Recently I made a reservation to dine at The garden room. I had the most unethical experience there. This restaurant turned me away for having a service dog. The girl (blonde) was hostile about it too. She kept cutting me off whenever I tried to speak to shout “DO YOU WANT ME TO BRING OUT MY MANAGER”. She said that they don’t allow pets or service dogs or any dog inside. I continued to explain again that he is a PSD service dog and usually he is not denied entry, and she rudely kept cutting me off to say “NO ANIMALS ALLOWED” and then says “I’m sorry” in a mocking tone. Last I checked this goes against the ADA act and is considered discriminatory and illegal. She was very hostile and honestly I was a bit shaken by the experience. I tried to call the manager on the phone about it after and he claims that they do allow service animals (which clearly isn’t true based on my experience). He said that as long as you can show documentation about your disability or your service dog then they allow you in. This AGAIN goes against the ADA act and is illegal and discriminatory. Service dog handlers are not required to walk around with documentation to show restaurants. After realizing how unethical they were, I was hesitant to give the manager my name or any information about me. He was very ruse and hung up the phone on me. I’ve never experienced this at any other restaurant and I do believe further action should be taken here.

Average! $21 mimosa - could not taste anything except bitter orange juice. $21 Bloody Mary was watery! The scene at the bar was something! Two women were pretty much wearing nothing on the top! Food was average! $130.00 brunch with one drink each. Service was good but that is it!

Definitely a super location close to Buckhead village, with an outstanding design and very cool cocktails menu. Server touched lured us second drink in the same glass though...

This bar has a cool theme: garden “atrium-style” with glass roof/walls. The music was good — mainly 80’s and 90’s. My group wanted to check it out because of its proximity to St. Regis and Umi Sushi. We had a great experience.

Just had a very memorable Easter brunch. Great drinks and food. Seafood tower was fantastic. Lots Of fun for kids - Easter bunny and dessert room with cotton candy station.

Love coming here for any reason if you're lucky enough to get a reservation. Stays booked months in advance for a reason. Go check it out

We are regulars at the St.Regis~ we love it there! Everyone is so nice! We wanted to get a quick cocktail at The Garden room before dinner and there were 4 staff at door deciding who can come in and not. One of the girls working there said we could come in and then another one comes up at says no. Total disgusting the way she treated us. She said “come back in 45 minutes” went to the bar at St. Regis and had so much fun. I did go back to Garden room and then she said now it’s an hour and half. We won’t go back, it’s a beautiful restaurant but we won’t go back. We will spend our money else~where. There are too many choices in Atlanta with friendly people!!!!!!!

I have to say, this is one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. And I do not say that lightly. My girlfriends and I made reservations 3-4 months in advance and were so excited to celebrate my friend’s passing the bar exam. We have our favorite spots in Atlanta and took a chance stepping out to try The Garden Room. Where do I start? The 4 of us were seated at a 2 top by the door. While we watched other parties of 2 seated at nice 4 tops. Our request to move tables was not acknowledged until after we finished our meals. Our orders were wrong and late. Our checks were wrong. Our checks were not picked up and we had to leave cash in order to leave. I rarely complain or leave reviews, but we are very upset by our first “fine” dining experience after a very hard year. The wait staff was kind, but ineffective without proper restaurant management. I will be expecting a response.

This spot is great if you have lots of spare $$$!!! We enjoyed our brunch dishes (lobster roll, lobster omelet, salads, and egg benedict) - and the cocktails/wine were excellent. But the $500 cost seems a bit on the high side.

We had appetizers, drinks and dessert.. all divine!!! The aesthetics were amazing! Presentation was EVERYTHING! However, service is a bit slow, so pack your patience… Overall a beautiful experience!!!

We were very disappointed with the Sunday brunch at The Garden Room. The menu was very limited for vegans and gluten free individuals. The plates are prepared in advance and there are no substitutions or changes allowed. We ordered Garden Salads and asked if a piece of salmon could be added to the salad and the answer was no from the waiter. The restaurant ran out of the Lox Bagel after it was ordered and then substituted if for chicken biscuits. We tried to have the hot sauce not included but the waiter said it was already prepared and could not be removed. We complained that it was too hot to eat and the item was removed from the bill. All in all the only thing going for the restaurant is the garden decor. The music was too loud to carry on conversations and the food menu items were limited and very expensive. Would not recommend Sunday brunch at he Garden Room.

