The popcorn is so cute and tasty, and I loved the sorbet!!! Even though french food is known for its buttery decadence, the waitstaff was very considerate of my vegan dietary restrictions and the kitchen sent out lovely food. Thank you!

We enjoyed a pleasant brunch reminiscent of former days of hotel dining. The " over the top" floral wallpaper and retro mid century modern decor was fun We were glad the hotel was not torn down as so many in Atlanta have been. The omelette with the fresh limas and hollandaise sauce was very good.

My bride and I have dined at Atlanta's best (Bacchanalia, etc.) and Michelin restaurants in Europe and our dinner at Tiny Lou's was one of our most enjoyable overall experiences ever. Every single thing was close to perfect. The staff was warm, informal, but very efficient. We shared some appetizers and split a dessert rather than doing big entrees, and our server (wish I could remember her name) offered excellent guidance, as well as recommending one of the best bottles of wine I have ever had the pleasure of imbibing. (A Chateauneuf de Pape.) "This wine makes you feel beautiful," she said and she was right, and if it cost $98, well Ive paid more and gotten less value. (You can get good wine for less here.)The room is soft and pleasant. Tiny Lou's is not a place for kids or big groups. I highly recommend for romantic splurges for couples. Can't wait to go back.

Amazing food and ambiance. Everything was delicious. Staff was welcoming and super helpful. Will definitely return.

Tiny Lou's is inside the Claremont Hotel which has been remodeled recently. A warm, friendly hostess welcomes you into the restaurant and invites you to take a look around....the lobby of the hotel (which is "tiny") and the restaurant lounge which is very cool with "tiny" and unusual furniture. Service was great. The food was really delicious. Our party of 4 started out by sharing the hamburger and gnocchi for appetizers. The bread was sooooo good....served warm with a salty crust and soft inside. The trout was delicious served with vegetables. The only thing I didn't care for was the steak...tasted really strange. Dessert was delicious as was the wine. Make sure you visit the rooftop bar while you are at Tiny Lous. Valet parking is available.

I had the vegetable omelette and it was quite simply one of the best I have ever had. I paired it with a dirty martini (it was 11:00 at night after all) and the martini was perfect! Great ambiance!

Well, if you have lived in the A long enough, you know about Clermont Lounge on Ponce...well, I have been moons ago but glad to return to have an exquisite meal. The space, updated but has a nice retro vibe. The bar is dark but still inviting and serves an awesome old-fashioned. On to Tiny Lou's...the service is impeccable and the food, oh so amazing. The beef tartare is one of the best in town (equal to Marcel's but different). The Loup De Mer is well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Oh, the lounge is still open! LOL

Tiny Lou's is a hamburger joint in the basement of the Clermont Hotel. We were seated at the time of our reservation. After about twenty minutes our waiter came by and took our drink order. After about thirty minutes the drinks arrived. I noticed the noise level was comparable to trying to converse next to a jet engine at full blast. Not even by screaming at one another could we communicate. The menu only had a few entrees from which to choose. Although it was only 7:00 PM, they were "out" of most things except the hamburger. It came with fries and in fairness was good, although it cost about $20.00. If you want the Tiny Lou's experience it would be cheaper to go to the airport, get a burger from McDonald's and then eat it down on the tarmac.

Cozy, intimate, comfortable. Combination of classic bistro chairs and upholstered banquettes. Surprisingly good wine list -- with values -- for new restaurant of this size; not overwhelming in size/scope, but nice selection. Creative cocktail options as well. Food quality and presentation are both very good. Skate wing; Trout Almondine; Although I don't eat many sweets, the dessert at our table was quickly devoured!

I made a reservation to celebrate our 24th wedding anniversary three weeks ago. When we arrived at the restaurant, the valet rudely told us they were full and to park on the street, Sadly that was not possible and we missed our reservation. We tried to call but all we got was a recording. Don't bother going here. They don't want your business.

The service, food and atmosphere of Tiny Lou’s is outstanding!!! Thank you Oscar for making our night a special one!! Highly recommend this restaurant!!

My husband and I are regular foodies on the scene in Atlanta. We go almost every weekend to another hot spot to try it out. Well, we finally got our chance to try Tiny Lou’s as a reservation was available last weekend. It’s been pretty booked up most weekends, so we grabbed the open spot. We arrived a few minutes late as we were delayed by a wreck, and the restaurant did contact us which is great! We were seated as soon as we did arrive, and the sever was over immediately. The service was top notch as was the food! We had the bread service, the steak frites and chicken dish, the Brussels as a side, and finally the ode to blondie dessert. Everything was phenomenal! Seriously tasty! Afterwards, we went up to the rooftop for a couple cocktails and enjoyed that as well. We can’t wait to return. Next time I want to try the gnocchi and the Wellington :)

The food here at Tiny Lou’s was absolutely OUTSTANDING. I can’t remember of a better steak and frites, not even during my time living in Paris and best of all, I asked for it well, well done and nobody told me “the chefs prefers to do it rare” or “I would rather ask it medium”, the waiter just said “Yes, Sir” that was great for me! (Sometimes I have to hear those comments in other restaurantes). The rabbit cassoulet was delicious for my girlfriend and I should mention that the foie gras with cacao was something I had never experienced before and left both of us inspirated in all our senses. At this point, I should get up and Offer an applause for the Chef. But this doesn’t ends here. The desserts were a master piece, a Dulce de Leche cake that reminded of my childhood with handmade Dulce de Leche in Argentina, the coffee macarrones as special as the ones you can get at Ladurée in Champs Élysées. Special note for the fraîches with benefits and the state of the art créeme de violette. As you can see we were very well treated at this restaurant, with an expert maitre giving his opinion on the bottle of wine to share taking in consideration our main dishes and with the visit to our table of the chef and sous-chef of the kitchen, at the end receiving so many desserts was just a perfect ending for a great date. We are not sure that they could ever repeat such a great moment... but we know that we won’t resist our instincts and will be heading to the Hotel Clermont’s Tiny Lou’s soon again...

