My husband and I are from the UK, and we planned a weekend in Las Vegas to celebrate him turning 40. To surprise him, I had booked him dinner here as I thought it would be an amazing end to our weekend. We arrived at the restaurant 30 minutes early, with the intention of getting drinks on arrival. After getting the lift up to the restaurant level, we were met by the hostess 'Ty', who I found to be the direct opposite of welcoming and gave us vague instructions of where the bar was, whilst another staff member (in a face mask), stayed next to her and could have escorted us. We sat at a table at the bar, found it was super wobbly, so moved to another table. The shame of the bar is its set up so you can't really see the views from the tower. Our table was at 9pm, so at 9pm we headed back to where Ty was, with our drinks (a more refined establishment would have taken our drinks to our table for us). When we enquired about our table, she rudely responded with 'Did you get a text to say your table was ready?'. I replied 'no as we weren't aware of the text', and she told us to go back to the bar until the text arrived. We could see there were plenty of empty tables that needed clearing, so seemed lazy of this establishment to a) not ensure our table was ready for 9pm and b) rely on a text to let you know when to go to your table instead of a face-to-face interaction. However I was more annoyed by how rude the 'front of house' was. In our two days at Vegas, we visited at least 10 other establishments, and they all managed to train their staff adequately to be welcoming when you arrive, why did this place with it's expensive menu and additional cost for a revolving bar table, struggle with the basics. Frankly, it ruined my mood and even my husband commented on how rude they were. I'm pleased to say the staff running the restaurant level below were very polite. We ordered oysters and beef rib for starters, and we both had the wagyu steak for mains. The oysters looked presentable, but every other plate looked like it wasn't dressed adequately (dumping a bit of pepper and onion an expensive steak doesn't really cut it). The wagyu tasted amazing so credit is due there. Not sure why there was a dessert trolley dumped next to the tables, and this definitely took away an element of the elegance that they should be striving for. We jokingly said we wanted to poke it to see how the 'ice cream' was still surviving after being out for over an hour. I also agree with other comments about the venue being very cold. This place is lucky the views are amazing because I think they would struggle based on the food and service alone.

Firstly I think the $25 dollars each you pay to secure a window seat should be offset against the check, but it isn’t. Also having paid to secure the reservation our table wasn’t ready when we arrived and we had to wait 20 minutes. We weren’t the only people in this position which isnt good and there was no apology or offer of a complimentary drink. It’s only really worth coming here if you are going to sit at the window as the views are amazing as the restaurant rotates round. The food is good and the portions are large so be wary of ordering too much. The ambience is OK but the music is too loud which takes away from the romance and I was cold even though I had on long sleeves, so I suggest you bring a top layer if you dont like fierce aircon. The biggest downside of this place is the location. The Strat hotel is right at the end of the strip and there is no taxi rank, so there were loads of people milling about trying to get Ubers home without much success. We managed to jump into the first cab that turned up but it was all a bit chaotic. Overall I would say it’s worth visiting once, but I don’t think I would come here again.

My wife made reservations for our anniversary and we were both excited to dine there. Thay have a dress code which would have made the experience that much more special. Unfortunately they don't follow the code, jeans, t-shirts, and sneakers. We arrived early and sat at the bar for drinks. The drinks were good, the bartender was friendly, professional, and dressed appropriately for a high end steak house. As our reservation time passed I went to the hostess desk to ask about our table. The hostess assured me they would get us at the bar shortly. I returned to the bar for a second round of drinks. Soon after we were escorted to our table. We had to carry our full glasses to the table. I've been to many high end steak houses and found that odd but we went on. Since the restaurant spins we were chasing our table, not that it spins fast but it was a long walk. We arrived at the table and it was quite small, even for 2, but again we moved forward. BTW, they charge a premium for a window table, $25 a head. The waitress arrived shortly after. She was friendly, and professional. She gave us the arrival spiel and offered to send the sommelier, we declined. She returned to take our order and we decided to see their sommelier. While we waited the sommelier, I believe his name was Greg, arrived. He was a very friendly guy, very attentive, very funny, very informative, and he gave us some terrific suggestions. He came back with the wine and did not leave until he was convinced we were BOTH satisfied with our selection. Our apps arrived, the raw oysters were delicious, fresh and cold, with a couple of sauces. We also had the fried crab fritters which were delightful. The salad arrived, fresh greens with bacon and pork belly. It was also delicious. We only had a bite as we like our steaks with salad. They also had a professional photographer come to the table, and like everyone we had met so far, she was very freindly and professional. She took some beautiful pics. Finally our steaks arrived with the alacart side, asparagus. This is where the night took a nose dive. We cut into our steaks and my wife's medium was med rare, my med rare was med well. I sent my steak back, the waitress assured me it would be only a few minutes. I told my wife to eat but she insisted on waiting. By the time my steak came back, more then a few minutes, her's was cold. Unfortunately, even though it took 15 minutes for my steak to come, it was raw. The waitress appologized and returned it to the kitchen. Here's where we met someone who has knows nothing about customer service or dealing with people. My steak returned, well on top, and med on the bottom. Apparently the cook just threw it on the grill on one side and threw it back on the plate. Unfortunately the steak came back with a manager, Chris, who was very dismissive of our situation. At this point the salad was limp, the asparagus and my wife's steak cold, and me still with a poorly cooked steak. Chris was very flat, seemed somewhat annoyed, and offered no resolution. He asked me "what would you like me to do?". I was stunned and asked him to leave. The waitress arrived with a desert on her. We ate almost nothing and my wife was furious in tears. When the check arrived the waitress said that my steak had been taken off the check so I asked for the manager. When he arrived, again seeming annoyed, I told him "here's what I want you to do. Eat this check". He immediatley told us he's not doing that. I had to make my case to him that the dinner was not about the steak but the experience, that was now the dinner from hell. I also made him a deal, eat this check and we'll come back with another couple to give him a second chance. He finally decided to take my wife's steak off the check and made us another reservation for 4, waiving the premium for the window seats. We left very unsatisfied, and pay $400+ for a meal without entrees. As our reservation approached I asked my wife to call and confirm our reservation, which Chris had already canceled. Knowing what type of person he was he probably did us a favor, but was a little man with no honor or integrity.

