had raved about The Boheme forever and couldn't wait to take my parter there. I'm hesitant to go back. For a dining experience this expensive, things should have been on point and at least been able to be corrected on the 2nd try. Disappointing. I left a voicemail for the food & beverage manager sharing my experience. No return call. Nothing.

Easter Sunday disaster

By Nkabza |

The only way to make a reservation for luncheon on Easter Sunday was on Open Table. We got a confirmation that we had a confirmed table for 4 in the Boheme. We brought our neighbors and raved about "My favorite restaurant ever". When we arrived there was no one in the restaurant (staff or guests) a server informed us that they were not serving in the restaurant and we had to go upstairs to the 5th floor for the buffet. I told her we did not want a buffet (We hate buffets). What we should have done was get served in the bar, which was not my first choice but better that the crappy buffet. We had no choice but to go upstairs and eat at the buffet. I was very upset but didn't want to ruin the experience for our guests, so I agreed to go. When we arrived, they had our reservation, which surprised us, since we had made it for The Boheme. We were stuck in a side room at an 8 top (with only 4 of us, it was hard to talk. I am disabled and so that meant someone else had to get my food. It was your typical buffet food of roast beef, lamb, mashed potatoes and a vegetable. The food was uninspired, bland and cold. Now all this would have been excusable it we had been at a Holiday Inn, but this was the Grand Bohemian Hotel, for crying out loud. The charge for this miserable meal was $70 per person AND and $63 service charge plus tax of course. Our bill came to just over $400. I was so embarrassed We should have stayed home and fixed a meal. I probably won't go back to the Grand Bohemian.

Last time I'll be dining here

By ErinSW |

Went for a company holiday party. I'll spare you the details and hit the fun parts: Service was unattentive. Beyond the initial pours, we had to handle our own waters and wine. 2 of 3 steaks were improperly cooked. Initial checkback was after everyone was over half-way through with their meal, hence our host got to stare at a stone cold steak until they took it, brought it back ten minutes later overcooked and then he just paid and left without having an entree. Their sides seemed like they just took whole vegetables (like an onion with the outer, inedible skin still on) grilled them and threw them on a plate. Calling them bland would be generous. Only reason they got two stars instead of one is that the ambiance was lovely and that piano player did a great job. Beyond that it felt on par with an overpriced Chili's.

Birthday brunch

By Carol F |

We celebrated my eightieth birthday with a delicious Sunday brunch at this historic hotel’s restaurant. Surrounded by good art and entertained by talented jazz musicians (piano and sax/flute) we savored the remarkably diverse buffet menu that included house specialties (Nueske’s Benedict and Kessler Seafood Cake). Wait staff was unobtrusively attentive and our mimosa glasses never ran dry. Raw oysters, steamed shrimp, crab legs cluster and lox on baguettes were outstanding. A wide variety of vegetables complimented the prime rib. Topping off a memorable meal was a fresh fruit filled crepe. All in all worth the cost.

Live music 💋

By sharriec2016 |

Live Music with Dinner, is there anything better? Crab cake is excellent, loved the casual dress code too.

Excellent service, had an excellent host

By Bianca R |

This place was absolutely awesome. We flew in from Boston for the Probowl and wanted to check out the hottest restaurant for brunch. This place was on the list of places to check out when in Orlando, and was conveniently close enough to the sports center. You can't beat the price for the brunch buffet. My brother and I really enjoyed the food; the crab cakes, the waffles, the unlimited mimosas, the eggs, omelettes, everything was great. To top it off, we had an excellent host by the name of Renford. He gave us so many positive vibes in his service that we had to take a picture with him. He was on top of everything that we needed without us having to ask, even with a busy environment, and suggested some things for us to try that we ended up liking. We will be back if ever in Orlando again.

Very disappointing brunch experience

By LPinFL |

A,though the food was good, the service and set-up were deplorable. When you serve a table of five “family-style,” you don’t serve mozzarella and tomato as one piece of mozzarella with four small wedges of tomato. You don’t leave dirty dishes on the table for an entire meal. When asked to remove a dish, you don’t take that and ignore the others .You don’t take 20 minutes to serve a soda. You don’t set up a brunch buffet with one crepe station, one person carving meat, and one omelet pan - with meat and omelet lines combined. This is supposedly a fine hotel charging $78/pp. What a disappointment!! No one knew the table numbers and kept bringing food to the wrong tables - when they finally brought it.

Good service, okay food

By 32807 |

The escargot were excellent tasting, but a bit tough to chew, but well worth it. The lamb chops were a challenge to cut to eat, made you really have to WORK for your dinner. The lemon cheese cake was very good also. Would I return? Hardly felt it was worth the expense. Service was attentive and excellent.....wish the food were the same.

Nice dinner in a beautiful setting

By James W |

Elegantly decorated and furnished. We enjoyed the amazing live piano music from the lounge during our dinner and that really made it enjoyable. Our drinks and dinner were enjoyable, though the prices were a little high for what we received.

Amazing food choices!

By Randal L |

We were looking for a good place to eat on our way back to the hotel and suddenly we were at the hotel. We thought we would eat here because we didn’t want to venture back out. We thought we were settling but we found out we were anything but settling. I had the salmon which was very reasonably priced and had a wonderful mélange of flavors that didn’t overpower the salmon. Everything was excellent!

Pre theatre plus!

By Julia O |

Reservations a must for a delightful pre-theatre dinner in a rich, languid setting where staff is so savvy and works so hard to please. No raised eyebrows for salad with no dressing requests! Wine selection luxurious, escargot fit for the most particular Francophile, salads inventive and entrees solid. Lobby has live piano which can be heard in the dining room for an extra treat, but it’s still easy to talk. Bar has simpler, easier menu, which can be served in the restaurant but by request only...the one time staff seemed not pleased by our request. But recovered quickly and were cheery again by the time the bar offerings arrived. This is becoming a standard pre-show stop, since it’s just steps away from the door to the performing arts center.

Anniversary dinner

By elizlorr |

My boyfriend and I went for magical dining. It was our anniversary and we got amazing dishes. The only reason I rate it 4 stars is because I felt like we got less than stellar service BECAUSE it was magical dining and not a full priced meal.

Great Hotel Restaurant

By Tom H |

The Boheme is an excellent restaurant conveniently located in the wonderful Grand Bohemian Hotel. We enjoyed a delicious dinner served by Justin who was outstanding. His recommendations of both food and wine were spot on. Breakfast was great, as well.

Great dinner

By BeenThereGoingSoon |

The staff was very attentive to our timeline to get to the show on time. The food was great and an ample amount. The service was impeccable. After dinner, the concierge called a pedicab for us to take us to the Amway Center. Everything was wonderful!

Great comfort food; Rich in Arts

By bkakar |

Great tasting typical American fare. Food items are well-priced. What stood out - very nice paintings and a beautiful ?Bosendorfer? piano. The Grand Piano is the centerpiece and everything else is built around it. The rating is based on food and the atmosphere. While we had gone there for dinner, the server told us to come back and try the brunch - that it is a treat in itself.

