I have been there with a spouse and also with a large group. Both times the food was excellent and service was top notch. One can not go wrong if looking for a good place to eat or a special occasion meal.

Went here for a company dinner for an out-of-town conference/meeting. They have an extensive menu, mostly pasta dishes. Almost every dish has chicken so if you love chicken, then this is the place for you! If you're not a great fan of chicken, or you're vegan, then your choices are severely limited. I found the pasta dishes overloaded with sauce and just so-so. There are many choices of cheesecake but again, I was not impressed. The cheesecake was too sweet and cloying. They have over 20 flavors but the actual cheesecake is just ok. There aren't very many choices for dessert if you don't care for cheesecake. The wait staff was very nice and attentive, so no complaints there. We were a large group and they took care to get all the orders right. The food was ok but I wouldn't make any special effort to go back. It's an acceptable eatery and was worth going once, just to say I tried it.

luxury restaurant love there service and style the dessert is perfect. clean and neat spending good time with friend

My cousin and I went for lunch on a Wednesday around three and our food took a while and their was not a lot of people. But overall delicious food and amazing cheesecake.

First of all, our waitress was excellent, but the food wasn't top of the mark. One of our group did have an excellent salad - the seared tuna; but the rest of us were not that impressed with our meals. The salad accompanying the small portion chicken sandwich was just greens - not really a salad. The French Onion Soup had onion strips so long that you had to cut them up to avoid spraying everyone with broth when you ate a spoonful. One in our party had ordered a large sandwich without onion or cilantro. When the salad arrived, it contained pico -- of course, that means onion, cilantro, plus the wanted tomatoes and peppers. Because the diner cannot eat raw onion and doesn't like cilantro, the sandwich had to be made again which caused her meal to arrive after the rest of us had finished ours. We've taken friends to this Cheesecake Factory many times and cannot remember being this disappointed in our meals. I will say, though, that the staff kept their smiles and helpful manner throughout the visit.

Awesome food, very busy place , the wait was long but worth it. I like that it was convenient at the mall , after shopping , you can just go and eat, the desserts are to Die for.

Once we were seated we had a good experience with food and service. The hostess was somewhat rude and tried to seat us in a horrible area with the restaurant half full. She had a lot of attitude when we asked for a private booth. Had we sat where she wanted us to we would have had strangers right next to us, not necessary when the place is half empty. As anyone that frequents these restaurants knows the menu is overwhelming and extensive. You’d be hard pressed not to find something to eat.

A bit on the expensive side, but the menu is extensive, the food and service are good and the cheesecake is amazing; so many choices and they are all delicious!

I knew this restaurant would be busy on a Saturday night but did not expect the mistakes and bad service. After waiting an hour for our table we were told they had a table for 2 not the table of 6 we requested and it would be another 45 minute wait. Instead we chose to squeeze into a booth for 4 in the bar. Our waiter was sympathetic and nice but it took another hour to get our food. My sister ordered a New York Strip but got an extremely fatty Rib Eye .. they did take it off the bill but she really couldn’t enjoy her dinner. The rest of us enjoyed our food. Check out took forever with several mixups on our bills. The whole episode took about 3 hours. This was my 3rd visit to Cheesecake Factory, the 1st 2 were enjoyable but this one was unacceptable.

La Cantera is really pretty and the atmosphere is fabulous. We were immediately seated outside per our choice. The seating is fantastic! I love the setting outdoors. It's calm and relaxing. Above all, it is quiet. It is very loud inside due to the chatter and music. So drinks and ordering? Well... I swear our server had to extract the caramel to make our diet coke. 17 minutes for soda. Bread? She brought some. Plates? Nope. Silverware? Nope. We had to track down another server to get those 11 minutes later. 29 minutes wasted so far. That was the down side to our experience. The restaurant was not full or half full. It was a quarter full. We were the only table outside dining. Everyone else was done. Food? We had fried Mac and cheese. It was perfectly cooked and fresh! We had the herbed salmon. It was large portions and the salmon was cooked just right. The potatoes? Luke warm at best. Disappointed in the chef for not planning appropriately on plating and the order food should be cooked. Overall, the server we flagged down was wonderful. The sodas thereafter stayed topped off. We enjoyed the food! Little things make a difference.

This past Saturday, 4/14/18 It started when this past Sat, around 9 pm, on a very busy night, I met a friend for dinner. I asked the busser in the "bar" area, if this was the section for open seating - he affirmed it was. As a couple left, we sat at the table with drinks we'd bought at the bar. The waitress came, took the dishes, said hello. We did not notice that anything was wrong but that she seemed busy and distracted. I've not seen this friend for quite a while so we were talking and laughing when we had noticed our waitress never came back. We tried to wave her down and my friend was convinced she was purposefully ignoring us; I thought that was silly so a different waitress passed, I flagged her over and stated that our waitress hadn't been back and about 30 minutes had passed. She asked if we'd like to talk to the manager and I said I would. I also asked if she could bring us two menus. 20 more minutes passed and no menus, no manager. My friend stated the waitress was ignoring us so I went to the front and asked for the manager. Marina Amaya came and I introduced myself, also being someone that had worked in food service and that I was now a Registered Dietitian and I noted that this was not good management. When I explained and showed her where we were sitting, she said "you are sitting in seating that is reserved for ppl on the waiting list". I explained that we did not know this and that the busboy has said that area by the bar was "open seating"; I asked "why didn't the waitress say something? We could have moved". She replied that the waitress probably thought we were customers that had finished their meal and had not left yet. I stated she never came back or asked to refill our waters. The manager again stated the waitress didn't know we were new ppl seating at the table but it was clear as she had been ignoring us and had bused the table, that she did know. I did not take that any further; however, I did ask "why didn't you come? I asked the other waitress to bring the manager"; she replied "I'd be happy to put you on the waiting list now". I stated we would have quickly moved if "someone" would have informed us of our infraction because we really didn't know". She again stated that she'd be happy to put us on the waiting list and never answered my questions. I asked one last time, as a manager, what is your protocol when someone sits in seating reserved for ppl on the waiting list bc the way the area is set up, I felt this was likely something that happened often. She again, did not answer my question and offered to put us on the waiting list. I at this point realized she was being passive aggressive and it was pointless. the point being, we had done something that was not acceptable but in our defense, we thought we had properly asked about the section; we did nothing intentional to be difficult. On the side of the staff at this restaurant, they intentionally ignored us and when asked why no one alerted us to our mistake, or what the policy was when this happened, the manager made it clear that she was not accountable to me and only offered to add me to the waiting list - I declined and we went to the Kona Grill. I will say that the manager was nice and neither of us spoke harshly; she continued to smile through my questions but it was all handled very unprofessionally / she was being passive aggressive. We are not bad ppl; nor or we obnoxious or intentionally rude - it was a complete accident and we have integrity and class and would have immediately left the table with apologies. This felt like we were dealing with an amateur that had not been properly trained; imagine my surprise as I reviewed the Cheesecake Factory's culture and saw the statements of high training in the company's explanation of it's culture. When I first entered into the professional world in food service, the adage was that " a happy customer" will tell 1-2 friends of their experience but an "unhappy" customer will tell about 15; now-a-days, with social media, the stakes are even higher. There should be a standard of EXCELLENCE - period; Cheesecake Factory, N, Star Mall, San Antonio - seriously lacking. Glood food and bad management make for a bad experience.

