Magic Noodle is a must-stop for me on every Las Vegas trip. It’s small, walk-in only, and charmingly no-frills, with just the right number of tables and a few counter spots that have a front row seat to view the open kitchen where the hand-pulled noodles come to life. The food is exactly what you want. Genuine, comforting, and full of flavor. The noodles are fresh, springy, and the clear star, supported by bold Szechuan-driven dishes that balance heat and depth without trying too hard. Service is fast and friendly, keeping the whole experience effortless. Simple, honest, and consistently satisfying. I’ll gladly make the drive every time

The best thing here is watching their noodles- makers hand make and cut the noodles. Noodles are fresh and tasty. Some of their best noodle dishes are the beef noodle soup and tomato egg noddle soup. But they should offer more variety. The owner or boss here is great at service, but the waitresses here are stone-faces and no- nonsense. You feel they just want you to hurry up, eat, and leave. This isn’t a place to sit and socialize for a while but a hurry up and go place. The food is good though.

Went to lunch with my girls. We shared pork belly and onion pancakes, spicy won ton starters, both were lovely. For main course we shared king pow chicken flat noodle, brisket soup with flat noodle and chicken with mushroom. Had to add chili oil that are at each table to adjust to my pallet, but the base flavors were very nice. Will be back again, even when it does take 40 minutes to get there. Also service was attentive but not smothering 👍🏼.

This is a great little hole in the wall place. They're around 11 tables and a bar seating in the restaurant. The menu is very good and the prices are great too. Not to mention the food is very good too. Parking is right out front.

Average food. Nothing special. You can see them handmade the noodles, but it is not as tasty as Shang Artisan Noodles. Small place. Acceptable service.

Stopped by magic noodles and ordered take out. The noodle dishes amazing hand made in front of you. We ordered 5 dishes and all were very good. We highly recommend this noodle shop.

Hand pulled noodles and good eats from a strip mall! Look like a chain from the outside but this place rocked,we tried it while visiting family who live locally and it was very tasty! The spicy dumpling/wonton dish with spicy chili oil was delicious!!!! I had a Mongolian dish and my husband had the Spicy bowl. So glad we tried it!

Oh my, what can I say. It's flavorful, hot, tasty. These noodles a thick and the Dan Dan dish comes with spicy sauce which has an after heat of pepper corns. Be careful how much sauce you add to your noodles. The wonton soup was simply flavorful and my kids loved it. Overall everything is tasty and a must go for people who want to try different types of food( this is more authentic than many other Chinese noodles). Note this place is very busy. So be ready for a wait. But the wait will be worth it. The staff is helpful and courteous. The food is decently priced, cheap compared to the lousy food on the strip.

This was the first time I been to magic noodles, before the dinner rush. You can watch a person pull the noodles before you eat. Also you have a choice between noodles regular or knife cut. The pork belly appetizer was good and the chicken mushrooms soup was very good with knife knife cut noodles. Would go back again and the service was good and food was delicious.

Excellent food here. You can watch as they prepare your food. Absolutely FRESH noodles prepared and you can watch as your dish is coming your way.

I loved this little place. I only tried the noodles and rice. The noodles were fresh and veggie fried rice was a bit bland. I will definitely try this place again for the noodles alone.

So tasty. had the Chong Qing Style Spicy Noodle w/ the Knife Cut Noodles item C7 on the menu for lunch and it was savory spicy goodness. I buried my face in that bowl of noodles and didn't come up for a breath until I was done. There was a lot going on in that bowl, spicy broth, minced meat, diced peanut, bean, onion, vegetable and of course the knife cut noodle. When my focus wasn't totally on that bowl I watched the kitchen chefs preparing the dishes through a large glass window for the other patrons, entertaining for me. The establishment is clean and the serving staff are great. I haven't had a better bowl of noodles.

We went with high expectations... and were disappointed. The Chow Mein was very salty. The meat in the Brisket Soup was tender, but the broth was boring and the noodles were not at all magical. The noodle pulling floor show was interesting but not enough to distract from the shortcomings of the food served.

