My family and i have been coming here regularly for many years and loved everything about the Coffee Company until now. I sat in the chairs and found them to be extremely uncomfortable, causing me pain. I asked to be moved to a booth, with 3 next to .e available, and was told that because my mother had her bagel we could not be moved. I had ot received. Y food yet. I explained i had a recent surgery and asked for a manager. He came much later and said we could not move. I have brought almost my whole family here and come here a minimum of once a month. How can a customer who has served you for years be treated with such disrespect. The manager was so cold Zand showed no concern. I would like feedback about this situation from management.

Had a lovely breakfast here. Really wanted something authenticity American & outside of the hotels. Good vast menu & service was fast ( had to wait 25 mins ) but that's just testament to this places popularity ! Pancakes were fresh & fluffy & the eggs & warm biscuits tasted good ! Really enjoyed it, all of us said that we would love to come back.

A friend and I were traveling thru for a concert, we searched places for bfast, thank goodness we found this place! The skillets and homemade biscuits are to die for! The service was excellent! We will for sure be stopping back by when we make it out that way again!

Extremely good breakfast. Perfect choice if you’re staying around LAX. Easily reachable by car, cab or Uber. (About 5min from the airport hotels). Thanks for the nice treatment and recommendations!

Delicious turkey burgers! I've eaten at The coffee company many times and I always plan on ordering something other than the turkey burger because I've looked around at other people's orders and it all looked really good. But, I always end up getting a turkey burger because it's just so good. The french fries are really good too.

Just finished the French Toast combo with the recommended spicy chicken sausage. Great plate! We are here on a busy Sunday morning but this place is large so only a minimal 15 minute wait at 10 a.m. We chose it because of the proximity to LAX but would definitely come here even if wasn't close. Definitely recommended.

The restaurant has grown organically across several neighboring businesses, so the restaurant is composed of several rooms. Service is very friendly and quick. The corned beef has was excellent. Prices around $12-14/entrée.

Just finished my Pilates session. I couldn't figure what I wanted to eat because it was after 11:00AM. I went to the grocery store and while standing in line, it came to me. Coffee Company! This place has the best breakfast for a decent price. The food is delicious and if you don't like something in particular, they will gladly substitute. Food is great and service is excellent!

Located in a swanky area in a strip mall the first thing I noticed is how the place stood out from the other establishments nearby. They were very busy and we still were still seated within 3 minutes. The restaurant was very clean and well lit. The customer service was great and I recommend the breakfast burrito. Serving size is huge and prices are reasonable.

I was Greeted and Seated promptly. Served water almost immediately. The waiter stopped by within 5 min and I ordered the corned beef hash with eggs. With the Obrien potatoes. Fantastic and hit the spot! Friendly atmosphere with a good vibe!

Best breakfast in Los Angeles, fresh food, clean comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff, great service. I love the breakfast skillet, my favorite!

We arrived about 5 minutes before the restaurant was scheduled to open. Doors opened on time and the wait staff was ready for us. We were seated and drink orders taken right away. The waiter was right back and orders placed within 5 mins. The service was excellent and the food was good. The coffee was excellent.

Was invited to this spot a couple of years ago. I was in town for some personel business and I found this place again and surprise it still in same location and the food is great. There is a IHOP nearby but why go there when you can come here. Great variety and great service. I brought more family member to try it out and they loved it.

I really love this little jewel of a restaurant! I had offered to take a friend to breakfast as a belated birthday gesture and he suggested this spot. It's hard to beat a good diner and I can see why this one is so popular. It ticks all the boxes for me. It's located in an area where finding plenty of free street parking is a cinch. It's trendy looking with great ambiance. The staff greets you with a smile, the service is fast and efficient. It doesn't hurt that it's also down the street from a buy/sell/trade record store that I like to visit from time to time. We got there at 8:30AM on a Saturday and got seated right away. I ordered the cheesy shrimp and grits which were delicious. I'd return for that dish alone (although I wouldn't mind trying their crab and avocado omelette). My friend wasn't as impressed with his Belgian waffle (and he sent his scrambled eggs back because he said they arrived cold), but he tends to be a fussy guy. I'll definitely be re-visiting this cute dining spot in the near future. Those cheesy grits and shrimp are calling my name....

The mocha was so good. They serve it in a tall glass mug topped with whipped cream; it looks like hot chocolate. The cappuccino is served in a really small cup and saucer- they should invest in larger cups. At $3.75 the cappuccino was rather expensive. The Belgian waffle was light and crispy and they served it with warm syrup. The bacon was crisp, as ordered. Don't be fooled by the crowded Libby area- we still got in in less than 10 minutes. The service was very quick. Great experience- will definitely be back. But I won't get the weakfish cappuccino in too small cup.

If you are looking for breakfast near LAX, do not miss this pace. We picked up our rental car and wanted to grab a quick bite. A quick web search pointed us to this pace. What a find! The menu is extensive and the food tastes great I had the breakfast skillet and my wife the griddle combo and we both loved our food. BTW, if you want oj for two people, go for the half litter option. Plenty for two and saves $3 compared to ordering two glasses. The staff are outstanding too! And to top things off, they also serve espresso drinks! Just a perfect way to start our day!!!

The Coffee Co. is a simple American breakfast cafe perfectly done. We arrived at 7:30 when they opened and were seated quickly. If you come later, expect a line. Coffee arrived within minutes. Classic menu allowed quick ordering and we were surprised by how quickly our food arrived. My waffle was perfectly cooked. Eggs were outstanding. My picky foodie wife loved her omelette and biscuits. It cost us $40 plus tip. Outdoor tables available. Free parking. Worth a visit.