Let’s start with the staff. They are 100% on top of it and genuinely friendly and interested in their guests, not the I’m being friendly because I work here kind of friendly. They’re honestly proud of the restaurant, the Clermont Motor Hotel reboot and yes, even our beloved Lounge in the basement. Now for the food....simply amazing. My wife had the whole fish that I can’t spell if my life depended on it. I had the Steak Frites which was amazing. You have to order the bread basket too. The snails were damn good as well. Finally for drinks and dessert. I’m not a dessert guy but had to partake. Give some of their drinks a try and take in the decor that includes old school photos of the original Clermont Lounge to go with menu items names for the dancers of old and current. Lastly, before or after dinner take in some drinks in what’s one of the trendiest lobby bars I’ve seen in ATL and the rooftop....YES!!! Bravo Clermont, BRAVO!!!!

I felt that we were having dinner with the couple at the next table, because of the comfort and intimacy of the space in which we were seated.

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Clermont for an anniversary getaway and booked a celebratory meal at Tiny Lou's - and we had one of the most incredible meals of our lives! My hamachi tartare was gorgeously presented, perfectly seasoned, and I almost didn't let my partner have any (almost). His squid ink cappelini was rich, yet light. Small plates are definitely the way to go here. The scallops were also delicious, so buttery! For our main course I had the sous vide chicken, which was unbelievably tender. The gruyere mashed potatoes are so rich, they are like a meal unto themselves! Dessert feels like a blur, but our passion fruit mousse was just the perfect balance of richness and lightness to end a very full meal. Our sever Giovanna made our experience so wonderful. She guided us through the menu so naturally, and it is clear that she is very knowledgeable. All of her suggestions were spot on, from cocktails to dessert. She was so personable and professional! The timing of our meal was perfect, as was every aspect of service from the whole team. Thank you for a very memorable evening, and I can't wait to visit again!

Our party of 8 were seated promptly at 8pm. Drinks were enjoyed by everyone and our server took the time to explain the cocktails and the menu since it was not in a standard format. All the entrees such as the rabbit, steak/frites, halibut were delicious. The vegetables that accompanied the meat were well selected! For dessert, we opted for three desserts to share and WOW, they were awesome! Each one had their own unique flavor! I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the ATL!

Everything is perfect here! The food. The service. The building itself. We love Sonya. Make sure to start w the tartare and end w the dessert cart

Everything was delightful!! The steak was tender and flavorful. The heirloom tomatoes were sweet and a new favorite. I loved the gnocchi and the crepe layered dessert. Thank you, Kale, for such great service.

The food was excellent as was the cocktails. I had the rabbit and it was moist and full of flavor, my wife had the chicken and said it was the best that she had ever eaten . Forest was our server, it is rare to find a server with the knowledge and attention of this young man. Great experience!

Great fine dining experience, wonderful food and service. We were staying at The Clermont and decided to eat at the in house restaurant. Had four out six meals there and they were all fabulous. Give them a try when you are in Atlanta, you will be glad you did!!

The food, ambience and service by Maurice were outstanding! We loved our brunch and will definitely return next time in ATL!

I arrived at Tiny Lou's and I heard the food was GREAT! but I didn't expect the valet service to be even better. We arrived at checked our car in with Devin. He told us that we had come to the perfect place and his presence was very warm and nice. While Devin helped us, Corey was retrieving our car. I will definitely come back to Tiny Lou's for the entire experience from car to table. THANKS AGAIN!!

Came here with my daughter and son-in-law. They had been there two times before. love the atmosphere. Our waiter was superb. I had never had a menu described the way he did. Service was great. We shared appetizers first, mushroom tarte (amazing), the tartare and octopus. then we shared the duck. It had a wing on it which I found very interesting. It was cooked perfectly. I can't remember the second entree. Cocktails and wine was great, too. We had an apple tarte that was amazing as well. It was a lovely evening and prices are very reasonable.

Our first time to Tiny Lou's. This is a top-notch dining room in the renovated Hotel Clermont on Ponce. Greeted by two lovely ladies at the front desk. We came early so that we could enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail in the swanky bar which we did. Our bartender-ess was superb, recommending two of her favorites. Then on to dinner in modern, cozy dining room which was packed but all fun. You could tell many were there to celebrate something special or just life! Wait staff members all helpful; they worked as a team in that they took care of their customers and also helped each other out. For appetizers - beef tartare and mushroom tart. Entree - steak frites and trout. Dessert - the Royale and Ruby Forest. All delicious! Great to be someplace where people are happy and there to enjoy themselves. A gracious, inviting place.

Maid not attentive to restocking glasses, bath linens, coffee, sugar. No soap or shampoo or conditioner located at bathtub. Tiny Lou's does not serve fresh brewed tea. Staff too lazy to make it. Suites have kitchens but no China, glasses, or silver and no toaster.

The vegetarian brunch options were few, so I got scrambled eggs, potatoes, a croissant and coffee. All were fine, although the serving of mediocre potatoes was too big. The design was strange: it was dark inside, and the decor looked a little too grandma to me, and not in a cool or fun way. My waitress was extremely friendly though.

go with friends and try as many goodies as you can. Great restaurant, staff, food and room. Had a great time

We didn't even know Tiny Lou's did brunch until we were searching for somewhere new to go. However, it was worth it! We ordered the pastry assortment for our brunch appetizer, and it was a trio of flavored croissants. Perfectly flaky, buttery, delicious. We had a carafe of a mimosa variant with Herbsaint in addition to the champagne-- light, bubbly, and 1 1/2 servings each for $17 total! Our entrees were the Croque Madame and the Crepe of the day. Both were large and satisfying portions. We would visit again!

