Good quality price

By Charlotte F |

Very good quality price, typical dinner both Mexican and haloween themed, there is choice, it was good and hearty! The staff is friendly.

An all american breakfast at last!

Excellent service, excellent value for money. This place serves a full range of breakfasts. The food is good, hot, service efficient and fast, and inexpensive. if you want something to fill you that is not too pricy, this is it.

Pancakes are to die for

By Nanette L |

Had breakfast here multiple times and I'm completely in love with their pancakes. They are so light and fluffy, and topped off with some bacon and syrup they are so delicious. Coffee is quite good as well! Plus, the staff are all so kind.

We love Tinas's!!!

Tina's is...AMAZING! So cheap! Coffee is really nice and food so good! I am happy this place is so far away because if not I will end up there every morning! If I ever come back to NY this place will be my num.1 to go!

Great food and service

Great food and friendly service from Tina's Place. We ordered a variety of waffle breakfasts. Waffles with strawberries, Nutella and cream, waffles with eggs, and I had the deluxe, which came with eggs, bacon, toast, and potatoes. It all tasted great, and I wish we could come again .

Time warp

By raetzelman |

Tina's is an old fashioned diner of a type that is dying away in America. I had breakfast here four days in a row, and enjoyed it every time. Excellent home made home fries, and big portions. Really crispy bacon, and surprisingly strong coffee. Excellent value. Other patrons included the local beat cops - always a good sign.

Just what you want from a diner

We were a bit dubious but once inside the food was great and the service from Tina was awesome. So much history for a little diner. Tina has owned the place since '69 and still opens at 330am most days!!

Amazing breakfast

Authentic place for having American breakfast in Flushing Ave. Good prices and nice quality. Coffee was decent as well. You have to try it if you're in the area.

A classic, great diner

By Saga B |

This family restaurant is very busy and has a lot of interesting guests. Had breakfast here and it was a really good experience. Highly recommend Tina's if you like a classic diner with a nice and unpretentious atmosphere.

Great food, service, and value

When you get sick of paying an arm and a leg for hardly anything in NYC, come to Tina's for a great breakfast at a great price!

Surprise treat

By Thomas D |

Taken there by my son for breakfast. It was an unexpected treat. Waffle was second to none. Great diner atmosphere. Prices were most reasonable.

Cute Little Diner

I would like to apologise for the state of me some of the times that I was here. Due to their unusal opening hours it meant that I always made a stop in after a night out. Bless you for having uss evening revellers backs, Tina.

Good value, OK food, unfriendly staff, Cash Only

Prices were very reasonable. Toast was undercooked, bread not so fresh. Table was not thoroughly cleaned from last patron. Waitresses were not friendly. I guess you pay for what you get.

My go to diner.

By Carcmc |

I've lived in the neighborhood for 4 years, I probably average eating at Tina's twice a week. So I love this place! I'm the wrong person to ask about the menu, because I order the same thing every time, actually I don't order, they know when I walk in, because they pay attention. They consistently get it right. Coffee is hot, prices are low, staff is super friendly and all family! Obviously, choose your time wisely 11:30-1:30 you will wait for your food. CASH ONLY! ATM inside though. Tina works too much!! Go on vacation!!

Affordable Classic Diner Food

By drapp4 |

Classic diner food - I've been there for breakfast now 3 times and will go back whenever I am in the area visiting my daughter. There is parking on the street if you have a car. The food is good basic diner food - affordable and fast. The staff is great and hustles to get people seated. It is crowded on the weekends for breakfast but the wait is not too long. The place is not that big (maybe seats about 60, I'm not sure. CASH only but they have an ATM right inside.

First Time Visit to US Diner

By Mycroft52 |

Having flown out from the UK on my first visit to the States, I went out for a walk one morning and found Tina's. It was everything I had looked forward to in a New York diner. the servers were fantastic and chatty, the food was great (I even had grits, totally unknown in the UK), and the bottomless coffee was amazing. Forget the Empire State Building or the Statue of Liberty, I'll go for Tina's every time.

True American Breakfast!!

By Craig A |

Lovers of a big breakfast this is a place to go to!! The pancakes are amazing and the rest of the food is equally brilliant. Admittedly this isn't the normal place for a visit to New York but well worth visiting if you're around Brooklyn. πŸ˜‰πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

Breakfast

Fantastic pancakes with so much more to choose. Kind and lovely people who work there. Just how Bushwick used to be, I imagine

Great very local diner - complete opposite to Ellen's Stardust Diner, in a good way!

By sge31 |

While staying in Bushwick we wanted to try a local diner in the area while looking at all the great street art in the area (mainly centered on Troutman Ave but all over Bushwick also). As the Google description says this is a simple unfussy diner which does what it does very well. It has been in the same family for over 40 years apparently and you can tell. Friendly efficient service, great tasting hearty food, a perfect way to start your day. They deliver and open very early too!

An authentic American experience

By Ellie T |

Cheaper than chips menu of American classics. Funny opening times for truckers means its main claim to fame is breakfast. We felt like we were on a movie set.
