Had no reservation so went directly to the bar and had dinner there. Great attentive bar staff. Seafood tower was awesome, steaks were perfectly cooked. One of my favorite places to have dinner in Las Vegas.

It was our first visit to The Palms in Las Vegas Caesars Hotel. The place is nice, the food and beverages were very good. The service by the waiters was excellent, mainly Ruan We will certainly return when we visit Las Vegas again;

I had gone for the Sunday Brunch and was impressed, so I went back for the Lobster Buffet. I was NOT equally impressed! For one, they will only give you 1 steamed lobster and 1 lobster tail on each pass. At first I was a bit apprehensive about the lobster tails, but they turned out being the better of the two options. The line for the lobsters was huge, so I started on chilled snow crab legs. I soon got annoyed with how hard it was to get the meat out and how much got wasted. I moved on to the lobsters. I am used to boiled lobsters which are much more juicy, but it's hard to do in such volume. I am from New England and have never seen such tiny lobsters. A food service friend said the were probably from Canada, which has different laws. Again, the meat would get stuck and I eventually moved on the other food, which I swore I wouldn't do. I went back for the tails, which they were dunking in melted butter, which made them moister. I must mention that our server Salvador was very attentive and cleaned out table at every chance. I am tempted to go back for the Crab 5 ways Buffet, but feel I will be disappointed.

I was advised the Palm was one of the best Las Vegas restaurants, it probably is one of the better, but it is priced on the very high end and is not good value. The wine list is okay but does not have the vintages I would have expected and again the prices were right at the top of the range. Overall service was very good, and the food was very good but the price for a dinner for 4 plus average wine $3,000 is not great.

Excellent birthday dinner our waiter Tony was very personable and attentive steak was cooked to perfection and just as ordered!!!!

Great dinner and evening. Made us feel special.Great food and service. Shout out to to Mike, Victor, Tony, Ronnie. Can’t wait to return!

Each time we are in town, we have lunch at The Palms. Sitting on the patio is a must...great people watching for sure! The food is always consistently good and the staff is beyond friendly. Our favorite server is Manolo...ask to sit in his section. You will not be dissapointed. The seared tuna salad is amazing! A must try.

I have been to this restaurant on a number of occasions but this was my first time at lunch time. This is a traditional restaurant with good service, good food and a nice presentation . The lunch menu has three courses and there is a wide choice. It is not fats food but if you want a luxurious up market lunch this is where to go.

Service from start to finish was top notch. The servers made it such a fun experience. The food from apps to the main dish were delicious.

We ate dinner here before a show and it was amazing! Great location, great menu. The service was impeccable. I believe our server was named Nick. We elected to order the seafood tower, a steak and side to share, and he served the steak split on two plates for us. I would highly recommend having a meal here! Try the creamed spinach!

Absolutely exceptional! A must for us every trip to Vegas. Great Food. Great Vibe! World class service from Barry/Tony! Always a highlight of our trips to Las Vegas!

The food and service were decent, though not exceptional. The ambiance is pleasant, with the added charm of people-watching. Overall, it was a nice experience. However, the meat was just okay, not great, and the carpaccio was mediocre, featuring poor-quality cheese

If I could give A MILLION STARS I would! We go every Christmas and they make you feel like home. Ask for Costa! He’s always our server and makes our holiday that much better.

This meal was incredible. I had chicken Parmesan and it was so juicy and delicious. When we got home all of our food seems so bland because we had such delicious flavor in Vegas.

It was our third visit to The Palm in Las Vegas Caesars Hotel. The place is nice, the food and beverages were very good. The service by the waiters was excellent, mainly Ruan. We had dinner here twice in 2 weeks. We will certainly return when we visit Las Vegas again.

Very attentive and friendly staff. You don't get bugged but plates cleared away, drinks refilled and asked if need anything very timely. You get what you pay for and we had top notch steaks. Cooked perfect and choice prime cuts. The Mac n cheese and asparagus were also excellent. Craft cocktails, large wine list and prime liquor selections. Would eat here again for sure. Looking for a fine dinner out stop here.

What a wonderful dinner at The Palm. Reservations were handled professionally, food was prepared perfectly, and the staff paid attention to every little detail. Cant wait to go back again!!!

The Palm is now a Landry’s chain, so all food has been streamlined. That said the food was very good and the service was great. They are busy and understaffed like everyone, so all staff are obviously working very hard. Steak was very good, a little on the dry side for a filet, but I like it like that. Hash brown potatoes were very good and the scallop potatoes were cut the same as the hash browns but with a yummy cheese sauce. Crab cake was not lump because apparently lump is hard to come by right now. Not the first restaurant on this trip I’ve heard that from, but it had good flavor. Full bar with many wine and beer selections. Will return to their many locations since like other high end steak house chains, you know your usually going to have a good experience.

Located in the Forum Shops at Caesars. My wife and I made a reservation for 2pm. We arrived at 1pm and were seated immediately. We both had an Iced Tea. We received a bread plate. Very good. We both ordered from the Lunch Prix Price Menu ($32). She had the Caesars Salad and I had the Lobster Bisque Soup. Both were yummy. Our entrees were the BBQ Salmon with green beans for my wife and I had the Chicken Parm with pasta. Both dishes were very good. Our dessert was two orders of the zeppoles (donuts with dipping sauces). I would not order this dessert again. Very dry. The service was excellent and I will return again. Be sure to check out the portraits on the walls. Fantastic lunch deals. Management should be very proud. This is a very nice restaurant.

I visited The Palm Restaurant last Friday for dinner with a friend who was visiting from out of town, and it was absolutely fantastic. While this wasn’t my first visit, it’s very quickly becoming my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. Let talk location – in Caesars palace- forum shops. As a local, I absolutely wish it was off the strip, but its not unfortunately. Take an uber or valet. I prefer to Uber since I’m not a fan of driving on the Strip, but despite it being inside the forum shops, the location made that easy and convenient with me taking the uber. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance set the tone, classic, upscale, and welcoming without feeling pretentious. The food was exceptional. I ordered the Chilean sea bass and calamari, and both were cooked to perfection. Every bite was flavorful and well-presented. The bar deserves special recognition as well, although what I wanted wasn’t on the menu, the bartender gladly made my drink to order, and it was absolutely to die for. The service was attentive, the manager even stopped by to check in on us to see if we were enjoying our visit, everyone was professional, and warm, making the entire evening feel seamless and special. Between the food, service, ambiance, and prime location, everything was flawless. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be back again and again.

This was probably the best burger that I've eaten in a really long time. Luigi was wonderful as he helped us to get what we needed. Thank you for great food and great service. We will be back again!

Nothing bad to say about this place~ Felt like a step back in time to Old Vegas. The Rat Pack Days. Cocktails and dark wood. Circular booths. Sea Bass and filet to die for. Service impeccable. Bread basket I wish I could have taken home. And Carrot cake slice that could feed !

It was one of the best food, that I'm going to put it on my favorite of best restaurants!!!! Yes, I see ppl are saying the food might be "expensive" lol but, I say, find me one thing in Vegas that isn't quoted on, quote, "expensive", lmao...? So besides food being "pricey" at the Palms lol, keep in mind it is what you would expect to pay at a high-end restaurant, right? Right, lol... So I give the Palms restaurant a 10/ 10 star! Just because they were able to hold a 40 huge group on May,4,2022, they did very very well! Nice work, Palm Restaurant!!!