Great late night place for drinks and a light meal after a show

By thaward |

Located on S. Orange Ave. near City Hall, The Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center and not far from the Amway Center and Church St. Station. We came after a performance at the Dr. Phillips. Great menu selections for appetizers/light fare in a small rotunda area, where live music is often offered (jazz piano the night we came was delightful). And there is an adjacent popular bar as well as a full dining room with interesting framed art on the walls. Their food is very good and service is always top notch. Stop in for a drink and lite bite, or for a delightful meal. Garage parking available nearby in several locations.

Poor service, excellent food

By Greatbodies |

The Boheme, positioned in The Grand Bohemian hotel, is a beautiful restaurant! Our group arrived for a birthday and Magical dining celebration only to be seated over an hour past our reservation! In which, the manager never came over to apologize or thank us for our business. Seeing we spent well over $1,000! The 1 server for 14 people, had to be asked more than 3 times to refill our waters and to bring fresh, warm bread, which we never received! A restaurant of this caliber and pricing should be on par. The staff and management needs training for sure. Luckily the food was excellent, except it took us 3 hours to complete a simple dining experience! 3 HOURS! My personal menu choices for Magical dining were: crab cakes-or should I say, 1 small crab cake, salmon for the entree and the Nutella lava cake for dessert; all of which were excellent! All for $35. I would not dine here if not for the Magical deal. Way overpriced for the service received and the wait with no visit from management. I have a degree in Hospitality Management and this restaurant needs help! It is a shame in Orlando, the hospitality capital, that service was so poor.

Becoming disappointed far too often

By Kakidu |

This review is about the food and drinks at the restaurant and bar. We have been going to The Boheme restaurant and/or bar about seven or eight times per year for about 20 years. We really used to love it. For the last few years, however we have been disappointed with something almost each time we go. The worst thing is that they seem to be cutting costs more and more on many menu items. The size of portions has gone down significantly. This week I ordered a bowl of lobster bisque that was $15. When the waiter brought it, I actually said “I’m sorry, I ordered a bowl, not a cup.” That’s how small it was. The onion soup was also a very small portion. It had only a few croutons on the top, and the menu says waygu beef, but there was literally one small bite of it in the whole bowl. The little gem salad has become inconsistent in both size and ingredients. Sometimes it’s very small for the price and has very little cheese. They also recently took the lardons off. Some other examples of what has happened recently concern the bar. Last week I was served a martini in a plastic glass. Definitely a step towards lower class in this type of bar in such a nice hotel. The bar was fairly full, but there still should be enough glassware to serve everyone. Another example was the olives. We paid extra for blue cheese olives in the martini. You usually get 3, but we got two blue cheese and one regular olive. The following week, we got three black olives. And to charge for bread is ridiculous. I understand that it’s several rolls baked a special way, but this price restaurant should include some type of bread if you order a full meal. Overall, it seems like they are cutting corners to save money. The food we received did taste wonderful, and the portion of fried mushrooms as an appetizer was generous. The drinks tasted delicious, and our waiter Travis was outstanding.

Great Brunch!!

By RoSerTal |

Not too many great brunch places in Orlando, but this place is great! Sunday brunch is crowded, make reservations if you can. Service was excellent. Food was excellent. The crepe station line got a bit long and another chef came out to try to help - his crepes kept falling apart so it wasn't pretty, but still tasted good. Omelet station also has longer lines, so get to that early.

Dad's 87th

I live in Orlando and wanted something a bit different for dinner than going to the usual suspects. I decided upon The Boheme. It is located in a Kessler property in downtown Orlando. We arrived early and had a drink. The bar was open with high ceilings and an adequate array of folks to make for an interesting retreat. Our table was ready on time and we were seated immediately. We ordered a bottle of Cakebread and smiled to ourselves..at least the wine list was great! Onto the food. I had the filet my parents the seabass. They said it was incredible. The best they'd ever had. I had to agree with their appraisal. My filet was moist, cooked perfectly and the accompanying veggies a perfect compliment. We ordered the birthday cake ahead..there was a snag here but it all ended well enough. The chocolate cake had mousse icing with a fondant top . OMG it was delicious! We are hooked. It was a fantastic meal, with great service, nice atmosphere. Smiles all around. Bravo!

Delicious food and quiet environment

By Kathleen S |

Pleasant, efficient and professional staff. Menu choices were upscale and varied. We had the lamb chops, filet mignon, Salmon, pear salad, Crabcakes, lobster bisque, gelato, cheesecake, chocolate lava cake. All were beautifully presented and delicious! It was quiet enough so we could engage in conversation without disturbing others or having to talk to loudly. The wine pairings were excellent also. They have valet parking available. One of the nicest places to dine in downtown Orlando. They also have a very good happy hour.

Delicious Food, what we got that is...And charged twice!!!!

By Wilhelmina K |

We went for dinner with another couple before a show at the theatre. We fully informed the waiter of times, and allowed over an hour and a half for the dinner, to include desserts. All up front. We got appetizers and entree. They were very flavorful, though a tad overpriced. We ordered coffee and dessert a good thirty to forty minutes before we had to leave to go to the theatre. The coffee came out really fast. We never got the desserts. Something about they had to bake them fresh??????? (Cheesecake and streusels.) We had to leave, so cancelled dessert and asked for the check to be split onto two cards. EACH CARD WAS THEN CHARGED TWICE WHILE WE WAITED ANOTHER TEN MINUTES! So, we barely made it to our theatre seats before lights out. We will never go to this restaurant again. So sad, because we were so excited for a real night of dining and theatre. Oh, and the restaurant is unable to correct the double charge into well through the coming week! So we have that hanging over our heads instead of a good memory.

Good, but nothing amazing like I expected

By healthadvtravlr |

Service was ok... server barely spoke when coming to the table and didnt even check in how the meal was... went for a birthday and the staff didn't even recognize it. Was a special occasion but they didn't care. Food was good, chicken was very moist and flavorful. But nothing amazing or over the top as I was expecting to be honest. Portions shrunk significantly for Magical dining. The bowl of soup was in quite literally in a miniature tea cup. I remember other restaurants I have gone to for Magical Dining and it was normal size portion. Overall I was expecting it to be much better overall and I would say it was just "good". Would probably not be back though.

Great night before the show!

By Alicia D |

We had a lovely visit to this beautiful restaurant before a show at the Dr Phillips Center. We came for Magical Dining and it was a perfect night! The decor is stunning and very fancy feeling. The service was impeccable and efficient. Our server handled an upset customer at a nearby table with grace! Then there was food! The pork belly was crisp and flavorful. The chicken dish (can’t remember the name) was also nicely cooked and the accompaniments paired nicely together. And the cheesecake was small but perfect! It had nice flavor and was creamy. All in all, great night at a beautiful location! And we made it to the show without issue!

very different choices for Eggs Benedict (which I'll make at home vs. the traditional) Food was delicious, service was fine, tables provide ample room, chairs are comfortable.