Stopped for breakfast on the way to lax. Everything was delicious. We had an omelette, pancakes and shrimp and grits. Everything was cooked to perfection and had so much flavor. The fresh squeezed orange juice is as the best I ever had. Highly recommend !

Great breakfast menu with so many choices I wish I could of tried them all. The Eggs Benedict was cooked perfectly and the Chicken & Waffles was also very tasty.

This little gem is a must-visit coffee shop/breakfast/lunch joint. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating and the food was amazing! I had the fresh squeezed OJ and a breakfast skillet (add avacado) and both were delicious!! They are also well-known for their French toast and I hope to enjoy that at my next visit.

The hostess needs some training. Every guest that added the name to the waitlist was told it would be a 20 minute wait. Given that every table was full, and the wait line was wrapped around the exterior 20 minutes is clearly a lie. Also the hostess doesn't speak loudly or yell the guests name when she goes outside to find them. You are outside, on a busy corner with lots of conversation around you, you are not going to hear a hostess using her "inside" voice. They need a microphone system or buzzers. Also don't be surprised if she forgets about you and instead of admitting her mistake she says "last call for X" then had you stand behind the hostess counter another 20 minutes because a table isn't actually ready! If you survive the terrible hostess you won't be disappointed. The food is excellent, came out in a timely manner, was fresh and hot. The waitstaff is efficient, professional, courteous, good with young children and very accommodating. And for a nice twist they offer kids a small basket of Legos for entertainment rather than cheap crayons and paper.

I had just got off a flight from Vegas, met up with my friend from LA she recommended this place but had not been here, just heard that the food was pretty good. Anyway the waitress was very impatient and pushy with taking our order, sorta rushing us, she kept pacing back and forth. Some guy kept walking around each table, it was just weird. My friend asked for the owner, well come to find out it was the weird guy pacing around. His name was GUS, he was rude, told my friend that we needed to hurry up and finish food, his turn around time on his tables are 1 hour :-O we weren't there 30 mins. He was arrogant, out right nasty, as a business owner GUS you need to be careful how you treat customers, you have no IDEA who ppl are. Your threats to my friend will not go unnoticed. Im reporting your business. WILL NEVER EAT THERE EVER AGAIN.

We were in town for a 5k run and looked up places to eat near by. This was a great breakfast joint. It seems very busy and people were waiting outside. We actually waitlisted so did not wait very long. The food is so good and the service is wonderful. Such a delightful place. From the hostess, the waiter and the busser everyone was so nice. Everyone in my family enjoyed their meal.

The Coffee Company is only open from 7 am to 3 pm. It can get super crowded and I don't think they take reservations so after 10 am until around 2 pm you may have a wait. Go on a weekday if you can. They have dine in, take away (check your food) and delivery. We like dine in and have never had more than a 10 minute wait because we come at off hours. The service is very nice, but not perfect. I almost removed a star for this. The manager can be curt and some of the staff seem rushed and need to pay attention when you order. But overall, the service is fine and we are always happy. The inside and outside is super cute, but not large. There is seating outside, but we prefer the inside. It really is charming. We have not had a bad meal there. It is all great. Now, I find it pricey for what we get, but it is so good, I just choose to ignore it. Their fried chicken is so good, cooked to perfection and crispy. We have had most of their breakfast and lunch items. They have wonderful waffles and pancakes. Their biscuits and gravy are some of the best. We also love their coffee. And try their breakfast potatoes, you can get a huge side order and share, sometimes it comes with the meal, it just depends what you order. For lunch we have had burgers, tuna sandwiches and their turkey club. Their fries are always hot. I love the bread they use on their sandwiches and they are made with care. They have too many coffees to mention, just know if you want it, they have it. Have the best time.

There were three of us and we each loved the food. My wife had a jalapeño and date omelette that was great. I had the spinach’s and mushroom omelette. Grits were good too.

Consistent. This is my son's favorite breakfast spot! He loves the skillets and I love Belgium waffles. They've expanded now so the wait isn't as bad. Good stuff!

This place is a must visit in L.A. Friendly staff, excellent food, I had the best crab and avocado omelette in the world. The biscuits had its own unique flavor, the fruit cup was delicious.

Crowded, which is a good sign. Many old timers and regulars. Many customers walked out happy. I had the pancakes (they r huge) and hubby had sunny side up with chicken wings. Both are good.

Went on a Saturday morning around 11am and the wait time was 40 mins. We ordered the French Toast combos with eggs and bacon. The French Toast is made with Hawaiian bread and is really good. The prices are a bit high but we did enjoy our meals. Service was fast and friendly. There's lots of parking nearby.

We walked here from our hotel on Century Boulevard through a desert of LAX car parks to find a veritable oasis. Very popular so expect a wait at peak times but will you be rewarded! Extensive breakfast menu, great food and attentive staff provide the perfect mix. Great coffee too. The skillets are amazing - come hungry.

Ordered the Pancake Combos which turned out well and were delivered very quickly. Even with all the people in line, we got in and out of there in 35 minutes which is great when you are in a hurry. There are rush hours and you want to avoid them as parking can be a challenge.

Pulled up on a Sunday lots of people outside was going to leave but Glad i didn’t.. got there about 12:15 about a 35 minute wait. I got the wings, grits, potatoes and biscuits super yummy... he got the shrimp and grits just as yummy.. service was excellent.. i live an hour and a half away I’ll be back for sure...

