The X Pot… Xtraordinary!!!

By Anthony H |

There are hot pots….and then there’s The X Pot. We’ve had plenty of hot pots in the past, but nothing like this. The wagyu was incredible, appetizers were delicious, the food presentation was artistic, and the service from Ryan and RJ was excellent! I highly recommend the chef’s tasting menu plus the Sashimi / Himalayan Salt Block Grill. For an extra $28, it’s totally worth it. My wife got the lobster broth, and I got the chicken. Both were great. Nice ambiance, great food, great service and a unique dining experience.

Great for Lunch!

By Sara T |

We went here for the lunch special, and it was really good – good food, nice setting and friendly staff! Great experience overall!

At the Bar for a Sports drink

By Lord B |

The guy bartender is very weak. I ordered a Maker's Mark and Diet Coke. He spilled half the shot and put more Diet to make up his spilled shot. I will avoid this spot in the future...

It's an Experience!

By Cindy M |

If you are looking for an entertaining meal with excellent food - this is your place. You will spend a bit of money so be prepared but well worth it (at least once)!

Good service and nice food

By Mengjin C |

Friendly service with nice decor and presentation. The food was good and of high quality! We ordered the chef's menu for 2 and we had plenty of food to go around with extra to take home.

Over-the-top but overhyped

By SimplyRedRock |

Staff did not know that a Grazie check voucher is a valid form of payment, so ask first if using one and avoid the hassle. That aside, the food, ambiance, and service made for a great dining experience. However, compared to other famous hotpots , there's some lack luster. Other hotpot places, like Chubby Cattle or Haidilao, have a bigger selection of sauces (i.e., separate sauce bar) that you can mix and match to your taste. The Little Sheep or Happy Lamb hotpots in Seattle have a killer herbal broth that the Xpot has no version of. Wagyu, of course, is the star of the show , and they plated it outstandingly. Personally, tho, you really don't need over-the-top Wagyu or a lobster broth to enjoy a satisfying hotpot meal. Sometimes, the simpler, the better.

Wonderful Hot Pot Experience!

By LeeTraveller28 |

We have been to many Asian style hot pot places all over the world. We would have to say that this place is the most memorable. We went for lunch and it was not too crowded. The service and presentation was excellent! Tip: If you order the dancing noodles, they will do a show for you at your table.

An unforgettable dining experience

By Tony |

TL;DR version - Go here, best hot pot ever! Read on for more detail. The X-Pot is a unique and innovative place that offers guests an experience to remember with their Spectrum 5D dining concept. You can find this place inside The Palazzo across from Sushi Samba. The Spectrum 5D experience is an immersive experience that combines projections and food themes to create a multi-sensory experience. The introductory show to start was impressive. Afterward, there didn't seem to be much besides background images on the walls. The Spectrum menu is a set menu. They will accommodate allergies and sub some things, so let them know! To start, each diner was given a choice of soup base for their hot pot. The top two choices for my group were the Golden Chicken and Creamy Lobster soup bases. Both were hearty soup bases and ranks up there as the top broths I've had at hot pot restaurants. The Creamy Lobster was similar to a lobster bisque and it was so delicious I wanted to drink the entire pot. The rest of the meal consisted of an appetizer course(my favorite!), a large selection of meats which were variations of A5 Wagyu, a seafood selection that included lobster tails, a bone marrow Bibimbap prepared tableside, and a signature dessert that looked like a mini coconut drink but was really frozen coconut cream topped with a coconut jelly surrounded by a chocolate shell. We added on 2 oz of aged A5 wagyu that was served seared over a Himalayan salt block at our table. Service at The X-Pot is exceptional, with a well-trained and knowledgeable staff that is attentive and accommodating. They were happy to explain the dishes and make adjustments for a member of our party with shellfish allergies. This place is worth it for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience as well as delicious food and high-quality service.

