Sat outside, table way to small for plates and glasses to eat comfortably. Had to juggle drinks and food. I had fish tacos. The fish looked like a fish stick hidden under condiments. Corn was cold. I've eaten here in the past but its gone down hill. Won't recommend.

Stopped here July 4 about 1700. The patio was a little busier than inside but overall the place was not busy. Definitely need more staff. The bartender was overworked but pleasant nonetheless. For drinks I had the coco-mojito; good but I prefer traditional mojitos. Tried the “she’s my niece” which was definitely tasty. For food I had the fried pickles ( can’t pass those up!) and the Nashville hot chicken tenders with garlic fries. Food was fresh and hot. The “hot” had really good flavor without burning your mouth. The flight sauces that come with are ok; there were 6: truffle aoli, ranch, honey lime mustard, chicken sauce, honey bbq and sriracha ketchup. The menu is definitely what you can consider traditional bar food. Prices not too bad. My bill was $66 before tip. I’d go again and suggest a stop if you are hungry.

We went here for dinner before the Terry Fator show at New York New York. We ate inside but there is also outdoor seating overlooking the strip. Our server was friendly and provided good service. We had the cornbread pancake with fried chicken and the prime rib dip. Both were really good and plenty of food. We didn't have room for dessert. It's a sports bar type restaurant so not quiet but great if you want to keep up with the games.

I asked for a beer. When server brought it to me. I said that is not the beer I ordered. It looked very dark. She proceeded to stick a stir stix in it and tasted it and said this not the right beer. Then went and got me the right beer. Very slow.

Situated right on the Las Vegas strip and part of the New York Hotel and Casino, you have your choice of outside dining right in front of the Brooklyn Bridge or inside surrounded by large TVs to give it that sports ready feel. We picked outside for the warmth and sunshine, and the people watching. Tap marks for the copious, ever ready and exceptionally personable staff. Waters and coffee‘s always filled with a smile no less. A quick gander at the breakfast and the lunch menus, both available at 11 AM, revealed a generous selection for both meal types although the prices did seem at first blush to be on the higher side— yep, I know Vegas but still. Wasn’t until the enormous portions were delivered that I felt the extra bucks were justifiable. Plus the food was fabulous! Started with the spinach artichoke dip which was rich, creamy, and absolutely spectacular— almost ruined the main meal. My daughter stuck with breakfast, an extremely large omelette made to her specifications, Including to hold off on the four eggs advertised for only three, plus yummy hashbrowns and buttered English muffins on the side. She tried her best as she was extremely pleased with the flavor but simply could not consume the hearty amount of food. I ordered the fish tacos, also a very large portion, with three flour tortillas (corn offered as well) stuffed with delightfully flash fried flaky white fish, a cilantro and scallion slaw atop with a tangy chipotle drizzle for further flavor. There was a colorful veggie side dish to boot. Couldn’t finish mine either. For just signing up as following friends, we got free queso with chips. Thanks Tom!

Alyssa was our waitress and she was amazing! She was super fun and was down with our crazy group. You guys. She helped me win a bet. Alyssa is my spirit animal.

Excellent service & loved the food! The breakfast was amazing! Great atmosphere and right next to our resort Park MGM.

It is a good place to eat and the food is good. It is just nothing remarkable about it. They have nice seating outside so you can enjoy nice weather and people watch while you drink your bottomless Mimosas.

Not worth the money. Mac and cheese 21$ hardly any cheese more of a white sauce. I make homemade mac and cheese it’s not hard to incorporate cheese. A little cheese baked on top dose not qualify as Mac and cheese. I ate a few noodles that were completely dry. We ate at alit of restaurants and this was a little higher than most.

First morning breakfast whilst staying at New York New York. Absolutely beauiful Pancakes and coffee - Service was excellent, lovely ambience. Set me up for a busy day exploring Las Vegas.