We had lunch there and were fortunate to be seated at the bar facing the noodle making station and the kitchen. The chef that makes the noodles was an artist the way he stretched them and twirled them.We had the cucumber salad, fungus salad, brisket noodle soup and pork pancakes, everything was so delicious and full of flavor, can’t wait to go back

Stopped by The Magic Noodle at the recommendation of a Bougie BFF. This is as good as it gets... Magic Noodle Service: We came in with a party of 12 which included a baby and a 2 year old and our timing was good, we were seated immediately. We sampled a lot of appetizers and ordered individual dishes as well. Appetizers came out quickly and our main dishes came our shortly after. Great work by the staff and kitchen. Magic Noodle Cuisine: My main dish was the C4/Szechuan Beef Brisket Noodle and it was very tasty. The broth was spicy enough to make me sweat but didn't burn the mouth, love it. The fresh noodles made in house is evident. The Spicy Won Tons were so spicy and delish, we had to get another set in and I'm definitely ordering on the next visit. The Onion Pancakes with the braised pork belly is another one I'm ordering again, full of flavor. I sampled the House, Chicken and Mongolian Beef Chow Mein, all were good-tasting. Magic Noodle Ambiance: The kitchen ahs glass windows which showcases the chefs tossing the lovely in house noodles. The kitchen is surrounded by bar seating and the dining area is aligned with wooden tables and seats. The wall is adorned with Chinese drawings and Hanzi in black and white to make for a very clean look. Every noodle I sampled with our big party of 12 had the same characteristic, you can taste the freshness and it will bring you back. The $ pricing for $$$ quality food will also bring you back. The overall Szechuan cuisine at The Magic Noodle is very tasty and I enjoyed my first visit. See you at the next one...enjoy! =)

This place is awesome, I tried it today for the first time after reading the great reviews and they were spot on. The place was full for the entire 2 hours I was there and everything looks extremely fresh. I highly recommend it & will definitely go back. 👍

When you see chairs outside the restaurant for people to seat while waiting you already know what’s coming. Hand pulled noodles at its best. Deliciously chewy. The place was small and bustling as expected. Service was quick and efficient. You can see your noodles being pulled. We ordered beef noodles soup. No complains there. Beef was tender. Taste was right. It can piping hot. Wontons which was the best dish of the meal. It was perfectly spiced. Friend pork dumplings was mediocre. Chinese pan fried noodles was very tasty with lots of goodies in it. They were generous. Dan Dan noodles was quite good. I’ve had better. Although am not fond of sweet dishes I felt it could have been just a tad sweeter and spicier. Would I come back? Definitely even just for the wontons!!!

Our first time eating handmade noodles, the spicy brisket was unbelievable, my kids love the fish broth, cant wait to go back and try the whole menu!!!!

Wow, what a great noodle place. We drove out to this area just to eat here. The first thing I noticed what how small this place is. It is a tiny restaurant in an unassuming strip mall. We got there at the end of the lunch rush on a weekday and had to wait, but it was worth it. We got the chicken and mushroom noodles and the spicy beef Szechuan. We also had the spicy won tons for an appetizer. All of it was delicious. It was all great but the noodles was the star of the show, here. I'm assuming that the noodles are all hand made in house. You can see a guy making noodles in the window to the kitchen. We had good service, but keep in mind that it is tight seating. We also had canned sodas instead of fountain drinks (just an FYI, if that matters to you). We will definitely be coming back!

Went to this restaurant after reviews say this is the # 1... However this place does not deserve that ranking on our visit recently. There was a line at dinner time and we were sat at our table in about 20 mins---which is fine. We viewed the chef pulling noodles by hand-- a great experience if you have not seen such an act. There is certainly artistry and skills that is needed in hand pulled noodles. This particular chef that day still has a very long way to go --- keep practicing, you will get there. Your noodles need to be same thickness ---not some very thick and some extremely thin--- uneven. This will take lots of practice to get them perfected. We ordered the Mongolia Fried noodles. Noodles came ---some thick some thin--- taste was on the sweet side--- weird sweet noodles that are way too greasy. We also ordered the spicy beef noodle soup--- hand cut noodles are fine. However the broth lack the WOW factor. Its just spicy and greasy ---that's it... no kick, no good smelling flavor that burst into an orchestra in your mouth. Its just plain and ordinary. Service was so so. All in all... does not deserve the #1 place.

