The owner is a old rude hooka smoking miserable man that sits in the lounge and stalk the costumers he’s also the DJ and he’s very weird this place doesn’t even have a restroom the bar tender spits when she talks over your food and drinks this is a horrible establishment that needs to be closed down.

We visited this great bar several times when staying at the clermont Megan was amazing so helpful with lots of great recommendations and the drinks food and other staff are also excellent wings to die for !

My friends and I visited The Local while out celebrating my birthday. Wow! Their smoked wings are great! They have a fun and friendly atmosphere on a Saturday night. The waitstaff were also very patient and friendly to our rowdy group.

I had not been here in a while and we wanted a place to get some wings. We got the buffalo lemon peppper wings, a Chicago Dog, and a Korean Pork taco. Everything was really good. One of the best hot dogs I've had in town. Will be back for sure.

Menu change to hot dogs, etc. is not impressive. I miss the good BBQ & varied sides (for bar food, anyway). Still, the staff is nice and attentive and the prices are reasonable. I will go back, but not as often.

This is an ideal place to see a show and also get some good food and drinks between bands. Great atmosphere and the stage is top notch!

There always seems to be something different going on at The Local. They have trivia night, karaoke, & who knows what else. I'm glad they finally kicked smoking to the curb! It was disgusting in there with the smoke, but so much better now. They have the best wings! And the staff is funny & friendly.

There's nothing fancy about it, but it doesn't need to be. It's a laid back place to grab a drink. But do try the wings. They're delicious.

Stopped here for lunch and tried the lemon pepper/buffalo wings and the jerk dry rub wings. We really liked the Lemmon pepper/buffalo, but the jerk were just ok. Dive bar atmosphere. Will visit again!

We had drinks at The Local, and while I definitely liked having drinks on the front porch and enjoying the nice weather, whoa. It was such a bro-y place!

The Local is officially my new obsession! This is the first bar I’ve been to since the pandemic began. No physical menus but no compromise on fun! The atmosphere was calm/chill. Much needed. We met some friends here and lost track of hours. The drinks were on point! From whiskey sours, amaretto sours, beer, shots and more we were grounded for a while. Lol. The food was quality and super affordable. The waitstaff was phenomenal! They swiftly collected glassware and replenished food regularly. The music made it a relaxing place to catch up with friends. I love this bar and can’t wait for my next visit! #ashsaidit

I recently went with some friends to trivia night at The Local. It was definitely the best-run trivia night I've ever been to. The scoring and questions were really good. But the star attraction were the smoked chicken wings. They are some of the best I've ever eaten. Really amazing and unique flavor. Plus, The Local has good liquor prices too. Overall, this is a great neighborhood bar.

Writing this for people from out of town so they know what’s up. This is one of my favorite bars. Best smoked wings in ATL (get the Sundried Tomato BBQ) and solid beer selection. Affordable as hell too. As an ATL local, this is where I usually hang. I also like karaoke on Mondays.

We actually made the trip to Marietta specifically to try this restaurant. We never do that. Eating is usually the secondary event unless it’s a special occasion. Hearing our daughter-in-law rave about the french toast and chicken time after time, meant I had to try it. Right? I never thought it could possibly go together. Somehow, the crunchy seasoning of the chicken melds with the syrup and creates a wonderful, uniquely southern party in your mouth. Being on a diet, I had vowed to eat only half. Didn’t happen. It’s amazing how easy it is to rationalize throwing a diet to the wayside for this treat. The place makes our granddaughter happy too. Great fries, good chicken and the wraps are really good too. For some reason, I can’t click on the Service, Food and Value. The service is excellent 5 stars, the Food is also 5 stars and the value too is 5 stars. Love this place.

I heard they had good wings so we decided to give them a try. I ordered the hot wings, fries and a lemon drop martini. Everything was pretty tasty. Cool spot to hang out.

I can’t believe I’ve never been to this joint for wings. They’re smoked then sauced or dusted which creates a wing lover’s dream! If you’re a wing person, do yourself a favor and go get some!
Horrible service
I’ve been here twice and both times encountered extremely rude wait staff and horrible customer service. Absolutely no flexibility on anything!