We found this place on yelp when searching for breakfast restaurants close to our hotel. The Hawaiian bread french toast was what drew me here. I had to have it. And it ended up being delicious. Service was good, and we were sat immediately. The prices seemed a little high. Bacon could have been crispier. But those are probably my only cons. Would definitely eat the french toast here again.

After an early morning flight, we were hungry. I did a quick search on Trip Advisor, and landed on this place. It was fast service, easy parking, good service, and food was ok. A little pricey, but we were pleased with our visit.

Great coffee and large variety of menu items. The largest selection is breakfast since they close before dinner time. Love the cheesy bacon grits. It gets pretty crowded but the inside is large and the wait isn't usually long.

We came here while staying at a nearby hotel. It's a busy local place with excellent service and good food. A bowl of oatmeal was topped by bananas and strawberries, and a bowl of fruit was fresh and varied. The menu is filled with more robust fare. The latte was a little weak and there wasn't much for baked goods. Still, it's a vibrant scene filled with a local clientele that makes up for any shortcomings.

Not only do they have the best coffee, but the breakfast is pretty good. They have the best biscuits!!!!

For breakfast it is a great place for a reasonable price. There is a wait usually on the weekend, but it is so worth it. The staff are friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is old, but comfortable.

Visiting relatives in the area so as usual we had breakfast at the Coffee Company. This has become our favorite breakfast place in the area. Pros are great service and better than average food and coffee. Cons - they don't take reservations so the wait can be long. But use Yelp to get on the wait list before you arrive.

We were in LA, my wife spotted this breakfast and lunch place. We decided to try it. This was a good find, plenty of free parking, quick service, and the food was good. We had cheezy grits w/ shrimp and it was delicious. If we are in LA, we will consider coming here again.

Stopped in here for breakfast and it was so wonderful. Course it was everyone else's lunch time while I was there, it was quite busy and noisy as you would expect. I ordered an omelet with fruit and it was just fantastic. The coffee is so good, you will want to stay there all day drinking it. Next time I am in LA, I will be back here for sure!

out of town traveler ..but whenever i come to LA i heasd to the coffee company for breakfast....been comming here at least 10 years love the eggs benedict and the crepes.....and great coffee

This place is amazing... staff is so friendly and welcoming... the deco is vintage... very spacious and great for bigger group too... im not going to start with the food but their bacon is so crispy... simply loved it

Service was very good. I thought the food was pretty ordinary. They do have vegetarian sausage patties, I think they are morning star. Two eggs, potatoes, toast, and sausage $13.50. Add $3 for coffee. Their toast was ok. The only potato choice was O’Brien, so I should have opted for the grits or fruit. Parking lot was full so I parked on the street. Near LAX so it is an option if flying in or out.

Had breakfast here today. The maple waffle and the ham omelet. The food was good, but the service was excellent! Our coffee cup was always filled and they were constantly on top of any need we may have had. Really nice decor inside too.

I visited The Coffee Co for breakfast during my visit to LA and the food was delicious. I ordered the Shrimp omelette with sour doe bread and potatoes. I enjoyed the meal. The only thing I’ll mention is that adding the shrimp to an omelette may not be for everyone because of the distinct taste of seafood vs eggs. The other persons with me ordered French Toast, Corned Beef Hash and Pork Chops w/eggs and everyone enjoyed their meal. The meals came out fairly quick. Our server also provide great service. We went there on a Sunday about 10:30 AM and it was a little busy but when we left, it was packed with lots of people waiting so I suggest getting there early. The staff moved pretty quickly moving people in and out.

This was a real winner. It is very near airport, and rental car places, so it is super convenient when you arrive early in morning, or have a flight going out . Easy, free parking. Seated very quickly. Friendly service, and great breakfast choices, all delicious. Coffee was also superior. Really liked this place. Will be back the next time travelling thru LAX.

We live an hour north of LAX so this place isn’t next door. I picked up my daughter at the airport and, of course, she was hungry. She’s flying in from D.C. so we always stop somewhere near here for a bite to eat - mostly faster food. Today we went by the Coffee Company and she said that looks interesting. I’m thinking do I really want a coffee place? But, OK, we’ll do it. What a surprise! First of all, the place is so much bigger than it seemed from the outside so the people waiting quickly were seated including us. Service was quick, polite and always ready. My daughter had an omelette and I had a Mediterranean hummus with chicken that was perfect. They serve breakfast throughout lunch so many appealing dishes that I saw are always available. This was a fine. If we lived closer, we would be regulars. But, we will be steady customers on LAX trips.

We stopped in for breakfast after arriving in LA- excellent breakfast! EXCELLENT! I highly recommend the shrimp and grits, great food, great service!

I have been to this place multiple times and the food is always amazing. This time the service was a little less than desired. My orange juice was served warm. And instead of the server taking the juice and giving me a cold glass of juice, she just brought me a huge cup of ice. Other than this mishap, the restaurant was great. Only gave 4 stars just because of the juice. The server didn't even apologize.

Quick and delicious breakfast right near the airport! We had a little time before our flight and we stopped here for an excellent breakfast. Easy parking too!

This is a great neighborhood diner that focuses on breakfast. They have great omelets, but I love the skillets since they include eggs, meat, and potatoes and are quite filing. You can even order a mimosa if you are feeling fancy.

Loved my lunch here but want to come back for breakfast! Sweet place!! Menu has amazing options and soup and salad I had were amazing.

