So I’m in downtown Atlanta and the family wanted Cheesecake Factory! They indicated that a new place would be nice so off to the Chamberlain location we went. I tried to call ahead for seating but was told first come first serve. So we arrived and a 50 minute wait was given along with a pager. After being noticed by management staff this nice lady came over and asked how long have we been in here, Reply, over an hour! We were seated in a matter of seconds. REALLY! Then after being seated it took 15 minutes before a drink order was taken, YUP! We then were approached by the nice management lady again and asked has someone taken your order, NOPE! Once again In a flash the drinks appeared! Now we are waiting for our meal.... let’s see how long this takes? Time 2031 food arrives. Now the result is 4 out of 10. The server had a big attitude against our group. Why I have no idea.

Doesn't matter the city the food is consistently good. I enjoyed the egg roll sampler I ordered. The frozen Bellini is a must. The Sautéed spinach with quinoa was a winner!

Had a nice late lunch here and we were immediately seated. Ordered the Korean fried chicken, 4 cheese pasta, Thai salad n omelette. Everything was good and enjoyable. Portions were big. We finished of with a red velvet cheesecake to share. It was really delicious.

It does no good to complain about wait times at The Cheesecake Factory... they have a wait, and it's long, and they're pretty good about predicting when a table will become available. This review doesn't concern the wait time before being seated. No, this review offers a major complaint about the wait after being seated. Start to finish our meal clocked in at just over two hours. That's too long. And it's tough to know who to blame... the kitchen or the waitstaff, or both. My money is on both. Everything about our service contact was delayed. Literally every chance we had to communicate with our server was followed by extended wait times. It became comical, to a point, until the humor was lost and we just wanted to get out of there. We couldn't.... she still had the check and our credit card. Forever. The Cheesecake Factory offers one of the most extensive menus in the restaurant business. Once you've perused the book they give you to order from, you may find yourself confused about what you want... maybe you came in craving one thing, but something else interesting catches your eye. The portion sizes are ample... more than ample. But during this visit, we sadly discovered that our food wasn't prepared well. Overcooked was the theme of the day. Everything served.... from chicken to burgers.... overcooked. Because it took so long to get through the ordering process and the delivery of the food, the food was eaten... but not all of it... because as hungry as we all were... we weren't about to send things back. Dining should not require an overnight stay. It's odd when a server notices some drinks need to be refilled but not others. Our server would flit by, grab a glass, and off she went... some time later, a refill came back... but she left in such a hurry, there was no time to get her attention to refill others. It became an episode of the Incredibly Disappearing Server. This is also an establishment where a team may be involved in food delivery. We ordered several items with certain condiments on the side. The food arrived, but the condiments didn't. So, we asked the food delivery server if he could conjure the condiments. An eyeroll told us all we needed to know.... he'd prefer not to. Eventually he did. All in all, the meal did not measure up, the service was lacking, and we left tired and frustrated. Yes, I've sent a note to management. I await a response. It was the kind of experience that makes a regular patron stop coming back.

This restaurant produces mostly consistently good meals, with a few exceptions. Servings of cake seem to get smaller every time.

This is a chain restaurant found mostly in or around malls. The menu is extensive, a little too extensive, and the food is just okay. I would put it in the same class as Chili's, Applebee's, etc. Most people that come here know what they are walking into. I thought it was decent not great (okay, the crab cake appetizers were great). The service was good, pleasant and efficient. I had a tortilla salad that was huge but not that delicious. The portions are huge and you could probably share any entree.

Service was top notch - refills without asking. Food came fast and fresh and tasty. Brought our son’s ( 3 ) food first - wish more restaurants did that. Highly recommended.

Great service. Food was great. First time i had ever asked a hostess to provide me with a to go box because i did not finish my meal.

I had a Macaroni & Cheese Hamburger with Sweet Potato Fries......TERRIBLE! My Husband had Spaghetti & Meatballs....below average. Waiter brought over Olive Oil for the bread and proceeded to grate PEPPER into it instead of the spices!

Enjoy a great meal and take the cheesecake home. The meal will fill you up.Expensive but worth it!!!

Outstanding food and tremendous service!!!!!!!! Always a joy to be here. Will be returning in the near future!!!!

Menu is huge, high ceilings, clean place overall with friendly service, didnt wait long but worth any wait time, thanx eh!

For the most part everything was great. Avacado eggrolls, kale salad, chicken pasta and strips were just somethings we had. For Heavens sakes they Have to fix that God Aweful thing they call a veggie burger. My husband was so mad he didnt even eat. Other then that the food was good

Great accodimations for our large party. Great service and food. Quick service, easy for the celic person with us to eat.

We always come for the cheesecake but since we were hitting the road to go home we had lunch. I have always thought the food at the Cheesecake Factory was just so-so when compared to the quality of the cheesecake. Portion sizes are very big so we usually end up with a togo box. Service at this location was slower than normal.

The food was delicious, and the servings were worth the money. Our server was very patient and attentive.

C.F is busy no matter the day but I happened to visit on my last day in atl. I came at a lil after 11:30. Not many were trickling in so I was able to grab a table fast. I had a type of jambalaya pasta, with a tropical smoothie and the macadamia nut cheesecake. The pasta was quite filling tho spicy. The smoothie was delicious and the cheesecake was just okay for me. The slice was kind of on the small side too. The service was great and the staff was friendly. I'd def visit here again.

Very long menu include a lot of varieties from salad , sandwiches , cold and hot plats plus lovely cheese cake. Portions are huge don't over order

I had forgotten how good the Cheesecake Factory is. We went there on the 1st day of a 3 day trip and it was so good we went back the next 2 days too. The waiting staff were friendly and efficient. It is not cheap but it is excellent value for money

Stopped by for dessert and it was delicious! the line to get just dessert was very long and the wait was around 15 minutes or so. Otherwise, the cheesecake was very good! Highly recommend for the best cheesecake!!

Had my daughter's graduation dinner here and it was a pretty good experience. Upscale establishment with good food. Price is on the high end side but good memories made

My dad and I stayed for 4 consecutive nights for dinner at this Cheesecake Factory, from April 27th to 30th and as always, this chain NEVER disappoints us! Dishes prepared to art, never a mistake by the cooks in the kitchen, even with me who always customizes my orders because I am vegetarian; in fact I always modify the choices with veg options by removing meat or fish and I am always satisfied with the preparation of always good and tasty variants. The restaurant is located, as almost always inside a mall, next to the front door. Only note, temperature always too cold inside, but in the States, you know it is so. For the rest, everything really perfect! Go there and you'll be fine!

We had a wondeful brunch experience ad the Cheesecake Factory yesterday. The service and food were good even though it was a little crowded. This location is always busy. The cheesecake did not dissapoint! After many years, this is still one of my favorite spots in Atlanta.

First off, our waitress showed up, brought our drinks. Then, we didn't see her again for over 30 minutes. I guess she was dealing with some customers that got loud and obnoxious and walked out without paying. Honestly, we nearly did the same. I feel for the waitress, but her tables should have been covered while dealing with the difficult party. We were there for nearly 2.5 hours just trying to have dinner. I won't be back.

We stop at this restaurant once a year, and each time we expect it to be good, but the service staff simply makes the experience that much better. This year my son asked for a sampler platter, something NOT on the menu. The server replied "I know exactly what you need". He had the kitchen prepare a special plate to include steak medallions, grilled shrimp, fries, fettuccine alfredo, and backed potato soup. My son proclaimed "it was the best meal of his life". My light Tacitos were excellent as well.

