Had the best experience for my 20th anniversary. The food was amazing and the service was superb. Our server Christian J, was attentive and courteous. He really went the extra mile to make sure my husband and I had a memorable evening. If you’re in the Orlando area, this place is a must go.

This is not the first time I’ve been to this location and it has been very good each time however this time was a bit more enjoyable. Jaden was our waiter and he was extremely pleasant and attentive from start to finish the dining experience was excellent and the Manager Tom made it a point to stop at our table to make sure we had everything we needed. The whole experience at this location was great. The food was tasty as usual, it was everything you could want for a night out to eat. On the way out we saw Tom again, he opened the door for us and wished us a good night. He was very pleasant and easily engaged in conversation with us. We will definitely be back!

It was our anniversary and Oscar made our moment so special. He was kind and attentive. He did an amazing job and was very professional.

Amanda was a very attentive and professional server . We sat in the bar for happy hour and she took great of us. We had the happy hour martinis, cheese and Chocolate fondue.

We got there rather late about 45 minuets prior to closing and did not have reservations. We were greeted with a smile. Hostess brough us to the table and from there Sophia took over. Sher again greeted us with a smile. We only went for a Salad and Cheese and it was terrific. It was past 10 pm as this is when they close, again we were in the middle of the cheese at this time and Sophia came over and asked if everything was ok not a thought to Sophia that it was after closing time. Never rushed us and did not bring the bill until i asked for it about 11 pm. Over All a GREAT time.

My wife and I had a spectacular dinner at The Melting Pot, and a big part of that experience was thanks to Chris D. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. He explained the menu perfectly, made great recommendations, and made us feel relaxed and well taken care of throughout the entire evening. The service was impeccable and really elevated our dining experience. We will definitely be coming back and asking for Christopher again. Highly recommended!

We go here for our birthday celebrations. We ordered the Big Night Out. We chose the Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese Fondue, Ceasar Salads, Steak Lover's entree and Original Chocolate with peanut butter. Our server was Amanda. Our food came out as expected and Amanda checked back frequently to see if we needed anything. We were very pleased with the food and our service.

Great food, atmosphere, and service. We always enjoy going to the Melting Pot for special occasions.

It was a nice, relaxing experience. Shepard was our server and he was very friendly and courteous. He helped to make some recommendations as to what to select on the menu and explained all the different ingredients/sauces/how long to cook each item. Everything was delicious! You can also see that the management here treats their staff well and cares about the guests. It's nice to see that management values each guest and their business and treats them like family.

So good!! Shepard was a fantastic server! We had the steak and shrimp! We will definitely be returning when we are in Orlando.

We came in for dessert and drinks. Harrison was our server. He took wonderful care of us. Talked us through the menu when we had questions and was very nice, attentive, and quick. Will definitely be coming back!

We come here every year for our anniversary and it is always amazing! Judy was our server and was so kind, attentive, and made us feel so special. We always love being able to have a small table to ourselves and the ability to take home pictures from the photo booth. The food is great, but the service makes this experience even better!

We have been here many times but it has been a while! We came for our anniversary with our best friend, and we had the BEST time! I visited this restaurant with a very good friend of mine. Our server was Amanda and she was amazing. Amanda provided extremely professional and pleasant service. She explained the menu to us and made the experience memorable for us. The food was delicious, we had the cheese, for our appetizer and the dark chocolate for dessert which was delicious. I would definitely return and would absolutely recommend.

Four of us went to the Melting Pot tonight and had the most wonderful evening. Our waitress, Amanda, was attentive and helpful. We ordered two- four course meals (2 people for $130 and it covered a cheese fondue, salad, entree, and chocolate fondue). We selected the Wisconsin cheddar and alpine (both were amazing- the cheddar particularly so), two of us the house salad with raspberry vinaigrette and two of us the cesar salad (I can attest the raspberry vinaigrette was SO good and the cesar was raved about), the grill was fun and the coq a vin delicious (and the meats were such good quality, tender, and not fatty at all), and finally the yin and yang, and the flaming turtle (both of which I’d highly recommend). Well definitely return. We highly recommend this spot!