Large Business Group Experience

By Marissa M |

We recently took a large group to this restaurant for a post-business meeting dinner while visiting Orlando. The atmosphere is great - loved the decor! However, some of the table placement where we were seated in booths was a little awkward. Several had to slide in to the booth side of the table, and then felt unable to get out for the duration of the meal, as well as separated from the rest of the group. I would definitely recommend sticking to tables, or asking to split a few spaces in the middle of the tables if you are with a large group to make access easier. The service was good, but it did take quite a while to get our orders. I know it's a large group, but at the time we arrived (around 8:30 PM) there were not many still dining in the restaurant. I'm sure they were trying to allow for conversation time as well, but being later in the evening it made waiting for dinner a bit long. The food was very good! I had a filet with a side of truffle potatoes. The price range was higher than what I am used to, particularly because sides for steaks are a la carte. I think the steak was about $39 and sides were $6-7 each. Some of that is the name and location I'm sure, and I fully expected to pay more in a bigger city than where I am normally located. I did have a glass of wine ($15 a glass) that was OK, but - in my opinion - that as not worth the price. The truffle mashed potatoes were excellent and I would definitely recommend those! I have heard the brunch/breakfast here is great, but I did not get to try it on this trip. On a future visit to Orlando I plan to do so.

Always Yummy

I made a few visits for exploring a new job opportunity and ate here many times. I absolutely enjoyed it each time. Never disappointed in the food, service, drinks, and atmosphere, whether I was in the bar or restaurant - always excellent.

Best Sunday buffet brunch in Orlando!

By Robin B |

This is hands down the best Sunday buffet brunch in Orlando (we live here)! A fabulous spread, including raw oysters, peel & eat shrimp, and warm snow crab legs. There are also items than you can order from the menu at no additional charge, and unlimited mimosas. Everything tasted fresh and delicious, and the service was attentive while unobtrusive. At $50 per head, the value was excellent and we'll definitely be back. We'd also like to try their regular a la carte menu, which we've not tried yet.

Dinner for five.

Great spot. Food was edgy and delicious. Presentation was spot on. Andrea our server was a rock star. I am a buster and she rolled with it. Highly recommended. Give the girl a raise!

Three Times was a Charm!

By Ali |

We were staying at the hotel and visited this place three times during our stay. First time for cocktails, second time for lunch and the third time for the Sunday Brunch. First of all the cocktails are amaaaaaazing! I loved the special sangria made with whiskey-Yum! The Sunday Brunch topped the cake though. $50 a person, but so worth the cost! The food is all high end and all you can drink mimosas. Side note, my mimosa was never ever empty which was fantastic. They even have live music at Brunch, including someone playing the beautiful grand piano. All three times we visited - the staff were friendly & attentive, the food was delicious and the vibe was right on! Great Job!!!!!!

Classy and tasteful

Classy restaurant. Well decorated and not cramped. Had a good lunch there with partner and it was excellent.

Disappointing Dinner

By sakidog |

This was our second time at the Boheme restaurant. Our first visit was during their Sunday Jazz brunch, which was amazing. This visit, we were staying at the hotel and going to see Hamilton that evening. The hotel/restaurant are right across from the theater so it's an excellent location for pre-show dinner. We had early reservations so we wouldn't feel rushed. We met 2 other friends for dinner. Service was not good. The waitress was snarky and impatient. She never checked back in on us after our meals were served. Never offered a second round of drinks for the table, and when she came back to clear the table she saw my husband hadn't eaten his dinner hardly at all and she didn't ask about it. I ordered a filet and it was OK. Average quality for above average price. My husband ordered a ribeye that was so thin it was ridiculous and it was still cold. For the price, I expected better food and better service.

A Perfect Place for a Birthday Celebration

By Paul S |

We try every year to enjoy the Magical Dining Month and with the pandemic, we are careful to pick places that adhere to social distancing. We chose the menu at The Boheme for their combinations. Leo, our server extraordinaire made sure that our experience was special. I started with a perfect lobster bisque, followed by a dish of perfectly grilled salmon with Mediterranean style topping made of sautéed kalamata olives, peppers, cherry tomatoes and feta cheese and I ended with a honey topped cheesecake. It was a wonderful celebration for my wife’s birthday

A terrible Breakfast with lovely paintings to look at.

By Stephen B |

Breakfast here was a terrible let down. We rely on TripAdvisor regularly and this place was ranked number 1 for breakfast in Orlando. It was lousy and expensive. Poor value for money and very mediocre lackluster food. We would not come back. We just went for breakfast. What the paying guests at the hotel must have thought at $550 a night is only worth guessing. The art was great. The staff were good and helpful. The breakfast was rubbish. We won’t be going back.

Best brunch ver in Orlando FL

By ESegui |

This is by far the best brunch we had ever visited in the Orlando Area, nice ambiance with live piano and sax, food quality super good, and server very attentive and helpful as well. The raw bar was delightful and so the Prime Rib, good mimosas and Bloody Marry. A place I will visited again.

Orlando gem

Amazing care and service from the host to the server. Appetizers, cocktails, entrees were all exceptional. Truly a wonderful experience, and cheesecake came with locally sourced honey! It was awesome!!

Nice brunch

By Linda R |

We enjoyed Sunday brunch at the Boheme. Good value for the price, top quality food, wonderful crepe station!

Please hold the salt.

By DianaS |

I was very disappointed with my steak. The ambience and service was excellent. We shared the beef carpaccio which was terrific, and my husband said his filet was excellent. However my strip steak arrived with a layer of herbs on top which were not mentioned on the menu and which were so incredibly salty that they rendered the very nice piece of meat almost inedible. I generally do not salt my food, and a small amount would not have bothered me, but each piece of my steak while tender and properly grilled to medium rare, was like biting into a salt lick.

Great restaurant

By Alicia C |

I loved the atmosphere and the food was great. I also loved the fact that it is located in beautiful downtown Orlando. Away from the Disney crazyness.

Lunch at the Boheme.

By Alex S |

Seating was in bar area for lunch. We shared a turkey club sandwich and each had a cup of soup: lentil was spicy and delicious. Lobster crab soup also tasty with a hint of cognac. Dessert was a bread pudding. All was good on a Saturday afternoon.

The Grand Bohemian - Excellent Service start to finish!

By momlew |

We made reservations two months in advance and had changes at the last minute. The staff is professional and caters to your every need. Our table had 16 guest and they enjoyed the food choices, live entertainment and service. We will always include their Sunday brunch when we visit Orlando, Florida! Bravo Team! Bravo!

Excellent Food & Service

Excellent service from start to finish. Food was delicious and generous in portion. Atmosphere could, however, but improved. The restaurant was too dark, especially as the sun set.

Mother's Day Brunch!!!

By Love2Travel1616 |

This was without a doubt the best brunch we've ever been to. It's very expensive, but worth every penny. My husband and I love seafood, so we pretty much stuck with the shrimp, crab legs, raw oysters and crab cakes. Everything was super fresh and flavorful. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was elegant and beautiful. Mimosas were bottomless. Need I say more?

Great Ambiance, Awesome Food

By sweetjaz2002 |

In all my time in Orlando, I had yet to try the Boheme. Having family in town was a good reason to check it out the first time around, plus it was Magical Dining. The service was top-notch, and the ambience made for a fabulous dining experience. The Boheme is a bit upscale, so I would probably suggest holding off in the shorts and flip flops, although I am sure they would not turn you away. When I went most recently, it was before a show at Dr. Phillips Center for Performing Arts and you can tell the staff has been trained for those patrons. We were a little pressed for time, but our waitress made sure to ask what time our show was so she could get us out on time. She even advised on how long certain meals might take to prepare. We ended up going with soup and salad to keep it quick and simple, even though we added protein to our salads. We were super surprised when our food came out in no more than 15 minutes. The Boheme is great for a romantic dinner, a night out with the girls, or even a business lunch. It will always get a thumbs up from me!

