I was staying near by decided to try this place since I didnt have a car and I could walk there. They have a lot of neat looking burgers but I picked the grilled cheese with fries. The grilled cheese needed to cook a little longer because all of the cheese was not melted but it had great flavor and the fries were perfect. If I am in town again I will go back for a burger.

nice beer selection excellent Burgers juicy serve on a nice sweet tasting bun would definitely come back for another one.

My hotel bartender suggested Burger palace. Located in a higher end strip mall, looked more like a modern cafe that was known for sushi as I expected a burger joint to be more rustic. I was not disappointed. Started with a Lagunitas strong IPA and ordered an exotic Kobe beef burger without a bun (yes watching my carbs a bit). Excellent burger, excellent beer and highly recommend!

My wife daughter, her friend and I ate here for dinner. The establishment is small in size but looks nice. The appearance is that of an upscale burger eatery (not a burger joint). The type of beef they use is very tasty and the burgers were juicy, thick and cooked to our request. Pro: With that being said the food tasted really good. Con: The food is a bit pricey. Service was a little slow.

Just tried the prime beef brisket... so good! Ask for it "Asian Pacific Style"! The slaw it came with and the pickled cucumbers have this tasty oil drizzle with just the right amount of spice. BBQ brisket is supposed to be best at BBQ places but this place tops it all.

This is one unassuming place that looks outdated but don’t be fooled. They served up one hell of a burger. Seriously it was one of the best I’ve had in my travels in US. Glad I found you.

Nice clean spot near mall of u looking for a kobe beef burger this the place one waiter but quick good food was great I suggest the sunshine burger

There's a lot more to earning great reviews than just the food. The burger was wonderful. So much else was terrible. The owner needs to step back and see things the way their customers see them. Bathroom fixtures in disrepair, booth fabric in bad shape, piles of clutter behind the counter, grime in the corners, and somewhat indifferent service all suggest someone is not paying attention to the 'litte things." My radar says 'something is not right here." I would not go back.

We were looking for a place for a quick yet non-chain meal and read about the Burger Palace. It was an easy walk from our hotel near the Galleria and we were able to eat outside. I had the chicken tacos where the chicken was very flavorful. My son had chicken fingers and fries. After the shocked that they were tempura battered wore off he enjoyed them.

A whole different class of burger. I was recently introduced to the Spicy Vietnamese, which is a nice blend of flavors with the jalapeno and pickled daikon. The thing that keeps me coming back are the tempura mushrooms. You will never consider another fried mushroom again in your life.

Went to The Burger Palace and it was awesome! The burgers were so delicious and the fries and onion rings were great. NOT just any fast food burger here!!!! My wife had the classic burger and i had the texas burger which both were very good. Definatley going back to visit when we are in Houston. Keep up the good work guys!

One of the nicest burger places I have ever been too, the food is very good quality and the place is kept spotless.

Walked to this place from The Weston Galleria hotel, its only a short walk. The pictures looked good as did the menu. It didn’t disappoint. Loads of great beers to choose from, we had a Belgian style beer which was about 8% but was awesome. The burgers were fantastic, juicy, done perfect. We had a side of slaw, garlic chips and onion rings. Portions were pretty big, but a burger each and the three sides was spot on. Great place.

The options for a burger or similar food is pretty good and the beer list is decent although nothing on tap. Tried to order a burger and sub mushrooms for caramelized onions and was told no and he could remove the onions but the mushrooms would be extra.... really?!? The burger is stand alone and you pay an extra $4-5 for fries or a side. The quality of the food was good but not to go out of your way for. You're much better off going over to the Galleria and finding something a bit better. Good option if you're tired and just want something to eat. Many hotel guests were doing to go orders.

This place is wonderful year round! There's music, very friendly staff like I've never experienced before , anywhere. They have one air dining with high powered air fans; an electrically operratedlouvered roof that shields against rain and adjusts sun exposure; they have wall to wall t.v. screens, clientele is local and from all over the world. Many types of beer and other spirits, soda fountains; food is Excellent! Open seven days to the midnight hour; good parking and they are theunspoken envy of every eatery in Houston. Bring your dancing shoes, your kids, your doggie too!

The Burger Palace was a great find. Thank you Trip Advisor! Burger was great fries were great. Nice atmosphere and customer service. They also had good music. Will return!!

This is my favorite burger place in Houston. These burgers are made with Akushi beef, the most buttery and juicy beef I've ever had. I took one bite and the juice ran my hand. Yum! There are several different toppings so there is surely a burger to please you. The size is perfect as are the tempura style fries. The onion rings are fried to perfection. I heard the chicken sandwich is also superb. The shakes are also good, but if they ever have mint in stock ask for a chocolate mint shake. It's not on the menu but they can make it if they have mint. Unfortunately they don't always have mint. Maybe if enough of us ask for it they will try to keep some handy. The location is across the street from the Galleria on Alabama. It's worth the effort to eat here after shopping. The only thing I do not like are the uncomfortable bench seats, but for these burgers, I'll deal with the seats. The owner always greets us with a smile and makes us feel at home. I've never been dissappointed here. If you love burgers, you must give Burger Palace a try.

Got burger to take back to hotel and was impressed by how it was packaged. Separate compartments for patty, bun, veggies to avoid soggy burger. Tasted good. Also enjoyed the parmesan rosemary fries.

Got into Houston late tonight and asked the front desk at the Homewood Suites where we could get something to eat that was close by..... they listed 4 places..... by sheer luck we chose Burger Palace. Right next store!!!!!! The Kobe beef burgers were incredibly awesome. Melted in your mouth! And cooked to perfection. You have gotta get some KOBE! Any burger on the menu will do. We had the american classic and margherita burger. I think my slice of mozzarella was almost 1/2 inch thick. The price was great and the selection of beers...wonderbar! This was such a pleasant surprise...I had to share the review. Next time you are near the Galleria, Stop at Burger Palace and get some KOBE.... you wont regret it!!!!

The service was really good and so was the food. The place was really reasonably priced. It was nice to have such a large selection of beers and ciders to go with very exotic burgers.

