Although we were probably under dressed my husband and I had an early dinner before a show. We were till greeted with a smile. Our waitress was exceptional (I wish I had gotten her name). Not only did she explain the full menu and her favorites, she made sure we had ample time to get to our show without being late. The food was very good. However, don't except to drop less than a few hundred dollars. But it was worth it and better than putting the money in the slots. I had lobster & crab cakes, husband had filet and we shared the mashed potatoes. The crème brulee and coconut cream pie was fantastic.

My wife & I went here for the first time. It was 10/10 from the food to the service. Our server was Erik and he won our business! We just moved to Vegas and we’ll be back 100%. Best steak in town bar none.

The personnel were friendly and accommodating. The food was great and the atmosphere was wonderful for our Anniversary. A great experience!!!

Wow! Great spot, fabulous food and drinks, and attentive service. Our server (can’t remember her name) was exceptional and so sweet! The tuna is so good, and I recommend the blueberry infused sidecar. The location is near Resorts World, so a bit on the edge of the strip. Worth it though!

We were here on a Friday evening. The restaurant is directly across the street from the Wynn Hotel where we were staying. Captial Grille is always dependable for a fine dining experience in any city where I've tried one. We were early for our reservation, so we stopped at the bar for a cocktail first. The bartender was quite skilled, crafting our drinks to perfection. At dinner, we each had a small filet mignon, cooked to perfection. We were in town for our Wedding Anniversary, which the restaurant recognized with a complimentary dessert. Service was outstanding as well. I recommend it.

The restaurant has an attractive interior decor. It also offers a very nice bar area. The staff was friendly and the service was ok. They offer a more limited menu. The basics were covered and the prices are in line for Vegas. The three dishes I tried were just ok at best. The ingredients were fresh. It was the flavors the lacked. Bland and times on the disappointing side. Vegas offers amazing and creative cuisine. Not recommended

I want to thank Drew, the managing partner and his staff for an outstanding dining experience at The capital grille in Las Vegas! Not sure what happened to the original review. I was in town for the NADA Convention and wanted to take my friends to a really great restaurant. This was an experience neither of us will forget. From the warm dinner rolls, to the lobster bisque, wedge salad, shrimps and filets, to the au gratin potatoes, sauteed mushrooms, and exquisite assortment of deserts, everything was amazing! We were able to enjoy each course and unwind. The next time you find yourself in Las Vegas, be sure to look Drew up and tell him Paul says hello. You will have an amazing fine dining experience!

After our first night in town, we wanted to get a good meal - and this place was across the street from our hotel. Having been at the Capital Grille many times before, we had our standard expectation for the well-known steakhouse chain. And this place hit the spot like most others. We had the Tuna Tartare, the Lobster Tails, and the Filet. All came out great - the tuna tartare was much better than expected - with a bit of kick to it that wasn't expected. The only downside was the cost, but also expected at Capital Grille.

Sometimes my wife and I want to "dine" in lieu of just "eating out". There is a vast difference and Capital Grill is often our choice to dine when the mood strikes. We got our favorite table and knew from the start that this simple lunch would be memorable. It was. Heather was an absolute delight as she seamlessly served while listening and chatting. Her personable nature was refreshing. She even agreed to look at some Grandchildren photos! Couldn't have asked for more. And the food. Well... I had lobster bisque and sliced filet while my wife had porcini mushroom bisque and shrimp and risotto. We had creme Brulee for dessert. It was all delicious. Every now and then all the "forces" come together in just the right place at just the right time and you wish you could live those moments over and over. You can't. But the memories of a most delightful lunch will bring us back again and again. Thank you Heather and thank the kitchen staff for their commitment to excellence.

Everything about the Capital Grille was top notch, drinks, service, and the food...I still think about it. The Capital Grill was so good , we were only in town foe 3 nights and we cancelled our plans for the third night so we could eat there again.

After a 10 day trip came here for dinner. The service was outstanding, the steak tartare to die for, my husbands filet lignin perfect. My tenderloin a little overdone for my standards but I was quiet for once not to spoil my husbands perfect meal.

I’d been to same restaurant in Atlanta and Dallas. The Vegas restaurant upholds the high standard of the franchise. Delicious crab meat salads, unbelievably tender filet and excellent seared tuna. Yes it is expensive but the quality is there.

Just can't go wrong with this Steak House. We have one here at home in Seattle and were excited to try the Vegas establishment. It was set up and preformed just like home. Great steaks and sides. Ambiance is very traditional steak house feel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wine list was strong and well priced. Close to our Hotel, so this made it very easy to pick this Grille......

Our best meal in Vegas. 5 of us had a cost of $580 (without tip - and no one had alcohol). Amazing steaks ( and our group had different types) and the side of lobster Mac and cheese (two of them) were really enjoyed. The guys loved the size, quality and cook of the steaks and the service was perfect. We went on a Tuesday and it was packed so reservations are a must.

The food is excellent and also the service I would recommend this Restaurant to my friends and family . One of the best Restaurants in Las Vegas on the strip !!!

Recently visited The Capital Grille Las Vegas. We had a group of 15 and the Capital Grille knocked it out of the park. Our service was friendly. We weren’t rushed but also weren’t ignored. Our food was prepared perfectly! We had no complaints and everyone of the 14 guys who went with me raved about the dinner for the next few days afterward, and thanked me for organizing it! I’d highly recommend this spot for someone organizing a group dinner. It’s a beautiful restaurant with a great view!

We went there for lunch.. they have a nice menu for lunch. We shared steak with my husband with many side orders. It was nice.

The Capital Grille never disappoints from the amazing atmosphere with stunning views over looking the Las Vegas Strip. The service was superior to none, and our sever Les was very attentive to detail and informative about the menu. Lastly, the food is always delicious. You can't go wrong with the Lamb chops since they're very tender and flavorful. I highly recommend without a shout of doubt.

While a national chain, this place will not disappoint. Great views over the Strip. Outstanding service, truly. The food is awesome. The desserts divine. My salmon was grilled perfectly, a nice crust on top, cooked through just the way I like it, a big piece. My husband's steak was perfect. The green beans and mashed sides were awesome - again generous portions. The cheesecake and chocolate cake - umm, umm, good.

We arrived at 5pm on Friday 28th June for our anniversary meal but had 2 friends in tow - changing our table to a table for 4 was no problem at all. Our meal was fabulous, been to a few Capital Grilles and all have been superb. Our head waiter, Jeff, made us all feel very welcome. Not over the top attention but enough to make us feel like special customers. We were even given addition dessert with ‘Happy Anniversary’ piped on the plate. Thank you Capital Grille for making our final evening in Vegas special with a special thanks to Jeff.

The food, service, and ambiance are consistently outstanding for many years! We celebrate our anniversary in Vegas and repeatedly choose Capital Grille for a special evening. I had the sea bass and my husband had the lamb chops. Both were prepared to perfection and portions are generous. We booked dinner at 7pm and watched the sunset from this beautiful location. We have tried many local restaurants and keep coming back to Capitol Grille because it is the best!!

The view, the service, the food, all fantastic. Our server Mike was the best, if you want a perfect experience and don't mind paying for it then this is the place to go.