We come here every time for Lobster the service is great. The Lobster is amazing never disappointed. You get what you pay for !

When we are looking for a world class meal, The Palm is the place to go. Every time we travel, we try to visit the local Palm. The Vegas team did an excellent job for us & the food was great. Will definitely be back!

This used to be our “go to” restaurant each time in Vegas for our 1st nights dinner. Today we went for lunch and it didn’t disappoint! A huge comfy C booth, ice water and offered bread service immediately, we ordered our iced tea & coke. Our server Angel was excellent. We ordered a classic burger & fries and the “lunch special menu” $34 for 3 course meal. I chose the fish of the day w/green beans, lobster bisque (a bowl!) and the cheesecake w/caramel sauce . Size was not compromised, it was 3 full-sized plates. Incredible value. The burger was cooked perfectly, the fries salty and fresh cut. The salmon delish and green beans were snappy. The lobster bisque w/huge chunks of lobster. The cheesecake fresh & tasty. Zero complaints and we remembered why we love The Palm. Our bill was $78 plus tip, excellent lunch.

Having heard so much about this restaurant, I was excited to give it a try. The crabmeat cocktail appetizer was small but very good. From here, things went downhill. Even though The Palm is a steakhouse, their pasta dishes are supposed to be very good so not hungry for a steak, I ordered the Pappardelle Wagyu Bolognese. I really can’t say anything good about this dish. The wide pasta noodles were way undercooked and the sauce had very little meat and zero flavor. The waitress knew I didn;t care for it as it was only 20% eaten but said nothing about getting me something else. The person that I was dining with is a Palm member and said his shrimp dish was not up to normal standards. The total meal was $166 and it was only worth the cost of the appetizer and my one bourbon cocktail. There are too many great restaurants in Las Vegas to waste your money and dinner evening at The Palm. A big disappointment that I shall never repeat.

I reserved a private dining room for a business team meeting and everything was perfect. From my very first contact to my last confirmation email, The Palm's staff, especially Jennifer, was extremely helpful, patient, and made sure all accommodations were met. I look forward to returning to The Palm in the future, for it was a true pleasure working with them. Thank you!

Spent the past week in Vegas celebrating my sister in laws 60 th birthday. On a whim we booked The Palm for dinner while walking through the mall. It did not disappoint. From the friendly manager who greeted us to our incredible waiter Barry, I believe, it was great night from start to finish. Barry delivered us some wonderful martinis and knew immediately to have us hold our drinks, cheer and take pictures. My husband and in laws ordered steaks that were cooked perfectly and I ordered the sea bass Oscar that I would order again! Our sides were hashbrowns, augratin potatoes, asparagus and mushrooms. All cooked perfectly. We plan on going back on our next visit as The Palm in Michigan closed several years ago. When I reflect back on that night though, the meal was delicious but our waiter made the experience memorable!

This is one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas. The place is very nice, the food is excellent and the service is impeccable. We always dined here. This time we were treated by Manolo which was excellent.

If you’re heading to the Palms, do yourself a favor and get connected with Erno Mabini — the BEST VIP casino host in the game! From the moment we arrived, Erno made us feel like absolute rockstars. Attentive doesn’t even begin to describe it — he was always one step ahead, highlighting the hottest events, securing must-see shows, and arranging incredible dinner reservations like magic. Details are handled flawlessly, and experiences feel effortless, exciting, and truly VIP. Whether we wanted a last-minute table, insider recommendations, or the perfect schedule for the night, Erno delivered every single time. If you want your trip to the Palms to go from great to unforgettable, Erno Mabini is the one to thank. Five stars all the way — can’t wait to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wow what a lobster and what great service!!!!!!!!!! You order the standard lobster, they present it then prepare all the meat right in front of you. It is amazing!!

The best service and outstanding food! Barry took care of us and we will definitely be back!!! The wine list was excellent. The lobster bisque amazing and our steaks were perfectly cooked. We loved all of the sides especially the lobster Mac n cheese just yummy.

I’ve taken folks to the Palm in Tyson’s Corner, VA a few times. This was my first time at the Las Vegas restaurant. The staff? Superb! No more needle said? The food and beverage ? Again, superb. We had a tomahawk ribeye, which was perfectly prepared, and grilled fresh asparagus. The ambiance? Decidedly different. The Las Vegas house is a giant open bay, not the small rooms I experienced in northern Virginia. I assigned it to the Vegas method: sensory overload on everything. Overall? A wonderful steakhouse, worthy of its name and reputation.

The Las Vegas Palm is a classic. The quality of the food as well as the preparation are terrific. The staff is prompt, and pleasant without hovering. I cannot say enough about management: pleasant and welcoming. If you want the real deal, go to the Palm

In the 40 plus years I have been dining at the Palm at most of their locations, the service, food and atmosphere have never varied. The best of the best so far as a top steak restaurant, I have tried pretty much everything on the menu and have never wanted for better. Thanks for the many great memories you have created for my family, customers and friends. I am your #1 fan!

The Palm is not the restaurant that it was before being taken over by the Landry Group. We have had numerous dinners and family celebrations here. The Palm used to provide excellent food and a wonderful personal experience. We did not experience that at our last visit. The food was average and the service was poor. We waited at least 30 minutes for our food which was cold. I expect better from a restaurant in this price range. It is time for us to find a new favorite restaurant for our family celebrations.

Wow, quite a restaurant 👌👌👌👌 Steak was magnificently excellent and the wine Excellent service and very good atmosphere Thank you Diamond product

The Restaurant was Nice and Clean. It made me feel comfortable with all that’s going on right now due to Covid-19. The staff maintained cleanliness throughout my entire visit. The Fold wasTasty I ordered a Center Cut Steak, and some Sides. The Sides aren’t individual they are shareable sizes for your table. My waiter was very tentative to my table. The restaurant is also in a good Location. It’s surrounded by many designer shops and right near the Caesar Palace casino

This is the second time we have dinner at the restaurant. Always will come here when ever we visit Vegas! Lobster is delicious unlike the other steak and lobster restaurant I have been on the strip. Love watching people at the Caesars forum walk way . The Chinese New Year decoration is beautiful!

The Vegas Palm is true to the brand (one we liked better before Landry’s took over). Excellent wedge salad, which they nicely split for us in the kitchen….certainly enough to split. We had asked for a Hearts of Palm Salad….a Palm classic for decades, but for some reason Landry’s took it off the list, even though every waiter we ask about it says they get many requests (duh!)….they did make us one in Boston recently. Excellent huge veal parm on the bone, perfectly cooked…and you can get a side of linguini, also not on the menu. Pricey wine list that you need to cherry pick. Delicious key lime pie for dessert. Terrific service.

Jolyne at the front desk was amazing and was a huge help when it came to moving me to a different room, and just being extremely nice. She was the highlight of my visit despite an unfortunate experience here.

Good food and great service. Beef carpaccio starter was fantastic. Scallops were great although spicier than expected. Really great steaks.

Service and food were outstanding. Only issue is the kitchen messed up both the salad order and one main dish. For the main dish, steak was ordered but they brought lamb chops. Never good to have to wait for the right meal to come out. I’m sure it was a rare mistake because overall great restaurant. They did give us a free dessert because of the error.

