Iconic Vegas Restaurant

By Michele Leocadio |

Is this Las Vegas Classic worth a try? ABSOLUTELY!! The Iconic Peppermill and Fireside Lounge is a Vegas classic with retro colors, gorgeous decor and delicious food! They opened in 1972, where famous people have eaten there and classic movies and TV shows were filmed there. It’s pure nostalgia! The decor is gorgeous with pink flowers!! Perfect for pictures! Wonderful customer service! I observed the managers to be very hands on and kept track of the orders going out. The manager (expediting food) had a great rapport with the staff. With hearty dishes and oversized portions, they known for their huge pancakes, French Toast Ambrosia and Peppermill Burger. We tried their famous Peppermill Burger, which is flame broiled to order on grilled Parmesan Sourdough bread. We added bacon, which is an extra charge. Seasoned well and juicy! The onion rings are crispy and crunchy!! The Neon-lit Fireside Lounge has a really cool vibe where you can wait for your table to be available or just want to grab drinks and a bite. I saw a lot of huge nachos going to the Fireside Lounge!! Loved the flaming reflection pool! This place is right across the street from Resorts World and near Fontainebleau, which makes it a perfect spot before a concert.

Two visits this week.

By sam280_ |

Two visits this week during the rodeo. Had a late night stop in Monday night after spending time downtown, but the previous Friday was my first stop after a long East coast plane ride. First time getting a parking pass, and line to wait. That’s a sign of quality. I returned to my familiar Conquest and a BLT, with a tomato/mozzarella starter. Late night eats was a shrimp cocktail and biscuits and gravy. Excellent cocktail service and atmosphere make this a continued must visit.

First of many visits to Peppermill

By Emma B |

In the 5 times coming to vegas this was our first visit to Peppermill , it was lunchtime and very busy so the wait time was quite long however very much worth the wait . The food was amazing, the portion sizes where huge and service was fantastic . Although there was two of us dining, we got given a table for six, so it was very spacious. Cocktail waitress’s came round for drinks orders and brought them very quickly, food order was taken and delivered within 15 minutes of ordering. I’ve got a onion and garlic allergy and they catered for it 100%. I had a tomato and spinach, omelette and hashbrowns which also came with a bagel and cream cheese , my husband had a Swiss and mushroom burger cooked medium. With the food and two glasses of wine, and 2 Michelob ultras including Tip, it came to $110. It’s a very authentic restaurant very popular and it also has a fire pit lounge so if you are waiting in the queue you can go and have cocktails while you’re waiting , we chose not to. However we will do next time and we will maybe try in the evening.

Their notoriety is reflected in their prices

By Gerry |

The movie casino was partly filmed here. It’s a restaurant locked in time…thinks 70’s. The food is very expensive for a breakfast, coffee is $6.25, toast is $6.95, a muffin is $8.25 I had a three egg breakfast served with three sausage links, hash browns and two slices of toast…$24. You can eat the same at Dennys but I don’t think the local Dennys has had a movie made there. The food quality is similar. I walked by a table that ordered pancakes. They were the size of an LP record! Peeps said they are good. It’s also one of the few restaurants on the strip that has a parking lot.

Below overage, over priced dinner

By Melissa M |

Easily the worst meal I had this trip. The hotel recommended this restaurant for dinner & called it “nostalgic.” While the vibe is very old school diner, so unfortunately, is the food. I had a below average, over cooked burger with a side of fries & added a salad. To be fair, the fries were plentiful & the salad was large. The homemade ranch was watery & tasteless. I had water to drink. The meal came to $37 (not including tip.) With so many great places to eat, I can’t believe this one’s staying alive.

Iconic eatery

Went here on numerous recommendations. It was a really cool , spacious booths and lots of choice for breakfast. Would recommend

Huge Amounts of Tasteless Food

By HawaiiKaiGail |

We had eaten here a good 10 years ago. It was okay. The Fireside Lounge is enjoyable, but hot and you smell the gas. About a 15 minute wait to get seated. This is An In & Out type of place as they want turnovers. The menu is quite large but we didn’t have time to really view it. Water came out immediately. Our server was friendly. We ordered a ham and cheese omelette to share. It came with hash browns and a bagel with cream cheese. $24.00. A bit on the very high side. The bagel and cream cheese came out super quick. It was so over browned. No butter . I should have sent it back but the omelette had just come out. It was a monster. We have never seen one that big. Half of the plate was omelette and the other half was hash browns, The cheese was not good. It was like Velveta out of a box. NOTHING had any real taste. We left so much of everything. The entire meal was a waste of money. Check was left on the table before we were even done. They want you in and out. Save yourself a disappointment and eat somewhere else. It has to be better.

Holy Hashbrowns

One of the best dining experiences we've had in Vegas. The chicken and waffles, Sonora omelet, french toast and Bloody marys are all excellent choices. Huge portions, tasty food and awesome service. Its a must try place if you get the chance. Our server Cynthia did an amazing job and was outstanding.

This is a must-go when in Vegas. The food is delicious and the service is top notch. This is also a very historic venue, having been a staple in Vegas for many years, as well as being featured in numerous movies, including Casino. The decor is very cool, also.

Oily waffles- cannot recommend

By J K |

Was looking forward to eating at The Peppermill as it seems to make it on many recommended lists. I ordered chicken and waffles and my husband ordered the 3 egg breakfast. His was fine, nothing exceptional-but it was a simple breakfast. It came with a lemon muffin which was very good. My chicken was heavily coated and on the tough and dry side. The big complaint was the waffle was made in oil. Very heavy soaked and rancid tasting. Could be other menu items are great but we didn’t have that experience.

You get your money's worth.

By PeterHa1 |

Parking is next to impossible to get at or near the place. Probably the best value of a meal in Vegas. Just remodeled in August. Not cheap cheap but more than reasonable for Vegas. Enjoy the food.

Great location for a drink!

By felices |

Great find for a drink. From the outside you wouldn’t expect what is inside. The pub/restaurant was very busy but this didn’t affect the service. Really cool atmosphere and enjoyed our visit

Definitely worth a visit.

By Rupert n |

Our first meal in Vegas was not a disappointment.Lazy breakfast which all four of us really enjoyed.Great quality and variety. And quantity. No doubt many other establishments offer the same but,in this case, service was excellent which added to the experience.

What happened???

By red leaves f |

The Peppermill has been a must do for us over the last couple of decades. We have stopped here and enjoyed every meal without fail during several trips over the years. I love this place. But it has gone downhill in almost every way. We were seated promptly on a Tuesday night. No wait. Our drinks came quickly. My mouth almost dropped when I saw the menu prices, as we were just here less than a year ago. I would consider it expensive and no longer a value for food. My son ordered pasta and it was $40. The following night we went to Lago which is fountain side at Bellagio and the pasta was the same price. The two dishes are not even comparable yet they are the same price. Peppermill, you are not Lago. Stay in your lane. I ordered a BLT which had to be dissected due to chewy bacon, soggy tomatoes, and browning lettuce. The fries were cold. My husband’s pancakes were awful and cold. The staff were on their phones. A waitress was asking the other staff to line up and sing a song to celebrate a birthday of another diner. Staff were complaining and groaning right in front of us. A couple of staff members at the end of the line walked away as soon as the song started and they rolled their eyes. They clearly didn’t want to be a part of the celebration. Our food sat under the warmers during this entire time. Multiple people walked by it ignoring it. It didn’t surprise us that it was cold when it arrived. The cook line staff seemed annoyed that food was sitting there so long. It wasn’t just our food sitting up there for long periods of time, but several plates died there. It was the worst meal of our entire trip. We ubered here for the experience and have never regretted it until now. We have always left this place happy. We love taking pictures here and it has always held fond memories. But the service was not good and the food was terrible. We never just walk by this place while sightseeing, it has to be sought out. It will not be sought out by us again. It’s more convenient and the same price to eat somewhere else with better food. It makes me sad to write this review because I truly love the Peppermill and all the memories it holds. But y’all gotta do better!

Really Good Eats Here!!