While visiting Las Vegas for the annual Western States Roofing Expo on 6/11, a friend brought us to the Capital Grille. After starting at the bar, we were seated promptly at 7 p.m. Our head server, Pam, introduced herself and then quickly made the claim that now that we knew her...we were family. Wow! She guided us through the menu and the wine list. For the wine, we ordered a Rombauer Chardonnay with all of it's "Oaky" goodness and a 2014 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon. I had a hard time deciding which wine to drink, so I had both!! Pam suggested that if we liked seafood, then the Seafood Tower was a "can't miss". Perfect east and west coast oysters, large prawns, lobster and peeled Alaskan King Crab (are you kidding) were on the platter. The Seafood Tower was a definite treat for our table. Onto dinner...the 22 oz Rib Eye Steaks were excellent. The Maine Lobster was second to none. But, the STAR of the entrees for our table was the Pan Seared Sea Bass with Miso Butter. The (sides) lobster mac n cheese, Sam's Mashed Potatoes and creamed spinach were all solid choices. For dessert, we had just enough room to enjoy Flourless Chocolate Espresso Cake and the Capital Grille Cheesecake - both excellent. There are many choices for top notch Steak House Dining in Las Vegas. Capital Grille is in the top three of my list. If you have the time, take an evening to enjoy what Capital Grille has to offer. Ask for Pam. She'll make you feel like family!!!

Always perfect and very professionnal. This year was particularly busy and noisy as this was the NFR which brought almost 400 000 people to Vegas, but we always find a spot to have a dinner and the quality of the food, especially the meat , is exceptionnal.

Iceman was the best. He knows how to take care of his customers! The food was excellent and the service exceeded everything! Made our trip!

We were very excited to go back there as we used to love it. We shared a iceberg wedge to start, but the seasoning was just so so. Then my wife had the Chilean sea bass and I had the rack of lamb. My wife loves the sea bass but could not eat this one which had no taste at all , was completely dry, too buterry, a disaster. My rack of lamb was muttony and overcooked, when I strictly specified that I wanted it medium rare, on the rare. When I asked the waiter for my dessert, whether the cheese cake was good, he said that they had one of the best in Vegas, but when I tried it it I could not finish it. I had a lot of cheese cakes during this trip but this one was very average to say the least. Not happy bunnies and will not return as the service was not efficient and too formal for our liking.

Hubby’s French onion soup was not hot and neither was his steak. My Caesar was fine and scallops delicious but purée etc was a bit mushy. Waiter was too gushy - came across as insincere. Food arrived very quickly and Bill was on table before we asked.

Delicious, delicious food! My friend from college suggested we have lunch at the capital Grille. He got the tuna while I had a ribeye sandwich. Amazingly good sandwich. However, this place is pricey. Which is why I don’t eat out at places like that. The sandwich cost $28 and I was glad I didn’t have to pay for it, maybe that’s why it tasted so good. Since my friend is an ambassador for Laphroaig he had a drink with ginger beer. I certainly enjoyed the smell of the peetiness of the whiskey.

Celebrated Birthday at the Capital Grill I chose the restaurant because of the good food and service My husband and I both had Filets with clam chowder and Augratin potatoes all of which were excellent Definitely would return

This was such an amazing dinner! We had a reservation and were quickly seated upon arriving. The servers were quick to deliver us with waters and take our drink orders. They allowed just the right amount of time before returning to get our orders for appetizers and our meals. Everything was so delicious! I ordered the Seared Tenderloin with Butter Poached Lobster Tails. The tenderloin was, well very tender and scrumptious! The lobster tails were tender and delicious. For desert I enjoyed the Classic Crème Brulee and it was so very good.

Amazing Restaurant - Great Food and Service!! This was a complete 10/10 experience. Excellent steaks and sides and brilliant service - thank you to both Jody and Kevin as we visited twice! The atmosphere is lovely and we did not feel rushed at all. I don’t like when you have two sips of cocktail and the starter arrives and then you finish your starter, put your cutlery down and then the steak arrives and a couple of slices into that the bill arrives! There is nothing like that here, you can really sit back and enjoy a lovely meal with a great atmosphere and nice views of the strip, especially if you have a window seat. Thank you to everyone at Capital Grille we absolutely loved it!!!!

This was my first time at this location and I was very happy with the food and the service. Our waitress recommended the generous wine pour promotion which included trying and drinking from 7 different wines . I tried 5 of the 7 during the various courses of the meal and eventually settled on the one I liked best for the remainder of the meal. It was well worth the price of $35. As for the main course I had the the 10 oz Filet and it was fantastic, it literally melted in your mouth. I spent 4 nights in Las Vegas and this was by far the best meal and service I had. I highly recommend dining here and next time I'm in town I will definitely go back.

We've been to Capital Grille's in NYC and Long Island before and this one in Vegas did not disappoint! We were there celebrating both my husband's and my birthdays on our last night in Vegas. Our server was Erick (or Eric), who was amazing suggesting wine pairings for my husband while I stuck to my processco. My mother and I ordered the shrimp cocktail and my husband had the steak tartar for appetizers. For entrees my husband had the Ribeye 22oz, I had the 10 oz. Filet Mignon and my mother had the Salmon. Both of our steaks were seasoned and grilled to perfection....we are HUGE steak admirers and love it when we find a great steak. These were both fantastic!!! The salmon was quite tasty as well, I had a bite to "test it" ;-) For the sides we had mashed potatoes, lobster mac and cheese, and truffle fries. All amazingly delicious!!! For dessert we received a slice of cake for each of us to celebrate our birthdays. By far, this was one of the most memorable dinners during this vacation and we will definitely return on our next trip to Vegas!!

Went with my husband and mom before a show for our "nice" night out in Vegas. They had steak; I had chicken. To start my mother and I both had French Onion Soup. I highly recommend. The sides are ala carte and family style, so we shared the Truffle Fries and Asparagus- both are delicious. My husband and mother both enjoyed their steak, but as someone who doesn't really eat red meat, I can't comment much more than that. For dessert, I had the chocolate cake, and the husband had the cream brulee. Both were delicious and the perfect end to the evening. We got there early, about 5pm local time as we had a show to make. We were the only ones there and had what was described as the best seat in the house. Being near the window, we had a nice view. The overall atmosphere was that of any upscale steakhouse, but if you're in the area it won't disappoint.

We brought our family here after our wedding ceremony and it was absolutely amazing! The food was incredible and the staff was excellent. We highly recommend.

The salad dressing --balsamic with parmesan cheese is amazing! Highly recommend the salad. My husband's steak was perfectly cooked. The highlight of our evening was a delightful server with a sweet southern accent. She made the evening extra special. One note: we were told there was valet parking, but couldn't find it. If you want valet, call ahead to be sure it's available.

Chose Capitol Grill for our 50th anniversary with family. Always enjoyed Capitol Grill in Philadelphia but this Thanksgiving special was a bomb. Service was excellent but the turkey was dry and no taste, green beans needed a chain saw to cut. Not worth the cost.