A busy new place for hand pulled noodles. Friendly staff greeted and seated us. We decided on Sauce noodles; shredded chicken with garlic sauce and Kung Lao chicken on noodles. Service was quick. The noodles were done perfectly and the taste was good. We both enjoyed our noodles at s good price. Plenty of parking. They also offer stir fried noodles, fried rice, soup noodles and appetizers. Clean environment and helpful staff if you have a question.

this place is a Small restaurant located in a Strip mall. you watch them cook and pull noodles. Great appetitisors and a small but very tasty menu (soups and stir-fry). I like ALL of the #1s. will come back. Very busy at lunch, but 1:30 is fine

I've never eaten at a fresh noodle place. The flavors here are out of this world. We are from out of town and had the Spicy Dumplings szechuan style. These are not too spicy at all and so good. The sauce, I can't even describe it but we all loved it. We all kept involuntarily saying, "Umm" and then laughing at each other about it. The three meals that we tried were Mongolian Beef Chow Mein.....another delicious "Ummm" meal. My friend finished my meal once I was stuffed. He had ordered the szechuan beef brisket noodle and after finishing it, ate the rest of mine. The other meal was the chicken with mushroom noodle. We could not decide which was our favorite and are wanting to try new restaurants on this trip. We already decided we would double up here and eat again before we leave town. You must eat here and I told them they should open one in Louisville, KY. They are not a franchise and this is currently the only one. The meals here are around nine dollars; however, that is not indicative of the service, staff or food. I would easily pay more for what I had to eat.

We stopped by The Magic Noodle for lunch and were very please with both service and food. We tried the Lanzhou Noodle and the Szechuan Beef Brisket Noodle — both came with hand pulled noodle and the broth that was spot-on tasty, rich, and balanced The Szechuan Beef Brisket Noodle is more on the spicy side, i can taste a light szchuan peppers (numbing peppers) in both of the broth. They are generous portion sizes and good value for the price The customer service was excellent — friendly, efficient, and welcoming without being overbearing. The ambiance is casual and relax. We're already planning to come back and explore more of the menu. This place is absolutely worth a visit.

What a cute little spot! This cafe serves freshly made noodles, including their famous "knife cut" ones, on the premises, and behind a glass partition so that you can see the action as it happens. You can then order said bespoke noodles in a soup, such as the beef brisket one with spicy broth and vegetables, as I did, on a wintry cold (for Las Vegas) day last week. It was delicious. The chef made some really good decisions here. The broth is super well-balanced, even the spicy version, with just the right amount of seasoning, spices, and aromatic herbs and vegetables. You could separate the chunks of beef with a spoon, it was so tender, and yet, it did not fall apart in the soup. Seems as though someone knows exactly what they are doing in the kitchen. The noodles did not disappoint or spoil the party, either. I ordered--against my server's advice--the knife-cut noodles. He thought I would not enjoy them since they may be, apparently, an "acquired" taste. He suggested that I have the thinner noodles, or else the wide noodles that are not cut with a knife. These tend to be less chewy and therefore, it goes, more palatable to Westerners. Respectfully, he was wrong! (And to his credit, he was happy about that--and beamed broadly when he saw me slurping up my soup and noodles, joining the "clean plate," er, "bowl" club). I liked the wide, chewy noodles with the soup. They did not take away from the flavor of the broth, but did not totally soak it up, either. It was distinct, yet integrated, like a complementary relationship. And the texture was chewy, but not unlike an al dente pasta, if you know what I mean. The only reason for the point knock-off is the seating. It is a very small cafe, and it can feel a bit claustrophobic. I think they could use the space a teeny bit better, too. There is a table to the right, that seems to store odds and ends, that could be cleared off and dispatched to accommodate more customers. I also see a possibility for another bar along the other side of the noodle display kitchen for seating (assuming the Fire Dept. has no problem with a more narrow hallway). The kitchen could probably use less space, too, in favor of more seating. As it is, you should expect to wait at least 15-20 minutes or so to be seated, and then you will be in a closely cramped quarters, and in an uncomfortable chair. Leave your coat and bags in the car. If they can fix this, it will be a contender for "perfect."