I visited the Cheesecake Factory in Austin on Research Blvd. My daughter & I arrived at 9:30 pm and at 11:00 pm they were still preparing our food. The waitress kept bringing out the wrong orders, and the food was not cooked. My daughter & I left upset at 11:15 and it was her birthday. I spoke with the manager & she was absolutely horrible and didn't know what was going on. She said she would comp out food. What food we left with no food but with a bad taste in our mouths. Tried to give them a second chance and went to Houston Cheesecake on Memorial the exact same thing happened and to make it worse they couldn't make drinks. OMG!!!! Then the waitress said to go online and sign up for a piece of free cheesecake, Once we order the cheesecake she said oh you can't use that until next time. I feel at this point you were harassing me, Once again we left with no food and yet you want to present us with a ticket. I'm calling BBB you. This was HORRIBLE for anyone to experience once but twice. Close those cheesecake factories because the ignorance they display could actually hurt someone not paying attention to the ingredients, They added seafood to a dish and I informed them I was allergic to fish. They didn't care and brought out the dish pasta with seafood should have been chicken totally raw with fish. the smell was so awful you knew it was fish. Would like the SUPERVISOR call but I have been trying with no response.

Easter Sunday Brunch was very good here. Wait time wasn't so bad construing it was Easter Sunday Brunch. Very good food. Impressed by their efficiency during a very busy and hectic Easter Sunday. Good job guys!

Our family went to this restaurant to celebraye my grandson's 20th birthday. There were seven in our party. The waiter, who was very young, was very good. He checked often to see if we had any needs and when we did, he took quick care of them. The food was fairly priced for what was served, however, the portions were too large and everyone had to have a "doggie bag." The desserts were SUPER, but again, they were very high in calories and too large for the average person

They have great chesses cake, but that is not all. It is a very popular place, great food, and tends to be crowded and a little loud.

Awesome menu and one of the few places I've ever dined at that had a large selection of healthy choices (for anyone counting calories). Portions are large and the food is tasty!

Big Building! Nice! Lots of choices of Cheesecake! So hard to choose. Nice inside as well. 1st time being in a Cheesecake Factory.

Stopped in during a long shopping trip. Seated right away, great service, had the pizza and salad lunch special. It was super tasty and a great price.

It was a slightly dim atmosphere which made it hard to view the menu. My husband ordered the hamburger with mushrooms which he loved. I ordered the skinnylious potpie which was not so great, not what I expected at all. The crust was just a crunchy top over the soup. I really don't think I will order that again. The waitress was not very helpful till we were getting ready to pay. Maybe it was just a bad day for us to go over to that particular venue for our first time. Not sure if we will return.

Good very bland, they advertise grilled chicken and bring it boiled, portion size are very large. Large menu, cheese cake was a nice frozen slice.

Their food delivery truck was 4+ hours late and just unloading when we arrived so they were out of quite a few menu items. However, our server did a great job explaining the situation and helping us figure out what menu items were still available. They made the best of s bad situation.

I'm not familiar with this chain and was surprised at the excellent meal. I had a super-anti-oxide the salad with salmon and a cosmopolitan. Just perfect. Service was excellent even on a very busy Friday night.

I went to Cheesecake factory yesterday afternoon with my mom to celebrate National Cheesecake Day (all slices were 1/2 off, which was awesome). We sat in the bar area (the bar tops and actual bar are first come first serve) and the service was very good despite the bartenders being busy. Their happy hour has a nice selection of food for $5.50. We ordered the warm crab and artichoke dip (AMAZING) and the happy hour burger. On previous occasions I've tried the avocado egg rolls (super good!), the sweet corn tamale cakes (very flavorful but they fall apart easily) and the spinach dip (just okay). On this visit we also tried the Greek salad for $6.75 (it was pretty disappointing - very bitter arugula and too much dressing), next time we'll just get the regular salad. The cheesecake was delicious as always and to our surprise on our receipt we received a survey offer for a $10 e-card to use on our next visit. We will definitely be back. Thanks!

We were going to Yard House, but they had an hour wait. Cheesecake Factory was only 15 minutes. Were greeted within a minute of being seated. We had the Rene's Special; 1/2 chicken salad sandwich with a cup of soup (loaded baked potato) and salad. It was very good. Had tiramisu for dessert; that was a bit disappointing. The tiramisu tasted good, but was a bit dry. Other than that, it was very good.

The burgers were... eh... the buffalo blast appetizer... very good... The Apple cheesecake... AMAZINGLY Delicious. A couple can expect to spend about $45-$50.

Location of this is ideal as its amongst the shops at La Cantera. Though its known for its cheesecakes the place has some amazing food and drinks. The lemonade was too good and being a vegeterian they has great option for me too. Pros: Great staff as he helped me choosing the right veggie dish; quality; customisation of spices Cons: None

This location is fabulous! Had so much fun shopping with my daughter at thus beautiful La Cantera outdoors mall and being able to stop in for lunch here. Great part of town, next to Six Flags. Actually dropped hubby and little ones to play so we can have some big girl time. Food is fabulous as usual. Started out with yummy house bread. Love both their hard sourdough and soft brown bread. This time we shared an appetizer of fried mushrooms, avocado and zucchini. It was so filling. But oh so good. I had to order my usual spicy chicken sandwich with sauce on the side. I love their sandwiches here because they gone with the best crispy thin fries. Otherwise I would order dishes :) We were so full. Their portions are so big always. Highly recommend this location. So convenient for fun shopping dinner or lunch break! Courteous waiters and not overly crowded like other locations.

My personal favorite chicken costoletta!! And as an entree salmon the fire cracker salmon rolls leave space for dessert it's a must their all so good. Great variety of plates they're all exquisite

Our group was seated very quickly. The waitress we had was wonderful. The alcoholic beverage I had was on the weak side. Every order something different and we all throughly enjoyed our meals. The lemon raspberry cheesecake was great. However the red velvet we just thought was ok, probably personal preference.

We went for an early dinner and as usual, the place was full and had a long wait line. Staff is extremely efficient, helpful and friendly. I must say the attention to detail took me by surprise. I ordered the dynamite shrimp and they were delivered by a manager who said the shrimp presentation was not up to their standard and they were working on a second plate on the house. My grandson ordered fettuccini without chicken. They brought him a plate of fettuccini with chicken and manager immediately came to our table to apologize and inform us we would not be charged the difference in price. The staff is proactive and amazingly professional! They know how to make up for any mishap before you even realize it. I also want to commend the amazing and hardworking busboy that worked in our section. He did his job with such respect and in such a professional way that we couldn’t hear any rattling dishes or glasses. Great job!! I hope you work yourself up the ladder and are recognized for your performance. Great job, highly recommend, hope to be back soon!!

We've been to the Cheesecake Factory a couple of times for takeout, and recently tried it for dessert. We sat in the bar to avoid waiting in the very long line. The cheesecake was fine, as expected, but the wait time between ordering and receiving drinks was far too long, and it took even longer to get a fairly straightforward dessert order. Also, prices are a bit high for portion size. If you have plenty of time to sit and wait, give this place a try, but if you're on any kind of a schedule, think twice.

The Cheesecake Factory seems to never disappoint. I have several "favorite" items on the menu and have gone in several different cities. The decor always sets a mood and it is always a tossup between whether the waitstaff, the drinks or the entrees are best.

Outside seating is comfortable and without so much restaurant noise so common in most restaurants. Autumn was a knowledgeable and helpful server. Food was very good as usual.

Good staple comfort food and awesome cheesecake. It was a little crowded and the service was BELOW par in my opinion. We had no utensils until we asked three times and the salad was brought to me without any dressing. The pizza I ordered was no better than the frozen section of a grocery store. I was hungry so I tolerated it. Definitely not the Cheesecake factory I have visited before.

My first time experience was quite amazing. The staff was really friendly and helpful in answering any questions me and my boyfriend had. Our waitress was very polite and quick to deliver our meals to the table. The food was delicious and well done, everything was perfect except it was getting a little noisy. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time on our first date together. Overall I enjoyed my experience, the cake and the drinks. I really enjoyed my time there.