Sometimes you go to a high-end restaurant, paying well over $150-$200/person, and walk away asking yourself if it was really worth it. We walked out of this restaurant telling each other it was very much worth it. Great steaks, a really good Caesar Salad, and delicious side dishes. Not to mention the wine! I had the Dry Aged NY Strip, my wife had the Porcini Bone-In Ribeye. My steak was perfectly prepared, tender and juicy with plenty of flavor. My wife's steak wasn't quite as thick, but still very flavorful with a savory porcini/balsamic glaze. Of the sides, my favorite was the Potatoes au Gratin. The service was excellent! One of our friends is quite a wine connoisseur. He brought a bottle of his own, and selected another from the extensive wine list. When it came, the wine had begun to go bad. The sommelier replaced the bottle with no comment, other than to apologize. The manager came out and reaffirmed their wish that our celebratory dinner would be nothing but extraordinary. It's expensive, and we won't be going except on special occasions. But it's nice to know that when we want to splurge, we have a place that won't disappoint us!

We have patronized this restaurant for over 10yrs. Tonight 8/23 so disappointed. Requested table #73 as always over looking Las Vegas (2months) in advance only to be seated looking out window construction site??? Our table was given up to someone who needed it more. Food was delicious as always but....took away from request. Waiter said don't worry we will compensate for your disappointment..Waited nothing. thought mgr would come by nope. We do appreciate card decorated table/courtesy Anniversary slice cake. Every patron matters (esp in these times) Capital Grille did this before giving our table away after early request!! to boot waiter dropped bill off on table never asked if we wanted coffee or after dinner drink???? which we did!! & never returned to table bad customer service..... I will not be patronizing them in future. A night I will erase.

We had an excellent experience here. We booked ahead, and were seated as soon as we arrived at a great corner table with views towards Downtown and Caesars Palace. I was fascinated watching all the lights of Las Vegas come on as it got dark outside. Most of the diners were very smartly dressed - the place had a 'special occasion' feel The service was outstanding, and the food exceptionally good. Everything was cooked to perfection. We hadn't realised that all the sides are sharing portions, so we ordered too many vegetables - our server tried to warn us - and offered us a half portion of mash - we should have had half portions of the beans and asparagus too! I had a beautifully tender filet mignon with peppercorn sauce, and the mash was so good too. I would definitely come again if we ever return to Las Vegas!

A group of friends and I enjoyed dinner and wine at The Capital Grille, which has been part of the landscape of Las Vegas' Fashion Show Mall for years. Every summer, from early July through the beginning of September, they host an everyday event called "The Generous Pour." Essentially, it's an "all you can drink" wine option available to every diner for an additional $28 added to the dinner tab. Is it worth it? Indeed. For locals, Lyft and/or Uber very highly recommended. First, the food. I started with the half-dozen oyster appetizer, and the oysters were so fresh (yes, in the desert, in Vegas) that I wished I'd had more. One of my group and I shared a platter of calamari, which was perfectly cooked. For my main meal, I had a veal tomahawk chop which was ethereal. And I mean ethereal! The wines came in two flights - a white flight which included a Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and a Rose, and red flight which included a Pinot Noir, Red Blend, and a Cabernet. I understand that each flight may vary depending on what's available. The service, food, and great interior decor make a visit to the Grille a special treat. Add in some really good wines, and it gets even better.

Surprisingly it is busy and good for them. Service was average but friendly. Social distancing in place along with mask requirements. Food was a enrage, steaks slightly overcooked. Comfortable seating. The Generous Pour in effect as well which is a good deal.

I had a excellent night at The Capitol Grill We went there for my Birthday and i was treated like family. The view of the Strip was fantastic , only thing better was the quality of the food and the excellent /Professional service that Jeff S gave us . If you ever have a special occasion the Capitol Grill is someplace to think about... Don’t forget to ask for Jeff S to make sure you evening is perfect...

Great steakhouse in Las Vegas. My wife had the bone in tenderloin and I had the Australian lobster tails. Presented very well and cooked to perfection. Our server Mike Sabini was great.

So disappointed in my to go order and the attitude of the manager.I will never be back since Las Vegas has so many better choices

My friend and I had cocktails and a bite at the bar on a Wednesday afternoon a week ago. The mini tenderloin sandwiches were great as were the truffle fries! The best part, however, was the bartender, Jimmy Dorriety. He was knowledgeable about our wine questions, friendly while professional, gave us lots of his attention yet completely cared for the other customers as well. The mini cheesecake and flourless dessert he suggested were heavenly! I’m looking forward to our next visit.

We went Memorial Day weekend. After researching menus at many high-end Vegas establishments, this place seemed to have the most value. Most appetizers and sides were under $15 and shareable. The entrees we tried were all delicious... I had a NY strip au Poivre, my wife had tenderloins with petit lobster tails, and our friends had the veal chop and the lamb chops. All were perfectly cooked and seasoned. We also each had a cocktail. Dinner for four was $560 including tax and tip.

It was truly a pleasure dining in this establishment. The server was attentive and yet unobtrusive. The food was delectable and worth savoring every bite. The four members of our party all enjoyed our meals, and the restaurant was a good choice for conversation around the table. The atmosphere was pleasant and subdued. We were seated by a window with a view of the strip. It was beautiful with the lights of Vegas adding to the experience.

Typical American steakhouse with fantastic meat and good wine list. Would get 5/5 if the steak sauce came with the steak and not 5 minutes late.

We had a wonderful Birthday and 29th Anniversary celebration dinner here. Service was amazing and We were lucky to be served by Amanda, she made our dinner memorable and everything was in point. Couldn't have asked for more. The Onion soup, shrimp cocktail was delicious. Dinner was Sea Bass, Wagyu and fresh lobster was amazing!! We will definitely be back on out next celebration 🍾 We were surprised with our Birthday and Anniversary desserts. Amazing dinner!!

The Capital Grille is at the seat of governing great food. They lead the way with excellent steaks. The representatives (staff) are super pleasant and ready to serve.

We were a party of 6 and waited at the bar for about 20 minutes till our table was ready. It took another 20 minutes untill we could order our food. We ordered 3 New York Strips (medium / medium rare) and 3 filets (medium / medium rare) and some drinks including a bottle of white wine. The wine came without a cooler and was just placed on the table. When the steaks came, they were all mixed up and we had to find out by ourselves which one belonged to whom. Two steaks were just right, two were a little oberdone and two were too rare. After all, it was ok, the quality of the meat and the sides were good.

Well this place is always consistent. The calamari is delicious and spicy. Had a pineapple martini and it was refreshing. My daughter has an 8oz steak that was cooked and presented perfectly. My wife’s hamburger was huge! I had a beautifully prepared ahi tuna. The service is always impeccable. It was a little cold because of the water in the pipes I was told, but bearable. A little pricey, but I always believe you get what you pay for. Enjoy

Very very good experience dining here. Location easy to get to, we took an uber so not too sure about parking facilities. Restaurant better than initially thought, very upscale / old-school classy environment. Nice open dining space with views out the huge windows. Booked here to celebrate our Las Vegas wedding. Requested booth seating which the restaurant accommodated. They even sprinkled heart confetti on the table and gave us a congratulatory card as a welcome to us newly weds. Popped champagne to start then proceeded to order our meal. Very good food on offer, all cooked to perfection. Large hefty steak cuts but smaller cuts available for smaller appetites. I ordered the fish and it was buttery and silky smooth, beautifully cooked. The boys had giant steaks and lobster. Excellent clam chowder. I had tuna tartare as my starter. Be aware side-dishes come in very generous portions! Loved the creamed corn. EXTENSIVE wine list from some our favourite wine makers. Dessert list was conservative but all very very good. I particularly enjoyed the cheesecake. Only thing I would add as feedback to the restaurant would be to add more dessert/sweet wines to their list. If they had Tokaji or Pedro Ximenez I would have enjoyed that very much to end my evening.