Excellent place for Breakfast and Dinner. The servers, specifically Maggie was super friendly super attentive and makes you feel welcome, highly recommended for any occasion

Our waitress, Amanda, was great! There was an oops with our food going to the wrong table but the waitress and manager on the floor made it right quickly. Best service we have had so far on this trip. The crispy chicken tenders are very good.

Went here as a group of 4 for breakfast. One of our group just wanted some toast but was told they’d run out of toast! Run out of toast at 10am when it was offered on many of the menu options? The food took about 20 minutes to arrive and all 3 meals were cold. Just as it arrived the manager came over with a beaming smile and asked if everything was ok. I said the food was cold and he asked if I wanted mine changed. As we were on a tight time schedule I said I didn’t have time to wait, so no thank you. He left, still beaming, with no apology. I’d ordered Eggs Benedict and when I went to cut into one of my poached eggs, I realised that it was just egg white, then noticed a runny yolk on the other side of the plate. The egg had obviously been broken when plating up but rather than plating another egg, the meal was sent out as it was. The waitress came and asked if everything was ok. I mentioned the egg and she asked if I wanted another cooked. I said no but unbeknown to me, my friend nodded to her, When I started to eat the meal I also realised that part of the egg whites were uncooked. 3 of us ate our cold meals as we were going on a trip and wouldn’t have an opportunity to eat for some time. Just as I was finishing my meal, the replacement poached egg arrived, about 10 minutes after it was requested by my friend. Terrible quality of food and attitude of the manager. Don’t eat breakfast here. The first 2 days we were in Vegas staying at the Park MGM we ate breakfast in the Hard Rock Cafe and the quality of the food and the service was great, and it was cheaper than Tom’s Urban so I’d strongly recommend going there.

Served by Emmanuel who was just hilarious and so helpful too! Great food and beers and really excellent service. Perfect family dinner!

This was our 2nd visit to Toms Urban. We love this place! Admittedly, its the bogo 40 oz beer that brought us here both times, but we will continue to come here even without the bogo. We ordered the Angry Orchard cider both times. Crisp, cold, and delicious. Their deep fried pickles are the best in the world! Seasoning is amazing. What really makes Toms Urban stand out, however, is the service. The servers are so amazing! Helpful, friendly, and attentive. This is a great place to kick back, relax, and enjoy good company with a huge beverage and great appetizers. Or even a full meal.

We are a family of three. The food was fantastic. The service was top notch and very fast I really enjoyed the Nashville hot crispy chicken

This place is trying to find its identity. A decade ago, this place was ESPN Zone right across from the sports book. Now it’s sort of a brunch, sports bar, street food foodie spot. I had breakfast here and the food was good. The cheesy hash browns were a little bit of a gooey mess. Bennys were on point. Good Bloody Mary and service. It was much better than the 24 hour place.

I just want to give a major shout out to Richard he is amazing me and my best friend is visiting from Phoenix az and this is far best place we been his customer service is amazing made us feel very comfortable and we all questions went up and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied I appreciate his services and I think he should be a boss it’s hard to work with the public but this man got it down he’s amazing thank you for serving us Richard

We arrived at Tom’s Urban in Las Vegas after a show around 9 pm. The initial greeting and seating was friendly. Food and drink order were taken. My husband ordered a burger, they didn’t ask how he wanted his burger cooked, I volunteered to say he wanted it well done, waitress said that they all came medium well, huh? Then I ordered the ahi tuna tower as a meal, humus, a Diet Coke or Pepsi and a Not a PAloma. We got the burger (their way) and the tuna, no drinks yet. I asked for the drinks. They brought a wet, dripping Paloma..no napkin or coaster to set it on so I wiped it myself. No diet drink, I had to ask again oh and the humus was frozen. I sent back the humus, we finished our meal, new humus never arrived, waitress said she would take it off Feb ticket, she did (umm it never arrived so of course they should take it off) instead of checking on customers ( I think it was the manager - with long hair) he was walking around giving away shots and standing around. I highly recommend that he check food quality. Oh yeah, almost forgot that the sweet potato fries were cold and shriveled. I’ll never go back. I like warm fries and humus creamy vs. frozen. The overall experience felt more like maybe they were the C crew because A and B brew worked all weekend. Dated 7/17/2022.