The Cheesecake Factory is a great place to have dinner. The service is excellent, food is delicious, and they have perfect cheesecakes for desert.

Went for a quick bite . Everyone was standing around and took forever just to get an appetizer. Food was good, but I didn’t have a hour to get a “quick bite”

The service here is excellent! We ordered salmon, chicken avocado sandwich (that was delicious!) and an alfredo pasta! It is a typical chain restaurant but a very good one! And it is next to the stores, so if you want a small break from all the shopping this is a good option!

I love what they have to offer they have plenty on their menu to choose from. All day breakfast to signature meals! I would recommend the bellagio dish.

A friend and I were headed to lunch. Our original plan was to go Cosi's, but she decided on the fly to go to the Cheesecake Factory at La Cantera instead because she wanted to buy a gift card for her son and his wife. She was telling me about a special menu they have with meals under 500 calories that a fabulous. I was a bit skeptical. In any event, they have a menu called Skinnilicious. Well, it was delicious! We had the Chicken Lettuce Wrap Tacos. It was one of the best lunches I've had. The food was fresh, lots of veggies, perfect portion. I went with the Asian choice (the other choice is Mexican). I can't wait till my next lunch out. I would definitely head back to the Cheesecake Factory. And, our waitress, Kathryn, was wonderful.

This is located on the far end of La Cantera Shopping Center closest to the Apartment complex. There is a small parking lot on the side and a larger one in the back of the building along with limited street parking in front of the shops on the street. We met friends here for HH on a Friday around 4 PM and it was our first time although they had been there before. The window for HH is 4-6 PM. The restaurant is very large and has several areas of seating. We were seated in the far back recesses of the restaurant and where provided with a basket of dry, hard bread and soft butter and menus. Then waited a rather long for a waiter to return to us and since we were seated by the waiter stand we got our own silverware but did not have any water. When the waiter finally came we asked about Happy Hour and were told we needed to be in the bar area for HH specials and he offered to go check to see if there was a table. We waited and waited and figured he forgot so we went ourselves and found a booth available. There were several high 4-top tables available BUT they had not been cleared from the previous customers. Again we had to get menus from another table but once our waitress acknowledged us, to was more prompt. They have a multitude of HH specials with certain cocktails and wine $6.95 a glass and select appetizers and bites for $7.95 and $5.95. They also were still offering the lunch portion menu. One would think this would be a deal BUT there was one item that was $9.99 and the rest were $14.50 and up and this was for lunch portions. We felt that a bit pricey but the portions were good. The wine good and a decent pour and the Long Island Ice Tea were refreshing. Just after we placed our order a different waitress came and introduced herself to let us know there was a shift change and she would be serving us. We appreciated this and she was very nice, professional and punctional. All of us ordered something different from the lunch menu which included the following choices for our group. Spaghetti with Meatballs was a hefty amount of spaghetti with a few large meatballs. We ordered a side Caesar Salad that was a good serving and very good. Crusted Chicken Romano with spaghetti that drowned the small chicken serving Chicken Piccata had a very thin chicken breast with a soggy, floury crust and a serving of angel hair pasta. I have had much better at an Italian restaurant. Orange Chicken that had a good amount of chicken chunks with lots of orange sauce on the crust and a big scoop of sticky overcooked brown rice. One couple’s, who had three drinks and two lunch meals, ticket came to right at $65 with tax and tip. The other couple who had four drinks and two lunch meals with a salad, the ticket came to $70 before tip. This place was super crowded and when we left there were people waiting outside for tables. There were some unoccupied tables but they had not been cleared yet. All of the staff wore masks and were busy keeping up. We were surprised it was so busy at that time of day. If we do go back we would definitely try the appetizers or bites to see if the size of serving which probably would make a meal for light eaters like us. We all ended up bringing half of our food back home. They have large selection on a regular menu, not paper. Also, the ladies bathroom was extremely tiny with only two stalls and small crowded sink area that only two people could fit at. WAY TO SMALL for a large restaurant like this. None of us were overly impressed but glad we tried it out.

Surprisingly good food at okay prices. Been there several times and eaten different things. Loved the strawberry shake, and highly recommend it. If we lived in the San Antonio/US, this would be on the top 10 list of very affordable, good restaurants that we would visit often.

This restaurant is in a mall so I guess that’s why it was so busy. I went on a Sunday and the wait to be seated was about an hour. Then the wait for the food was 20 minutes. I ordered the chicken Madeira which was really good. I took a slice of cheesecake home. You won’t find this quality of a dessert anywhere else. The service was fine and restaurant is always clean. The wait was the only negative.

I knew nothing about this store and expected it to be a dessert shop. Much to my surprise they had a menu loaded with so many food types that if someone could not find something to their liking, something is wrong with them. They also have a bar. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, too.

The main problem at this restaurant is that there is just too much good food to choose from. Same goes for the drinks. You might as well order some drinks and appetizers because it could take about twenty minutes to decide what you want to eat. Every time I go the food is wonderful and the staff is on top of things.

Our party of three arrived at around 5 PM on a Saturday in early October and were seated outdoors without delay (no reservations taken). The weather was perfect for outdoor dining and the noise level was low. Service was attentive and accurate. The beer selection was diverse enough to tempt the beer lover in our group to order an untried beer. The others ordered cocktails off the menu. For my taste, you can't go wrong with a Dirty Martin with olives stuffed with blue cheese. The breadbasket with sourdough and black bread is a serious temptation. For an appetizer we ordered the egg roll sampler which was a winner. I also ordered the Factory Chopped Salad off the Appetizer Salad menu. It was large enough to share among us. For entrees I ordered a favorite, Chicken Piccata. My companions ordered Sheila's Chicken and Avocado Salad and Chicken and Biscuits. Each was delicious and the portions were generous. We splurged for dessert having Linda's Fudge Cake (sinfully rich), Carrot Cake, and Limoncello Cream Torte. We took half of each entree and the whole desserts home for the next day. We have eaten at The Cheesecake Factory frequently in locations across the country. The quality of the food, the service and good value for your money make it a dependable choice at any location. The extensive menus is sure to satisfy even the most discriminating diner. Highly recommended.

We ate here for a late lunch and had excellent service & good food. We eat a plant based diet, so our options are often limited, but this restaurant seems to have several choices. They have several great salads, pasta dishes with veggies and red sauce, bean burger, and avocado egg rolls. The atmosphere is lively, but at the same time you have a degree of privacy, as most of the tables are booths. They do have an outdoor patio area which we hope to try now that the weather is cooler. We had a very attentive waitress and have no complaints about the service. We will definitely return.

We needed to take a break from the heat and hot walk-thru the Shops at La Cantera. We ordered cake; sat at the bar. Bar service was quite nice; the cake bar service was lacking. I'd describe it as 'Impersonal!' The bartender was friendly and served refreshing drinks. Overall, the bar service made the experience worthwhile. Yet, the cheesecake was delicious.

Took family members here while they were in town on vacation and that is exactly what it is ... a tourist quality restaurant that doesn't need to be up to par for a repeat customer base since it is located near tourist attractions. The bread was old, cold & inedible. The waiter was slow and messed up my salad. How hard is it to bring the dressing on the side when requested when ordering it? Then it took another 10 minutes for the slow waiter to bring out the dressing. My family didnt want to start eating when my food wasn't there yet so their meals for cold. The best part was the gnats flying all over the table! We spent more time picking them out of our food & shooing them away than actually eating. The manager came by to see if everything was okay and we told him about the gnat problem. He simply shrugged and asked if we wanted to move tables. We just wanted to leave at that point. I hate to even think about the kitchen because the gnats weren't a problem until our food arrived. Hummm

I came here the second time last Easter Sunday to have brunch with my family . The first time was around February to have lunch . When we came here last Easter Sunday , the place was packed . We waited for 30 minutes as we didn’t have any reservations . After being seated we ordered their menu under brunch and as expected all of our order came in well and in the most reasonable amount of Rome despite that the place was very busy . Food was good and portions were generous . I have no complains since service and food were all excellent.

