Good experience, seated quickly, service was excellent, good selection of food. All dishes were really good food, I will return.

Very enjoyable the noodles are trash and delicious. The Chicken Dan Dan was so good and spicy. The Pork and Crab Xiao Long Boa buns were amazing. Service was great

We stumbled upon this spot like what often happens on the strip, hot and tired of walking. What a great place, great service and great food. Much better quality than I expected. Our waitress suggested we pick something with the handcut noodles and they were delicious. It's nice to find a quality place by accident that can sit you right away on a Friday night with good food and service.

Excellent customer service. We were seated immediately at a table along the windows. This noodle restaurant is inside The Sahara. I told the server that I cannot have MSG and she said every item on the menu except the fried calamari has MSG in it because of the prepared commercially produced sauces that the restaurant uses and was very clear to avoid all menu items with that one exception. I appreciated the honesty. My husband absolutely loved his meal - the knife cut noodles were fresh and prepared perfectly.

We spent the day on a bus tour to the Grand Canyon and when we got back decided to just chill in our room, and ordered dinner for pick up. My wife picked the Mongolian stir fry for me and it was great, until I bit into the hottest spice of my sixty five years. I couldn’t quench the fire in my mouth and only had beers and water to try and cool it down. Nothing worked. I even tried hand soap to no avail! Took a half hour before my tears stopped flowing and I could see straight. Meanwhile, my wife picked through the remainder of my stir fry, removing bits of whatever hellfire was put in there. Why? I have no idea why anyone would think that a funny thing to do. I ate the rest of it cold, and it still tasted very good. Thanks for nothing Noodles.

I'd give Noodle Den located in the Sahara casino 10 stars or more! The food is superb!! Fresh, tasty, plentiful and truly the best value we found during our stay in Vegas. Our dinner bill was 114.00 (minus tip) for 2 appetizers, 2 main meals, an order of their roast pork friend rice (we were hungry LOL!!), a beer and iced tea. We had enough left over for lunch and dinner the next day. This was simply the best Asian food I've ever had. Service was friendly, attentive and excellent. Our server Stephanie was accommodating and very pleasant. Go - you won't be disappointed.

Many selections on the menu, everything we had was delicious!! The beef noodles were pretty good. We will come back again!

This place was a nice surprise! The entrance from inside the Sahara is really nice. They have a window where you can watch the cooks make the noodles. Super unique. There’s also some really cute decorations as soon as you walk in! I got more videos and pictures. They even have a table with the Lazy Susan! Cute decor and great customer service! Our waiter‘s name was Eric. I called him prince Eric! And the food was even more fabulous! We got to try the Spicy chicken wontons, Yangzhou rice, pork belly rice, Mongolian beef ND (my favorite 4), Dan Dan Nd, Pork dumplings, green tea matcha tiramisu (so good), and cookie cream. I can’t wait to go back the food was so good!

We have been for a business dinner and we tasted an amazed Chinese food never tasted before Everything ordered was incredible and I regret to do do have spent more time in Vegas to be there again The restaurant is in a hotel with casino as usual in Vegas but the ambient is cozy and elegant

For my friends birthday, we stayed at the Las Vegas Sahara hotel/resort. One of their many restaurants is the Noodle Den! So glad we ate there!! Two of us ordered the Dan Dan Noodles- best I've ever had, and 1 ordered the Mongolian Beef Noodle- so good!! The 3 of us shared the 6 piece Shanghai Xao dumplings - recommended by our waitress - which were excellent!!! Besides the food, they have a viewing area for watching the noodles be made- it was fascinating!!

The Noodle Den just opened Wednesday December 8 on the ground floor of The SAHARA, Las Vegas. The interior is very clean and tastefully decorated to accommodate bistro style dining and booths. The menu is really varied and the wait staff of Jesus and Stephanie really helped us with descriptions of the dishes. We opted for vegetarian spring rolls to start ($8) and followed up with two of The Noodle Den's home made noodle dishes. I had Chicken dan dan with long noodles ($16) and my partner had kung pao tofu with cat's ear noodles ($17). Many of the dishes can be ordered vegetarian if you work with the servers in advance. Both entrees were excellent, although I wish that the Chicken dan dan had some more veggies in it. The bottled beers were reasonable ($6-8) and the selection was pretty good. A few beers on tap would help. We got there early--about 6:00PM, so it wasn't crowded, and it was nice and quiet after the craziness of the Strip. All around, a good experience.

Best restaurant at Sahara. Good selection and fresh. Compared to the rest of the restaurants at Sahara resort, this is the best option. Clean.