As always, The Melting Pot delivered. Amanda did a FABULOUS job with all of us crazy girls. We had a great birthday celebration and Amanda made sure to make the birthday girl feel special. We LOVED the espresso martinis as well as the cheeses, salads and chocolates. We did the HAPPY HOUR experience and could not have been more pleased.

Oscar was fantastic. Not our first time, so impressed about how much more we learned. Oscar had lots of entertaining jokes and was extremely knowledgeable about the full menu and all the seasonal changes.

Came as a date night with my husband and it did not disappoint! Amanda was our waitress and she was the best!!! Very kind and attentive, her suggestions for food and drink items were delicious, and we even chit chatted a little bit- it was like talking with a friend! Would definitely recommend, the whole experience is very unique and fun. Pro tip: wear your stretchy pants, you get very full.

Walked right in, no waiting at 6:00pm. They had a lovely meal plan for two, which helped with decision making and cost. Our waiter/cook was Jaden, and he was bright and helpful. When we were first shown up our seat, the air was freezing, but soon warmed up from the cooktop at our table. About an eight minute drive from our hotel near Seaworld.

Visiting the Orlando area, we were so excited to see one of our favorites spots, Melting Pot. We went to the Orlando location and got a table right away. As a girl from Niagara Falls, I know a thing or two about things flowing smoothly — and Jaden absolutely delivered. Jaden was friendly, funny, and somehow always there exactly when we needed him, but never hovering like an over-eager chocolate goblin. The chocolate was perfect, the strawberries were plentiful (bless), and the whole experience felt easy and fun thanks to him. If you’re debating whether dessert is worth it — it is. And if Jaden is your server, congratulations, you’ve already won. Five stars, would absolutely come back for round two (of strawberries). 🍫

We had an amazing dining experience at The Melting Pot! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. Judy, our server, was absolutely outstanding. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we understood the menu and cooking process. The food was fresh and incredibly flavorful. The melting pot Orlando was not only super personable, but a very timely wait. really easy. The food was fresh. The service was top-notch and the ambience was 11 out of 10. Would come again. Slater and the bartender were my personal highlights. Slater was our server and he was super sweet and funny. great recommendations. Tom the manager table touched with us and was super sweet as well. The staff here is tight knit, collaborative, and friendly, this makes the restaurant in my opinion.

Food was on point , the beef , the chicken well seasoning, (she gave us the correct time for ours cooking times with chicken beef and shrimp) we usually pick the winsconsin cheddar the best and the co-ca Vic thats the best seasoning and it will go well with beef chicken and shrimp. This Melting Pot is always an excellent evening. The decor, the food, the staff - all top notch. Jaden was our waiter and he was charming, attentive, and a lovely young man!! The manager stopped by our table to make sure that we were having a good evening and ask if we needed anything. This is our annual birthday dinner location and they always make it special.

This restaurant is absolutely worth a visit. Even though I arrived without a reservation and the restaurant was fully booked inside, the staff offered me several alternatives and I ended up dining on the rooftop — which turned out to be a great choice. I ordered the oysters, tuna aguachile, fried fish tacos, and the chocolate fondant, and every dish exceeded my expectations. The flavors were bold and unexpected: combinations I wouldn’t normally imagine working together, yet they were beautifully balanced and genuinely exquisite. The textures added another layer of surprise, making each bite interesting and memorable rather than predictable. The interior and rooftop terrace are both stylishly decorated and create a relaxed but refined atmosphere. The staff were warm and attentive, with a special mention to Prosper, who was exceptionally friendly and made the experience even better.

Charlie did an amazing job made the experience wonderful, then the Photo Booth made the night. Food was good as usual, I was full by the time the food came out and they suggested to take the chocolate home to go so I don’t over fill myself. So needless to say that will be a midnight snack. Thank you to everyone working for a wonderful experience one I’ll never forget, can’t wait to come back.