What a GREAT foodie find inside our hotel!

By MichelleandBob2013 |

You never know what type of restaurant is located inside a hotel....in fact, we usually travel outside of hotels for dining experiences, but not this time! Absolutely amazing foodie find and can't wait for the opportunity to return! GREAT food, amazing service, and perfect drinks!

Sunday Brunch

By Vince P |

I recently had brunch at the Boheme to celebrate my engagement. The Grand Bohemian Hotel is beautiful. The restaurant is just as beautiful, warm decor and comfortable seating. and there was a piano and sax during the brunch which was entertaining and non-intrusive. Food was served in chafing dishes and was regularly refreshed. Our server Renford was amazing and provided very personal service even as it got more crowded! He really made a special day even more magical. Although we barely made it to dessert, he brought a really special personalized dessert to wrap it all up. Thanks Renford!! Don't forget to get the discount for your valet parking!

Delicious food and fantastic service in a very lovely place

By Patti S |

You will need a reservation to eat in the main dining room. The bar has a more limited menu, but you can order hamburger or steak in the bar. The serving are large and the food is delicious. We had calamari to share for an appetizer. My husband ordered a Caesar salad that was quite large. I had a bacon cheddar burger that was more than I could eat. Wonderful pianist playing a bosendorfer piano adds to the atmosphere.

You have to meet Rentford

By Nimze |

Lunch time and we walked in, looking to quench our hunger. Here it goes, they welcomed us warmly! Okay. Then the business of the day. Buffet, well laid out, mouth watering (...think I was famished). It actually tasted as good as it looked! But that was not the best part. We met Rentford! He was an absolute delight. He made us feel like royalty (even though I am 😇). Prompt, service, smiling face, genuinely so. Interested in us not in a nosey way, almost like a relative who wanted to be certain we were doing Okay. If the meal did anything for us, his mien did much more. And when we met the duty manager, she was also a delight to interact with. I can simply say, great meal, excellent service, lovely atmosphere and worth every dime.

Quite Restaurant for a Business Meeting

By Paul S |

On Tuesday we had a business meeting at this restaurant and I order the fish of the day for my lunch. This was a simple dish consisting of rice, asparagus and fish. It was not spectacular, but it was fine. However, there was not any lemon or sauce provided with this fish. Because the meal took about 30 minutes to arrive after we ordered it the manager did offer us a complementary dessert. The best part of the experience was the service that was provided by our waiter, Alex Verrochi. Frankly, he was outstanding and really went out of his way to make our experience better than we would have expected. If Alex had not been our waiter I would have given the restaurant a much lower rating.

Beautiful Decor, Delicious and Plentiful Food - Service was a Bit Lackluster

By DJKtravels |

Four of us went to dinner at The Boheme for the first time last week. We had seen the great reviews and heard about the restaurant for years. Our reservation was for 6 pm so we could avoid some of the dinner time rush. There were four of us. The server brought our drinks and took our order and then disappeared. We had decided not to order appetizers since we could see the plentiful plates of food being delivered to other tables. We saw other tables being brought bread. Not us. One person at our table had ordered a salad and it didn't arrive. After about 15 minutes, we flagged down a different server and asked about getting bread for our table. Our server arrived with the bread. Then our food arrived, including the salad. The food was definitely good. It did arrive not as hot as we would have liked, but we didn't want to send it back and have to wait any longer. I would definitely recommend going there. Clearly, based on other reviews, we just had a much less engaged server.

Terrible

By coolmammaa |

Will never forgive this horrible place that only has a name. 15 minutes and nobody ever came to our table. We left. Told the hostess and all the had to say was “sorry, have a good night” How unprepared these people are!!! Awful

GREAT BAR

I love the bar them, setting, and offerings. Courtney was a huge help, and went out of her way to make me feel welcome, and treated my visiting local friends like family.

Brunch at its finest!

By Lee S |

We had Sunday brunch here and it is too notch! You can order off the menu and get the buffet, same price. Buffet includes crab legs, oysters and prime rib. Includes bottomless mimosas, the sound of champagne bottles popping every few minutes and the live jazz band made for a festive atmosphere. Warm and friendly service and a diverse clientele. This place is worth every penny.

Great service

By Loretta t |

The Boheme restaurant inOrlando is a must try, my friends and I had lunch there and the food was great but to top it off our waiter Renford was amazing very nice and attentive he kept us smiling throughout our whole meal he was such a vibe. Most definitely will be back. Ask for Renford to serve you and you will not be disappointed he gets a five stars from me.

One great place!

By bob C |

One of the best salads I have ever eaten! I then got the filet which was amazing. The service was great. The setting is perfect. Great place!

Wonderful!

By Baronet39 |

Here for a Magical Dining experience. Had the escargot, salmon (which was fabulous) and a blueberry cheesecake. Great room, wonderful staff. Only complaints are the music in the dining room was a little too loud (IMHO). Also, went to the bar before dinner, there was only one NA beer available. Really?!? It was reasonably priced, at $6 but I thought that was a little weird.

**Life's Too Short to Endure Bad Brunch**

By Kathy T |

Man, I feel it. There's a lot going on in the world right now. That's why when my husband and I got up on Sunday, to celebrate our 22nd Anniversary, we decided to treat ourselves to the Boheme Sunday Jazz Brunch--a usual no-fail option filled with calming saxophone, delicious food, and unparalleled service. Though the price is steep, at nearly $80 per person, we've always considered it the best brunch in Orlando, so we willingly paid and parked, foregoing all of the other delicious options in town: Santiago's Bodega, Oscar's, or any of the numerous Disney Restaurants and Resorts. The biggest draw? They always celebrate occasions in style and cater to food allergies (or at least they used to). This visit, however, was anything but delightful. Although we stated on the reservation we were celebrating our Anniversary, there was no mention of it at the table. When I asked what my gluten-free breakfast options were, I was served attitude and confusion. "What exactly do you want, toast?" barked the server. She then offered to get a manager. Thirty minutes later, when the manager came, I was told they didn't have gluten-free bread or any other options. When I stated my disappointment and asked if they no longer cater to special diets, I was then told they usually do, but couldn't today because they were out of bread?!?!? Note: They used to delight in making sure diners were safe, would pull stuff from the back of house to avoid cross-contamination, provide gluten-free waffles, and even come up with specialty items like crab cakes, oatmeal, salad, or mousse. "That's disappointing," I informed the manager. "I wish our server had told us that when we sat down. We would have gone elsewhere." He then, reluctantly, said he would "talk to the chef and see if there was something he could do." After picking at crab legs for over an hour and watching my husband eat, with no return visit, I again expressed my upset to the waitress and asked her (again) to get a manager. Finally, a chef came to the table, along with the food and beverage manager. The manager, again, lacked proactivity and was unhelpful. The chef (to his credit) was kind and apologetic, stating he JUST heard about the situation, and gave me a tour of the buffet line and offered to "make me a waffle, but it would take a bit." Over an hour and a half later, I got a beautiful waffle with some whipped cream, fruit, and gelato, but my husband had now finished eating. The server then presented the check, charged full price for two buffets, while gleefully chirping, "Glad you finally got something to eat other than just crab." I was so frustrated, I finally just got up and left the table. Mind you, this all could have been avoided if the server had been trained and answered my dietary concerns when service started. Or, if the food and beverage manager cared about the guest experience and communicated with the chef from the beginning. Still, neither the waitress nor the manager seemed to value working in hospitality. Beyond the lack of celebration or even food allergy concerns, throughout the entire meal, service was lacking. The waitress balked when I requested simple syrup for my tea. Crab crackers/extra napkins weren't offered. Coffee, tea, and mimosas cups remained empty throughout the meal. Even the communication with higher-up team members was blatantly strained and filled with friction. On top of it all, the "jazz" was now a piano player with a second-rate drum machine, and the cheese "charcuiteree" tasted left over from last week's brunch, right down to the walk-in smell. Sadly, this will be our last visit to The Boheme or The Grand Bohemian. Unfortunately, something that used to be classy and thoughtful now seems to have been reduced to a tourist trap. Writing this for any locals who used to value this place. It is not the same. And for any tourists looking for a foodie experience?? Save your money or spend it on a place that truly values your patronage: JW Marriott at Bonnet Creek, Oscars, Boma, Topolino's Terrace, Texas de Brazil. And if you're gluten-free or have food allergies/sensitivities? Forget about it. Even the chef, who was terrific, made no mention or seemed to have concern for cross-contamination. Metro Diner would have been a better option.

