Just visited after finding this place online. The dining room is gorgeous - it really has presence. But it's loud. Not yelling across the table loud, but almost. The food portions are small, but tasty. It is, however expensive, so I won't be going back often. I was with a friend who had mobility issues - and I would have liked to have wandered around the showcase and seen more, but wasn't able to do so on this trip. I visited on Labor Day, so I expect it was busier than your average weekday. The crowd gave off a very "Real Housewives" vibe. It almost felt a bit too LA. Some have described the food as Tuscan, but it's more California Cuisine than anything else.

Living in the neighborhood, we were anxious to experience this new addition to Restoration Hardware, the Palm Court. There were no disappointments. We have been watching the renovation of this former Bethlehem Steel building in the Dog Patch neighborhood and HR is to be commended for preserving this piece of San Francisco architectural history. The Palm Court Restaurant is not to be missed. We were a party of six for lunch and reservations are necessary. Once all of our group arrived we were seated immediately. The dining room is an open room built around four palms trees in the center. There was no shortage of wait staff. Our server, Mari, was incredibly knowledgeable of the menu and wine list choices. She offered us several recommendations throughout the ordering process. Her suggestions all proved to enhance our dining experience. We ordered several starters for the table so we could explore the menu. Cauliflower "steak", roasted artichoke and avocado. The salad collection included barata with tomato and pesto, a green bean with bib lettuce, and a Caesar. Roasted chicken seems to be the theme of the day's lunch choices. I had the chicken salad, another guest of our group had the chicken sandwich. One could order half or a whole chicken. We shared two desserts, butterscotch creme brulee and a carmelize banana split with vanilla ice cream. Everything was worth a return visit, although we understand the menu changes frequently. Be sure to take a glass of wine up to the roof garden for spectacular bay views.

The best meal I have had in a long, long time. Everything was perfectly prepared. The Wagyu ribeye is to die for. The service...TopNotch. Jordan...our server was spot on with everything...We will be back..SOON

The Palm Court is inside the RH San Francisco. The ambience is beautiful. Food is delicious. Service is good. Prices are on the high end. The hostess told us that there's no table available for the whole night when we walked in at 7:30 pm on Sunday night. I saw half of the restaurant was empty so that I tried OpenTable. OpenTable shows a bunch of availabilities so that I booked a table for two at 8:30 PM. We walked back to the waitress and told her we made the reservation with OpenTable. She told me that there's bunch of cancelations. Is it accident that all of them canceled at the same time?

After visiting the RH in Yountville twice, we decided to come here for the first time. The ambiance of the exterior and interior of the building is so beautiful - sleek, elegant, and modern. The grilled avocado and caviar was sublime, as was the lobster roll with caviar. Their wine list by the glass was impressive, as were the staff and ambiance. Definitely would return here again!

Pricey but we knew that when we decided to go and went for the atmosphere. It was absolutely beautiful and we were pleasantly surprised that the food was wonderful too. We made a fairly early reservation because we had just flown into San fran that day and would be tired so there wasn't much of a crowd. The whole building is stunning and the staff was very attentive.

RH is a stunning venue, perfect for celebrating birthdays. The ambiance and surroundings create a truly memorable experience.

I had dinner with friends at this restaurant which is located inside a valuable furniture exhibition building. In the first floor atrium there is a very elegant restaurant, clean and well attended environment. We had appetizers and then meat with a side of chips, asparagus, 2 bottles of wine and finally crème brûlée to celebrate my birthday with a candle. Total $130 per person. Before dinner we were on the top floor at the rooftop for an aperitif. A place I would very much return to.

This place is a trip. Your best bet is to get a glass of sparkling wine at the wine bar and head to the roof. Nicely landscaped with multiple seating areas and water views. Then explore each of the museum-like showroom floors on your way back downstairs. Restaurant is attractive with marble finishes and all that RH dining furniture. Service is attentive. But please note that food and wine are 3-4x more expensive than they should be. Examples: $42 for half an avocado with some caviar, $100 for a platter of steak (sides cost extra) and $38 for a small piece of rotisserie chicken next to a pile of butter lettuce. There are a lot of other high-end restaurants in San Francisco that offer better food at these price points.

The whole experience was overall very good. Some little glitches We had a glass of wine before dinner and we found out that we charge almost double They fixed the problem but very little apology and we really to walk away The dinner was actually very good, the service absolutely great and the whole evening absolutely positive They made a mess with the check, however They fixed it, but twice in the same evening was a little bit too much In any case, the food is great, the place exceptional and it's worth to go back

Beautiful location - loads of marble and light. We enjoyed visiting the RH display floors and the roof. The restaurant (aside from the aesthetics) was really disappointing. The prices are egregious for what you get- our bill came out to over $200 for brunch (we had pancakes ($18), an omelette with bacon ($25), a chicken sandwich ($30), a lobster roll ($36), 2 coffees, a hot chocolate, and fries). They also try to upsell every dish with add ons (that should already be included, considering the price) which feels really yucky. The portions were small/ the right size (no one had leftovers, I could have eaten a bit more). The really disappointing part was the service. Our server was really nice, but brought the wrong dish (chicken salad vs sandwich) and the plates were brought out at very different times (fries came 20 min before anything, then pancakes, then 15 min later the eggs and roll, and then 10 min later the corrected sandwich). So by the time everyone had been served, the pancakes were cold. (This may not be an issue for some people, but we don't eat until everyone is served). The receipt charged us for both the sandwich and salad. The place is beautiful, but the food wasn't much better than what you would get in a good restaurant for at least half the price (and usually you dont have to wait 30 min for everyone to be served). I recommend touring the building and eating out 4 times at better places.

The food is solid but it’s definitely all about the ambiance and vibes. Make sure to arrive early to walk around the showrooms and check out the rooftop.

I came here for my 6th year anniversary with my lady. Everything Noah recommended was perfect. I love the steak, fries, and dessert. Not only is it beautiful here, but the customer service is outstanding. Whoever Noah’s manager is should give him a raise because he is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met.
Stunning place and excellent service
Once we arrived we were greeted at the door and lead into the beautiful restaurant. Palm trees, water fountain and chandeliers with marble kitchen so classy and elegant. Service was impeccable and food was delicious. I LOVE the grill avocado and salad.