This little garden spot is so cute! It’s tucked away by the St Regis hotel in Buckhead Atlanta. Make a reservation since it always stays busy. The flowers inside are faux but beautifully done. Flowers on the walls, trees, ceilings. Fabric decor on the chairs in festive colors - pinks, greens, yellows. Ordered whole lobster that was shelled and had a crab sauce on top. Fries and cheeseburger. The cocktail and dessert menu is really the popular items. Ordered a delicious cocktail called “MEET YOUR MATCHA” which had Sipsmith Gin, Matcha, Orgeat, Cream, Lemon, Raspberry Foam. Bc we sat at high top tables and no other seats were available the manager gave us complimentary champagne! The staff and service was phenomenal. Making sure we were pleased every 10 minutes. Highly recommend for date night or girls night.

The Garden Room is one of the most equisitely themed restaurants in Atlanta. It's part of Buckhead Plaza, but essentially connected to the St. Regis. I made a reservation about a month in advance, and it was a smooth process. I was celebrating a farewell/congratulations dinner with one of my dear friends, and it was one of the most memorable evenings. Our server, Sophai, made our entire experience amazing. We briefly chatted once I was seated, and I told her why I was there before my friend arrived. She customized our cocktails, sent out dishes compliments of the chef and her, and included a congratulations dessert. She was extremely attentive, kind, and just an all-around great spirit. Solely because of her, I will return. The cocktails were so delicious. We indulged in the Lychee-tini, the Pink Pony, The Hot Mess and the classic, Aperol Spritz. For food, we had the 1000 layer potatoes, oysters, Lavash with spreads, and the chilean sea bass -- all of which were incredible. This venue is pricey, but it's worth it. Perfect for Instagram photos, great cocktails and food, and a dreamy ambience. It's the perfect "treat yourself" evening with friends!

I call him the Louboutin stepper! Its a Server/Bartender name Armani..... This guy literally has the most amazing personality ever! And his service is literally impeccable. Extremely knowledgeable about the food and the profile and also the cocktails! I will definitely be back! Thank you Julien and Terrance for all that you do!

Atmosphere -Excellent, Beets- Excellent, Truffle Pillows-Above Average, Strip Loin- Above Average, Ribs- Above Average, Fries-Fair, Wine-Average, Drinks-Above Average. Service-Fair. Massive confusion by Paul on taking drinks to hotel bar attached to restaurant.

2.5 Mediocre. If you value customer service, good experience and yourself, just go next store. Value has gone down!!! Pleasing view, gorgeous hotel. Service was low tier. cultural training is highly needed! .Host needs training on professionalism and refinement. 4 star hotel,2 star restaurant. It did not reach 5 stars for a reason.

It was difficult to get a reservation. This is a place you go for the experience, atmosphere and presentation. The food is very overpriced but not memorable. The staff were attentive and pleasant. Everything is small plates. Cocktails are weak - but fun. Dessert was the best part. I’d recommend Atlas over the Garden Room.

Great atmosphere and food!! Our party consisted of 6. Our reservation was at 6pm. I was a little worried we would be rushed since our concert started at 8. The food came out quickly- almost too fast. We were finished by 7pm. We had the Send Noods cocktail- it’s served with a little rubber duck. I also recommend the HOT MESS cocktail. The pork ribs were my favorite!! So many great dishes to choose.

Went on a Wednesday night at 8 pm with friends. Nice staff, great food, but music was so loud we couldn't hear each other or the waitress. Everything had to be repeated. When we asked the manager to turn down the music, she said other patrons complained it was too quiet for a Wednesday. Then the DJ proceeded to turn UP the music again. Oh, and you have to use the St Regis ballroom bathrooms - the Garden room doesn't have any.

With a group of four celebrating a birthday, we had the most wonderful evening. From the food, cocktails, atmosphere, music it was all fantastic! We had the best service I've ever received in Atlanta, from an exceptional server by the name of Michelle. Can't wait to go back!

We had a fabulous brunch at The Garden Room. The entire space feels like stepping into a lush, whimsical greenhouse—flowers, greenery, and sunlight everywhere. The service was warm and attentive, and every dish we tried was fresh and delicious. The oysters were a standout, but honestly, the whole vibe made the meal. Beautiful atmosphere, great food, and a perfect spot for a weekend treat. Highly recommend.

All-in-all it's a very unique experience... There's a deposit ($120/pp just to hold the reservation), assuming that's the minimum spend pp... The space is unmatched. The staff from the time we arrived but on point, friendly, and eager to please. We did ask to move which was accommodated without hesitation. The food was pretty amazing from the presentation and food quality... My only complaint was we didn't realize we could've ordered more - run up our tab to reflect the deposit amount... but had a truly amazing experience.