Pre show dinner

By Ed R |

Came here before a show. This is our go to for that. We arrived early and we're seated immediately. The specials sounded amazing as always. We started with the bisque. We then ordered the Chicken fricasse and the filet. Both were fantastic. The chicken was like nothing I've ever had. It was crispy and flavorful. The service, we had Leo, was very good. He was informative and took good care of us. This place never let's us down. The food is always good. We will continue to come here before a show. This place is awesome.

Birthday dinner

By Michelle B |

We had a reservation for 10 people but 13 people showed up. They were very accommodating of the increase in number. Overall, the food was delicious, but I have to say that I was extremely disappointed in the service. Many of often sat with empty glasses, our server was hard to find, the time between courses was extremely long, the food runners had no idea which plate belonged to which guest. We sat at 8pm and didn't have our checks settled and out the door until after 11:30pm. I think that 3.5 hours for a 3 course meal is way too long. Also, when the reservation was made, I was specifically asked if the dinner was for a special occasion. I had informed them that it was for a birthday, yet absolutely no one asked or addressed the birthday that even. Unfortunately, I had much higher expectations for Le Boheme and the Grand Bohemian. I don't think I will be recommending them or returning there.

Favorite restaurant in Orlando

This is hands down my favorite. The dishes are perfectly balanced and wonderfully prepared. The atmosphere is wonderful and I have never had a bad service experience.

TOP NOTCH!

By Brian L |

My wife and I checked in a few days ago to sit out hurricane Irma. The staff has been amazing! Not only have they been great to my wife and I, but they have also been extremely nice to my dog! I have to give a special shout out to Renford at the Boheme restaurant! He was so helpful during lunch and even went out of his was to speak with us during dinner. He seems to truly love his job and care about his guests. Management! Give this guy a raise! We look forward to seeing him tomorrow morning. All in all this is a wonderful restaurant and great hotel!

Off the chart experience, a place we'll stay at again!

By IKNFOOD |

Valet parking, downtown, unique, stylish, eye-catching, adventurous, hip, erotic, fun, the list is long! You could stay here and never leave, as they have everything you need...the problem is you're in Orlando so you'll want to get out and explore the area. We visited the coffee bar, the lounge, and we entered and exited property several times over a 24 hr period...every location in the Boheme was gand and fun! So much to look at, there's art everywhere! Bring your wallet, as this place is not on the cheap, but you'll have very little regret as this place along with the food/drink are unique. Would I go back...yes we are going back again and its likey our new place to stay when we visit Orlando! Shhssss, don't tell anyone ;)

🌟 The Boheme – A Truly Phenomenal Dining Experience

By Erik C |

My party and I recently dined at The Boheme and were absolutely blown away. From start to finish, it was a flawlessly executed evening. ✨ Ambiance The restaurant is beautifully chic and expertly lit, striking the perfect balance between elegance and comfort. The vibe is inviting without feeling overdone. 🍽️ Service Our server, Lester, delivered just the right touch—knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive without hovering. He offered excellent wine and dish recommendations that elevated the whole experience. The service aligned with the refined atmosphere and never missed a beat. 👨‍🍳 Food Every dish was impeccable. The flavors were expertly balanced and served at just the right temperature. One standout highlight was the lavender‑infused crème brûlée. I’d requested it in advance—my girlfriend’s favorite—and the team delivered flawlessly. A manager even called the day before to confirm, and Lester surprised us at the table by letting us know they were ready from the start. That level of personalized care is rare. 🎯 Overall Experience As someone who works in luxury hospitality, I have high standards for service and detail. The Boheme not only met these expectations but exceeded them. Everything felt under control: the staff was in sync, the food was outstanding, and small touches (like the lavender dessert) showed genuine thoughtfulness. I highly recommend The Boheme for unforgettable food and top‑tier hospitality. ⭐ Recommendation If you're looking for an elevated, well‑executed night out—whether a romantic date, celebration, or business dinner—The Boheme should be at the top of your list. It’s rare to find a place that nails ambiance, service, and cuisine so thoroughly.

Awesome restaurant- Music, Gluten Free Options, Beautiful Interior

By airie2011 |

We ate here twice while on vacation. The interior decor is really nice, I loved the art work, the tables were not too close to each other. The restaurant was not incredibly busy on the weekend and we had no issues being seating quickly. The staff was already aware of my gluten allergens and already spoke to the chef about what I could eat before I even arrived. Our waiter both nights Mikiel (I am not sure how to spell it) was great. He was friendly and attentive. All of our food was fantastic and I would 100% return here and stay in this beautiful hotel again. Thanks! I wish I had been able to make it to the brunch so I will be back! Everything on the menu is great as well as the cocktails so if you come here you will have a great experience. Oh, and live jazz is at 9pm which is so nice. It's not directly in the restaurant so its not so loud that you can't carry on a conversation. I would say this is about mid range to expensive. Both nights entrees and appetizers with 4 drinks was about 205.00 before tip. We ordered a lot of food both nights so it could have been a little cheaper I suppose. Try the cauliflower mash and meat and cheese platter. They were great.

Best experience ever

By Frances A |

Absolutely top notch service! I cannot recommend it enough. We had Sunday Brunch and Adrianna from the beginning was so accommodating for the big party that we were. Ivan was our server and again was on it at all times. From refilling our drinks to ensuring we had everything we needed. When I come back I will 100% request him as our server. A special mention to Sean who was working the Prime Rib station and helped us with whatever we needed! Loved every minute of the time we spent at the restaurant and will be returning! 10/10 service, experience, the lot.

Delicious dinner!

By pegfromfl |

We have gone to this restautant for brunch several times, but never dinner. We decided to go for for our anniversary. We started by having a drink in the bar. Very inventive drink selections. The dinner was delicious. Great service, and pleasantly quiet. We both had halibut and started with salads. The grilled peach salad was wonderful, i might go there for lunch so I can have it again. Highly recommend.

Wonderful dining experience!!