Excellent from the beginning to the end! Hostess was very accommodating and delightful. Waiter was very attentive and hospitable. Food was excellent and the dining environment was great. A wonderful evening had by all!

I love how consistent this place is. The steak is always phenomenal. The salads are great as are the sides. Wonderful staff too.

I have been to many high end steakhouses and was hesitant to spend the money to go to another, but my dinner and service was exceptional. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the hostess to Sage at the bar. Our waiter was Norman, simply just a great classic steakhouse waiter. He is truly a gem. There were 4 of us and all our steaks were cooked absolutely perfect. Delicious sides and a coconut cream pie that was light and heavenly. Great views also. If your in Vegas don't miss it.

Always a first class experience, the food was seriously great and the service was even better. Ask for seating with a view you will not be disappointed.

We had the pleasure of dining here in late October 2019 with our close friends. The food was exceptional. From the hors d'oeuvres, to the bread, to the wines and martinis, to the glorious dry-aged steaks, our meal was very memorable. Honourable mention to the lobster mac and cheese and my peppercorn crusted New York strip. Scrumptious. Our server, Daryl (and fellow Canadian) was such a welcomed and unexpected addition to our evening. I’ve been to many places that have exceptional service, but Daryl had a very warm and genuine nature about him. Sometimes at these types of places you get a serve that is almost too professional and it comes across as insincere. Daryl not only rocks at his job, he makes you feel like he’s having you over to his own place for dinner and drinks. Daryl, thank you for a wonderful evening.

When you walk in you will be blown away by the gorgeous views of the Las Vegas Strip, I recommend going around sunset. Our group was waited on by, Alex, who is quite possibly the best waiter I have ever met. He was knowledgeable, patient, attentive and even entertaining. Seriously, if there were an Academy Award for customer service Alex would be Meryl Streep. Aside from the perfect service, everything we ordered was cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. I ordered the special which was two Maine lobster tails with a chalice of butter...I've eaten lobster in Portland, Maine before and I can assure you this was just as delicious. Two people in our party ordered steaks and they both gushed about them the rest of our trip. You will not be sorry to try the Capital Grille, I know I'll be going back the next time I'm in Vegas.

We ate here with a large party. I got a rib-eye and my wife got a filet that was on special. Both were cooked rare, and both were fantastic. We also got the fries, and brussels sprouts, we enjoyed both and there was enough to share with the table. Most people enjoyed their meals but a few were a bit disappointing. The surf and turf steak was subpar. The chicken dish was beyond dry. And one of the filet mignon was overcooked. He asked for it medium, but it cam closer to well done and was not very enjoyable (i tried it too). All in all, this is a great location for a special occasion, but I would choose a good cut, and have it cooked as rare as you can stand.

I was lucky to be taken here for my birthday dinner and from start to finish you couldn’t fault it. The staff were excellent, Eric was our waiter and he really made the evening a special one. Chef brought out the most delicious amuse bouche and explained the dish in depth. We enjoyed a wine flight which was exceptional value at $28 and we loved all the chosen wines. The food was beautiful and plentiful which makes a welcome change as usually I find the the higher end restaurants the portions can be a little on the small side. The menu was balanced with a good amount of dishes on. For my birthday I was brought out a delicious dessert, the whole experience was about making the evening special and they certainly did that. For the experience, service and meal I felt it was good value for money.

For some newly graduated college kids, this restaurant is pretty expensive, but the food is incredible. We went as a group and split the calamari and it was great. Very accommodating for a large group.

Stayed at Wynn and ate at SW steakhouse. Nice show ,Great steak and dinner. Capital Grill is across the street in Fashion show Mall and does look out over Las Vegas Blvd to the north but not much out that way. Food was Good, water server knocked over a full glass of Coke on table that spilled on me also. Coke you say, ....at least it wasn't red wine!!!! They took off appetizers and free dessert and offered to pay for dry cleaning . Nice gesture but after SW, just not quite up to that

Meals here are always a celebration. For our 20th wedding anniversary, Randy the Manager and Luis our server took excellent care of us--made us feel special. The food is consistently extraordinary. We always order the bone-in rib eye and lamb chops. Had the seafood tower and lots of great wine.

Hard to find (Need better signs!) but very worth it. Signs that it is on the 3rd floor were fine but when you get to the 3rd floor not so much, glad we eventually found it. Food was fantastic!

Celebrated our Anniversary at the Capital Grill. The Filets were outstanding My husband felt the mashed potatoes were a little to thin but tastey and the calm chowder very good. Dessert was free and since I'm not a chocolate fan they also gave me my creme brulee free Been here many times and will definately return The service is also very good With the hot weather one can wear shorts and a nice shirt to eat Very popular so make sure you make reservations ahead of time

Andrea at the bar is the BEST! She was very attentive and accurate on our orders. The steak was a little tough, but all in all we had an amazing meal there.

We had heard about this place and wanted to check it out for a late lunch. So glad that we did! The food and atmosphere were great and our server Angela did an amazing job suggesting food options and wine pairings! Both the lobster salad and steak special were great and cooked to perfection. One of our best dining experiences in NYC and well worth a visit.

Top class service from Erik and brilliant quality steak. Yes, for a Brit this place is pricey but the way you are looked after and the quality is well worth it. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal and experience.

You will be well taken care of at The Capital Grille. Wonderful staff waiting on you from start to finish. The food is awesome. I had the Lobster and Ribeye special. It was a lot of food. I felt justified in the price. Great ambiance and the views of the Strip and surrounding area were pleasant to look at. We had a work meeting and felt it was a great place for that kind of event.

Essentially steak house, close to our the Trump hotel where we were staying and conveniently located next to the Fashion Mall. The meat is absolutely delicious and the dessert are tasty as well. Try to have a booth, the best.

We had a wonderful dinner. We had the lettuce wedge with bacon and blue cheese, the 14 ounce dry aged bone in New York strip, and the cream brûlée and flourless espresso chocolate cake. They were all delicious! It was my birthday and from the hostess to the chef to the manager to our server, all came over to wish me a happy birthday! The service was exceptional. I never experienced a restaurant go out of their way to accommodate us. They even warmed milk for our coffee!! We are going back soon!

We went to enjoy a birthday and the Generous Pour Summer wine event with friends. Tasting was lovely, as were the desserts. Wish the bar had a view of the strip, but otherwise a fabulous event!

