The servers were great, the food is ok, I don’t know, maybe because its just too busy and crowded. The cheesecake is definitely something to look forward but the pasta that I got is not delish at all.

If you want food that is good and not terribly expensive, try this restaurant. Don't overeat, you should save room for a piece of cheesecake. I don't usually order dessert after a late meal, but the cheesecake is really good.

Joined some friends for lunch at The Cheesecake Factory last week. Ordered from the lunch special menu and it was very good. Plan to take my wife there for dinner soon.

We always like to eat at a Cheesecake Factory as they always have great food and service. The only negative I found at this location and others is they need to check their bathrooms more often and clean them but otherwise it was great.

Both the service and food were great, I personally had the Thai lettuce wraps great flavor and just the right amount of food to leave room for dessert. Had the bowl of strawberries, and friends had the pineapple upside down cheesecake and a chocolate cheesecake of course we all shared.

Great food and excellent service by our server Jacob. Thank You Jacob for taking such good care of us. The food is of an upper end quality and with a very professional presentation.Highly recommend this spot and we will definitely be back.

I ate lunch here on a Friday with a couple of friends. I had not gone to a Cheesecake Factory location in quite a while, but I was given a gift card which I used for this meal. Pros - convenient location in the mall with outside entrance. Clean. Friendly service. Not too noisy. Cons - quality of food. I had a smash burger with sweet potato fries. The burger was so greasy, it made the brioche bun soggy. I was constantly having to wipe my fingers on my napkin. Unfortunately, the napkin was so thin that the grease came through onto my pants. We got a piece of Mango key lime cheesecake to share. To my way of thinking, the crust was too thick and dense. It was hard to cut. And the key lime flavor was not very potent. And bathroom was small. A lady in a walker was ahead of me and she had problems navigating the entrance to the stall. Conclusion, if someone gives me another gift card, I will return to Cheesecake Factory, but I will order something different.

Been to a few of these and they have always been good. Venue was nice and the service was good but found the food not up to the usual standard I've had before.

Perfect lunch with the Family. Delicious bread, and meals with huge portions. Well worth the money. Plenty of menu selections as well as dessert flavors. Restaurant was comfortable and the service was very good too. I will be coming back often. Thanks Guys.

This was the first time we dined at this location. It was delicious! There was a wait but if was not long before we were seated. The waiter was pleasant and always making sure our glasses were kept full of tea. Food was wonderful and the bread they bring to the table is a basket of sourdough/french bread and a dark wheat that is delicious. The food was great but the deserts are fabulous! So many cheesecakes and cakes to choose from. My favorite is the Red Velvet Cheese cake. My husband's is the Carrot Cake. Each served with fresh whipped topping. Get an extra piece or two to take home!

I've eaten the 'classic' burger in many Cheesecake Factory locations in many states and it's still the best burger I've ever had from any restaurant in any country! Massive, juicy, blackened in the outside with a lovely taste. I've had very few issues and today was no exception. Cooked medium as requested and as good as it always is. Yes it's more expensive than other burger restaurants but due to the size and quality it's well worth it. Note - the classic burger is bigger and better than the other burgers on their menu which is why I always recommend the classic burger to friends. We also shared the fried macaroni appetiser which we've had previously and are very nice. Gooey cheesy pasta in a lovely deep fried casing. Much more filling than they look! We also tried the cheeseburger spring rolls as we've never had them before, however I would not recommend them. We had to send the first lot back as they were not very warm. The second portion arrived quickly and were definition hotter, but very quickly the meat at the open ends cooled down. They were very greasy and although the meat tasted ok there was a greasy mushy texture to them. Save your money (and appetite) for dessert instead! As always the service was great. Our server was very efficient and polite and we never felt rushed. We felt like we could have stayed sitting at the table for hours after we finished eating and no one would have minded. Thanks for another amazing experience!

I have to say for the price you are paying for these dishes, they should at least bring out the food hot. I had ordered the chicken and biscuits dinner, and the biscuits were cold. Like if they had been sitting out for a very long time. The fork my wife had was dirty. When they brought a couple of waters out for us, my wife drank the water. As she was putting the glass down, she noticed one side extremely dirty (see picture). Since it's dark, it was hard to notice it right of way. Needless to say, I won't be going back to this location nor was I satisfied with the food. It was overpriced crap.