Lunch was very tasty and service was okay for being packed. All of group of 8 seemed very pleased with their food.

Ordered food for a pickup, it was a curbside pickup. Was literally waiting for close to an hour in my car, nobody showed up!! I called them, they said they are looking into it and then automatic message. I ordered that for my pregnant wife, she was eagerly waiting. But i couldnt get it for her dinner, by the time i was home she had her food already. She was disappointed so am I. She loves Cheesecake but after this experience I doubt she can ask for it again. Better to dine in, don't ever try to do curbside pickup!!!!

We arrived late for dinner and had a 50 min wait but decided to eat in the bar area. Despite the crowd, the servers, bus boys, and front hosts were all very kind and attentive. Our waiter was Kenneth and he was THE BEST!!! Of course the food was excellent, as it always is. We will definitely be back to the Cheesecake Factory at Cumberland!

My family and I ate dinner here while traveling. Typical for Cheesecake Factory there was about a 40 minute wait. Very nice atmosphere. We enjoyed the fish tacos, beef tacos, fettuccine alfredo and original burger. Everything was served warm, fresh, and very tasty. I had never tried the fish tacos and they were AMZING. Our server was wonderful. Very friendly and service-oriented. Would definitely go to this location again. Ironically the cheesecake and cake line was almost empty. That’s definitely a first.

My go to favorites are the Chipotle chicken pasta, sweet potatoes fries, chicken sliders and off course brown bread. The ambiance depending on time of day can be great for family or a date night.

My standards escalate as the price of my meals do. Cheesecake Factory used to be a good place to celebrate. This visit turned to a let’s get this done so we can leave. Service was slow and completely inattentive. We asked the person that brought us our food for ketchup for my son’s fries, we asked our sever, I got up found another server and asked them as well. They all said yes, yet we never got the ketchup. The deserts, fantastic. Buffalo Chicken Finger Appetizer, amazing breading but hardly any chicken. A salad from the light menu was mostly iceberg lettuce and a tiny bit of chicken. Fried shrimp, definitely frozen and thawed improperly leaving it mealy in texture. Not going back, definitely have better places to spend $100 on a meal for 3.

My colleague and I decide to visit Cheesecake Factory and were not disappointed. He had never been and I hadn’t been in awhile. He ordered chicken Marsala and I ordered a filet mignon. Both were tasty and we had excellent service. We finished off our meal by splitting a slice of carrot cake. Not sure how anyone could eat one by themselves? The portions were just right and we would go back again.

Brandi our server was excellent. Food to order fresh and delicious. Will be back again. Coffee and cheese cake was exceptional.

I LOVE CAJUN JAMBALAYA PASTA! I ordered take out and received a much smaller portioned dish but paid the full $20.00. I was still okay with my order. After I got home and tasted my dish it contained some type of spaghetti sauce on the shrimp/chicken. Everyone knows there is no spaghetti sauce on the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta. I called to speak with the manager (Amy) she told me that the managers were making the dishes and to bring it back then hung up. (I live 30 minutes away) I called back to speak with another manager(Preston). He stated that they only put some kind of canned tomatoes on the dish. This is clearly a tomato paste/sauce with a couple of tomatoes. This is my second bad experience with the Cumberland mall location!!! Drive to another restaurant and be happy with your meal!!

Military officials decided to eat here for lunch. We were in a group of Fourteen. We were not seated until at least 30 minutes. The hostess was very rude. It took forever to be seated. After lunch it took 45 minutes to receive the bill. The waiter was good but it shouldn’t have taken so long to pay the bill. I’m not sure what’s going on.

This is my favorite restaurant, EVER!! The food is always spectacular and the cheesecake is out of this world.

Disappointing...Arrived at 5:05pm told the wait was 20-30 minsutes ...we waited closer to an hour. Once seated and NO ONE came to our table. Finally Robert (he gets 5 stars) passed by and said he noticed that we had been sitting there with no water or bread. He took our order...But my husband's White Chicken Chili did not come out at the same time as my 3 Small Plates order. Me: almost done eating and his food still HAD NOT arrived. We canceled, paid our check. Upon standing to leave another waiter said "Thanks and see you all!" Huh?!!??? You passed us several times and NEVER said a word and now you want to say 'goodbye'.. It appears that we came during a shift change at 5:05pm. Robert was the only one who took time to notice and assist. Everyone else acted like we were invisible. I don't desire to come back. Darden Restaurants needs to address the manager at this location. It's very busy and apparently they are short staffed. But if you can't run a business well, get out of the market.

The service was very good and the dishes that we ordered very tasty. Even though there was a problem with one of the dishes that was ordered the server immediately took it back and quickly brought the corrected order out. We ordered pieces of cheesecake to go so that we could eat them later since we were full from the entrees. I have been here on prior occasions and received the same good food and Service as I did here today. We will come back again when in the area.

My wife and I went to cheesecake factory, the waitress was not good serve, not provide drinks, bread with butter when approached us. Waited for 15 minutes til bring us drinks and bread with butter. Forgot lemons when requested with water. Orders our foods we selected on menu book. Have been wait almost 1 hour on our foods. Foods was almost cold. Waitress were lousy serve, couldn't remember what we waited for. Not gave more drink, took plastic cup of water away instead bring to pour water in cup. Requested MANAGER, spoken about situation, only gave us free cheesecake. It's ok. Not great! Other states we went to cheesecake factory was great than this one! Be aware of waitress!!!!

Love The Cheesecake Factory, esp the avocado rolls they are amazing. Great customer service as well..

It's been more than two years since my last review and my meal could have been better. I have dined at various CF locations for more that 20 years and enjoy the food. My usual dish is their meat loaf dinner.Today I ordered it with mashed potatoes and green beans. The meat is always good however they salt the green beans so much that you cannot eat them. A manager came to our table and volunteered to replace them with no salt. After about 10 minutes new beans arrived so hard that I would need a knife to cut them. At this point I took home what I did not eat, and they replaced the beans with carrots. In all fairness to the CF, they reduced my bill by $10 to make up for the problem. Next time when we are there I need to ask about the veggie side dish.

I've never liked CF because the menu is too big for them to specialize in anything...except cheesecake. This time, I got a margarita, which was excellent. I also ordered the pot stickers. They were pretty good. The service was fine and there was no wait because it was very late. I guess if you need a late nice place to get an average meal, CF is your spot. I did indulge in the banana cheesecake. It was great.

Their menu is about 12-13 pages long!,! There is no way a kitchen can produce quality food with so many items! I had the fish Tacos. Presentation was very nice, however—- I ask the server for no onions—came with onions. The black beans were cool, not hot! The rice had the texture of Minute Rice and lacked any taste! The fish tacos were not seasoned at all! My wife had a salad and asked for dressing on the side—server did not note this and the salad came tossed! I ordered for an IPA Ale and they were out of both varieties. The other couple we were dining with was told they were out of the chicken dish ordered!! Who manages this restaurant??? Evidently nobody!! I will never go back to this restaurant!!! I will never go to any other Cheescake Factory!!

One nice thing about this place is that no matter where you are in the country, if a Cheesecake Factory is there you are guaranteed a massive menu full of mediocre dishes that will fulfill any dietary requirement. The cheesecake is good though. This location meets that standard.