By J E |

Came in here as a large group for dinner one evening. The inside is quite big and can accommodate large groups. Their menu is similar to a northeastern diner, where they sell breakfast all day and have nearly everything you can imagine during dinner time, including breakfast. So, several of us got breakfast for dinner and it was fabulous! I got their corned beef hash which is made with their own house-smoked brisket. The potatoes were fried and quite tasty and the scrambled eggs on top were perfectly made (all yellow, no brown!)!! They have a full bar, so I had a martini with dinner too. Service was great as well. Definitely would return!

Good but unnecessarily expensive

By mn |

Iconic in its own way… Good service, good food and cocktails but unnecessarily expensive for me. Two of us; one starter, one side, one sandwich…with two glasses of water $70 (including a tip)…we’ve been to Peppermill in Reno and Vegas and both ok, but at those prices we won’t go back…it’s not good enough for that. But…it was busy so I very much they will miss our custom

Proper grub, proper portions

By Kirsty B |

It was like a military operation, fascinating to experience. Packed to the rafters with a constant queue out of the door - but worth the wait. Fantastic portions of proper home style grub. You won’t leave hungry. And get the Bloody Mary, it’s the best you’ll ever have!

Yummy with a pretty cool atmosphere

By Renée F |

Get the muffins on the side! Really good breakfast with way more than you can eat. Eggs done as requested and the nice shredded home fries too! Bacon was good too. A wee bit pricey though…

Delightful Vegas diner

By Phil C |

Loved this place... glitzy neon, perfectly Vegas in decor and ambience, an excellent choice of dishes and incredibly efficient service given how large and busy the place was.

Gluten free menu available.

By Sallie1962 |

It seems there have not been any/many recent reviews regarding gluten free availability. I am coeliac and they do offer a gluten free menu. However, no bread at all. Burgers are offered wrapped in lettuce. I and my none coeliac friends all opted for an omelette. A great choice as they were superb - I reckon at least 6 eggs each. I could also have the hash browns. On offer with the omelette was either a muffin or hot buttered toast unless you are gluten free in which case you can have neither. It would be so simple to have wrapped muffin which are usually really easy to source gluten free. However, we all failed to eat the whole omelette as they were so big. Mine had garlic chicken, provolone cheese, fresh spinach and topped with a tomato hollandaise and was by far the best food we had during our 5 day stay from the UK. We're still talking about how good it was now we're back home. Thank you.

Iconic spot in Vegas with great food !

By 'DTK'UItraveler |

This place is a go to spot for good food in Vegas. Located directly across street from 'Resorts World' in Vegas. You can't go wrong with the food and the amount of portions you receive every time. Place is pretty iconic

Reputation better than its food, prices

By Gary D |

Had wanted to visit Peppermill for the longest time, and it was just OK. Prices high, portions OK. It lives on its reputation, but there are many better places to eat, especially off the Strip.

Worth the long wait.

By PeterHa1 |

Its crowded for a reason. Large portions. Staff is working like a well oiled machine. Expect to wait minimum 45 minutes for a table and small parking lot. Better off getting dropped off there or walking there. They just remodeled the place. Expect leftovers. Enjoy.

An excellent surprise,

By anessa |

A surprising setting, very smiling waitresses, original and hearty cuisine, a very pleasant evening. Pay attention to the Award of beer not indicated on the card, 11 dollars....., the bill rises very quickly

Sad we didn’t get to try a staple

By Paige |

We stopped by on 7/11 after the Backstreet Boys concert and were told it would be about a 20-minute wait for a table for two. Totally fair, especially after an event. But as we waited, we started noticing multiple groups—parties of 3, 5, and more—coming in after us and being seated before us. After a while, we went to check in and saw our name was still on the list, unmarked, while several names below ours had already been seated. No explanation or apology—just clear that we’d been overlooked. We know this place is a Vegas staple, and this review won’t change that. But the service experience left us disappointed. We ended up leaving and ordering room service instead.

Typical US cuisine in 70s climate

By LeonTigre |

The restaurant is noted for its flashy metal structure. The interior is that of a typical 70s dinner with many tables. The menu lists American signature dishes and ranges from breakfast, lunch and dinner; portions are extremely generous and flavors authentic. They highlight that the clientele is largely local and the prices moderate despite the central location.

Old Vegas

By Rick D |

Great experience at a classic eater in Vegas. Bella our waitress was awesome. Food was fantastic and hanging out in a location where Vegas royalty has eaten, filmed, and hosted was cooler than cool. A++ all around.

Generous delicious portions and good atmosphere

By jrs1116 |

The employees had their respective services organized well between greeters, table servers, cocktail order person, and so on. The decor broke up the space well and made it seem less crowded than it really was; I’m sure it helped to muffle noise as well. We greatly enjoyed our food and be aware the portions are generous! My over hard eggs with bacon was cooked well and Joe’s San Fran special with lemon muffin left plenty leftover - too bad most hotels don’t have a microwave.

The coolest vibe in Vegas

By lverdouw |

The coolest vibe in Vegas! What a fun surprise this place was! The retro atmosphere was amazing, and the food in the restaurant was SO good - huge portions and the fries are the chef’s kiss 😘 Image a place where all the seating is comfy circle booths ❤️‍🔥 You must visit the bar in the back room of the restaurant, double the cool vibe of the restaurant. The music is perfection, the seats are crushed velvet and the fire pit is fire and ice. If we had one of these in STL, we would be a regular patron. So much fun, and a very unique Vegas experience.

Great value

By Diane A |

We both had very good burgers. We always eat here when in Vegas. The food is always good and the portions are always large whatever you order. The fireside lounge is always fun too.

Does not Match the Hype

By BigSarge99 |

When we researched prior to our trip this place came up as an iconic go to Vegas location. The service was very good and the interior of the restaurant differently needs updating if not a thorough cleaning. The food was just ok lots of frozen items (fries, onion rings etc) and VERY expensive for the quality. For the prices they charge you could make an effort to prepare some items in house. Overall we are for sure one and done here.

Friendly, Efficient and Delicious

By jkahunas |

The Peppermill Restaurant and Fireside Lounge served up a great breakfast on a Mother’s Day Sunday morning. The place was packed and even though there was a 20 minute wait, they moved people efficiently and pleasantly. We sat at the counter and Josie took great care of us. We also got to watch James run the kitchen in a very efficient way. He was a great leader, and I would’ve hired him in a heartbeat if I had a restaurant. We had a great breakfast and a great experience. Everyone with whom we interacted was pleasant and personable. James described it this way - even thought the environment could be high stress, the team always had high spirits… and it showed. His team worked together efficiently and cooperatively. It was a great experience and I will go back to the Peppermill.

Not Great Food

By kbphotography85 |

I had never eaten here before and shouldn't have. I only had to wait 20 minutes, but this is a very busy place and I don't really know why b/c the food isn't that good and is very overpriced. People were waiting an hour to be seated. The only thing is the portions are huge, wish the food had been good. Instead of the restaurant I'd recommend grabbing a drink and appetizer in the fireside lounge that's inside the restaurant. This way it's cheaper, but you still have the ambiance of the place.

Delicious breakfast

By Ni5Kl |

Cult location with good and friendly Service. The breakfast portions were great, tasted very delicious, coffee was poured - everything was top.

Best Restaurant in Vegas

By Lead2829 |

I get nervous going to restaurants that were so good the first time because I don’t want the memory to be messed up. The Peppermill came through with another great meal and experience. I love this place and highly recommend it.

Casual cool

By dennys34 |

Very friendly and attentive staff - food is good and not to pricy - happy hour gives good opportunity’s for cocktails and appetizer

Morning breakfast

By beerclassicrock |

I have reviewed this before a while back, we were here for dinner, it was phenomenal. . This time we visited for breakfast, and was just as good. Portions very large, food was delicious, service spot on. There were alot of people waiting, but we were lucky and only had a minimal wait. The atmosphere and interior here is very cool, life size plants and things make it very intereseting. Not cheap eats for sure, but a must when visiting vegas, this is on the strip close to fountainblu and across the street from circus citcus.

Average, poor choice for dietary reqs.

By Carl D |

Not a bad restaurant - pretty extensive menu which could be the reason why the food is a little average. Not a great selection for vegetarians / vegans. Portion sizes are enormous, too big for anyone to finish - would be better to have less quantity more quality in all aspects. Staff are attentive if a little over the top, waiting room a little awkward with security but understand the reasons why. Not a bad place to go, but could be improved by being a little more focused on executing things properly.

