Saturday night, we had an incredible dinner at The Kimberly, the fourth John Carver restaurant we've visited in Austin. The Beef Wellington, yellowfin tuna appetizer, and our server Brian were exceptional. Brian's enthusiasm and expertise in bourbon were unmatched. We enjoyed the Weller Antique 107 Bourbon, McCallum 25-year Scotch, and Redbreast 15-year Irish Whiskey.

The one thing that stands out for us at all three of these John Carver restaurants is the amazing servers. At each of our last visit to these three amazing restaurants the servers were some of the best I have ever experienced, and Brian was the top of the list! Mr. Carver, please take the time to recognized Brian for his amazing service and unmatched bourbon knowledge and passion. I know we will be back, and Brian is a must have for us.
Also, I wear hearing aids, so it is sometimes hard to hear in busy restaurants, I noted it on the reservation, and the staff sat us in a great spot in front of the wine cellar which was perfect.