Noodles: Yummy noodle soup. Hand cut noodles are more chewy but delicious. Flat noodle is less chewy but equally delicious. Spicy wonton is a softer smaller dumplings in spicy chili sauce. I heard someone said they can do without the oil, but the oil on the noodles are seasoning sesame oil that brings the flavor to each dish. Wait time Had to wait 45 mins before we were seated. Be prepared.

Stopped here because my Dad, who lives locally, wanted ramen. I got he and my stepmom the spicy pork noodles. I was told that it would be extremely spicy, but the woman taking my order would tone it down. My Dad couldn't eat the soup because it was too spicy, although my stepmom loved it. I had the shrimp chow mein which was pretty good! Would definitely love to visit and eat in, although the place was pretty busy for as small as it is. Also, I was in awe just watching one of the employee who was making fresh noodles right in front of us! I loved the concept of the large window into the kitchen, where you can see the hard work that goes into preparing each meal!

Researched this prior to trip. Went on day 4. Then day 5. Then last day before flying out. Great steamed dumplings. Can watch them hand pull the noodles. Had basic chicken chow mein. But noodle was fantastic. In last trip tried beef something but too spicy for me. Here I went out of my comfort zone. But next time will ask to not be so spicy hot with chili pepper

Our family loves noodles, especially if it is hand made. We had 4 main dishes and 2 appetizers. All were very good and service was fast and courteous. Really enjoyed seeing the chef pulling and making the noodles. He made the noodles the whole time we were there. Prices were very reasonable. Definitely will go back.

Watching the noodle show was worth the visit alone, there was a young man spinning the noodles facing the dining room. Stick with the soups they are fantastic, the stir fried noodles were so so. Got there 10 minutes before they opened and there were already people waiting. By the time the doors opened there were enough people to fill the place up. At around $10 a bowl this definitely cheap eats and you can't go wrong here!

Everything is so good here, I ordered spicy wontons today and omg .. they are fire. Nice people very cool vibe over here! How did I not know yall were right around the corner from me.. been missing out for sure! Love the food! ♥️

There are two hand pulled Chinese noodle places in Vegas, Shang and Magic Noodle. Both have insane lines so get ready to wait. Personally I like Shang better. Friendlier staff and better ambiance but this place makes some dishes that you can’t get at Shang like my picture that are awesome. Also, I think the broth is a bit better at Magic Noodle, less salty.

I have been to this restaurant many times. You get to watch a person make noodles while wait or eat your meal. Service is good. The beef brisket soup noodle is excellent.

Fantastic! Took a seat the bar and enjoyed watching them make the noodles before chowing down on them. The Brisket was so tender as were the noodles.

This place is highly reviewed so we knew it was a must try. We arrived at 6:15 and it was about a 20 min wait after signing in on the paper. Would not recommend C3, go to Shang Artisan Noodle instead for beef noodle soup!! Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 - very mixed opinion based on dish 5/5 - C1 Lan Zhou with original noodle was delicious. The pulled noodles were a bit inconsistent in size but great flavor and the beef shanks were little slices of happiness. The slight kick from the soup added with the acidity gave it a satisfying finish 1/5 - C3 Beef Brisket with knife cut noodle is the first dish I've ever sent back to the kitchen. Similar to above, the noodles were inconsistent with some extremely thick pieces that absorbed no flavor from the soup. The positive item was that the beef brisket was tender. But the soup was soooooo oily that it almost didn't look like it had any since it was just a layer of oil and something about it didn't taste right. I had to return the dish after about 6 bites because I lost all appetite from the soup. I had to go throw up in the bathroom as we were getting ready to leave T_T 3/5 - F1 House Special Fried Rice was nicely cooked but quite oily as well. The peas seemed like they may have been frozen since they didn't seem to have been cooked through and almost felt tough to bite through Ambience: 4/5 - crowded (if you're worried about social distancing) but cozy. We sat at the counter and it was a little odd that the container of menu sat almost in front of me so they were constantly picking up and dropping off menus as we ate Service: 5/5 - very quick and efficient. Some language barrier Value for price: 3/5 - serving sizes were nice but the fried rice wasn't worth $11

I go to this restaurant twice a month. My favorite noodle is dan dan noodle. I think this dan dan noodle is the best in Las Vegas so far. Servers are always friendly so I really like this place.