I love this place and we go for special occasions however the wait is usually long and sometimes you get good service and sometimes not so much. It is really noisy and it is hard to have a conversation but I still love going.

The food is always good, had the avocado toast as an appetizer, salad and vege burger for lunch and chocolate cake for dessert. However when we were seated, we had two waiters, a bit of confusion on who would be serving the table. Waitress was not very attentive, I kept trying to flag her down, before receiving the appetizer and prior to the meal I tried to make a change, no go. When it was time to order dessert, again we had to look for the waitress, when the order was received it was incorrect, again had to find someone to help and get it right. Though when she appeared she was very nice, but would disappear for long periods. Next time we may try another location.

Good food and service, as usual a bit dark inside it was hard to read the menu, had the cheesecake to go,

I decided to try a different dish, and selected the Lemon-Garlic Shrimp. It was a GREAT suggestion from the Skinnylicious Menu, although I do not eat tomatoes. The shrimp are sautéed. The lemon-garlic sauce, and basil pairs well in this dish, served with Angel Hair Pasta and Fresh Asparagus. The Cucumber Mint Lemonade is also a delight! You will be happy you tried it!!

Very surprised to have been seated right away. Wish I could remember the name of our waiter. He was very attentive and on top of things. Food quality was great like other Cheesecake Factory. Oreo cheesecake was to die for. Very good restaurant at the mall. Valet parking is right outside the restaurant.

We ordered on line. Said it would be 20 minutes to pick up. Went there after 20, and had to wait another 25 minutes. Had to ask several (4) times to see if the order was ready. When I finally said I want to speak to a manager did we get our to go food. Got in the car and the food was cold. I ordered the Quesada with out peppers and it was filled with peppers, only had one slice. Not impressed and can't recommend

Came into this Cheesecake Factory as I was staying at a local hotel. I was surprised at the Gluten free options on the menu. My server was helpful, the burger was great, the gluten free bun was really good. I’d come back here when next in town.

It wasn’t even that busy but the bartender was really slow this time around. The meal was okay and what I would expect from a Cheesecake Factory, but the drinks were a bit weak.

So I’m allergic to seafood. Been to the Cumberland location plenty of times. My boyfriend was in town and we finally decided to get out in this covid crisis. I ordered cashew chicken. They brought me cashew shrimp. It was late at night and restaurant was dark so I actually swallowed a piece of the shrimp. 🤮🤢. Spoke to manager who deleted my meal but the whole meal should’ve been paid for seeing that my tongue started swelling. Customer service was crappy, had to speak with 2 managers just to get bill corrected so when they brought my meal to go, it tasted horrible like it was a day old. I’m upset and wasted $65 on a meal worth nothing, on top of the fact they completely messed up date night 😣

The place never fails to impress us with regard to service and quality of food, the waiter was very attentive and helped us with menu, the food arrived hot and was very tasty, we loved the surroundings, and left with several slices of cheesecake, will be back

We had Sunday brunch here so we could get the famous Monte Cristo. Once again it was delicious as was the key lime pie. The service was fair and experience overall positive.

Ordered the strawberry shortcake. Wish they had a childs portion. It was HUGE and good and tasty. Yep. I didnt finish it...but, ate too much. YUM

I was in town for a conference and decided to visit the mall. I haven’t been to Cheesecake Factory in awhile so I decided to stop in. I had eaten a big lunch earlier so I just decided to get their famous Strawberry Lemonade and Calamari. Both were great. So good, that I came back for lunch today. I had the lunch special pizza and salad and my coworker had the lettuce wraps. Everything was great! Oh.. the bread they give you is amazing!!! I’ll be back!!

I hope that the Cheesecake factory isn't on its way out but the last several times I have been, it was less than the stellar reataurant we knew and loved. Food is sub par and management doesn't seem to be engaged. Even tried multiple locations before posting the negative review....sad to see it go downhill. Prices are higher than ever....which would be fine if food was better than ever.

I went today and the food was so good. The service was excellent. The wait was a little long but it was worth it. I will be going again.

We waited 1hr before being seated. No bread until 45 min into the wait. Drinks came slow. 2hrs later food arrived. It was auctioned off like... Prices don't fit the service. Over all Erica's tip was just that..... DO BETTER GIRL!! TUH!!!

We are big fans of The Cheesecake Factory for the food not even the cheesecake, having been to many branches throughout America. The food as ever was amazing and the staff were again as ever great and really friendly. We had a smashing meal at a random mall, bearing in mind we are English and popped to an off the track mall for some extra shopping time whilst in Atlanta. So what went wrong? As we were leaving (after leaving a hefty tip for the excellent service) a table of middle aged ladies decided that they did not like us! Never in my life have I been branded a neo nazi!!!! I am a white 57 year old lady on holiday from the UK with my husband and my two best friends. Yes I have tattoos and don't wear what can be called conventional clothes however I should not be branded a nazi by the ladies that lunch!!!! Spoiled a smashing lunch and they should be ashamed of themselves and take their tutting and pointing else where. No there wasn't a neo nazi convention in town, we flew 10,000 miles round trip to attend Walker Stalker convention. Other than that it was fab!!!

My wife, and I recently dined at the restaurant for an early lunch. The restaurant was sparsely occupied. Our server promptly greeted us, and took our beverage orders. When he returned with our beverages, we placed our food selections. It took about 45 minutes for our orders to arrive at our table. Our food was barely warm, as if it had been sitting around for a while. Our server informed us that he would return to check on us after we received our food, but never did. We have dined at this restaurants on numerous occasions in the past. On those occasions, the service, and food was above average. However, based on our latest visit, I seriously doubt if we will dine there again.

I ordered online Although it was pricey;it was tasty also. My only problem was I had to call into restaurant four times to ask them to bring my food to to curbside. I waited twenty minutes at curbside so my food had started to become cold I

We went on Tuesday night for dinner during spring break week for some local schools (thinking a lot of families are out of town). The restaurant was not crowded and we were seated within 15min or so. However, the service was so slow. Our appetizer literally came out 2 min before our main meal came out. We had to wait for a long time for our dessert to come out as well. The food temperature was just warm and it just didn’t taste that great (except miso salmon-this was still good). This Cheesecake Factory is not the same as it used to be, in our opinion. We as a family agreed that we don’t have to go back there for a while.

Let me start by saying our server, Shannedy, was great. The tamales and drinks were pretty great also. I wish I could say the same about the pasta dishes we had. I ordered the Tomato Basil Pasta and it was less than amazing. The "sauce" was more like diced tomatoes in their natural juices, so nothing to really stick to the pasta and almost impossible to eat with a fork. The chicken it came with was so limited I had to cut it into small pieces just to enjoy it with half of the dish. The mozzarella was cubed and didn't melt into the pasta so it too had to be cut if I wanted the full experience. Not to mention there were only a small handful of cubes to start with. While it said basil, the flavor was missing. In my opinion, this dish would have been better served with a creamy tomato sauce, thin circular slices of mozzarella, enough chicken for the full serving, and fresh basil leaves for that added pop of flavor.