The waitress's attention was terrible, very ill-mannered and the food opening time was 45 minutes. I had to stop for a glass of water, after asking for it five times. I'll never come back

If you haven't gone on Saturday or Sunday at brunch for the Monte cristo then you haven't lived. This sandwich is an all timer in my book. The eggs and bacon deep fried with powdered sugar and raspberry jam are quite a combination. Try it at least once!

Went there for lunch on a saturday, the place had a long wait but my daughter wanted to eat there so we waited for 25 minutes, I must say it was worth it, they served very good food and we were satisfied.

I went to the Cheesecake Factory for my first birthday month celebration of many and it was a great place to start the fun. I had the chicken almond salad sandwich with a Caesar salad lunch special and the meal was pretty good. Of course, it is always the dark bread that keeps me going back to this restaurant. It is still so very good. My friend said her tortilla soup was just OK. They still do something free for birthdays -- so that was a nice surprise since some restaurants no longer make any effort to do this. It was small but nice. Our waitress was very attentive and the atmosphere here is always great. I did make a reservation but it was not very busy when we arrived.

Factory that is...such a variety, such generous portions and all so delicious! I enjoyed the shrimp spring rolls and Asian chicken lettuce wraps on this latest visit - wow!

I'm sure if you've visited a Cheesecake Factory before you have an idea of what to expect. Like other Cheesecake Factory's this ones tucked among all the great shopping options. You can also go have a great day with your kids at Six Flags (1-2) miles away, then go have a Great "parents night" out. This location also has an outdoor eating area - we didn't take advantage of it due to heat, but will next time we come. All in all the service was great (thanks Nicolas)and even though they were quite busy it didn't take more than 15-20 to get seated. Worth the wait !! Our drinks were perfect !! Food was good & so was our dessert. We opted for the lemon meringue cheesecake & carrot cake cheesecake ! Awesomely delicious !!! Have fun while you're in SA - so much to do and see... definitely make time for a great meal, whether alone or with a group. 😍

I'm not sure why anyone goes to this restaurant. Average food at high prices. I had the $13 Chicken Piccata lunch and it was below average. The serving was not large. My wife had an avocado salad which was large but mostly lettuce and very little avocado. The bread and iced tea were very good. The service was good. I definitely won't return.

Been to several different Cheesecake Factories and it is always good. They have the largest menu I have ever seen. They have just about every type of food you might want. Hardest part is deciding what you want and everything I have ever had was good.

Yes, it is the typical Cheesecake Factory franchise. The menu is the same and so is the the standard desserts they are well known to have. I had lunch there and it was okay but uninspiring. We had fish and chips and salads. The fish was so so. The breading was okay but the flavoring was bland. The salad was not really that fresh. It was on the cusp of starting to turn. I'm surprised they served it. The server was young and ended up ringing our bill up three times to the point that we had a notice from our bank for possible fraud that we had to clear up.

This was my first time to the Cheesecake Factory. I took my wife for dinner, for her birthday. Making a reservation online was easy and we were greeted as we arrived. The highlight of our evening (besides the cheesecake) was our server Trinity. She was so cheery, lovely and attentive which made our experience enjoyable. For an appetizer, we got the avocado eggrolls, and they were delicious. First, My wife ordered something that they ended up being out of, which was a bit disappointing. She ended up with a meal with breaded chicken and it was rubbery. We asked for another one as it the consistency was not good. The manager explained its part of the preparation process/freezing that causes the rubbery vibe of the flattened chicken. It was surprising to hear some of their chicken is ordered and frozen vs prepped in-house. They were very helpful in replacing her meal, but it took almost twice as long to come out compared to the first time. I ended up getting the fettuccine Alfredo and it was tasty. They don’t offer a slice of cheesecake for birthdays (which seems like a practical move) but they do offer a small Sunday. It was very nice! Overall was a bit disappointed in my wife’s meal, but our server / cheesecake put the night over the top.

This is my most FAVORITE chain restaurant. Service is always great and the food, adult beverages and cheesecakes NEVER disappoint!! There is always a wait time, unless you arrive at 11am! Their patio dining is very nice! The portions are huge, so two can easily share an entree or cheesecake! I have several "go-to" menu items - Greek salad, Avocado Eggrolls, portabella mushroom, avocado and zucchini fries, BBQ Chicken Pizza, Pasta Carbonara, Chicken Madeira, pretzel crusted chicken, Black-Out cake and lemon meringue cheesecake! A seasonal cheesecake favorite is the pumpkin pecan cheesecake! This is one of two Cheesecake Factory restaurants in San Antonio which is located in The Falls on the northeast side of The Shops at La Cantera.

Having received a gift card to The Cheesecake Factory for Christmas, three of us decided to have lunch there. We were greeted at the door by a friendly hostess and immediately seated. We were promptly waited on by Michael P., who continued to provide great service throughout the entire meal. We ordered summer rolls, salmon and pizza, and it was all very good. We definitely recommend this place!

The Cheesecake Factory never disappoints on quality and flavor of food! Only negatives are wait times and this particular location has an extremely tiny restroom with only 2 stalls which is nowhere near enough to accommodate the number of guests this restaurant has.

We ate out for dinner and found some delicious appetizers. A sampler of avocado tacos, salmon tacos and black beans with corn tacos. Everything was fresh and very tasty. A dish in itself, but we also ordered more. I had a salmon dish with lemon butter and asparagus. It was very moist. Our Server, Michael was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu items.

After a day of travel and work my colleagues and I decided to have dinner at this cheesecake factory as it was near our hotel. Our food was good but the service was a little slow. These places are usually busy, so you would think they would have the service issue down to a science. Besides that, everything else was great. The banana cheesecake, avocado rolls, and whisky smash were all amazing.....

We have eaten a Cheesecake Factory on several occasions we are never dissatisfied the food and the service was excellent

We stopped in for lunch on a Wednesday. The restaurant was clean and seemed well maintained. The food was good quality and what we expect from Cheesecake Factory. Of course, we ordered cheesecake for the road too. The highlight of our visit with our waiter, Garrett. He was very professional and took good care of us. Garrett was very knowledgeable of the menu. He readily gave suggestions when asked. He knew the contents of each dish we asked about; i.e. onions, peppers. It's not very often nowadays that you come across wait staff who know their menu front and back. We'll visit again the next time we're in SA.

Great selection of food, large portions, delectable desserts, all in all good service ! Ideal location !!

We are fans of Cheesecake Factory however this visit for four of us was okay. The waiter was not very responsive. The table and some of the silverware was dirty. We asked him to replace it -- which he did -- but he could have apologized and offered us an appetizer. The flatbread pizza was small. The Burrito breakfast beans were not the best. While we like Cheesecake Factory, the four of each did not have the best experience.

I like Cheesecake Factory's menu because it offers non-meat alternatives, but my experience this time was really special. I dined alone but the wait staff made me fell like a VIP. That makes all the difference in the world when you travel alone!

The food was not cooked very well. My burger was burned to a crisp. The server was amazing though, but I didn't come here for the burger. The cheesecake was AMAZING.... We got a oreo one, a salty caramel one and a strawberry one at our table. Was not disappointed. We had to take them with us because they were huge portions. Oh the bread as great too...

