The service was slow and horrible The food was terrible it was brought to the table cold and the biscuits was hard. The wings was so salty and very tiny you would have thought they killed a hummingbird. Then it was fried to hard. The mimosa was brought out after we was getting ready to leave. We had to wait until the server came to get the ticket. Only saw him when we placed, the order. And we had ask, for the ticket 3x. Overall I will never go back

it was a great experience, kenshari was our service she was amazing it was our first time she gave us many food option. Overall it was a great experience we will definitely be back

What's with super loud music? I love the genre and wish I had my ear plugs. I would hate to try to have a conversation! This place is beautiful with clean lines, a friendly staff. The sign outside said they open at 11, but open earlier for breakfast. The eggs are wonderful. I ordered the avacado toast. What a generous serving! The loud music is the only reason I took a star off.

Went there at 9:45 am for brunch. Service from our waiter Alex was excellent. Food was beautifully plated. Portion size was generous. Everything tasted good. My biggest issue was with the hostess at the door who greeted us. She was clearly quite lazy as she moved at a snails pace. There were only three tables occupied. Dozens of open tables since it was early in the morning. She sat us at a table for three in front of the door. I noticed dozens of tables open and asked if we could sit at a table for four that was further away from the door. She refused. She said the table was reserved. She refused to allow us to sit anywhere except for two tables in the front of the restaurant that were set up for three people. I mentioned that the restaurant was 80 percent vacant. She still declined. We sat at the table in front of the door. I felt that she has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. When it’s busy, it’s a different matter. Even by the time we left there was barely anyone there. So it clearly wasn’t a case of all those tables being reserved. See photos taken at end of our meal. We won’t be back.

So the food is delicious but the service is not great. We attended on my birthday. The cook is absolutely amazing he communicated very well and was kind. The host and the wait staff could use some training on customer service. I can see this place going down hill due to the service. This wasn’t our first time coming but it is likely the last due to the nice/nasty customer service.

I had to come try the catfish grits. Let me tell you the trip was well worth it. The service was great. The staff was friendly and welcoming, my food was delicious. The catfish and grits is a great dish, a must experience. This is a spot where music r&b and popular hip hop music can be heard while dining. I enjoyed my experience. Great spot to hang out with friends or go solo if you want to have good food with music playing in the background.

Amazing experience post the hostess who was sorta preoccupied. Our server Aurelia was amazing she make sure we were okay and that we had everything we needed from start to finish. Her attention to detail and suggestions were very welcoming and appreciated. The food was good from the biscuit starter to the lobster and grits which comes with a spicy sweet sauce which I had on the side, Aurelia suggested the crawfish sauce in addition which we both accepted and the two sauces together and individually were a HIT. The music was amazing and went great with the mimosas ;-) Looking forward to returning and I’ll be sure to request Aurelia .

Excellent place with great customer service with Demi 🩷! They were able to accommodate a family of 10. We ordered just about everything on the menu. All of it was delicious with great presentation! Appetizers we had were the churro fries and funnel cake fries. Our mains were funnel cake chicken, stuffed French toast, pancakes, granola toast, avocado toast and more. All of it was amazing. I highly recommend this place and would return if we are in the area.

The music was too freaking loud !! Great food. Good service. But I had to yell to be heard. My voice is now horse. I wasn’t the only one that felt it was too loud. Not a place to hold conversations.

This was my first time visiting The Honey Hole and the food was fabulous. My sister and I were there for our girls lunch. I suggest the you make reservations like I did, there will be a wait because it’s so good. I had to compliment the chefs.