I am not an expert , but I have to say that here the hamburger meat tastes differently. It's good and you really feel you are having a quality controlled meat. Fries are simply great! It is not very common to find good fries that don't smell of bad oil. Sometimes, if the place is crowded, the owner may appear a little rude, but she is not. As soon as she can relax, she opens in a nice and friendly smile. Good selection of beers and , to me, this made the difference! Will surely go back

Decent service, LOUD music blaring, interesting atmosphere...BUT, the burger is amazing. I got the DOWN UNDER and it was phenomenal...SO GOOD! The mushroom tempura was good, but too much batter. I want to try all the burgers! :)

We happened to eventually make it to our hotel during the rain of storm Imelda. Wanting a bite to eat we headed just next door to The Burger Palace. What a strange experience! The gentleman behind the bar is clearly not cut out for a job in customer service. After perusing the menu, I went to the bar to order. Not even an acknowledgement from the gentleman in 5 minutes standing there, whilst he organised some checks, tidied up some stuff. After eventually ordering, we waited, and waited... When everyone else had left, he asked if we had our burgers? Cue a smile “no”. He then publicly said to the chef back of house that still 2 x burgers to come and argued it was their fault as he had done his part. (There was a similar incident earlier with another customer). Not a word of an apology to us. The burgers did arrive, which were very tasty. By this time the staff started closing up and putting chairs on tables whilst we ate. Settled the bill and left, the gentleman in question didn’t even lift his head from his laptop to acknowledge our “goodbye”. In summary good food, rubbish service (not what we had come to expect in the USA). Hey ho!

A friend recommended this "off the beaten path" place for burgers and we found the best burger in Houston!! They knocked my previous favorite, Bernie's Burger Bus, down to a distant second. I had two burger sliders and it is hard to describe how exceptionally good they were. You could really tell that they use high quality beef. The slider plate had one each of their two most popular burgers. We also shared french fries and onion rings, which were very good and reasonably priced. My son had a chocolate shake, which I tasted, and thought was mediocre. Recommend passing on that. Keep in mind that this is not a fast food place and enjoy the waiting time for your meal. The service was good and I think only one cook can fit in their tiny kitchen which delays the burgers. They are worth the wait.

Recommended place via AA app. Food was okay. Read reviews about the service, but attributed that to a crowd. However, there was maybe 8 patrons and it still took 1/2 hour to get our food. I requested a beer, and that took close to 10 minutes (again, not crowded). I would sometimes overlook the wait time if the food was exceptional, but not the case for this place.

On Monday August 28th my family and I were looking for a place to have dinner outside the hotel because with the severe weather conditions every single place was closed. We found abut The Burger Palace. There was a long wait time but this was due to the overflow of people wanting to eat something outside their homes. The only available dish that day was the American Burger and it was DELICIOUS. We could see that the lady attending us was the one who made the burgers from scratch. On the other hand, the service was not great but this was due to the low personal that was available on that day. The sweet potato fries are AMAZING! my family and I were devouring them entirely together with the hamburgers. If you are looking for a good hamburger place in Houston this is your go to place.

Burger palace is one of my top restaurants. Any time I’m in the area the regular order is chicken lettuce wraps, a bahn mi burger with a side of rosemary fries and a toasted coconut shake (to go and to share with my wife because the burgers deliver a wow factor in presentation, taste and portion) Hands down the best burger joint I know of

Hands down my fav burger place ever. The burgers are huge and delicious and the fries are legit. So juicy and the aioli sauce is spot on!!

The burgers are top-notch! Super juicy, flavorful, and made with high-quality beef. The fries? Amazing. Crispy, well-seasoned, and honestly hard to stop eating. The place has a relaxed vibe and is comfortable, and the staff were super welcoming. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to come back to and work your way through the menu. Can’t wait to go back!

If you are in the area, and have the time and love burgers and fries... STOP HERE. The service and the food were top notch. Mei was a phenomenal hostess. The beer selection was spectacular. IF there is a wait, get a beer, and wait patiently for the best burger. Ever. Period.

As previous reviewers have said, it’s an interesting/strange place with Asian decor, abrupt service and slow response time. However, the burger is well worth it! Delicious! All the interesting variety, great fries...we enjoyed every bite.

The place was busy and still the service was fast. I tried the Paris Burger. chick can be over cooked easily but mine was done perfectly. It has spinach, sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms all held neatly on the butter grilled bun with brie cheese. I'll go back.

Came here as had had a long day and it’s near our hotel. We ordered the Texas Cheeseburger and the Napa Valley burger -with sweet potato fries and Truffle fries -it was all soooo good! Service was adequate and venue is fine.

We were staying across the road so it was very convenient. Our Finnish waiter was quite amusing with a dry sense of humour. The burgers are amazing as they are made from Kobe beef so very succulent. The variety is overwhelming so read the menu before you go. Chips were to die for or die of!! The truffle ones are very good. Their selection of beers is outstanding including one from Salzburg where we used to live so had to have that and take one back for my son who saw it on our photos. Recommend every time.

Fast service.Very nice burger and fries, but did only have imported beer,an budweiser would be great😉

I arrived early on my Houston business trip and found myself hungry. The Burger Palace was right around the corner from my hotel and so I went in. The menu had quite a few different options but had to go with the Texas Cheeseburger. The Akaushi Beef was cooked perfectly and the burger taste was fantastic! Even the fries were very crunchy and plentiful. Don't let the Asian decor in the restaruant fool you, the dinner experience and burger is as good as it gets!

Don’t let the slightly odd decor fool you... this place is legit. My husband got the rodeo burger and I got the California chicken sandwich and we split onion rings. Everything was AMAZING! I wish I could post pics but we ate it all.

Unclean, cluttered, subpar food. Tables were dirty with no one in the restaurant. Clutter in the kitchen and on the shelves. Frozen store-bought french fries for $7 and $13 burger that was good but definitely not worth the money.

One of the best burgers ever! Fresh brioche bun and Kobe beef burger, melt in your mouth! The apple, almond and arugula salad with mango dressing awesome.

I am not a big burger fan, I find most meat burgers to be bland. The Burger Palace uses Kobe beef which is extremely tasty. Her menu choices are really creative and have a burger for every taste. The restaurant itself is really basic but it reflects in her low prices. I have seen restaurants try to charge $50+ for a gourmet burger, she charges $1o -$13 which is very reasonable. The owner is always there and works hard to please her clientele.

Amazing burgers! Literally the best burger I’ve ever had. A must visit, whether you are just visiting Houston or a local!!

Surprised at the extensive beer selection! Attentive staff. Burgers some of the best we have had. Would rate 4.5 but not an option.

Best Buger Ever! The restaurant is not fancy but the burgers make up for it. The onion rings are battered and fried upon ordering and there are vegetarian options.

They also have awesome tacos. Had the Wagyu taco with sweet potato fries- sooo yum!!! Highly recommend.

I tried this place having seen good reviews on other sites. I ate there early on a weekday evening; the place was almost empty. I was immediately waited on with a menu and a request for a drink order. The waiter answered my questions and agreed to bring me a sample of the slaw to sample before ordering. I indeed ordered that (which was delicious but a relatively small serving for the price charged) and a standard kobe beef burger. The patty was some of the most tasty hamburger I've ever had. My only complaint was there was no other choice for a bun other than a white flour bun. If 100% whole wheat or gluten free would have been available, my rating would be higher.

