The food is so amazing! From the chips and salsa to the truffle Mac and cheese to the brisket enchiladas...every dish is amazing! The service is also top notch.

Everything was fantastic except the music was so loud it was hard to socialize. Food was great and the service very timely. Again though, and I have other friends tell me this also from before, the music is very loud. Vibe would still be good at half volume.

I was turned away at 6 pm on a Wednesday because I was a single traveler dining alone. There were no bar seats available, not one other person in line, and not one person at any of the many lounge tables. But was discriminated against for being single person and not allowed to have even a lounge table.

Brunch here was wonderful- from the food, to the beverages to the service. Highly recommend this spot for a meal. P.S. try the Tres Leches French Toast!

We booked a table here for our anniversary, at 9pm. We then called at 7pm to request to move our table to a little later and were told we could move it to 9.45, so we did, but when we turned up, the booking hadn’t been altered, and the hostess said “well there isn’t anything we can do and we’re really busy so you can wait at the bar but it will be at least 20minutes”. So we left. our anniversary meal was cancelled and ruined. The place was absolutely rammed, and SO many people’s reservations were delayed, everyone in there seemed to be angry and the staff were completely overwhelmed. Also this was on a Thursday. So not even a hectic night. Really annoyed.

Toca Madera Las Vegas is a great place to go for delicious and flavorful food in a cool and unique atmosphere. I really like everything that they have available here and have been impressed every time I have been here. They make sure that you have everything that you need for the best meal.

Amazing ambiance (DJ, good lighting, etc.), good service and great food! Sides and salads are worth sharing. Ask to be seated in the back where they have a fire show!

This place has amazing decor, amazing location and fantastic enchiladas. It, however, seems to be ran by ultra clicky girls who have the most intense attitude when you walk in. We walked in 20 minutes late after having difficulty with the front valet. We were greeted by two professional gentlemen who opened up the doors to what looked like a magical jungle with a ton of open seating. After the young lady confirmed that we were indeed 30 minutes late to our resy (I called beforehand as well), they then sat us in the far corner of the restaurant near a register stand for waiters. From a local foodie who lives on the strip and has other options; I’ll be sure to exercise those options and not return.

We had to have an early reservation (445) due to having show tickets for 7. Food was fantastic, our server was great about making sure we had drinks that we would like and the right amount of food. The one complaint I have is I largely booked this for the experience and show but apparently the fire dancers do not start until after 7, this would be good information to have before completing a booking.

This place came highly recommended. While visiting Vegas we tried to find it; looking in the shops at Crystals as this is where it appeared to be. Not there. After walking around for 15 minutes we were 5 minutes late for our reservation. I called & asked for directions. The hostess was unable to tell me how to get there from the front of the Shops @ Crystals. She warned she wouldn't hold the reservation more than 15 minutes after our scheduled time even though we were nearby & she was incapable of telling us how to get there. We got there 20 minutes late. They hadn't held our reservation. Luckily there were seats at the bar & the bar tender's service helped offset the terrible way this started out. The food was good, but even the salads were spicy (Aleppo pepper on them). All in all, not near what we expected & not worth the price tag considering the service you can get at other restaurants in this price range.

Had a fantastic dinner at Toca Madera Las Vegas with family! The ambiance was vibrant, the service was top-notch, and the food was absolutely delicious. The standout dishes were the tacos and the ceviche. Highly recommend for a great dining experience!

I wanted to take my wife out to a rather rock's Mexican restaurant for last night in Las Vegas. But this is a little bit more than I planned for. While the architecture of the building is stunning , the fire features Dazzling, we had advanced reservations. We're forced to wait for at least a half hour before being seated no excuse. I warned my wife that the music was going to be loud based on other reviews, and she is hard at hearing so didn't wear her hearing aids and the music was so overwhelming, it was beyond belief. You couldn't hear anybody talking. You had to yell to order. I don't know how the people can even work there. The fire dancer. was fun although not as fancy as I thought. I thought my enchilads with short ribs was one of the greatest tasting dishes I've had. We love the guava margaritas. My wife had especially made Carne asada tacos with the meat was tough. We both agreed that if we ever order anything again it'll be take out only so we never have to spend any time inside the wall of music. Gteat food. Tone it done please. We get it that loud music attracts the bar crowd.