This location is the best in San Antonio. The lunch specials are a great value and can easily be split between two hungry people. The bread is excellent, the service is great and the cheesecake is terrific. We only eat here a couple times a year because it is always so crowded, but it is a great place to dine!

By the start, staff was really nice and respected the policies for reservations, so we had our tables quickly. Food is extremely expensive but comes in great quantities and the desserts here are really good. Watch out for the noise because it might get really loud, if you like a quiet and calm place, visit somewhere else.

Had lunch at this great restaurant. The menu is full of delicious appetizers, entrees and desserts. Had a hard time making a decision, but what we all ordered was Delicious!! From the Orange chicken to the blackened fish, from the pineapple chicken to the shrimp pasta....everything was super tasty....and of course, you can not leave the Cheesecake Factory without trying one of their specialty cheesecakes. We tried the Oreo cheesecake, Tiramisu cheesecake, Strawberry cheesecake and the Chocolate mouse cheesecake....OH MY...melt in your mouth deliciousness! The service was great, our waitress was courteous and gave great suggestions. A Must Try!!

Oh my goodness! I'd never been to Cheesecake Factory before. This was awesome! Delicious food, and awesome cheesecake!

If you don't mind a noisy restaurant then you may like this one. The servings are big. They have a wonderful menu that includes many dishes that are lite. A full bar is available if desired. The restaurant is usually full and the seating is a bit squeezed. The desserts are probably what this restaurant is best known for. Be prepared to pay around $8 for a dessert. If you like salad then this is a great place to take the family. They have a wide selection of salads and the servings are large. If you want to save the long walk from the main parking lot then drive around to the back side of the mall and look the Cheesecake sign.

The service was excellent. The food came out quickly and it was so delicious. I've only get desert when going in the past but this time I tried the food. Great choice on my part because I went back 4 times in a week. This particular one is surrounded by shops so before you eat or after you can go shopping.

The last place we decided to eat lunch before leaving back home was the Cheesecake Factory. Great choice. Kids had spaghetti with meatball. The plate was very big was for a kids plate. 2 kids could have easily eaten from one plate. I had the skinnyliscious chicken pot pie and it was very good. My wife had the pasta napoletana and it was delicious. Again her plate could have fed two persons. Of course the cheesecakes were great.

We've been to the CF many times in the past but only for a night of culinary debauchery (think 1000 calorie unbelievably delicious chocolate raspberry or peanut butter cup cheesecake). Sometimes you want to take care of yourself and avoid meat sweats at 1 am, so you go for healthy options. Surprisingly, the vegan Cobb salad was fantastic, quite possibly the best salad I've ever had. I had a veggie burger, brown rice and chickpeas, very tasty and such a nice surprise at this restaurant. What a delightful meal and way to go CF for offering healthy options!

Sunday brunch was very good. We had a California Omelette and a Farmhouse Omelette, both were exceptional. Michael was helpful and attentative and did a good job.

The food is great , good service great atmosphere the cheese cakes are delicious we order cookies and the original . Exelent place. La comida deliciosa, Muy buen servicio y atmosfera Los pay de queso estan deliciosos ordenamos de galleta de chocolate y original Los precios varian de regular a alto pero valen la Pena exelente lugar

Been on many Of the Cheescake Factory, and simply they have a great service and quality of food is always really good. Portions are always great, and if you live in that city where you went to the restaurant you probably go out with a "Doggy Bag" Always nice to visit

Sure the cheese cake is the best, but for food it could be ok. Service is good. Outdoor seating is nice but it depends on the weather hopefully it's not raining

Immediate seating. Extensive menu, average food. I can get better food less expensive restaurants. Attractive and contemporary dining area. I had fried catfish – uninspired. We also had the shepherd’s pie and an American Kobe beef hamburger. The desserts were nice, but the meals were uninspired. There are superior restaurants at La Cantera.

Great place, excellent service and food was great. Location is super next to a lot of nice stores and six flags. Cheesecakes are delicious Will go again, hopefully soon

The everything on it pizza was delicious, but the angel hair pasta with veggies and sauce was dry and bland. Service was good. It was very busy on a Saturday afternoon with a 30 minute wait. It was very loud inside and a bit smaller than a lot of other CF's we've been to.

We went here because we were given a gift certificate for our anniversary. It is located in the restaurant section at the eastern end of the La Cantera complex. Parking is conveniently located if you know the area. We were there on a Sunday evening, and it was very crowded. There was about a 20 minute wait for a table, but they have a full service bar with very generous cocktails. Once we were seated our waitress was very friendly, helpful, and efficient despite a full house of patrons. The food was well prepared and presented and delicious. Overall, a very pleasant dining experience.

Awesome place and wonderful food. It has a Vegas style atmosphere and the wait staff are great. They have to have mad scientists working in a lab to create some of the most delicious rich and decadent desserts anywhere. Caution this place could put you in a food coma

My family stopped here for dinner but found the wait was over an hour. I looked over at the bar and saw 4 stools open, so we opted to head straight for those seats. In no time at all, we had our drinks and our food order in. Bartenders were great to talk to and right away we got our bread. After a bit of time, we received our entrees and they were good as always. I am glad we decided to eat at the bar instead of waiting as we were done eating before that hour was up.

My husband and I decided to meet a friend for lunch at ZTejas originally but unfortunately this place closed recently so we decided to have lunch at the cheesecake factory! I had the miso salmon and my husband and our friend both had the chicken alfredo! Literally about 30 min after our meal my husband was running to the bathroom and after checking with our friend so was she, that can not be a coincident especially since they both had the same food! I guess that's what happens when restaurants have such an endless menu, the freshness lacks or the cooks are careless! However we won't be back nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone!

We love the Cheesecake Factory. We like to come to this location when we're in the area. The store is always clean and the staff are very friendly. We've had most everything on the menu and it's all been very good. We'll continue to return.

Came here friday night for dinner, waited for 30 minutes to be seated, another 40 minutes for our food.... Good food, horrible wait times.

First time visiting here and it was our last. Subpar service, horrible food, waitress barely spoke to us, it was my son's birthday and he chose this place. We are a pretty laid back group, so we figured it was just her personality or the mask, but no, her tone perked up towards the end of the visit. The only thing nice about this place is that the restroom was clean.

The Skinnylicious Grilled Salmon is the best along with the Honey Wheat Brown Bread. The Godiva Cheesecake finishes it off.

This is a weekly stop for me when I'm out at La Cantera Pkwy. THe food is fresh with a diverse menu. I love the Skinnylicious chicken sandwich which is under 600 calories. Served with a salad of fresh baby greens and a reduced calorie dressing I have no guilt about what I'm eating. The sandwich is on toasted white bread with a nice mild chicken salad that has bit of a crunch to it. Just the right size for lunch. Deserts are what the CCF is known for. You want cheesecake? They have it in every flavor you can imagine. The Lemon Raspberry Cream Cheese cake is just one of my favorites. Sweet yet tanging from the rich cheese cake. Get two forks and share it with a friend. It's overly generous in it's size.

NEVER EAT AT THE CHEESE CAKE FACTORY IN LA’CANTERA! General Manger is an absolute jerk. He lost my credit card. He lost it after given to him and stated he would put my personal info and credit card into a safe place till I returned to pick it up. NO THE GENERAL MANAGER SPOKE TO ME OVER THE PHONE LIKE A CHILD AND WAS EXTREMELY RUDE . After I asked twice why he didn’t take a minute to secure my credit card he lost it and got very upset, he stated he didn’t have time too. He had a business to run and I’m sorry it must FALLEN out of my pocket.. he said I’m not talking to you on this issue and hung up on me as I tried to talk to him on the phone ! THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE ! THANKS BRIAN FOR RUINING SOMEONES DAY WITH YOUR CARELESSNESS !!