Excellent food - I absolutely love their filet steaks - and they also have great side dishes. The staff is always very friendly to me, and I like the atmosphere. Whenever I am in Vegas, I make sure to stop by

VERY EXPENSIVE for TINY PORTION SIZE! Let me start by saying that I have always loved The Palm Restaurants and have frequented both The Las Vegas and Los Angeles Locations over the last 25+ years. Always great food and service. Wonderful ambience, just LOVE this place. I know it’s expensive and due to COVID even more so. I was prepared for that and have no issue with the prices even though it’s expensive. I went in June with a friend while in a girls trip to Caesars. The lobster was great, expensive yes but we knew what we were getting paying fir. The issue was the other portions. Each of us ordered pasta with the clams and had a four pound lobster to share. The pasta with the clams was delicious but TINY!!! It’s was like a small side in a small bowl. We were so disappointed and hungry!!!! It was $33 which is fine, but pasta costs how much, $1 a pound. The least they could have done after we got maybe 5 tiny whole clams each was a normal amount of pasta. I was really shocked by that. It would be so minor in costs to the restaurant to bulk up that dish a little. I spent about $300 and we left hungry. I cannot say I’d never go back but honestly that’s what would prevent another trip. I’ll pay but I want a normal amount of food and I’m not even talking European portions which are smaller than in the states. These were TINY, we actually laughed out loud. Normal portions please!!! I still love The Palm, please fix it!

Love this place, there lunch special is a great deal. The food is good, one salad a little funky(cucumbers) however server replaced with a vegetable. Highly recommend. Definitely will be returning, after the protests on the strip

Christmas Prime Rib dinner is Excellent! We usually come for Thanksgiving but this year we switched to Christmas. This dinner did not disappoint. Lots of take home for us. The meat was so tender and juicy. Baked potato was delicious. We will be back for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

While the Strip may not be as busy as it once was, the restaurants and food are still excellent! We treated ourselves to The Palm. Of course as you would expect, the service and food was excellent! We started with delicious martinis with bleu cheese olives. Then for an appetizer, we split a Caesar Salad. We opted for seafood tonight, my husband ordered the Chilean Sea Bass and I had the Glazed Salmon- we had the grilled asparagus and the Garlic Mashed Potatoes on the side. for dessert, carrot cake with home made whipped cream. Everything was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. Our server, Lynn was attentive and always seemed to come at the right time. The Managers both came to check and make sure we were happy- that is always a nice touch and we appreciate the little extra attention to detail.

This restaurant is not really trying. You have so many great restaurant options in Vegas, we we’re wishing we skipped over this one. The fries were soggy!! A good sign of trouble. The burgers at the table were sitting on buns that were sopping in grease, the tomatoes were not red or ripe. The salads were the best entrees at the table but, they were mediocre compared to other places we had been that week.

I highly recommend The Palm while visiting in Vegas. It is delicious and all of the staff that we encountered were kind, helpful, and our waiter Barry was a ton of fun! He was helpful in selections and totally funny, which we absolutely appreciated. The dessert they gave us, as 2 of us were celebrating our birthdays, was delicious and I would absolutely come back and visit once again!

There is a great food court with many choices. Plus, there are many cafes and restaurants with a variety of food choices. I love the buffet the most. The services is great. The stations are large and clean. The serving staff is very attentive. There is healthy choices and foodie choices. You rock!!!

The food was very good, the bread just okay. We had their 3 course luncheon special which was good. Drinks were excellent! Service was okay, not above average.

Family of 7 all enjoyed the atmosphere, our appetizers, and our main courses. The servers were very helpful and attentive to our needs. They offered off menu items for the kids and made sure everyone was satisfied. My wife and I had drinks and they were very good as well. My steak was perfectly cooked and the sides were shareable and tasty.

The place is always the same I have been coming here since more than 25 years , they have renewed it since the original style already more than 10 years ago at least. I suggest to ask for the outside table in the forum shops gallery The quality of the meet is always great , BUT ….. why did they stop serving daily the Prime Ribe ?!?! Now only available during the weekend .

Passed restaurant on couple of occasions, looked nice, busy, and menu looked interesting. Mixed reviews but we decided to try it out. Service was good and server advised that restaurant famous for their steaks. However, we decided on the salmon and chicken parmigiana for mains. Nothing really to say apart from they appear to have been microwaved....plate for salmon was red hot.....sign of microwaving🤔. Looking at steaks on other tables looked delicious. My thoughts are that restaurant concentrates on steak orders and everything microwaved. Disappointing as it is a nice restaurant.

Once again, a wonderful experience dining at The Palm, my go to restaurant here in Las Vegas. From the lovely bartenders to "Tony Meatballs" our server, and Mike Martin, the general manager, we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner as we had family in from back home. Truly a special night for them to end their week here in Vegas, and all because of the staff at The Palm. Thanks again guys and see you soon, I hope!

beautiful location in the caesars - quite expensive. but what is NOT EXPENSIVE here😅 eat very well, service 1a, made us an affogato (homemade!), although it was not on the map; thank you monica! you’re the best!

Amazing service at the Shark bar, thank you Tracey Lall , Bartender at the Palms. So funny and entertaining. My birthday celebration was a huge success because of this beautiful and talented young lady 🥤🍷💕. I will definitely visit Tracey again at The Palm Hotel🍷

Had dinner here last night. Only hitch was the Governors order to limit seating groups to four. This badly disrupted an engagement dinner for the couple and both sets of parents. Thanks for nothing Governor of Nevada. That being said It’s The Palm! It’s not their fault and they did the best they could and provided the same high quality service and wonderful food you expect when you dine at the Palm. Our group had some steaks some lamb chops and chicken parm. All wonderful. Note to 837 club members. Landry’s owns the Palm now so points are different. So do go to the Palm and please Nevada residents fire your Governor next election!

The Palm is a great option wherever you may find it. Food quality is very good, but service at Las Vegas location is outstanding. Everyone at the restaurant is focused on giving you the best experience possible. I would recommend it easly above some other chain-steakhouse .

Thuis visit was a bit of a disappointment. Although good reviews on tripadvisor the expectations weren’t met. It was a nice restaurant seating wise located in the forum shop area of Caesars Palace. Service was ok and it didn’t take too long for the food to arrive. As a starter we ordered the parmeggiano proscuito, tasted good but the presentation wasn’t that appealing. Went to Italy Where it was presented in a more inviting way. Could have added Some thin slices of mozzarella for example. As a main course i had the salmon with Shrimp risotto. Salmon was a bit overcoocked, and Lacked Some seasoning. Also the risotto wasn’t as good as it could have been: was more like dry Rice with shrimps. But then Again maybe didn’t choose their best dishes.

Always take my family here anytime I visit Vegas. Wouldn’t miss. Latest trip; filet was on point, served a perfect medium, rare, and did not disappoint. Perfect. Our sides were the asparagus, cheesy potatoes, and crab risotto.. Potatoes were tops but all were fantastic. Do not leave without trying their chocolate cake with their homemade whipped cream and make sure to have them warm it up. Could not have asked for a better wait service and our server was Raun. He had the best customer service I believe I’ve ever had at any restaurant ever. All of our needs were taken care of by all of the staff. Definitely will be back.-Dan

Visited The Palm in Las Vegas for my sister-in-laws birthday dinner. 1st time visiting this restaurant, all I can say is Wow! Food was so delicious, waitress was amazing and the environment was so comfortable. Thank you for your service and quality of food. Highly recommend this place to eat.

Very upscale and cozy with white linen and classic setting. Gigi Salad and Buffalo Mozzarella Salad. both good size and very fresh, tasty and well seasoned. Bread basket was also excellent. Each had a glass of Chardonnay and enjoyed the server "William". Tab was $112. A bit on the high side especially fo 2 small salads.