I’ve been to Toca Madera five or six times before and always had great food, great service, and an overall good experience. Tonight was the complete opposite. We arrived for our 5:45 PM reservation but didn’t get seated for about 20–25 minutes. We decided to sit at the bar while waiting, but the bartender who initially served us never came back - not to check in, not to take our payment. We sat with our credit card out for 15 minutes before I finally had to flag someone down and basically beg them to run the payment. This was at a time when the restaurant was not busy, there were actually more employees than customers at one point - yet service was still inattentive. Many staff were just standing around talking. When we were finally seated, the service didn’t improve. The food was underwhelming, and to make it worse, several items on the menu which were the only items I was interested in (from the “Noir” menu) were apparently only available to certain guests. If that’s the case, why give us a menu that lists them? The most disappointing part came after the visit. I left this exact review in response to their direct request for feedback, expecting at least an acknowledgment or some attempt to understand what went wrong. Not only did no one contact me, but they went into the system, canceled my reservation, and marked it as a no-show - effectively deleting my review so it wouldn’t show up in their records. That move made it clear: they don’t care about customer service, they don’t care about fixing bad experiences, and they don’t value locals who might otherwise be repeat customers. After this experience and their handling of my feedback, I will absolutely be crossing Toca Madera off my list of restaurants to consider ever going back to.

Fun...more than a restaurant. The extra entertainment made it even better. Had the Ishiyaki Flight and it was delicious. The Birthday Dessert was nice. Really enjoyed all the "fire" touches. Being in Texas I have had a lot of Guacamole in my life. Toca Madera Guacamole was SUPERB. Thanks for a fun night.

Worst experience. Do not book reservations after 10:30pm. No fire dancers. My date and I arrive at our reservation time 11:00pm. We checked in with the hostesses and was told to wait for our table. After 10 minutes we were escorted down this long hallway that led to a dark lounge in the back of the restaurant that we later learned was the VIP LOUNGE. It was low energy, couldn’t hear the music from the Dj. The table lighting was so bad I couldn’t read the menu. Not to mention NO FIRE DANCERS. SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT.

We went here for our anniversary. Reservations are strongly recommended and ours was prompt (early reservation at 5:30). We don't typically go out to a more upscale place like this on the Strip, but wanted a special treat. Pros: -Loved the first room by the main bar. The ambiance is a bit darker with candles, low lights. The chairs are comfy, glad they have a back pillow for support. I'm happy we were seated here versus in the "dining room", which seems to be more for larger groups & children (before 7). The front room is more romantic/cooler vibe. -Cocktails & food were delicious. Shoutout to Jess at the bar, she makes a mean pisco sour! Loved the mezcal options too. We had the sashimi mexicano presented as a flower/rose, guac with chips (love the pomegranate detail), kale & quinoa salad with salmon, and branzino (European seabass). -Complimentary dessert (I'm not sure what exactly, but chocolate! Yum!) -Just add any food restrictions to your reservation & communicate those with your server. They can adjust quite a few menu items. -They accidentally threw out our boxed up food (I hate the idea of that going to waste), but made us a new salad/fish. We enjoyed that for lunch the next day. -In general, good service. Excellent service from the bar staff. Cons: -The tables are set quite close to one another, but the music is louder so it still felt private and you weren't listening in to other conversations. -There is only one physical cocktail menu floating around, so best to ask for that straight away or look at the options online. I'm not one to take a recommendation without looking. -Price is expensive, but we were prepared for that. There are $50 off coupons for first visit which is strongly recommended (you WILL spend over the $150 unless you are just getting a drink). -Fire dancer/entertainment doesn't really start until 7 and we couldn't really see them where they were set up. I think if you go later you would see more of this & I assume they move around the space. -Because the tables are kind of cramped, the servers have a bit of difficulty with the presentation/communicating what they are doing (server & busser work together I think). Pro tip: -The music is quite LOUD, which normally would bother me...but honestly, that is just the vibe here so we went with it. I read some reviews, so expected the darker/music atmosphere. If you are looking for quiet conversation, this is NOT the place! Ha! -Ask for a corner table in the first room near the main bar for the most privacy. Or ask for the bar if you want a more lively vibe. -Park at The Aria self-park (the crystals shops only has valet). They are right next to each other, we accidentally went to valet but were able to turn back to the self-parking (waaaaaay cheaper). They do accept the 3 hrs free with Nevada ID. Since we had that, we didn't ask about parking validation. I'm not sure if the restaurant does that or not. Overall: Great experience for a special/fancy night out. Worth the splurge!