By Kimberly G |

The Boheme is a restaurant situated in the lobby of the Grand Bohemian Hotel in downtown Orlando, FL. The bar is co-located with the restaurant and is the perfect place for a pre and/or post-dinner drink. In a quaint part between the bar and the restaurant, there is a piano-bar area with someone playing during peak times. As you enter the reception area you are welcomed by a magnificent setting, a delightful collection of ecletic artwork set in a bohemian atmosphere. The dining room is very open, but not so much so that it is noisy; my date and I did not have any troubles holding a normal tone conversation across our two-person table. The menu offers a wide variety of mouth-watering starters and salads. My date had the bacon wedge salad to start which he enjoyed immensely. Our main courses consisted of steaks, filet for me and the ribeye for him; they were both exquisite. The sides are a la carte; we split the white truffle and cauliflower mash; I highly recommend this dish, although we split it, I think I could have (gluttonously) ate it all on my own. All the products were fresh and the dishes had the warmth of home-made food. The chefs obviously take great care in selecting the best quality ingredients. The restaurant also caters for all tastes by providing a large selection of the best wines, which are a bit pricy but worth sampling. The service did accompany the high quality of the cooking. We never went without what we needed, but also did not feel overwhelmed with a server at our table too much. The only complaint was that the two servers assigned to our table lacked communication and one did not know that the other had taken our wine order. Our dining experience was exceptional and I highly recommend going to The Boheme restaurant.

Great food in a beautiful setting

By Big red mom |

This beautiful restaurant is located in the Grand Bohemian Hotel . This downtown restaurant is walking distance from Dr. Phillips Center . I recommend reservations as you never know what event is occurs g downtown. There is limited street parking and valet parking . The restaurant validation reduces the fee to $8. The service was not attentive as the crowd included theatre goers needing fast service . The server did not seem to know the menu or dishes which was disappointing . The grouper was good but dry . The menu indicated it came with a sauce but there was none on the plate . The salads were large . Overall a good experience but nothing special . Pricing is expensive .

Great Sunday Brunch Occasion! Special

By KaluW |

This was a great way to celebrate a Sunday! Nice Jazz with singer in the background and a very good buffet and excellent service. The buffet is not the largest, nor cheapest, nor the most diverse, but the items they had were well done or of excellent quality. The highlights are on the menu that they bring to you fresh from the kitchen including their avocado toast and Salmon crostini. We feasted on their snow crabs brought steaming to the table and their fresh oysters. There were many other items that we would have wished to try, but one can only eats so much! Our server Renford ensured that we never ran low in either fresh from the kitchen food or our bottomless mimosas!

Girls night out with Magical Dining

By Sandra C |

We had a fabulous dinner experience while dining in the Rotunda. The Sweet Potato fries with roasted tomato aioli was a very good starter, followed by the Kessler Crab Cake. By the time my Beef Tenderloin Au Poivre was served I knew that I was in for a wonderful treat. Amazingly I was able to finish every bite of it and was able to finish off a slice of lemon mascarpone cheesecake. Andrew our server was very friendly and outgoing. He was very attentive! The manager on duty was also very nice. I forgot is name. I will return!

Sunday Brunch Value Decrease

By Naboozal |

Value has dropped with new family style at Sunday Jazz Brunch. Limited selections and additional charges for more than one crab leg. They also appeared to be understaffed based on wait at dessert and hostess stand. An opportunity is to provide flatware with family style dishes. This should be a base expectation during Covid.

The only place I’ll have brunch in Orlando

By jesimonello |

We went to brunch before a show at the Steinmetz and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Greico was our waiter and he took the whole experience up a notch. This is now going to be our Sunday pre show brunch spot. Allow at least a couple of hours to truly enjoy the meal. The food, service and jazz music were the best!

An enjoyable Sunday brunch

By mcqueenbee |

A wonderful experience. We enjoyed everything we ate. The service was good with minor hiccups. The crab legs are meaty and fresh. The crepe station was a nice touch and the bottomless mimosas... well 😃Everything was great but would like a few more options.

EMBARRASMENT

By Primary Care W |

We happened to celebrate Father's Day Brunch 3 years ago at your restaurant and were impressed. Last Sunday, 1st October, we invited family of 14 people and were surprised to see the quality of Buffet Brunch ??? Other than 3 to 4 Basic Stations, everything including seafood you have to order, then why do we call it as Buffet Brunch ?? COST $100 plus per person (total) Was it worth it ?? Nobody was impressed. No wonder, at peak time at 11 to 1 PM, including our party, there were only 30 people at the Brunch and you have a capacity of close to 150 people. I am surprised that nobody shared this experience online to at least caution future customers so that they come prepared and do not get shocked. Probably ownership is changed. Good Luck Sincerely, Garry Dhaliwal, MD

Sunday Jazz Brunch

By Debra C |

We made reservations for brunch a couple weeks in advance online. We were celebrating our December birthdays for which I informed them on the reservation. We were unable to reach them that day for parking instructions so we parked in the garage across the street for $11. Upon arrival we asked & were informed they validate valet parking. We arrived 30 minutes early & the hosts said we would be seated in 15-20. Approximately 3 minutes later than my reserved time I went to the hostess & asked. By the look on her face she obviously forgot us & proceeded to the worst table in the dining room. We asked for a different table which she accommodated. The wait staff were excellent. Very attentive & always refilling the included bottomless Mimosas. The approximately $60 per person included a buffet of seafood, desserts, crepe/waffle/omelette stations, meat & cheese, eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes & more. There was also a small menu with several included made to order items & some cocktails for a price. The food was pretty good although nothing outstanding. The dessert bar was disappointing. They never acknowledged our Birthdays so I asked. The Jazz musician came to our table played us Happy Birthday on his sax which was amazing. They also served us a Happy Birthday waffle which was very good. The best part of the experience was definitely the fabulous Jazz Musicians & wait staff. Been on my list of things to do for several years & so glad we did but definitely will not return.

Light Jazz Brunch

By LivDaley |

The downtown restaurant appears to be a popular destination for locals on special occasions. The musical and visual ambience is pleasant. In addition to the buffet, guests can have entrees brought to the table. The food was good but not great And, the raw bar was not as fresh as it could be. A little bit pricey at $48pp plus $15 for parking particularly if not drinking the included unlimited mimosa. Still far better for brunch then some of the tourist traps.

Good food in Orlando but pricey

By momr2d2 |

We booked this restaurant for a meal before going to the Orlando Magic vs Miami Heat game at the Amway Centre. We parked in a lot between the 2 venues and walked to the game after dinner. When we arrived at the Bohemian hotel (where restaurant is located) there was a large bus outside and a big crowd of people. As we got closer we could see that they were waiting for the players from the Heat to come out. We went inside and right away Hassan Whiteside walked toward us and my son greeted him and got a picture with him. Our reservation was at 5pm and we arrived at 4:45. They did not start seating until just after 5pm but we didn’t mind as my son wanted to see more players. Once we were seated, the restaurant filled up quickly. It was quite beautiful, with black wood, red curtains and cool light fixtures. A live piano player played in the area between the dining room and bar. The server was knowledgeable and very helpful. I had the chicken dinner minus the chicken....basically roasted root veggies on arugula...it was pretty bland but I liked it. Hubby and younger son shared the filet mignon, asparagus and sweet potato fries. Older son had lobster bisque and tomato burrata salad. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The boys finished off with the chocolate Nutella lava cakes and basically licked their plates clean! The washrooms were just outside the dining area and fairly clean and nicely decorated. Finally...a nice meal in Orlando....we were getting discouraged in not finding good restaurants.