Amazing experience! The view is incredible and paying the up charge for a window seat, was worth every penny. Service was excellent, unrushed and well timed. We started with delicious hazelnut espresso martinis. I loved the Valentine’s special of seared scallops, and my husband enjoyed the American wagyu NY strip, perfectly medium rare. It was fun to go up to the outdoor observation deck after dinner, for more views of the crazy thrill rides! Highly recommended!

Ribeye 22 ounce steak was tasty buy with a lot of fat. Loaded potato was certainly loaded. Oysters were a tad small. View is absolutely awesome! Reservations recommended.

Visit the Top of World restaurant for our birthdays. Team were friendly and we were seated by the window as booked and requested. Service was excellent and the food was nice but not amazing. The chicken was a little dry for me but that is just a personal preference. Considering we had two birthdays at our table I was surprised there was no little extras except a small card. Views were spectacular from our seats and we also had access to the observation deck.

I am local and own major manufacturing company in Las Vegas. I had my 50th birthday there with about 80 guests 5 years ago and was friends with the prior chef. I had dinner there last night and the food quality was vastly inferior and double the cost vs other steakhouses! Further to add insult to injury they charged me 23 a person for seats! That’s greed beyond comprehension! I will never return!

This is about the 5th time we have been here but it has been several years since our last trip. The first thing we notices is that they charge $50 per person to sit at the rotating tables. en you are spending over $200 a meal why should you have to spend an extra $50 to sit at a particular table. The food was good and the service was excellent. The chopped Caesar salad was probably the best I have ever eaten.

The food is way overpriced, the presentation is great but the food has no taste , I think we are just paying for the view . It’s best to order wine like moscato because there drinks aren’t really good, we paid 25$ per person for a window seat that did not go towards your bill.

Firstly when you book you pay $25 per person, you would think that this is towards your bill but oh no this is for your table. This isn’t made that’s clear on booking. Meals average $80+ per main which considering the quality that was served was extremely expensive. Overall we spent close to $400 for the night, we can say we’ve done it but wouldn’t recommend as it’s not worth what you pay.

Only visit was a few years ago and we were underwhelmed by the food. We went again to treat our son before he leaves for college. I was not expecting any great meal, just a lovely experience. I was wrong, this was not only the best meal we had during this week in Vegas but one of the best meals we have ever enjoyed. We did pay the $25 for a window view, as that makes all the difference in the experience. Our server suggested we start with the Calamari fries, and he was so right. These were so enjoyable with fantastic dipping sauces. The perfect starters. Next, the guys split the Wagyu ribcap steak. The server said it was enough for two, and recommended each get a side also. That steak was amazing, cut like butter. Better than any steak restaurant! They split an order of truffle fries, which were not special enough to order again, but not bad. I had the whole lobster with mac/cheese. There was so much pasta that I shared with the guys, and they then had full side portions and I still had lots left. The lobster was perfectly cooked and delicious. It was $59 and a great value. Each guest was required to spend a minimum of $55 and we met that minimum without going wildly crazy. The only thing we would have done differently was the guys order one of the huge baked potatoes to share. We then were free to go to the 108th floor to enjoy a drink or ice cream from the observation deck. We spent about an hour up there enjoying ice cream after the amazing dinner. We went at 7 to be able to see Vegas by day, sunset, and Vegas lights (plus the sphere!)

We loved our dining experience on the 110th floor of this restaurant. The rotating floor gives you a complete 360o view of Las Vegas. Our waiter (unfortunatelly can’t remember his name) was very funny and also very profissional. We reserved window table (at an extra price) and I totally recommend that. Be aware of the dress code and enjoy it as part of the nice ambiance. The food was very good too. It is a bit far from the strip, so, no walking at night on that part of town would be my advice too.

Wow. What an amazing restaurant with brilliant views. We dined here on our first night in Vegas … and so glad we did. Booking made on OpenTable. Arrived and seated on a top table (not in the revolving part). Views of the Strip and The Sphere were great. All aspects of dinner were perfect. We shared a starter then for mains we had the 22oz PRIME BONE-IN RIBEYE, SEARED SCOTTISH SALMON and a side of FRIED BRUSSELS SPROUT followed by a shared dessert Each meal cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. Service by our waiter Junior was professional, friendly and knowledgeable, also offering local tourism tips. A great experience which we are grateful we did.