Stayed in LV for a week and this was the last restaurant we went to. The service was outstanding and the food was just perfect. It was a real treat and would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Reopen after Covid crap. No valet so use the underground parking. Social distancing in place so service wearing masks and tables out of service. Service was very good and pleasant. Food was freshly prepared and reduced menu items. Clean areas including restrooms.

My wife and I had dinner for a night out in Vegas. First, we have been to Capital Grill numerous times and is one of our favorite restaurants. First, our waitress and the food were outstanding. However, we had our worst dining experience. We were seated in a small room behind the check in desk. It small, quaint and romantic. The problem was there was a group of 10 men seated next to us that ruined our dinner. They yelled profanity, were crude, and constantly were saying sexual remarks. The manager should have come in and said something to them or seated us somewhere different. There was another couple in the room and they said the same thing. As the customer, I should never have to be the one to confront them.

Located across from the Wynn Hotel on the strip next to Fashion show. Strip view seating is nice. Other view is overlooking where Frontier use to be. Tables have white cloths and customers attire was diverse ie shirts, jeans, casual slacks. Wait staff was nice and attentive. Food was ok with a few exceptions ie prosciutto wrapped mozzarella is a must, Stoli / pineapple martini is a signature, scallops were good and mushroom side was delicious. Ribeye was average at best but a nice size. Did not leave hungry but food could’ve been served warmer. There is a cool bar in the back of the restaurant with a few tables. If you can get that seating, I’d go for it. Definitely a quaint atmosphere with some character back there. Food was average. Table next to us had the Tomahawk steak and the ribeye and loved the Tomahawk but felt the ribeye was average as well. It’s a bit in the pricey side.

Have you ever had a waiter give you his business card at the end of your meal? No? Me either. But, Frankie at The Capital Grille was the first and only waiter that I’ve ever had that warrants handing out business cards to his guests. Frankie is a character, a fabulous waiter, and you really are his guest when you dine with him. I would absolutely ask for him again. We ended our work trip to Vegas by escaping the Palazzo Hotel and going across the street to the Fashion Show Mall for dinner. Boy was I pleased - I was so tired of the noise and volume of people - and the Capital Grill delivered on the quiet, upscale environment I craved, and we had a delicious dinner. I would also recommend their pineapple vodka drink. It was delicious. Turns out, it is just straight vodka that they’ve soaked pineapple in for a month and it is delicious and dangerous! Only downside was seeing the bill at the end, we went a bit overboard with cocktails, a nice bottle of wine, the crab cocktail, skillet shrimp appetizer, lobster tails, and dessert....so we did it to ourselves. I highly recommend escaping the casinos and dining with Frankie!

Outstanding food! Every item was prepared perfectly and the flavors were out of this world! We went with a party of 4 and had Ribeye steaks, South African lobster tails, Kona coffee crusted NY Strip, wedge salads, crab and lobster cakes and sides. Juicy, tender, perfectly cooked, great service, large portions. We place this among the top places we’ve eaten at and right up there with Sinatra and Prime. If you haven’t been there put it on your list. We’ve already made a second reservation.

My husbands birthday dinner experience could not have been better! That's saying something because he is very particular and has a very exacting palette. Our experience with the wonderful customer service began before we even arrived with a call alerting us that our table preference might be delayed by a private party buy out. Very considerate! From the moment we came in we were greeted warmly and our service team led by Rob Abbs was spectacular!! The food was the best we've ever had! The steaks were flavorful and the appetizers and salads delicious as well! Everything was on point!! We are already trying to find another occasion to celebrate so we can return!! Thanks to all for creating a most memorable birthday celebration!!!

We celebrated our 37th wedding anniversary. we had an incredible view of the strip, and our entrées, wine selections, entrees and service, were just beyond beyond. Our server was Amanda and she did a fantastic job. To celebrate our anniversary, the restaurant decorated our table, presented us with a happy anniversary card, and gifted us a delicious chocolate dessert. It was all so special. We would come here again in a heartbeat, highly recommend.

Oh my word! This is worth going to fashion show for. Great service, experienced and knowledgable staff with my gluten allergy. I ordered the wedge to start (yum!!! Especially the bacon bits) then the lobster tail specials, shared the mashed potato and dauphinois with my husband. Too much food with the sides but it all tasted amazing. Really good quality ingredients. We were then presented with a flourless chocolate cake to celebrate out honeymoon. By this point we were both stuffed but one bite each and we knew we couldn’t waste it, delicious!! Service was excellent.

While in Vegas for my husband’s 40th birthday, we celebrated with dinner at The Capital Grille. Delicious food as always, especially the lobster bisque and salmon. Everything was cooked and prepared as requested, was timely but in no way rushed so we could enjoy our time there. Top-notch service as expected also; a special thanks to our server Charles Lee for making my husband’s birthday dinner perfect. Whenever we have the chance to dine at a Capital Grille we don’t miss it and we hope to return again soon!

My husband took me to the Capital Grille to celebrate our Anniversary while visiting Las Vegas. Everything was 1st class and enjoyable. Service was top notch and no detail overlooked. They surprised us with a card, 2 complimentary glasses of champagne, and a exquisite dessert. I ordered the filet mignon for dinner it was good. Filet Mignon you can get anywhere, service and ambiance of this stature you cannot... We will be back!

Being a regular guest of the Capital Grille and also especially their restaurant in Vegas, food was excellent as always - thanks. Howerver our visit yesteray was a bit disturbing. First there was a huge group of people (~12) at one table, where especially the ladies were drunk already when they entered the restaurant. A lot of way too loud laughing, crying, screaming. The restaurant manager only intervened after several tables complained. Even more worrying: When getting the bill for a party of 2, tip and total were already pre-filled by the waiter - and she was rather generous with herself. In my opinion a clear no-go.

We made a reservation for ourselves and visitors from out of town for lunch. We had a great experience. The service from our waitstaff and busses was spot on. We felt like we couldn't have had a better time. The steaks and seafood were remarkable to say the least. Our server Matt was attentive and checked back to see if we needed anything. Thanks to Chef Gonzolo for the visit to our table. We felt very welcome.

Great food - don’t expect to be served quickly. A little sexist as well. We had a reservation for 8.30pm on a Thursday night. After the NFR. Arrived - waited 5-10mins for table. Sat, given menus. Not bad. Sat - waited 15-20mins before anyone asked if we wanted drinks. Then got a wine list. Finally took our orders. Admit food then turned up quickly and tasted great. Also - a little annoying that they have a sexist policy. Ok for women to wear hats - not men ??? Aren’t we all equal?