Great experience! We have been to this location several times before for over a decade now. Amanda was our server on this visit and she was great, very attentive on what looked like a busy evening for the restaurant.

I have been eating at this restaurant, although not this location since the 1980s and I was extremely disappointed with this visit, especially since it was my anniversary. The cheese fondue was very thin and watery to say the least instead of being thick and creamy and that is usually my favorite course.! The the steak and other beef were quite sub par and the fillet is especially was so tough. It was like queuing through leather. I can only imagine. The chicken was fine, but you can’t really mess up plain chicken as long as it’s fresh which it was the salad course was horrendous as the greens were wilted, and it was much overdressed! Our waitress Amanda was so sweet and attentive, and her helper was kind and attentive as well. we had the s’mores chocolate for dessert and it was pretty good.. The ambience is fantastic and the noise level also perfect. I will tell you that I will not be going back to this location anytime soon because to spend a couple hundred dollars we have many other places to go

Went to Melting Pot on Friday, September 5, 2025 to enjoy the Magical Dining Menu. Thanks to Maya, our server, the experience was GREAT! Maya, had just the right timing to check in and see if we needed anything. She paced the courses perfectly and was very engaging. Great food and great drinks!! Thanks Maya - we will be back!!

Amanda and Tom made our experience absolutely incredible!! Amanda specifically was so kind, very helpful, and gave us the BEST recommendations. It was our first time and we felt so taken care of. Also, if you can, try the 50th Anniversary special. It was absolutely insane. We also got an anniversary card from the team after only mentioning in passing we were celebrating a belated anniversary. Couldn’t have had a better experience, and can’t wait to come back!

Having done some research before we left for Orlando, we found The Melting Pot and went with the family and could not have been happier with the experience we had. The key word there is "experience". Not only do you get a phenomenal meal, but you get to make it yourself, sharing different fondues and dipping items with your family and working your way through 3 different fondue courses. Our server Christian was absolutely fantastic and enhanced our whole experience significantly and we could not recommend The Melting Pot any higher. A great meal, exceptional service and a wonderful dining experience.

Oscar is THE BEST! He’s so kind and on top of everything we needed! He made sure we had extra dippers, always filled on drinks, and made the food so good! He has a great personality and really made a wonderful impression. We will DEFINITELY be requesting Oscar when we come back!

We did 3 four course meals and 4 kids meals and we had a blast!!! There is definitely something for everyone of all ages. We had Oscar and he was the nicest server we’ve had in orlando in general!

My spouse and I went to The Melting Pot for our anniversary in August and I must say the service was one of the neater experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. My spouse spent about $160-$170 on our 4 course meal and our drinks. The staff were amazing but especially our waitress Carsen. She ensured that we were comfortable and recommended so great dishes for us to sample. Carsen made our night amazing and full of laughter. We are grateful we had her as our waitress. When we visit again I will definitely be requesting for her to be our waitress. They also had a really cool selfie machine you get to experience at the end of your meal. We took tons of pictures and the quality was amazing.

I ordered the the 4-course couple meal and everything was fantastic. Along with that the atmosphere was dim, romantic and quiet. Very enjoyable, and our server Judy was great. He was attentive, polite, and explained everything well, great service. There was no wait when I showed up for my reservation. It was pricy but that’s what I expected and I definitely got what I paid for. Furthermore the manger came up to us and made sure that we were doing good which I really appreciated. We also sat in a private booth which was really nice and romantic. Great expirience would come again!

Our experience was absolutely wonderful. We came in because of our honeymoon and were amazed with the service. My husband and I ate here and had an amazing date night. Our waiter, Charlie, was attentive and brought great energy to our night. He helped us decide on what to order and offered great tips for pairings. The food was delicious and they gave good portion sizes. Loved every course. The setup was intimate and my husband was able to get roses setup on the table beforehand and candles. We can’t wait to go back and would love to have Charlie as our host again!