Nice and clean is always a plus! The menu has so much to choose from with a wide variety. Of coarse National Cheesecake day was crazy busy so we just ordered cheesecake to go! I've only eaten the chocolate turtle pecan and it has always been delicious. Maybe next time I'll try something new!

Hands down one of the best restaurants in Austin regarding cleanliness, service, food preparation, and overall taste. It's not fancy, inexpensive for the portion size ($15 for a huge Cobb salad) and you are getting a certain standard as all Cheesecake Factories are identical in these aspects (a modern diner). Huge menu, great descriptions and try a piece of cheesecake which there are many options to be had. No reservations here so show up at least 1 hour prior to your desired time.

The server was great but the food was cold as if it sat on the warmer... the bread was, how can I put this delicately? White people bread and butter. The drink we were served had entirely too much syrup in it thusfor making it hard to consume.

Unfortunately they don't take reservations, so our party of 8 could only put our name on the waiting list. 45 minutes later, we were seated. The service was excellent and the food was pretty good too. Not too many food choices at this mall and this looked to be the only restaurant that we could see.

A two hour wait and then to be handed a list of meals they were out of. So we picked other items they had not run out of. By the time our food arrived we were both VERY hungry and did not send our food back , because it was barely warm. Both the men's and woman's rest room were in very bad shape. We love Cheesecake Factory and eat at the Brea California location couple time a year. This location needs help

Think elementary school cafeteria....after someone got sick and they cleaned it up. We had to move and sit outside. Every time the door would open, we could smell the inside of the restaurant. I couldn’t finish my meal because of it. The server said they’ve had numerous complaints and can’t figure it out. Food was standard. Servers were really nice but the fact that I was sick to my stomach the rest of the day gives this place- a one. FYI- my staff was sick too. It was really bad.

Ok we love this chain and try to go wherever we are when we travel and so it maybe me but the last three that I have visited in three different states all have great food and rather lame service. I am not high maintenance but needing fluid in order to swallow is a big deal for me. Asked for more bread and got it when we were finished with dinner....Asked when our food came out....anyway...we will continue to eat here but will continue to have low expectations for service.

I used to love Cheesecake Factory but I can definitely tell the quality and taste has dropped drastically. Greasy smaller portions and way overpriced for what you get. Unfortunate

we had a party of nine and arrived about 11a.m 5/12/2019. we had an hour wait, expected, and spent a total of 3hrs. the decor is pretty, the food mediocre and of course the cheesecake was great. we had chicken pot pie which was loaded with rosemary and lunch serving of meatloaf, not recommended. others in the party had shrimp, hamburger, spaghetti and pizza. all was eatable but bland.. server friendly and can only deliver after food was ready. the place was packed of course but it will be awhile before we go there again.

The service provided was very good. The amount of food is enormous for our standard, so we share what we ordered. Food came hot and very tasty. Very good for what we were waiting. This restaurant is located inside the Barton Creek Square Mall, so very easy to park your car.

Looking for a fantastic lunch, look no further than the Cheesecake Factory. Always delicious, hot and large portions. Elizabeth P was our server. She was very attentive.

We were a group of 4. Our orders came pretty fast and the food was delicious. Special mention goes to the strawberry cheesecake and the red velvet cheesecake. The only downside was the passion ice tea that did not have an ounce of passion flavor. It was bland and tasteless. Our server addressed my concerns and got me a fresh glass. However it wasn't that different from the first. The food; especially the shrimp was really good. The service was also good. I will be back:-)

The food is great and the portions are extremely large so make sure you go hungry and you'll probably still need a doggy bag when you leave. Located in the mall right by the movie theater, it's a very convenient place to grab a bite for lunch or dinner. Very clean and the food is fresh and tasty and I would eat there anytime. The restaurant is very large and has a nice outdoor patio. We were seated very quickly and the service was impeccable.