In Vegas for a family trip and met some friends for dinner, who wanted a nice steak dinner. They chose Capital Grille. I was surprised with the multiple steak restaurants in LV, but we went along with their decision, as we have heard good things about the chain. Night started off okay, but felt hurried in making decisions for drinks then dinner within 5 min of sitting down. We continued on with our meal, soups (onion & lobster bisque) were very good. Steaks we ordered were a good size but was lacking any real flavor. Meats included were the ribeye and the bone in strip loin. Most of the sides were ok, but also seemed average in comparison to other high end restaurants. The manager quickly asked “how the food was after our first few bites?” - most of us were finished our meal) As soon as the meal was cleared, and we said no to dessert, the bill was presented. Once again we felt rushed. Our friend said I don’t get a good vibe from this waiter. After about 30 more min, and having to ask for coffees, we paid the bill and left. My hubby and his friend split the bill, but because we had one less person, our friend said he would pay the tip in the WHOLE bill )which he did and gave a generous 15% tip for subpar service in a higher end restaurant). We left and has we were about 200-300 ft away, going down an escalator the waiter came out of the restaurant yelling that my hubby took the wrong copy and didn’t leave the signed copy. What he was really stating was my hubby took the copy that had the other TIP on it!?! My hubby replied no it’s all good…not once, but twice!! The waiter looked annoyed and stomped back in the restaurant. All of us were dumbfounded at what had just occurred. The complete audacity of the waiter was embarrassing and enough for all of us to think twice about ever walking into another capital grille restaurant. A $600 meal and customers are treated to average service at best and to an average meal. Save your $$ and find another steakhouse in Vegas, there are plenty more out there with top notch service and food than what we had at the CG.

I wish there was a Capital Grille in Canada! I cannot wait to come to Las Vegas just to eat here. I love steak and have had steaks in many high end restaurants BUT no there is no better steak than at Capital Grille!!!! Even the sides "mushroom risotto", "lobster mac & cheese" were incredible. The restaurant is beautiful and the view from the windows is incredible.

Les Forehand was our Waiter and he was so welcoming to us. He went far and beyond in meeting our needs and it was a pleasure to spend our evening enjoying our meal with him.

We always stay at the Palazzo but we walk over to the Capital Grille during our visits. Top notch from beginning to end. We always start out at the bar as the bartenders are enjoyable to talk to. Food and service are always excellent. Jeff is our favorite waiter as he is not only friendly but very professional.

Went here for my 30th birthday dinner and they did not disappoint! Service was amazing, our server was very helpful and personable. Food came out in normal amount of time, no delay even though it was busy at dinner time. We had a group of 10 and we all enjoyed our food. I will mention that 3 of my guests food were cooked to different temperatures than they asked for (example: well done instead of medium rare). So I did take a star away for the 3 dishes that weren’t cooked exactly as requested. But I had the salmon and everyone else including myself enjoyed their food! One of my guests did send her food back to be cooked to her requested temperature and they completed the request very promptly. Their salmon dish, potatoes au gratin and crème brûlée cheesecake are so delicious! I would go there again for another occasion.

This is an excellent restaurant ... but not the easiest to find if you are shopping in the Fashion Show Mall. But, once you do find it and dine here it is well worth it. Of course, being on the strip in Las Vegas across from the Wynn Hotel you must assume that prices here will be higher than other Capital Grille restaurants you may have tried in other cities. But, if you don't go crazy on an expensive wine or multiple drinks it's actually a better value dining here than in some of the high-priced steakhouses in many of the high end hotels. The atmosphere is first class and very relaxing. Our waitress was excellent and the service she provided the same. I ordered a 10 ounce filet and it was cooked to perfection, while my wife ordered some type of chicken breast entree which she raved about. Prior to getting our main courses, they bring out a very nice basket of bread and dinner rolls of various types (something many other local restaurants have gotten away from). We split a caesar salad first, and it was more than enough to feed two people. As a nice touch, they put the salad of separate plates when we indicated that we were going to share it. After dinner, there's much to see and do because you are basically in the middle of the strip, and it's a relatively short walk down to the Bellagio to see the water fountains. This Capital Grille is indeed fine dining, but in reality it is actually a good value based on the service and the quality of the food. It was the best steakhouse we dined at during our week in Vegas.

Looking at the menu, it's very hard to pick one thing. Everything is described very appetizing. Service is excellent, knowledgeable, and relaxed. They don't try to rush you out. Plenty of table room, you can't really hear your neighbors conversation. The food clearly had very great quality ingredients, however I felt a lot of what I tried lacked taste, except the scallops. The lobster Mac n Cheese and Au Gratin Potatoes had way too much bread crumbs on top for my taste. Surprisingly, everything I reheated at home tasted excellent!

We had a wonderful dining experience. The Steak Tartare, Calamari with Hot Cherry Peppers, Soy Glazed Brussel Sprouts, and Porcini Bone-in Ribeye were amazing! The Lobster Mac & Cheese lacked moisture but was still tasty. The Stoli Doli was refreshing (a little on the sweet side). Great for special occasions or just quality dining.

Checked in with a large party. Had the opportunity to visit the bar prior to being escorted to the private dining room. Nice conversation over an excellently prepared drink. Enjoyed the service, smiles and overall attention to detail from the wait staff during our meal. Wonderful selection. Enjoyable time.

It was nice being high up with big windows and feeling like we were in Vegas tbh. I’ve eaten at a couple of Capital Grilles and they tend to deliver. White table cloths, efficient waiters, interesting wine lists and tasty fare. I had a blue cheese and pear salad to start which was ok but nothing special. I then had the starter crab and lobster cake and had spinach and potato dauphinois on the side. I should have had a plainer veg as the cake and potato were perfectly seasoned and very very tasty but I’m not complaining. I was v happy. Husband had a seafood salad followed by a veal chop and Parmesan truffles fries (shared spinach). It was greatly enjoyed. The portions of sides are v generous and the fries could have fed a family of 4. He had room for a chocolate pudding with cherries in port which he enjoyed. An excellent bottle of Willamette Pinot noir was drunk throughout and added to the enjoyment of the food. We had a table facing the Wynn hotel and we were quite content.

Mike Sabini attended to our every need! He was friendly and professional. We had the pre-fixe for restaurant week. This was our first time at a Capital Grille. The filet melted in my mouth. The creamed spinach was exceptional with a hint of nutmeg. The bacon in the wedge salad was not skimpy. The deserts were amazing and just the right size after a large meal. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We had a marvelous experience at the Capital Grill. The Las Vegas spot met he expectations we had being familiar with other locations. Our server was Wayne who was just awesome. The manager Cory was very appreciative of our comments and like a great host he escorted us out after dinner. A perfect host. The steak was EXCEPTIONAL, perfectly cooked. Well worth the expense

Yes, this is a “chain” restaurant and there is one that I’ve never been to in my own State of NJ, but it is a classy place with very good food. It’s not cheap but I do not mind paying if the food is good. Everyone who works there was great and treated us well. It’s across from Wynn, located at the mall. Take a VERY warm elevator to the restaurant, it’s worth it. The steaks and lamb were cooked to perfection. The wine was great and actually reasonably priced. Asparagus and mashed potatoes were A-1. We will be back to Capital Grill.

I don't usually don't dine at or review "chain" restaurants when travelling; however, I have learned over the years that some of the best outlets for national chains are located in Las Vegas. So for dinner last Christmas Eve, on a recommendation, I tried the Capital Grille across from my stay at the Wynn. At first it seemed it was perhaps a mistake as the restaurant was (understandably) very crowded and no one immediately waited on us after we were seated. Once one of the servers figured out we hadn't been waited on, the mood and the evening quiickly took a turn for the better. Our service from that point on was impeccable and the restaurant offered us several dishes gratis. Unusual for me, I even left some of my entrée uneaten. And the food was more than just plentiful, it ranked among the top Vegas steakhouses I have sampled. Also, in spite of the holiday bustle, the ambiance was great at a window-side table (as requested in my reservation) overlooking nighttime on the Strip with more than the usual color because of all the Christmas decor -- including a parade of lighted vehicles of all sorts. Capital Grille is a top spot for dining on the North Strip and the Capital Grille crew saved Christmas for us this year.