The Coffee Co proved both extensive and expedient. My spinach omelette was excellent, the service very traditionally attentive. Good find.

Portions are large and food is delicious. There is a large assortment of choices to pick from. On entering the place looks small but there are several rooms. It was very busy when we went there but were able to get a table. The service is quite fast.

Nice mix of people that enjoy the food. Great selection. Not a regular coffee shop more like a European experience.

Wow! Everything was delicious! As american portions, this restaurant didn't let down. Huge portions. We order a side fruit salad, side of muffins&gravy, coffee (which was super tasty),chorizo omelette and romano omelette. The fruit salad was well varied, with apples, blueberries, honeydew melon, banana, grapes, strawberries. The muffins were super buttery and good too. The chorizo omelette tasted like tex mex food and was delicious. It came with a little piece of melon, potatoes and our choice of toast. The romano tasted like a pizza and it was very good too. Service was quick and nice. This is going to be our must stop for breakfast for when we use LAX. Highly recommend it!!

Visited here on a Saturday morning and liked it a lot. I had the crab and avocado omelette and my husband had French toast. We both enjoyed it a lot. Service was good and quick.

Our flight into LAX came in late in the evening and we stayed at a hotel for the night. The next day, everyone was hungry for breakfast, so we hit up The Coffee Company. This is a great place for breakfast. The food was good and so was the service. The place was busy, but we didn't have to wait long for a table. They also had a small basket of Lego blocks to keep the adults, um I mean kids, entertained. Very enjoyable meal for some hungry travelers.

I've been coming to The Coffee Co for ages. I love the fact that it is within five minutes from my home. The service here is quick and friendly. I've not been disappointed on the breakfast items. I really love their grits.

As soon as I entered, I was seated. Moments later I ordered. Quicker than 5 minutes my food and drink were served. Once other guest left there table, the bust boys were on it. The food was good. Prices were premium. Service was precisionly executed. Nice atmosphere. It's a nice place to take your mom for brunch.

It is the first time to eat breakfast in this restaurant..A good service and a great food also.. The amount of food is great I got full when I was at the half of it. I will definitely come back again..

We heard so many good reviews about the food and service. Turns out the food was really good, but service was absolutely the worst that I've seen in America. 1) server threw the straw on the table as if I'm a beggar. 2) we needed to get the hostess attention who eventually got the server to take our order. 3) table check, picture this, a server walked past, rapped 2 times on the table and SAID, not asked "are you enjoying yourself" without even looking at us and walked away immediately before I could have said anything. 4) we were the only table that received minimal service, and I can only conclude that Asians are not welcome in this company. Love the pancakes by the way.

I've come here a few times, it always seems like such a good idea. There is a lovely patio outside with about 6 or 7 two-tops. Nice and shaded. The seating inside is plentiful, though weekend brunch hours can still build up a substantive wait. Service is fantastic- welcoming and smiling hostesses, coffee that is regularly refilled, checks dropped at tables in an efficient but not frustrating manner. But- at the end of the day--- I'm just not a fan of the food and with that, the high priced breakfast. A turkey sausage and egg plate is 12.50 which at many other restaurants around town you might see under $10. It might have been worth those prices of the presentation of food was above the norm or the flavor was killer, but for me- the breakfast is fairly standard fair and not worth the expense. The previous weekend, I went to Brooklyn water bagel across the way and was able to get my whole meal with egg whites and coffee for less than the cost of just my plate here with just as friendly and efficient of service, If not more so. If you are looking for a sit down order at table place and don't mind paying $2-3 more per plate-- perhaps this is your place (get there early), but I know some other places around town that I would definitely prefer.

I hate recommending this place, as there are always lines already, but if you want a breakfast, this is the place to go. Extensive breakfast menu - everything from pecan waffles to egg skillets. And every one, every time, is excellent. Despite the lines, you are in and out quickly as the service is never less than excellent, and the restaurant is larger than it looks. Coffee is very good - and a just a little on the weak side so you can have an extra cup! Been back, will continue to go back as often as I am in the area.

Don't let the line out front deter you! We saw many people waiting out front and decided to see what the wait was. It was only 20 minutes. It is much bigger inside than it looks. The service was very attentive and efficient. The food was served hot and fresh. We never had to wait for refills on drinks and all condiments were well supplied.

This is one of my favorite places to have breakfast. Their coffee is always perfectly brewed, and the breakfast and even lunch always leave me satisfied. Sometimes it gets a little crowded and you may have to wait, but don't give up, you won't be disappointed. I had the crab and avocado omelette today and it was delicious.

Great food. Had the breakfast sandwich, side of French toast and a cafe latte. My friend ordered a shrimp omlette and it was so good. I liked how they had a tablet available to use the yelp app to organize a waitlist. Oh and great music during the great service and yummy dining experience. I'll definitely go again

I love this place. It's always crowded but moves fast. I have never had anything bad here. It is a breakfast spot though.

This local breakfast spot just 8 min from LAX is a Winner! Great pancakes , Great Fresh Baked Biscuits and amazing O’Brien Potatoes!! So worth the trip!!

Definitely the toast is the deal here. The pancakes were decent and the oatmeal was excellent. Very popular local spot.

Four of us went here to grab a quick breakfast before making our way to Universal Studios. We decided to come back here the next day for a proper, sit-down breakfast.. So glad we did! Everything we ordered was delicious! You know the times when you forget you have company because you are just so focused on food? Yes, that's what we experienced! I got french toast with spicy sausage. so yumm! I had a bit of the breakfast burrito and it was equally good! Oh, also their mocha is one of the best I have had. Definitely a must-try if you are in the area.

