This restaurant was excellent. The manager and staff were very nice. The food was excellent. Our server Brianna was excellent. We went for Thanksgiving and were not disappointed. The portion sizes were more than enough, the music was fantastic and we did not have to walk through the casino to get to the restaurant. The valet parking was also a plus since it was quite windy outside. If you're ever in the area this is one you may want to try.

While attending the NCAA wrestling championship, we were lucky enough to eat multiple times at The Prime Rib. Can’t describe what a wonderful restaurant this is from the manager, Brendan to the waitstaff. For each and every meal we ate there, we we spoiled by the great staff. Joy, Matt, and Melissa waited on us and took such good care of us. Carmen brought out our food and knew exactly who got what. If you want a great meal and be spoiled by great staff like Carmen, Richie, and Kasey this is the place to go. The food was delicious, my favorite thing for breakfast was the three cheese omelette with fruit. The omelette was fabulous and always came out hot. Highly recommend The Prime Rib for an unforgettable breakfast and a great start to your day.

This is a breakfast review, and not a review of the dinner menu. The food was absolutely awful. Don’t waste your time for breakfast. Go to any other option in the casino. There were four of us for breakfast and not one person could finish their food. Our food took so long that the waitress took 20% off the bill, without us even mentioning the long wait. This would be a one bubble review if it wasn’t for the friendly staff.

Had scallops as a dinner instead of appetizers, was super tasty. Wife had a prime rib burger that she said was really good - only complaint ( & this is nit picking ) there was so much juice from the burger it made the bun fall apart a bit. Who does not love a juicy burger [ RIGHT ] ? ... Besides that she loved all the fresh veggies & pickled onions on it. The fries were brined and fried up perfectly crispy. When we first arrived there I was a bit sleepy so I asked our server for a cup of strong coffee, she brought me a whole pot of French press that I originally thought was over the top , but I almost finished the damn thing as it was delicious. After dinner cocktails were a long island iced tea for myself & the wife had a Shirley temple. Both were fine as well. Our server had multiple tables & a booth to wait on as well as being a bar back - all in all she was smiling , in a good mood ( cheerful voice ) pleasant & adequate with timing of refills and overall service. Which resulted in a 33% tip. I would come back here again & also recommend to friends and family this is a fine establishment to grab a meal/drinks if thety were in the area.

My husband & I went to The Prime Rib in the "Live" casino for my birthday. We started in the bar for Bubbles and Pearls at The Prime Rib every Wednesday from 4:30 - 6:30 PM. Enjoy $2 Oysters, $10 Frites Your Way, $8 Wine & Champagne selections! We had 24 oysters & I had prosecco. My husband doesn't drink so he asked for coffee. The oysters were delicious, ice cold & shucked correctly. We wanted a regular dinner, so they gave us the dinner menu. We should have moved into the dining room instead of staying in the bar! They never refilled his coffee even though 2 people said they would bring him more. I think they forgot about us our original waitress was Desiree, but she never came back, (She was busy at the bar) two others finally came after we waved them over. But one didn't know what the other was doing. My husband ordered House Salad - $14, 8oz filet mignon (cooked perfectly)- $$65 & sauteed spinach - $14. I asked for the Prosciutto n Burrata Special Aged Balsamic, Brioche, Micro Arugula, Crispy Basil - $20 and the Seafood Pot - Maine Lobster, Middleneck Clams, Jumbo Shrimp, P.E.I. Mussels, Andouille Sausage, Bouillabaisse, Toast Points - $95. We ate the salad & waited & waited for the rest of our dinner. Finally, we called a waiter over & he brought our dinner. They brought Prosciutto and Burrata Special with our dinner! I never ate it, the Seafood Pot was delicious and worth the cost that I didn't know until the check came. Everything we ate was very good, but the service in the bar was terrible. After we received the oysters, they forgot about us. Very hard to get anyone's attention. Next time we eat in the dining room! Our total bill came to $306.79 including a 3% facility fee. Wonder what that fee was for?

Ordered the Prime Rib $55 “medium rare”. It was medium well to well. Tough. Lacked prime meat texture. Dry. My GF ordered the French Onion soup. Was overloaded with butter. Rolls were hot but pastry like. Her chopped salad was good according to her.

Girls overnight Birthday celebration on Saturday, February 25th. We ate dinner at the Prime Rib. The service was lack luster to say the least. Our server was very nice but not able to keep up with the number of tables. We had to ask for water, salt, pepper, butter and drink refills. We asked that our soups be delivered first and then the entrees. Nope everything was delivered at the same time. This was definitely not a five star experience. Food…The Lobster Bisque-excellent Clam chowder-excellent Entrees… We had several and they were good. Seafood Tower— Definitely not worth the money. No big deal. Dessert…Cheese Cake—good Chocolate cake—Very Good
Not impressed
Beautiful ambience... lovely service... however the food was subpar. I expected a better grade cut my lamb chops were served rare and the truffle mac & cheese lacked flavor even though it came highly recommended.