It's a 3 ¾ star burger place. Not a palace though. More like mid-level strip mall. Anyway, the organic salad was fresh and interesting enough, though not a wow salad. It was better than anticipated, however. The burger (the French one) was fresh and cooked pretty well. The flavors were good, but again, not great. Decent quality, but the fixings were a but skimpy and the burger was a tad greasy. Fries were hot and fresh. The beer selection is all bottles, but it's a solid offering. German and craft beers alike. Service (the owner) was was a bit stiff; No greeting, just stopped at table and looked at me like "what do you want?". Whatever, I was in a hurry, maybe she was too (there were two other tables in the restaurant to tend to, after all). I'll try another place next time. Why is it so hard to make a great hamburger? Especially if it's your restaurants specialty? No excuse really. I do it all the time at home (make a great one, that is). If interested, see my food (and other) photography at tylerdelaplaine dot com. Cheers!

This place makes a really excellent hamburger. However, the onion rings with tempura batter almost stole the show. We will definitely be back.

We highly recommend this place. Even if the service is a bit slow, it's worth your wait. The burgers are excellent. We had the swiss mushroom burger with bacon & bleu cheese. Yum! The beef is so excellent that you can tell the difference. Every kind of burger you can imagine is on the menu. Try this one and enjoy!

First tried this mom & pop burger joint earlier in the week. Got a Texas Burger & fries the first time and was impressed. The burger was perfectly cooked and didn't leave me feeling like I'd eatena brick despite it being sizable. The French fries tasted fresh and made in shop. Today I ordered a chicken burger, which was a griled chicken breast with fixings. It was very tasty, but the hand breaded onion rings were greatly. Perfectly cooked and not over breaded.

Came here as I was looking for good burgers in the area and saw the reviews. Very quiet on a Saturday evening although it's hidden away very close to the Galleria and we had no problems parking right outside. The service was very good but more important the burgers were amazing! Yes they are more expensive than other similar places but we felt the whole restaurant was more upmarket than other burger places in the area. The burgers were massive. Very thick and cooked perfectly medium as we requested. They were very very juicy and soft and had a lovely taste to them. The bun was also perfect. Lovely and soft and got softer with the juices of the burger but stayed together well. The toppings were also very nice as well as the fries. Definitely worth the money and I would highly recommend having a burger here as it's one of the best I've had.

The Kobe burgers were over the top good!!! Friendly family run place, MUST give it a try. Will go back to try the expresso shake, no room after the burger.

We arrived just before closing and were treated as if it was the middle of the day. The staff was patient and friendly. The burger was excellent. It had a great taste and was more than enough to eat. Endless drinks (soda) with the meal. Next time I'm in Houston, I will be going there again.

Excelent burger (Texas Burger, American Burger and blue bacon burger). It was just tasty and delicious. Lemonade juice only place where we found it in Houston, amazing.

Located in a hole in the wall strip mall in the Galleria area, this is more neighbourhood pub than upscale Kobe beef burger restaurant. Kind of dark, with a few large TV’s, and a good beer selection, you wouldn’t think this is in the top 50 restaurants in Houston on TripAdvisor. Having said that, it definitely belongs there. I had probably one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. Prepared just right, juicy still, very tasty. Fries were Parmesan fries, also very good. Prices are fair considering it’s Kobe beef, we had great service, and really enjoyed ourselves. Can’t wait to go back sometime.

This place offers the best burgers! The meat used on their burgers are kobe beef and you can taste the quality from the first bite! You can't go wrong going there. Been there many times, the only issue is that waiting time can be long during peak hours due to the fact that the owner wants to service all her patrons which is commendable but she is doing it at the expense of customers waiting a long time, we have seen many customers walk out because of the delay.

Outstanding Beef (Wagyu) Burgers in a surprising location..!! The Margharita Burger, and the French Connection were delicious, moist, and fresh..!!

I was staying at the Hyatt across the street and ordered for take out via GrubHub. Took about 30 minutes for my order to be prepared at 7:45 on a Wednesday night. Excellent burger!! Cooked perfectly and very tasty. Sweet potato fries tasted great but got soggy in the styrofoam box. The mint lime juice was AWESOME - definitely get it! I would absolutely recommend this place over any option at the galleria mall.

I have been coming to Houston about every six weeks for the last year and a half, and always went to a mediocre excellent restaurant because it was close to the hotel. I thought I would try something different this trip. Found the reviews for The Burger Palace and wish I would’ve found it sooner. I ordered the Swiss Alps and asked for medium rare, the host indicated their medium rare was more on the rare side, so I ordered medium and it was perfect. I asked for without a bun, so they gave me two large leaves of lettuce to use in place of the bun. I got the Greek salad without feta and with ranch dressing and it was wonderful, crisp, fresh and a perfect size. I paid $19 w/o tip, which is cheap by Houston standards. Will definitely go back!

we usually stop by almost every Saturday. The burgers are always juicy and full of flavor, and you can really taste the quality of the Wagyu beef. My personal favorite is the one with blue cheese – it’s rich, tangy, and just hits the spot every time. Great place for a satisfying, no-fuss meal.

Enjoyed our visit here. The food was great because the meat was delicious on the burger. The meat is a japanese american kobe breed, with no hormones or artificial ingredients, the food was excellent. Our waiter had extensive knowledge of beer and we were able to pair it according to our selected burgers.

It was absolutely divine! from the first bite to the last. I went there more than once to see if it's just a one hit wonder... It was as good as the first time I went.

This place was incredible! Alex was our server and he had great recommendations on burgers and chicken. We tried the BBQ dumplings, which we were excellent, 2 types of burgers, chicken sandwich and onion rings. The food was all served hot and cooked perfectly!! This is a must try restaurant!!

The Burger Palace serves great burgers at a fair price conaidering they're all made with kobe beef. Each one of them has a unique flavor, but they are all delicious.

Quite a find (or more appropriately, a suggestion from the hotel front desk staff) a short walk from my hotel. Sometimes, you must leave the hotel for some fresh air after hours on a plane and another in a car. We asked the front desk staff, strapping young Houston men where could we eat fast, fresh, and within walking distance. "Burger Palace" the consensus. Great suggestion, not just burgers, but veggie options, large salads, chicken, spring rolls and one of the best caprese salads not served in an Italian restaurant. This night was a bit hectic for the owner-manager-lead server, we arrived on scene with 10 people in a small restaurant, another 23 arrived in short order for both dine in and take away. The burgers looked amazing, served with a large order of fries, the chicken nuggets with fries were just the right portion, I ordered the chicken lettuce wrap. The lettuce wrap was really a large salad, but delightful and hit the spot. I watched many items roll out of the kitchen, all looked amazing. What to explore some beers, they have many varieties of beers, wine and soft drinks. Perfect for a low key, moderately priced dining option outside of the hotel. Tucked into the end cap of a strip mall, you can't see it from the street, but do find it...located near at least 8 hotels in the Galleria area.