Great service and great food. We had steaks which were cooked perfectly and needed no sauce. Three members of staff were friendly and attentive. Thoroughly efficient.

I go to Vegas 4-5 times a year, and the Palm used to be my one regular resturant - no longer! Had a shrimp cocktail, Ceasar salad, and 18 oz NY strip. All 3 were mediocre: Shrimp coctail horseradish had no bite (usually it clears your nostrils) Ceasar Salad dressing taste like bottle dressing (use to be one of the best) Steak - overcooked and under seasoned BTW - no one including management took the time to ask me how my food was, Not worth the $140 with tip. I submitted my disappointment in a customer survey and got a perfunctory email back from a manger. No offer to make things right. So clearly they don't care to stand behind their product.

First, I frequent Vegas, go to good restaurants, and have a realistic expectation for the nicer restaurants. Food was hit and miss and service was poor. I left half of my meal on my plate and it was communicated to the waiter that it was not very good. There was no offer to replace or take off the bill...just a simple "I'm sorry". My friends salad was good but mine was less than so. It even appeared to have some wilted lettuce mixed in. Not what you expect at a place like this. The Ahi tuna appetizer was delicious. The filet mignon was also very good. Cooked well...a little salty but get that is all up to taste and chef preference. The real problem was the sea bass. Not good at all...almost a mealy taste to it. Spinach and asparagus were both decent. I am heading back to Vegas soon and hope I have better experiences than this.

The food here was very good, however the fact that they wanted to add a 17% tip and a 5% banquet table room charge for the 13 of us is already starting to get me angry again as I write this… Sounds like Vegas is starting to make cuts and take away your ability to tip based on service( btw we usually tip 20-30% based on great service)

The Palm went over and above to make our party of 14 feel like the place was ours. Everything about the evening was 5 Stars. From drinks, salads, appetizer, main course lobster and steak dishes, served with flare. Jennifer, The Palms lead on large group dinning made the reservations seamless and a breeze! We were in the Jerry Sienfield room and everyone of loved it! Thank you so much!!

This is far from the experience of the Palm in Dallas. Super booked reservation only. I reserved online and indicated that it was our Anniversary. Then called day of to request the largest lobster in the tank...again noting our anniversary...upon arrival no one had any knowledge of my request. Again, I told the server it was our anniversary.....the lobster was indeed good, but I saw larger lobster on other tables...was told it was a 5 pound lobster....but I don't believe that to be true. First 18 oz ribeye steak.. over done... ordered 2 9 ounce filets instead....they were not seasoned... bland and very dry.....no one ever mentioned our anniversary...well no one but me...very disappointed to pay so much for dinner and receive such a poor experience...we have comped steak dinners all over Vegas but opted to pay to eat here to celebrate...wish we would not have made that decision...wife's 16 dollar "mule" drink was not very good...pretty much a waste of money...I'd rather have pumped 300 dollars into a slot machine and would have had more fun even if I lost it

An unforgettable dining experience at The Palm Las Vegas! Following our wedding, we decided to celebrate with a meal at The Palm, and it exceeded all expectations. The staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel truly special. The food was exceptional, prompting us to return for lunch the next day. Once again, the staff's hospitality shone through, and the lunch menu was equally delightful. The Palm has earned our highest recommendation for its outstanding food and top-notch service!

This was our fourth visit to the Palm. This is the one place that everyone agrees on that we must have dinner at when in Vegas. The steaks were perfectly prepared. Excellent shrimp cocktail with extra horseradish on the side. Danny and his team gave great service. You can’t go wrong getting a steak at the Palm.

The Palm is a genuine old school favourite! My wife and I have been dining here ( nyc ) for more than 40 years. The Las Vegas location is excellent! Great food, service and located right near the entrance to Caesers. Highly recommend! David Greve Pittsburgh

Our waiter was fabulous and helped make our meal enjoyable. We had ribeye steak which was good and cooked to our liking. The steak was tender but lacked flavor. It’s hard to explain and maybe my taste buds were off. We had a side of shrimp risotto which was more like dry rice with shrimp. Our waiter brought us a slice of chocolate cake and sang happy birthday even though it wasn’t anyone’s birthday. We had a good time.

The Palms Hotel Casino is awesome! We went to see the new Jurassic Park movie in IMAX which is amazing and then Warner is the best at the West Bar!

Michael Martin went out of his way to get us a great table & accommodate us for a mistake in the number in our party It was my girlfriend’s bday & he made it special! Food and service was excellent also

Tony was an excellent server, the steaks were very good, but the side we ordered, we thought, came separate and they were plated together on top of each other.

The Palm Restaurant is one of the best in Las Vegas! If you are in the Forum Shops or going to a show at the Colosseum it is a great choice. It has always been consistent. Last night I had the Wygu filet and it was better that most steak places. Drinks are good and our waiter was the best. Good food and good managment. Will go back soon.

I decided to treat my father to lunch at The Palm after some shopping in the Forum Shops. Although quite new, our server was friendly and professional. We ordered the jumbo shrimp Bruno for a starter. There was an issue with the dish that was originally delivered, but this was quickly rectified with an apology from both our server and the manager. They handled the situation well. We received a new dish of the shrimp and it was good but nothing to write home about. For our lunch, we ordered the chicken sandwich and the gnocchi bolognese. I loved the gnocchi - hearty but tasty. My father said his chicken sandwich was just ok - the fries looked very limp and the sandwich had too much lettuce and too little chicken. We also had an issue with our check due to the issue we experienced with our starter, but again that was quickly rectified by our server and the manager. It was a shaky lunch - not up to the normal Palm standard - but we would visit again due to the great service and typically stellar food.

We always have our last night's dinner at the Palm when in Vegas. The service was a bit off as we sat on the patio section and it appeared that only one server was assigned to that area. We weren't in a hurry, but it did take quite a while for our steak to arrive and it wasn't hot when we cut into it. It must have sat on the warming table for a while before it was brought to our table by someone other than our server. Since he didn't come by to see how our meal was, we ate and then had to ask someone else to find our server so that we could pay our bill. A bit disappointing for what they charge.

Place has gone down since it’s glory years - second time in 6 months that I had a bad experience , no bread was brought out after I asked for it, then when they did bring it they didn’t give me a knife or plate to eat it, chicken was very salty although I did not tell them anything , that was on me, ordered a cappuccino and it came out cold , I took off half of the foam on purpose to see if they would simply reheat or make a new and they reheated this time didn’t bring me the plate underneath or sugar or anything . Overall as a Vegas local when I go out to splurge for a great lunch I expect more , never again . Sad to see this place not be what it used to !

Having visited the Palm for the past 25 years+ we still consider it our top pick on the strip. Staff are 1st class, helpful and efficient while being fun and engaging. Food was excellent, steaks and other mains were very good and better than others we tried elsewhere. Some items from prior menus were not on the menu but whem asked for like the hearts of palm salad the staff said sure. Having recently dined at the #4 steakhouse in North America according to rankings, the Palm las vegas was much better and good value. All 8 of us enjoyed the atmosphere sitting on the outside patio and watching the action flow by in the forum shops. We will definitely be back and look forward to trying some of the other items like lobster mac, wagyu lasgne.etc

We ordered filet mignon and tuna. Both were ready literally within 6-7 minutes and tasted as microwaved and not fresh. The side dish served with tuna was extremely salty, and when we informed the waiter about it, he told us that saltiness is because of the olives and advised us not to eat the olives. It felt like a rip-off to spend $100+ per person and get microwaved food. Extremely disappointed and won't ever come back.