What happened since the last time we came? Food still good except lamb in a bowl!! How are you meant to cut the food. Service was poor from booking to eating. Ordered a cake which the server tried to cut before being given to the birthday guest. It was so cold in the restaurant . Agree there are sadly better places to visit in Vegas

We got married in the Graceland chapel and as there was just two of us we decided to book something special. We are in UK and booked our window seat three weeks before it was 50 dollars but how often do you get married and to dine in a revolving restaurant? We had a few hours to spare so we just had a few drinks in our wedding attire. We went up in the lift and our ears popped , breathtaking views . We were served by Joey who was very polite and knowledgeable. The staff are all smart and they even have a wine waiter. Nothing was pushed on us which was good. Joey was honest about the portion sizes and we were thankful for that as we didn’t waste food or money. I had the stuffed sole and my husband had a steak both were cooked to perfection. We shared a side of asparagus and were given some beautiful artisan bread which was like nothing we’d ever tasted before simply delicious. The wine waiter poured our wine throughout the meal and they gave us a congratulations card. We never felt rushed either. I cannot thank these people enough, yes it was expensive but the views, the service and the food and wine will always make outstanding memories for us. Thank you all x

To put it mildly... don't waste your time here. The food was absolutely disgusting. its overpriced and you're really paying for the view. That's about the best thing there. Its overhyped and overpriced.

Wow. Dinner at the highest restaurant in Las Vegas! The rotating restaurant is amazing. I had a steak with mashed potatoes, and my wife had the wild mushroom bolognese, and both dishes were very tasty. The staff were attentive, but not obtrusive and the view was....well, we spent 90 minutes slowly circling Vegas at 900 ft. My only (tiny) gripe is that the lighting is a wee bit too dark for our 60 yr old eyes, but that doesn't take anything away from an amazing dining experience!

Went for our Anniversary. The view was great. My wife had the Scallops which were great, I had the Ribeye and that was just OK. We had pictures taken and that was a rip-off. Spent $95 for the ability to download and when we got home the pictures were not accessible any longer. I wrote to the company Cashmangallery.com and explained that I did not have access to a computer until I got home. They did not even respond. Pretty poor business practice. I would not recommend getting the pictures.

EXCELLENT! We expect the food, creative presentations, service, scenic views of mountains & LV strip/Downtown and the whole Experience to be the Best! Top of the World is our Favorite Restaurant in the World! We have dined here every year over the last 10 years. They have a rotating menu but they keep their customer’s favorites. Our favorites are Lobster bisque soup, calamari fries (huge meaty strips-no small rings), Waygu beef filet, chicken, asparagus, baked potato, and the desserts. Their chocolate cake is many layers with frostings and tops almost a fork high! We love their home-made sorbets as changes with the menu -cocoanut and lemon are WOW! Klodian is our favorite…as I did not have my reader glasses and he gave me his 3 inch flashlight as he had others. Over time: all their servers are Excellent! The wine sommelier, Dean, is always friendly and helpful too. We had two bottles that we had thought of and he picked the less expensive one as better value for the taste…Impressive guy! Also Impressive: we experienced and saw management visit tables to see how our meal was going and if satisfied. We love the rotating restaurant offers spectacular views during daylight and evening…so get there an hour before sunset to see both views. Best to book Sunday-Thursday so you can linger. We understand the waiters and assistants rely on tips so we try to avoid the busy weekends taking the table as we stay long. After dinner, take their elevator several floors higher (no charge) to the observation tower: see either in open air or via the windows views of the LV Strip, Downtown, and Helicopters. A Full Night of Entertainment!

Spectacular views and for that reason alone I gave it an extra star! Food was nothing like we expected, average at best! The steak was gristly and tough, The lobster seemed overcooked, chewy and lacking flavour. Our server was very pleasant but not remotely attentive as you would expect from fine dining. Slow to take drink order because they were stood chatting with each other. Didn’t ask if our food was ok and just said “oh” when told about the steak. Such a shame, I wouldn’t have paid for it personally but we just left feeling like we’d been mugged. Incredibly disappointing.

Very pricey and paid £25 per person just to book revolving restaurant. I don't regret as it's definitely a wow experience. I completely loved and cocktails and food is amazing. It was for my partners birthday which was acknowledged but they did not celebrate which I was annoyed with. The table was amazing and the service could have been better. We did enjoy though and the food quality was really good. I had an Elevated Margarita in tune with the whole experience

On top! Amazing view. Good wine card. Ample table and with delicious dishes. Good desserts. Good service!

Wow is all is can say. I have waited two years to take my significant other here, we traveled here feb 10th for my significant others birthday and the ultimate slap in the face is what I felt like we walked in and out with. Pros: check in was great very nice friendly staff, elevator ride wasn’t that long for us to get to the 108th floor No wait at, immediately was greeted and seated by the host with a beautiful view that I PAID for and that’s about as good as it got CONS!!!!!! My server greeted us with no enthusiasm or desire to even make us feel like he wanted to serve us. We got no explanation of The menu or cocktail specials, we had to ask For water and if there would be complimentary bread or appetizers served I attempted to break the ice and make conversation to see if he would even ask is this a special occasion or anything of that nature, very nonchalant about me mentioning we are here for a birthday. Mind you my partner just beat cancer so it was more than a birthday to Us We they served or could Make an jalapeños margarita , his response was we don’t sell jalapeños, did not even make an attempt to go to the bartender to ask!MOOD CHANGER We then had to flag down our server after walking past our table twice because we were ready to order a appetizer after being there 20’mins or so We then transitioned to receiving bread for the table by our wonder busser Ishmael (he ended up getting the tip but continue the story ) Our rude server came back and then asked if we were ready to order , we ordered the tomahawk With two sides Food was presented ok, for a tomahawk the presentation was horrible, basic and simply brought out like a normal steak nothing fancy. The tomhawk was OVER charred, extremely flavorless and really not enjoyable. The potato’s were great This is what really took me OVER… we had to flag our server to ask for our food to be plated to go, this guy went across the bar and simply passed us a box for US TO plate our food. WORSE EXPERIENCE