Capital Grill was our go to when we lived in Vegas. So we went there on the way to So Cal. Table 73. Has the view of the strip. And LARRY. Is an EXCELLENT waiter! Alway good food excellent drinks

We had a perfect evening at the Capital grill. We had a balsamic rib eye and lamb chops, both were excellent. Our waiter suggested a good bottle of wine that went with both that was excellent. He was very attentive without being annoying.

My husband and I decided to eat there & enjoy the Generous Pour event. I ordered the 10 oz filet, he ordered the Porcini rubbed Del Monaco, both medium rare. They came out medium well. They made us both new ones, along with our sides. When our bill came the manager comped both of them ($125.). We will definitely be back.

Dropped in for lunch. Tried steak salad and the steak was cooked to order exactly as requested. Lovely view of Strip. Extremely consistent in terms of service and quality.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Absolutely beautiful inside and food was amazing. Made reservations for my 60th birthday dinner and everyone that came by our table made me feel special. Had the wedge salad which was perfect t, I had the filet which was seasoned and prepared perfectly. My husband had the T Bone and is was almost as tender as the filet and had so much flavor. He said it was the best he has ever had. Was presented with this delicious complimentary dessert to finish off my birthday dinner. If you are looking for a restaurant with delicious food and second to none service, Capital Grill is where you want to make a reservation for.

Food is always amazing! But the staff makes the experience so much better! We had a group of 12 people and everyone of us are looking forward to our next visit!

We were expecting the best steak of our lives, but yet I got an overcooked (even though I asked for medium-rare) dried tiny steak. HOWEVER... KEVIN is a true MASTER at his craft of making his guests feel cared for. KEVIN is a jewel in a vast beach of stones and sand. BTW, the Creme Brûlée is almost as memorable as kevin's service.

Had a awesome dinner. Was able to get seat near window for view of stip. Waiters very personable. Fod best I've had in 15 years. Started with lobster and crab cakes as apetizer for two. The were great. Lots of met with little filler. Had the special which was bone-in Filet with South African Lobster tails. Lobster tail much bigger than normal cold-water lobster. Filet was huge and delicious. Highly recommend going here. Well worth the price compared to other high-end venues.

I had dinner at the Capital Grille with colleagues and clients on October 18, 2022. We were a party of five and had a reservation. The restaurant is very big but make a reservation. The food is quite excellent as is the service. The only issue was that the restaurant is extremely loud. We could not have a normal level conversation at our table because of the noise. Just something to know if you are trying to converse with clients or this is a special occasion.

Went in and cozied up to the bar. Fantastic drink choices and me ordered from the menu. Take a look at the photos the food was amazing! Great service to boot.

A great place to stop for some nachos and a beer or any other drink you might like. The staff are friendly and the service was very good. Food was delicious.

The high-end-steakhouse "market" is rather crowded in Las Vegas. As a consequence, I overlooked The Capital Grille for many years, rotating through a handful of familiar places instead. Recently, however, a rather picky relative of mine had given the restaurant high marks. So, I set out to give it a try. From the moment we (this was a family outing) arrived until the moment we left, we felt like the most important people in the universe. The level of service was unprecedented -- even by the high Las Vegas standards. Prompt, courteous, accommodating -- I can keep adding adjectives to this list. With this level of service, one doesn't need to worry about an eyesore of a view: the windows face the deserted site of the former New Frontier that never became... anything else. But I digress. On to the food. Oysters for an appetizer was a must for me -- and those were top-notch! Then I decided to be "adventurous" and try a chef's "suggestion": Sliced Filet Mignon with Cipollini Onions, Wild Mushrooms and Fig Essence. A mouthful of a name, for sure. Chewy too. Chewy? Yep. My filet was chewy. Weird. Oh, well. So, in the end, the restaurant was an unquestionable winner. I just have to remember to try something other than the filet next time. One parting note for the reader of this: surprisingly, there is no dress code (I saw people in shorts). That said, you may feel better dressing up a little for this classy establishment.

Every time we come to Vegas we make sure to eat at The Capital Grille! It was not too busy for a Thursday night but we made sure to make a reservation just in case. We were seated promptly and sat right next to the window looking down the strip! We really love the view and the service is always top notch. The server took our orders and we had our drinks and bread and rolls in no time. The server also brought us a prosciutto wrapped mozzarella stick that was awesome! My wife ordered the 10oz filet mignon and I went with the chicken breast. We added the Au gratin potatoes for our side dish and they were delicious! Both of our dishes were very tasty and filling. I've tried most of the steaks on the menu and you can't go wrong with any of them. The side dishes are all good it just depends on your personal preference. The lobster Mac and cheese is tasty but not worth the cost. Try a couple of different sides for the cost of the Mac and cheese. For dessert we ordered the coconut cream pie and the cheesecake. They also served us a complimentary chocolate cake for our anniversary. I've truly never had a bad meal from this place and I highly recommend it to anyone!

When in Vegas, we always drop in for the Stoli Doli martini. If you like pineapple, make sure you stop by. The trip will be worth it.

Wonderful anniversary dinner with great food and outstanding service. Matt was awesome and made our evening special!

Derek was our waiter and he went over and above normal wait service. He was attentive, funny and professional. The staff is fantastic here from the hostess stand to servers. Food and wine were delivered at a nice pace. Nice atmosphere here too, but sometimes the large tables get really loud. I guess that’s just typically Vegas though. The steaks and all the food items are very high quality, but this place is ostentatiously pricey in my opinion. Why is everything a la carte? If you’re charging 60-120 bucks a steak, throw me a bone here and include a small tossed salad and 30 cent baked potato.

What an amazing dining experience as we celebrated a family member’s birthday! We were in a private dining area that exactly fit the size of our group with a dazzling view of the strip. Great food, wonderful service … exceptional quality. Highly recommend The Capital Grille to celebrate special occasions — they make it memorable!

Local with a nice view, sometimes a bit chaotic, but we liked it so much that we went back twice on three dinners in Las Vegas! Caught the New York strip plate both times, and it's really great. Amazing meat. Cooked according to the directions you give. High bill, but the experience deserves it!

I love the Capital Grille, live near to one and have frequented my hometown Capital Grille over many years. I have always gotten a consistently well prepared prime piece of fillet. Something however was off at the Las Vegas branch. I ordered my usual fillet medium rare. It arrived quite rare and I had to send it back. The fillet itself (when it returned) was not the buttery cut of meat I have come to expect, had a fair amount of gristle and was too aggressively seasoned (i.e. salty). Wonder if this branch suffers from being in Las Vegas...

Went to an early dinner before seeing Tom Jones at Wynn, from the moment we arrived until the moment we left we felt like everyone was interested in our experience and made sure it was enjoyable. Our server Luis was probably one of the best servers we have ever had, and we eat out a lot all over the world! So that is saying something. Food and drinks were delicious, ambience perfect, timing impeccable and to top it off - great value for money. The seafood platter was exceptional.