My overall eating experience was mediocre.. the tables were close to each other .. very noisy.. Quality and taste of the food average..

We came here to eat before the golden knights game. We were seated right away. They took our drink order and they came right along with fresh delicious bread. I ordered the crab cake to start, it was outstanding. For dinner I had the 3lb lobster with cream spinach, my friend had the Chilean sea-bass. Alll the food came out in a very reasonable amount of time the plating was excellent and the food was delicious. The service was impeccable through the whole dinner. This is definitely one of my new favorite spots.

This place was beyond a great experience. The service was outstanding and the food was served in huge portions, which we did not expect. The atmosphere was also nice; I was shocked more people weren't there when we were, which was around dinner time.

The service was so good here. We had a group of 18 celebrating a 80th and 55th birthdays . The servers were so attentive and took care of everything. We all enjoyed all our food and will be back!

This is a must! Dinner was fantastic! We had ceaser salad, steak, lobster and gnocchi. The gnocchi was the best I have ever had and the sauce was perfection! The steak and lobster were tender, juicy and fantastic! I highly recommend eating here !

Had espresso martinis - so watered down and lacking of flavor. Service was fine. Like the bar and outside eating area. Just not impressed with the drinks.

The Palm is a great place to eat. Went for our 10 year anniversary and Tony made it a great experience. He was quick, attentive, funny, even gave us the history of the restaurant. Probably best waiter we have ever had. We both got steaks which where perfect, mashed potatoes were good. The cheesecake was also amazing, Tony even added a candle for us.

We visited the Palms restaurant three different states this was up to Par Service was good. Food was good My steak was cooked to perfection. My wife’s chicken palm was very tender. She loved the taste of the sauce. Service was great. Yummy cheesecake to finish it up The palms classic Italian steakhouse.👍😋

Power lunch is great. Choice of soup or salad as well as entree. Large portions. Good service. Good choice for lunch.

This is one of our favorite restaurants. The food, service and atmosphere are wonderful. You can’t go wrong eating at the Palm restaurant…. It is truly a great experience. Thank you

Place is not like it used to be The food was over salted and the steak was overdone. The service was OK but it doesn’t make up for the poor quality of the food

The best restaurant on the planet! We love this place and have been several times. Always great food and the service is impeccable. Everyone does an amazing job and I just can’t. Think of a thing that could be better. We went there for Valentine’s Day and it was perfect! All restaurants hope to be this great but very few come even close. Keep doing what you’re doing! Thank you for an amazing dinner!

I stay here at least once a moth for business. If you are looking for some of the best restaurants in town, this is your place. Between Shark & The Tapas bar inside of the hidden arcade (yes hidden restaurant) this is your joint. Amazingly trendy and delicious. I purposely stay here regularly because of the foot and clean air in the casino (i tend to frequent the tables). The breakfast restaurant is the best breakfast i have ever had. My one knock on the casino is that the fluctuation of room rates can go up in an hours notice! i have had friends book a room the night before me and pay $119.00 for a room. I called a few hours later and the room rate was triple (hand to god). This has happened to me 3 times this year. I think they catch wind that it is poised to be a busy week and they will jack the rates. That aside, the pool is the nicest vegas has to offer (not quite done yet as of Dec 2019) but is absolutely sick looking! I cant wait to bring my wife here in the summer.

It is a good steakhouse. They also have a "lobster ceremony" which is fine. However, you should have it before the steak as it takes too long and the steak gets cold.

We made a reservation for lunch. The food was awesome I had the NY Steak lunch special and wife had the Salmon, server very knowledgeable -made great suggestions- we made our reservation on the same day and did not have a problem getting a nice table. It is a very good option compared to other like restaurants or steak houses, the price-value-quality ratio is very good, and far far better alternative to your soggy Buffets, trust me you will not feel robbed like in other Vegas establishments that are no more than a tourist trap.

Excellent food and service. The atmosphere is great. It is my first time back since I went vegan. There's not much for plant-based eating but, yeah, it's a steakhouse. pffffft. I had the gnocchi which, IMO, would have been much better if it was pan-fried not boiled. That's my only criticism. The Palm is always amazing especially when you're a meat-eater. My friend had a three-course lunch with a steak and lobster bisque.

Ate at The Palm before a show at the Coliseum in Ceasar Palace. The food was excellent. They have a super wine list. The server was very personable, attentive and knowledgeable.

The Palm Restaurant has been one if my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. The ambience; quality of food and service is always wonderful. Barry, our server, always makes the meal and evening exceptional.

The restaurant is in the Caesar’s palace arcade and cannot be missed. There is ample seating inside and also on the front where one can watch plenty of movement. Service was friendly and basically efficient. The food order was delivered efficiently and correctly but the drinks were not so good. Cocktails are usually to be enjoyed prior to food arrival and in our case we had to chase for someone to take the drinks order. When food arrived cocktails had to be taken at same time otherwise food gets cold. The food was very good and tasty and maybe could have been a little hotter but overall a very good meal.

You’re in a world class city with epic restaurants everywhere and this one is just mediocre and very expensive. The seafood was overcooked, the drinks were not generous, the menu needs serious updating, and it was LOUD - obnoxiously so. A fight broke out between the wait staff the night we were there which caused a bunch of unnecessary commotion. Seriously? Again, too many great places to eat in Vegas to spend your money here.

Took my wife there for Mother's day. Was seated right away because we made reservation, Dress code in all Las Vegas restaurants are not enforced. Anyway started with the oysters Rockefeller for me and the shrimp cocktail for my wife, Both were on point and the Rockefeller was one of the best I ever had. For our main course we had the ribeye because they ran out of prime rib. Au gratin potatoes was our side. The steak was cooked perfectly and carved at the table by our new favorite waiter Tony the Meatball. The potatoes were cheesy and full of butter. We did bring back a doggie bag. Tony explained all of our options and was very pleasant. Will definitely be back

As always Victor and his staff are so welcoming and always remembers us, the atmosphere is great, the Whiskey Sour is the best in vegas so my husband says! We had a booth to have dinner in which was awesome. The food was amazing as always . Thanks The Palms we will definitely be back when we are in vegas again. Karen and Lee

We recently celebrated our mother’s 65th birthday at The Palm Las Vegas, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. GM Michael, Monica, Michelle, and the entire team went above and beyond to make the evening truly special. From the warm welcome to the attentive service, every detail was thoughtfully handled. The delicious cuisine and elegant atmosphere provided the perfect setting for our celebration. Our family is deeply grateful for the unforgettable memories created that night. Thank you to everyone at The Palm Las Vegas for making our mother’s milestone birthday so remarkable.

The palms hotel offered and exceeded every expectations. Although it's not the newest hotel on the strip, it has kept pace with being modern, bright and flamboyant with decor. The rooms are spacious and clean. Plan to revisit again

I am a Vegas local and the Palms has become a favorite place to visit and play mainly due to two day shift cocktail servers who have become friends. DeeDee and Natilee are welcoming and the main reason I return to the Palms often. I expressed my feelings to their supervisor, Jerry, and he was as kind and welcoming as they.

We had 32 people for dinner for my son in laws 30th birthday. The food was excellent and the service was unsurpassed from any other restaurant we visited. We had called ahead to tell them the number of people we would have. We even had a bakery deliver a special cake (this was planned ahead of time) the restaurant cut and served the cake to us!! They were awesome with their service and the food was awesome.