This experience was absolutely horrific, disgusting, disturbing, and distasteful. My wife and I chose this establishment for our wedding reception dinner on Saturday, March 1st, 2025, expecting a joyous occasion with our loved ones. However, from the moment we arrived, we encountered nothing but disorganization, miscommunication, and outright disrespect. Despite having reservations for 21 tables, we were denied entry due to an alleged time constraint. We only intended to take photos at the observatory, but we were still refused access until 30 minutes before our reservation. On top of that, we were given conflicting information throughout the night—some were told that once we were seated, we could explore the observatory, while others were informed of a strict two-hour time limit, after which we would be escorted out by security. As we were finally allowed to go up and tried to find our seating, an elevator employee rudely dismissed our directions, despite us being told by staff which floor to go to. She had the audacity to say, “No, it’s not that floor. It’s this floor. I work here. I know what I’m talking about.” Yet, she took us to the wrong floor, forcing us to waste time figuring out where we were actually supposed to be. When my wife and I stepped away briefly for pictures, my family members were seated. However, when they later came up to join us for photos, the restaurant attempted to seat two different parties at our paid-for table, despite our reservation explicitly listing seven seats. Fortunately, some family members remained behind and were able to prevent this from happening. It was baffling and unacceptable that the restaurant would attempt to give away our reserved seating. Adding to the frustration, we had requested all our tables to be placed together so we could celebrate as a unified group. Yet, only about half to three-quarters of our tables were near each other, while the rest were spread across different levels. The mismanagement continued when we finally found our section. For no apparent reason, the restaurant kept seating other parties in our area, despite having multiple floors available. When I questioned the manager, Brian, about why this was necessary, he repeatedly dodged my question and provided no justification. What made this experience even more unsettling was the consistent mistreatment of our guests, many of whom are people of color. Several attendees who arrived separately and provided the Willis name for our reservation were met with blatant dismissal—some were told there was no party under that name, while others were falsely informed there was no available seating. Multiple guests had to escalate complaints to management, and some even had to request refunds for tables we had already paid for due to being relocated or having their seats wrongfully given away. This was supposed to be a special, joyous occasion for my wife and me, surrounded by family and friends. Instead, it was tarnished by an appalling level of prejudice, disrespect, and mismanagement. Despite lodging complaints, neither my wife nor I were ever contacted for follow-up, compensation, or any effort to rectify this disgraceful experience. This establishment clearly does not value customer service or basic decency. I would strongly advise against anyone—especially people of color—considering this restaurant. The treatment we endured was unacceptable, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

Great experience. A little on the pricey side but the food was really good and the view is spectacular. It’s definitely an experience watching helicopters pass and seeing the sphere change as you go round.

Wonderful view and environment. The rotating restaurant takes 80 minutes to give a full tour. I reserved one Table next to the glass, I informed that it was our wedding anniversary and the table was decorated with rose petals and a greeting card. Food and wine very good. It's worth the price.

might be expensive but you will see there is a reason. Excellent service and food and a sommelier who wants to help people choose something they will like. Generous portions . Really good range of food to suit all tastes amazing views of the strip as you dine Personalized service

The architects and engineers of the Top of the World restaurant should be very proud of their work! The views were amazing! However - I ordered the "LINGUINI & (Lobster) MEATBALLS" for dinner as I normally don't make this for myself. The meatballs were definitely frozen - smooth perfect spheres with no noticable meat texture or flavor. The pasta and sauce were generic. I understand that Steak is their specialty - but I believe it was beneath them to serve me this dinner at what amounts to $150-$200 per person after the reservation fee, drinks, tips etc.

Not worth it. Food wasn't great. Review around the table maybe 6/10 but the vegan dish I ordered was 0/10. No flavors and put foods together that didnt make sense. I took 2 bites and didnt eat any more as I hated it that much. Server never asked if anything was wrong with food as 2 of us barely touched our plates. They charge you $25 per person just to eat there and then an arm and a leg for mediocre food. To do that seems like you don't get enough business that you gouge the customers that do come in order to compensate. Server was sweet but seemed new. Could see her complaining about us at her computer just because we needed to split the bill. If you're looking for a great fancy dinner go to Lakeside. It was amazing. Expensive, yes but a 15/10.

The place is nice and the service is good. The food is not very good and the prices are very high. The place is on the 106th floor of a hotel and is rotating so you see the whole city. I wouldn't come back. Value for money quality is very poor Value for money quality is very poor

Celebrated our 25th Wedding Vows Renewal Family meal here & can definitely say the meal/service & view was as professional/stunning as it was 25 years ago. Paid that bit extra as expected & got more or less Michelin Starred food Thanks again Strat for a great night & looking after us.

I would recommend to pay for a window table, it is worth it. Everyone was super friendly, yet professional. Everything we ordered was fantastic. Our waiter was one of the best. This is a nice place with a dress code. Excellent views.

Meal was poor. Felt food had been microwaved. We were rushed as hardly finished starters and main course at table. Supposed to be fine dining was not. The views are incredible would be nice if food matched.

Not worth the price for the food. The view is amazing and that is what you pay for, I had the Pasta with scallops that they cut in half (3 thin sliced scallops) and (2) shrimp and a ton of overcooked pasta. My friends had a long piece of hair in her baked potatoe and the service was just well not so good.