Went for breakfast and dinner as we were staying at NY NY. Dinner was good. Had the beef dip. Service was good. Breakfast ordered the French toast and was absolutely amazing. It was very sweet from what I’m used too but was wonderful. Great service in the morning as well.

Had a casual dinner here. I had the grilled chicken sandwich which was excellent, and my daughter had the chicken strips and Mac n cheese. We had the queso appetizer which was thicker than queso in Texas but was good. I had a yummy blue drink. Nothing was a disappointment! Our server was great, answering questions and pointing out that the appetizer would be free ($12) if I signed up for Tom’s club, so appreciated that! I am rating a 5 based on what it was…certainly not the fanciest place in town but for what it was, it was great! However, on our departure day, I had made a breakfast reservation for 8:15. We went down, and the place wasn’t open!! How could a place accept reservations if they weren’t going to be open. We were able to quickly pivot to another restaurant in the hotel so no major loss. However, don’t depend on breakfast here.

The breakfast was great. The service by Maggie and the teamwork from the rest of the service staff was fantastic. The meal was very affordable for a Las Vegas restaurant.

I reviewed this restaurant 6 months ago and gave great praise to the prime rib French dip sandwich. I even said that I'd dream about this sandwich and would be back to get it again. Well, things changed for the worse! We had a free appetizer from MyVegas and we ordered the calamari, it was ok, not great. I ordered the sandwich that I couldn't stop thinking about and I was so excited to get it. When it came, I looked at it and instead of the beautiful rare beef that was on it last time, it was extremely over cooked, very well done meat. I showed the waitress and they took it back to get me one with rare meat. When they brought the new one, it looked more medium, but at least it was pink. When I bit into it, it was ice cold. Not room temperature, literally straight out of the fridge cold. I told the waitress and she said there's nothing they could do. MY husband said we would eat it cold, but wanted it taken off our bill. She said that they couldn't do that, so they took it away. They did offer me to order something else, but that's all I wanted. So, no lunch for me, How disappointing!!!! I had some calamari and a few fries. Hubby got fish tacos and he said that they were just ok.

The hostess was awesome the food was great. The wait staff was terrible. They were not busy at all and everything related to wait staff took forever.

Great service makes everything taste better. The moment we sat at the bar Drew and Nicole were making sure we had everything we needed, Gigi g us all the details and making us feel important. Really great service. We had omelettes and cocktail and it was all hot and tasty and huge portions. Cool interior and tunes. Perfect way to start bout day.

We stopped by here twice while in Vegas. Once for dinner and once for drinks. The food was so tasty! When you sign up to receive Toms newsletters via email they send you an email for free chips and queso, which was really good! The drinks are good too! I wish I remembered our waitresses name, she was super friendly and helpful when it came to recommending what to eat! We also used our MyVEGAS reward on the 2-for-1 beer. The fries are great! I’m sure we’ll stop by the next time we’re in Vegas!

Outstanding outdoor restaurant with lively music and amazing food. I had the chips and squeak to start and it was phenomenal. The chicken tenders was awesome as well and the drinks were good too. Everyone at our table loved their food. The BBQ chicken was amazing. We will return.

Last visited a few years ago - a good place to watch sports. Was a Saturday lunchtime and just a one page lunch menu at this time, food was ok - maybe a bit expensive for what it is. We had a nachos and a buffalo chicken burger which hit the spot. Drinks are overpriced, $10 for a 16oz Miller Lite!

The Mr and I were wandering the Strip in Las Vegas and decided to give it a try. He ordered the Tuna Tower, which was listed as an appetizer, and I ordered the Asian Salmon Salad. The food looked wonderful and tasted delicious. Some of the best “eating out food” that we’ve had in a long time. We told our server to give kudos to the chef. Would definitely go back.