After running up and down the coast for 2 weeks, my wife and I are sea food Out. We were red beans and rice out, we were southern fried chicken and collard greens out, we were shrimp and grits out. We now had a taste for something different, something familiar. What could better represent that than pasta. That thought led us to The Cheesecake Factory. The Cheese Cake Factory...big, bold, boisterous and with a great bar. We started drinking and ordering. I can remember my wife consuming lots of hot bread and butter followed by Pasta Napoletana . It’s quite similar to pasta Bolognese. .I had the classic Pasta Carbonara. But as Emeril Lagasse would say, then I decided to kick it up a notch by adding grilled chicken.. boy, was that the right decision. The food was delicious, the drinks were delicious, our waitress Brianna was delightful and efficient and the whole experience was a welcomed change from our cobble stoned street adventures in historic districts in the last 5 states. Bam!!

Beautiful restaurant for a special occasion. After a visit to American Girl Store, we celebrated at the CF. We had a lovely waitress who was attentive without being intrusive. All food ordered was exceptional. We celebrated my granddaughter 's birthday with cheesecake, icecream & a rendition of "Happy Birthday" by the staff. Granddaughter 's response, "best Birthday ever." Try the Turtle Cheesecake. It is spectacular.

The vegan cobb salad is always everything i need it to be, but a 45 minute wait on a Saturday afternoon sucks. Thankfully the food was worth the wait.

We were just here! One of my most favorite restaurants!!! I ordered a pasta dish of some sort, sorry I forgot exactly which one! Had sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, I think yellow bell peppers and eggplant! I didn't realize I Hated eggplant until I ate it in my pasta! Never again! Was a tad on the dry side as well. Had a very light pesto sauce! I ordered cheesecake to go which was delicious! I'll be back though, this is just one dish! Service is always Great!

We had separate reservations to accommodate our large group. Ladies at hostess stand were very accommodating. Our server was Michelle and although the restaurant was packed and plenty of people were waiting, she took her time with us and was very attentive throughout the meal. Food was maybe a little slow coming out but there were six of us at our table. We go to the Cheesecake Factory in Virginia Beach and the service is no different. Food was good and portions were large. As always, cheesecake outstanding.

Restaurant is very conveniently located at the mall, but is by far not the only restaurant at or near the mall. We had a late mid-week lunch, so no crowds at the mall, just those who knew what to purchase. To get to the point, I had a Kale salad w/ salmon and my spouse had a slice of cheese cake. I forgot which one, but she liked it. I had a bite and it was ok, which actually means "good", as, after all those years, I still measure all these cakes against Juniors in Bklyn. My meal was actually very good. No complaints whatsoever. What i was not impressed with was the service. It doesn't seem to match up with the clean, shiny decor. You would think efficiency. The restaurant was not crowded, yes service was slow. Maybe there's a staffing issue. No matter, we had time so it didn't really become an issue. Food was very good and that's what mattered. By the way they have a very extensive menu with quite a few lunch options, like soup and salads and small pizza combo's etc.

No problem with the food or the service but the hassle of parking and then the wait to eat makes it not worth coming back.

Presentation apparently means nothing to the chef at this place! Food is going up in price and down in portions and taste. My go to dish was bang bang chicken and shrimp. Could barely find the meat! Not sure I will return😔

Great location near the Cumberland Mall. The menu is ginormous and offers an extensive variety. The fun comes in after the main meal with selecting a decadent slice of the best and most diverse cheese cake EVAR!!!!

Food was great, but the server we had was terrible. She quit coming to our table after the food was brought out. Took her 30 min to bring us the check. I watched her go to every other table multiple times, I guess she completely forgot we Were here. Silverware on the table was also very unclean, food spots on each piece of silverware!

We pretty much order the same thing every time - BBQ chicken salad and the Skinnylicious chopped salad. Always good. This time I changed it up and ordered soup/sandwich. Missed my salad! :D LOVE their bread - it's some of the best EVER!

Had dinner at the Cheesecake Factory at this location. When we received our food it was cold, even though it was on hot plates. The waiter apologized, of course, and took our food back to be heated. When food was returned it was only lukewarm and the shrimp - which we both had - was overcooked. At this point we didn’t say anything else. My husband ordered a $35 meal. He only got 3 shrimp, 2 tablespoons of steak cut into squares, and about 3 tablespoons of mashed potatoes. He should have had enough food to take some home. The steak was tuff and over cooked. Mine was at best just ok given the shrimp was over cooked. When the waiter came back to the table, we told him our disappointment. Of course he apologized again and said he would get the manager. When the manager finally came, we went over the scenario again snd explained our disappointment to him. The only thing he said was “I’m sorry. I will talk to my kitchen manager”, and then walked off. Was this all he could offer? In other words he blew us off. He didn’t offer anything to compensate us. Our bill was over $65 plus a tip to the waiter. Thanks to the waiter, we were given one slice of cheesecake. I guess that was a peace offering. The waiter was kind and did whatever he could while his boss is a jerk. I love the Cheesecake Factory but this visit put a bad taste in my mouth. I don’t know when I’ll return to a Cheesecake Factory, if ever.

My wife and I visited your establishment on 1/30/24 for our 8th wedding anniversary. I wanted this visit to be extra special because this was the first time in five years that we have been able to go out to a restaurant due to my health issues which include 26 surgeries since 2016 beginning 7-1/2 months after we said "I Do!" When we entered the restaurant we were promptly greeted and seated within five minutes. Also, our server was very attentive, but that is where it stops. My wife ordered the fried shrimp platter and I ordered Chicken Marsala with a side salad. My wife's food had no taste to it and was completely bland as if no seasonings had been used and my had no taste either. I added salt to try and enhance the taste but also to no avail. We were both totally disappointed with our food, but paid our check with no problem. I sent an email to The Cheesecake Factory Corporate Headquarters the same day of our visit as a courtesy, but as of 2/3/24, I haven't received a response and that is why I am posting publicly. S. Paul

Food and service was great, even though they were busy. Wait time, not too bad. Drove two and a half hours to eat there because that's the closest one to where I live. It was definitely worth it!!

I visited the restaurant for dinner, the craft beers are very good, beyond the cheescake menu, which is quite large, the menu is broad and offers several options for any person.

Typical Cheesecake factory restaurant. Came in at peak dinner time, & sat in bar area table. comfortable seating & enjoyable ambiance. Waiter was very attentive & provided great service.

Went with some colleagues from work. Beverages and appetizers were good. Bread was very good. Meal service was very slow, more than an hour after ordering and the peak restaurant rush was passed. Food came out barely warm, pasta and chicken were dry. Others at my table commented food wasn't hot and chicken sandwich had a fish taste. Told waiter of my desire to return my meal and he said he would get the manager. 10 minutes later with no response approached hostess stand asking for help, waited another 10 minutes. Appeared that the manage was on an apology tour. Evidently we weren't the only table with an issue. Manager only compensated for the one bad meal. Nothing else for poor service. Don't recommend this restaurant.

We tried to dine in on a Sunday. We were told 30 to 45 minute wait. We waited 30 minutes and went to inquire how much longer and she said 45 minutes! We were told that half hour ago!! So we left. Then a few days later we decided to just order carryout. We called and was immediately placed on hold. twenty minutes later we hung up and called back to tell them no one ever came to the phone. She then put us on hold again for another five minutes. When we finally placed our order we were told 15 to 20 minutes and our food would be ready for pick up. An hour later we were still waiting in the restaurant for our carry out order. No apologies were offered. Worst customer service ever! Will NOT be going back. When we got home with our food, we discovered it was cold...and it was only a five minute drive back to our place.