Great Diner, friendly service

By holidaymaker11 |

We heard about this funky diner from friends who'd stopped by recently, so we went for breakfast mid week. It was busy, but the wait was minimal. Lots of options and the moutain of food was tasty and hot.

Excellent food poor service

By sarah |

I have been in this restaurant over 30 times over the years. Food is always excellent. Tonight service was terrible! We placed our order and waited for our salads. Our entree’s arrived. We asked about our salads and were told they were on their way. She asked if anything else. I asked for butter for my baked potato. I saw her preparing our salad and she brought them to the table. She again asked anything else. I asked about the butter, she said she would bring it. My husband asked for ketchup which she brought right away. Again I asked for butter. She finally brought it. She never asked my husband if he wanted a refill on his ice tea. She never came back to check on us. She brought the bill, and just left. Never removed empty glasses or plates that we were clearly finished with. We did mention our experience with the cashier.

Consistent and that’s good

By chihawk1961 |

Outstanding piece of nostalgia in Vegas on the Strip. Hasn’t changed in years, nor should it. Excellent food (we had late breakfast) and excellent drinks afterwards in the Fireside Lounge. Great service also, hope this plays stays the same, because so many things in Vegas have changed for the worse over the years.

Great food at the Peppermill

By natwinstanley |

We needed a good meal on our first night in Vegas and had seen some great reviews of the restaurant. Hadn't booked but they managed to fit us in, it was packed. Loads of choice on the menu. Free soup with the main courses, which were Clam Chowder and Chicken Noodle, both very nice. I had the Southern Fried Steak with Sausage Gravy and Mash, wife had the ribs, which were mammoth Fred Flintstone would have approved. Food was lovely all very hot, well cooked and huge portions. Reasonable prices, great atmosphere - well worth it.

Evening meal.

By Lord and Lady weavers |

Well what can i say what a great place. Still the same since 72. Located north of the strip near Circus Circus. If you hungry this is the place to visit. If you have 24 hour bus tickets on the Deuce tge i reccomend a vist. The portions are huge but the price isnt. If you font want to eat theres a grest var next door with fire pits inside. TRULEY a great stop. Staff were great.

Sort of like a really cool diner...great food and service with a lot of energy.

By justmarkf |

The wife and I had a great experience here for breakfast. I actually was glad we had to wait 15 minutes because we got to hang out in the cool fireside lounge. Very Vegas-y and awesome atmosphere. Cynthia was our server, but you can tell that it is very much a well-oiled machine/team service environment. The wife had the packed and very delicious Bloody Mary and I had the Atomic Duck IPA. We decided to share an entree, and landed on Joe's San Francisco Special. We shared only because we had to be hungry again in a few hours for some local friends picking us up. The Joe's dish was incredible. There were plenty of other options too to pick from. Really great energy in this place, and an awesome place to start out your day of shenanigans in the Sin City. Sort of like a really hip diner. I highly recommend this place, and see you there (the next time we are in Vegas)...

Gigantic portion sizes

By Wendy C |

The decor is really cool with the purple booth’s and trees inside. Service was excellent! Food was tasteful and plentiful. I really enjoyed my breakfast and will return.

Not a drive by!

By JSCHMEEG |

Easy to miss as you drive down the Strip, unless you know it is there. Great family style restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner at anytime. This place is busy so expect to wait, but they move along quite quickly. Restaurant is well staffed so service is prompt, efficient and friendly. Portions are large, fresh and just a bit pricey, but well worth it for a quality meal. We came for breakfast one day and returned several days later for lunch, because we enjoyed it so much. Would definitely return on our next visit to Las Vegas!

Disappointed

By Jade R |

We were really disappointed with our visit. After having come here for dinner as a couple around 9 years ago, we were excited about coming again. We were seated quickly and given a booth, which was nice. We ordered food fairly quickly and were brought water, but were waiting a while for a cocktail waitress to take our drinks order. When the food came we didn’t have any cutlery and were waiting with out food sat in front of us for about 5 minutes before we could get anyone’s attention, my husband and son had corned beef hash, which they enjoyed although the eggs were over done. My daughter had a chicken sandwich and I had Philly cheese steak, the chicken and beef were both tasteless and dry, no seasoning at all. I ordered a cocktail, which was awful, so much rum and not enough juice made it unbearable to drink, I did query this and had it taken off the bill (I only had a sip and gave it back). This isn’t a cheap place to eat and we had very high hopes, it was probably the most disappointing meal of our whole visit to Vegas. The staff were great.

Great Breakfast, Great Staff

By Neil |

We stopped here for breakfast on our first morning in Vegas. Massive selection of food. Lovely service staff. Great decor. Food was superb. Wife commented her Bloody Mary was fantastic (by the end of our trip she confirmed it was one of the best). My only disappointment is we didn’t go back during the rest of our stay. 100% would recommend. Peppermill is a great choice if you are staying at Resorts World as it’s straight over the road.

Happy Hour Heaven

By osurf |

Happy Hour Heaven. 3 til 6pm check out the amazing deals on food. You will get so much, you will need carry out. I ended up in a youtube video carrying it down the strip. Friendly staff and not one peoblem in at least 6 or 7 visits.

Great food and lots of fun.

By Rob C. |

Visiting friends and they suggested this restaurant. It was a lot of fun and the food was great. You get big portions at reasonable prices for Las Vegas. We will make it a regular destination when visiting.

Historic 1970's Vegas Strip Restaurant with Huge Portions and Cool Fireside Lounge

By TipsFromABellman |

I can't believer I've never done a review of the Peppermill. I've been here several times over the years , but it has been a while since I was here last and I'm a local. I've brought some Army buddies in when they've came to town and as a Bellman at the Bellagio I send people here all the time. I get asked where is the nearest Denny's and I'm like , " No , you're in Las Vegas. You can eat at Denny's anywhere but here. " " You need to go to the Peppermill " and of course other Bellmen will chime in and say the same thing. I did a Staycation at the Linq and made it down here for breakfast my last day. Of course if you didn't know the portions are large. You will have to take some home or get a plate to share. I got the Country Style Ham and Eggs which comes with a 16 ounce flame broiled bone-in ham steak , 3 farm fresh eggs which I got scrambled and it seemed like a little more than 3 , hash browns that were cooked perfectly not overcooked and dry , choice of Blueberry or Lemon Cranberry Muffin or Bagel with Cream Cheese or Toast or English Muffin. They were unfortunately out of Blueberry Muffins so I got the Lemon Cranberry which I didn't like , so my waitress replaced with the Bagel with Cream Cheese. Of course I wasn't able to finish all this , so I got a to go for my half of Ham Steak I had left and a little bit of eggs. The waitress was new and in training. She was very nice , but you could see she was just learning and another waitress was helping her. I love the decor of the Peppermill , 1970's with neon lights and plants all around like your in Hawaii or a Tiki Bar or Discotech kind of feel. Large booths to sit at with your family and friends and bar if you want to eat there. My food came out pretty quickly and I also had Arnold Palmer since they don't serve sweet tea which most places in Vegas don't except for bbq restaurants. My only complaint is the prices have went up significantly since the last time I was here. I know prices have went up at all restaurants since the pandemic , but here they went up a lot. My total was $35 before Tip. The Fireside Lounge is located in the back and is so cool. It is a sunken bar with a fire pit going and the same decor as the restaurant. I will definitely come back to get like a Pina Colada and play some video poker. Back in the day many celebrities came to the Fireside Lounge and the restaurant to include Elvis , Frank Sinatra , comedian Jerry Lewis, actress Debbie Reynolds, filmmaker Quentin Tarantino, boxer Floyd Mayweather, magician Criss Angel, mobster Frank Cullotta, and television personality Holly Madison. Comedian Penn Jillette is also a fan of the Peppermill, and while designing his Las Vegas home in the mid-1990s, he included a booth modeled after those at the restaurant. The Peppermill has also been featured in many movies to include 1984 film The Cotton Club, 1995 films Showgirls and Casino, and the 2016 film The Trust. It has also been featured on television programs, including CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations, and Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee. In addition, the lounge appears in the music videos for "Feel It Coming Back" (2014) by Santana and Diego Torres, and "Another Lonely Night" (2015) by Adam Lambert.