Let me clarify the above title. My wife and I had eaten breakfast at Tom's Urban, this bar's former incarnation. We enjoyed the food so much that we decided to head to Tom's Watch Bar for morning food again. We won't - ever again. Tom's Urban had a few TV's in a separate area (the Vegas location is the former ESPN-The Zone). Tom's Watch Bar makes sure that, no matter where you sit, there is a literal video wall in your line of sight! The morning after over-imbibing, do you really need to see a 10 foot image of Stephen A. Smith's face? I'll bet not! The bar was 98% empty (people must know something), and yet the music over the sound system was at almost concert-level. Our waitress acted as if it had been a long night for her and wished that she had called in. The food was... food. My wife had Classic Eggs Benedict with an overly lemony sauce. I had the breakfast platter with undercooked toast. I'll bet this location (Tom's is part of a national chain), is great fun at game time. I simply can't recommend it for breakfast after a long night of celebrating your team's victory.

Visited for breakfast on first morning of holiday, enjoyed my pancakes, staff attentive and polite, restaurant clean.

Was late and at my hotel didn't have many options to eat tbh. So I decided to eat here. Although I felt rushed cause it was almost closing when we ate there. But our server was super nice and sweet. I enjoyed having her as my waitress. I ate with my mom and we split some stuff. We had bbq wings, lil mini tacos, and potstickers. All 3 were pretty good. Was a good late dinner for us.

We visited Tom’s for breakfast. The staff were welcoming and as it was early there were plenty of tables. This was our first time here. My husband and I both ordered the Buttermilk Pancakes with salted caramel butter and maple syrup. We had a side of Bacon each. The pancakes were nice and light and the bacon was crispy. The only let down for me was I don’t drink coffee and they had no other option. In the end I had orange juice but I would have liked a hot drink.

Good bar - stopped by late night after the Hockey game for a drink and something to eat. The food was good, service was a little slow.

Phoenix the server assisted me during this visit. He was not personable or friendly. He told me what drinks I should order and what food items I should order. I’ve been here numerous times and I already knew what I wanted to eat. He came to my table twice and only asked me if I wanted a drink each time. I had to ask other servers to get me drink refills. I had to ask him twice to order food items. He was complaining about paying $1000 in child support. And he was eager to leave to his second job at the end of his shift. He was not attentive to myself nor I observed three other tables that were dissatisfied with his service. This is not the representation you want for your company assisting your guests leaving dissatisfied.

This location has a great patio to “people-watch” and good-tasting food, but be prepared to pay more for it. Fried pickles were yummy. Bottomless mimos for $23USD was a good deal compared to one Bloody Mary for $16USD. Save this restaurant for a special occasion. Server Guadalupe was very sweet and kind - thank you for such a warm reception!

We had an early breakfast on a football Sunday morning. Our server was attentive and the food (eggs Benedict for both of us) was very good. Nothing outstanding, but a nice place for breakfast.

We were in town for March Madness. Place was rocking. In reality, we spent several days there watching the games. Multiple TV’s with great sight lines. Pancakes for breakfast were great. Chips and queoso with added chicken hit the spot later in the day. Plenty of options for beers and cocktails. It was very busy, but staff was attentive and interactive. Special shout out to Terry, Joey, and Jillian. Plan to watch the games there next year also. Note, tables can be reserved. General seating at the central bar was comfortable, but, first come, first serve.

Four of us had dinner here before going to a show. Decent prices, nice atmosphere, delicious meals. Experience made even better by our lovely server, Haley! After having mediocre or no service at other venues, she was a breath of fresh air!

Had dinner at Toms Urban while on a family trip to Vegas. I wouldn’t recommend bringing a family here- especially if you have younger kids. There’s no kids menu for them and extremely limited choices for kids. In general, the food is OK at best. I got the prime rib sandwich (recommended by the server) and it was really fatty and tough. Wouldn’t recommend you get the prime rib sandwich. My wife liked her chicken tenders, but it’s kind of hard to screw up chicken tenders. Service was slow, and it took 40 minutes to get an iced tea. I could imagine eating here if I was desperate for food and couldn’t get into a restaurant anywhere else. But, would I recommend Tom’s Urban to anyone? No.