Sunday Brunch: Great Food, Great Setting, Magnificent Server

By Mary B |

We were celebrating a birthday at the St Patrick's Day brunch. The food was wonderful, the dining room is always lovely, but our server, Renford, made our experience extra special. He was friendly, funny, and very conscientious in his duties. We all loved him and hope we're lucky enough to have him as our server the next time we are at the Boheme.

Wow! Sunday brunch was outstanding!

By JHS6223YL |

If you have Sunday brunch, you will be getting an amazing experience! They have so much food it is impossible to try it all! We went in Dec 2019 and for the Sunday brunch. It is a champagne included brunch and had more stations than I can even remember. They also had a menu to order from with made to order options that was also included in the price (crab cakes were an option!). The price was a little steep ($75-$80) but after you saw the food, you knew it was worth it. The crab legs and shrimp were great! They also had different cheeses and cured meats as well as the usual breakfast fair (omelet station, etc) The atmosphere is amazing in this restaurant! They even had a trio playing music in the room where the food was served! We stayed at this hotel that night after attending an event at the Dr. Phillips Center (which is just a couple of blocks away). We went to the restaurant later that night for cocktails and lite after theater food and enjoyed it even more at night!

Sunday Brunch Uplifting & Filling

By Frank W |

As a frequent traveler, I love a weekend and especially a Sunday brunch that features quality and variety. The Boheme offers everything that I would want on the buffet with made to order waffles, omelettes & crepes. So if you want beef there's a carving station for the meat lovers. I loved the freash seafoods including oysters, crab legs and shrimp. Plus, if that's not enough you can order the crabcakes from the menu that are included in the price, along with addtional items to tasty to remember them all and salads. There's the desserts if you dare to try or can complete your additional foods from roasted veggies, lox on bagels slices, cheeses, meats and salads... So much here to enjoy... just wish I could really eat everything that I desired without breaking my diet and having to buy new clothes. LOL

The best Hotel to stay at in Orlando

I have stayed 5 times now and have been impressed every time. I feel as if I am home when I walk into the Grand Bohemian! No matter who your are it is the most enjoyable, no judgmental hotel. The beds are the best I have ever found at a hotel and the staff is the absolute best.

Great Restaurant - $8 for Parking is Outrageous

By kpOrlando |

Nice place for fine dining in downtown Orlando. I ordered escargot appetizer which came with a crunchy delicious bread. It was quite good. The poached pear salad with corn bread croutons, pecans, fresh raspberries and blue cheese crumbs was outstanding. The ribeye was delicious as was the roasted vegetables side. I would have preferred the sides to be served separately so it could be shared by the table. Instead it came on the same plate as the entree. Service was friendly and efficient. Great experience overall.

Fabulous birthday dinner!

By USALadyinUK |

Birthday week planned for an"decade" birthday! Dinner at The Bohemian. I had the lobster bisque which was the best I have ever had! Then for a main course I had the "fish" of the day was the scallops! OMG! Amazing. I loved every bite! My husband said the lentil soup was amazing and he is from the Punjab in India! Don't miss this special appetizer! Staff and food amazing!

Excellent!

By Gmommyfl |

We enjoyed the atmosphere! The service was excellent! Our filets with root vegetables and cauliflower/potato mash were perfect! The lemon marscapone cheesecake was perfect! It was a delightful meal!

Great food poor execution

By Will4222 |

Dined with my wife before a play at Dr Philips. Her filet was prepared exactly as ordered and her mashed cauliflower side delicious. Unfortunately my lamb T-bone. Ordered medium came out way past well and close to leather. The sides with that plate were hot and tasty. The replacement lamb was cooked perfectly but the sides on the plate were undercooked and tepid at best. My pear salad and my wife's lobster bisque were both very enjoyable. I realize that things happen in a kitchen but there is no excuse for allowing over cooked and under cooked food for leaving the kitchen. This won't stop me from coming back but it will be longer than the next play on the schedule.

They should be ashamed of both their food and service!!!

By Robin B |

Five of us went for the Sunday brunch buffet to celebrate my mom’s 90th birthday - my son’s treat. We were shocked by how bad everything was. We booked for 1:30 pm, and specifically asked whether everything would still be available (and were told “yes”). The buffet looked picked over and many items had run out. The seafood was dry and had a rubbery texture. The prime rib was completely overcooked and when we asked whether they had some that was medium rare or medium, we told we should have come earlier. There were no vegetables or potatoes to accompany the meat. The server paid no attention to us even though the restaurant was almost empty. We even had to clear plates ourselves and pick up clean silverware from adjacent tables! My mother’s birthday was not acknowledged until we reminded a different server, at which point they brought a dessert (and despite my having reminded them on arrival). The manager comped one meal and thanked me for my feedback, but this did not make up for the absolutely dreadful experience. We will never go back. How sad that such a lovely hotel would sink to this level of food and service!

Spectacular

By kiana W |

Dinner here was awesome. We had Ren (Renford) as our waiter. He was fantastic!!! We had the Beef Carpaccio, Hunter's Board, filet, and lobster bisque. Ren made our experience FANTASTIC!!!

Just ok

By Sweetkellygirl16 |

Went to have a nice diner and the experience was not that good, the service was excellent and the manager Luisa was very nice and attentive, but the food didn’t mark all the boxes, we started with the carpaccio and calamari, it was ok nothing to complement, soggy calamari and bland beef, we ordered the chop (over cook and dry) and also the sea bass, the fish was cold and the sides where boring. There is better choices in downtown orlando for a fine dinning.

Lack of Customer Service

By angs0213 |

Our 10 year wedding anniversary took an unpleasant left turn when we had to wait over 20 minutes for our check only to discover that we were overcharged by $30! After more time passed, the manager on duty attempted to have my husband sign the overcharged receipt instead of having an updated version. More of our night was wasted on waiting for a new copy. We now have two charges on our account and are hoping the incorrect one is corrected so that we never have to conduct business with this restaurant again. Oh, the food is just okay.

Delicious meal, will be back

By Rachel C |

We had a lovely dinner at The Boheme celebrating a birthday. The service was wonderful and Dominic took great care of us. We had the Hunter's Board to start and shared the Scallops and Pork Chop mains amongst the two of us. Each bite was better than the next. Do not sleep on that Pork Chop! We tried a few drinks off their cocktail list and were satisfied though they were light pours and sweeter than I prefer (even the "spicy" ones). Overall it gets the "excellent" rating from me but I might stick with wine in the future since the cocktails were not on par with the rest of the offerings and service. You won't be disappointed in the meal, that's a fact!

Best hotel downtown Orlando

This resort is top notch from the beginning to the end. Haley/Cassandra/Aria. Alice and Britney will totally take care of you at the bar. Drinks and food are top notch. This is our go to spot in downtown Orlando.

Wonderful food and service

Even with a limited menu due to Hurricane Irma, the food was excellent and the service was very good. Many of the staff had been here for days but they were nonetheless attentive.

Back and good as ever

By flaq |

The restaurant has been redone as part of a revamp of the entire hotel. The new decor is more light and open than the previous incarnation. There is a full bar and the drinks are excellent. The wine list is nice, and has some really good value options at lower price points.Menu has some nice seafood choices. We had the swordfish, which was excellent. Our server Xeana was friendly and efficient.