I just finished an amazing dinner at capital grille. I had the pleasure of having the sea bass. Wow Wow Wow. The sea bass is only available for a short time on the fall menu. Hurry or you will miss out on the best flavour and taste ever on sea bass I also had the crab cake which is also a do not miss .

Another wonderful anniversary dinner celebrated at The Capital Grille in Vegas. The food, service and ambiance are always amazing. We have tried many fine restaurants in Vegas but keep returning to Capital Grille because it is hands down the very best for quality and service. Patty (our server) was great!

Had a fantastic dinner. The food and service were exceptional. Atmosphere was nice as well. Definitely putting Capitol on my top list of recommendations in Vegas.

We went here on the weekend with friends. They've gone to many different locations and raved about them all. The food was excellent, however the steak was overcooked from our request and was, disappointingly not hot. We did not complain because of our friends. The service was ok, though felt rushed. The restaurant was extremely loud for a fine dining experience. For the price, we were disappointed. We are unlikely to go back.

Let me start by saying the food was really nice albeit a little pricey.... defo go for a meal here. I only booked this place as there were lots of reviews saying how they make it extra special for birthdays etc. It was my partners birthday meal and when we arrived they asked for name of reservations and then said I don’t have one even though I showed them the confirmation email. Nothing was asked of why we were here etc so nothing special happened. Really disappointed me :/

If you're looking for a great meal, excellent service and a quiet, elegant atmosphere, the Capital Grille is the place to go. The steak was cooked to perfection and the sides were great. The Creme' Brulee desert is to die for. Our team of servers were some of the best we've ever seen. If you want to get away from the hustle and noise of the Strip, go to the Capital Grille!

The food was sooo bland and very overpriced. I was disappointed. I will not return, but I did like the ambiance and the service.

There are good restaurants in Vegas. In fact, great restaurants. I go out to eat alot and I can say that I usually find one or two items I really like and would go back for. This dinner at Capital Grill was amazing from start to finish. I can't think of one other restaurant in this price range that I can say that about. That Lobster bisque and that Lobster mac n cheese. Wow wow!!

We arrived 4/28 at the Trump International. Walked to the Capital grille at 2 pm. Took the elevator up to the 3rd floor. Not crowded but by the time we left it had filled up. IPA beer in bottles good. French onion soup real good. Chicken breast with mushrooms very good. Erik & Derik (team) were an excellent pair taking care of us.

We enjoyed a lunch there and the service was good, The food was excellent and they have an extensive menu and wine list

From the manager, receptionist, servers and everyone at this restaurant, it was class and kindness as I told them of my plans and they helped me execute it to the fullest! I and my fiancee are grateful and will definitely visit again!

Capital Grille never disappoints. We also ate at SW Steakhouse at The Wynn. Being in The Wynn, made us further regret staying at Resorts World. The Wynn is 5 Star, Resorts World is not even a 1 star. Just garbage.

My family and I came here for dinner on a Tuesday night in March. I made a reservation online two hours in advance and made a note that it was my son's 23rd birthday. Our table was ready when we arrived and the restaurant made it so special by putting birthday confetti all over the table and placed a birthday card on the table for him. So unexpected and sweet of them. Cocktails were so delicious! I got their signature martini, the stoli doli which is pineapple infused vodka straight up. Delicious and dangerous! For dinner we had the lobster crab cakes which were insane! Chunks of lobster and plenty of crabmeat, worth the $22.00 For entrees we had the lamb chops, ribeye, sliced filet mignon with mushrooms and the roasted chicken breast with risotto and a side of grilled asparagus. Everything was outstanding! No room for dessert but waitress was very nice to bring a dessert plate that said happy birthday with two petite desserts for my son. They only thing I didn't care for was the constant pushing from the waitress to add more sides and other items for our table. She even asked if she could get us more drinks when we were only halfway finished with our first round. We all made a comment that she was a little too pushy for our taste. Our bill for the four of us was $400 which included the tax and tip. Very expensive but worth it for a special birthday dinner. Highly recommend this place!

Great steak house. Not a cheap place and lack of sauce made it a tad dry but fortunately so good that didn't matter. Worth a visit+

The Capital Grille at Fashion Show Las Vegas is a great place to go for delicious food and much more. I really like their steaks and how well everything is prepared. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have the best meal.

We went twice to the Capital Grille during our recent visit to Vegas (Dec, xmas holiday). While one evening was good, many things went wrong the other day - waiter was super slow (took them 20 mins for an initial greeting), steak came not properly cooked and had to be re-sent, garnish was cold. In general we had the impression that the service staff and the management had issues, being overwhelmed. Some waiters did not follow mask mandate.

I always like to go different restaurant for good steak. This time it was The Capital Grille. I enjoyed my steak here. It was done just like I requested. We made reservation three weeks in advance so that we did not have to wail for table. Fantastic wine and service.

As a solo dinner in a fine restauant i am oftrn surprised how poorly i am sometime treated especially in a fine dining restaurant. Almost as if i am interfering with real tips that may be seated in the booth or table i am sitting. I am an overly generous tipper especially if the service is good. This day fell extra short on service. As a regular (as much as one can be for fine steak dining) I may know the menu better than my server. On this occasion I had to ask if there were specials. After I was informed I suggested I was looking for bone in filet...to which he suggested that was also on the special menu. I also asked for a hot multi seeded bun as my order was placed. I needed to ask for this item again after several minutes had passed. In addtion the waiter must have completed his shift while I was eating the delicous bone in filet, without saying goodbye, as different servers presented my check and collected my payment. As a side dish I ordered a a half order of grilled brussels sprouts which were over drenched in bacon fat.

This place was a little difficult to find but worth it. It is on the outside of a large shopping mall. They seated us immediately and had a very large selection of food and drinks. They were able to accomodate for dietary restrictions easily. The food was great and the staff was very helpful. The place is large but did not feel crowded. There is a bar area in the back and they did not rush us out.

Met our good friend here for dinner.Service was outstanding!Our server was very attentive and had some great food suggestion We all had a salmon dinner which was outstanding,paired with the right wine.Atmosphere is somewhat romantic,subdued light no noise.

Mike Sabini is excellent at his job! We went there for a meal today. It was our last day in Vegas. We have been to this chain twice before in New York and have never been disappointed but our server, Mike was outstanding in every way! Many thanks Mike from the English couple!

Really good food and horrible table service. Took almost 30 minutes to get a check after we finally asked for it. Total buzz kill

Amy was great and the food was amazing! Had the sliced filet with onions and mushrooms, french onion soup and green beans with ginger butter. Yum!

I was not sure how a restaurant in a mall would be,But the menu looked good one line. We were greeted by a friendly hostess and seated right away. Our server Tonya Romero was one of the best servers we have ever had at a restaurant! Her attention to detail was great! Perfect wine knowledge! I can not say enough good things about her! The food was the best meal we ate in vegas as well! Good portions for the pricing! The lamb rack and chilien sea bass was amazing! look forward to our next visit in 2020.