Pricy for what you get

By mromeovii |

We were so excited to come to X Pot based on so many positive reviews, but our experience wasn’t even close to that of other restaurants of comparable costs. We ordered the Chef’s Tasting menu at $159 per person, as the ala cart menu was hard to understand. The food was fine, but just that…fine. The Chef’s Tasting menu started with getting our soup base and keeping it hot in a pot on our table. It also included a few tiny appetizers, and then a plate of raw sliced Waygu beef. We cooked our beef by submerging it in the hot soup base, essentially boiling our meat. A raw seafood platter followed the beef that included one shrimp, one tiny slice of sea bass, and a quarter of a lobster tail. We cooked this in the same manner. The boiled seafood was a bit better than boiled meat. If you like boiled meat, you may enjoy this more than we did. And if this meal were half the price I wouldn’t be as dissatisfied, but when you pay $159 per person before tax and tip, you are thinking you’re getting a memorable meal.

Great wagyu hot pot

By Lara |

I had never had hot pot with Wagyu before and I must say this was excellent! The atmosphere and ambiance are modern which I like, and the staff was quick too! Would come back with family to treat them to a special evening!

Outstanding Food and Experience

By Michele C |

We celebrated both of our birthdays at The X Pot. The waiter was fabulous. Food was noteworthy and creative. The robot was a fun experience. We ordered the Tasting menu which is very expensive but worthwhile for your first visit. The Dancing Noodle experience is worthwhile as well. This is a restaurant with an experience, as well as outstanding dining and service. Be prepared as it is expensive.

What an experience

By patricia P |

This SPLURGE for our family of 4 was very unique. Overwhelming menu but our server John was so helpful. Glad we got individual pots. The dancing noodle show was fun. Our lobster was still moving which was shocking but neat (we had raw tail and it's body was there for presentation)

Best Hotpot & Overall Dining Experience I've had Around the World

By James L |

My experience here is out of the world. From food to service to art (I know this is culinary art - not just food). Thank you X Pot for giving us an eye opening experience!

Amazing “different” Experience

By jasonf1975 |

We loved Xpot the food was fantastic! The only suggestion for anyone going is if possible split the experience. It’s just WAY too much food. However, it was really good!!

Excellent seafood!!

By Mungo |

Incredible seafood, excellent service, great atmosphere. Can only recommend this place. Its been a while since I have had such fresh and quality seafood.

Best hot pot in town

By Vicky |

Best hot pot ever!!! The broth is awesome and flavorful, we tried the chicken and lobster broth, both are delicious. The food are high quality and service is excellent.

Decent place

By Xinyue |

I like the atmosphere, and meantime this place still have the sense of good, high level dining place. I would come back with my family, or friend reunion because I think hot pot is the best when you have a big party!

Not good, will not return.

By Rick D |

$500 for two, for lunch. The appetizer portions weren't just small they were miniscule. No flavor at all, really bland. After all that we ate for that price I was very unsatisfied with the amount, price and flavor of everything we ordered. The prices are outrageous compared to what you ultimately get and I was surprised at how bland everything was. Will not return, cannot recommend. I could get a very good tasty, filling meal at so many other places elsewhere for a fraction of the cost. Over-the-top ridiculous!

Xtreme goodness!

By christdaughter |

This is my first Experience going to a hot pot restaurant… and honestly this joint did not disappoint. Was in Vegas for a conference and so wanted to try something new. Our server was attentive, helpful, and explained all the options. There was so many options… but was alot of fun to try something new. Place is clean and decor was very upscale. My hot pot was amazing… so much I couldn’t finish it all.. but took some back to the hotel and it held up well for a late night snack. The fried rice was FREAKIN amazing!!! Omg… a must have if you are there. The cocktails were the only things I was not the greatest fan of.. but it was the texture for me. Otherwise… this place is 5 stars and I will definitely be back!!

Great service

By Teddy N |

I made a reservation two weeks in advance before I came to Vegas. Great service food is delicious presentation is beautiful . enjoyed the time that I was there with my wife and friends also there was like a show it’s was cool.