After a short wait we entered this rather crowded place. We tried the omelettes with spinach. Very good. And One tried the pancakes with hot syrup. Also delicious. Atmosphere and staff Very nice.

I have been going to this restaurant for several years. The coffee is outstanding. Prices are reasonable. Food is very good. It stays pretty busy so plan to visit on off hours. A discount coupon is available through valpak which cuts the price even more.

This place was awesome! We just happened upon it. Everyone in our party enjoyed their breakfast. Love the shrimp and grits! Great customer service and great food.

This was my second going since it's so convenient to the airport, but it was just ok. The service was great, but the food was just ok. Don't get anything with the chorizo as they put so much that it overpowers the entire dish.

Been here 3 or 4 times. The French toast is delicious and the coffee is good too! Be prepared for a wait on the weekends but once you’re inside the food comes pretty fast. They’ve had to expand due to popularity but so far it’s still holding on to a Mom and Pop vibe.

Brunch after arriving at LAX overnight. Stayed at airport hotel then rented a car on way up the coast. Hungry for breakfast and found Thai establishment. Clean. Very friendly staff and excellent service. Wide variety on menu. I had the Chorizo omelette. Very good. They have fluffy Southern style biscuits. Good coffee.

We had brunch here on a Sunday recently. Five adults in our group. None of us had eaten here before. We arrived at 11:00 am and the wait was approximately 30 minutes for our table. The wait outside wasn't bad at all and they seemed to be moving people into seats fairly quickly. We had 1 vegan in our group and the waitress was very patient with her many questions and requests...more patient than I would have been :) We all enjoyed our meals and will definitely eat here again!

I had never been here before, but was recommended by a friend. Nevertheless, the restaurant was a bit crowded, but was able to accommodate guests promptly. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious - for a somewhat pricey menu. I would definitely recommend it.

We were starving and so glad to be immediately seated. Breakfast was delicious. Everyone chose their favorites-pancakes. eggs benedict, scrambled eggs and the service was top notch. Highly recommended.

The wait wasn't long and the service was everything good; but the food was GREAT! My group consist of four people and we all thoroughly enjoyed our food... The French Toast, Shrimp & Grits, Spicy Chicken Sausage Omelet was worth repeating a visit... the coffee was also great , so great I had 3 cups . If any one decides to visit this place you will not be disappointed.

Griddle breakfast, shrimp omelette, 2 egg breakfast were some of the dishes that we enjoyed. The menu is extensive! I has become a gem. The service was wonderful. The atmosphere was great. This local restaurant is special.

Had the Eggs Benedict was very good. Hollandaise was super lemony, but still delicious. Delicious meal for a good price!

We needed breakfast when we arrived early in the morning at LAX. Found this place on Yelp and were very pleased. We ordered two different omelette sand both were moist and delicious. My cappuccino came with a chocolate truffle which was a nice touch and seemed like a bit of decadence at 8:30 in the morning. We are planning to stop again on our way out since it is so close to Alamo car rental. Clean, pleasant atmosphere and no-nonsense staff. We were served quickly. A great spot close to the airport.

Food was delicious. Everything made fresh to order and good quantity of food in each plate. Their Mimosas were great! Reasonable pricing.

New to area. Went here for a quick breakfast. Was seated right away (even with a crowd of people). Staff were all very nice and attentive. I ordered the Belgium waffle which was very good! Cant wait to go back and try the french toast which looked spectacular. Food was quickly served. Clean restaurant.

Was looking for a great brunch spot near Lax. What a gem! When we walked up there was a line up to get in. We debated going somewhere else, but we were told it was about a 20min wait so we stayed. We were seated within 10mins!(table of 2 )Definitely recommend getting the combo meals. My friend had the Belgian waffle combo with spicy sausage (so good) with scrambled eggs and biscuits. I had the spinach cheese omelette it was delicious. Oh btw, if a tea lover, order the hot brew tea. It so good and you get a small carfe of tea refill. Coffee Co definitely worth a try if in the area. The pricing was reasonable too. (Sorry we ate the food we forgot to take photos 😩)

This cafe is my family go to coffee shop for weekend breakfast. Never disappointed. You've gotta try the pecan waffles. Worth the try

Every time I come here is always pack. So I decided to try again. This time it wasn't as busy as usual. They had the steak and eggs special so decided to try, since I love steak. Service was fast which is a big plus. Ask for medium well, but maybe I should off ask for well done. The steak was juice and tender but it needed more flavor. The potatoes were ok but to mushy for me. The bread was good nice and warm with flavor. My wife hag the waffles and they were excellent. I think is a miss and hit in the restaurant so I will come back and give it a try again.

This is a large coffee shop type of restaurant. There is a large selection of breakfast and lunch items. The prices are reasonable and the servers are nice. It can be crowded but usually there is only a brief wait if any. There is free parking on the street and in the adjacent lot.

Coffee Company is a very popular place and rightfully so. There is usually a wait to get in on weekends. They offer a wide variety of breakfast options, including "add-ons." The food quality is good and the service is excellent. My only hesitancy is the price. Over a decade ago, I used to frequent this restaurant for breakfast, but, with their increasing popularity and prices, I now only go on special occasions.