Truly one of the best Mexican fusion restaurants in Vegas. Came here with friends celebrating a birthday and we ordered so many different things loved the plantain chips with guacamole, tostones and caviar, tomahawk, and the assortment of desserts! Would definitely go back. Definitely a bougie real housewives soho house vibe perfect for groups or date nite. Food was 10/10, but they even had a fire performer that just added to the Tulum vibes. Would definitely go back next time I’m in Vegas.

Terrible experience. I booked a month in advance and when I arrived was told to stand at the bar and someone would be over to show us to our table. No one came for half an hour, we then checked in and were told there was a delay (which hadn’t been mentioned before). After a further 15 mins waiting I asked how long until we would be seated and was told 20 more mins. So over an hour late. Obviously we left at this point. Bad service, bad communication, just bad.

We booked a reservation for 5 people Sunday night. We were greeted by the nice gentleman at the front entrance and proceeded to the hostess stand to check in. It’s was our second time at TM and once again we were blown away by the fantastic food, decor and atmosphere. The ceviche was probably the best I ever had all the flavors combinations was truly a work of art, Guacamole was fresh, truffle quesadilla had just the right amount of truffle , queso fundido was good but it’s just cheese, hard to mess up cheese. Maine lobster crispy tacos delicious. The steak was tender and seasoned right. Lastly the tres leches dessert was phenomenal. Drinks are expensive as expected for Vegas but $42 for a Mcallan 12 on the rocks is a lot. The fire show and Saxophonist truly give the place a high end vibe. If you’re in vegas you must check out this place.

The 12 oz Prime New York Strip ($72) I ordered medium rare was overcooked, and I sent it back. The next steak I was served was cooked to temperature, but was full of gristle! Definitely NOT a USDA Prime cut! The manager must've known it too, because he removed it from the bill. Overall, the level of service was far below what you would expect from a restaurant of this caliber and price point. Our steaks were brought out before the previous course's dishes had been cleared resulting in a lot of unnecessary juggling of plates and a very poor presentation. Then, the busboy removed my boyfriend's plate from the table just after my correctly prepared entree arrived.....which should never happen anywhere, especially not in an upscale restaurant! The wine I ordered by the glass was served with debris floating in it (which they replaced and also comped). Their food is very flavorful, I will give them that. But the service was so bad, and the overall value for the $$$$ is not worth it IMO. Disappointing experience!

Loved the food, the restaurant is beautiful, the service was excellent and the experience was almost outstanding. The music was perfect except way way way too loud. We could not hear the others at our table and that really put a damper on the evening. I get the ambiance they are creating - it truly is spectacular … but when the music overpowers the conversation with friends, it becomes a distraction (and frustration) rather than an enhancement to the evening.

This is a mixed review-I would’ve gladly given a higher review because service & food here is excellent. BUT…the drinks are so watered down and weak at a high price tag, that it makes a lasting stinging impression. I have eaten here multiple times so I’ve tasted multiple menu items. Food is really good, in particular loved the queso fundido & high quality meats. My disappointment is that the margaritas are delicious but they have an absurd amount of ice in them and they are incredibly weak-the glass is not even topped. I had 3 margaritas and at an alternative location, I would’ve felt that for sure.

Such an awesome vibe at this place. Food was incredible and much of very fresh and vibrant. The service was superb. First class

Although it was first time, But suddenly I found this page... it was really cold weather while we were there.. Will visit again next night

Me and my bf had a great time here. The food was absolutely incredible!! I had the branzino fish and it was delicious,my drink was made perfectly and my bf loved his chicken. The ambiance of this place is sexy and high end. I will definitely be back. Oh! And our waitress was super friendly and very nice.