First of all, if you don't know the history of this place - google it. It makes the décor and transformation of this space into a lovely French restaurant all that more amazing. The atmosphere is fun and the food was delicious. The octopus and steak frites were perfectly cooked. The restaurant's tag line is "Above where the ladies dance." If you are adventurous, go to the Clermont Lounge after dinner - it is an experience you will never forget.

Full disclosure. In the restaurant business. Give everyone 5 stars regardless... this place truly deserves it. Our server Sonia (Sonya?) created a unique, well informed experience. She led us through the drink and wine list like what a pro is supposed to do. Offering suggestions, asking preferences and knowingly serving everything on point. Bravo! Food was great. Shared the tartare- incredible. The onion soup had too much vinegar ( only blemish). The kitchen sent out gnocchis that were pillowy incredible. Trout on point. The young pastry chef just blew it up to end the night.... peanut bar with frozen pear balls, chocalate something, ( the crepe cake needs help) — desserts were really great. 2.5 hour dinner... Sonia was on it... start to finish. The crew at Tiny Lou’s know what hey are doing. And my- they are doing it well. 1 Star Michelin. - in my humble opinion. Cheers.

We ate in the upstairs cocktail bar part of the resto and after 15 minutes of waiting tried to order with the bartender who told me she didn’t know what the table numbers were so we had to wait for the waitress. When she did show, she was knowledgeable, if a little standoffish at first. For these prices you might be better off heading somewhere with more staff.

Seriously, this place is legit. Upscale, classy, dimmly-lit and perfect for a dinner date or intimate outing with friends. The food was AMAZING. Octopus tasted like no other I've had before (in a good way), beef tartar was seasoned beautifully and the steak was so tender it melted in my mouth. Will definitely be back.

With so many great reviews we finally were able to dine at Tiny Lou's on a Sunday night. The service was so so and the main courses just OK. The steak in the steak frites basically had very little flavor and was dominated by too much sauce. the escargot had no taste at all. Chicken and Trout were just OK. Maybe they had an offer night!

I was here for brunch, and was incredibly underwhelmed. There are two ways to get here if you're a hotel guest, but the back way is unstaffed so you won't get service, you'll have to go to the front. Maybe they could put a sign there :) They do not have nondairy milk, so if you're lactose intolerant, allergic to dairy, or vegan, you'll have to drink your coffee black, or bring your own. I have never been to a restaurant that did not offer nondairy options, and in 2023 that seems like a standard minimum of service. Service was fine in that we got our orders correctly, but the employees seemed very disengaged. Prices are exorbitant for what you get. The food tasted fine though. I would not visit again and there are so many places nearby, that I would recommend checking those out instead.

Enjoyed dinner at Tiny Lou’s while staying at Hotel Clermont. Highlights included the rabbit and the trout as well as a chocolate chip cookie that was so good we asked the chef for the recipe... and she agreed!

My husband and I celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary last night with dinner at Tiny Lou's. Everything was exquisite. We expected the food to be outstanding – and it was! What made the evening even better is the attention and expertise we received from our waiter, Paul. He went out of his way to ensure we'd have the anniversary experience we wanted. He described and explained our choices and offered suggestions that enhanced the evening.

Disappointing. We had the cornbread madeleines for the table. There were 4 very small pieces for $9. The halibut was dry and flavorless. White Shrimp and Lump Crab Brochette seemed to be missing the butternut squash. The lump crab tasted good, but it was presented as a visually unappealing brown tube squirted on the shrimp. Sadly, even the desserts were a disappointment despite claims of the best pastry chef in the city. The crepe cake had a strong artificial strawberry flavor. I don't know if the issue was a new chef, but the prices are too high to take another chance that they might improve.

Items are either fabulous or downright bad! For a French restaurant the desserts are all awful...sent the blond brownie back as it was old and hard as a rock, and then tried the crepe cake...less than average. Asked about the dessert cart that is listed on the dessert menu and server said it was basically a 'Grab and go" option for cookies. The steak is amazing,,,as well as the BLACK COCOA FOIE GRAS TORCHON . both highly recommended. the LOCAL ARUGULA SALAD is so bland they should take off the menu. the menu says it has maple sugar pecans - when we asked about this as none of our salad the server told us it was pecan "dust" that they crush and sliver them so you really can't see them...what???

This is somewhat a French Restaurant. We had appetizers, soup entrees and desserts. All were excellent. The Hotel Clermont is where this is located. Make sure you stop in the first floor lounge and then go up yo the roof bar. Great place to eat and visit.

We went to Tiny's for our daughter's birthday and had the best meal! Both of us had the Steak/Frites - perfect and we loved the sauce. Hubby had the Strip Steak Special - also with a great sauce. I started with the Duck Consomme (to die for) and hubby/daughter split the Squid Ink Capellini. (They kinda liked it.) We were starved and also got the Bread Service (why are restaurants no longer serving bread???) For Dessert, we all split the PEACH COBBLER CRÊPE CAKE - thin French crêpes, GA peach compote, vanilla anglaise, spiced crumble, vanilla mascarpone and the FRAISE WITH BENEFITS - honey chèvre, strawberry ice cream, whipped strawberry, yuzu-pickled strawberry, port wine reduction, citrus shortbread. Both were great, though we really liked the Strawberry Dessert a bit more. (The Peach one was HUGE!) The decor is very kitsch and we would love to check out the 2 bars. (We've also heard the Brunch is great.) There is valet parking and the restaurant will validate it. We ended up spending quite a bit, but it was a birthday celebration and we also drank 5 drinks, including 2 glasses of champagne. Totally fun place - love the history (there's a strip joint downstairs!)

Great atmosphere, great drinks, and amazing food. Cute hotel as well, and a rooftop bar if you’re looking for something afterwards. Each seating area seemed secluded but in a good way, so the place didn't seem crowded.