Huge portions and a Great restaurant in LV.

By Janet E |

This was one of the best restaurant's I have been in for a long time. The servers were friendly and the food portions are "Huge". Peppermill has a long history and one of the longest opened restaurant's in Las Vegas. Just a great place for any meal. You may need to wait for a table depending on when you go.

Great stop, good value for Las Vegas!

By Lori O |

We went to Peppermill on a Wednesday afternoon about 3:00. The place was about 1/2 full even in the middle of the day. Happy hour is from 3-6, they have great prices on select cocktails and food. We enjoyed 2 drinks from that menu and one appetizer (chicken quesadillas). That app would have been enough for a meal. We also had 2 sandwiches that we both split and both were great: the Reuben and the sliders (way too much food, tbh)! Also, of note, the deuce transportation stop is basically next to the restaurant.

Back to the Future Breakfast

By Tony B |

Fun experience, classic old school restaurant with good food and enormous portions. Don’t be afraid of the lines. The move people in and out quickly. Have a seat in the bar/lounge for an excellent Bloody Mary before breakfast.

Call ahead but this is the place to go

By Kjcoveney |

The wait was long but it was worth it. The food was a great, traditional breakfast. The service was great. Be sure to use call ahead seating to cut down on your wait time.

Peppermill is a Las Vegas Winner!

By Laryn K |

Peppermill is a must for any Las Vegas trip! We have been coming here for over 20 years and never get sick of it! So many food options, HUGE portions, unique interior that you have to see to believe (It's in tons of movies so you know it's special!) I had the Club Sandwich and my husband had a big breakfast with French Toast, it was delicious as always! The chicken fried steak breakfast or dinner is also one of our favorite menu items. Our waiter was super nice too! Coffee was hot and frequently topped off! We will be back in a few months!

Great Breakfast

By Matt D |

Peppermill Restaurant was excellent. We loved our breakfast. I had an omelette that was delicious, and my wife had French toast, which was also great. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting a good breakfast. Their portions are huge—my wife and I, although big eaters, probably could’ve shared a meal. It is a little pricey, but that’s expected on the Las Vegas Strip.

Outstanding Dining Experience at Papermill Restaurant

By Akbar M |

Papermill Restaurant in Las Vegas is a hidden gem that delivers an unforgettable culinary experience. The menu is creative and flavorful, with dishes that are both beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. The cozy, modern ambiance sets the perfect tone for a relaxed yet upscale dining experience. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations and ensuring every detail of our meal was perfect. From the fresh ingredients to the impeccable service, everything about Papermill exceeded expectations. A must-visit for anyone in Vegas—I’ll definitely be back!

Funky Brunch Diner

By Kevin B |

The San Francisco scrambled was pretty good. Scrambled eggs, onion, sausage and spinach on a bed of hashbrowns. Tasted like a deconstructed quiche. Prices are a bit high. I think you are paying more for the atmosphere as the flavor was pretty average for a diner. Not bad just nothing special.

Not to be missed…

By Richard Q |

A top-class 24-hour spot for breakfast, offering fabulous food, great service, and generous portions—all in a fantastic atmosphere. I had the bacon and eggs with hash browns, which were simply sublime. Andy opted for the 16oz gammon steak—an absolute giant—and found it delicious. The rest of the family enjoyed the pancakes, which were also huge and full of flavor. A must-visit if you’re in the area. Highly recommended!

Must do if in Vegas

By Todd |

This place has an amazing retro casino vibe. The food is great. My wife and I split a meal and it was more than enough. A 16 oz grilled ham steak, 3 eggs, hash browns and a begel. $26 buck. Staff is super friendly.

Best breakfast in LV

By Country1968 |

This place is a classic. The experience is cool. Old school classic food with great service and drinks. We come here every time we’re on LV and have never been disappointed. Pancakes are huge. They have the best sausage links ever. Make this a must try for good food and a fun Vegas experience.

Terrible diner.. give it a miss

By Pebbles111 |

We were looking for somewhere to get dinner, whilst walking along the Strip, having visited the Sahara hotel for the MJ Live concert. Not having read any reviews but we could see that the restaurant was very busy, the car park was full and there was a steady stream of new customers arriving and queueing for tables, so we assumed it must be good. We entered the restaurant. The server was not very friendly or welcoming but nevertheless we waited briefly for a table as we were both hungry. I quickly glanced at the menu and queried whether the un-burger was vegetarian? In response, I got a sideways glance from the server and a nod. I should've realised at the point that a restaurant with only one vegetarian option available wouldn't be for me, but, being as it looked so popular we still decided to give it a go. I ordered my ' un-burger' and my husband ordered the extortionately priced steak. Service was relatively quick but not at all friendly or welcoming. Was that because we were British in an ' all American ' diner ?? I felt very uncomfortable in there. The food turned up. My ' veggie' burger 🍔 was the worst I've ever had. Very strange tasty... and the fries🍟 ( surely they'd be ok?)... well hey were soggy. Believe me, I rarely leave my food 🐷 🤣 but.... I couldn't eat it. My husband ate some of his dinner but, I could see that the steak was tough and not as expected. Honestly, the worst meal I've ever had in the US and extortionate prices. We felt cheated when there are so many great places to eat in Vegas. What do people see here that we didn't?? Why is it so popular? Honestly, I have no idea.... almost rude staff, awful food and high prices. To make matters worse... my husband was ill after eating his food. I would not recommend or return...

Since 1972

Came here for my birthday and just simply loved. Had 2 drinks in the fireside lounge while we waited for our table. It was pretty busy for a Sunday morning so it was about 20 minutes wait. Started with a White Russian and then ordered the 64 oz. Scorpion bowl which I brought to our table when the hostess called us for breakfast. Had to be careful not to overeat since we were going to the Golden Steer later in the evening for dinner. Ordered the corned beef hash plate which was outrageous and not too heavy. Colorful and unique establishment. Happy birthday indeed.

Best Diner in Vegas

By Joel JZ |

It was 11 PM or later this week, and a friend said, "Let's go to my favorite diner in Vegas," so we did. I was not disappointed! This was such a great place with large portions. We started by getting seats at the counter as it was most fun. We interacted with the kitchen and servers and had a blast. My friends had the 2 egg breakfast, and I had some skillet meal. scrambled eggs, sausage, and hashbrowns with whatever else was in it. All was delicious. We did start with their wings as an appetizer. Made perfectly, and as a side with my late at night meal, we had hot blueberry muffins that melted in your mouth. Plan on seeing me again next time I am in town!

Would not return

By lolapig |

Visited here in the evening for dinner as a family of 4 following a recommendation from a tour guide. Didn’t book so had a small wait to be seated which was totally expected. Fabulous greeting and sat down by a really lovely lady who thanked us for our custom. Fabulous first impression. However sadly things went downhill from here. Our waiter introduced himself and asked what food we wanted to order but we wanted to order drinks first. He told us (very impolitely) that he couldn’t take alcoholic drinks orders and that someone else had to do that. We said that was no problem but could we wait to order food until after and he said yes but had a very bad attitude towards us from that point. We didn’t think it was out of the ordinary to want to have our drink orders taken before our food. Whilst we are from the UK we have travelled in the states for 2 weeks and not a single restaurant (weve eaten out every day) has expected us to order food before drinks or had a different server to order drinks. Once we had ordered drinks we did order food and the food was okay. We had steaks, burger and wrap and the quality was good. However the shocking service from our server continued - sorry but he was desperately rude. We tipped 10% (should have been 0) and nobody said goodbye to us which was a shame. Tipping is fine (we have tipped 20% everywhere) - but cannot be expected with dreadful service.

Looking forward to visiting again

By Shawn and Canda... B |

Service was great, portions huge and delicious. Good value. I would go back here when next in Vegas. I ordered the french toast with Canadian bacon and my husband the eggs with hash and bacon / sausage plus side pancake that was huge (the size of the plate).