Hostess stated a 10-15 minute wait on Tuesday and she took our name, we arrived at 5:10p. Another couple came in a few minutes later with no reservations and another 5 minutes after them with no reservations. All of us were given a 10-15 minute wait. After a few minutes they sat the couple after our arrival, then sat the other couple after we had been waiting 15 minutes. So we decided to leave with such rude behavior. This was our first time coming to your restaurant and will be our last. We are Vegas locals and I’m surprised at a strip restaurant treating any customer in the manner. Maybe proper training of the young female host to be considerate and kind to everyone.

Event planners: AVOID THIS PLACE! For the past month this restaurant has ignored my now daily requests to send me a receipt for a VIP dinner I organized in June. I've called, sent daily requests via their online portal and commented on social media, but management - for whatever reason - has decided to deny me the right to see what we paid for. So now I can't submit an expense report and I'm being left vulnerable to an accounting audit because this restaurant is either really dishonest or just miserable at customer service. I can't help but wonder, if the staff is this blatantly horrible with customers' money, how they handle food before it leaves the kitchen.

This spot is absolutely great for a casual evening/dinner. The food was amazing! That first bite of my steak was to die for and the truffle Mac n cheese was mouth watering delicious

Toca Madera is a beautiful restaurant. The atmosphere is delightful. The food was extremely salty. The chicken taco was pleasantly presented but very salty. The kale salad was huge, but the taste was very acidic. The short ribs tacos were pleasantly offered but too spicy to be enjoyed. The meal was pricey for an unpleasant experience. I would not revisit this restaurant next year on our yearly Vegas holiday.

This place is a MUST! The ambience is amazing. Great lighting and music with even better food and drinks. Make your reservations well in advance since this is a newer restaurant located beside Aria. Try a little bit of everything from appetizers, drinks and desserts to get the full experience. This place itself is an experience.

What a great place. I thought Hell’s Kitchen was the best. This was outstanding. Great service Amazing food Beautiful atmosphere

I had previously gone to the Scottsdale location.......Absolutely loved that experience and this visit did not disappoint! The ambiance was incredible with a fire dancer and wonderful lighting as well as excellent food and outstanding service. You will feel like you are one of the "Coolest" people in Las Vegas if you go here!

Amazing atmosphere, simply beautiful and delicious food, drinks were awesome and service brilliant, couldn't fault it... A must stop dinner location in Vegas!

Beautiful venue, amazing food and exceptional service! Went with a group of friends for a girls night out and couldn’t have picked a better restaurant. Nothing else like it in Las Vegas

I love this restaurant! We have been a few times and each time it lives up to our memory. The drinks are of reasonable quality, but the food is the absolute standout! My favorites are: guacamole with plantain chips, truffle quesadilla, wonton tacos (both the tuna and wagyu), hamchi (in my opinion, the best thing on their menu), and the brown butter cake (I still think about this cake). The fire dancers make rounds between rooms and provide a nice hourly entertainment. The DJ plays a mix of house music (check out their Spotify channel), which always sets a nice vibe. Can't wait to return!

I will definitely be returning. We had such a great experience. The food was amazing and the service blew me away! Took all the servers recommendations, the busser was super friendly, and manager went out of his way for us! Truly an amazing experience. Ps, make sure to order the branzino, wagyu, and shishito peppers!

Great vibe, delicious and fresh food! Cooked to order. We had lunch. Excellent service 10/10. It’s tucked in a corner of the Bellagio Crystals Mall, if you use the directory you’ll find it.

Delicious food! The truffle quesadilla isn’t to be missed . I had the chicken with green sauce and it was delicious. The street corn was amazing and the the Branzino is another star! Margaritas are on point! And we know good margaritas coming from Texas. It’s loud which I didn’t enjoy but the entertainment was amazing.

location in aria shopping mall with a great atmosphere. casual chic. food was good, but the drinks were amazing! close seating, but otherwise comfortable dining

I visited this restaurant with my sister, brother-in-law, and senior parents during happy hour. Sometimes when family gets together, they can be rambunctious. But, the host, the waitstaff, and the management were kind and charismatic. The waiter, Travis, laughed at my dad's jokes like they weren't "dad jokes". We ordered tostaditos, guacamole, hamachi, and tacos, along with margaritas. The staff was attentive, and kept our table supplied with chips and pico. Yum!