The hostesses at the entrance were unwelcoming and it did not improve. Ordered eggs Benedict. The eggs were hard and after complaining we were brought new eggs with no sauce which we then added to the plate. There was no apology or concern. We had to ask for everything, the service was awful to non existent. We had dinner reservations there tonight which we cancelled.

On Sunday we went to Tom’s Watch bar and probably had one of the better experiences i have had eating in Vegas. I’m a Total Reward member so it’s pretty hard to get me off a Caesar’s property since I don’t get reward points for. Anyways, we ended up at Tom’s to watch baseball and get out of the heat and had George as our server. George was down to earth and amazing. Helped guide us through us using some discount codes/promotions and was friendly and very personable. The food was good too, I had the prime rib French dip with loaded tots. It was legit!! Anyways, I would recommend Tom’s for the food but also make sure you sit in George’s sections if he’s working. Cheers Jon

Lots of staff but nobody intended in waiting on us. First girl at outside bar said “were you guys at the knights match?” Us: yep! She was shocked that we were there when it went into OT. Total dud. We tried the interior bar…also duds.

Just looking for a breakfast in this restaurant jungle give this place a try and if omelet is your this go no further. Also if you get Carrissa to serve it’s a win win situation

Has a fantastic breakfast at Toms Urban - server was amazing - such a great experience we made dinner reservations- BIG MISTAKE . Waited 50mins for drinks , 1 hour for starter - then as we were eating that the server came with our mains!!! Asked for it to be returned to kitchen as we had just started to eat - when it came back it had obviously been kept warm- bun was dry and hard and warm lettuce……. No signature sauce either! Couple beside us were refunded as their food so cold they couldn’t cut it!!! Servers were like headless chickens- full of busy but doing nothing as food didn’t seem be to coming from kitchen at any speed would not recommend or return

We have been to Vegas many times but this was our first time eating here. We liked the outside seating, the hostess was very friendly. Our server came quickly and said he would give us a few minutes to look over the menu. We'll his few minutes and mine are quite different. I know folks are short handed but it was an off time, they weren't busy and he was just chatting with another table for a long time. We almost left when he remembered us. He took our order and that was the last we saw of him until he brought the check. Thank goodness for the "food runner" he got our food delivered hot and refilled our drinks as well. My husband got the burger and tots which he said was very good. I got the fish tacos which were a little over fried and dry. They had a tiny bit of sauce on them but needed much more, not much flavor at all. The Mexican corn was good. Lots of places to eat probably won't return

When we first sat down we had a great waiter. We ordered our food and had coffee but he kept pushing alcohol. My daughter and I did not order any alcohol and he never returned to the table. When I received my breakfast my eggs were cold I hashbrowns were disgusting and my sourdough toast I could’ve broke windows with it. My daughter ordered your French toast and was in a bowl which should have brought a plate so she could eat it. I saw someone and asked for a plate so she can eat her French toast. The waiter I wish I wrote down his name never came back to the table. When my daughter made eye contact with him to get our bill he gave it to her and she sat down and realized it was not even our bill. So he said oh I gave you the wrong bill so he gave us our bill. He didn’t deserve a tip for I don’t know any waiter or waitress that would push alcohol and when you don’t order it they don’t come back to the table. I had seen great reviews but it was not. I was very disappointed I couldn’t even use my toast to eat my eggs. I won’t be back we were there for my birthday and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

Whilst getting an order wrong is ok, it’s when you are accused of being wrong and not the person who took the order. I understand it’s one persons attitude ruined our experience but let’s hope she’s put manners on herself or found a profession she’s better at. Food was ok and manager follow up was good, but overall experience tainted by the rudeness.

OMG. You have to try breakfast at this place or you will regret it. Spencer was our server and he made our experience even better, what a great customer service. Will definitely come back to this restaurant whenever I am in Vegas and will recommend everyone to check out this place if you want to be blown away with food quality and their customer service.