I have had the opportunity to dine at the restaurant for dinner and for brunch. They were both fantastic. The menu changes seasonally. The menu is small but everything on their is there for a really delicious reason. This last visit I enjoyed the croque madam and it was fantastic. The special touches on the decor and flatware make the restaurant feel very special. If you arrive for dinner, don't skip dessert. on my first trip my table tried everything and we couldn't pick a favorite they were all so good.

Located in an old 1928 hotel (Clermont) this little jewel located on lower floor was impressive for this first time visitor. A friend suggested it and it proved to be a good suggestion. Friendly waitstaff; excellent and varied cuisine; cozy without interior appearance overstated. All that was needed would be a pianist playing '40's-50's and you would swear Sinatra was sitting at the next table. Comfortable atmosphere that as the crowd grew so did its sound levels.

While the service remains exceptional, our recent dining experience was deeply disappointing. We've enjoyed the brioche bread in the past, but this time it was cold and almost rubbery. The steak and fries were the worst I've ever had, and the snapper Provençal was overly salty and lacked any real flavor. For a restaurant with a pastry chef, the dessert options were both limited and oddly uninspired. I later learned that the executive chef had left, and the kitchen is now being run by an inexperienced cook, which explains the drastic decline in quality. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning. It’s sad to see a Michelin recommendation turn into more of a burden than a badge of excellence.

We recently did a corporate dinner buyout at Tiny Lou’s and we worked with the chef to create a six course menu “from around the world” but with a French flair. We do this client dinner annually, at various cities around the country. I can say, WITHOUT A DOUBT, this was the greatest dinner we have had in 15 years! Chef John worked hard to curate a menu around his talents, creating dishes that were truly unique!! Every dish had a flavor profile, attention to detail and level of execution we have NEVER experienced, in some of the finest restaurants in the US! We were blown away! I highly recommend, even if it’s just an evening dining out. Service was impeccable and ambience is a step back in time. I would do our dinner there again and again if we find ourselves back in Atlanta!

Tiny Lou's has great food. The service was spectacular. My steak frites each was good. The bread was extra but worth it. Our reservation was honored to the minute.

We really enjoyed the food... I recommend the foie gras - it was amazing - and the roasted octopus for apps, and any of the fish dishes for your main course

I celebrated a friend’s birthday at a table of 6 on Saturday evening. It was perfect at first — inventive and tasty cocktails, nice waiter, attractive surroundings. Unfortunately, as the space started to fill, it got louder and louder and louder. I could barely hear the person next to me at times, and hearing across the table was out of the question. And then, periodically, it would get quiet again. Very difficult, and I scrapped a plan to bring another friend there to celebrate since it would have bothered her too much. The food, however, was fantastic. The bread was soft and amazing, the fromage brûlée was worth a return trip all on its own, and the steak frites was so good I ate the whole steak and felt like I could have eaten all of the very generous serving of fries — but, dessert! I had the Ode to Blondie (as did one other person at the table) and everyone else had The Royale. All conversation stopped because the desserts were too good to divide our attention with talking. I will definitely return — but likely early and probably on a weeknight, in hopes of minimizing crowd noise.

The ambience of the restaurant was great...we were greeted and seated quickly. Our server was friendly but took way too much time explaining every item on the menu. We ordered had the first course and then sat 20 min unattended, there were only 8 diners in the entire restaurant! I watched our waiter chat with another staff member , when we got our food it was barely warm. All that being said the quality and taste of the food was good. In the city of Atlanta I can think of at least 20 better dining options...

We went for brunch and were impressed by the renovation of the hotel. I had the yogurt with fruit and granola. Basically the yogurt was smeared at the bottom of the bowl with hardly any fruit or granola. I was starving as we left. We went with another couple so I didn't want to complain. As we left my stomach was growling out loud. I went to a coffee shop today and for half price got 3 times as much when ordering similar. My husband got the french toast and menu said it included a speciality butter. He was almost finished when we got the waitress attention and she said, no, it does not come with butter only if you ask. It clearly states on the menu it comes with butter. He does not like syrup on his french toast. We had to ask for more coffee. So it only gets a three for ambiance but would give it much less for food and cost. I would be willing to pay their prices if you got anywhere near what they charge. Went up to the rooftop which is very nice. Might try a burger there someday but definitely not brunch.

Well, I didn't actually count them, but 30 is probably close. Tiny Lou's Lemon Crepes Cake comes out looking like a three-layer cake, only those layers are crepes! With lemony cream between each layer and a strawberry drizzle on top. Even though we were stuffed after a huge and beautiful meal, we devoured every bit of it. The Steal Frites was perfect. The meat was flavorful and juicy and that sauce... The scallop appetizer was also spot on. I'd skip the cod. The Clermont itself has always been a beautiful building. Kudos to the owners for bringing it back. The decor itself is worth a visit. Check out the wallpaper with peaches the size of basketballs in the WCs. One word of warning, this is a LOUD room. If you want a quiet conversation, go somewhere else.

We booked a room at the Clermont and after a long day of travel, thought the hotel restaurant would be an easy choice. It. Was. Amazing. Firstly, the atmosphere is perfection. It’s plush, low-lit, romantic, and comfortable. The decor is spot on. The service is incredible. Our server was Sonya and she was warm, attentive, kind, and offered great recommendations. She wasn’t pretentious at all and was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. I’m a vegetarian, my partner isn’t, and she offered great solutions. Finally, the food was superb. I had the risotto (sans lobster at Sonya’s recommendation) and my partner had the chicken kiev. It was decadent but not heavy. The flavors were perfect. We had a delicious, delicate cake from the pastry chef for dessert - it was DIVINE. So so so good! We each had drinks and they were fabulous. This is our new favorite spot in atlanta and we will be back.