Great place to visit when in Vegas

By JulieM |

We had about a 40 minute wait to be seated as extremely busy but was definitely worth it. Staff were very friendly and attentive even though they were rushed off their feet and didn’t have to wait long for our food which was very tasty. Having a free photo taken as well was a very nice touch I thought. We had a look round the fire-side lounge before we left where they filmed Casino, looked very inviting. Would loved to of come back if we had more time. Overall a definite 5*****

Not what it used to be

By Alvaro F |

Nothing to be impressed. It used to be a great classic diner but for what we experienced in our last visit, it’s all gone. Crowded, slow serviced (cocktails waitress took ages to come, even after twice requested), food absolutely ordinary. Appetizers small, omelettes dry and once again, service slow. Not sure if we’ll be back again, I think not.

Las Vegas classic!

By Myrna V |

Peppermill and Fireside Lounge is a true Las Vegas classic! Unique atmosphere with a vintage vibe that makes it perfect for a drink or a casual meal. Generous portions, tasty food, and perfectly made cocktails. A one-of-a-kind experience — definitely worth a visit when in Vegas!

Great Value. Great food.

By DenoDiner |

The restaurant was very clean. Easy to access from staying at the Conrad. It’s dated, but convenient. The menu was broad and served 24-hours a day. We had an omelette with hashbrowns. It was big enough for two people. Value was good. We will definitely be back. I’d vote this a must-try next time you’re in Vegas and you’re looking for a local breakfast or lunch.

Top Tier

By lucyjg4876 |

Wow what a gem!! Amazing food and THE hugest portions, could easily serve 2 people with one main The Cajun pasta was a show stopper!! Definitely will be returning

Show up hungry!

By petej65 |

Every time we have visited here, it's been a great experience! Took at Uber to the location and waited about 20 to 30 minutes like the hostess warned us. Was worth it though as we took the first seats available and got to sit at the counter. We fully appreciated how busy the place was and how hard the staff worked! The food was wonderful, and you get your money's worth. So come hungry!

Sadly disappointing

By pippapio |

I had wanted to come here for a while and I wanted to love it but I really didn’t. The decor is old vegas and pretty cool. Service was fine, pretty attentive. I ordered a margarita, it felt just thrown together like from a rubbishy Mexican restaurant - not made with care and the taste was average. I ordered spicy chicken wings and a BLT with avocado sandwich with onion rings. The portion sizes are large as other reviews have said the onion rings were probably enough for 3 people, they were mainly crispy coating and were almost too crispy and not that tasty. The wings were ok but on some the skin wasn’t crispy. The spice level was good, veggies on the side plate were dried up. The sandwich was ok but the bread was a bit dry. The restaurant was busy and seemed popular so maybe I ordered badly but overall I was underwhelmed and disappointed as also felt it was a little pricey - it was $60 before tip.

An icon!

By Emjamo |

Busy and good atmosphere, great menu and friendly service . Large portions - burger and fries good, beer and cocktail good, Caesar salad pretty good taste although the chicken had an odd texture in parts

HUGE portions !

By shovi55 |

Went to dinner. Great vibe, nice food and good alcohol. The value is very good as each dish was huge! Omelette from 10 eggs, 3 extra large pancake and more. You can totally share

Well worth a visit just for the Instagram!

By PhoebeJaneCollins |

Exactly what it says on the tin. Classic American diner offering obscene portions but worth the calories. Quick service, reasonably priced compared to the rest of Las Vegas and iconic decor

BEST BREAKFAST

By Mox |

OK I have 2 favorite restaurants for Breakfast. Nite and Day Cafe in San Diego and Peppermill in Las Vegas. There is not one average item on this menu, even the oatmeal is off the charts! The omelets are huge, ingredients are very fresh and tasty. They really take care of the customer. Perhaps that’s why they have been around for so long! LEDGENDARY AND EPIC!!!

Amazing meal

By ScotLad92 |

We visited here last week from Scotland . Hands down one of the best meals I have ever had in my life . If I’m ever back in Vegas I’ll definitely be back here .

Love it!

By cruerockchick |

This is one of my favorites is Vegas! You would not know it from the outside but inside the decor is beautiful. The portions are huge here, so come with an appetite!

You Gotta Go!

By Cindy H |

I don’t come to Vegas often, but when I do, the Peppermill is a stop I always make. The breakfast is phenomenal! I always get an omelette, which is HUGE and delicious. My husband got the burger, which he loved. Everything coming out of the kitchen looks delicious and all the portions are large. We went today and the place was packed, which tells me I am not alone. Despite being crowded, service was quick and friendly. It was well worth the 30 minute wait. Highly recommend.

Good but portions are massive

By Kimia Khaneghah |

It's a nice atmosphere but just know that the portion size is huge. One portion is enough to feed 4 people and we had a lot of food left over. You are not allowed to give food apparently to homeless people in the are so the left over is completely wasted.

Great Breakfast!

By cazza97 |

Always amazing! My son and I had breakfast. Ashleigh was our server. She was so polite and efficient. No complaints at all! The food is always good. Definitely worth a little walk down the Strip.

Great Decor is Pointless When Food is Overpriced and Mediocre

By AuthorLAX |

Peppermill used to be (in my opinion) the most charming 24-hour restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip. It was unique and infinitely better in menu, service, and ambiance than any of the standard chain 24-hour breakfast shops multiplying on the Strip. Peppermill was weird and beautiful! I loved the fire pit, the awesome psychedelic purple-and-blue décor, and the food. Well, the fire pit and décor are still there, but the dining experience has lost its luster. We went there recently on a Thu afternoon at 3:30p, hardly a rush-time of the day, but our food took about 30 minutes to come out. Eggs over medium and hash browns should NOT take 30 minutes. And oh... the eggs came out NOT over medium, but instead they were over easy, technically cooked just just barely, still runny-wet. The hash browns were cool in the middle and burned on outside. And oh, eggs and hash browns should not cost $16.95, nor should a French dip (with cheese and mushrooms) also take 30 minutes to come out and cost $28, not when the restaurant is essentially a diner. And oh... Somehow the French Dip was delivered to us a couple minutes BEFORE the near-raw eggs. We were hungry so we ate the French Dip, and passed on the eggs. After receiving our food, it took another 10 minutes for me to wave down our server. She had four other tables, so the delay was not her fault. She was a champ and graciously comped us the eggs and hash browns. The bill was $50 including tax and tip... for one French Dip, one soda, and one iced tea! Other items on the menu were French Toast $19.50, Biscuits and Gravy $18.50, and a Denver Omelet for $23. Let’s be real; Peppermill is a diner on the Las Vegas Strip next to a discount clothing store. Yes, it has fun décor, but the service and food at Peppermill don’t justify these prices. After an awkward and frustrating 70 minutes, we extricated ourselves. Great memories here from years past, but I’m sad to say that we’re never going back.

Frustrating

By Heather |

I had the turkey sausage and eggs dinner and a strawberry milkshake. Everyone said their meals were good, I thought mine was pretty average. No one finished their meals because the portions were so big. The waitress wasn't the most attentive, and it was very frustrating trying to find which waiter you needed since there were 3 different ones. I've also sat in the lounge before and had painfully slow, borderline unprofessional customer service.

Would not go back

By Bob H |

We stopped in later and went straight to the lounge in back. Really cool swanky 70's vibe to the place. We thought it would be fun to experience. The first issue we had was when i ordered an old fashion. The poor bartender was so busy he didn't take time to use a scoop to get the cherry. Yep, stuck his hand straight in the jar. Everything he had touched for the last hour ended up in a sticky residue all over my glass. Yum... We ordered a crab cake. The place was so busy, it took quite a while. The bartender was frustrated at the time it was taking and commented twice. When we got the dish, it was really not fresh. The cakes were flavorless and not good. The pepper sauce was bland. We took one bite each and stacked our plates, napkins, and cutlery up and politely asked for the check. I felt bad for the bartender and tipped him well. It's not his fault.

Neon Pancake Time

By MooVonFloo |

I cannot go to Las Vegas without at least one visit to The Peppermill. It's always either our first stop before hotel check-in or the way we conclude our last morning, either is suitable. I only go for breakfast; the eggs, pancakes and meats are good. Make sure you're nice and hungry when you go, the serving sizes are massive! On our way there this year, our driver told us they had undergone renovations. I immediately became sad at the thought of anything changing the appearance of The Peppermill. I need the purple and pink neon, I need my servers in blue jumpers and my cocktail waitresses in black silk gowns. I need a photographer to take a horrific photo documenting me about eat way too much. I will always love The Peppermill, I hope it stays forever.