Stopped in with friends for dinner and drinks. We were not disappointed! Service was outstanding and the food and drinks were excellent. Service was prompt and all food arrived piping hot and well presented.

April 2 was to be my first experience dinning at this restaurant to celebrate my son's birthday and it didn't happen due to lack of compassion from the restaurant manager Michael. I had a party of 10 but the online reservation system only allowed for 6 people! Since I figured this would a problem, I called and attempted to get assistance with this and my son whom was to celebrate his birthday also made a trip to this location in person prior to inquire on our party accommodation being tht this would be our 1st visit. We arrived and was told tht to accommodate for our 10 guests, I would have to give up my reserved table for 6 and wait 2 hrs and 30 mins for a larger table. I am a former hostess in a major restaurant and I am very aware tht wait times can fluctuate when guests are coming and going. However, Michael continued to make us wait although we waited the 2 hrs and 30 mins as he knew it was my son's birthday from my prior reservation and showed no empathy for our struggles and did not justify the fact that I wasn't able to book a solid reservation for more than 6 ppl. I think its absolutely frustrating and unnecessary to tell guests to come in on the day of an event with the possibility of assured seating only to discover no accommodations can be made even though we checked in advance. This experience was disappointing.

Impeccable service and food! I can be a bit hard to impress as I was in the restaurant industry for many years. I can’t say enough about how great my recent experience at this restaurant was. The server was top notch and the food delicious. I had the steak tacos and would highly recommend dining at this establishment.

Waited 2hrs 4 of us no were for you to sit .or stand without. the staff constantly. Needing you to move..my drink 4 times at 8 a pop.not that great a lot of ice...finally we sat the bread very crusty on the outside .not warm .to even melt the butter ordered margarita pizza .. a American burger...14 and change .steak and shake way better .....got carrot cheese cake Small portion 8.50....listen go to Marietta dinner .50 times better bigger portions..way bigger and better cheese cake ..will never go back.

We only got cheesecake to go, but it was amazing as always. We were able to walk from the Sheraton and take it back to our room to enjoy.

We really wanted pasta and came to the right place. The wheat bread was good and the service was great. The custom made the pasta I wanted and never had to ask for a refill. All around great experience.

This is my third trip to a CFin three different cities, but best experience out of the 3. Our waitress Sirina was courteous, helpful and warm. The food was delicious, I had the Reislling Chicken. Great taste, with an amazing light sauce that created it. Can't remember what my husband ordered, but I know he was pleased as well. We were too full for dessert, but left satisfied.

Having just returned from an overseas deployment, my wife and I drove to Atlanta to meet our daughter and a couple of her friends from university, and ended up going to The Cheesecake Factory for dinner. Service was quick, even with COVID-19 restrictions. Our meals came promptly, and the server kept our drinks refilled without us having to even ask. As always, the food was excellent. We live several hours from Atlanta, or any other city with a Cheesecake Factory; so we make this one of our regular stops anytime we make it to Atlanta.

Located in the Cumberland Mall. Parking at lunch time was a challenge to find. This Cheesecake Factory wasn’t busy on a Friday lunch. Food was filling and service was friendly.

We were celebrating my husbands birthday and I let him choose where I'd take him. Our server was very nice and the food was good.

First time at this location. It looks just like the others and waiting time was very short. We longer to see our waiter than to get a table. that was the only negative thing. Food is amazing!! love eating here.

They brought us bread and butter which was nice. My wife and I ordered flame broiled burgers and fries. It came fresh, hot and in reasonable time.

Extremely slow service on my recent visit. It took 30 minutes to get a basic lunch salad with bread. The salad was fresh and tasty. The slow service did not make this visit enjoyable

Our server Brianna C. don't know what means customer and service. Sadly, she disappear many times and somebody had to take care of us. We ordered two (2) skinny hamburgers after lunch time (the restaurant was 10% capacity). We wait over 25 minutes to get our food but others around got their food in less than 15 minutes. The restaurant is dirty, tables, chairs, rugs, and smells pretty bad. I don't recommend it. We will never go back.

Amazing food. Very slow service as it was a Sunday lunchtime but staff were polite and couldn't do enough to help. Major problem......what cheesecake to have !!!

Everyone's meal was ok, service was ok, they sat another table of people practically on top of us. Overall just disappointing, especially when we saw the price. We won't be back.

The menu of course is the same and the service was good. But the food was a little disappointing as it wasn't quite flavorful or as good as it is at some of the other locations. The lettuce wraps were awesome. But the rest of the food we had was just ok.

You'll never go wrong with your selections from the appetizers to the entree' to the desserts. Can't be too calorie-conscious when eating here, but it is worth every calorie.

For a busy Saturday Afternoon, our waitress was on point with her service and attention. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and knew what some people wanted by how the described it. The sweet tea was actually sweet and definitely to my liking. I enjoyed the Korean BBQ Chicken and brown rice. Definitely will be returning for that. My roadside sliders were also good. The only downside to this whole outing was how the restroom looked. Now I know that falls on us customers as well but management should check it out to make sure its gets attention throughout the service hours so others customers don’t get turned off by the appearance. Love The Cheesecake Factory

Wife and I were in Atlanta for a concert and went to the Cheesecake Factory for lunch. She had he Cuban and I had the chicken salad sandwich. Both were good. The coconut nut cheesecake was delicious and the server was nice and astute.

We've eaten in many Cheesecake Factories in many states and this was one of the best meals we've had! Add always I ordered the Classic burger and my wife ordered the chicken Bellagio. My burger was cooked perfectly medium rare as requested. Massive, juicy, amazing flavour on the outside and plenty of melty cheese on top. I'm not a fan of fries as I find them a bit boring so I got the green salad instead with ranch sauce. Big portion of fresh salad and perfect for taking breaks from eating the massive burger! My wife's chicken Bellagio was really good. Add always massive portion. Perfectly cooked pasta, plenty of sauce and a lot of lovely coated chicken. The server was very efficient and friendly and can't complain about anything at all. Highly recommend this Cheesecake Factory!

This place is the WORST!! They don’t check their online pick up orders so check your bag before you leave... EVEN if it’s sealed. Called back and wanted what I ordered and asked for a small piece of cheesecake for having to drive back to get my correct order and Amy, the manager and the young lady who walked the food out to the car had a awful and unprofessional attitude. Would expect more from the manager and her attitude.

We had to request change of seating two times! We requested a booth but the hostess wasn't very friendly! Food ok but again we should not have to keep requesting refills!

We stopped here to get cheesecake to go. They had many wonderful flavors to pick from! We got quick and friendly service, and the cheesecake was wonderful!

When we got there, the wait wasn't too bad. Our server did a good job, the food portions are huge (as well they should be for the price), and the cheesecake was all delicious. There wasn't anything particularly amazing about our experience, but nothing went wrong either. Overall, it was a nice dinner and we will return.

Met some friends here last night for dinner. This location is not in my neighborhood but was convenient for our out-of-town guests. Cheesecake is always a good choice because there is something for everyone on the menu...even picky eaters. We ordered the Fried Zucchini and Chicken Marsala. One of our friends had the Chicken Piccata and the other friends had Grilled Salmon. Everyone was happy and full!! We all had the dessert of our choice and were happy again. They have added some new menu items on the regular menu as well as new Cheesecakes but we all have our favorites on the menu. Service was very good. Being a Monday night, it wasn't as noisy as other nights so we could at least hear our conversations. I'm sure we will be back again when our friends come through Atlanta again. It has a nice ambiance at this location. Parking is always busy but they do have valets. Also, outside is a very nice fountain with relaxing benches around to enjoy.