My husband and I ate here for our anniversary. We were greeted and wished Happy Anniversary with a card signed by all the staff. They also gave us complimentary sparkling wine! We immediately felt celebrated and special. The atmosphere was one of my favorite parts, with romantic lighting and luxurious seating styled similarly to the old-fashion look of the Hotel Clermont. Our waiter was Paul, and if you are able to request him, please do! He was incredibly attentive and gave us his honest recommendations when we asked for them. The food he suggested for us was right on point, with our favorite being the brussel sprouts! We also loved the octopus and loup de mer. Sometimes we feel rushed at restaurants, but we did not feel this at Tiny Lou's for one minute. It is important for us to feel like we can enjoy the experience with no time limitation. Paul thoughtfully timed out our shared plates into courses, and that allowed us to really enjoy the experience unrushed. We will for sure be visiting again soon!

Tiny Lou's is located on the lower floor of the Hotel Clermont. It's recently been redone and it looks like they tried to salvage as much of the original tile and fixtures as they could. The menu and wine list are great - high end, with a nice variety. Portions are "french sized" rather than "american sized" which is not a bad thing, but you will definitely have room to include a starter and a salad with your meal. My only negative comment would be that I thought it was very loud - the acoustics were really challenging with all the hard table surfaces and hard tile floors. If you are not sensitive at all to noise, this might not bother you, but I found it sometimes difficult to hear my dining companion and the raucous laughter of a large group of girls behind us actually made me jump every time as it was amplified... Worth a visit!

We came right after opening, usually not the best time to come to a new place but it was our anniversary and I wanted to see the new rooftop view. We came early enough to have a drink upstairs and it has just finished raining so no crowd. The bartender up there was one of the best in the city. Good drinks. I feel like it is much better than nearby skyline park. Our table was ready and I wasn't sure what to order. Our waiter gave us some great suggestions, we started with the FRISÉE AUX LARDONS at his suggestion and the bread service. Do yourself a favor and order this! My husband had the steak frites. Best steak both of us every tasted. I had the skate wing, but it was a red snapper sub and it was really really great! We had dessert, it was a sorbet. Everything was perfection.

Had a wonderful dinner experience with great service. Thanks to our server Paul and kudos to Ella as well.

Laid back atmosphere with upscale feel. Service was excellent. The bread service was a highlight especially with creamy burrata. I tried the tartine flambe which was a glorified piece of toast with cheese, lettuce, bacon and dijon. Basic, but tasty combination. The cocktails were decent, some better than others. Afterwards you can walk downstairs to the iconic Clermont Lounge. Makes a great evening out.

Visited Tiny Lou for the second time and was as impressed as my first visit . Larry, our waiter was great ! He was informative , friendly and efficient. The food and drinks were exceptional. It also has a very refined atmosphere. Cant wait to go back.

The Steak Frites (steak and fries) and Ruby dessert were delicious! Staff was super attentive. Paul the waiter was awesome. The Pastry chef was incredible.

The staff at Tiny Lou's helped us celebrate our first year wedding anniversary in style! We appreciated all of the special attention including a had written card from the staff at the end of our meal. We had the steak and the Bass (both delicious). Lovely chocolate desert. Really fantastic ambiance, fun dishes and presentation, great server.

We were guests of the Hotel Clermont and decided to have an early dinner before a show at The Fox. The dining space was lovely with a warm, European ambiance. A large wine list and specialty cocktails were available. I opted for the steak frites and my companion chose two appetizers....the Vidalia onion soup and the scallops. The steak was prepared as requested and the accompanying sauce was delectable. I had tried the soup the night before at the bar. It is the restaurant‘s take on French onion soup made with sweet vidalia onions, apples and baked with a thick cheesy/bread topping. We were too full to order dessert. Service was intermittent. I had to ask for water refills and when I wanted to order another cocktail, my server was nowhere to be found. A few members of the restaurant staff stopped by our table to inquire about our meal. Would like to return and try other dishes.

Had dinner here while staying in the Hotel Clermont. restaurant had good food and excellent service. would recommend it when staying in Atlanta

The food and service were fantastic on a recent visit. Brussels Sprouts to die for and the burger was just soooo tasty!

We had a nice celebratory birthday brunch here. Most of the items on the menu are breakfast items, but we did manage to find a few lunch items like a salad (delicious), brussel sprouts (good), cheese brulee (fattening but yummy) and a burger (good). Our service was excellent. We had three people taking care of us from food to wine (wine list is nice). They made the meal very special making us feel like we were the only ones in the busy restaurant. After looking at the dinner menu though, I would definitely try Tiny Lou's for the first time for dinner. The offerings are very special. Many of the hotel guests go for brunch and there were a few children in case you are trying to get away from little ones. Our brunch for three people with a $70 bottle wine came to $143.00 (not including tip). I hope to write a 5-star review soon on dinner.

We initially came to Tiny Lou's for a drink upstairs with plans to dine elsewhere. We ended up staying for dinner and it was such a good decision! Absolutely start with the bread service - it's delicious. Scallops - A+, burger - A+, onion soup, A+. I forget the dessert we had but it was like a riff on banana pudding but with a little chocolate and hazelnut and it was amazing. Wine list is great and our server was incredibly helpful in selecting a nice bottle. This restaurant was a real treat and while it was splurge compared to our original plans, it was a great experience and highly recommended for a nice dinner out.

We really had a great Sunday brunch experience at Tiny Lou’s. We were seated at a two-top table and I was happy that they were spaced a comfortable distance from adjacent tables. Our waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable, adding to the experience. We started with a carafe of “Death in the morning” a champagne drink with a hint of Herb-saint. I ordered the duck confit with waffles and my wife had the vegetarian omelette. We highly recommend both dishes. After brunch we spent a few moments browsing through the eclectic decor of the Claremont Hotel lobby. Very nicely decorated and we loved the glass art. Afterward, we went just down the street to Ponce City Market and finished our Christmas Shopping. I recommend brunch at Tiny Lou’s. You will want to go back.