On Instagram I have been recently loading up my page with restaurants, hotels and food reviewer profiles. One such food reviewer "thelasvegasfoodie" led me to The Magic Noodle. After loading up their page within a week I was on my way. I tried the C7, Chong Qing Style Spicy Noodle and the F4, Chicken Fried Rice. Both were really good. I got to the restaurant and there was a couple regulars outside waiting to be seated and were very friendly to tell me where to go inside (covid precaution time). I got there just in time for my food to come out and the waitress/hostess was also very helpful and the place was full to capacity with precautions in place (every other table had patrons). Both of my choices were great and I will definitely go back again and pass on the good word to others. By the way the price for my two choices which both provided leftovers was just under 19 dollars, fair pricing to be found.

The place is clean. The food was very good. Brisket soup noodle was yummy. Service was good. Wonton was good

My friend and I enjoy frequenting new restruants. We have been waiting to find a "handmade" noodle house. We did not realize that The Magic Noodle prepared these unusual noodles! The techniques were facinating!! We did see the Chef create our specific order of noodles in front of us. He demonstrated the art of throwing "hand pulled" noodles...then "knife cut" noodles. To watch him was mesmorizing! Each individual order is crafted in front of the client. We had so much fun, learned alot, and the FRESH NOODLES were delicious. Thank you. Good luck.

Incredible Freshly made Noodles - hand pulled like they used to do in Pizza Parlors. Very tasty - fun little place - can look right into the kitchen.

Recommended by a local and didn nto dissapoint. Good prices, servung soze and habndpulled noodles. Worth a vistwi

The place is small and nice. The service was good. The food was pretty tasty. The place was full at the time so I ordered to take out

with the weather getting colder i was craving some hot noodle soup i've been to few other chinese hand pulled noodle places but i think this one is best so far the soup here is very deep in flavor and the beef is soooo tender and doesnt have the beef smell noodles are also very fresh

Lunch, November 2018. Wife and I had our first experience at a Noodle House. Only seats open were at the counter overlooking the kitchen, and we highly recommend sitting there if at all possible. Watching the cooks/chefs make and stretch and twirl the dough - magically transforming a blob into great tasting noodles was worth the entire cost of lunch. I had the Dan Dan noodles - semi spicy (they will adjust heat to your request), and I don't remember what my wife had - too busy watching the guys in the kitchen. We will definitely be back on our next trip.

I follow this restaurant on IG and have been wanting to try it. It was worth the drive from the strip, luckily there has no wait time. I had heard that sometimes the line is out the door. Got seated very quickly, ordered and while we waited was entertained by the kitchen staff making the noodles. So cool. Food was awesome. Had the Braised Pork Belly with string beans and the Beef Brisket Noodle soup. Both dishes we selected the hand pulled noodles. Will definitely go back!!

Delicious! Amazing noodles. Friendly staff. But small so you may have to wait for a table. Well worth it. Had Shredded chicken with garlic sauce. Yummy and large plate. Friends dishes were also delicious. Don't miss this place!