Despite the food being delicious, and ambiance very nice, even though the music was a little too loud to have a conversation. The service especially from the security team was absolutely inappropriate, while my girlfriend was waiting for me, one of the guard started hitting on her on Saturday night, June 1st. Not just saying how beautiful she is, but asking her out despite her saying she had a boyfriend. The guard went on saying I wasn’t a good boyfriend because she was waiting for me…. First of all, know your place, you’re doing security, and hitting on customers, wildly inappropriate, and making the customers uncomfortable. Second of all, take a cue, when you’re told your flirtatious attitude is not welcome and her heart is taken, apologize and leave the customer alone! Really disappointed with these low standards for a place that looks like it’s aiming for more….

Went to celebrate our friends birthday at the Las Vegas location. Lived up to the expectations and was excellent. Our server, Brandon, was professional and attentive. He made excellent suggestions for beverages and food pairings. Highlights were definitely the caviar tostones, tomahawk steak (served table side and on fire) and butter cake. Not only was the food excellent, but we also got a show with a fire dancer that performed throughout the restaurant. We sat in the back dining room overlooking the kitchen and the atmosphere was fun and lively. Would definitely go back again for a special occasion without hesitation.

We were her for a business meeting. The restaurant is loud and wasn't a great setting for a business meeting. The service was a little slow and forgetful. I had steak, Rice and beans. The steak was good, but a little on the chewy side. The cilantro rice was really good. The beans were meh. It's a neat environment. The food is okay.

We went here for a special birthday dinner for my partner. The fire performers were not the only performance! The staff "performs" with some of the food items that have fire and smoke tableside! The food was absolutely delicious, and not your typical Mexican at all! First, have the hamachi, and you will just want more. If you like Bourbon, have the delicious PAPASITO drink which comes "smoking". If you don't eat meat (like me) the fish was amazing. Besides all of that, the service was top notch - Marcus and his assistant Joe were attentive, fun, and knowledgeable. They brought a beautiful dessert to commemorate the birthday with a sparkler. The ambiance was really cool also. This is a do-not-miss place for Vegas. However, if this is a special occasion, don't rely on Open Table to communicate any requests you have via the app/reservation. CALL the restaurant and talk to the hostess and tell her your requests, as you will see some mixed reviews on this subject below. We called the restaurant, and they had not seen the requests from Open Table, but because we called, they immediately greeted us with acknowledgement and happy birthdays.

I was turned down because I was a solo dinner. I waited at the bar even though there were many empty tables. No luck. The place is loud and far from being a Mexican restaurant. If you like loud places, fake mexican food and know you are going to wait a long time to be seated or not seated if you go by yourself, this is the place.

Some of the best Mexican food inVegas. Drinks are so good. Strawberry Margarita is unreal. Everything is very flavorful.

We reserved a table for our anniversary dinner and was very impressed with the food and the staff. The cocktails were great, the main courses were delicious and the wonderful staff gave us a complimentary desert as we were celebrating. We would definitely go again next time we're in Vegas.

Beautiful restaurant that is dark and mysterious: perfect for creating romance. Robin was my server and he was excellent. The food was good but a bit too spiced up for my soft palet. Same with my partner's. The chips were great! Robin made sure to add a special dessert for my date as it was his birthday. What I do not understand is why I was charged an extra $50 seperately on my credit card. Still trying to get an answer on that one. Two emails so far have not produced a response.

Incredible brunch! The truffle hashbrown and steak & eggs were amazing, and the mimosa kit was such a fun touch. Huge thanks to Mr. Weatherspoon for going above and beyond — truly outstanding service!

This was our dinner to wrap up a couple's weekend away in Vegas! I have not been impressed like this in a long time. Everything we had on the menu was delicious. Our server guided us through the menu and seemed knowledgeable about everything on the menu. The fire show was nice, and the DJ only added to the atmosphere. Everything was perfect!

Ate at the bar. Diego was so professional.. Watched him wait on several customers. He is top shelf. The guac and pico were great . The centercut ribeye was out of this world and cooked to perfection, she had a flat iron and it was great as well.We are local and will definitely go back . HIghly recommend.

Atmosphere and service 10 stars! Oysters were phenomenal! Food was awesome and the shots were too! Highly recommended for a great experience!
Fun and Entertained
Absolutely loved this place! Great food and assortment of flavors. Fun tasty drinks and the entertainment was so great!