First time to Tiny Lou's and very impressed with both the selection of food and wine available. The waiter was amazing and knew so much about each of the dishes - recommending something that suited our individual requests

We only had a chance to do Sunday brunch, but it was really tasty. Service was great and the people so nice. Definitely recommended.

We dined at Tiny Lou’s on a Thursday night. Our food was delicious. The waiter and others all took very good care of us. We had the chicken and rabbit as our main course... highly recommend them. As our appetizer we had the foie gras ( goose liver pate) and it was amazing. We chose one dessert and it wasn’t very good, it was Ode to Blondie.. We stayed in the Clermont Hotel but would go there again, even if we didn’t stay at the hotel.

Tiny Lou's combined a tasteful and relaxing atmosphere with delicious and beautifully presented food for a highly satisfying Christmas dinner experience. Service was excellent.

Tiny Lou's has been open less that two months (June 8, 2018), but they have really worked out any kinks that they may have had at opening. We went on July 27, a Friday, and everything went like clockwork. It was crowded and noisy (our one caveat), but the service was impeccable, and the food was wonderful. In fact, our server, Sonya, made the evening really delightful for our 44th anniversary visit. We had come by a week earlier to try the rooftop bar in late afternoon, and we found it to be quite pleasant, until the rain began. Having an open air bar enables some nice sightseeing, but you're really at the mercy of the weather. The prices are moderate by today's standards, with our food itself w/o beverages coming to about $110. Wines by the glass start at $9.00, although a few are higher. We ended up having four glasses. Bottles are priced reasonably, but we each wanted different wines for our food so we stuck with the glasses. We both started with the Crab Crepes as appetizers, and they were fabulous. Seriously. We each enjoyed a glass of French provencal rose with our crepe, and the combination was perfect. For dinner Susan ordered the Whole Roasted Mediterranean Sea bass (another name is Branzino), and she loved it. It was done perfectly and served with the crispy skin side up and a mixed vegetable topping. She had a Loire Valley sauvignon blanc with the fish. I ordered Steak Frites (steak with fries) with some trepidation, but it was wonderful. I seldom eat steak, and almost never out. This is maybe my third steak at all in the last two years. Too many disappointments in the past. I took a chance on the advice of our quickly trusted server. This was described as a culotte steak, served with Sauce Clermont. If I had not been told that the steak is the sirloin cap, I'd have guessed it was piece of tenderloin. It was 10 Oz., at least 6 inches long and about 1 1/2 inches wide. I ordered it medium, and it arrived beautifully seared on the outside and perfectly pink throughout, not runny. The sauce was outstanding. I had a glass of Cab Franc from Languedoc-Roussillon, southern France. Perfect. We got a complimentary desert, a really nice chocolate cake, because of its being our anniversary, We had a very nice espresso to accompany said cake. From 1969 to 1973 as a young single male I lived less than a block away from the Hotel Clermont, and at that time it was a real flea-bag. Laborers, people needing a cheap overnight, and the occasional hooker were the usual residents. The new owners have really done it up right. The hotel itself has been completely done over and returned to it's original 20s apartment house classy decor. However, this restaurant is better than anything the building ever had. Tiny Lou's is named after an exotic dancer that appeared in the downstairs club in the 40s and 50s. Parking for the restaurant is free valet. Parking for the hotel, however, is $38.00 per night.

A friend recommended Tiny Lou's as a place for Christmas dinner on our trip South. There was a Price Fixee menu. Wife ( an excellent cook): Food like this makes me feel like giving up cooking. Husband: If we were home we would have licked the plates on all 3 courses - The Seabass was amazing. Very friendly attentive service. Not cheap, but worth every penny.

We were staying at the Hotel Clermont and Tiny Lou's is located in the hotel, so the location was very convenient. Even though the restaurant was close, it was the food, service, and atmosphere that kept us going back! In our 9 day stay, we ate at Tiny Lou's 6 times! We have basically tried everything on the venue and were not disappointed by any of it. The host staff; Will, Meg, Paige & Amy were welcoming. The waiters were knowledgable with the menu and perfectly attentive, and very easy to engage with. We would like to thank David, Jovana, and Cory. Jovana & Cory went above and beyond and made our evening extra enjoyable. When we visited in November 2019, there was a cookie on the dessert cart that my best friend fell in love with, Sandie's Cookies. Unfortunately, it was only available one night of our trip and we could not get them again. On this trip, we had the opportunity to speak with the Pastry Chef, Claudia, whose recipe the Sandie's Cookies belong too, and explain the story of how much my friend enjoy the cookie and I was hoping to purchase some to bring back home to Vancouver. Claudia gifted us a dozen cookies to bring home, we were blown away at her generosity! I delivered the Sandie's Cookies to my best friend upon our return and she was ecstatic and so appreciative. We will definitely visit Tiny Lou's on each of our trips back to Atlanta!

Wow!!! This brunch was amazing! We stayed at the Clermont Hotel and our family (ages5-65) went before we all left town. Lucille was our server and was friendly, well informed, and efficient. I think we ate almost everything on the menu and the dishes were beautifully presented and delicious! We all particularly loved the omelette- the texture was so creamy and delicious. The pork schnitzel was unique and also very tasty and popular among our group... it was a huge portion-could probably be shared... I highly recommend Tiny Lou’s! Next time we are in town we hope to enjoy dinner!

Bouillabaisse. I was very disappointed. Service was charming, but I think they should take bouillabaisse off their menu. We went for the history and because the food had gotten good reviews. Result made me doubt how discerning Atlanta trip advisors are. I have a hunch most who bother are more into "the scene" than the food. Noisier than we'd have liked, but it is really hard to find a quiet place for dinner in Atlanta.

The trout was so delicious; mixed drinks were primo! What a joy to have this kind of really fine eating experience and then get the rooftop bar and Clermont Lounge right there!