This place has burgers that are "buttery" if you know what I mean? The meat is so delicious. I have cravings for the margherita burger and the lime/mint drink all the time!!

I ate here while on business. The restaurant was close to the hotel I was staying at. It was not very crowded when we arrived and food was served quickly. My burger and fries were excellent.

This place is it. We were hankering for some great ground beef done in a unique style. This placed has it. Period. We walked in and were greeted immediately in a no-nonsense style. We ordered the lime mint drinks for starters. That was perfect for our August visit! Their Kobe beef burgers are well crafted and done right. In fact, I’d say that it’s ingenious! I had the Texas burger with its bacon and aged cheddar. My wife loves French cuisine, so she had the “French Connection” which had Brie. My wife had the onion rings while I had to try the fries topped with Parmesan and rosemary. People....this meal was worth twice what we paid for it. It was that good. This place is tucked away in a shopping area with tight parking. Be patient getting in and out. That’s the only hiccup. Everything else is five stars!

Not much to say about this place. The burgers were pretty good. Fair selection of burgers, but no kids menu persay. We ended up buying sliders which cost same as a full burger. Service was ok but not quick. I would eat here again.

Delicious burgers.. the Texas is spicy but awesome ... and the truffle fries are so good... service is friendly... small but cozy place...

This place never seems to be busy so I was nit sure how the food would be. Wow what a pleasant surprise. The Kibe beef burgers were just first class. I lived them. The french fries with truffle oil were excellent and so was the beer.

We went here for takeaway. Really nice veggie burgers and loved the way it was in the box so they didn’t get ruined on the way home.

Brought around 16 co-workers here for lunch. They had the table ready, served us quickly with excellent choices.

I had a ceasars salad and a Rodeo burger. Salad was fresh, crisp and tasty. Burger was really good. Beautifully cooked flavoursome beef with good quantity of sauce and extras so you can still taste the beef. Great Alaskan beer to go with it. Friendly genuine service by the husband and wife owners. I will be back.

While searching for a place near our hotel in the mid afternoon on a Saturday, we came across the unassuming Burger Palace, and were quite pleased. There are some things a little creaky inside, like the upholstery on the chair cushions seems to be flaking a little, the lighting a little dim, and the TVs hanging around the place were inexplicably off. The entire place is run by your host and hostess. Your host, who is most definitely not a Houston native, has been operating the place since 2010. Your hostess, the marvelous magician in the kitchen, is married to your host. Your host speaks with you pleasantly, without the false saccharin sweetness you have come to find a little disingenuous in many eateries. He takes your order very efficiently. Then the food comes, and you are blown away. The certified Wagyu beef is bred from Kobe line cattle. Each burger is prepared fresh, and all ingredients going into that burger are prepped fresh. If they could, I’m certain they would bake the bun for you. I had the Texas burger, and my wife had the Napa, along with the Parmesan Rosemary Fries. This was a meal that satisfied us and sustained us for the entirety of the oncoming evening out. I had previous reported The Hilo Burger Joint in Hilo, Hawaii has the best burgers on the planet. This burger has not displaced that one for the title, but it is a very close runner up. I declare the Burger Palace of Houston Texas to be, in my giant book of burgers, to be the Second Greatest Burger on the Planet.

This place is surprising. It is not a fancy or large place. But, they serve the largest menu of different burgers, including Kobe beef. Sizes are big!!! Share the potatoes.... also, the beer menu is unique: beers from a lot of countries in the world. Definitively a must go....

We ordered 4 burgers and 2 fries, it was more than enough for 4 peoples. The fries were insanely good, must order. Talking burger, it is a big, fat, juicy thing, exactly what we expected from a Kobe beef style burger. Do not expect much from the place it self, there is nothing wrong about it, but there is nothing impressive as well.

As I was driving past The Burger Palace today, it dawned on me that it had been a while since I've enjoyed one of their delicious burgers. They did not disappoint!! They turn out one of the best burgers in Houston. Their fresh Kobe beef patties are thick and juicy, the buns are soft and fresh. Today I had a standard cheeseburger and my wife the swiss burger, both are favorites of ours so we half them and trade for the best of both worlds. I'm not sure how they accomplish the flavor of their burgers but they are outstandingly different. They have several selections of fries to accompany that are all perfect add-ons. The Burger Palace is one of those little hidden secrets that you hate to see get out to the masses but they truly deserve to be tried and you too will be hooked.

walked to a strip area next to the Courtyard Marriott, just out the door around the right ...What an excellent surprise, many offerings for burgers and other sandwiches. Had the Classic American burger, shared greek side salad, husband enjoyed a Rodeo burger , both burgers were so huge had to be 1/2 pound of meat. The fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned .,had a large variety of beverages from other states. The Alaskan Amber was cold and crisp. The following day , our nephew called in an order for a dozen burgers for a large group in town for a wedding..Watching the playoffs and enjoying these burgers..if i lived in Huston i would be there once a week for sure..

I had the Swiss Bacon Bleu burger and fries. Excellent burger, seasoned just right and cooked perfectly! Nothing like getting a burger that you wish you could have cooked. The fries were delicious, they didn't taste like frozen store bought fries or day old fries. Will definitely eat here again when I am in Houston.

The burgers were fantastic. Perfectly prepared. Kudos to the cook!! Sea salt fries were excellent. In the strip mall next to Homewood Suites (far end, worth the walk). Varied menu, so if people in your party don't want beef, there are other yummy items on the menu.

Honestly, the burgers were really tasty. The service very good. BUT! The environment was depressing, awful. They should care about how they look. The furniture bad shaped and old. The plates almost broken. The lighting low and depressing. The seiling had spider webs. I'm sorry but i felt terrible when i got in. I should have left but it wouldn't be nice.

Enjoyed a tasty wagu burger and fries- good service too! Parking tight in strip center. No wait on weekends.

I used Trip Advisor to find this place. Everything was great. I think it is easy to do an average burger, hard to do a really great one. The ingredients made this one great. You can tell a lot of thought went into every level. My waiter recommended the bacon and Bleu cheese burger. It was amazing. He said it was actually third most popular. The Texas burger and Brie burger are more popular. I hope to make it back this trip!

We were so hungry one afternoon after shopping and drove around trying to find a decent place to eat. We "happened" upon The Burger Palace and were pleasantly surprised! It took a little while to get our food (really wasn't too busy) but it was well worth the wait! The burgers were fabulous-Texas Cheeseburger and the brisket sliders were heaven. Well worth your time to stop in and try!