Exactly as I said it is a very nice place to eat. The menu is very large so you will always find something that you want to eat. The cheesecakes are amazing. Still got food envy and wanted everything that everyone else had. The place fills up and you can have a bit of a wait but it is worth it. Staff are super helpful and are very attentive. Great atmosphere. Go there you will not be disappointed

These Jicama with fried avocado tacos are so good! I have never had this kind of taco before. If you are looking to try something new, try these! Delish!

WOW! All of the food at the cheesecake factory has that wow factor that we have come to expect. The servings are very large and tasty – and there is nothing to be said about The desserts but WOW‼️‼️‼️‼️

Awesome food and customer service, the whole staff is very professional, courteous and Overall friendly staff. My waitress was fantastic, she was very Attentive and she went Above and Beyond with customer service, thank you so much.. We had the Steak Diane and Chicken Madeira combo and the food was delicious, with great presentation and cooked to perfection, I am pleased with this Establishment. Outstanding customer service, friendly staff and delicious food!

Everything is Always Working out for me! This time our server Taryn (I think it was her name, very nice and helpful) at the bar was excellent and when we asked for light alternatives being 9pm she suggested several and we chose her first option which was the Asian lettuce wraps... Amazing!!! The service was fast and great! We also ordered the strawberry 🍓 cheesecake and it was delicious!! We had a fun / relaxed time in a lovely and clean environment with great food! I can’t say anything about the price because my friend covered the bill 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 and I’m very thankful for that!

If you've been to one Cheesecake Factory, you've been to them all and that is a good thing, in my opinion. Really appreciate the calorie count on the menu. The healthier salad selections are large and very good. The cheesecake has never disappointed! Service is always excellent at this location.

First time eating at a Cheesecake Factory restaurant and probably the last. Customer service was excellent but the food left something to desire. Order the Filet Mignon which I had never tasted before as a recommendation from my wife. The meat had no taste whats so ever and it was very dull. Which expensive as well. Left there hungry because the only good food was the salad.

My daughter & I ate dinner here July 27 2017. The orange chicken I got was so tasty! I loved that it was still crispy even though it was covered in orange sauce. Our server, I don't remember her name, was super friendly! <3

While the food is good, the ambiance is horrible. Specifically the noise level. Dishes crashing, loud patrons, babies crying make this a horrible place to eat and have a conversation. I don't know what it is with restaurants today that thing the louder the noise level the better the environment. It was so loud that we asked to be moved to the outside patio on the mall level. Never again will we eat that this place. If you decide, please take your ear plugs. The decibel level must be over 100!

I really did not know what to expect at the Cheesecake factory, except for cheesecake. I was pleasantly surprised to get a delicious gluten free pasta dish, loaded with flavor. They also have Godiva chocolate cheesecake which was absolutely delicious. My daughter had the cheeseburger and she said it was delicious. She loved her cheesecake! I had wings there and they were good too. Service was very good. I think I would go back but I did think it was expensive.

Enjoyed lunch with family and friends, I had a GF burger which was very tasty. At the end of the meal we took away six slices of cheesecake - no room to finish at the table..

The thing we like about the factories is that they are consistently good--little deviation (other than the interior design, decor and ambiance/feel) in their standards across the board. We like the fact that each establishment has its' own look and feel--it is not a cookie cutter image. The food and the service is always good--not great, but repeat good. We look for opportunities to eat here because the menu offers a lot of options and there is a special section for the low cal choices--which are always tasty. This was our first time to go to the one in the Barton Creek Mall--a really good and large mall with lots of options. There are only a couple of "better" dining options in the mall. We will return to this one.

The food was great. We were so full from lunch that we had taken cheesecake to go. The waiter was correct on description of what we were getting.

Chicken avocado club was moist, tasteful and delicious. The orange chicken never disappoints. Dessert was out of this world.

I visited The Cheesecake Factory to celebrate my birthday. My fish and chips lunch was delicious, but I wanted to try a slice of cheesecake that I had never had. I ordered The Oreo Dream Extreme. It was almost too chocolatey, believe it or not. Chocolate, chocolate everywhere, with Oreo cookie crumbles, a huge Oreo cookie, and whipped cream to boot. It's a must-try if you are a chocoholic!