Had a great time and the food was great! Service was spot on and they were very attentive! It was a good place to bring the family and eat a Sunday meal.

Every time I eat at this Cheesecake Factory I have diarrhea and upset stomach!! Ate twice there August and September 2024. First time no call to the restaurant. But the second visit after the same symptoms I called and asked for the manager. A woman came to the phone. I explained my bad experience and symptoms. Her reply: “No one else has called complaining but thank you for letting me know”. She took my phone number and name and said “if anyone else calls, we’ll be in touch”!! NO APOLOGY nor offer of a resolution!! I then called Cobb County being connected to someone who took my complaint about my 2 illnesses after eating at that Cheescake Factory. ADVISE to PATRONS- Call the restrictions you have fallen I’ll after eating there!!!

Service was awful. Not only was it slow, but it was inaccurate. Son liked his orange chicken, mom liked her potatoes soup, dad had Cesar chicken salad. The bill was $70.00. Cake for bday boy to go. The wait was 40 minutes then another hour before we actually got food. Started with one waiter, ended with another. Been there done that. We could never go back. People everywhere. Ugh. Packed in there like a puppy mill.

I enjoy dining here on special occasions. It's a little pricey so not a restaurant I can afford to go on a regular basis. The portions are large and they have over 60 flavors of cheesecake which is the best part. Try to go early as they typically have a long wait during peak times.

2 of us ate out for business on a Monday night not crowded. Vast menu. I had Cashew Chicken extra spicy. It was Great. Other part had past carbanaro with chicken and shrimp. He said it was great. Both had desert both cheesecakes were very good. Great place to eat most any kind of food.

My husband goes to the eye doctor down the street. This is always our treat for having to drive in Atlanta traffic from Chattanooga. Chicken Marsala and Godiva Cheesecake is well worth it. The service is always excellent which is a plus, and the fact that the Cumberland Mall is connected makes every trip better.

I know this is a Busy Restaurant especially on weekends but just about everything went wrong except for the Server. The server was personable and good at his job. However, the wait time to get a table is extremely long even if you have a reservation. We ordered several different meals and each plate a problem. The Two Grand Burrito dishes we ordered were tasteless, no flavor at all, no seasoning, just bland. And the Black Beans came out cold. We sent them back only to get another serving of cold Beans. The Orange Chicken came out with some sort of gel on it, which means it was not prepared properly. The person who ordered this dish has had it before and knew it was prepared wrong, so he sent it back. The manager came over, saw it, and agreed to send it back. Twenty minutes later the dish arrived again but was still not prepared as it should be. The plate was not comped by the manager, and he did not come back to see if it was prepared correctly. The NY Steak was charred and not medium well-cooked as asked for. The mash potatoes were cold, and the salad is just not worth talking about. The Shepards Pie was bland in taste and too much cheese on top. The only thing I can say was good is the Bread served before the meal. I don't know who was cooking but it is not an experienced Chef and Sou Chef or the cooking staff. I won't be back! Too much money wasted on a dining experience.

Do not wear your Vietnam Veteran hat if you take your wife for her 82nd birthday at Cheesecake Factory. It will be over an hour before you get your meal & it will be the cold & the wrong food. If you refuse the cold meal, you will get a free cheesecake.

The selection of pancake rolls are amazing, love them every time! Cannot best the Cheesecake Factory for menu choice - always one of my go to favourites!

Visited late Friday night with a friend. Surprised to find there was no wait and place was filled. Ordered a blood orange mojito that a great. Decided on ordering from the small plates section on menu. Had the chicken samosas, flat bread and stuffed mushroom all were delicious. There service was friendly will come back for another late nite dinning.

This was my first time visiting the cheesecake factory! The food was delicious. We sat out on the patio and the weather was pleasant, even though it was in July! Will definitely visit again!

Love any Cheesecake Factory and this one was no exception. The amount of food you get for the price is an exceptional value and service is always great. Love it

A good friend and I met here on a Thursday night at 6:20 for dinner. Our waiter took almost 10 minutes to greet us, drinks(water and a tea) took another 9 minutes. We ordered as quickly as possible; I ordered Miso Salmon, and asked it not be cooked above Medium, and extra sake sauce on the side. My friend ordered a salad with the dressing on the side. We also asked for just the oatmeal and molasses(or brown bread). So our food came, the food runner brought it without the dressing for the salad or the extra sauce for me. Still no bread. I stick my fork in the salmon, and it is well done and fishier than it should be. I believe it must taste so strong because it is over cooked I am able to wave down our server to tell him we don’t have dressing for my friend’s salad, my salmon is way over medium temperature and no sauce on side, and how about our bread? He grabs my plate and asks if I want another one less cooked. Well yes, I don’t want to have just tea for dinner. So I wait and she waits still for dressing. Finally, our server comes with bread, and hands us a basket that is 2/3 sourdough bread and one small piece of the brown bread. I remind him we only wanted the brown bread, and he says that if we really want more brown bread, he’ll bring it later. We never received it. My re-fired salmon cam back, and the food runner commented that she just had brought our food, and I asked her how that salad dressing was coming along since we had been waiting now 15 minutes for it, and AGAIN asked for the extra sauce for my salmon. Salmon was cooked correctly however this piece too was extremely fishy and didn’t taste fresh. Rice was very dry for rice, and at this point I pretty much gave up on a decent meal. Never did get the sauce, and we just sort of picked at our food bc it just wasn’t good. We asked for a check because we had an 8:00 appointment and were going to be late now. During all of the food being a complete mess, our server got a table of 8 or 10 people, and we immediately became an afterthought for him. Of course, bigger tip there and guaranteed 18%(although I always leave 20% or more based on performance). It took another 10 minutes to get a check, and the POS system was 5 feet from our table, and 3 feet from the large party. No bueno. He asked if we wanted cheesecake and I almost laughed in his face. The Cheesecake Factory’s food and service has definitely gone way downhill since I began patronizing them 20 years ago. It is a glorified Applebee’s at this point. It is the third bad meal I have had at this location, and the 5th overall out of 5 visits to one of their stores. It is way overrated at this point.

We went there before a Sunday Braves game. Went about 11am. We were able to get breakfast or lunch. Both were awesome. We always love the cheesecake. We don't have one where we live so we always plan a visit when there is one when we travel!!

The food here is excellent. The place was crowded, but the wait was well worth it. Service was fast and friendly

Our luggage was delayed when we arrived in Atlanta. Not wanting to risk it never making it to our hotel in Hilton Head, some 4h 30m drive away, we decided to wait in Atlanta for our luggage. So how do you spend 4 hours waiting for your bags to arrive? Go have a really nice late lunch/early dinner. So we braved the Atlanta traffic (Thursday afternoon), got in our rental car, and off we go. As this chain of restaurant is one of our favorites, it met our expectations. Good service, great food. And our luggage arrived on time, and we had a great time in Hilton Head!!