Besides the smoke situation (which I’ll explain next), the food was delicious. I had the hot chicken and corn cake. I didn’t ask for the Nashville hot sauce, and it was delicious without it. My husband got the roast beef sandwich and it was SO yummy. They also bring out shots to the whole restaurant every hour (don’t know another restaurant that does this.) This is based in New York New York. If you’re not a fan of cigarette smoke or your allergic to it (like I am) be sure to be seated away from the casino entrance or out on their patio. We were seated right next to the casino entrance door (which was shut), but every time it opened and closed, I felt sicker and sicker as the meal went on (which was our fault for sitting there, we had the option to sit somewhere else). That’s how bad the smoke is in that casino… Otherwise the food was great and so was staff. Worth the stop!

Came here with my partner for lunch during our trip to vegas and had probably the best prime rib sandwich I’ve ever eaten. The garlic fries that it came with were crisp and nicely seasoned and the service was on point too. Also worth of note, The bar also shows sports and has a nice selection of beers and craft ales. Really good experience and will look to return upon our next trip out there.

Spenser was awesome!! Great service, smiles, and endless mimosas!! Thanks for a great experience! Spencer really made my experience fantastic. And my food was great. And the bathroom counter was wonderful! I loved my blt and water

Watched a "muscular" (vain) black member of staff attack a white middle aged man at the bar who had done absolutely nothing wrong, he was just sat minding his own business and saying nothing to no one. He was verbally attacked and then the staff member just laughed at the situation and offered a fist bump friendship thing. Disgusting behaviour from this member of staff and we will never go their again - we are locals and spent in excess of 7k there per year but no more. Disgusted. Will avoid all MGM bars from now on. Shame.

Wasn't worth it, food wasn't good but the service was straight. But mostly the burger wasn't done and I had to wait for water and ice about 10 Mims. I'm sure I wouldn't go back.

We enjoyed our food very much at Toms. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. It was a bit loud with the music. That is why the 4 starts. It wasn't super busy and they wanted to sit us right under a speaker instead of near the strip. We did ask to move because it was so loud we couldn't even think. Sitting by the strip was nice and we were near a heater which helped warm us up. It was almost too warm at one point. But all in all it was a good stop and we enjoyed our meal

Love Vegas. Love the people. And always love sitting at the central bar at Tom's Urban. The bartenders make it an enjoyable experience and the new salad is amazing! Nicole, Jay, Jaqueline, and Ortal always kill it. Cannot wait to see them again soon!

This is located in a corner of NYNY with indoor and outdoor seating. We were able to get a table right away in the bar area. Our waitress was great, very attentive and pleasant. My cocktail was very good and the food portions were large. We shared the hummus appetizer and chicken tenders. They were both good and I would order them again. Based on my experience with service, drinks and food I would go back.

Basically overpriced fast food Had the Burger with cheese and definitely not a 20 dollar burger reminds me of a McDonald’s burger pickles mustard and ketchup. But the McDonald’s is a lot better for $1.50. Fries were soggy. Another Strip restaurant that rips off the tourists. Stay away from Tom’s Urban. Food is way overpriced and overrated.

We sat outside enjoying the great weather & had breakfast from a small selection available, Very enjoyable, attentive staff good food, reasonable (Las Vegas Strip) prices too. Worth a visit.

Burger was great and Paul the GM was very helpful. Willow was also very helpful and nice. Can't wait to come here tomorrow

We had a friend recommend Tom Urban’s. We came the last morning we were in Vegas for breakfast. They were pretty empty which should have been a sign. The food was OK, nothing special. The service was subpar. We were put in a corner where the air conditioning was blowing like crazy. It was already a cold morning and we were told the temperature had already been adjusted. It was cold the entire meal. It took a long time for the server to take our order and a long time to get our food. When the food came it was lukewarm. Don’t think we will be headed back.