I usually agree with my friends but this place really let me down. I think it was partially due to the fact that the place was not easy to get a reservation for so I was expecting greatness. Instead, I felt like my life had been wasted. The drinks were mediocre at best and the bartender was just okay. The service was nothing to write home to mom about either. I'm a plant lover and I wasn't even impressed with their fake flowers and foliage. I just found nothing remarkable about this place. I regretted not going to Capital Grille close by without the reservation hassle and at least really good drinks and apps. The oysters were like little baby slivers that they should have been too ashamed to serve. My husband, a Miami native, requested the check right after they hit the table. We have never seen smaller oyster in our lives, EVER. The lobster roll, however cliche was pretty good. I couldn't understand why people would crowd around in such a tiny little establishment with a bathroom located outside of it and mediocre food. What a friggen gimmicK? We like real food, real people, real drinks, so if you like any of the following look elsewhere. I was so sorry that this place wasn't what I wanted it to be. This is an instagram pic place, cute but not so much in person. I can't even consider it for a drink and app hangout.

A fabulous experience complete with beautiful garden surroundings. We had great service and enjoyed several creative cocktails which involved fire, glitter bombs, and rubber duckies. And the food was delicious! A unique and fabulous experience.

This is definitely a very nice looking space. We normally always order a bottle of wine, but in the restaurant you have to try their cocktails and we tried 4 of them. They are great and innovative, however a bit pricey. The service was good and the food delicious, especially the tomahawk ribeye we ordered amongst other main. Deserts were also very good and all in all the experience was very pleasant. What was a surprise, is that despite the fact the staff knew we celebrate birthday and we spent over $250/person, there was not even a small cake for the birthday girl...

This restaurant is beautiful, and the perfect venue for a bridal shower. Service from every staff member was great. Desserts were the highlight of the meal. Tableside spaghetti carbonara was a fun presentation but the dish itself is perhaps overly cheesy and needed something like green peas to offset the richness. Chicken bites were tasty and a more filling appetizer than expected - they're overcharging for that small spoonful of caviar they offer as an add-on. My friend and I were both celebrating birthdays and they made us feel special. Delivery of dishes to the table was well paced. My issues with this place were the parking - which even AFTER validation is $15 - and the tipping. My friend and I were celebrating our birthdays and split the check. When we received our checks, the restaurant had pre-calculated options for 15%, 20% and 25% - on the ENTIRE bill, not each of our portions. We were having a good time, selected the 20% option, and failed to notice it until the next day. Our server was very good but not 40% tip good (20% from each of us on the full total). Beware if you find yourself in the same situation.

This place is not only beautiful in person but it exceed our "Girls Day Out" expectation. From reading reviews before choosing this spot I was very apprehensive. However upon arrival (and without reservations our intent was to try to obtain seats at the bar. Of course it was 95% occupied and we wouldn't be able to sit by one another but the flowers bloomed and it all worked out. The staff were more then accommodating and it was a spectacular visit, Lovey cocktails, decadent desserts and the most alluring botanical, blissful atmosphere. It was truly and experience.

It was Mother’s Day and my birthday! We had the worst experience! A not worthy $220 course per person, we had to call the server various times because he forgot to bring us the next plate, served other people that came after us first, he was really disrespectful, and we ended leaving the place with an empty stomach. The most waisted $600 dollars of my life.

The drinks and food were great. We sat at the bar. We enjoyed the experience. I would go back if I’m in Atlanta again

If there were a place for negative stars- this establishment has earned that. I have never seen more disrespect towards customers in my life. I have been in the food and bev world all My life in almost every major city. The manager approached our table full of working polished professionals and absolutely attacked my colleague for his trendy AF Atleisure attire. We have 20+ paying patrons, and the manager with no class at all confronted us with no explanation- forcing us all to leave. Must be his first big boy job. So sorry for our sweet and kind waitress who lost out on a fun and friendly crowd- her manager costed her a great compensation for her services. So sad.

We had been anxiously awaiting our first visit to the Garden Room and could not have been more disappointed. First of all we were expecting it to be decorated for the Holidays and it wasn’t. That was one of the main reasons we waited until the Holidays to go. With such a gorgeous room, and knowing how well the St. Regis does it, we were so let-down. Second, the food was a total waste. For the same money, we could have gone to 10 places within walking distance that would have been better. Third, the loud club-style music they played seemed totally wrong for the environment. It was packed so one bad review probably won’t matter but this is place nobody would want to go to twice.

The room is breath taking! My husband and I and couple of friends had an amazing time. Our server was Michael; an excellent server with an amazing attitude. The food and drinks were excellent! We were left wanting more pasta & chicken…delicious!
Wait
We waited a little more than two hours since we hadn't made a reservation. It was so busy they only had seats at the bar, we decided on just appetizers and drinks. But the atmosphere is amazing and alive. If you are planning to be there in two months I'd advise you to make your reservation in the next few days. The drinks are well made and tasty.