We had lunch here on a very slow day, food was good cheesecake was very good service was so fast it was not as enjoyable as previous visits

First, this is a beautiful Cheesecake Factory. High ceilings, beautiful decorations and large dining room. The have an expansive menu and all the food is good, if not excellent. My only complaint, it is too dark. Almost every table, the people used their smart phone flashlights to read the menu. When I asked, the lame excuse was that celebrities would come in so they keep the place dark. Really? You keep it dark all the time on the chance that a celebrity might walk in the door? Turn up the lights. Other than that I really enjoyed our visit there.

The wait wasn't bad, and the food came out pretty quick...our waitress was very nice..but the food was very average..it wasn't bad but that good either..but the Cheesecake is great..we sat in like an open booth so i was sitting next to a complete stranger so that kinda took away some of romantic part of it..but all and all it was ok

I love the Cheesecake Factory, but the choices overwhelm me. We had about a 45-minute wait for table which is expected, so we decided to review the menu to be more prepared when it came time to order. Our host made conversation on the way to table and asked if we had a favorite entree or decided on something different. On this day, I decided to go with the Shrimp with Angel Hair. He recommended substituting the mashed potatoes for angel hair pasta. I was a little hesitant because I love angel hair pasta. However, I went with his suggestion. It was over the top. The combination of flavors with the potatoes was excellent. I will definitely order again. Unfortunately, the server was sub-par. He was not attentive to our table - waited for refills, forgot to bring requested condiments, etc.

i am a server at the cheesecake factory and ive been denied the correct number to file a complaintaint against the management at the cumberland mall location. please inform me of the correct number so i may get justice. 2177868330

As you might expect, the desserts are outstanding. They have more than just cheesecake but they certainly have many varieties. Very extensive menu. Something for everyone. A little pricey. They now actually have a lower calorie section for the menu....quite shocking for a typically high calorie place like here. Food was all very good. This restaurant gets very crowded with waits often over an hour. Service was average at best.

Good service, entire time had nats & flys flying around us. The restaurant itself is filthy. Would not recommend.

This Cheesecake Factory location is the worst! The food quality, the service...are all terrible! I tried giving them a chance and they fail each and every time! I ordered salmon this past time, it was dry as ever and did not have any seasoning on it at all! The broccoli was burnt the first time I got it, and the second time I got it, it was under cooked and had a funny taste! I am done with this location, as they can never seem to get it right. Also, be aware of the online ordering because if you check the box for the sides, you will not get them, when you would think that means you would get them...

We ate at Maggiano's next door and only got cheesecake to go, but the service was good, atmosphere was good, and the cheesecake was delicious!

Our server, Anthony was awesome and made some great recommendations, especially the eggroll sampler! Also, kudos to the bartender for the Well Mannered Dirty Martini.

The few times I have eaten here have been awesome. Last night, I had the fried shrimp; it was delicious! Of course, the chocolate mousse cheesecake was the finality of a great dinner.

We had a party of 15 and waited a little over two hours, mainly because the restaurant says they don’t take reservations for large groups. Our 12 year old grandson specifically requested Cheesecake Factory. So we went, put our name in and waited. We were finally seated and started our dining experience. Our waiter was by himself for a party of 15. That was uncalled for at a fancier restaurant like Cheesecake Factory. He was a very professional server, but you can tell he was overworked. We put in our orders. Two people ordered the same menu item, “parmigiana crusted chicken”. All the rest ordered their food. Our Birthday Boy lives the Club sandwich which he ordered. About 20 minutes later, the waiter comes out to explain that they ran out of the parmigiana crusted chicken. There were new orders made as replacements. After another ten minutes, the manager comes out to explain that they have ran out of the fixings for the Club Sandwich. She seemed unaware of our having the issues with the chicken. Our waiter was very visibly upset and took the manager aside to apparently explain our problems with menus items. We finally got our food, we are a family who has had many people who have worked in the service and restaurant business before. Do, we understand that things do happen. My only real complaint was that the manager never came to apologize for the problems nor did she ever offer to comp any part of the bill as a gesture of contrition. We never complained nor were we stingy on the waiter’s tips. (It had nothing to do with him or his service) I am only reporting this here, to let others know that at the Cumberland Mall Cheesecake Factory, the service is still good but the Manager has a lot to learn. Just as a point of information, we have been big fans of Cheesecake Factory since we went to the Boca Raton restaurant way back in the 1990s

Went Saturday night for a friend's birthday- just 4 of us. Of course they were packed, any place would be during dinner on a Saturday. Luckily the high tops are first come, first serve, so that's where we sat. It was defn crowded for the 4 of us- really should be no more than 3 at a high top- but we were hungry. First- there menu is TOO big. Yes- it ALL sounded delicious, but I have a hard enough time making food decisions. While I was reading their novel of a menu, they brought 2 types of bread with butter. YUM. The wheat bread it where it's at. We went though about 3 of them. Finally I decided on a combo of Steak Diane and Chicken Merina. Why I went with 2 dishes that had mushrooms- no idea. BUT- they were both delicious. The chicken was my favorite. Came with mashed potatoes. They were good- but nothing to write home about. The cocktails looked good- but I didn't have one. Maybe another time. The portions were HUGE. Biggest mistake I made- I did not order any cheesecake to go. Now, I have to go back....hmmm maybe on Friday. I do have an office close to there- maybe I will try lunch. I will be back for sure. Try it out. Order a few different things.

This is my umpteenth visit to a Cheesecake Factory and I love it’s dependable menu and quality. This is a good branch of the chain and service was excellent Not normally a fan of national chains but this one is just too good! Cinnabon cheesecake, the Brussels sprouts and chicken pot stickers were my highlights .... oh and those lemon drop cocktails are a dream!

As always this restaurant delivered!! Everything was so delicious. Our waiter, Sandy done a great job of getting our every need. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

I went here on January 9th for my birthday celebration and the food was not up to expectations, which is sad because I had just visited a couple of months ago and the food was fabulous, but this time it was terrible. Now don't get me wrong the waiter was awesome. He was very attentive and on his A game, but my guest food was unacceptable. All the pasta dishes were not cooked to expectations and all my guest had to return their food. I was upset about this because it messed up the atmosphere of my celebration. I would only recommend the drinks and cheesecake. The mangers didn't have the best attitude either. I will not go back to this location again. Please do better.

I ordered the fish tacos. For a Wednesday night, we were able to get seated right away. The service was good. Our waitress was very friendly. We all took a box back to our room because the servings were so generours. All the people at my table enjoyed their meals.

I went twice during my stay. I did to go order. The are friendly but service was not that great either times. The cheesecakes is still great!

Our waiter kept bending down and whispering to us which caught me off guard. We ordered brunch food and my tacos dorados had an egg on top which had over 5 pieces of eggshell in it. We arrived at 11:02, had a 10 minute wait even though the restaurant was empty and then did not get our food until 12:20. I do not recommend this location. Cheesecake was in point, though.

The cheesecake factory has been around long enough that you know what to expect and this one did not disappoint. Good enough service, great atmosphere, and wonderful recipes. A bit overpriced though.

We had a nice casual meal before the Braves game. Two of us had shrimp and pasta(2 different ways) and two had chicken dishes. All were flavorful and nicely plated. Our server was excellent. We finished with the great Cheesecake. We avoided the crowds at the restaurants at Sun Trust Park.

went for an early dinner- about 4pm, place was already packed out the door. They said the wait would be 20-25 mins. After 45 minutes my husband inquired again. 15 minutes later we were seated, No one came to our table for 15 minutes. Then a male server said to us- You have been here awhile let me get your drink order and find out where your server is. When he comes back with the drinks he has a girl with him who states Dont know who you were assigned to but it wasn't me. I just came on. Ok- We then ordered and waited around with empty drinks - after 30 minutes she comes with the food and says do you need anything else and we all say refills please. Food was average- not great- not bad. somewhat pricey. Then we ordered the cheesecake and it was very good. I am not impressed with the place but will come for cheesecake only, not another meal.