Like many culinary “trends” it took just one local success story to start the proliferation of hand-made Noodle houses in Las Vegas, The Noodle Man’s 2015 debut on South Rainbow since giving the Valley Shang, Mian and The Magic Noodle on Fort Apache where five guests sat down to Dinner this past Saturday. Located in the busy strip-mall across from Wal-Mart near Tropicana, a center also home to Sweet Addiction, Squeeze-In and ACE Donuts, it was just past 6:15pm that the small space was found packed full with persons mostly of Asian ancestry, many satisfied faces visible and conversation kept low as eyes focused on a team of five visible through glass spinning or cutting Noodles, pouring Broth or wok-firing Vegetables. Pleasantly decorated and family friendly, a trio of servers featuring one man and two women seating guests from a list hung near the door, it is immediately as one party departs that tables are bussed with the next seated, a double-sided laminated menu proving easy to navigate and yielding one Appetizer plus four sizable plates or bowls that all arrived simultaneously just fifteen minutes later. Dining mostly with novices to this style of Food, a Midwestern upbringing further gifting three with a low tolerance for heat, it was beginning with six segments of crispy Dough flecked by Green Onion that Dinner was underway, each greaseless bite richly flavored and nice for transitioning between various Noodles though the Pancakes are additionally offered with Eggs or Pork that other tables seemed to be enjoying like Tacos. Moving next to the Restaurant’s eponymous item, all four selections served with “Original” hand-pulled Noodles instead of flat or knife-cut versions as a result of guests not realizing the various choices were available until later, it was almost exactly one week after another disappointing Chicken-based Pho that The Magic Noodle’s Chicken Soup fared much better, the umami-rich Broth studded with at least three types of Mushrooms leaving behind just a touch of grease on the lips and no two bites the same thanks to a plenty of Meat and Vegetables. Continuing with Chicken as the protein of choice for Chow Mein, a lot of Bean Sprouts and Cabbage plus reduced Soy adding complexity to springy Starch, it was veering spicy that classic Dan Dan Noodles left lips temporarily numb, a surfeit of Ground Pork and Peanuts welcomed to counter Sichuan Peppers and Chili Oil while Beef Brisket Soup was rich with surprisingly tender Meat but a bit too much Cilantro and a peculiar lingering sweetness. FOUR STARS: Offering great value on the Dollar, four adults plus a child all sated for just $57 including tax and tip, it seems as though The Magic Noodle has found its stride less than one year after opening and with good Food plus service better than most of Spring Mountain Road additional visits to try more of the menu will surely follow.

If there is a better noodle place on this planet I haven't been there yet. Very fresh (you can watch your noodles being made) and flavorful. The Mongolian beef was spicy but not overly so. The broth in my wife's chicken dish was so flavorful. If I can be picky about just one thing, I don't understand why the waiter never smiles. Does he like his job? We'll definitely be back.

Great meal with friends although my friend struggled with the brisket in his soup. Just way too fatty. Hand made noodles are wonderful. They make them right in front of you constantly. Be prepared to wait. It’s a small restaurant and it’s extremely popular!

A must if you like Noodles of any kind but would recommend the fresh Hand Pulled Noodles on any of the dishes you pick which are all great

This place is so busy with waiting lines at all times. I started going there and liked the food. But I am now fed up with the rude attitude of the staffs. Also food does not have consistency. Sometimes the soup is not very tasty. Sometimes it’s good. Sometimes food is very salty and sometimes is good. They should think about how to manage kitchen and guests. I’m fed up most of all the staffs attitude. If they running business like this, they will be soon out of business

Been here 5 times already since they opened. If able to come out here this place is a must. All their different types of noodles are great. From beef noodle soup, to sautéed noodle combo. The apps are good to. The beef burrito and cold cucumber are excellent. For a small shop, they have 5 people working in the kitchen. Everytime here, always packed. This place is definitely a hidden gem. 5****

Beef Brisket soup with handmade noodles is very flavorful down to the broth and the perfectly cooked brisket and the noodles are on point
Terrible, they are theifs
We had went there for dinner and I had forgot my purse at the booth I was sitting at when I had called asking them to check and see The lady on the phone had said that she didn’t see it when she cleaned the table but when I came back in the people at the booth that sat after us said they seen her clean the table and took it after she said it was not there and she had put it in a cabinet that another worker had gave it back to me. The lady had tried to steal my purse and I think that’s very upsetting for a restaurant. Thieves working it’s sad people cannot be honest and lie and try to steal other belonging. never coming back!