We stopped here for dinner before a show at New York New York. We dined on the patio since it was a nice evening for outdoor dining. We ordered nachos and grilled chicken sandwich. The service was very good. The server, attentive. The meal was so-so. The nachos were good except it didn't have refried or any other type of beans, so it was basically, queso and pico de gallo, jalapenos and chicken. The chicken sandwich was okay, the fries were too greasy. Doubt we would come here again.

I’ve always been a big fan of Tom’s Urban but had a bad experience Tuesday. All I wanted was a wheat beer so I headed there while waiting for a show (I always stop by on a trip to Vegas so I was excited for the opportunity). They had multiple wheat beers (duh, craft beer bar) and they were out of literally 3-4 beers that I ordered, they did not have an accurate list of beer which is so frustrating so I just left my friends to have a beer alone somewhere else that bothers to have a list of available beer. I’ll skip Tom’s Urban next time and just go to beerhaus. Fun story I didn’t know about beerhaus at the time and my next attempt to go get a wheat beer also failed at NYNY

Tom's Urban was a venue for a company dinner last week and to make a long story short; the servings were very disappointing. We got a set menu with a couple of startes including tortilla chips with salsa and guacamole along with some fried chicken on pancakes. Dry and dull. A couple of sliders followed; impossible burger and "pulled beef" on brioche buns. The buns were dry, as was the impossible burger. Salmon on salad were way overcooked. There was also a shrimp mac/cheese that added to the massive amount of food. Nothing delicious about this meal at all, only way too much food. Our waiter did however his best to keep the beer coming and keep up the good mood. Good service.

Be careful about making and relying on this place to honor reservations. Our confirmed reservation was unilaterally cancelled with one-day notice for a busy night in town.

Loved Timmy! Service was unreal! He was fantastic! Tim should always be working! Cannot wait to be back! The food was great too!

Jazzlyn was amazing. She was overworked and had tooooo many tables and was still 100% attentive and fun. She deserves a raise and a promotion! The food was fine and I liked the restaurant but this review was completely for her. XOXO. Wish her the best!

We had breakfast and some evening meals there it was all good value for money the staff are wonderful. The very efficient and attentive George served us on our first visit and we enjoyed the service he provided so much we returned again and again..At night Valerie was our server and so was Sammy, They both where very welcoming and it was like being in a movie .Tipp them all well they work jolly hard and provide great service my coffee cup was never empty. I wish I could remember all the names of the staff but sadly I cant. As I found them all to be wonderfully cheerful and the place itself is very well ran. The music is an eclectic mix they play there and the sports coverage is extensive, And it is very clean.

My wife and I dined here for dinner and to watch sports. We split the Spinach & Artichoke Dip and a Club Sandwich. The Spinach & Artichoke Dip came out within two minutes. The Club sandwich arrived 45 minutes later. The food was tasty. Very inconsistent on the food delivery. Photos added.

There was definitely enough food with a FOUR (4) egg omelette to share! We had the vegetable omelette with a side of fruit. Coffee is unlimited, which definitely helps the start to a long day in Vegas! Tons of televisions! You can upload an app and listen via bluetooth! Huge patio with lots of heaters! Good to sit outside in mid 60 temperatures and watch the crowd go by!

The service and food and atmostphere was amazing!! This was just the first place we came to in the NYNY food court so we decided to try it and we were both pleased. We both had the Lavendar cocktail. Make sure you can tolerate Lavendar! I think we both had a bad reaction to the Lavendar (google it), but I would order the cocktail again anyway!

As good a prime rib sandwich as you can find anywhere. Great sized portions of everything on menu. Fun vibe, good draft beer selection, and Jade will treat you well as a server there. Highly recommend for good food & hanging out with friends

I don't know what happened but the quality has certainly dropped since I was here last when it was known as Tom's Urban. I had the signature Prime Rib Dip. Fries were bad, obviously frozen. I didn't get the garlic fries I ordered and our waitress disappeared so no garlic fries for me. The Dip tasted like it was made from instant powder. My wife had a similar bad experience with what she ordered. There are so many better places to eat in Vegas.