My wife and I dined last week at Tiny Lou's.We had an outstanding experience! William, our server, is exceptional. He described every item on the menu to facilitate our choices. For appetizers my wife choose the Black Cocoa Foie Gras Torchon and I had the Roasted Octopus Nicoise. The foie gras was so flavorful served with cherries and calvados. My octopus was so tender served over potato mousseline with charred haricot verts, crispy pig, white anchovy and a quail egg, Both of these unique dishes were amazing! For entrees, we both enjoyed Duck a L'Orange. I am hesitant to order this dish since often this sauce can be too sweet. The duck is dry-aged for seven days adding a robust texture to the duck. A whole breast was sliced with the sauce served on the side of the dish. This was truly ethereal with the orange sauce enhancing this dish. For dessert you must enjoy the Spiced Apple Crepe Cake that is composed of 33 crepe layers interspersed with vanilla mascarpone along with spiced apples. My wife enjoyed The Ruby which is a black sesame cake with ruby chocolate ganache. She enjoyed her dessert immensely. Overall, our dining experience was stupendous. William, our server, is phenomenal. He helped us choose a wonderful Bordeaux wine that complemented our dinner perfectly. He is so knowledgeable about the menu and wine list. You must experience Tiny Lou's and ask for William! Since Tiny Lou's has been open for only 18 months it will become a destination Atlanta restaurant in no time.

I made a special trip down there for some hot tea and a beautiful dessert that I had seen in a feature in the AJC. It was a beautiful caramel and honey very fancy dessert, but what they brought me was a little piece of cheesecake with chocolate sauce on it. I don't eat chocolate, so I was pretty disappointed and sent it back. The manager apologized and asked what else appealed on the menu, so I ordered the Beignets with Caramel and Apple Butter, which I enjoyed. When I asked for the check, the server told me that the Manager had taken care of it, which I was surprised and appreciative of. It is a lovely restaurant - very romantic! And an interesting menu, too!

It started off bad for me when I was told they didn’t have any black tea - only turmeric tea! What French brunch spot doesn’t have tea? We started with a cinnamon roll which tasted like it had been purchased at Cinnabon and reheated. I ordered a classic French dish - Croque Madam. For about $15 I got a lukewarm ham and cheese sandwich with thick, soft (not good) bread covered in a cold, congealed bechamel sauce with a rubbery, unusually small, poached egg on top. My friend’s order of steak and eggs looked better - but nothing special at $18. The dining room(s) are cozy and comfortable with a sedate sophistication. The redo of the hotel public space is quirky but the rooms have a certain throw-back charm. I hope dinner there is better than my brunch experience. I hope to give it another try.

Located in the iconic Clermont Hotel on Ponce, this small and pleasant restaurant serves decent French cuisine. A bit pricey and server was pushing dishes for our party of five..."you should order 4-5 appetizers for starters."... NOT ! They do a nice job on fish entrees and our guest liked the steak frittes. Nice vibe and worth a visit.

Had the most luscious dinner to celebrate our 24th wedding anniversary over the weekend. The waitstaff were so lovely to us from beginning to end. Our meal was one of the best, if not the absolute best, we've had in Atlanta. We will be regulars from now on and cannot wait to return.

It was the ambience that caught my attention. The crafted drinks and food were amazing. The staff was accomodating. Definantly can saythat " no stone went unturned!"

Tiny Lou's is a gem of a restaurant in the Hotel Clermont. A funky fresh vibe with delicious food and an incredible staff. Thanks to Larry and Paul our waiters from the two nights we dined at Tiny Lou's while staying at the hotel during our trip to Atlanta. They were both professional yet fun which made our meals that much more enjoyable. A big thanks to Kris who sent us on our way with treats for our two dogs! What a nice lagniappe to our evening. The food was great, most notably the chicken was outstanding! Cooked to perfection. Desserts were an absolute dream. Kudos to Chefs Jeb and Claudia. Don't miss the incredible selection of crafted cocktails by Daniel.....my favorite, 'Medicine for Melancholy.' We will definitely return on our next trip to Atlanta.

Went with our family for Easter Brunch. This was a first visit for all of us and we were not disappointed. The Hotel Clermont has been recently renovated and this restaurant is downstairs. We each ordered something different and everyone was extremely satisfied with their choice. Each dish had a unique flavor profile and each of us were eagerly awaiting to have sample from each dish. Parking could be an issue, however, Valet parking is available.

From beginning to end, the whole staff and team did not disappoint. The plating was detailed, our server recommended a great Chardonnay which we loved, several managers checked up on us. Had the scallops, shrimp, mushroom tart and the desserts are superior!!! I highly recommend making a trip here. Thanks for the aggressive hospitality!!!

Outstanding food and service! A unique menu and a great selection of wines and cocktails. It was so convenient given that we stayed at Hotel Clermont.

We took a friend on Oct. 31 for his birthday and so glad we did. The food was understanding and so was the service. Glad to see that they recycling a old hotel. It was tastefully do. Great cocktails.

Delicious comfort food. Grilled cheese, chicken paillard, and steak frites are my go-tos. They never disappoint.

Great ambiance, comfortable chairs, did a great job distancing diners. We both had their amazing crab cakes, I need thier recipe! He had steak and fries, I ordered the Bouillabisse which was divine! Our server. Cory, was a total delight in every way. He is a highly skilled server with a tremendous personality which made our dining experience a fun and memorable experience! Thanks Cory for a grand experience! You are AWESOME!! This restaurant is outstanding in every way, great ktichen, skilled and friendly servers. DO NOT MISS Tiny Lou's! The drinks were also tops, my husband had Makers Mark Manhattan and myself a Grey Goose cosmo, both were perfect.