The Palm is the bomb! I am a local and there are a gazillion steak house. Its old school ambiance combined with beautiful scenery, especially if you eat outside area checking out all the folks walking through. The steak is always phenomenal and the bread....WOO! I didn't get here name but she was Asian. Great serve, attentive and prompt. All in all, with all the choices, I still frequent the Palm. Bob

Excellent service and very good food. It was recommended to me by my customer and it did not disappoint. Looking forward to dining at the Palms when I return to Las Vegas in a few months.

There was nothing really special about our meal at The Palm except for the VERY high prices. I knew we were in trouble when the customer next to us asked my husband (who was just starting to eat his chicken) how he about that particular dish, since he found it to be quite disappointing. My meal was ok but a little overly spicy. The coffee after lunch was not great. Service was decent and our dessert was lovely, but I wouldn't return.

Food and service was excellent, we went to celebrate our 40th Anniversary. We had celebrated our first anniversary at the Palm in Washington DC and thought it would be nice to come back to The Palm.

Anastacia recommended this place. The food and service was great. We ate here multiple times through our 5 day stay. There were plenty of options to accommodate our palates.

We went for dinner with my family, the service was great. Highly recommend. Food was great and freshly made. Carpaccio was my favorite.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. The delightful and welcoming hostesses set the tone for the wonderful evening celebrating our anniversary. We went to Vegas just to have dinner there and it did not disappoint. Michael the GM was wonderful, ensuring every detail of our evening was perfect. Victor remembered me and my drink, and can’t wait to see him again. The lobster was even more delicious than I remember. Thank you all at The Palm for making this an exceptional evening.

We have enjoyed the summer lobster special at the Palm for over twenty years. The ambiance and service as well as the food have always been tops. However, the lobster special this summer has to be eaten in the comfort of our kitchen. My wife called and talked to GM Michael Martin to see how difficult it would be to reheat the lobster when we were ready for dinner. He gave her instructions and the lobster was every bit as good at home as it is in the restaurant. Missed seeing all the staff we have known for years, and all the special treatment, but Michael Martin and The Palm are worthy of five stars. Looks like we’ll have a little more time here in Nevada to have another lobster special at home, and we will.

One of the most amazing bartenders at Vegas the the palm resort in the sports bar in the middle she is amazing her name is traci and she is more than willing to help you and is polite and funny and can make amazing drinks she even made a new one that was for me it was amazing! Definitely go there and see her she’s amazing

Ate here last week for lunch and everything was great. My wife and I ordered the Power Lunch...me the skirt steak , her the chicken parmigiana. First let me say the portions are VERY generous and VERY Delicious. The wait staff was very attentitive which made for an already great meal. We are going to find their location here in Houston that we didnt know about and visit real soon

Amazing as always, from the service to the food! We will be back! The seafood tower was amazing. Our services and the managers checked on us several times and every need was met!

Great service and food and marvelous cocktails. Conveniently located inside the Caesars Palace just before the shopping avenue.

My wife and I splurged on a trip for Seinfeld show and dinner at the Palm. The staff was very friendly and professional. Our server was Tony who did an exceptional job. The food was great and prepared perfectly. Will definitely enjoy the Palm on any subsequent trips.

To find a good restaurant at reasonable prices in Las Vegas is not an easy task. Many of them are hidden inside gigantic and flashy buildings and malls. We were passing through one of them, The Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace, and we came across this place. It has a nice old style décor, inside and outside. It was lunch time. We sat outside in the veranda which had a good view of the nicely decorated 'cupola'. We had the Caesar's salad and the soup as first courses. We ordered the grilled salmon and the chicken parmigiana as main course. As soon as we were seated they brought us some bread and we found this signal as a nice and kind touch. Unfortunately the bread was cold, almost frozen, so we realized that they keep the bread in the freezer. That detail was pretty disappomting. The rest was OK, the food seemed prepared in advance. We knew in advance that the quality in a restaurant offering a prix fixe menu or a prix fixe dinner/lunch cannot be the top. The service was good, maybe a little rushed, but that is also understandable in a very crowded mall with thousand tourists. We left very soon. Three stars.

We visited here for lunch one afternoon and were pleased to see a price-fix lunchtime menu was on offer – although once seated we were only provided the Main Menu and had to request the price-fix option. We opted for the Caesars Salad (what else to have when you are in Caesars Palace!) which was very tasty – however with the location of the restaurant and the fact this restaurant is certainly more premium - it would have been much nicer and more authentic to have this made and served table side though. We then both opted for the Chicken Parm as a main course which was also super tasty – followed by Key Lime Pie and Small Donuts with dipping sauce. The star of the show were the small donuts with various dipping sauces, freshly baked and amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this upscale restaurant, sitting in the Forum Shops and enjoying the surroundings. The lunchtime price-fix menu is great value, and we will certainly consider returning in the future and highly recommend!

Great drinks, service, and meals. What more can you ask for? The seared sea bass was outstanding, and my wife really enjoyed her filet.

My wife and I stay frequently at Cesar's Palace and we have our favorite restaurants that we usually go to. This time we decided to try something different. We had walked by the Palm on many occasions but never stopped to eat. We were promptly seated by the host and are waiter was with us immediately. If I remember correctly his name was John. Wonderful personality, very charming and wanted our visit to be special. Unfortunately there wasn't much on the menu my wife could eat as she is vegan. She explained this to John and he asked her what she would like. She told him and that's all it took. He immediately went to the kitchen, talked to the chef and our meals were on their way. So nice to see that kind of service where the customer comes first. The food was excellent, larger servings, couldn't finish everything. Nice selection of wines as well. We will definitely be back. Thanks John for making us feel special.

Being proactive before our stay I called the Hotel with many questions.. I was fortunate enough to speak with Lorraine. She was incredibly patient and provided excellent service. Looking forward to our trip next week! Thank you Lorraine!

Superb restaurant where we used to come all the time. the receptionist and the waiters were absolutaly great, thanks! We had a shared salad to start and two beautiful meat dishes. The quality of the meat and the cooking were perfect. We will return at any time, one of the best.

I work at a hotel and I understand dropping the ball on housekeeping one time after a request but to not have it done multiple more times within the same day is crazy especially with the prices you pay to stay hoping that since your paying for great service that’s what you should get. So in the end the condom wrapper that was there when we walked in is still there while we are leaving. Bad housekeeping.

A must visit when we are in Vegas. It did not disappoint and we left full and happy. Service was wonderful and hubby treated special for his birthday. Servings are huge! Loved my lemon drop martini. Our tradition will continue - next time in Vegas, we’ll be back.

My wife and I have been coming here for years so we decided to bring our family of nine. Michael treated us so well and had our table all set for us when we got there. Our server JoJo was so wonderful. Never missed a beat and made us all feel special. They even did something special for my mom’s birthday . Everybody was impressed with not only the food, but the wonderful service and of course we will be back.

My friends and I ate at The Palm on April 11. This is the second year I’ve eaten there for my birthday! The food was absolutely delicious! I got the meatball as an appetizer and it was delicious! The filet melted in my mouth! We also had wild mushrooms, half and half and au gratin potatoes! I also got a complimentary chocolate cake for my birthday! Barry, our waiter deserves a 10 for service! He made sure we had everything we needed or wanted! He made my birthday dinner something none of us will forget and will probably go back next year! The managers, Michael and Victor were also amazing! It was the perfect place!