Food is pretty good, wide variety, taste is good but nothing to cheer, too crowded and the ambiance is pretty regular, not waiters are fantastic. It is seem to me if you are indifferent about taste, this place has plenty of options.

The past three times we've gone here, our service wasn't horrible, but it wasn't what I expected from a place I'm spending over $100 for us to eat. I get better service at IHOP. Our waiter helped other tables before us, even though we were waiting longer. He messed up my husbands order by bringing him out the wrong side. He fixed it but we were done by the time he brought out our correct item. We waited so long for everything and it wasn't even at a peak time, it was 330 on a Thursday. I would call it a fluke, but this is the third time it's been like this.

excellent avocado flatbread! tasty and delicious. I also tried the avocado lettuce wraps and the baby lettuce leaf was crisp and cool. Service was not at top notch level.

we were seated quickly and our drinks arrived fast. Our food took much longer but it was very good. Our server was great and kept refilling our drinks.

Until recently had never been to any Cheesecake Factory's. Making it a habit now and starting to like it. Wife, kids and nieces love the choices of cheesecake and the food is excellent. Friendly staff and great service.

Usually this is a great place but today it was very disappointing. I ordered the Asian Chicken Salad and they was very little chicken even less dressing. The Mashed Potato Bites were absolutely disgusting and should be taken off the menu. The Avocado Toast was good. The Spaghetti and Meatballs were nothing special. I've had better from this place and was disappointed. I hope this is not the start of a trend.

I was so pleasantly surprised by the amazing service and accommodations made for my newly severe Shellfish Allergy! I had called to see if I would be able to eat there and the manager on duty himself had the same allergy. This put my fears at ease. My server was thorough and asked the Chef about any dish's unlisted ingredients. She also made sure that my food was not cross contaminated. Thank you, Irene A.!!! I had the super food California Guacamole Salad which was amazing and the Truffle-Bacon Grilled Cheese Sticks. YUM! They also have a great selection of wine. Can't wait to go back!

So I travel all the time and love to visit Cheesecake Factory. One of my favorite dishes is the Skinnylicious Steak Medallions in a wine sauce. Tastes great! So today I am served my meal with 3 small medallions, not 4 as pictured on the menu and website. Very little mashed potatoes either, so I sent it back. And it came right back out in the hands of a manager who proceeded to defend the measurement of the steak weight. By this time my food was cooled down and I was hungry so I went ahead and took the plate back and ate it. This will be my last visit to this Cheesecake Factory when I come to SA. And I do so often. Terrible way to treat a customer.

Great waitress but food was terrible. Restaurant has seating for 320 people and they have a 2 seat restroom! Over priced fir quality of food!

We each ordered the fish and chips and it was great. Dessert was a free slice of chocolate cheesecake and it was delicious. The food is always consistent and the cheesecake is the best you can buy. The only downside is the long wait for a table. We will continue to visit this location every three or four months.

We were seated at a table with utensils laying on the floor, butter on the floor dirty, napkins on the floor and asked it to be cleaned up and we’re ignored. It was a disgusting pig pen. Management needs to be taken to task and re-trained or fired.

They have a great Happy Hour, the wife and I decided to use some give cards and try out the place. It was kinda busy at 4:30 , so we sat at the bar and noticed it was Happy hour:) We checked out the menu of appetizers and we got quite a surprised at the great choices and great prices:) We had the fried Mac and Cheese Balls ( very rich and filling ) we also had the Artichoke crab dip (get that, very good) drinks were great and the staff was so friendly and the bartender kept us happy ! Gave him a good tip! The Happy hour is from 4-6 mon-fri so, you can shop and go catch a buzz afterwards or go shop with a buzzz

We went for brunch/lunch on a Sunday around noon. The food was very good, as usual. It was packed which explains why service was a bit slow. However, it did not detract from the dining experience. One of our usual standbys when we are in town.

We've been here twice with out of town relatives who suggested it. A lot of trouble to meet someone there considering parking, crowds on Saturday and where it is located in the open air mall. Too much trouble when there are lots of other eating places in San Antonio, even in the immediate area. In the mall there are fewer choices. So, if you are already there it might be a choice to consider. I think we were there due to national reputation, not the reputation of this site. We were seated outside at 2-3 tables pushed together which was okay since it was not a hot day. They were real busy but we got our food in a decent amount of time and there didn't seem to be any mistakes in the 8 or so orders. The food was decent but seemed pricey to me but my wife would jump on my case about that since her brother picked up the tab.

Husband and I came here today and the service was great. The employees were really nice and attentive. The food was good (both got pasta plates), but let's be honest, we came for the cheesecake!! We weren't disappointed! Price-wise, two plates of pasta and two pieces of cheesecake was about $58. The serving sizes were pretty generous and we left with boxes :) I would sefinitely go back for more cheesecake!

Stopped by for afternoon slice of cheesecake and a glass of iced tea to cool off in this horrific 100 degree heat. Great service, delicious hazelnut crunch cheesecake and great ice cold tea! Love this place! ❤️

Just got home from a six-hour nightmare of an experience at La Cantera’s Cheesecake Factory. Yes, you read that right - SIX hours. I was part of a group of 13 attempting to celebrate a birthday. The party organizer called about reservations and was told that they do not take reservations for parties of more than six, but if we came to the restaurant an hour or so before the seating time we were looking for that they would be able to accommodate us. We did that and were met with an updated wait time of 2-3 hours. We waited. After a little over 3 hours, we were offered a table outside. We had small children, seniors, and a pregnant woman in our party so we asked how much longer it would be to sit inside. We were told 20-30 more minutes and at this point, that seemed short, so again, we waited. After checking on our table 35 minutes later, we were told that the space still had not freed up and were offered the option to sit a two separate tables that were back to back. At this point we decided to sit. (Extremely disappointing when you think about the fact that if that’s the route we were going to end up going, the restaurant could have accomplished that in an hour instead of waiting three and a half hours for that outcome). But wait, there’s more! Then: -the food took about an hour to arrive -20-30 minutes after the order was taken we were informed that the dish the birthday girl ordered was not available -the food was not as tasty as any of my past visits (chipotle pasta was dry somehow and the chicken carbonara was ‘completely bland’ according to the 2 guests in our party that ordered that) -the pumpkin cheesecake was only available ‘to-go’ because the waiter said it was frozen (that was a first for me) -we had to ask several times throughout the meal for dirty dishes and empty glasses to be removed (one of my personal pet peeves because really, who likes to eat surrounded and crowded in by dirty dishes?!?!) When it was time for the bill, the waiter divided things accordingly and took our payment cards. He came back to the table a few minutes later to inform us that the manager had added an 18% service charge (tip) for the waiter on each bill. (Just in case you are wondering, the manager had been informed and involved with our fiasco of a time so far). At this point, that just seemed like a poor choice given the circumstances so I decided to ask if they were willing to do anything to compensate for how awful the experience had been - maybe comp a few desserts? Something. The waiter said he would speak to his manager and left. He returned five minutes later with the EXACT SAME bills and didn’t say a word. In order to save the birthday girl any more trauma, I quietly exited the table and asked an employee at the host stand to speak with a manager. About 15 minutes later a manager came to the front and asked how they could help. I explained the situation and expressed my disappointment as a guest who had visited plenty of times without issue. I was met with little empathy and left with a feeling that no one cared AT ALL. I asked if there was anything she was willing to do to from a service recovery perspective and she offered to take my info and send it to someone in their corporate office to follow-up on. What a lack of personal ownership! This is not the kind of experience or service that I have come to expect from the Cheesecake Factory brand. This is a playbook for how to lose customers. I guess now I’ll just wait and see if she bothers to pass my info along at all - and if the corporate office cares at all about their customers. As of right now, I would not recommend this restaurant to a friend - or foe, especially NOT on any kind of special occasion.