Iconic place

By Louis G |

It's such an iconic place. Many movies were filmed here. The service was incredible. Our waitress was so sweet and attentive. We waited for 15 minutes for a table which was fine . The food came fast and was delicious. The portions are huge . It's a definite place to go after a night out partying in Vegas.

Excellent food

By Jan O |

We make sure to have a meal here every time we visit Vegas. Good food, good portions and excellent service.

Not very attentive

By Apples |

The biggest let down for us was the waitress not very accommodating, almost throwing the plates on the table and walking off totally uninterested, the breakfast we had was ok nothing special the pancakes are so big 4 people could share them.

High hopes not fulfilled

By bestatthebeach |

Service was OK to poor. Food not great. Porterhouse was not worth it. Fibrous and grisly. Berry chicken salad was OK . Berry consisted of one large berry sliced on edge of plate. Something about dressing didn’t thrill me. Calamari was best thing. Good sized portion.

A great place for food and atmosphere!

By Lana P |

We went here for a late dinner. Our waitress was super friendly. They have a variety of food to choose from and all four of us had great meals. The atmosphere is laid back and fun. The seating is lounge booths which make it comfortable and easy to carry on conversations. Would definitely recommend!

Good But There Might Be a Wait

By ashle4 |

We had just arrived in Las Vegas the night before and craved a good breakfast. The Peppermill had been referred by our neighbour's relatives that live in Las Vegas and we decided to give it a try. After a 1 1/2 mile walk from our hotel, we were more than ready for food. This Saturday morning, it wasn't to be, and there was a 45 minute wait. It was nice out and we decided to wait it out. Well the 45 minute wait turned out to be a 75 minute wait and we finally got in. Good size restaurant, buzzing with a full house. The servers were right on us, with waters, coffee, Mimosas and taking our order. Everything about The Peppermill looked well run. Our food arrived shortly thereafter and all looked good. We had the link sausages, which were very good. The pancakes as well were excellent. The other food items were good. Other than a weak, watered down mimosa, we enjoyed our breakfast, probably even a little more so after the long wait.

Breakfast in a very nostalgic restaurant

By Jeannie L |

We went to the Peppermill for the first time in our 20 plus years of going to Vegas. It did not disappoint. The food is really good with huge amounts! Too much, you will need to share or get a to go box! Be sure to ask for Elisha she has been there 22 years and she is a sweet lady, she will show you where all the celebrities have done their videos and movies and such!

By Rafael_Rio_37 |

Food was really good, we asked Benedict eggs and scrambled eggs with Bacon and both were perfectly made. Service was also top notch. Very good American restaurant.

.

By Robert R |

We really enjoyed our lunch at Peppermill. The restaurant was packed out for lunch and had a great "Vegas Diner" vibe. Be prepared for a long wait, it took more than an hour for our table of five to be seated but they do turn over tables very quickly. If you can, grab a seat in the lounge, it's a great place to grab a drink and/or an appetizer while you wait. We were lucky enough to get seats at the bar which included access to video slots and gaming, a great way to pass the time and a few of us even won a little money.

One of My Must Go's in Vegas

By a1963corvette |

The Peppermill is old school Vegas at its best. Neon and colorful décor that screams Sin City. It has been a favorite of mine for decades. I keep meaning to get there for dinner, but breakfast always calls me back. Everything is good, but be warned the portions are huge. Everything is over the top – just like Vegas. Never had a bad breakfast at the Peppermill and I keep it as a must do on every trip.

Great Looking Place

By Flockers |

Peppermill was a breath of fresh air, both the restaurant and fireside bar give a different sort of ambiance to what you would find on the nearby strip, however it’s a little isolated from everything as a result. Speaking as a Brit, the portions were huge. Getting a starter was a mistake as it filled both me and my wife up pretty quickly, and the mains we ordered came with a course of soup which was also hefty! The prices did seem on the higher side, but it’s pretty consistent with most places in vegas in that respect to be honest.

Excellent, a 20 min walk from the strip but well worth it . Delicious

By Helen G |

Amazing place , posh diner with great service , good prices and most importantly fabulous food. Highly recommend going at happy hour , delicious steaks very reasonable

Beautiful and well served

By Paula |

The restaurant is beautiful, comfortable, with velvet armchairs and beautiful chandeliers. The food is well served, the price is ok, the menu is a little confusing. We ordered an oatmeal which was great!! It was very worth it.

Worth the wait!

By Gazpacho16 |

We were referred to this diner by our concierge at the hotel and also walked right by it on our first day in Vegas. Seemingly the big draw is that an Al Pacino movie was filmed here in the past... When we arrived, shortly after 10 am the line up was already out the door! We waited for about one hour to be seated but it was well worth the wait. Our server was amazing and the food was delicious as well. For $40 two of us had a wonderful breakfast and left stuffed. The portions were very generous. Great value for your money and definitely not overpriced like everything else in Vegas. We certainly recommend this place!

Don’t miss this Vegas gem

By Mateo Ibanez |

THEE best restaurant in Las Vegas, make this a permanent stop on every visit. The food is delicious, the staff is great. The portions are huge. You get the most bang for your buck here. The coffee is always fresh and the atmosphere is terrific.

My last visit

By GloryB777 |

The prices were higher than what is advertised. Our server basically ignored us. Food was good. Large portions. Disappointed about the pricing and service.

Food Was Good And Plentiful.

By Geo G |

Hungry after a Vegas show, decided to try the Peppermill. We sat at the counter. Wow, impressive how fast food is moved around, the kitchen, the servers, a show in itself. Food was good and plentiful, the menu shown on this site is out of date and should be removed, prices are a bit higher. Overall, a great experience.

Good food at a good price

By Anuska L |

One of the best foods in America. Rich food, honest price and very good service from Bianca. We will certainly repeat what we have left of travel.

So cool inside and massive portions

By Nano |

Old school diner with neon and glitz! I love how it’s decorated in here. I had been on a previous trip too. We waited in the fireside lounge for our table which they call over the tannoy. The lounge is awesome with it’s fire pits. Service was great. Husband enjoyed his $10 shake! Breakfast was HUGE! We were so full afterwards.

Beef Bulgogi Loco Moco Missed the Mark

By Lea L |

Food was okay, but overall it felt overhyped. I ordered the beef bulgogi loco moco, and unfortunately it didn’t taste like bulgogi at all. Traditional bulgogi has a sweet, savory flavor from being marinated in soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, sugar and/or Asian pear, and this dish lacked that profile entirely. It was decent, but not what I expected based on the name and the hype.

Pre Show Dinner

By Heather-in-Canada |

Early dinner prior to Barry Manilow show. Really cool decor , good menu choices and large portions . Cocktail waiter not really on it with regard to taking orders and checking if we needed replenishing . Our food server Tanya was great though.

Good food and cocktails

By Compass38231017539 |

Nice decor inside, The food and cocktails were very nice, one of the best meals we had while in vegas. Waiting staff were quite miserable and rude but the lady who booked us in was nice. We got an uber from caesars palace as wasn't sure on the location . It is in a good spot across from circus circus and not a far walk from palazzo hotel so we walked back. Would recommend a visit

Great restaurant with super friendly service

By Carole B |

Cool restaurant, very nicely decorated. Super friendly service. Menu menu with huge selection of dishes.

Great decor music and booths for all!

By Gabriela T |

You know that feeling when everyone wants to seat in the booth; well at peppermill, everyone has that chance! The ambience and decoration is amazing you have a nice old disco vibes. We came to this restaurant very tired after a long day visiting Las Vegas. We didn’t reserve and had a table in less than 3 min after arriving. The waiter was patient with us tired parents and kids so it took a while for us to be ready to order. The sugar is coloured which was a highlight for my kids, the napkins are colorful as the restaurant, all tables have a rounded booth, and music is good. The food was delicious, we took a salmon for the kids (you have an option to choose salad or soup), a burger and Cesar salad. The salmon comes also with rice and some vegetables, which was perfect for the kids. The bad is that toilets are not that big and were not super clean.

Historical restaurant with tons of charms d character… and great food!