This restaurant is open late, so after the 7:30 pm Magic Mike I had to try the hand made, hand stretched noodles that are made every hour. We had the Pork & Chive pan fried dumpling - very tasty, thin noodle wrapping but good. We got the Kung Pao Chicken Stir Fry because that or the Mongolian Beef Stir Fry are the only two dishes that they can adjust the spice level. I go the not spicy version, and it was not. It came with red and green bell peppers, peanuts, and knife sliced noodles. It was a little salty from the sauce, but I am someone who uses low salt soy sauce and no salt in my cooking. The Stir Fry was not the huge serving you get in local Chinese restaurants that lasts for dinner and one or two lunches, but enough to share for a snack or enough for one without left overs which you can't heat up in a hotel anyways. We enjoyed the snack, and it was worth a stop.

The service was fantastic however the food was just average. Ordered the sweet and sour chicken which looked beautiful and smelled amazing. The chicken was tough and stringy causing me to loose my appetite all together. A family member ordered beef and broccoli. Not sure what kind of beef that was. Ate mostly broccoli. Another family member ordered a vegetarian noodle dish. It was great. Hey, it’s Vegas. Everything is a gamble!

enjoyed Christmas dinner with special friends at The Noodle Den inside the Sahara in Las Vegas. Definitely look forward to next meal there!

I was dining alone & got seated right in front of the kitchen glass open to the chefs preparing the dumplings & hand sliced noodles. I ordered hot & sour soup, spicy cucumbers, bok choy & hand cut noodles. All were delicious, the meal was filling, I had left overs for lunch the next day & (by Vegas standards) the price was reasonable. I’d be happy to eat here again.

My favorite restaurant in Sahara Hotel. Very flavorful food. I loved their soups. Good service. Wide selection, in comparison to Italian restaurant. And reasonably priced. We ate there 3 times, and Chinese food is normally not our favorite cuisine even.

Inside the Sahara Casino we had dinner at this oriental restaurant. We ordered and after, literally 2 minutes, the dishes were on the table. I had rice with pork and duck. The delicious meat, the rice a little too dry. Good but with the sticky Japanese rice it would have been perfect.

Really good place for dinner. Good menu and reasonable prices. The sweet n sour chicken was awesome.

The onion pancakes are wonderful! The staff is kind courteous and informative! We had a wonderful time and frequented the to-go service!

This was the best meal we had on our Vegas trip. My husband had Mongolian Beef Stir Fry and the chicken wonton soup, and I had the DanDan noodles. They make their noodles fresh and you can taste it. The spice was spot on, we even took the leftovers to eat cold. The service was great too. This is a hidden gem for sure.

Went to the Noodle den as a last minute meal before a show, and we were so glad we did. The staff were all very kind and genuine. We had a limited time to eat prior to a show and they expedited every dish. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed. The dishes we ate were all delicious. The dumplings flavors were authentic and fresh. The duck was crispy and perfectly cooked. The pork belly noodle was delicious. The service was excellent, made the experience even better.

The food was excellent, in particular the knife cut noodles and potstickers. The service was impeccable, as well!

The food was simply amazing, from starters to the main course. I still think about the Dan Dan noodles and the honey walnut shrimps! The ambience was chic and the staff were all friendly. The service was quick. We definitely enjoyed our meal here.

Why are you guys RACISM us? Just because we're ‘Asian’ doesn't mean we have to sit right in front of the entrance, right in front of the register. It was a very disappointing experience. Whites by the window, inside. Blacks and Asians, entrance side. LMAO I think you guys are need to fix your attitude.

Great food great service reasonable price My wife and I dined there twice during our stay at the Sahara No complaints on both our dining experiences can't wait to go back again a long way from Australia though.

Oh my goodness this place was amazing, the handmade noodles were so good we both said we have to come back. The Mongolian beef stir fry and kung pao chicken were incredibly flavorful and worth every penny. It is a bit spendy $75 for the 2 entrees and an appetizer and tip but that’s what you expect to pay in Vegas when you eat out. We will be returning at some point during our stay.

We tried this place as we were walking through the Sahara. What a delight it was! Food and service were excellent and the Mongolian beef stir-fry with knife sliced noodles were out of this world good. Would love to come back to try the rest of the menu. Great job!!!

We liked the food, but like everything else in Las Vegas now it was on the expensive side. The noodles were freshly made and you can taste the difference.

Ordered egg rolls, which were mushy spring rolls. Main dishes average. Service was good. More reasonably priced than most other restaurants but very average.
Great Food
Visited at SAHARA whilst on a week holiday recently. Wish I’d found it sooner so I could’ve come back. I had the Mongolian Beef Noodles and would definitely recommend.