Perfect Place to go

By Mission C |

I love this place. Myself and a few friends get down here at least once a month and have been doing so now for the past several. From the first time to our most current, we have always been extremely pleased with this establishment. The food is amazing. Everything from the appetizers to the main course. Everything so far has been superb. Bryanna, our amazing waitress from day one, is absolutely the best waitress ever. She is always on top of anything we may need. The rest of the staff I’ve been in contact with is also great. They are doing everything right here from the service to the food. While I wish you were closer to us here in Logan, I’m also thankful you are not or I’d go broke eating there all the time. I just can’t get enough of this place.

Disappointing and underwhelming for the price.

By traveltina |

Ok so I was looking for a unique dining experience and we enjoy many types of Asian cuisine so after a good amount of research, decided to try this spot. I really wanted to like it and find something different and memorable. It just was so “gimmicky” and such a push to get you to overspend. Hot pot itself was “fine”. I thought the menu was confusing and when we asked for info from the server, he said well, you really should just do the tasting menu…uh, no…I didn’t like half the stuff on that menu! I did say at least 3 times, I definitely want the dancing noodle…..well, never got it and by the time we had eaten the other stuff, we were over it. Our server was helpful to a point but was literally running around table to table frantically so there was nothing “special” or elegant about the experience. They are expecting you to fork over BIG bucks I kinda felt the place was Disney ish… Not our cup of tea, I guess.

X Pot aka Teppanyaki in Disguise

By TiLoABQ |

Absolute waste of money, time and food. Food poisoning within hours of finishing dinner. Not just one but two of 4. Nothing was presented as described in their website. No fancy presentations, no culinary delights, nothing but an overpriced teppanyaki grill but wait, you have to cook your own meal. To be fair we called the next day and had to leave a message for the GM. No return call. Called the hotel GM at the Venetian. Was told that X Pot is not owned by the resort, take it up with them. Left more messages, no response. Finally figured out they just don’t care or have any incentive to return calls or make it right. Best thing to do, stay away and just be honest with my opinion. It’s a horrible, dingy, overpriced experience even before the meal is served. The restaurant has little if any ambiance. The staff is in a hurry but really, honestly, the food just sucked. Should have expected food poisoning at that point

X pot is the best

By Jesudamilare O |

The best thing about this place is the service. I can always count on great service, great and positive attitudes and Jericena is the best I’ve encountered in a long time. it’s Jericena and the staff that makes it worth coming back.

Amazing food

By Elizabeth K |

This place is amazing for meat lovers – so many wagyu and meat options! But if you don’t like meat they also have an amazing selection of seafood! The Wagyu feast is absolutely delicious and a must-try for anyone in my opinion! Will be back in the future.

The coolest dining experience EVER!

By Joey M |

This was by far the neatest dining experience I've ever had. The food was good, but the presentation was even better. If you want the best cocktail you've ever had, you must try the Punch in the Gut. Last but not least, the chocolate mousse bear and puppy were too adorable to eat. Not really! Seriously, if you want to WOW someone, this is where you take them!!!

Great for special occasion

By Zitong Q |

Went here for an anniversary dinner and it was so special! The dishes are delicious and presented in a beautiful way which makes it a perfect place to celebrate special events! I would highly recommend!

Plastic in food

By jon i |

Plastic found in food waitress kept pushing the bill when we did not even finish our main course Came with friend for birthday did not receive a free dessert as stated. Also table service was bad they rarely cleared plates and had to ask for water refill. Food was good I did receive a discount tho

Not a good meal

By Jennifer1970 |

Not a great experience. The server never explained the concept of the restaurant begg Fore we ordered our food (which is that you cook your own food in a pot of hot soup). A very expensive meal for doing the work yourself. Too gimmicky. White wine bottle was not chilled nor did they bring an ice bucket. Would not recommend.

Best wagyu meal I’ve ever had

By Sarah Jean |

I’m writing this having just come back from dinner. I’m not exaggerating when I say this was one of the best meals I have ever had. It is a meat lovers heaven. Raw wagyu with caviar and gold leaf scared me, but I went for it and it melts in the mouth. We did the tasting menu (husband and I celebrating our anniversary) and it was so much food, but the quality of every bite was outstanding. The bibimbap wagyu had the most delicious flavor and the cocktails were amazing too. Seriously such a fantastic evening, this isn’t cheap but for carnivores like us it was the best value for money and a great experience.