A must do if you're in Las Vegas. This place was amazing. It had a fantastic atmosphere. The views of Vegas were breathtaking. The food was 5 stars. The service is quick and attentive. It had everything you could imagine. We took so many photos and videos. The staff was wonderful and helpful. It was definitely one of the greatest experiences I have ever had.

He was amazzzzzzzzing and was definitely the one to have serving ask for Micah…. I wouldn’t want to have no one other than him!

Made a last minute booking for four people on a recent business trip. We were on time for our booking but had to wait 35 minutes to be seated. We had paid for the window tables which was pretty cool. The service once seated was exceptional. Team were very attentive and the quality of everything was first class. The food / drinks were amazing. Would highly recommend and will certainly visit again.

We went for my friend's 27th birthday and had the best waiter I have ever had (Micah) I hope I spelled it right but he was incredible and a joy to talk too, and the food was fantastic

Great experience, truly the most spectacular view in Vegas, with the rotating restaurant you get to see the Vegas in every direction. Service was great and streak really good. Petty cool seeing people bungee jumping in front on your table! 😳 it was expensive but with it!!

Spectacular location and great atmosphere to enjoy the night view of the city. Unfortunately the quality of the food is very poor and the service slow, messy and really uncourteous. A real shame for such a beautiful place. Exorbitant prices.

You basically pay the view. Don't buy dinner, just go to the bar on the 107th floor, since the dinner was below standard for a "spectacular" dinner experience. Ceasar Salad had too much vinegar in the dressing - almost choked me. The stuffed filet of sole was dried out, crab stuffing tasted nothing like crab, and the mushroom bolognese was what you would expect to get in a diner: bitter sauce from wrong seasoning, maybe burnt? And the penne pasta was overcooked. Don't waste your money.

Booked online before we left from the uk From the moment we arrived it looked dubious We couldn’t sit at our table until all of our party arrived and when prompted they offered to us that we could go and sit in the bar Out of the lift and decor is dated arrived at the bar and was hit with a strong smell of bleach This did not dissipate whilst we sat down at high bar tables with no view Once the rest of our party had arrived we were told to proceed to the restaurant But made to queue by the lifts for 10 minutes and then had to descend a staircase with our drinks Upon sitting down we had another wait before managing to order a drink The starter was ok and edible How we several main courses were inedible Raw chicken and congealed pasta Asked for a manager who came over and removed chicken dish then he ran off He did not ask how the rest of us found our food Called again for the manager and had another 15 minute wait This time a different manager arrived and asked why we had not said anything sooner Explaining we did but the gentleman ran off After 3 adjustments to the bill and we got out of there Avoid at all costs

Since this is our Favorite Restaurant in the World...Easy to keep naming why we always dine here when in LV. We are senior citizens, from Iowa, enjoy fine dining and all that goes with that. Top of World hits on All that and more. Their Calamari Fries are Awesome. Huge pieces of meat and delicious! There is no better Lobster Bisque soup or presentation we have tasted! Spouse ordered Scallops & Shrimp and I ordered Waygu Beef Filet. We shared a dessert and was very tasty too. Our server was Juvy and was very friendly and attentive. During the meal, the last server we had last year, Klodian, came over and said hello to us. He mentioned that they see the list of diners and was happy to see us listed. I wrestled in college and he had friends that wrestled in Europe and we had a nice conversation last year about that. This just shows the "Good People" they hire here and the Management does come around lots in case you want to say a word to them about how your experience is. Excellent! Hint: make reservations before you go to LV for a Sunday Thursday night as less busy and reserve a table by windows about 45 minutes before sunset on a week night and spend lots of time here to see the beautiful views. We avoid Friday and Saturday nights as very busy and we like to stretch out the meal. I understand (my brother had owned three restaurants in Iowa) we all are trying to make a living-so we do not want to linger at the table and take more tips away from the hard-working servers during the busy weekends.

The food was good and the service was excellent. The view of the strip was beautiful. This is a great place to take your wife or girlfriend. I would also suggest arriving a hour early and having a couple of drinks at the bar. The option of a dozen roses ($80.00) at your table is a nice touch. It is expensive, but is worth the price. The wife was impressed.

Even if it is just for a coffee and desert or a drink, it’s worth dining over here just to enjoy the amazing views o Vegas at night!

The only reason I give it poor vs terrible is that the view with the sunset was spectacular as far as Las Vegas goes. At the prices that are charged, nothing short of excellent food would have been unacceptable. I have come to be somewhat skeptical of "view" focused restaurants from my travel experience, but the mismatch here was unbelievable. I decide that I was going to put the $43 Mushroom pasta to the test to see "how" special it could be at that price. 90% of the menu was over $60 and steaks in the $70's. One of our party went for the salmon, the other for a Wagyu NY steak (Medium well done. Ouch) We ordered 3 sides that came to over $100... Nothing special, fried brussel sprouts, mash potatoes and asparagus. The past was cold on the outside, the salmon the same and the steak clearly medium rare... We complained and the Manager who claimed his name of Stevens Stevens... Seriously? How dumb did he sound? I asked several time a and he refused to give me his name...Wow a Manager with no sense of accountability!!! He offered us free desert and to redo our meals... He took the old steak cut up and all and returned it fully cook ed and dry as though it were microwaved on the same plate. The second time my pasta was warm and I now experienced how utterly mediocre it was.. It was better at Olive Garden... By Far!!! The salmon was still cold and he gave up... In the meantime the 3 sides we ordered had gone cold while we were waiting and the the Manager Steven Steven had not intention nor offered to make it right... It ended as none of us finished our meals and I told the waiter to tell the Manager that the only thing he could do was charge us for our 4 drinks ($110) and we would not pay for the meal. The waiter came back and said that the Manager agreed, but then refused on the dessert offer as retaliation I suppose? (Dumb and petty!!!) The conclusion is go to the observation deck, and go to Texas de Brazil or even Capital Grill for dinner, have a GREAT meal and save a few hundred dollars and a lot of disappointment and aggravation... Unless you are okay with that feeling that you were completely taken when you walk away!