Ashley, our head Waitstaff was outstanding! Completely attentive to our group throughout our fun evening despite serving four other tables and mixing specialty drinks at the crowded bar! Ashley was super prompt with bringing out all of our individual orders at the right time and in order we requested! Before we can even ask for more drinks, Ashley was already filling our glasses! She was highly knowledgeable of the proper wine pairing for each of the dishes we ordered. In addition, her complete mastery of the Palm Restaurant Holiday Menu gave our group the desired menu combinations and corresponding side dishes selections at a very reasonable prices! Ashley closed out our most memorable holiday Palm Restaurant experience with a gorgeous birthday cake!

Went for lunch 12/22/25 and from the moment we checked in for our reservation, everyone was polite and welcoming. Our server Angel was great! Very attentive and shared the specials. The servers bring our food and taking our plates were also all great! (Sorry I did not get their names) but amazing food and staff. Will definitely be back and try dinner! Thank you!

We ate here with two other couples as part of a business dinner. The food was amazing. I had the petite filet, which was cooked perfectly, but honestly I could have made a meal out of the side dishes. Everything was very good. I finished my dinner off with zabaglione, which I had never had before. The other couple raved about the dinner also. Would definitely recommend!

The Palm is a great spot for before show dining. Everything worked perfectly and dinner was good, loved my waiter too! I was served pretty promptly and still had plenty of time to get to the Rod Stewart concert!

Vegas is chockfull of steakhouses, and I've had the pleasure of dining at quite a few of them (SW at the Wynn is probably the city standard, but I miss Carnevino, formerly at the Palazzo). A lot of them are dinner only though. Let us imagine that you day-drinked a bit too much at the blackjack tables and decided to turn in prior to getting your highly anticipated steak dinner. Solution--steak lunch the next day! I generally try to avoid the chain steak places (you won't find me at a morton's or ruth's chris, but I admit Del Frisco has won me over at most locations), but I am very happy to recommend the Palm restaurant in the forum shaps at Caesar's, which was one of the few high end steak places serving lunch. The steak, a bone-in filet medium rare, was wonderful. I ate at the bar, the bartender was fun. The only kind-of miss from my perspective was the garlic mashed potatoes, which seemed a little lumpy and not served hot enough. I like my steakhouse mashed potatoes a little bit creamy-smooth, but I guess opinions can differ on this preference. Pricing was typical for a Vegas steakhouse, i.e., kind of outrageous, although the side dishes were reasonable. Still, I don't have enough objections to rate it less than 5. Caesar's is slated to get the third location of the famous Luger's Steakhouse from NY this year (maybe early next at this point). Between Luger's, the Palm, Old Homestead and Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak and Stone Crab, I wonder if Caesar's might become a little over-saturated in the steakhouse cuisine department. The Palm is open to the forum shops area, so the vibe is a little less dark-and-formal compared to some of the more clubby steakhouse spaces--big tall ceiling, open format, but still with a traditional feel. The nice, old school-yet-less-stuffy vibe here may be a draw for diners who want the traditional high-end steakhouse experience, but with a little more fun/less self-important seriousness.

We recently enjoyed an amazing lobster dinner at The Palm. We sat on the patio (great people watching!) and had an amazing waiter, Ruan. He was extremely pleasant and full of good information about the menu and the restaurant. The very large lobster came and was expertly cracked and served. The. cocktails were perfectly crafted and the wine excellent. And I can't forget the huge piece of delicious Tiramisu for dessert. A very enjoyable evening.

We went to the Palm because my GF is a big fan of theirs. She has been to other locations but that being said she doesn’t think this location is as good as the others. In my review I can only tell about my experience and can’t compare with others. There were many things on the menu they were out of but because of Covid I can’t knock them for that. The server we had, I wish I could remember his name, was excellent. He was friendly, attentive and helped us personalize our selections. If I remember right the salads were huge so he let us split one. Great salad. One of the appetizers we had were oysters on the half shell. He warned us the horse radish on the side was the “real stuff” meaning it was hot. Didn’t bother me because that’s the way I like it. The oysters were just ok I found a little more shells in the oyster then I think there should have been. We both had steaks. They were done perfectly, medium rare. I really enjoyed the steak and I think most people would give them a 10 but I’m going to be a little more critical. I like steak with a little bit more marbling to enhance the flavor. Few complaints and I think most people would give the Palm a 5 but for my own personal preferences I’m going with a 4

Great service great food great people everything was fantastic will do it again if we can ever go back do to COVID-19

WORST RESTERAUNT EVER !! STEAK OVERCOOKED. GREEN BEANS INEDIBLE. MASHED POTATOES HAD ENOUGH GARLIC TO KILL THE MORMON TABERNACLE CHOIR. SERVICE WAS ADEQUATE. WOULD NEVER GO BACK. IHOP BREAKFAST STEAK WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. WHAT DOES MANAGEMENT DUE ?? TAKE GREEN BEANS OFF CHECK AND SAY WE SORRY. REALLY ?? THIS IS THE PALM STEAKHOUSE, AT LEAST I THOUGHT IT WAS. SAVE YOUR MONEY. GO TO SW IN WYNN OR EVEN MORTONS. AT LEAST THEY KNOW HOW TO COOK THINGS PROPERLY. SAD SAD SAD !! WASTE OF TIME EFFORT AND MONEY.

so yeah - the palm is big corporate company owned - in a mall - in forum shops - of course the guys from the hangover ate here - so ITS amazing - went for italian dishes - chicken parm/ veal parm on the bone / pasta meat sauce - insane cali cab - it was top 3 meal we had out of like 50+ - its not anything less than a corporate owned place in a mall - but don't let that disuade you - it was insanely good - Kelly, server amazing - the entire team in there - will make any meal outstanding - worth going -

We took my mother for her 90th birthday to Palm. Everything was amazing.. food was excellent , but service was beyond amazing. Can’t wait to go back again.

We visited this hotel twice. First time was in April 2019 and we absolutely loved it! The rooms, the staff, the casino, the breakfast buffet, the pools and the nightclub. Came back again in November 2019 and it was so different. Not only had the nightclub closed permanently but the service and was terrible. Specially from front desk agent “Aldrich”. We asked him questions and he just told us we could find the answers on google. Zero service-minded. Good: we really liked our server Josefina and front desk agent Michael. Thank you for your great customer service!

Everytime we go to Vegas, we have to have dinner atThe Palm. Food is outstanding and the service is perfect. We have had Kosta wait on us the last few times and he is the best

Best steak house in Vegas! I'd love to see the Friday & Saturday prime rib return thou...was not available this trip :(

We went to the Palm for my daughter’s 50th birthday expecting to treat her to a great steak dinner. The website called for a strict dress code and we accommodated and dressed up for a fine dining experience. Upon entering, the first two tables had men in tee shirts. No one in the place was dressed up. The waiter was excellent (Sean, I think) And that’s why I gave it an extra star. I ordered oysters on the half shell appetizer. They were tasteless. My daughter ordered a 24 oz bone in ribeye that was the smallest bone I be ever seen and it couldn’t have been 12 ounces. My ribeye was the thinnest I’ve ever had in a restaurant. Sean was very nice after the meal bringing a tasty piece of birthday cheesecake for my daughter. It was a slow time in Vegas and maybe they were cleaning out the fridge but it was the most disappointing meal I’ve had in a steakhouse.