The Coffee Co was a great place to stop for late breakfast. They Close at 3 pm on Saturday and have plenty of street parking available for free! We arrived around 1:30 pm on Saturday and there was no wait or line, the hostess greeted and sat us immediately with a wonderful smile from the beginning. The menu is brunch-focused with extremely minimal lunch/dinner options. The food was amazing, the only concern we had was that some of the cutlery and tableware was not cleaned properly they residue and sediment on both and we alerted the waitress and she changed them with gratitude.

Went there twice while i was in LA, the place is really very busy but the food was perfect and tasty. The omelet was really delicious same as the coffee. Highly recommended

My friend suggested for a group of us to eat here, stating that this is her favorite place at this end of town. What a place! There are four adjoining open rooms, decorated with wall art, plus outdoor seating. There is virtually no wait. What a concept for L.A. A board at the entrance lists a half dozen daily breakfast fares, mostly seafood. We ordered lobster omelet and salmon cakes off this board. The rest of the group ordered off the menu. The specials were very good. The Eggs Benedict was fair. Waffles and pancakes are great also. What stood out was their quick service and attentiveness of all the waiters to every table! Kudos for that.

My wife and I really enjoyed our breakfast experience here. It seems to be a popular restaurant yet the busyness did not prevent prompt service. The decor is pleasant (think of grandma’s tasteful dining room decor). The coffee mugs hold about 6 oz of coffee, so refills are frequent, and it’s good coffee. While the Country Style Chicken Hash and eggs were tasty, the components are a bit dry (diced grilled chicken, onions and mushy) there was nothing holding it together (no sauce or meat fat to hold the food together ) so you can find yourself chasing bits all over your plate. My wife enjoyed her eggs Benedict. There seemed to be plenty of sauce.

Delicious food and prompt service, and they didn't seem to mind my friend and I chatting well past our food was gone before I went to the airport.

Great food but felt rushed. The lady was ready to take our order as soon as drinks were placed . We told her we needed some time to look at the menu. She left and was back in literally 3mins. The food came out almost as soon as our order was placed. As we were nearing the end of eating, the waitress brought fresh butter and creamer out to place on the table for the next patrons. Her conversation was like she was wrapping us up and ready to send us on our way. We realize they are busy and don’t need customers sitting there all day but sheesh I was in town visiting and wanted a minute to just catch up with my niece. Excellent food though!

I had the Eggs Benedict and I really didn't care for it. They need to change the menu. Instead of saying the sauce is lemony in the description, they need to straight out call it "A Whole Hella Lemon Eggs Benedict". Husband had the Corned Beef Hash and he too didn't care for it. Didn't like the home fries, but the latte I had was very good.

First stop in LA, definitely wonderful, Rocío was very kind, attentive and helpful with the recommendations . Waffles are 5 stars. Nice portions and prices are good also ! I would love to comeback before I leave LA on my way to SF !

The place is close to LAX and thus forms the possibility of a perfect farewell with American breakfast. The extensive menu tab provides many difficult choices. There is something for every taste. The food is super delicious. The portions are also relatively dimmed in their scope compared to other similar restaurants.

Visited this place three times! Its been great each time. Lets start with the staff - super friendly ensuring you are well looked after and very polite. Breakfast - great food and portions are decent too. Overall, good value for money

This eatery is very close to the hotels on the LAX strip. My husband found it by accident, but it was packed. It must be one of LA's little secrets for locals, but we went and it was a very pleasant surprise. The food was great and very reasonable. We met some locals who were welcoming and conversational. That was very nice. The seats we were in were close so we changed to the a table and back booth and that was much better. Our hotel had free breakfast, but the selection was not good, so that was definitely a welcome sight. If you're looking for a great, reasonable breakfast close to LAX, try this place. It greats crowded early.

Stopped off for brunch on way back to airport. Try the corned beef hash. Coffee was great too. Lively atmosphere, good service, I'd recommend and would definitely return.

Had a wonderful breakfast here before flying out of LAX. Crowded on Sunday morning; definitely a good sign. Extensive menu and lots of daily specials. We tried a skillet and the pineapple pancakes. Delicious. Good coffee, too. Super-friendly service. A bit more expensive than expected, but well worth it.

The food served was of great quality and taste. I was elated at the wide variety of items offered on the Menu. The staff were awesome and very astute to the needs of customers. I would encourage everyone to visit this place when in the Los Angeles, CA area in the near future. Cost were not expensive.

This breakfast eatery has been here for decades...and the food is still good! Ratatouille omelet, French toast and eggs, waffle and eggs and salmon and eggs rounded out our breakfast! Service is attentive from the host to the serving. Eating on a Sunday morning you're going to endure a wait, but it was only 25 minutes which really went by quickly. We are never disappointed and it's a lovely atmosphere with plenty of free parking. On your way or coming home from the airport, you will walk away with your appetite filled.

Landed at LAX and rented a car, the CS rep told us of The Coffee Co. and we met up with the family. Ok First the Service was outstanding both first time we went and Second time went. I had the Salmon Cakes and Eggs with Fruit Plate and Biscuits. This was the Most delicious breakfast i have had in a long time. The Biscuits(which i don't usually eat) were just to good for words in fact we came back bye for lunch going back out of town and i had StoneCrab Omelette. The Fresh Squeezed OJ was so good we ordered 2 liters and drank it all. I am telling you that this place in Fantastic..you might have to wait but the people waiting were so much fun and friendly. I am so glad i do not live nearby because it would not be good for me :)

I met friends there for Sunday breakfast. Luckily, we beat the Sunday rush and didn't have to wait outside to get a seat. I had the ABC omelette - avocado, bacon and cheese. It was great. The avocado was so smooth and creamy tasty. One friend had the corned beef and eggs, the other had eggs benedict. All the plates were big but they all were empty when we were done. I love that there is always someone walking around with the coffee. Very old-school but very good!