Wow! Best burger I have had in awhile! Made to order perfect and fantastic. We had ours delivered and everything was packed separately. Best of all the burger was not put together so the bun didn't get soggy. Loved it! Yumm I ordered our meal though Amazon restaurants

this place was recommended to us by the hotel we were staying at very nearby. wasnt expecting much for a burger place............. but oh my god...fantastic food and the service by the team was really impressive. food was fresh with good portions sizes. would highly recommend it and its prices are pretty reasonable too.

I was a little put off as it was very quiet but the service and food did not disappoint. The beer selection is great, if a little expensive but if I will buy Belgian beer in the U.S. I had the pulled pork dumplings to start. The pastry was the deep-fried wonton type. The pastry was lovely and crispy and the pull pork inside was succulent and full of bbq flavour. I chose the sunshine burger with egg and bacon but the star of the show is the beef. I like my meat rare and they cooked it perfectly. Good quality beef can be eaten raw and this was.ome of the juiciest burgers I have ever eaten. It was well seasoned with a beautiful aromatic pepper flavour. So, it's definitely not the cheapest burger joint but I would have gone to a takeaway place for a cheap burger.

The food was tasty. The waiter had language / communication challenges because I spoke English; however, it did not interfere with the service, but made it difficult to connect.

The place was kind of hidden away but definitely a gem ! Texas cheese burger was absolutely fabulous and flavorful. So were the spring rolls that would compete with many Asian restaurants I've visited. Would definitely recommend!

So impressed with this place. Family owned, prices are reasonable and super yummy and highly quality beef.

Sincerely the best burger and fries we’ve ever had. Kids had awesome milkshakes too. Their beer menu selection also superb! Wish this place was in Austin.

Not wanting to spend the money for a hamburger at my expensive hotel, I walked one block and found Burger Palace. It was very busy! Certainly not a glamorous place but adequate and clean. The burger was terrific with a huge burger and all the trimmings. They do take-out which is nice.

As in walk in, sit down, and 20 minutes later someone asks you if you'd like a drink. They claimed to be short staffed, but I've been here 3 times and it's been like this every time. If the burgers weren't to die for, I wouldn't come back.

The food was great! The service was terrible! Took 30 minutes just to get water. Sides came out first, if they came out at all. Took 1.5 hrs to have a burger and a water. Won’t be back

If you're a burger lover, you have to try the signature burger at the Burger Palace. I ordered mine without the bun, and it was perfection. The beef patty was juicy, cooked to a perfect medium, with a deliciously crispy crust. Topped with sharp cheddar, crispy bacon, and sweet sautéed onions on a bed of fresh lettuce, every bite was a burst of savory goodness. To top it off, I had a thick, creamy milkshake made with real ice cream—rich chocolate flavor that balanced the savory burger perfectly. This combo is pure bliss and a must-try for anyone looking for an unforgettable meal.

Six of us including two children had a early evening meal. The burger selection was excellent, beers nice but only weakness was a wider drink selection. Plenty of beers . The chips were lovely and not huge portions. The meat was excellent, I had a Swiss alps bleu, others had the French Connection, Swiss Alps and The American, all were excellent.

I was introduced this restaurant by a friend who loves the place and now I'm in love with it too. Prices are not that cheap but hey it's galleria area so can't expect cheap burger. But I think it's a reasonable price. I had the French connection and it was delicious . My friend had the Mexico City n it was good too. Definitely a coming back for me

Has a very wide and diverse menu. Burgers were on point good. Service was a bit slow. Prices are pretty good and lots of good beer options available.

What a gem of a restaurant. While walking around noticed the Burger Palace and stopped in. Best move I have made in a while. Had the Swiss Alps burger with fries. Can't say enough about the food quality. Service a little slow but perfection takes time.

My family and I were looking for a place to try while we were in town. Initially I suggested Applebees but my hubby was like let's try some place we haven't been before and that we don't have in our home area. So he suggested Burger Palace I was like I don't won't a burger but we went anyway. From the time that we entered the restaurant until it was time to go we had a great experience and wonderful service provided by our waiter Alex. He made some really great recommendations everything that we ate was delicious. I had sliced brisket with corn avocado salad as well as potato salad. The Brisket was the best that I have had in a very, very, very long time. My hubby and son both had burgers with truffle fries which was delicious as well very juicy and great quality of beef. My son had the fresh mint lime juice and my hubby and I both had peach tea the drinks were amazing. We ordered cheesecake to go and it was scrumptious.... the food was worth every dime that we spent. I'm rating this as one of my favorites in Houston and we will be eating here again next time we are in town. Great ambiance and we had such an AWESOME time and Alex made the experience worth every penny!

Service: veryyy slow. We came in Wednesday afternoon. We were a group of 3 and they only had 2 other customers. The owner seems to do everything. Food: we ordered the onion rings, sweet potato fries, regular fries, the vietnamese burger, the mexican burger, the chicken banh mi, and the beef lettuce wraps. The fries were good, the onion rings were also good; not great, but good. The beef wraps were flavorful, but I wish they'd used slices of beef instead of ground beef. It seemed that they'd cooked a beef patty on the flat top and then sort of chopped it up. I also wish they'd used butter lettuce instead of the frisee like lettuce that they served them in because the lettuce is so big it's sorta hard to wrap. Also, they served the fries and burgers along with the wraps and by that time, the beef was cold. Flavorwise, the beef wraps were really good. I liked the presentation on the chicken banh mi. They used an actual baguette, but I wish they'd used a bit more of the aioli because the bread is somewhat thick and the sandwich was kinda dry. I also wish they'd used more cilantro as it would have added more flavor, but overall a good sandwich. I didn't get to try the other 2 burgers, but my friends said they tasted pretty good. Overall the food gets 3 out of 5 stars for flavor. Price: The prices aren't outrageous, they're ok. Would I come back? Maybe, but I definitely wouldn't go out of my way to visit.

Great location. Great food. Great service. All the burgers are Kobe at an unbelievable ~$10. Ever since my first burger here I cannot have another burger at a different restaurant. Beware, this place is ADDICTING!

OK, no doubt the burgers are outstanding as are the fries and onion rings, but the service is a bit...ahhh...strange? Would we go back? Hmmm...perhaps.

Hi, I stopped by The Burger Palace (May,13,2019). For starters I ordered (The American Burger) classic choose, and WOW! The first bite into the burger was succulent. The Tosted bun, melty cheese and fresh veggies really made my experience one of a kind. Also I order a side for french fry's (Sea Salt), very yummy! Awhile waiting for my food, I spoke with the owner, the gentleman is kind to his customers. Stop by while your visiting the Galleria area, with pleanty of parking, might i include security cameras, you will enjoy your visit. buon appetito!