Fun and Tasty Experience.

By Christine N |

We had the chefs tasting menu and it was very good. The wagyu was flavorful. The mushroom broth was the best. Save room for the super fresh lobster and fish at the end. While pricey, there’s a lot of food. Highly recommend the bibimbap rice dish too. A robot brought the hot pot of soup to each table. It was cute and kept talking. Fun experience.

A superb hot pot restaurant in the world

By TheMoment - 那一瞬間 |

On a Monday evening, I was walking in the shopping areas in The Palazzo at the Venetian hotel and was wondering where to go for dinner and this restaurant caught my eyes, I was a little bit hesitated after looking at the menu but eventually decided to try it. When finished my dinner I was so happy that I made the right decision. The hot pot food is one of the best I ever ate and service was excellent. It worth every penny I paid. I told myself I will come back again and I did.

Exceptional experience just by walking in - no reservation.

By Yulya G |

Exquisite cousin, excellent customer service by Mike(Michael). Very good quality meat products and vegetarian food. Cooking your own soup and adding ingredients gradually were intriguing….

WOW - A GREAT EXPERIENCE and MEAL

By SandFlogger |

The setting and experience itself was incredible. Then add fantastic cuts of sea food and meat (wagyu, etc) for a perfect evening dining experience. Over the top!

Strip prices but delicious

By tequillakay |

Came to X Pot for my husband’s birthday with a few friends. We all enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service. Carol was our server and explained everything nicely. We each did the chef’s tasting menu, and 4/5 of us did the sashimi/Himalayan rock add on for 28.00. One person in our party was pregnant and they made accommodations as she could not eat anything raw. It would be nice if they had one more prefix option that was a little more middle of the road as putting a meal together yourself could be intimidating. I wouldn’t say the add on is necessary, but it was delicious. Broth: my husband and I ordered the mushroom broth and enjoyed it - not over powering and had a nice flavor, two ordered the lobster broth - both loved the small lobster that was included in the broth, I tasted it and it was pretty seafood forward as expected, one ordered the spicy broth - he loved it and was pleasantly surprised that it had a nice spice to it. If we come back I’d love to try the tomato Broth. We all enjoyed the appetizers. If you eat all of the crackers before the dish is finished they’ll bring more. The foie gras app was excellent and a little sweet, the custard inside the swan was delicious, the uni appetizer was was enjoyed by all and they typically don’t like uni. The meat was what you would expect from the grade being served, melt in your mouth delicious. The veggies you cook in the broth were great with the dipping sauces. The shrimp were a hit with two people, they’re just a little messy to peel, but they give you gloves. The bass was nice but be sure not to over cook as it happens very quickly. Meatballs were nice. Dumplings were decent. Sando was superb but small, and the bimbap was a star - rich and delicious. As a local going to a strip restaurant the quality is only something you can only get on the strip. The service was 5 star, another thing that can happen off strip but not super often. The value and prices are not there, but you’re on the strip being served A5… would I go again probably not on a whim but yes I’d go, but is it is super over priced yet delicious lol. * the changing of the faces is very cool but views are mostly obstructed. The bday dessert is served on a robot that can get lost but it’s cute