By Mark68 |

Hit up the classic Peppermill before stopping at Fremont area to walk around.. Made rezzi and was seated quickly in a nice round both w total vision of the Dining section… lots of workers.. quick service and delicious food.. we ordered too much as the nachos could have fed 4 adults..I had French dip which was crazy good!!!Walked around to see the famous fire pit and more jungle type stuff hanging and it’s just like from the movies it’s in… classic and a must see and have while there.. prices were good.. it’s a cool electro type diner in away.. but with energy!!

Big Portions, Average Food

By Icarus4335 |

The portions are huge, the restaurant was clean, and service was friendly, However, prices are a little high considering I thought the food was pretty average for a diner.

Authentic restaurant on the Strip.

By JoergChrisH |

Top stylish location on the Strip with a great bar and excellent food at reasonable prices. The service was a bit uncoordinated and not very attentive. We can absolutely recommend the Peppermill.

Fantastic breakfast location

By Annette W |

We walked up the strip early doors before it got too hot and headed to the Peppermill based on others reviews. We weren’t disappointed. Claudia, our server, was very welcoming and the food was fantastic. Really didn’t need the toast or bagels though that came with the meals. Felt bad leaving it but couldn’t fit any more in! The Bloody Mary was absolutely delicious and the coffee was great too. Would highly recommend that you make the effort to go further up the strip and visit.

NACHOS

By chrisG10 |

Unbelievable food the nachos were epic Layer upon layer of cheese Also had an omelette which was lovely Don’t think twice about going here if ur in vegas the portion sizes are unreal

Mediocre

By Ashley B |

The food and service was mediocre. Not seasoned well at all. Seating is crowded if you have a large party. Restaurant is very loud.

Food was not good and very over priced

By 12345England |

We went on a Monday evening. Seems to be living on its reputation as the food was very disappointing and was over priced. Seemed to us to be just heated up catering food with frozen vegetables and premade pasta sauce. If you are looking for a good meal there are loads of other restaurants at this price range where the food will be far superior.

Poor quality food and way overpriced.

By Jim M |

Warning...totally over priced basic food. Go elsewhere. We ordered omelets that were at least $23. each. When they arrived they were huge. We then ask the waitress how many eggs were in each omelet and she said 12-one dozen eggs in each omelet. outrageous. Needless to say most of our breakfast was wasted as who eats 12 egg omelets? No mention of omelet size on website or menu nor did waitress warn us. The three of us could have ordered one 12 egg omelet and shared it had we known. Our bill for three adults was over $100. with no alcohol. Outrageous... Worst dining experience we've ever had anywhere....

All around great place to eat

By Bobbi L |

Excellent food, excellent service, beautiful inside. Angelica was the best. Never had to look for her for coffee refills. She was fantastic. She was very personable too.

Loved this place!

By Sharon I |

This is a fun place for Breakfast! Muffins are amazing too! You are served large portions so you can share if you want to. I like the atmosphere and the staff is friendly.

Nice discovery

By Dominic R |

One of the best value for money in our opinion following our first visit to this restaurant near the world resort and circus circus, it is worth the detour

All things change

By Werner R |

This USED to be a favorite of ours for breakfast whenever we came to Las Vegas. That is now over with! Things have changed the last two times. Prices average $27 for a simple breakfast, the prior glamorous waitresses are now plain Janes, and the food is average at best. Bacon is tasteless! Think an overpriced Denny's!!!! Sorry....not returning!

Mediocre and Poor Food

By Olly H |

First impressions of the restaurant where excellent - with a bustling atmosphere and what seemed to be large portions; unfortunately, the food itself was a complete disappointment: Mediocre burgers and a buffalo 'chicken' wrap which was completely absent of chicken, instead it was just a bitter, sour and unsatisfying mix of detritus. For the same price or less, there are hundreds of other restaurants around Las Vegas to eat which provide breakfast that far exceeds anything found here.

Overhyped, Overpriced and Tired

By JenniferTraveler |

I cannot understand why this place is hyped up like it is. From the moment you walk in, you are packed in a waiting area with 75 to 100 other people. They eventually send you to the bar where you may find a spot to wait or purchase 25.00 drinks. Good luck getting through the people to get back to the host/hostess desk when your table is actually ready. Once we were seated, the waitress appeared stressed out. She was rushed and frazzled. For our group of six, the food came out over the course of 10 minutes. The French toast came out without syrup, the meals without the sides and we had no condiments. Once the syrup arrived, the waitress accidentally dumped it on the floor. While they were cleaning off the table behind us, a glass was dropped and chards of glass hit our table. The food was mediocre at best. The positives include the aesthetics of the restaurant/bar, the napkins and when you finally get out into the parking lot. Save yourself the frustration and eat somewhere else. There are so many incredible places and this just isn’t one of them.

WOW

By mark D |

WOW WOW WOW!!! A must visit for a meal when in Vegas. Food is fresh well presented and portions are HUGE! Bella was our server. Very polite and quick service. I had the Burger in the photo and it defeated me..... and I can eat!!!! Perfect finish to a last night of our holiday.

Salt and PEPPER!

By Carlos G |

Cool place with a great throwback atmosphere..Its a breakfast all day place with dinner/lunch options available. Bit pricey but the food is hearty and bountiful. Plates are well proportioned. Looks like a better Breakfast at night place than doing the dinner options....The Fireside Lounge co-located is very cool, retro, LV vibe....definitely not a bad place to finish dinner off with a drink. Definitely will go back! Enjoy

Huge Portions , but disappointing taste . Good atmosphere

By Kendra F |

We had some fun and fancy cocktails that cost a small fortune - but maybe that’s quite normal/the regular price for Vegas- I don’t know! We ordered a plate of nachos that looked impressive initially however, didn’t taste great. I believe the nachos were stale . Portions are large, but overall was not great tasting. Service was fine /good. Atmosphere was good !! Every table seemed to have leftovers as they left - the portions must be so big or the food is that bad !

Vegas at its very best

By Christopher D |

What a restaurant. Great food, reasonably priced, super friendly and great atmosphere. If you are waiting, head into the fireside lounge at the back for a taste of old vegas! This is probably my favourite restaurant that I have visited in Vegas. Oh, and go in hungry, the portion sizes do not disappoint!

Worth the time and money

By RadTherapist46 |

Food was great. Not cheap but not highway robbery like most of Vegas . Going back again to get cocktails. Everyone in our party of 8 loved their meal.

Customer feedback

By Maranda R |

Food and drinks were great. Our attendants were very nice ! Only issue while I was there was the Manger Carrie was yelling at a associate and she was crying, since I'm a Manger I think that it was inappropriate and should have been handled differently she did this while customers and others workers are there instead taking it to the back or handling it in a different way . No matter what you don't treat your staff that way especially as a Manger. It was sad to see that since it was our first time attending and from differnt state .

Awful ribs.

By Clara M |

Awful ribs. One rib and we were out. $40 lost just like that! Tastes like boiled ribs (no seasoning) with marinara sauce on top. Why not cut back on the portion and provide good tasting and quality food?

Classic Vegas diner and neon lounge

We had this place recommended to us by an Elvis impersonator at the welcome to vegas sign?! We hadn't heard of it but we are so glad we took his recommendation!! We arrived without a booking at around 9/9.30am. We gave our name and it was about a 25 minute wait. We took a seat in the fireside lounge and ordered some bloody mary and mimosas while we waited. Very surreal sitting in a dark neon lounge drinking cocktails first thing in the morning - but hey we were in Vegas so why not! They did take a while to get the drinks but we were happy sitting and chatting and enjoying people watching. They took us through for our table after only about 15-20 minutes. We ordered the pancakes and the french toast. Luckily we ordered it to share between 4 of us as the portions are absolutely MASSIVE! Friendly staff serving us. Really great experience. Definitely recommend you go. $120 for 4 of us for drinks and food (excluding tip). We got a Lyft taxi there and back as it is a bit out of the way. Shop nearby that we browsed before getting taxi back.

Great food, great ambience

Had no idea what to expect - visited as it's close to our hotel. Inside, the place was much bigger than expected and very tastefully fitted out. We had a nice booth by a window for the four of us. Staff friendly and attentive. Food was wonderful and plenty of it - no room for dessert!