Don’t give on first impression ! This place is really great with the large selection of beers and really an awesome burger ! I highly recommend this place! It’s very clean and staff is very attentive and kind! Really the best place for burger and beer in Houston ! Well done 👌🏼

We ate at The Burger Palace tonight due to TripAdvisor rating. We were not impressed. The service was great and it is a small modern restaurant, but the food was really not good. We had burgers and onion rings. I would not go back to this restaurant.

I was looking for a place to take out my food and found this place across the road from the hotel. The service was excellent and very efficient. I had the American burger and fries which was really good value. The burger was in a brioche bun and the fries were absolutely crispy and beautiful. It was well presented to take out with separate sections for each part of the burger so it didn't go soft.

Staying at Courtyard next door and needed quick but good dinner... Burger Palace MORE than hit the mark! Nothing short of excellent chicken sandwich. Oversized chicken prepared nicely. Very awesome challah bun. Great dressing and sauce. Delicious from first to last bite! Fries with sea salt were also yummy! Ate them all and kept looking for more in the bin Really wanted to order a shake (espresso!) but somehow kept my resolve but I bet they are incredible. Would come back in a heart beat!

Been here for over a year from Australia, the land of great burgers, looking for a great burger out of the hundreds in Houston. We found The Burger Palace which matches the best of Aussie Burgers. Fresh, handmade burgers with the best quality beef and other ingredients. Put this on your list. Indoors and out. Very reasonable prices.

Wonderful selection of burgers. I had the Italian along with sweet potato fries. Medium rare was juicy, nice flavor and good size. Very good bun that did not fall apart. Fries were crispy. Large parking area but since this was at the very end of a strip center I had to search towards the back for a parking space on a Friday. To my dismay, only 11 people were having lunch at the time. Service was slow but two of us were in no hurry. Appeared to have only one person working and we could not see the kitchen. Prices were very good compared to 'upscale' burger places. Overall, very enjoyable and I will go back. Certainly one of the best burger places in town.

Why pay $11.45 for a burger and be happy to do so? It was all about service, presentation and taste. From the moment we arrived, a server was right there to make us feel welcome and regularly checked back to see how we were doing. The presentation was perfect. Exactly the way you would picture a delicious hamburger is exactly how ours was delivered. None of this business to a juicy burger pictured on the menu vs. the delivered item resembling road-kill. Taste? Absolutely the best. The only chink in the armor … there was an order to the place, similar to an old bathroom. Hopefully it was only temporary.

Just passing by. Probably the best burger I’ve had since returning to Houston for a visit. Food was delivered quick. The food was fantastic. Cozy atmosphere.

The burgers were fantastic. Very tender and good tasting. For a small place, it seemed very slow for the service. The food came quick but the wait between drinks and ordering and eating and bill were way too long. It took almost two hours for 3 of us to eat. Avoid if in a hurry. Worth the wait if not.

This restaurant has inventive burgers (all kinds of combinations), great sides (Napa slaw is divine), a MASSIVE beer selection and close proximity to The Galleria. They feature special Japanese meat and that really does make a difference. I am a burger afficionado and this was really stupendous. Can't wait to go back here DAILY the next time I'm in HOU.

Slow to bring the menu, beers and bill. Seemed to be understaffed. Fries didn't taste very good. Burger itself was great. Will visit again but get the food to go.

We was the only table with people on the premisse and took a while to get the things done. The burguers are great not outstanding, they a good beer selection...but not all have more than half a dozen cold. If you are in the mood to go slow have few beers a spent spare time is a good place to be.

I love burgers! And this place is one of the best burger place I have been. Any good review I give will not do justice to this place. It is a simple place with no presumptions. Only burgers and fries. I, myself, go for the blue cheese one, but everything look delicious. The bun is fantastic, the burgers are made the way you order them. They are moist and tasty. And the fries. The combination is just too good to be true. If you are a burger fan, do yourself a favor and try this place. You will not regret it.

Amazing quality food, well priced with excellent service. A very wide menu with great choices and a lovely a bar list. Indoor and outdoor seating. Judging by the meals and service we had, we can understand why it rates so highly. We'll definitely be back and very soon.

This is a mom and pop burger place. Straight up. They have some beer. They have some wine. But come here for the food. The restaurant is easy to miss, a small store front. But the food is well priced and excellent. I had the Texas Cheeseburger and it was fantastic. I added the onion rings, and I’m glad I did. The best onion rings. Ever. Amazing. If you’re in the area and like protein the moos, give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed.

We all ate at the Burger Palace and with such a large group it did take a while for the order to be fulfilled. The quality of the burgers was fantastic! I ordered the Paris and the burger was full of flavor. It was so big it hurt to try and finish. Thanks for the good experience, I am sure our employees will remember the quality for their next return.

The burgers have shrank to a size fit for a child. The prices are up and the amount of food is down biggly! I won’t be going back, even though the food is good. I think the owner is taking advantage of the patrons by shrinkflationing their menu items. The burgers used to be huge, now they look like a $3 burger from pick a fast food restaurant. Not fine dinner anymore.

This was the only place we could find that was open due to the storm and very busy. It looked like only 3 people were working so we figured it would take a while but we were just thankful they were open. We did wait a long time but it was well worth the wait. The burgers and truffle fries were so good. I'm very grateful they were opened during Hurricane Harvey and if they are open tomorrow we will go back

This was the only restaurant open that was close by the hotel we were staying in during the hurricane. When I heard of them opening the restaurant, I was excited and anxious because I was running low on cash and I had to feed a picky-eating toddler. They only had a limited menu, but took the time to look in back to see if they'd had chicken tenders because getting a whole burger for a 3 year old was to much (and they actually had some available for him. TWICE). We ordered a half hour before there were closing up and got our food within minutes. They truly have some of the best burgers I have tasted. Definitely going back! Great service!

We came here with a very large group of 58 people. They were very welcoming and did everything possible to make sure our meal was a pleasant experience

Don’t judge this place by the way it looks … the burgers are nothing short of excellent. Make a trip here and you won’t be disappointed.

I have NEVER had a burger as tasty as this one. Mine had caramelized onions!! I LOVE onions!! Full of flavor!! Fries not needed. Everything I wanted was right there on that bun.

We were skeptical when we arrived that the place had gotten such good reviews. There wasn’t much atmosphere and it seemed like everyone was having issues with orders. We waited a long time for our food but once it arrived we decided it was worth the wait. All of our order was correct. We ordered sweet potatoes fries and truffle fries and both were piping hot and excellent. Probably the best truffle fries I have ever eaten. I ordered the lettuce wraps with the special beef and they were amazing. The warm peanut sauce made them even better. I also had Thai chicken rolls which were also excellent. My husband and daughter loved their burgers. Worth a visit for the food but you need to be patient.