We had an early morning arrival and got to LA hungry and in much need of coffee! My daughter looked this place up and it was a quick drive from the car rental. We had a variety of omelettes all quite fresh and flavorful. Homemade biscuits were fantastic, also had pancakes and the Belgian waffle looked great (it had a hint of cinnamon). The staff was very friendly and efficient. I also loved the decor and space of the restaurant.

Just got off the plane in LAX and had to pick up my friend. We were driving around as it was too early for me to check into the hotel. We were getting hungry so I whipped out my phone and pressed my Yelp App and started looking what was around us. Looked at this place said the name and my friend says YES in a LOUD voice we are going there! So we get there and they were still setting up so we just chilled until they opened. We were like the only ones there, but only for half an hour as people started pouring in there like there was no tomorrow. Looking at the menu and I had to chuckle when I saw that their French Toast was made with Hawaiian Sweet Bread because I was just in a French Toast contest (which the competition was fierce but it was one thing I can make well and yes I won... What you like challenge me? lol). So I wanted to see how this place makes theirs so I ordered the French Toast Combo. It came with four pieces of Hawaiian Sweet Bread French Toast, 2 Eggs, and I chose the Spicy Chicken Sausage as my meat. My first bite of the french toast was with no butter and no syrup. Let me tell you this... If I had to compete against their french toast I would of thrown mine away in the garbage can as that was by far the best french toast I have ever eaten in my entire life (sorry mom). To think that a local boy from Hawaii had to travel over two thousand miles to have the best Hawaiian Sweet Bread French Toast is crazy! Yes the eggs were fluffy and the spicy chicken sausage was great (not that spicy at all) but the french toast just left an amazing taste in my mouth. As I write this I am counting the days until I go back to get another bite... Wiping the drool from my mouth... Lots of parking in the lot right next to the place (then again we were there early so I don't know how it gets later on in the day). I can't remember what my friend had as all I could think about how I was eating the best darn french toast ever. Yes The Coffee Co. has won me over with just that one dish. If breakfast or french toast isn't your thing then check out their menu as I'm sure it must be great as there was tons of people when we left. laxcoffeeco.com/Site/Men…

As a first time visitor I was really impressed with the speed of getting us to a table despite the long line that I witnessed. The food came out in a timely manner and was very delicious and the portion was well worth the price. I will definitely return. I suggest you give it a chance, you won't be disappointed.

My son and his girlfriend took me here for breakfast! Nice portions and the food was absolutely delicious! Our server was so accommodating and went out of her way to make our visit to The Coffee Co. a super awesome time. If you want a satisfying meal, I highly recommend The Coffee Co.

I really enjoyed my breakfast here but it was over $30, which is a lot for breakfast for one in most places anyway. It was not an exceptional breakfast for the money when you consider all the extras that went into it like the egg surcharge. Coffee was good and my server was a very nice lady. Maybe Angelinos are used to these prices but I sure are not. It’s like most things in California just way too much money for not much in return. Overall like LA and California I do not recommend. Not worth the cost.

I have been there a few times and the food is always excellent! We go out of our way to eat breakfast there whenever we are in town! The portions are good and the food is always excellent. The staff is always friendly hand helpful.

We decided to head to this restaurant after reading reviews on trip advisor and another website. We defiantly weren't disappointed. The kids were given a container of Lego to keep them entertained. Excellent for those kids that can't sit still. We ordered the French toast and the children ate Nutella toast and pancakes. The service was great from the second we walked in the door, and the waitress was very attentive. The cost is on par with other business in the area, however the service is where it stands out, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. However, it does get very busy so you need to best time to go.

My wife and I arrived early to fly out of LAX and before turning in our rental car drove around looking for a place to eat. What a pleasant surprise. My wife had the grilled chicken salad and I had eggs and corned beef hash with biscuits like my mother used to make. Both meals were about $14. Great service and very tasty food. Lots of parking only a few blocks from Hertz return lot or the airport. We will definitely come again. Only open until 3 in the afternoon.

What a great find! This quirky family owned restaurant is staffed with the happiest folks ever, and it shows. Each room is decorated by one of the owners’ family members and the Prince-themed travel room is my favorite! Pancakes were fantastic, and great vegetarian options as well. Finally, this is the best place to eat when picking up or dropping people off at LAX.

The opportunity to visit this spot was terrific. There were a host of choices and this was my first visit. The coffee was stronger than I was used to, but good! The pancakes were fluffy and about 10 inches in diameter. Best of all was the chicken sausage . I'm looking forward to another visit! !

Coffee and fresh orange juice were very tasty. Breakfast items were fresh and filling. Prices are reasonable. Overall a good breakfast spot!

We were heading to Oxnard for a long weekend when our airline lost one of our bags. They thought it could possibly be on the next flight, so we had a couple hours to kill. We asked at the car rental for a breakfast suggestion - and they told us about The Coffee Co. We're so thrilled that we decided to go here for breakfast - it was so good. I personally had the stone crab omelette w/avocado - it was one of the specials that day and it was excellent. I'm from WI and they don't do seafood & avocado omelettes. You have to check this place out - they have quite an extensive menu. There were (4) of us and we all loved what we ordered.