Great traditional dining in Las Vegas. Steaks, veal and lobster are house specialties. Don’t forget to try their half and half chips and onion straws as a starter. The restaurant is in the Forum Shops at Caesar’s Palace. II arriving via can be sure ask to be dropped off at Forum entrance instead of main entrance or you will have a long walk.

The Palm restaurant is a chain that has been around for many moons (est 1924) and recently just before the start of Covid was bought out by the Landry restaurant group (many great chains under their watch). So like a lot of places because of Covid they trimmed some of the menu yet left the prices where they were. The patrons that were at The Palm Saturday night were an older set not the young up and coming fushion / social media living youngsters that try to influence a lot of todays reviews and restaurants by a click of a button but a crowd that has been around that knows and appreciates a good steakhouse. I will admit their price point still seems a tad north of what it could be but take it or leave this is The Palm which is inside of the Caesars forum shops that probably pays quite a bit to hold that prime real estate. They are locate just to the left once you walk out of Caesars into the forum shops and they are the first restaurant that you see. We requested and were seated in a booth (nice start). Tony our waiter and Barry his second/helper/? were both as good as any waiters could be. We started with drinks and they made a very good Manhattan to order for myself. Between all of us we ordered mostly steaks, lamb chops and one of us opted for the mixed seafood in a light red sauce . The lobster in this dish was cracked and removed from the shell tableside. By the way the menu online is much smaller than what you get at the restaurant. All of our meals and sides were very good. For dessert we got Chocolate cake, key lime pie and cheesecake. Once again everything was spot on. Even though The Palm started in New York it has that old Vegas feel to it. Not just by the dim lighting and nice leather booths but also by how you get treated and how everything is served. Good time had by all....

We waited in a CRAZY long line for over an hour to get to a spot where someone took our name and said they would text us when it was our turn to get BACK in line. What?!? Over 3 hours later got the text. Got back in line and waited nearly another hour to get up to cashier to pay. Then waited a bit longer to be seated. Our overall wait was well over 5 hours. That's just stupid. The buffet was blah. There was a huge selection and some stuff was better than others so I'm not going to complain about the price (I think it was just over $60 per person.) But that kind of wait for a just average buffet was stupid. Don't waste your Vegas time waiting in line.

In my opinion this is a great option for a lovely intimate dinner…food was good and service was up to par. I would visit again.

We were staying at Caesar’s on a comped stay. This was our first thought for dinner, as it’s right there in the Forum Shops. I had wanted to go here for sometime. On the walls, there are paintings of stars, entertainers, politicians, etc. who have dined there. Also, a long painted mural of The Strip. Quite nice. Menu is on the high side and our server attempted to upsell on several dishes. Delicious rolls and butter. We started with 2 salads that was all chopped up and had anchovies. We love them usually but it was an overload here. Didn’t care for the salads, at all. We shared a NY Strip and scalloped potatoes. Steak was done as requested. Potatoes were too runny for us. No one asked how we liked our food. $60.00 bottle of red wine that was bitter. No room for dessert. No one acknowledged our anniversary 😧Our bill was over $200.00 with tax and gratuity. For the money, we prefer Smith and Wolenski’s at the Grand Canal Shops. It’s a lovely restaurant. We tried The Palm...been there, done that.

Amazing restaurant and our fabulous server Jon Jacob (on the check as Jonathan) was so friendly and professional, he made my Fiancé's birthday dinner one of the best ever. My Fiancé had a 4 pound lobster that he said was perfect, We had a booth inside in the main area of the restaurant. It was my first time at The Palm in any city and I am highly impressed. Everyone worked so hard, our waiter had a group of 16 right next to us and also another table of four but he still managed to deliver great service. The special birthday treat of a piece of Key Lime Pie was so good and is as good as we have had in Key West, I got to share it. We will absolutely be dining at The Palm in Las Vegas in the future, I cannot wait to also try their lunch specials and of course have dinner there again. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The 5 of us dined here on 1/22/2022. My $58 8 oz. fillet was dry as a bone. The chicken Parmesan was lukewarm at best. Same with the gnocchi. Others at the table complained of the food being cold. I don't remember what all the dishes were, but everyone at table expressed dissatisfaction with the meal. No complaints on the service.

The Palm did an awesome job last night for our 14 top business dinner. The staff was so attentive and professional. Excellent with each persons requests and orders. The back rooms are so quiet we don’t even hear the room next to us. The staff was spot on perfect. Always serving but seamlessly. Great job. Food was excellent and there was something for everyone ! Nice job !

We used to LOVE The Palm. But as we have aged so has The Palm. The food is good but not great. The restaurant could use a refresh as well as the menu. No vegetarian/vegan options (everyone has options these days) for the vegan in our group. The steaks were good but honestly not as good as the price dictated. The service was mediocre. If you want a steak go to Joe's but if they are busy I guess going to The Palm is a decent second.

The Palm is great anywhere, but the service and food were incredible in Vegas! We had the bolognes and the filet, with tiramsu with a bottle of pinot. Even in a restaurant this size, it was so romantic. And the service made it impeccable!

One of my favorite places to eat in Las Vegas. I love the patio seating in front of the restaurant to people watch. The food is always great as well as the service. I love the shrimp cocktail and the order of half and half (half freshly made potato chips and the other half onion straws).

MANAGEMENT: The white chocolate bread is half the reason we go to Palm. What are you thinking? BAD DECISION to take away our favorite bread. It was replaced with below average bread that was burned on the bottom. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. MANAGEMENT: Pull out your calculator: 18 out of 18 people in our group were dissatisfied that the white chocolate bread wasn't available. That is 100 percent of 18 people. Our group of 18 was so disappointed the white chocolate bread was taken away that we almost left before ordering. However, SUNSHINE, seeing we were upset, was able to settle us down and help us enjoy a meal. Thank you SUNSHINE for saving the day. Without SUNSHINE, we would have crossed Palm off our list of restaurants to patronize. MANAGEMENT: You can't depend on SUNSHINE to save all your business. It is your job to provide the best food options that you can. TIME TO BRING THE WHITE CHOCOLATE BREAD BACK!

Excellent service, phenomenal food! Dined here for Christmas Eve and was not disappointed. We had a single old fashioned which was seriously full of flavor yet smooth. Shared an order of prosciutto and the 12 oz center cut filet, one with their brandy peppercorn and the other with their black truffle butter sauce. Absolutely excellent! Dress code was anywhere from business casual to dressy. Definitely recommend making a reservation! Highly recommend splurging and dining here!

Maybe it’s post pandemic staffing that robbed me of my normal great service here. What a disappointment. They had two people waiting on 60 people- the bar and all the bar tables. Felt sorry for the bartender. 20 minutes between asks for drinks. 15 minutes waiting on a fork. Asked for blue cheese melted but burned on a rib eye. Instead it was an ocean of melted blue cheese. Manager was a total wimp, just wanted to buy me a drink to make it go away. Normally excellent mushrooms were raw off the grocery shelves. Left $150 on the bar and walked out after waiting another 15 trying to settle up. Ugh. They shouldn’t open up if they can’t keep up the formally high service standards.

My wife and I enjoyed our meal here. We started with a meatball appetizer that was delicious and very large. Once I saw it I almost just wanted to get this and a salad. We also split the lightly fried shrimp in a sauce appetizer. They were also good. We ordered salmon and bolognese for our meals. Due to the size of the appetizers we couldn’t finish the entrees but they were both great. The service was excellent. A great experience.