Stopped next door to have a burger . Two people in the place at 12:40 pm . Ordered a blu cheese burger . Asked if I wanted fries, I asked if they had other sides he pointed to a Greek salad so I said ok I guess I’ll have a salad Sides were extra I thought that was a bit strange. 5.50 The food was excellent but nothing with the burger no fries . Little confusing as he asked if I wanted fry’s with it . But when questioned after the burger came he said fry’s we’re extra .little different than the norm but food was good

Food is prepared and served personally by owners Pekka and Mai. Burgers were made with Akaushi American Kobe beef fresh to order and the taste was to die for. Other offerings range from Thai lettuce wraps, brisket tacos to even some vegetarian dishes. I had the Swiss Alps (mushroom swiss) burger, my son had the Texas Cheeseburger and my wife had the lettuce wraps and we will definitely be returning to try the other offerings. This place is a hidden gem compared to other burger places in the area. Absolutely recommend you try this place out!

The beef is extraordinary, the options on eating not just burgers is very good, however the clever hamburger selections such as Thai are totally original. The place or palace as it’s called is most attractive. It looks like wine and beer are served. The bar is attractive as is the decor in this small gem just south of the galleria, but far away from the construction. A real find for wagyu beef perfectly cooked, lovely servers.

Tried this for the first time and it changed my life. Burgers are so juicy and tender bursting with flavor that you can’t find in regular ground beef. Sorry for the bad quality picture though lol. Must try if you’re in Houston.

We checked in at the Homewood suites right around the corner and needed something to take back to the room. Walked into this place and was immediately impressed with the service and beer selection. I picked up the spicy Vietnamese burger and BBQ pulled pork tacos. While I waited I had a couple Belhaven ales from their extensive beer selection. Food was extremely good and the service was as well. Two days later, the whole family (4adults, 3toddlers) walked over for dinner. This time we ordered the spicy Vietnamese burger, a veggie burger, chicken sliders and BBQ brisket. All was very good and too much for us to finish. Leftovers went home for lunch I took this from their wedsite explaining the meat they use: "Akaushi beef is a Kobe beef produced in America, and it is free from antibiotics and hormone additives." I think the owner and his wife are the couple who served us. Very nice. Overall, I think I would highly recommend this place for dinner or even drinks and I would definitely choose the Homewood suites again to be able to walk over for dinner

A little more expensive than normal burger joints (might not want to spent $11-$13 on a burger for youngens), but really good. Lots of burger options as well as appetizers, salads and sides. Simple decor, good service. Highly recommended.

We have traveled extensively and would challenge and other burger joint to try to beat this burger. Well done, creative menu.

We came here for lunch during the snow storm in Houston. While many establishments were closed, the Burger Palace was open! The waitstaff warned us that the service would be slow - totally understandable. The dumpling and lettuce wrap appetizers were tasty. I was puzzled at first how expensive the burgers were on the menu and quickly realized that they were made of wagyu beef! Wagyu in Japanese means Japanese native beef. Usually, wagyu beef are more flavorful in my opinion. The burgers were juicy and yep - yummy! They were huge! Even some hungry guys had hard time finishing their lunch. I would go back if I am in Houston downtown!

Went here for a Friday night dinner 6:30ish. They had a large selections of burgers. We ordered the Swiss Alps and Napa Valley burgers along with a order of truffle fries to share and both burgers were flavorful and moist. There was only 2 other groups of customers there when we got there but place started to fill up while we were finishing our meal. I'm not sure if they were short handed but service was very slow. It looked like only 1 person was taking orders. I definitely would go back for their burgers!

Didn’t appear to be busy. We ordered almost immediately after arriving. Then we waited. After waiting 30 minutes, we began to ask for our beverages. We had to ask three times. Beverages took about 45 minutes and arrived after a few had gotten some of their food. Salads were covered in dressing even though it was requested to be on the side. Did not have time to send it back. Side items came out sporadically and two arrived as we were finishing up our meal. I cannot recommend based on the painfully slow service and will not return.

Tasty homemade burgers were delicious. This burger place was close to where we were staying. The people were friendly. Thanks

I went to this place for lunch. The food is completely awesome! I normally don't eat much red meat, but the reviews were so great, I thought I'd try it. I got hot tea, a spring roll, and the burger sliders. My only knock on the place were these: no cream for the tea; only milk. Also, the side cups with the peanut sauce, ketchup, & mustard seemed pretty small. Will I go back there when I'm back in town? Absolutely! I'll just have to take my own cream & ask for extra ketchup and mustard when I place my order!

The Burger Palace is tucked away in the corner of an upscale strip mall adjacent to The Galleria shopping center and virtually across the street from the Hyatt Place hotel. It is definitely worth finding! They advertise that they feature burgers made from Kobe beef; it’s actually Akaushi beef, an American version of Kobe beef. Genuine Kobe beef is imported from Japan and is prohibitively expensive. This is not your typical burger joint with a walk-up counter where you order and pay; this is a table service restaurant. And also unlike most burger joints, there is an impressively large selection of beers. The atmosphere is casual, the dining room is clean and there is an outdoor patio as well. The food menu lists appetizers, salads, hot dogs, sandwiches and various side dishes, but the star here is their burgers. The element that distinguishes Kobe-style beef is the marbling in the meat which makes it so tender and moist, and The Burger Palace exploits that unique feature. The patty in my burger was almost indescribably flavorful and juicy, and devouring it was a truly delightful experience. The only thing that disappointed me was their Fresh Mint & Lime Juice, which overdid the mint to the point that it tasted a bit antiseptic. Still, if you want to try a truly exceptional burger, you really need to visit The Burger Palace.

Needs help - While the burger was tasty, compared to others it missed the point of being juicy. Wait staff was in a benign neglect stage on entering, finally got around the drink order - a reasonable selection, but out of step with neighbors on price. Order placed, meal delivered, Okay, but not fit for a palace. Wait staff forgot the other part of the order - to take away. So similar to others, not a great burger, wait staff in need of a change.

It’s was so good , made a quick stop on my way to New Orleans Juicy burgers !!! I will be back soon I wish they had one back home

I am always afraid that burger places are only going to offer a boring veggie burger patty as the only vegetarian option. However, this place had several other options and I had a difficult time deciding. I asked my waiter for a suggestion, and he suggested the portabella sandwich. It was an excellent choice. It was fabulous for anyone who enjoys mushrooms. On my next visit, I will be trying the truffle grilled cheese!