Between the delicious food and the top-tier service, this was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. We will definitely be returning—and we’ll be asking for John Q again. My husband and I loved this experience! Our server Sophia was AWESOME! This was our first time and she helped guide us through everything thoroughly. We highly recommended this place if you enjoy places like hot pot or Korean BBQ style cooking. We went back to our hotel and could barely move, because of how much we ate lol. The location is wonderful too.

Me and my friends went to this location as a way to ditch out schools hoco. Our server, Gabe, was the absolute best thing to ever happen to me. He was supportive, loving, funny, kind, sweet, and so much more. It's been years since we've been to Melting Pot, so we decided to treat ourselves. This location isn't convenient to home, yet we wanted to treat ourselves to something nice. Let me start by saying to maintain a relaxed atmosphere for all, this is not a restaurant that you take children to. In my opinion this is an experience that is mostly for the "grown up" diners, and children take away from your evening as well as the evening of those around you. As for Melting Pot it was everything we remembered it to be. The kind welcome at the front door (we had no wait to be seated for our reservation), the excellent table service, and the managerial interactions with the guest are all an amazing part of our evening. Starting with the appetizer (cheese) pot you can't go wrong with any of the options. The bread and fruit/vegetable plate that accompanies are fresh and delicious. I especially enjoy the pretzel sticks. Second serving is salad, we had a house, and Caesar salads. Thinking why do we need a salad with fondue, but glad that we didn't skip this step. Next is the main course. for two you select one cooking pot, they are all delicious so read the descriptions and choose what your mood is calling for that night. We usually go with the Coq Au Vin pot, but the Mojo pot is also equally as temping. We each ordered similar meat choices with slight differences, and everything was prepared nicely. DESSERT you cannot go with dessert. We went with the Flaming Turtle chocolate pot, which is a tasty choice. The plate that accompanied had pound cake, brownie, chocolate chip cookie bar, banana, strawberries, and marshmallows. Now for our server "Shepard" who greeted us promptly after being shown to our table, was conversive, friendly, and was at the table just when we needed more iced tea or to pour more wine for us. He made our dining experience that much nicer with his service. Also stopping by the table a few times was the manager "Oscar" who made a point to check in with us as he would pass by, as well as stopping for a bit of conversation and top off our wine glasses.

Unfortunately we were disappointed to find out if you ordered from magical dining for $40pp everyone in the party including small children must ordered it if not you have to order off regular menu. We had two autistic kids 6&10 who r picky eaters and had dinner prior to our arrival where my husband and I bought there smartphones and thought the adults would have a nice meal not realizing they wanted $80 additional bucks just cause the kids were sitting quietly with us. Only for manager to tell us the kids either had to also pay the $40pp just for sitting at the table with us or we couldn’t order magical dining and would need to pick off their standard menu but all of us still just order where if we wanted something similar to the 4 course for two we still be paying close to $140 vs the initial $160 but thought we were going for $80 but they were trying to upcharge just for kids tagging along. The manager then stated it was the rules of magical dining cause it was a promotion which my understanding magical dining only get $1 per meal sold or at least what they advertise. he then changed his tune and said he would have to come back and check to see if the kids were sneaking bites or food which is why they have to charge everyone sitting at the table which I don’t understand since there portions are pre measured amounts there is no buffet of unlimited here and with two autistic kids who only eat nuggets due to food sensitivity you could put steak infront of them and they wouldn’t lick or smell it either which I want to say I don’t see many 6 years old eating adult seasoned food either.

Our server, Maya, was excellent! The food was delicious as always. It's a pricey meal but great for a special occasion. I love that this location has the Bananas Foster chocolate fondue on the menu; other locations had removed it but we always asked for it anyway and they made it for us. The pacing of the meal was good and everything was tasty. We tried the double dippers with the cheese fondue, which I enjoyed. The only disappointment was the Tipsy Turtle cocktail which is usually my favorite but this time was very light on tipsy and very heavy on orange juice.

This was my first time going to The Melting Pot and it was the best experience. The service was excellent, the sever, Harrison was was amazing, he was funny and he helped explaining how things work and that was very helpful. The food was amazing, the service didn’t take long, I would say that it was pretty fast in my opinion. The overall experience was very very good, would recommend to other people.