We found this restaurant in an article about ATL’s best brunch spots. Tiny Lou’s cozy dining room celebrates its link to the still-gyrating Clermont Lounge below in a smart and sophisticated way. The hip young staff gave friendly suggestions and peerless service. Our group thoroughly loved the French pastries starter followed by the steak and eggs, duck confit with waffles, and croque madame. And oh, the French press coffee! The total bill was in line with Poncey-Highland dining. Bonus: climb the grand staircase and view the Hotel Clermont’s stylish sitting rooms, bar, and lobby. Open-minded folks will enjoy the showgirl décor, every image kind and consensual.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at Tiny Lou's and had a fantastic meal! We started with the bread service and as everyone says "do not skip it!" It's the best bread I've ever tasted. We then had the arugula salad and fromage brulee. The salad was great, but wish it had a tad bit more dressing, the fromage brulee was very tasty. My husband had the steak frites which he said was the best ever. I had the red snapper which was also fantastic! The restaurant itself has a very cool vibe. Ask to sit in the "pink" room, the other side of the staircase was noisier than the pink side if noise is an issue for you. Our server Lucille was super sweet and knew just when to be attentive and when to just let us enjoy our anniversary! Thank you, Lucille! If you have time, visit the upstairs lounge for an out of this world cocktail! Again, just a really cool vibe and some many unique things to look at.

Tiny Lou’s is still a great spot in this pandemic reopened world. Our waiter was top notch and so nice dealing with a rather fun loving crew. The bread service is a must. I know, bread service is supposed to be free, but this is worth the price! I had the steak frites which was all cooked to perfection. Afterwards we took a little trip downstairs to see how the renovation went with the lounge. It’s still dirty as it should be. Lol!

Tiny Lou is a great restaurant, had a business dinner with 12 guests 5 were from out of town (Europeans). None of us had dined at this restaurant before, but everyone was extremely happy with our meals. The food was delicious, which is all that really matters. Couple a good meal with fantastic wine and you have a winning combination. I cannot wait to go back.

I was so happy with this meal. The bread service was incredible. The apps were perfect. And my pork chop was the best pork chop I’ve had in years. It was all very reasonably priced and the serve was excellent. It will be on my regular rotation from now on.

Wonderful experience, amazing food and incomparable staff. Our server, Dave was one of the most knowledgable, sophisticated waiters we've encountered anywhere. Do yourself a favor and visit Tiny Lous.

The food and service are good. The decor is well thought out. It is, unfortunately, very loud - so hard to hear your table mates. The menu is ambitious. To my mind, too ambitious. I would have enjoyed a simpler menu and presentation and less fussy food - perhaps a nod to the era they are evoking with their terrific save of this wonderful property. There was a well-rounded selection of wines by the glass. Don't skip the bread service, even though it costs extra. I had a starter of crab crepe that was yummy. The trout was also good. We had an early reservation, thinking we'd go to the roof after, but it was at capacity. They were taking names and texting folks. Expect to wait (and wait) to retreive your car from valet. By 7:30 the whole place was engulfed in its own trendiness. If that quiets down after a few weeks (months?) we'll return for another try. The entrance to the lounge has been quite compromised by the renovations but thank God is still there.

Service, Food and drinks made it one of our favorites. Everything was cooked superbly and service couldn't have been better.

Everything and more. Great setting. Comfortable seating. Top notch service. No rush. Plenty of info on the menu!

Excellent restaurant located right the Hotel Clarmont. Food was great and the service excellent. The place is actually worth a trip to visit even if you are not staying in the hotel.

This was my first time eating at Tiny Lou’s. It was terrific!! The quality of the dishes, the variety and the service were all perfect. I left and immediately called friends to go back next week. Mattie, our server was so knowledgeable and fun that we felt like she was part of the family. Great job To the whole team.

My family had to book a last minute trip to Atlanta and we stayed at the Hotel Clermont which is attached to Tiny Lou’s. We decided to eat there because we just did not want to search for anything else (having driven several hours with our dogs). We were very lucky to eat there apparently because it is frequently booked solid on the weekends. Wow, we had one of the best meals ever. I had their venison which was absolutely superb. My spouse had a French infused pasta dish and my son had a classic French duck entree. I really enjoyed their French pressed coffee. The food was so good that we went back for brunch the next morning. My son had duck and waffles and I had a classic French crepe with poached eggs. I felt the prices were reasonable as well. I have eaten at Le Bec-Fin in the 1980’s when owned by Georges Perrier and rated by some as the best French restaurant in America. The venison at Tiny Lou’s was on par with Perrier’s. I will be going back the next time I am in Atlanta!

We loved Tiny Lou's! We came here for my husband's birthday, and we had a great meal. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful, from the booths to the bar to the restrooms, the design is gorgeous. We loved the fact that the menu is really not very big, but the choices there are stellar. My husband had the pork chops, which were incredible, I had the poulet rouge (Chicken), the green beans are delicious and the potatoes that come with it are superb. Bread eaters, if you like bread, we highly recommend spending the extra $5 and getting bread service, the bread is soft and delicious and the butter that comes with is splendid. The server we had was really nice and helpful and very knowledgeable about the menu. The one thing that was an issue was parking, it's valet only, so if you can park elsewhere and walk or take an Uber, it will make it easier. We will be back!
Rife with style and class
We stayed at the Hotel Clermont for a night, and in looking for places to eat dinner, I of course came across Tiny Lou’s downstairs, and I’m so glad that I did. In making the reservation, I told the host we were celebrating my wife’s birthday, and upon arrival, she was greeted with a birthday card signed by the staff. The food was divine, and let me just say, Dave Weckstein was an absolute ace as a server. I have a long work history in food & beverage, and this fella nailed it. We wanted him to sit down and eat with us by the time we connected and ordered based on his recommendations. Overall fantastic experience, will make it a point to eat here semi annually as we come up sporadically from Macon. Cheers, and thank you Dave and Tiny Lou’s.