The views are spectacular. And although the rotation is slow it is noticeable. Service was fabulous thanks to Jude. We did opt for the upgraded seats along the butter rim rather than a booth facing over those tables. The food was good, but not the best we've had. Husband wygue skirt steak was perfect. My sea bass was delicious, however not as light as expected. Brussels sprouts could have been a little more tender. Portions are generous. Parker house rolls are sooo buttery, but if not eaten while warm get hard when cold... and food does get cooled pretty fast Ladies, bring a sweater or blazer! In Vegas a definite experience you don't want to miss. And the butter cake is that ooey gooey you might be craving

Hello I want to take this to show my appreciation for the whole restaurant staff. I was treated with great hospitality from the minute I walked in the facility. My servers Ishmael and Jaymar were great very professional and friendly they recommend so many great dishes and they all were great the calamari fries were to die for and that steak. As a Sous Chef I have been in a lot of kitchens and by far this place gets my seal of approval 💯

Beautiful views, rotating seats are a must. The food and drinks were exceptional. The wait staff was beyond excellent. A must go to for anniversary or birthday if you want something really special!

I travelled from the uk celebrate my wedding dinner after getting married in Vegas The restaurant had lovely atmosphere , decent food With the fantastic waiter called Ike, who was warm charming attentive, but left us alone when needed Fantastic views with a lovely quiet subdued felling to the place, considering the restaurant is revolving around Las Vegas below

Our dinner was fantastic! We split the bone in filet steak and it was cooked a perfect medium. The charing on the outside along with the juiciness of the steak made it mouth watering. We also got the loaded potato which was delicious. The views were incredible especially watching the sphere change designs. Our service was spot on and the butter cake desert was amazing! Everyone who greeted us were very friendly and helpful.

Definitely an experience worth trying (very expensive) (4 of us spent 100 dollars just to book the view table) Cost ratio with the quality of the food is not sufficient in my opinion, but, after all, you don't go to the Top of the world for this I remembered it (13 years ago) with better quality of the dishes

Went for my 50th birthday. The service was top notch. To start the summer spritzer cocktail was nice and refreshing. The Panzanella salad was fresh and delicious and seasoned perfectly. We ordered the tomahawk to share which was the only disappointment of the whole evening. The flavor was on point but the steak itself was cold, tough and dry. It definitely resembled a much lower quality of beef than advertised. The asparagus was hot fresh and crisp and loaded baked potato perfect. The warm butter cake was the perfect ending! They even surprised me by adding a special birthday touch. Everything about this place aside from the steak made it an amazing memorable birthday.

Paid for edge seating and view was awesome. Steak was surprisingly flavorful. After reading negative reviews we were skeptical, but were pleasantly surprised. Appetizers and dessert were good too. Minus one point due to obnoxious and out right rude behavior of our server Patrick. Restaurant should do better in hiring. Not expected such attitude in hospitality industry

This was our 1st time at this restaurant and it was AMAZING. Our waiter JOSEPH was the absolute best. He was very knowledgeable of every dish. He even helped us pick the perfect steak. Joseph even took the time to explain what different views we were seeing while the restaurant was revolving. We never felt rushed. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. It was the best meal I have ever had. If your in Vegas it's definitely a must!

The food is overpriced and underwhelming. The starters were good. Main of a fillet steak and a salmon were just ok. Nothing special. The Parmesan potatoes and jacket potato were dry and very poor. The waiter refunded the potato dishes but our wedding anniversary meal was ruined. We didn’t bother staying to sample dessert. The only decent thing is the view .

Atmosphere and service were top notch! Food and drinks were excellent. The view is the best in Las Vegas. Our waiter was very attentive throughout our dinner. Our food was delicious and plentiful. I couldn’t even eat half of my plate. Side dishes are shareable and enough for multiple people. I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant.

The view was amazing. This isn’t just a dinner, it was an experience. So much fun. Our dinner reso was at 8pm so we were there right before the sunset.

Reserved a window table for a sunset dinner on our anniversary. We got there early and headed to the bar for a cocktail before being seated. Service was incredible throughout the entire experience. Food was excellent and the view was incredible (nothing like seeing Las Vegas from over 100 stories up). Having a window seat means you won't have anyone between you and the view (and you pay for that). The second tier of tables are slightly elevated above the window seats so the view from those seats are not too bad. We even ventured up to the observation deck to watch people on the rides and do the sky jump. Very enjoyable and memorable experience.