Wow

By smh102 |

Make sure you reserve as they have limited seating and availability. The experience was really cool. This is not our first hot pot experience. We ended up doing the wagyu feast. We are more picky on what we eat so we rather be able to pick and choose what we eat then go off of the chef’s menu. If we had to do it again, we would go this route again. Our server was amazing. He did an excellent job and told us that we would not go hungry with our selection and he did not lie. We opted for add ins and we should’ve been more careful as we had way too much food and couldn’t finish it all. The wagyu feast alone is huge. You get a cut of each meat that comes in a big platter. We each got our own broth. Then it also came with the sashimi and the Himalayan salt block grill meat. I got the X special spicy pot and it’s your traditional hot pot broth. It was good and spicy. The hubby got the tomato pot. He said it reminded him of tomato soup and it didn’t go well for hot pot sauce. I feel as though there was nothing special about the wagyu meat once it was in the hot pot. Tasted just like any other cuts of beef we toss in hot pot. The sashimi was good. It just melted in your mouth. We did do the dancing noodles which was cool. It’s a mini show where they prepare the noodles table side/dance with the noodles. Very small serving for the price paid. Your paying more for the performance than the noodles. We got the homemade crispy pork. Hubby wasn’t not a fan and does not recommend it. We also got the tofu and it wasn’t like the usual tofu we ate and also wouldn’t recommend it. The seaweed tasted good if you’re a fan. The homemade pork balls and wagyu meatballs were ok. Nothing really special about the wagyu meatballs. I got the seafood platter and that was good. The oysters were fresh, the lobster was cut well and paired well with my pot. Their water was infused and had some pulp I think from the lime or lemon. We weren’t a fan. All in all, the food was good and the experience of it was good. The service was amazing and they will tell u exactly how long to cook each item you order. Would we do it again, no, not for the cost. But we don’t regret the experience. Definitely try if you’re interested and don’t mind paying the price but you can get better hot pot with better prices elsewhere.

Complete Disappointment

By NNN13 |

We usually dine at Chubby Cattle, but decided to come here and treat ourselves for a special occasion. What a disappointment!! Our server could not have been nicer, giving us recommendations to take the tasting menu over a la Carte (sure…price gauge) as well suggesting their Golden Chicken soup and Lobster soup options. The chicken soup was so lack-luster, it could’ve easily been basic Swanson’s chicken broth! Absolutely nothing to write home about. The lobster broth was just ok. During our dinner at X-Pot, a man dressed in a tight white sweat suit suddenly approached our table and placed a Bluetooth speaker with red LEDs on it, gave absolutely no introduction whatsoever and then began playing some cheesy pop music and dancing, all while tossing raw noodle dough in front of our faces. With all the germs in the air, the last thing I want..is for my noodles to be purposely tossed in the faces of everyone at the table. This bizarre interruption disrupted our dining experience and left us feeling uncomfortable. Despite this strange incident, we tried to enjoy the rest of our meal, but unfortunately, the food was underwhelming given the high prices. The dishes were mediocre at best and didn't justify the cost. While the ambiance and service at X-Pot are are fine, the combination of the interruption and just “ok” food left us feeling unsatisfied. With the abundance of amazing dining experiences to be had here in Vegas, I would caution anyone looking for a great meal to consider other options.

I was surprised to find an authentic and excellent Chinese style Hot Pot restaurant in Las Vegas

By Adrian L |

Honestly I was a bit hesitant to book the X-Pot in Las Vegas but all my Chinese friends told me that it is a "must go" restaurant". After one visit, I am convinced and will argue that it is the best hot pot restaurant in North America. It is definitely high end but the chef's tasting menu worths every penny. Instead of a giant hot pot to be shared by the table, the X-Pot went by the more modern individual hot pot style, which definitely is a plus during this Pandemic time. We each get our own hot pot and can selection from a wide range of soup bases. Each time they do not refill your soup with a basic broth, but rather your original soup base. I had the creamy lobster soup base, and the soup was never once diluted. The chef's tasting menu is definitely the way to go and since we have a good-sized party, we managed to try a variety of signature bases. I recommend the Dancing noodles. To make our experience better, we got a really great waitress, who speaks cantonese and gave us good advice on what to and what not to order. This is going to be my "must stop" restaurant whenever I am back here in Las Vegas.

An incredible edible experience!

By Marla F |

What an incredible experience!! We had no idea that this dinner was going to be a highlight of our time in Vegas! The tender and flavor of the meats - life changing…really! John provided outstanding service, as he was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. There was an unexpected show and demonstration of noodle preparation that enhanced the experience! The ambiance created an intimate, yet immersive vibe, giving a perfect date night or friend gathering. We cannot wait to come back!

I give X a D !