Had a great time. Finnley was great and very personable. She made our dining experience so special! We’ll ask for her again.

I treated my daughter-in-law and granddaughter to dinner and dessert at the Orlando Melting Pot August 7, 2025. We had a wonderful time and a great meal. The food of course was good (4 stars). Our waiter, Shepard, was a 5 star. He was attentive but not too much. He was open with suggestions (all were right on target). We hope the Orlando Melting Pot knows that Shepard is a true excellent employee.

I had the pleasure of dining here this past weekend with my family to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Our server was Jaden and he provided us with outstanding service. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and personable during our entire experience. He made our night memorable and special. On top of great service, the food was amazing. Jaden was awesome. My fiance and I came for our 3 year anniversary and he provided us AMAZING customer service. He joked, and had awesome recommendations. He even explained thing further when I got confused about something. Being as it was my first time. If there is some sort of kudos or praise he gets as an employee he deserves one.

Melting Pot is always the absolute best. I've been to many of their locations across the country over the last 20 or so years and I have to say that Gabe at the Orlando, Sand Lake, location makes the absolute BEST cheese I've ever had with them. I don't know what magic he's using but wow!

Phenomenal experience! Specifically the manager Tom was accommodating and brought us awesome drinks. The food was absolutely wonderful and we were fortunate to have Amanda who was an incredible server! She was always getting us more items to dip and making sure we were taken care of without being overbearing, best service I have had in a long time.

It was my wife and I’s first time at melting pot and thankfully we had Mr. Slater as our server! He was very helpful with explaining how it works and what we should choose based on our preferences. Slater checked up on us throughout our time and made us feel very special. Last night, my girlfriend and I went to the Melting pot. The experience did not disappoint. The atmosphere was excellent. The service was excellent. And the food was absolutely fantastic. As always, an excellent experience. We had the 50th Anniversary 4-course and could not have been happier, especially with the special chocolate fondue at the end. And our Server, Brandon, was charming and knowlegable and spent a great deal of time with us at the table, both making sure we had everything we needed, and also making sure we felt at home and welcome. Jaden was a great help in our dining experience. We hadn't been to Melting Pot in almost a decade, but his service would be a big reason as to why we would return. He gave very helpful recommendations while keeping our preferences at the top of mind. Not too overbearing, and I never had to seek him out. Each course came out in a timely manner. Overall, it made our anniversary celebration feel that much more special.

The restaurant was easy to find, and parking was not an issue. Christian J our server was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and gave suggestions when asked. The food portions were also great. We had the Four Course dinner for two. We have been to several Melting Pots in Florida and this was the best by far. Highly recommend.

A very romantic and relaxing evening. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and made reservations for 730 on Friday night. We were there 15 minutes early and ordered some fancy drinks at the bar. We went to our table in the rear of the building away from the passing servers and other customers in a corner. We did order the bells and whistles so it was pricey, but our server Carsen was friendly, engaging, and attentive. It was an excellent several hours for a date night.

Our experience is always a 10 out of 10! The food is great and the service is nothing short of Amazing. Maya was phenomenal. She was very sweet, friendly, attentive and checked on us frequently to make sure we were happy with everything we ate. She’s an asset to Melting Pot. Next time we visit we will specifically ask for her.

My boyfriend took me here for my birthday! I’ve been to melting pot in the past, but my boyfriend never had. We had the BEST experience. Our server, Sophia, was outstanding!!! She was so great with answering all of my boyfriend’s questions as this was his first ever experience. She was also so kind and doing the absolute best work while serving all of her other tables including ours. Can’t wait to go back again and request Sophia as our server next time! This place is such a great experience with awesome staff and even better food.

We visited in the strength of the Tripadvisor reviews. Although we enjoyed the meal, it wasn’t as good as I had expected. The restaurant was quite chilly, despite taking a cardigan along. The whole party was cool throughout the meal. Our server was good - he explained everything and made recommendations. I just thought that it was rather expensive for what we got. We would not return.