Great Service with Average Food

By Hospitality Expert |

Great bar. Lovely restaurant. Justin our server was excellent. Menu is very scaled down from the early years of this restaurant. Originally this was a destination restaurant. Today just a hotel restaurant. Ordered t-bone lamb chops. First time over cooked. Second time got it right. But kept vegetables from original plate. Ice cold. Outside of superb atmosphere the food is mediocre at best. I would not go back. It’s a shame. This was a place to go. Today it’s not.

Buyer Beware

By Kevin E |

Too bad local hotel leadership resting on laurels, hotel and services especially restaurant just not worth the sky high prices. Had dinner with cost over $300+ felt like Chilis experience. The young hostess probably untrained relative of someone who knows someone could care less about working there. In fact was hostess for breakfast and even more depressing. Fix or Fail …..

Not The best thanksgiving

By Laura M |

Definitely not the place for Thanksgiving. The meals were very small, the flavors were way off and the turkey served was dry. Especially at $70 per plate, wasn’t worth more than $35 like magical dining price. Was extremely disappointed as my family was looking forward to a wonderful thanksgiving meal and it was anything but that.

Great place and in the middle of Orlando downtown. Easy access to the train and restaurants. Use Uber to go to shopping center in other side of the town. If go on Business trip then I’d recommend this hotel.

Disappointed

By gabbs13 |

Wanted to surprise my husband with what I thought would be a beautiful romantic birthday dinner finally without the kids lol! We arrived a bit early and decided to have a drink at the bar. I decided to order one of their signature cocktails it was a gin drink the name of the drink escapes me I apologize I was not too excited about the drink. in fact I can only take about two sips before my stomach started feeling ill nevertheless I paid for the drink and we went to go have dinner. the atmosphere is great and what I was expecting. our server Roberto was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable. the food on the other hand was very disappointing. we ordered the burrata and heirloom tomato salad I thought the plate presentation was below average and the plate was what you would expect sliced heirloom tomatoes fresh mozzarella balsamic and olive oil nothing special disappointment number one .we also ordered the escargot which I was very excited to try considering the menu online described it as coming in its shell which it did not! I can clearly tell that these were out of a can and as rubbery as a top of a pencil eraser not to mention the amount of raw garlic that was put on top burned my mouth and coated it for the rest of the night with Taste of garlic. disappointment number two .my husband ordered the New York strip medium rare although juicy was still a little on the tough side for an' aged ' steak. the white truffle cauliflower mash was delicious although I think there was more potato than cauliflower in there not to mention again plate presentation lacking. I ordered the fish of the day which was halibut that came with a butternut squash puree and Meyer lemon beurre blanc with asparagus. the Halibut was delicious the butternut squash was not a puree there were many many chunks in it and lacked flavor the Meyer lemon beurre blanc was nowhere to be found on the plate so for us disappointment 3 and 4 .we decided to order dessert considering we were celebrating his birthday we ordered the hazelnut Nutella lava cake and the cheesecake of the day the Nutella lava cake was to die for absolutely delicious the cheesecake on the other hand tasted as if it was a frozen Sara Lee cheesecake. We do not go to restaurants expecting everything to be perfect but it was one thing after another as far as being disappointed in this very pricey restaurant were it not for the company, my wonderful husband, and Roberto the very attentive server this review would be getting minus 1 star Not once did We complain in fact on the way out I wanted to speak to the manager to let him know how wonderful Roberto was. we waited about four minutes while they went where I could only assume was the back office to find the manager he seemed almost annoyed that we Disturbed him from something when all I wanted to do was let him know what a wonderful job Roberto did . needless to say we will not be going back here ever although I hear the brunch is spectacular it's not worth the money to take a chance

Memorable Anniversary Dinner

By Theologator |

On a 2-night getaway at the Grand Bohemian for our anniversary we were glad we chose to dine in The Boheme inside the hotel. The food was excellent. Our choices included the carpaccio appetizer, lobster bisque and French lentil soups, and we shared a filet mignon with asparagus. Everything was perfectly cooked and presented. Our servers, led by Nathan, were attentive, personable and timely. It is also an intimate setting, low light and the decor is fun, keeping the burlesque “bohemian” theme of the hotel and lounge. It was a very special night indeed!

Redemption with Magical Dining

By fussy2U |

Since Magical Dining was in effect, we decided to give The Boheme another try. I'm happy to say, both the food and service were much improved since our last visit. Our server, Andrea, was very attentive and paced the meal well between courses. My husband had the salmon and I had the beef tenderloin as main courses. They were both delicious, well prepared and generously portioned. I must say, we easily sat for over 1.5 hours because the dining chairs were very comfortable and the tables are not crowded together. However, the space became dark after the sun went down... the little candle did not help illuminate the table and my husband had to use his phone to see the bill. Otherwise, a very pleasant dining experience. We will be back!

Mother’s Day Disaster!

By N F |

After having time to process, what should’ve been a momentous Mother’s Day occasion turned out to be a humiliating nightmare. It wasn’t until we finished our meal, I was informed they didn’t take Discover Card. It was already bad enough, our server, Raquel, rarely came to our table to accommodate us for drink refills, or to take orders for items that weren’t on the buffet. After informing her on multiple occasions, her absence was apparent, It wasn’t until our final 30 minutes, after asking her again, she finally became more present. To add insult to injury, my mom and I was highly offended, disappointed, and embarrassed as we were made to feel like a thief, after being escorted out of “The Boheme” restaurant by our server, to my car, in order to obtain my other credit cards. In addition, I almost feel as if it was racially motivated. Because, why weren’t we given any type of grace on the matter, after explaining were not aware of their card policy. Furthermore I already stated, my wallet with all my other cards were in fact in my car, that was parked in valet. After she requested my valet ticket, she felt it was necessary to escort us out of the restaurant and hotel to my car, in front of other patrons, as if I wasn’t going to pay, after she already had my Discover Card. To make matters worse, I spoke to the manager at the restaurant, who said I should have read their policy before coming to the restaurant. She further proceeded to embarrass us in front of other customers by pointing out the policy on their website, as if she was talking to a child. My attempts to explain, reading the credit card policy on a venue is rare, went on deaf ears. She wasn’t trying to hear or understand anything we were say. This entire experience was extremely disheartening and mortifying to say the least for both my mother and I.

Good Breakfast

The Boheme is in the Grand Bohemian Hotel. The setting is fine, and my breakfast was quite good. Service was slow, though friendly.

Boheme was terrible!

By Jen G |

The Boheme should be embarrassed to call themselves a high end restaurant. We had a party of 8. Our waitress could not get our orders correct, they forgot 4 of our appetizers, and they were out of every wine we ordered. The food was sub par and came out cold. For what they charge, our expectations were higher. Don’t waste your time or money on this place. We will not be back.

Very disappointing brunch experience

By Black_Rock_City |

I recently visited The Boheme for Sunday brunch, and was disappointed to find that the level of service has fallen dramatically. The waiter was either poorly trained or too busy, or both. The problem persisted even after speaking with the manager on duty. Drinks remained unfilled for long periods of time, dirty dishes were left on the table, and I finally had to speak to the manager (again) about getting the check. It's clear the staff and management of this restaurant need some training.