Horrible first experience ! Made a reservation! 2 hours late - we walked out not eating ! My order was - 1- Pasta fettuccine w/ chicken was horrible for my 10 year old - to dry and spicy/ 2- pasta fettuccine w/ shrimp had bug in it / 3- shrimp scampi - shrimp was burnt !!! Burnt : waitress was so nice but manager did not make anything better for us ! After I asked to speak to him he never returned to are table . He never returned to are table - we returned 2 round of horrible pasta and asked for my check ! Waste of my 2 hours sitting and no lunch . Do not go to this spot @ La Cantera chose another restaurants - lots to chose from .

Went in on Sunday with my family. We waited 55 minutes for a table, we were told the wait was 30-35. Once seated, we ordered and were told that the were out of chicken and biscuits and lemon herb rotisserie chicken. These are our fav dishes and why we even went to the location.Food took a very long time and once it came out it was okay. Will not be back to this location.

What a great experience!!! Staff was very friendly/pleasant. Can't go wrong with the best cheesecakes there. I stuffed myself - food was so good. I sure enjoyed my time there.

Their menu was long and had a large selection. I ordered the Asian salad which was HUGE and delicious. It had a healthy portion of grilled chicken . Wife ordered their shrimp tacos which she said was very good. Waiter was friendly.

This place is excellent. Mike was our server and he is probably the best server I've had at any place. Food was great and they give you plenty. It was clean and a great atmosphere. Once again thanks Mike. Job well done.

There's always a wait, bit once you're in service is quick, staff is friendly and the food is consistently good. Love the meatloaf!

Eating solo, I went to the bar on Sept 28th at 11:15am. Nick the bartender was outstanding and very congenial and informative. I came for the Ahi Carpaccio appetizer, followed by the Shrimp Scampi with Angel Hair Pasta. The avocado on the ahi had turned brown & I returned it to the kitchen. Nick immediately asked if I wanted more avocado, but I passed. The scampi was a twist on traditional scampi but the six shrimp I had were huge, prawn size, with roasted garlic and diced tomatoes. Different but tasty. I took cheesecake to go, as I was stuffed. I would return for the ahi carpaccio and Nick the bartender.

And I wish we'd have chosen to eat outside. The drizzle abated the heat, pleasant temperature. Inside - there were so many people that it was quite hard to hear the person across from you. BUT...service was top notch, our meals were perfect.

As a long time fan of this chain, I hadn't been in a while. This was my first visit to this location. The seating is not as comfy as I was used to at other places. My favorite dish is the Evelyn pasta. This time it lacked some flavor and the quality of the ingredients has diminished. I actually got a stomach ache, which never happened before. Not sure if this was a one-time deal for this location, or indicative of overall locations.

Just returned from Sunday brunch and the egg white omelet was rubbery & the eggs Benedict were just okay. The service was outstanding---you can tell the host &wait staff are VERY well trained in customer service. From now on, we'll continue to focus on the cheesecake when we visit.

Went with my daughter, my sister in law and niece, we had a good time. The Cubano sandwich was great, and the sweet potatoes fries were on point! Cheesecake is always a win, and the cucumber mint lemonade was delectable!

This is your traditional Cheesecake Factory menu but this evening was very special. Maybe it was the jazz concert in the square across the street, probably the company and great service. Sitting outside on the terrace was very welcomed. It was the perfect evening.

Salads are way too big. I like the cheesecake. I think you don't need to have huge lunch. Just order the cheesecake.

Came here tonight to meet some friends for dinner. Service was super! Had the Tuscan Chicken as suggested by the Waiter and was awesome! Will come back again!

We sat out on the patio and it was very nice. The service was really good and the food was excellent. Would gladly dine here again!

Hubby ordered Ribeye and so as my friend but both steaks were flavorless!! No taste what so ever! They re did them and they were undercooked!! My fettucine alfredo taste like nothing at all as well it was creamy but flavorless! Not going back

food varieties are excellent. can accompany vegans and vegetarians. Wait staff are very courteous and the food and spirited drinks are very good. Highly recommeend visiting the Cheesecake Factory @ North Star Mall when in San Antonio

The staff goes beyond the service, they are fast, they see your needs and are very friendly. The food is great, you have a very extensive menu where you can find from chicken, pasta, beed and seafood to a veeeery large dessert selection.

Our family recently went to The Cheesecake Factory for a family members birthday. The cheesecake was delicious and they even put Happy Birthday on the plate. We had a variety of cheesecakes and everyone was happy.

Had a late lunch with my mom while kids were at Six Flags. valet parking was 10.00 but well worth it, and crazy close to the entrance. Quick greeting and seating. Water arrived with our waiter and he was knowledgable of menu and items. Was able to modify my moms burger to her special requests. Great food, better dessert, great service. Will be back!

We were seated right away even though they were crowded. Service was great. The food was served fast and it was hot and fresh. Cheesecake dessert was awesome.

We stopped in for an early dinner on Friday around 4PM. There was not a wait so we were seated immediately. Our waitress was friendly but it seemed like she was rushing us to order. We scanned through the menu and appreciated the Small Plates & Snacks menu options. We also liked that the Lunch menu is available until 5PM. We ordered the Portabella, Avocado and Zucchini Fries, the Sheppard's Pie and Chicken Madeira. Since the entrees are quite large, we like to split the meal. As always, the food was absolutely delicious. For dessert, we ordered the Lemon Meringue Cheesecake to go which was also very good. Looking forward to going back soon.

This is one of my favorite restaurants but this location was not good. The service was extremely slow and the food was average at best.

service was incredibly bad, the waitress gave us the food burning directly into my hands because she could not walk 3 more steps. when we told the manager about this rude attitude he just told us, oh sorry. and never came back. corn dogs had the worst quality of meat i've seen with little pieces of solid inside it. we were 3 having lunch and we all got sick the day after, everythig is greasy and very low quality. never going back to a cheescake factory, too bad cause i really enjoyed it before.

This is the first time we have been to this location. Also, keep in mind there were 15 in the graduation party. We knew getting seated on a Friday night would take some wait time, so we got there at 5:30 to get on the "lIst". They do not take reservations. We were told it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hours before we could be seated. Our full party was there by 6:30 and we finally got seated at 8:30. We were only assigned one waiter because they were short that night. He did an excellent job, but could not keep up with water, tea, etc. We finally got our meals about 9:15. The food was outstanding and very large portions. I think everybody ended up taking home something. My only recommendation is not to go on a Friday night with a large group. Couples and foursomes were being seated in about 45 minutes. Oh, yeah, be prepared to walk, parking is ridiculous.

Today my husband and I called la cantera branches for dinning. The lady told us over the phone if we will be there in 20 min we will be seated with no waiting time. We drove there quickly and the lady at the door told us we cant be seated since they are full. We requested to talk to manager: Gregg Michele and he told us I dont know who you talked and I am not responsible for the other people. We told him you are their manager and you are responsible but he ended up saying its not my thing and we cant have you without 1.5 h wait time and we will be closed on one hour ( so basically we cant have you). He ended up saying do whatever u like and I am done. He was the rudest manager we have ever saw. We will complain against him since he should be responsible for his rude behavior and his staff

Great as always, the la Cantara Site is very nice, clean and well appointed. The food, is excellent.

Great experience in this restaurant. All the dishes were very vasts. The kids options were good. The bill was little expensive. however the great service exceeded our expectatives.