My family had just landed from a red eye at LAX and we were starving. We googled to see the closest spots to eat and this was the first place to come up. We did not regret our decision! A well thought out menu. The food is amazing. The coffee is outstanding. The staff is great. You won't be disappointed, so come here! I only wish we had time to visit again before we left.

Well we left unsatisfied. For the prices you'd think it would be spectacular. I had the shrimp and grits and would never order again. Hubby has the chicken wings with eggs, and it was mediocre. Also had the cappuccinos which were good. Did not like the biscuits. Not a lot of flavor in the food and service was okay. Would go back and try something different though.

Their menu selection is great, whether you want to keep your calories intake in check or if you want to treat yourself with disregard. My favorite is the papaya and chicken salad. The owner is always there greeting the customer and asking for feedback. The servers have never disappoint me, they are fast and helpful. Even though there's always a line to get in, it moves prettey quickly. The only draw back is that it's not open for dinner.

Found this place on trip advisor while searching for a brunch spot to me my friends before I was to fly out. Super busy and packed for brunch. But, seating was prompt and food was good. The coffee was awesome! I had a great cappuccino and a spinach omelette...which was pretty good. Didn't like the fact that the omelette was a little watery due to the spinach, but tasty none the less. Even though it's super busy, staff seems to be hustling and extremely attentive to guests. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great brunch spot with parking, prompt service, friendly and serves good food...especially if you are looking for someplace near the lax airport. Bon Appetit!

Great breakfast near LAX. Wide variety of items available, what we ordered was great and all we saw going by looked good too.

This restaurant is pretty popular with a menu full of options. The food was delicious, service was impeccable, and outdoor seating worked for us. Although their were long lines, we were added to the waiting list and waited about an hour!

Very popular with friendly service and always freshly prepared breakfast items; nothing sitting around on the kitchen grille waiting for customers.

They food is good, but they have the best coffee. When I want regular coffee, I will make the drive to The Coffee Co. Their biscuits are also to die for...

Love love LOVE this place everything I have had, from healthy( Greek Platter) to Comfort food( French Toast and Fried chicken) is wonderful. The coffee is fantastic and the waitstaff is always on point. Drop by this great family run restaurant. They may have had humble beginnings but they are growing by leaps and bounds. Be prepared to wait on popular days, but trust you won't be disappointed. #ihopwho?

The Coffee Company is just a very regular little restaurant tucked behind Sepulveda, very close to LAX. If you have time in the area before or after a flight, it's the perfect place to stop for a decent breakfast and some good coffee! What is not regular about The Coffee Company is the outstanding service from the same wait staff year after year which tells me these folks take care of their people and it is a well run business. The biscuits are delicious. The orange juice is freshly squeezed. My personal favorite is the corned beef hash. Pancakes and waffles are very good, too. The Coffee Company is a great neighborhood secret. Now you know, too!

We went here for breakfast after arriving in LA. Breakfast was good and they were good portion sizes. Prices for breakfast seemed a little high.

The fresh smell of coffee was intense as we entered the restaurant. My friend and I shared a Greek omelette which was wonderful. We wiil return there for breakfast tomorrow.

We had a beautiful breakfast there together with American friends before our return flight to Norway after successful days in LA. Close to the airport, nice prepared and well tasting food, excellent coffee. Perhaps a little noisy when the reataurant was filled with all the People enjoyng their breakfast. Definitely to be recommended to foreigners who wish to experience a Californian coofee house. Henry J Grindheim, Norway

I've heard all around town about this place but it surpassed all the street reviews by far!! The wait was a little awhile because we were a large party but it was WORTH THE WAIT!

Since we stayed at a hotel near by Lax that doesn't provide free breakfast (the breakfast at the hotel is pretty expensive) we googled and found this restaurant serving both breakfast and brunch. The restaurant was packed when we arrived, but it didn't take long to be seated as the restaurant is pretty big. The server was very friendly. The portion of food is big. I especially enjoyed their pancake which was made fresh and very fluffy.

We ate here based on TripAdvisor recommendations and was very happy we did. There was a bit of a wait but well worth it. My wife had the shrimp and grits while I had eggs with bacon and potatoes. Everything was delicious and the service was prompt. There is plenty of parking available as well.

I've eaten here both with local friends as well as friends from out of town and it's always a favorite. Good pancakes, french toast and omelets.

Looked like a place the locals go for coffee and/or breakfast. We had good eggs and bacon and polish. The potatoes had an interesting Mexican taste to it. And the OJ was natural and very flavorful. But is was very slow in serving, and the refill of coffee took too long to come. The prices average, not cheap.

We were starving after our long journey to LAX. We were looking for a place that we could sit down, relax, and have a good breakfast. We found The Coffee Co. (which didn't have any ratings on TripAdvisor or UrbanSpoon, which made me a bit hesitant). However, we were desperate to eat, so we stopped in and the menu sufficed. Thus, we gave it a shot. My goodness, it was great! It's a place that offers breakfast and lunch options all day. Being a vegan, I couldn't eat any of the breakfast options, but I could have the lunch option of the lentil soup and half of the vegetable sandwich. If I could rate the lentil soup (served daily), I would rate it a 5/5; it was PHENOMENAL. The rest of my family enjoyed breakfast and lunch options, and we were raving about how awesome the food was for such a random location. Our server was very kind and accommodating. If you're looking for a great brunch place around LAX, I would recommend this place.
Best breakfast!!!!
Large portions, homemade food. Amazing. I would come back. Friendly service. Don't skip this place!!!!! Get the biscuits! Try the coffee!!