Its always nervous when you recommend to friends a place you’ve been before, but not sure how they’ll take it. We booked in for a late lunch, early dinner and arrived at 4.30pm. We were greeted downstairs and checked in, shot up the lift to the restaurant and as soon as the door opened I got the “wow” off my friends I was expecting. We hadn’t all arrived, so some went to the bar. Bit slow to start as they were opening up at the same time, but we got our drinks and proceeded to our table. We had ensured we got a window table on the revolving floor, and everyone just stared out of the window. Service was great and we all chose different items from the large choices on the menu. I would highly recommend the Lobster Bisque. As the evening drew in, the lights of Vegas came on, and the helicopters swarmed around the city. It was great being there from daytime to evening. There were lots of parties going on, plus we counted three couples who had got married that day too. You definitely need to book a revolving table, and I’d recommend an early dinner. Afterwards we were allowed to go up to the observation deck and see the sights from outside and watch those doing the rides. I’d highly recommend this if you’re visiting Las Vegas (and not afraid of heights).

Not really the best dining experience for an expensive dinner. Paid extra for a window seat which I don't recommend, the couples table is too small to fit everything. The food was generally good but not fantastic for the price. The staff were very nice and friendly which made the dinner acceptable. Not a restaurant I would return to.

sadly I believe this was my final time dining at this establishment. In order to reserve a table you have to pay for your seat similar to spirit airlines, unless you are seated at the bar which is discriminatory against parties which include minors. Window seats are a $25 fee PER PERSON. This practice is egregious.

Ordered the 16 oz PRIME RIBEYE*Creekstone Farms, Kansas. Being from Kansas It was absolutely the worst steak I have ever attempted to eat. The marbling, color and texture was like nothing like a Kansas prime cut of beef. Probably had about 4 oz after cutting out the marbling/fat. The texture was I'm still not sure about and the purple color was less than pleasing. This was absolutely nothing I have ever been served in the Midwest. Our lobsters were over cooked and the fries so/so. I normally do not complain however spending this much on dinner and the up charges for seating I mentioned it to our waiter. He explained to me that I picked a steak that has a lot of marbling and that is what I should have expected? Not in my book.....I thanked him for listening and he took the fries off our order for compensation. The views and service were good but the meal certainly spoiled an special anniversary dinner that should have been memorable. It was memorable alright! Will not make that mistake again.

Fabulous views over the city. Food was good as was the service. The hotel itself isn't great or the area surrounding it. We were happy to get a cab straight away after our dining experience.

The view is unbelievable!! Our service was top notch!! Food was great!! Dee was our server and everything she recommended was perfect!!! We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday. Dessert was on Dee!! Wonderful experience!!

Should have known that when a restaurant has a $15.00 charge per person fee , over the phone that doesn’t go towards the meal. There is a reason and it’s because of no shows, Food was average at best and on the high end of price. Service was also just average. I gave it a 2 because the views and the circular movement never get old.

The best dinner this year here in Las Vegas, a Universal Experience delicacy from the hands of Chef Alex Gonzalez out of cabos baja california to US How nice it is to have a chef with his worldwide experience. I give him 10 out of 10.

What a magical evening at Top of the World restaurant. Best views of the Strip. I thought I’d be nervous being so high up, didn’t bother me at all. Wonderful food and service. Definitely a must do. I think the Strat in general is underrated. I’m rooting for this place.

MY LUV SUPRISED ME FOR MY BIRTHDAY! WHEN I ARRIVED THE STAFF GREETED ME SO SPECIAL. BEAUTIFUL AMBIANCE AND THE FOOD WAS AMAZING.

We booked our table for a time which would allow us to enjoy the sunset as it takes 80 minutes for the restaurant to revolve a full 360 degrees. The setting was superb and the views were absolutely breath taking. Food was excellent, some of the portions are rather large which meant I was unable to finish my main course of Lobster Mac & Cheese. It was definitely a once in a lifetime experience! I do have two minor criticisms though - at the point of booking you do have to pay extra for a window seat and this is non deductible from your bill (we knew this, but still went ahead as we agreed that it was a special treat). Secondly, whilst our waitress was extremely attentive but we do object to been given our bill when we had not asked for it or had even declared we were finished - it was just assumed.

We visited the Top of the World restaurant on our last night in Vegas and we certainly saved the best for last. The food, sensational. The service, impeccable. The view, incredible. We were nervous as we'd never had to pay for a seat before but we had nothing to fear. It's a Vegas must do for sure.

THIS EXPERIENCE WAS TOP OF THE WORLD MORTIFYING FOR ME AS A NEW BRIDE! I chose this location to enjoy my Dinner Reception on 3/1/2025 with approximately 85 of my closest family and friends to enjoy my Post- Nuptial festivities and dazzle my guests ! This-after a fairytale like Ceremony to dine and spend time with everyone in an intimate setting! I trusted the advertising from The Strat boasting excellence, decadence and overall "over the top" SERVICE along with the ambience and great food!! This should've been a delightful, remarkable, refreshing memorable experience for me on my Wedding day.... that I dreamed of as a young girl! INSTEAD WE were treated as peasants, second-class citizens in contrast to our other non-ethnic counterparts and socially marginalized! Some of us were DENIED Entry despite having CONFIRMED PAID reservations in hand! Others were berated and told that we had only 2 hours total to eat and THEN if not done would be escorted OUT of the property by security all while "non-persons" of color slowly, gingerly dined carelessly in OUR designated section no less... RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE of our Wedding group.... SMACK in front of the Bride and Groom table!! HORRENDOUS TREATMENT for persons who spent TOP DOLLAR for "THE STRAT" top of the As a BRIDE I feel devastated and heartbroken disappointed and wildly embarrassed that i convinced 95 persons to buy into a total disaster on my special day and The Strat has yet to appropriately address my complaint and concerns.... NEVER AGAIN.... SHAME ON YOU EMPLOYEES... A "Miss Kim" on staff that evening proved to conduct herself as a BONAFIDE "KAREN" that evening to my of color guests and family!! ALL MANAGEMENT on duty at THE STRAT working on Saturday 3/1/25 from 5pm onward was a disgrace to the Industry in general and distasteful, unprofessional conduct. You could've made a small difference and yet chose NOT to show empathy, kindness patience OR ANY Consideration to Us as Newlyweds bringing that level of business in one night!! WE WERE IGNORED COMPLETELY, THREATENED, MARGINALIZED and MORE.... UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE PEOPLE!! WONT BE RETURNING!! AS someone who’s traveled and enjoyed visiting and dining on 5 out of 7 continents of THE WORLD over 20 years…. i’ve NEVER Received such Over THE TOP overall BAD SERVICE , especially on such a momentous occasion no less! THIS won’t soon be forgotten by myself nor 85 others! THAT IS ALL FOR NOW!