By Joe L |

I'm going to take some accountability for the review. My son and I selected X POT for 2 reasons. We love Asian cuisine, especially "fusion" type restaurants. We love hot pots and have been to a couple in New York that are spectacular. The difference is what the NY spots lack in esthetics they make up in food. Our experience at the X POT was the complete opposite. I do want to note that the review I'm giving has nothing to do with the cost. We were celebrating my son turning 21 and cost was not a concern. We're in Vegas and after about 35 visits I know what I'm spending and that's my choice. So here it goes: 1 - The good: Kevin was our waiter and he was excellent. He explained the concept and helped us get through the menu. We decided to order 2 mini individual pots, and I also ordered the $28 salt block/sashimi tasting for me. Immediately I knew my son and I ordered too much but we wanted to taste as much as we could. My mistake !! But we were excited to get started. 2 - The mediocre: Time to select our POTS. My son selected the chicken, which Kevin let us know was the mildest as far as flavor was concerned, but my son loves chicken broth. What can I say ? I, on the other hand, ordered the Truffle mushroom. I was thinking spicy but warned that it is very spicy and since my son and I will be trying each others and wanted to make sure He (we) weren't overwhelmed. The other options, tomato oxtail and creamy lobster just didn't make sense. So I'm thinking, no other choices ? I'm getting a ton of beef and there are no other flavors, besides the mushroom, that are neutral enough to go with the beef, the lobster, and sea bass ? Oh well. I'm ready to feast. 3 - The bad: So first thing that comes to our table are 2 beautiful black swans, a gorgeous presentation. We were encouraged to take a picture. Frankly, I don't do pictures of my food, I just want to eat it ! I had already known it was a swan cake from what I had researched previously. My son and I said the same......wow, this looks amazing. We both took a bite and looked at each other. The crispy flour shell didn't taste great or even good, kind of neutrally sweet. What it held inside was baffling. It looked like egg yolk, didn't have much of a taste neither my son or I could tell what it was. Ok I get it. People will say it's great, because it looks great, because I defy anyone that tells me it taste great (Cake? It was almost like it should have been cooked or something. Weird). And the disappointments begin. Next course, foie gras with red wine reduction. It was good (love foie gras). Here comes the big pile of Wagyu (3 different kinds), and we receive instructions on how to uses the hot pot, basically pick up a piece, wave it around in the pot around 6 section and eat. Taste great but frankly I could distinguish one type of wagyu from the other. Gimmicky in my opinion. Again, I defy anyone to distinguish one from the other after swimming in creamy truffle mushroom liquid. BTW my sons chicken broth selection for his hot pot was not good. Bland and flavorless. He could have dunked his meat in water and just use the sauce provided. I left out a "good". The wagyu tartare was delicious. I'll briefly (lol) describe the rest of our experience. We had lots to go, lobster, seabass, vegetables, meatballs, dumplings, the salt block/sashimi tasting and the wagyu sandwich. It all came out at once !! There was no room on the table and quickly received instructions on how to cook each, 8 minutes for seabass, 7 minutes for lobster, 6 minutes for meatballs, x minutes for dumplings, x minutes for vegetables, "this is sushi", "this must be cooked". My head was spinning but thankfully my son seemed to have a pretty good grasp on the timing and other instructions. To make matters worse a quick mask change magician comes out, of course near our table, and is doing his act, very well I may add but uncomfortable as we try and eat. Ok, I think everything had to come out so the performer was not distracted. Ultimately, the meatballs were overcook, not sure about the dumplings, lobster was tough, I think I got the sea bass right. I did not enjoy the salt block/sashimi tasting. Beef tongue was very tough, the grilled piece of wagyu, needed additional grilling (raw in middle). Sushi wagyu was just ok. The presentation was awesome but once again it seemed to be the most important feature. The person who brought it out was literally insisting we take a picture. It was like it was more important that the food. Last but not least was the wagyu sandwich. It was tough and did not like the wine reduction on the meat. It did not work as well as it did on the foie gras. 4 - The Ugly: As did a previous reviewer, something got to my stomach and I suffered from nausea and other unpleasant symptoms the next evening. Considering the amount of raw meat I consumed, using chopsticks to pick up raw fish, lobster, perhaps there was a bacteria that got to me. 5 - Final Thought: I like trying new trendy food and esthetics. But for me, if I'm paying a $500 bill for 2, start with the great food.