This is one of the best places with the good food and ambience. You should visit for sure if you want to celebrate the special occasion or just want to eat out in good restaurant.

Being on a business trip does require a change of pace once in a while. My hotel is not far away so it was nice not having to go far to see a movie and eat a great meal. You can find lots of stores to shop nearby too. I was seated right away and served quickly. I already knew what I wanted to eat so ordering was fast. The restaurant is very nice. My server was wonderful and very attentive. I highly recommend eating here.

I had lunch here and tried the Skinny Grilled Salmon that was very well cooked. This was followed by the coffee and cream chocolate cheesecake. Yummy! The service was friendly if a little slow. Nice atmosphere.

I have been to this location a few times and have never experienced the service we received on last night. We were there celebrating my daughters 33rd birthday(10 of us). We put our name on the list to be seated at approximately 8:15pm. While we waited several large groups(8-10 people) came in after us and were seated within 30-45 minutes of their arrival. After waiting an hour and we starting to approach the desk where they do the seating and were told that we had to wait as there were no tables to seat us together. I literally watch this hostess seat every large party arriving after us before us. Needless to say after getting the manager involved which by the way was very apologetic and we were finally seated at 10pm and they close at 11pm. The hostess was not remorseful and did not offer solution. I will say after we were seated the manager and the waitress assigned to our table did everything to try to make the late night enjoyable and i m grateful for that.

We dined here on our way to downtown Austin. After a long drive, it turned out to be a good place to just relax and refresh. Service was quick. We tried several entrees - jumbo shrimp platter, the cheese pizza and the French country salad. We think the shrimp platter is consistently well done across the locations we have tried - nearly 5 of them except for the location at Stonebriar Mall in Frisco where the overall experience is downright terrible. In all other locations including this one, we were pleased that the food was fresh (salads), and tasty. Our table somehow missed getting the free customary bread but it did not bother us much.

A gigantic mind boggling menu with gigantic portions of food. Attentive service and a great selection of salads. Hard to save room for the namesake dessert.

My daughter and I ate there yesterday for Sunday brunch. After waiting 20 minutes, I asked the waitress how long it would be because it had been 20 minutes and it was only scrambled eggs and an omelet. She said it would be ready soon and it just took awhile to cook. It took 10 more minutes and when she delivered the food she said it actually hadn’t taken that long. I didn’t appreciate her attitude so I said it actually took 30 minutes. It was ridiculous because there was only a table of 6 when we sat down and they had already ordered. When I took a bite the omelette was cold. I asked the waitress if she would please microwave it. The manager brought me a fresh omelette and told me they had totally messed up on the order so there would be no charge. I appreciate not being charged but I won’t eat there anymore. This is my 4th visit and never has the food come out on a timely manner. I never have had a waitress though that acted like waiting 30 minutes for breakfast was totally acceptable.

Well you are at The Cheesecake Factory so you can expect a really good cheesecake. The food is good too. The portion sizes are gigantic so they have a lunch menu with smaller ones and also something called *licious with less calories. Believe me a cheesecake can have as much as 1500 Kcal. Service was good and quick. Very nice place to have a meal.

The food was excellent, great service. I don't think I've ever had something I didn't like, my problem is I never leave room for desert and end up having to take it home to eat.

Portion sizes are too big! I did not enjoy the pressure of having such huge portions. The food is nothing special. I would rather pay half the price and have half the portion. My husband and I got an appetizer to share and shared a meal. It was still too much food.

Enjoyed lunch--huge portions all around, but very good. I had a combo plate of chicken salad sandwich, tortilla soup, and salad. All were delicious. But the Tuxedo Cheesecake was to die for!

Really enjoyed meeting an old friend here for dinner. Just a nice place for dinner, drinks, and dessert. The food was fantastic. The attention from the waitress was great. Good dining atmosphere.

Family lunch gathering after a funeral. The food and the service were great. Did not have to wait that long for our food considering we had a very large group. Would recommend!
After Movie Treat
Four of us dined here after seeing a movie across the hall in the Mall. Our server was friendly and the food was excellent. We split a piece of cheesecake for dessert. All in all, we all four were pleasantly surprised by the experience. The only real downside? Too many choices!