This is a great place for lunch or dinner. You might have a wait on the weekends or evenings though. Very accommodating with our grandchildren. Great service, clean bathrooms, clean restaurant. Good management.

Is this place great? Oh yes!!! The cheese cake is over the top. We always order a slice after our meal and then one to take home. The service at this location is awesome. It gets really busy around noon and 6pm but it is worth the wait. We love the Skinny menus of food and drinks. It offers great food with fewer calories.

After a day at Six Flags we were hungry and looked forward to eating. The wait for a table at 4pm on a Monday was 40 minutes. When our group was taken outside it was to a table for 4 and there were 5 of us. The busboy shook his head at the young guy seating us and said "why does he always do that?". We went back inside then came out and the table had been made up. Our waitress was very pleasant and we ordered quickly. It took 45 minutes for our food to arrive during which the manager and a few staff members stood in a huddle and were talking about our order. The burgers, orange chicken and vegan salad were tasty. Our waitress asked if the manager had been over to talk about the delay. She obviously couldn't be bothered. We like the food at the Cheesecake Factory but the long wait takes a lot of the enjoyment out

We met our college age nephews for dinner here. We had good service and good food. There were about five birthday parties surrounding us! The pumpkin cheesecake is very good.

We went this past Saturday just to eat cheesecake. Every time we have lunch or dinner we always end up stuffed that we never eat dessert so I'm glad this time we went exclusively to try the cheesecakes. I had the lemon raspberry and it was super good. I also tried the dutch apples one and it tastes like Christmas, also good. Milkshakes are large and tasty too.

Really liked the restaurant. I've never been to a Cheesecake Factory before this one. I was surprised by the attention and the servings. When we arrived there was a line, normal experience on a summer night. The waiter was very well trained on what the menu offered, specially the desserts. I ended having a veggie burger, I appreciated that the waiter told me that it wasn't gluten free. I enjoy it, anyways. The ambiance, the options in the menu and the service was really something that I could go back again to enjoy.

Our waitress was super ! My skinny menu was nasty on the inside . Bread crumbs & black hair. I ordered my salad dressing I the side. When I stuck my fork With lettuce in about the 4th time out came pasta from the salad dressing. I added hard boiled egg to my salad. The waitress noticed it wasn't on there when she was fimg water & came back with what appeared to be a finely chopped scrambled egg. Really !

Not usually a fan of chain restaurants but CF offer some good food if you know what to look for ask your server for suggestions. I have eaten in CF in several cities. The staff is always friendly even when they are really busy. I have waited for a table for 35 minutes. The menu offer a large selection of items. I stick with the small plates. The food was good but it really annoying when I order soup and it come to the table luke warm. The cheesecake is good but I've had better.

We received our food raw, pork chops still bleeding is gross. There was blood all over the mashed potatoes & veggies as well, it was sent bk & after waiting another 45 min. they brought it bk still raw, blood & all & didn't even replace the potatoes or veggies. It was the same veggies/ potatoes covered in blood. We love Cheesecake factory but this one disgraces the chain. We wont be back here for sure!

Sit outside when it's cool...makes for a very enjoyable evening. Try the Mexican egg rolls or the stuffed tacos. Those Plates are big enough to share and each very tasty. Service was prompt and friendly!

I am not a fan of chain restaurants but I was too tired to argue and this was convenient. We didn’t have a good waiter which doesn’t help. We ordered the mozzarella sticks and they were different, the coating was different, we liked them. My mother ordered the fish and chips, seemed frozen nothing to brag about. She ordered a side salad, specifically asked for a tiny salad, waiter said oh yes very small well it was really big and no one took the time to discard the “roots”, hard parts of lettuce as there were three in the salad. I had the chicken with pesto spaghetti, two thin, lightly battered breasts with a pound of spaghetti. My cousin had the chicken with biscuits, which the menu said 2 breasts but it was not. She didn’t care for the taste especially the biscuits. The lemon cheesecake was nice.

Enjoyed dinner here after shopping. Meets what you would expect from CCF. It is a busy location so be prepared to enjoy a cocktail while you wait. Our time was about 30 minutes. Enjoy...

The cheesecakes are quite good and is value for your money. The food was nothing special and it took a long to come, even taking into consideration the restaurant was full because it was Easter Sunday

We arrived at 4pm greeted promptly & asked if we would like to participate in Happy Hour (any seat in the bar from 4-6pm Monday-Friday) Great full size appetizers & drinks priced at $5.95! Our server was prompt the food wonderful! We had the chicken sliders, buffalo chicken blasts & the burger sliders. Food arrived fast, hot & delicious!

They always have terrific desserts. They are hard to resist. My favorite is the Linda's Cake which is pure chocolate heaven.

This location just wasn't as good when we visited this week. Last time we were here (2 years ago), the food and service were AMAZING. This time- the service was SLOW, and the restaurant wasn't even busy! Also- my chicken fettucini was bland. The cheesecake was wonderful, though! We will return, I just hope things will be better next time.

Of course, Cheesecake is delicious here, so, if you just want cheesecake or any other type of dessert, for that matter, then you're going to be pleased. The great thing about Cheesecake factory is that their lunch/dinner menu has a lot of variety. So, If you're with friends or family and everybody can't decide on what to eat, this is the place to go. Everybody can get the dish they want. Amazingly enough, many of their dishes are actually pretty good. You'd think a place that cooks American, Italian, Mexican, Asian, etc under one roof would be a Jack of all trades and Master of none but in fact, many of their dishes are great. Prices are OK, maybe a little to the expensive side, especially for Desserts. Ambiance is also excellent. I'm hesitating between giving it 4 stars and 5 stars. The food is great but I'm never craving any of their dishes. I do crave one of their desserts, but, I guess we're rating the restaurant as a whole, I don't know that craving the dessert justifies that extra star. Either way, if you go to Cheesecake Factory, you won't be disappointed.

If you Love Cheesecake ... this is "the Place for you" ... the selections are amazing ... but they are not for calorie watchers ... unless you are due your reward!!

Outside dining was still tolerable. Huge portions, great service, extremely rich desserts- overall great experience!

Portions are huge and the quality of the food is superb. There can be a wait to get it, but it's worth it. I can particularly recommend the Cuban Sandwich. Wonderful!

Located at La Cantera and situated in a high traffic restaurant area, the Cheesecake Factory has the opportunity to be the best of the best. Because of its extended entree options, it caters to everyone from family dinners to business meals. The day my family and I stopped in, our service and food was mediocre at best. The waitress was slow and didn't listen to our order. When the food was delivered, it tasted like it had stayed under the heat lamp too long and dried out. I ordered the lemon garlic shrimp and it was just barely warm and no garlic could be tasted. My husband ordered a sandwich and they forgot his fries. He told the waitress who didn't seem to care and didn't make an effort to get him any. The orange chicken was dry and tasted far too “orange”. I would go back for dessert, but not lunch or dinner.

We ask for the table and after 1.30 min they didn’t give us a table. They was just seating the friends. The manager do not know how to explane and they say we need to wait if we want to eat in that restaurant. Very bad experience!!!

My family visits Cheesecake Factory anytime we can find one (we don't have them in Arkansas). The service at this location was great and the food even better. I haven't ever gotten anything at one of these restaurants that was bad.
Mmmmm
Clean with good service. ALLERGY Alert...be sure you ask specific questions of your server if you have allergies because the menu is not clear. Daughter has coconut allergy so asked the server what was in a dish, no coconut included in description, however upon arrival at the table the entire dish was garnished with coconut, we were not specific with our questions. No problem returning for another plate but it takes awhile to get food at any CF much less a send-back. Server was very helpful. Of course the dessert was excellent!