Really wanted to love it but didn't

By baytravel |

The food was served on beautiful dishware and the dry ice made for a pretty spectacular presentation. We enjoyed both the the mushroom and lobster soup bases but the chicken soup base was greasy and tasted like chicken bouillon. The different cuts of wagyu beef itself was not very flavorful. The dipping sauces helped provide some flavor but aren't sauces suppose to enhance? If not for the sauces, the meats would have been pretty bland. The tasting menu starts at $148 pp so we really wanted to love it but unfortunately didn't. It also didn't help our dining experience when the waitress put the bill on our table BEFORE we even got our dessert.

Unforgettable dining experience you want to repeat

By Olga E |

We had a fantastic dining experience at X Pot Restaurant in Las Vegas and I am pleased to recommend it. The menu at X Pot Restaurant is a refreshing departure from the usual fare found in Vegas. It focuses on Chinese hot pot cuisine, which allows guests to create a personalized dining experience. The extensive menu offers a wide array of fresh ingredients, including various meats, seafood, vegetables, and noodles. I appreciated the helpful guidance from the waitstaff who helped us navigate the menu and make informed choices. The quality and freshness of the ingredients were truly commendable. The meats were tender, the seafood was delectable, and the vegetables were crisp and flavorful. The highlight of the dining experience was the interactive hot pot cooking, where we cooked our chosen ingredients in a bubbling pot of aromatic broth at our table. It was both entertaining and engaging, and the flavors were extraordinary. Overall, if you're looking for a memorable dining experience in Las Vegas, X Pot Restaurant is an excellent choice. The combination of delectable hot pot cuisine, attentive service, and vibrant ambiance make it a standout destination. P.s. order a Dancing noodle! It’s must ;)

perfect customer care

By Owen Sewava |

This place is wonderful! We have been here a couple of times and let me tell you....the food is fresh, consistent, service is friendly and the environment is fun and very clean! ALL SO YUMMY! The servers we have had (Tay and Isabella) have been so sweet, very professional and very attentive, and the managers come around to make sure everyone is happy! We can not wait to come back and try more that they have to offer.

So special

By Nxt F |

This place is so special, I truly have never experienced a dinner like this before! The service is friendly and fast, and the food is presented beautifully! We had the tasting menu, and it was more than enough food for us, no stinginess in sight! Will definitely be back!

Comparison of hot pot places

By Jason |

I have been to several Hot Pot Places in Vegas already, but X POT is still my first choice. I mean Nabe and Chubby Cattle are great too, but X wins out with the dining experience, atmosphere, and environment. X POT is the only one out of many hot pot places I have been to that has no “oil” feeling. What I mean by that is Hot Pot places often come with heavy oil stains and worse dining environment. So far X is the only exception in my experience. No need to mention the good choices of food. If you want to bring your friends or company co-workers to a high-end hot pot, it will not disappoint you.

Delicious food! Great service and delicious location! Definitely returning. Jared is an asset to this establishment as he effectively delivered phenomenal customer service.

Great

By Melody |

It is great, and the service was quick and staffs were friendly. The people there introduced us many things about the Hot Pot or what dishes should we try. I mean the tasting menu are great, but there are more on their regular menu. I personally like the Wagyu tomato pot because I can not eat spicy.

Amazing experience

By Aljosa Camdzic |

This was the only restaurant in the Palazzo that had no waiting line and we only waited 20 mins for a table. Lucky for us because this was the best dining experience in my life so far! The staff was friendly and the quality of food is really high. We gave the staff all contol of our orders so they chose what they thought we would enjoy, and they nailed it! we had a little bit of everything. The food tasted great and presentation was amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

Just okay.