Service at Cheesecake Factory is always on point. We went for brunch and the creme brulee french toast did not disappoint. The chicken salad had to be sent back because of the very strong ginger dressing. The manager took it off of the bill and handled the situation well. It won't stop me from returning.

Definitely make a reservation if you are dining in... otherwise the wait can be as long as an hour. Great deserts

You really can get pretty much any style of food from American to Italian to Thai and others so if you can’t find what you want you really need to try harder. It’s a very elegant building with low lighting in the evening. The “background” music can be a little intrusive. The jambalaya was (unusually) served with pasta rather than rice but maybe it’s supposed to. Not the cheapest ever at over $50 for two mains. Enjoyed the place and would be happy to go again.

We came here to celebrate, and were totally let down. After calling ahead, and waiting 20 minutes, they tried to seat our slightly larger party of 5 at a table for 4. Sure, we could have crammed ourselves in, but we never could have moved afterward or eaten comfortably. After arguing with the hostess about seating 5 people at a table clearly for 4, and apparently being put at the end of the wait list, and finding several larger tables for 6 available - 2 against the pretty back wall, they kept telling us these other tables were not ready - for 30 minutes. Black and Asian parties came in after us, and were seated there. They finally sat our white party in the very back, darkest corner of the restaurant. We could barely see our menus and food. It took 15 minutes just to get a waitress. She was very kind, but hardly attended to us until the end, when it was time for her tip. We were so disappointed with the service (it took us almost 3 hours to get out of there), we chose to skip the cheesecake we came for, and went elsewhere. We would rather drive to Alpharetta than subject ourselves to this again.

It was super busy and still my food was great. My salmon was way better at this location than the location in chicago

Recently went there to celebrate my sister's birthday at Sunday Brunch. I ordered the brulee french toast and ham. I no issueswoth my food however my sister's potatoes were so overcooked. They looked like little black balls!! Others in our party of 15 did not enjoy their meals as well. I realize our party was rather large, but the service was very slow. The person sitting next to me had to request a coffee refill several times before she got fresh coffee. Additionally, the flatware in my napkin and that of the person next to me was dirty! We had to ask for a new setup. The ole Cheesecake Factory ain't what it used to be.

You can expect pretty much the same level of service and food at any CF you find. The portions are HUGE so if you are a normal person go for the small plates or expect a large doggie box. You don't go here if you care about calorie counting - leave it at the door!

My husband and I stop at this restaurant twice a year on our trips to and from Florida. This restaurant never disappoints. We arrived at a busy time but we put our names down for the first available table. We were seated outside. We only had to wait about 10 minutes. Our orders were taken quickly. Our drinks arrived and our meals followed shortly thereafter. The portion sizes are very adequate (sometimes too much) and the prices are reasonable for what you get (although alcoholic beverages can be pricey). If you cannot eat a piece of cheesecake, get it to go - that is what we do. They do not disappoint and you don't want to miss out. There is plenty of parking.

We decided to go to the Cheesecake Factory for lunch before shopping. So many choices around the mall, this was a mistake, we picked the wrong restaurant. The restaurant was busy but no line at the door. We were seated pretty fast, as soon we were seated, our waiter came and we ordered a glass of wine, he took a long time for the wine to come over 15 minutes, our waiter disappeared, finally he came to our table with water and bread and again left before we could give him our order, we have to call him from another table where he was chichatting, From the time we ordered the food and the food arrived the timing was fine (our server was not the one delivering the food a runner did it). The portion for my wife was large, with my order, the food was a little blend. When we asked our server to present us with our bill, again he took sometimes. Near us a large table and two other small size tables departed and then came the bus person to clean these tables, the same towel was used to wipe these tables which is a little alarming to us.

Cheesecake Factory has been my go chain for 3 decades. Decor is nice. Colors and lighting make you look your best! Patios are small considering chain popularity. Ample staff, pleasant & knowledge. Perhaps a tad more attention to detail. Ensure a full service is plased in napkin. Waiters glance table for missing items, site immediate delivery. Bring your glasses because the menu is vast. Live dangerously, order dessert 1st. Food doesn't disappoint. Heck, if you can't make up your mind, order the 2nd choice to go. Drinks are SOLID. Lol. You'll never receive a Margarita or Mojito tasting like a Dakari. Bartenders are well trained. Female bathroom was a mess. Slight odor detected. Each stall had paper scraps on floor. Full bowl. Paper products were not in short supply. Expect to see continued attention to detail & anticipation upon return.

Very disappointed in the shrimp and chicken jambalaya. Very dry, not an ounce of sauce, tasteless, mostly children, few shrimp. Server couldn't get the bills right. Wouldn't have minded the 2.5 hour wait had it been worth it. Two strikes, Cheesecake factory, I'm out.

I am speech impaired and had issues calling into Cheesecake Factory at Cumberland. When I finally got through, Tiffany-manager came to my rescue and gave me World Class Service need for my order. Tiffany, not only listen to me but was patient and kind. Of course, my order (whole tuxedo chocolate cheesecake) was delicious. Thank you Tiffany and I will be back to your location for business. To make it simple customer service sucked. The waitress took at least two hours to give us our check just wasted time. Limited menu based on shortage. The quality of food was not even mediocre. The manager had to refund our meals due to dry and burnt burger and chicken parmesan sandwich, along with the time we had to wait. It was our first and unpleasant experience we had at The Chessecake Factory at this location. We won't be attending this again.

Stayed at the Renaissance across the street and went here for Black Friday Dinner, and the service was incredible! Was told a 20 minute wait, and it wasn't even close to 20 mins they were so good. Plus, we took advantage of their buy a gift card and get two cheesecakes for free; therefore, we can't wait till the new year to use them! Our server/food was the best! WE really enjoyed the atmosphere, waiters/waitresses, and my whole family enjoyed each meal we got! I had the crispy chicken sandwich (thanks to the waiter who patiently took my order, as I am very picky with my food) but that has to be the best crispy chicken sandwich I have ever had! Thanks again Cheesecake Factory as you are still my favorite restaurant!

Today I ordered their veggie burger and specifically asked if it is made fresh as I wanted to feed my 14 month old.. they said they make it fresh. I did not realize when it was hot but once it was cold I could smell rotten patty and it was even sticky... I am really worried about food poisoning for my 14 month old.. Make sure you don’t order this item in the menu ever again..

I love the cheesecake! I always try to stop at the Cheesecake Factory when out of town since o don’t have one near me. Was on business and co- workers and I drove 30 mins to the store. Food was good, but Service was slow. We were there for 2 hours just for entree, brought cheesecake back with us

There's nothing much to complaint about this restaurant. I like their food. But, they are very slow in serving the food.
Dinner at conference
Overall the wait here is bad. We tried one night. 1 1/2 hr wait. We tried the next night about 30 minutes. Our waitress was excellent. I had Reese cup cheesecake to go. Best part. Honestly the cheesecake by far is the reason to eat here.