Positive things first. Burgers are good. Juicy and made to a high standard.. Medium was more like medium-well done. But by all means. That was ok. Fries was also good. Unfortunately I had to wait a bit, but there was only a single waiter and quite a few people. So he was excused. Negative things. The decor. Completely run down. Table is loose and wobbly. Wood panels worn. I mean if that reflects the owners willingness to keep the place running how is the kitchen standards then. Really run down. But. Beside this. Food was good. Service good. So. Learn to live with a smashed chair and table. :)

Extremely good burgers in many varieties. I'd guess a solid 8-10oz. of incredible meat (Kobe) done anyway you like it. I added a side salad and tried a couple of special Belgium craft beers that were outstanding. It was quiet on my week night visit but also very, very cold outside. If I lived in Houston I'd be here at least weekly. This is an adult kind of burger place with great food and still a reasonable price.

This is a small place very near the Galleria Mall. We got there b chance because we were in the area and had a delicious meal. They have a very broad menu with very different types of hamburgers, we tried two, the mexican and italian and both were extremely good. The fries are superb also. The place is not that nice on the inside but very clean and the service was fast and very good. Would definitely go back again.

I think the timeline below will speak for itself. I don’t blame the waiter for our delay, I blame the manager for only having one waiter working. 12:15 – Arrive for lunch, lots of open seating 12:30 – Asked the waiter for drinks 12:40 – Asked the waiter if we could place an order 12:50 – Gave credit cards to waiter for payment, realizing service was running slow 1:25 – Delicious food arrives 75 min after arrival – All food eaten in about 10 min since we were in a hurry at this point 1:45 – After an agonizing additional wait, we get our credit cards back and bolt out It’s a shame that it took so long to get anything done. The food there is really good.

Place itself is pretty nondescript, casual, with just a bunch of close tables. You will realize how close if there is a baby at the table next to you. As others noted, service is SLOW, but the pork dumplings (think more deep fried wontons) were really good, and the burgers were outstanding. Both the bun and the grind were spot on. The Texas burger with jalapenos, bacon and cheese was awesome. Fries were even good. Do one order- rhey come in a big cone. They seem to only have one waiter working. Good lunch spot, with a few outdoor tables. Food was really good, not so much atmosphere. But no debate, they do have a tasty burger.

Very good quality burgers and sides. Can be expensive $15.00 for the Swiss blu. $6.00 for the Greek salad and $9.00 for a glass of pino wine. But the quality is there so give it a try.

Visiting Houston on a business trip, I tried The Burger Palace at 2800 Sage. Not expecting too much but I was pleasantly surprised that the food and service was very good. Try the AAAA Salad starter. It is divine. Apple, Avacado, taosted Almonds and something else beginning with "A", which is actually Rocket leaf. Topped with a delicious honey and vinegar dressing, this was a great starter. Then I had the French Connection Burger. Fantastic beef meat burger topped with melted Camembert and mushrooms. A great burger. Washed down with (in my case) unusually good dark German beer. They have a selection of bottled beer from across the world. I'd like to know how many miles the waitress clocks up in an evening, because she was darting back and forth everywhere and tending to everyone's requirements, fantastically.

Yum! Clean, staff was nice and attentive. Wouldn’t say it’s “kid friendly” (no separate kid menu, full size glass cups, no coloring sheets - all okay just FYI) but the sliders did work nicely for our younger two and there were chicken strips as an appetizer option. the fries were very good and crispy, onion rings were a little greasy for our liking but everything else was great!

They tried... But the placd looks run down and needs a makeover... The salad was ok... The briquettes burger was good had flavor not dry... They need more lighting in the place

The burgers here are pretty good. Our order was a little messed up but overall I would visit again for a burger.

Been here twice and really enjoyed the food. Great quality beef. Service is good. It's never been really crowded when I've been there so I haven't had to wait long for food. This isn't a cheap burger but it's a place where I would pay this much for the quality.

Came here for our one year anniversary . It was within walking distance of our hotel. The food was amazing and fresh!!

100% Questionable Establishment It's been here for years and never more than 1 or 2 tables Several groups came in and left without ordering. Burgers not cooked as requested temperature. Requested no Mayo and got lots!! It's a Sysco joint at best How can this place stay in business, let alone have any positive reviews!!

The absolute best place in Houston for burgers and truffle fries and the freshest salads with the best grilled chicken! Highly recommend!

My husband and I have eaten at The Burger Palace now for over a year, and I can honestly say that they serve some of the best burgers that I've ever had. We've eaten burgers in many different countries, and we are always happy to come back here again. My favorites are the Texas Cheeseburger, The Power Sunshine (bacon and eggs on a burger...yes, please), and the French Connection. The ingredients (from Brie Cheese to Crimini mushrooms) taste fresh and the quality of the meat is excellent. Although you're eating a pretty hefty burger, you don't feel bloated and horrible when you're done. When we went for our weekly date night last Saturday, we learned that they've recently added barbecue to the menu. We split the Texas Cheeseburger and a brisket sandwich. If you try their brisket sandwich, you will not go wrong...its absolutely delicious. It's tender, moist, and smoked beautifully. Toss in an order of Rosemary Parmesan fries and you're in hog heaven. We complimented the owner on her brisket and she informed us that she took over a year to test her recipe, select the proper cut and supplier of meat, and to get her smoke just right. I appreciate hearing that because it lets me know how seriously she takes her business. In fact, we've seen her every time we've visited and she always takes time to speak with us, which we appreciate. This place is sadly underrated.

The buns, the meat, the presentation are all top notch, yet the cost is average. Also, the onion rings and shakes are excellent. Can't recommend this highly enough for a quick, reasonable and tasty meal.

I visited this hideout in my way back from some galleria shopping with my family 12/2/17. I must say everything was absolutely amazing, except the service! We may not have been their usual customers but their attitudes were very dry and no one came to check to see how we were doing until the end. We are locals but were staying in the area for weekend shopping.

I stumbled into this restaurant in search of a nice beer. Instead, what I found was an extensive beer menu and a staff that was both friendly and knowledgeable. The service was not just good, it was personal. The bartender introduced me to the owner, who clearly takes great pride in this establishment. The food compliments the selection of beer. This restaurant is conveniently located near the Westin Galleria, and I recommend that you venture across the street. You will find food and beer that is delicious and reasonably priced, along with friendly service. If I lived here, this would be my neighborhood bar!

The burger was perfect and served in a timely manner. The truffle fries are to die for - well worth the trip - I have come back just for the fries.

What.A.Burger! I am a burger guy and this place was a burger find! The price was very reasonable considering the quality of the beef. I could eat here everyday if I lived in the area.

First time to The Burger Palace in Houston , In the heart of the Galleria Area and was a pleasant Dinner and great service. Meats are great flavor and the different type of spiced fries We're excellent. Thumbs up !
Excellent burgers!
Several choices of great burgers using high quality beef & ingredients. Great service. Casual setting. Many beer choices also.