By Nilani D |

Beautiful restaurant and great service, but the food was mediocre at best. The broth lacked flavor and the food was expensive for what you got. We ordered the Wagyu for two, 5 broths, the vegetable platter and dumplings plus 4 non-alcoholic drinks and the bill came to over $500. There are better hot pot restaurants off the strip in Chinatown. If you want the Vegas experience give XPot a shot, but if you want good food, go elsewhere.

Excellent, amazing

By Bela |

Excellent, my friends from Las Vegas gave a surprise party in the restaurant and it was the most amazing food that I ever try . WOW . I loved !!!

Great ambiance and design. Good meat but pricey.

Reserve ahead of time. Good meat but pricey. 2nd floor of the Palazzo. I'm so biased for ambiance. Beautiful design. Wagyu-focused. Have a Smokey nitrogen gas rack of meat. Service is fine. Dancing noodle attraction always fun.

Fun and Unique

Interesting and quite unique experience if you’ve never done this sort of dining. FOOD The food is good. You’ll pretty much be cooking it all by yourself, but that’s the fun part in this whole thing. We had the tasting menu and it was quite good. Lots of different flavors and the presentation is really interesting. I would say that you/your guest(s) should have an adventurous palate, otherwise, you might be one of those people that don't like it because they didn’t have chicken fingers and fries. EXPERIENCE You cook your own food in a broth, some of it is cooked for you and some dishes even come with a little show like a guy making noodles and sort of dancing while he does it in front of you. There is dry ice being poured over a statue of a bronze bull and even a little robot that whizzes by every now and then with food on it. It’s certainly a cool place to visit and you won’t walk away thinking it was just another plain restaurant. CONCLUSION Once again, if you’re open minded about presentation and food, go for it. The food is actually good. That said, if you’re the type of person that orders steak and fries because that’s safe and that’s what “you know”, then you might not enjoy it as much.

Fantastic time at X Pot

This was one of my most memorable dining experiences in recent memory. Huge thanks to all the wait staff - especially Cody for taking very good care of us. The hand pulled noodles show, high quality meats (Best A5 steak I've ever had) and delicious dessert make this place a must try for those visiting the Palazzo. We will definitely be back!

A dining experience like no other

We had an amazing dinner with a group of six of us. The food was of the highest quality, the service was amazing. Manager Jeremy took very good care of us very sophisticated, knowledgeable young man. We highly recommend this restaurant. with all the choices in Las Vegas this is an experience with amazing foods you can get nowhere else

One of the worst meals and experiences.

Why is 0 ⭐️’s not an option? Worst meal I’ve ever had in Las Vegas and maybe at any restaurant. We were seated in a VIP room which honestly had no atmosphere with 4 white walls playing amateur videos on them. The actual restaurant seemed to have a great vibe though. They had a “show” that was very underwhelming with one person dancing for 5 mins in a costume. Our waiter was simply TERRIBLE. He acted more like a car salesman than a waiter. He tried to upsell us on everything. He only offered us the VIP tasting menu and we had to ask for other options which he replied “let me see what we have”. He was never around when food came and we were often left sitting and waiting for him to show up. They delivered food consistently to the wrong parts of the table and we had to ask what things were as no one told us what was what and who it was for. Our main waiter rubbed us all the wrong way and we are all regulars in high end restaurants in Vegas and not seen anything like this. 4 peoples ordered the VIP and said it was ok. There was a ton of food but nothing was really amazing. The other 3 of us shared a bunch of dishes and were very let down by the lack of flavour. Once we had finished ordering the waiter asked if we wanted black cod. We said yes sounds great. To be 100% honest one of the 3 of us tried a piece and spit it out. The other 2 of us were like this isn’t very good and left about half of it. Happens I guess? It was super thin and when cooked for a few seconds turned to rubber. We get our bill after a very disappointing meal and even worse service and see the cod was $475!! The waiter never chose to tell us the market price of this? Also he didn’t ask us how many ounces we wanted?? He was clearly just trying to increase our bill. I even asked the waiter after seeing the bill and telling him shocked and disappointed I was and he just smiled at me and said or did nothing. We payed around $550 per person for one of the worst meals and experiences. I think it goes without saying but we will never go back and can’t recommend this place.