Good service and my American burger was just fine. Portions not as big as some places but then, neither were the prices so all is good. Our waiter was very helpful and not too pushy.

We liked eating here. I had the poke bowl and my boyfriend had the nachos. Hit the spot after a long travel day. He ordered a Pepsi and the waitress brought him a whole carafe! That was nice. He didn’t need to wait for refills. The poke bowl was quite good! Tuna, edamame, pineapple… maybe too much white rice. The nachos were huge and tasty.

They have a patio which was full but they also have overflow seating across the sidewalk on picnic tables. The food was good, large portions and average pricing. The ambiance was very pleasant sitting outside having a relaxed breakfast watching the people go by.

Bad service all the way. Food took too long, they canceled, made us reorder and then un-canceled some of our food. There was no restroom??? and spilled some stuff when serving the plates. Not good compared to how it used to be.

Ish was our waiter and he rocked. Came in on a Tuesday, had Bennie and wife had veggie omlette, both were excellent. The hashbrowns were awsesome. Price was great for Vegas. I was a little skeptical with the mimosa and bottomless at $23 but worth it.

4 of us came here for lunch. 2 got the prime rib French dip sandwich and the other 2 got buffalo chicken sandwich and a grilled chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwiches were fine, but oh my that prime rib sandwich is to die for! I will dream of this sandwich, and the gravy dip. Best ever! I could drink that gravy! We will be back again, if only to get that prime rib sandwich!! The "garlic" fries had zero garlic on them, which was disappointing.

Great breakfast and outstanding service! Valerie was an excellent server. Food was very good (including fresh fruit) . Eggs, bacon, toast and fruit! Coffee was good too. Priced reasonably fir the strip. We will be back.

Had a girls dinner, 5 of us. Brought my daughter for her 21st bday celebration. Had the absolute best server, Emmanuel. He made the experience a blast! Food was great too!

My son had the breakfast nachos and they were amazing. Waitstaff wad very friendly. I chose the eggs Benedict and they were amazing until I found the black hair on the muffin under the egg. They were very polite about it and they offered to remake it. I declined the offer. They did remove the item even though I did not ask for it to be removed. Would like to go back again, maybe after some time has passed.

This was my second visit here. I had the prime rib dip and it was as good as the chicken wings were before. The drinks are great and well poured. The service was omnipresent. Try this place out !

Stopped in to watch the Cardinals Football Game. We sat at the bar and never got noticed and eventually asked for a table in the dining room. The TV we sat in front had our game playing but it kept switching to other stations. We asked our waitress and she literally blamed it on AI, however the other stations had absolutely No problems. That was discouraging! The prime rib sandwich was pretty good, but our French fries were cold the first time around. We waited over 10 minutes for the second batch to come out and they were not very good. Waitress was nice but she seemed overwhelmed. I’m glad we tried Tom’s at least this once as NY NY is one of our favorite spots on the strip. I do not recommend.

The restaurant is conveniently located within the grounds of the hotel where we were staying (New York New York). We were grateful that the day was pleasant enough for us to eat outside. The server was friendly and attentive. The food was very good. The prices were typical for this type of restaurant in this area (slightly high, but not excessively so). Overall a good experience

There were no prices listed on the menus for drinks and that should have been a red flag!! $15 for a draft beer and $16-$17 for a mixed drink was excessive. The food was good, but definitely overpriced!

Outside bar with picnic tables at top of strip but $31 for two 16 oz bud light beers in plastic cups took my breath away especially as I’d asked for a menu and was told there was none!

We had great service from Maggie! Food and drinks were also great. Had the prime rib dip - it was amazing! Would recommend, just know that they are no longer on the MGM Participating Outlets for resort credits, as they have changed their name from Toms Urban.

Ate breakfast and a lunch here during our stay at NYNY No complaints for breakfast It’s breakfast…. There for opening Sunday of the NFL Great atmosphere Wings and Burgers. Both were good The garlic fries, would rather have plain ole fries Will be back whenever we stay at NYNY