Awful overpriced food

By Phenomjet |

Absolutely grossly overpriced beyond comprehension double the price of what they should be a total scam for awful food!

Good food & friendly service!

Our taxi driver recommended we eat here when dropping off at the Hilton World Resorts. Being an easy walk, we tried for breakfast and it was delicious! Food, service & atmosphere was excellent! The portions are huge and shareable! Highly recommend!

Loved the Peppermill!

What a fabulous breakfast experience! We absolutely love the decor & vibe of this place. Old school yet within a Vegas flare. The purple booths & dangling tree beaches create an intimate yet casual feel. Our server was friendly & attentive. Enjoyed the Bloody Mary’s & coffee. For our meals we all were filled to the rim. We devoured our: omelette, scrambled, hash & meat dishes. Definitely will be back! Only downside is you will probably have a bit of a wait for brunch. If you can have a drink at the bar, I’d recommend- also a fun vibe!

Great value and large portions

Easy to miss, and not what you expect from the outside. The romaine salad and onion soup are outstanding and large. We had stuffed chicken with penne and garlic shrimp which were both good. If you have time after dinner, check out the lounge! It really is old Vegas.

TYPICAL PLACE IN VEGAS

Best breakfast place in Las Vegas. Super traditional and very rich. If you want to eat something truly traditional, this is the place.

Food is excellent, generous portions!

The Peppermill never disappoints. Their portions are HUGE, the food is GOOD and the service is excellent. I've always had a good meal regardless of which restaurant I visit.

if its good enough for Elvis.......

ok, its legendary - go sit in bar area - be nice - the staff puts up w tons of drunks - rude people - etc.... be nice - tip big - staff are amazing - will go out of their way for ya - ate there a few days in row during recent trip - and for like last years since Elvis died - its og - legit - wings are insanely good - cobb salad so good - drinks are amazing - fun place to get away - open 24 hours on weekends - amazing

still a nice classic place that's still standing

great spot for casual dining, but they have security for a reason. they aren't in the best area so often have to deal with druggies/hobos. I had an unfortunate interaction with a drunk hobo who slapped me while security wasn't around.

Delicious and fun. Awesome service.

Shane was an AMAZING server. Ten shining stars. He was so efficient and friendly. Kind and so amazing. Thanks to June, the manager for fixing our drink. She was professional and nice. We had a great time. Many thanks.

Che meraviglia!

A beautiful discovery in Vegas. A wonderful place with great food. We miss him. Torneremo sicuramente! Beautiful furnishings, very nice.

Super cool vibes

Great restaurant, gave me a diner on hallucinogenics vibe with it's decor! They were a james beard american classics award winner. Based on it's cool ambiance it's no surprise multiple movies and music videos were filmed here. It's slightly off the strip, but still an easy walk to depending where you are on the strip. As we all know Vegas can be a pricey place to dine, but Peppermill was more midrange prices with REALLY good happy hour deals. There was maybe 5 drinks that were half off in addition to approximately 8 appetizers that were half off. Same portions, just have the price.

Good visit

We had heard about this restaurant loads so we were excited to try it. Fab restaurant - great old vegas vibe, good service and amazing cocktails. We ordered 2 pasta dishes (which came with a starter) - the portions were silly (I wish we were told the size as we would have shared) and the meals were slightly greasy. If I came back I would definitely go for a burger or a San which as they looked amazing I think we just order d wrong!

Great Breakfast

Long history at this location. Excellent food with large portions. Wait staff was excellent! Full bar available from the cocktail lounge. Consistent from year to year. Open 24/7.

Unsafe and overpriced canned food!

By Victoria B |

They treat their workers like crap. Very unprofessional atmosphere. A light fell on a customer the other day and nothing was really done about it. The fuse to the bathroom blew out while I was in the stall and it wasn't fixed for hours. The food is bland and mediocre. Found out the sausage gravy is from a damn can! How can you charge that much for canned food?!? Disgusting! Also the head of the establishment Peggy is a witch. Rude to guests and her workers. Go elsewhere! There are so many other options on the strip than an overpriced place like this!

A “must go to” on our Vegas itinerary!

Great food and huge portions! This is one of our “must go to” places every time we’re in Vegas! This place is a gem. You won’t be disappointed!

Great experience

Went here for breakfast with my partner, and we were not disappointed. The whole atmosphere was great, as were the waiting staff. The breakfasts were lovely, really tasty & well presented. Can thoroughly recommend

Lives up to it’s reputation

Even though wait was slightly long I would highly recommend this place. Portions are pretty generous and food was really good.

Old school

Nice place close to the strip. Cheap food and lots of it. We split our meals and it the cheapest dinner we had the entire week

INFLATED PRICES

By afrahm2726 |

Peppermill is normally a must stop for us. We went for breakfast and were absolutely shocked by the prices. I had the french toast collage and it was good but $27.50 feels insane for the type of food. (3 eggs,bacon,2 french toast and hashbrowns). Unforunately, we will no longer be stopping here on our Vegas trips. SO DISAPPOINTED

Perfect for every Las Vegas visitor!

By Emma B |

This was such a fun restaurant! The wait was not too bad and the food was delicious. The portions are huge. It’s perfect for anyone!

Great place to eat!

This restaurant was highly recommended by our Uber driver. He was right! Excellent breakfast with a huge menu selection. We also went back for dinner! Prices were reasonable.

A proud example of the "Old Las Vegas"

By S4136XSdavidb |

Be prepared for a wait, because this spot never disappoints. Be aware the portions are gargantuan. My spouse and I split an omelet that was the biggest I have ever seen. It came with a large plate overflowing with hash browns and choice of several bread options. I couldn't finish my half. Delicious. Staff is friendly, efficient. there is always construction on the Vegas streets and parking ranges from difficult to practically non-existent. I recommend taking taxi/ride share or walk.

Fantastic breakfasts!!

By Liam |

Peppermill was opposite our hotel (resorts world) and we wanted a breakfast. It just also happens to very well reviewed previously and i did see it a few times on some YouTube videos for Vegas. Breakfast was awesome. I had 3 pancakes bigger than my head!! with sausages and bacon and eggs. Do not even think about going Dennys next door. Peppermill is by far more delicious!! Brilliant old school vibe loved the place.

Historic!

Great food in a historic venue. Great service and delicious food. Server was awesome and everything was delicious. Will return!

Our Go-To Breakfast Spot in Vegas!

By Allanjtaylor |

The Peppermill restaurant in Vegas is our absolute favourite place for breakfast. It's a popular spot with the locals, and it's easy to see why. The menu is huge, offering a wide variety of delicious options, and the portion sizes are even larger! Every time we visit, we're always impressed by the quality and quantity of the food. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the service is always top-notch. Whether you're in the mood for classic breakfast dishes or something a bit more unique, the Peppermill has it all. It's the perfect place to start your day in Vegas, and we can't recommend it enough. Love this place!

Don't believe the hype

By boombashaggy |

Extremely overrated restaurant nice inside lovely service which happens a lot in the US when servers are paid on tips . The area surrounding the restaurant is sketchy lots of iffy characters and junkies . Food was very average I have left a picture of my slop I can't remember what it was but it certainly wasn't worth the $45 I paid with bottomless coffee and tip . On the whole I enjoyed the food in the US , but this was clearly another hype job restaurant.

Still a favourite for breakfast

By Ros T |

We have been to the Peppermill quite a few times over the years. We still love it - the only thing really to have changed is the prices; it's certainly not a budget option, but portions are really generous, the food is decent and it's a landmark worth visiting!

The Best Strawberry Shortcake

By sar sol |

Walked here after The Killers concert (around 10:30pm on a Saturday night). Waited five minutes and were seated in a booth. I love the lighting and neon lights. Very retro spacey vibes...the waiters are wearing Jetsons-esque outfits as well. I enjoy the Vegas in space theme. We just wanted a lil something sweet, so we went for the strawberry shortcake. Y'all. Best strawberry shortcake I've ever had. In a goblet? Genius. With vanilla ice cream in there? You know it. My partner also ordered a vanilla milkshake. Said it was delicious! Total with tip was $30. We spoke to a different waitress everytime--one was just for orders from the bar, another for food, etc--which was very interesting. I hope my tip was split evenly to all five of them! Will definitely stop by here again next time I'm in Vegas!