What a complete disappointment in what should have been the best meal of our trip. Service was slow, not very polite and felt very rushed, the lady taking the photos was so rude when we said we did not want to buy one or have one taken - they were so expensive - she was not kind when we said no. Starters of prawns and crab were not very flavoursome, 3 main courses came out cold and we had to send them back to be cooked again, by the time they came back all our sides were cold and my husband had finished his completely. It was so cold in there as well - we were so gutted. We did get the mains refunded off of the bill when asking, and rightly so. Not a great experience for us, the view is of course incredible but I would not recommend going off of the visit we had, I am sure it was an off night but a real shame as we were so excited for it.

Superb evening. Visited previously around 14 years ago and did not know what to expect this time, fearful that our memories of before may be let down this time round; however, it was better than before! The food, drink and service matched the quality of the views from our table. Pricey for sure, but worth it and was the highlight of our trip. Will definitely visit again.

Was expecting a high level restaurant with great service and above the norm treatment. Got there saw people dress in dirty trainers shorts and track suits. Service was average to say the least. Waiting staff really unpleasant and dressed like McDonald’s. Then order the food and when the food came the wrong fish was served. We complained water said we was going to sort and would be back. Never came only to bring the bill. In all bad restaurant service, average food to say the least with great views. Not impressed at all!

My companion and I went here for my 41st birthday celebration dinner our first night in Vegas and it is absolutely a must-do at least ONCE. We paid the $55 for a window seat reservation and it's worth that extra money just to have an unobstructed view overlooking Las Vegas. We were the very first diners (came in at 4:30pm opening) and for about the first 30 minutes it was just us on a Friday night! So if you're wanting people-free photo-ops, consider doing an early dinner when they open! The restaurant spins and does a full rotation every 80 minutes; it is so gradual you really don't even realise you're moving. If you dine long enough, it's possible you'll see bungee-jumpers leap from the top of the Strat in front of your window - we did! I would recommend this experience entirely just-for-the-view alone. The pro of dining during daylight is you get to see Las Vegas miles out and the mountains surrounding it. If you're wanting just to see the Vegas lights, obviously you'll need to go later in the night. The food isn't spectacular for the price, but it's good, I'd say their creamy mashed potatoes are easily one of the best I've ever had in my life! The desserts are also very good, we got the butter cream cake (I think it was called) that had a scoop of vanilla ice cream with an assortment of berries, and that was refreshing and outright delicious! I'd get it again. Otherwise, I would say you could get similar quality food at other restaurants, but make no mistake the highlight of this experience is hands-down THE VIEW from the Strat. That's what you're there for. Solid 4/5 overall. Would recommend for anyone to experience AT LEAST ONCE.

This is the highlight so far of the trip my 21 year old daughter and I are enjoying in Las Vegas and I can't recommend it highly enough. Obviously the views are breathtaking. We booked quite early so that we could watch the sun set and the lights come on across Las Vegas. Unforgettable. To be honest, I expected the food to be overpriced and quite average, but it was AMAZING. The portions were very generous and the food itself was absolutely delicious and first class. (Lobster tacos, panzanella salad, salmon.) Huge portions of fresh brioche bread and whipped butter were also brought to the table. I thought this meal was well worth the money. You can also visit all the observation decks taking as much time as you want, and my daughter went on the ride that was open a couple of times. We have lots of other things planned while we are here, but I can't imagine anything will top this experience.

Dinner for four on a Friday. Paid for perimeter. Lower level seating which yields an unparalleled, spectacular experience in terms of revolving views of Vegas and beyond. Apps, streaks and sides were good to excellent, and service by Micah, was superb in both knowledge and presentation.

We took my mom for her birthday to a lovely dinner at the Strat. Our server Eric was fantastic and of course the views are unmatched. However, I will say the food was not as good as previous times I have been. We enjoyed going out on the outside deck after dinner. Valet is expensive like most places in Vegas, and once you get inside the building it can be tricky to find your way through the casino and stairs to get to the check-in elevator. Overall a great night.

The food and service were superior. However I was made to sit and have my sandals inspected by the manager. Felt humiliated and was asked to not sit on the window as my pretty dressy flip flops were not allowed. However gym sneakers are. They offered me to purchase 20 sandals that were no better than what I was wearing.

My husband & I came here for a sunset dinner on our last night in Vegas. We should have sat & watched the sunset from the observation tower & saved $300. Don’t get me wrong, the view at sunset was fantastic. But that’s & the nice server (Frankie) is where the positive experience ends. The bread was cold, the calamari was rubbery, the bone in filet wasn’t seared or cooked in a way consistent with proper filet preparation. The lobster Mac & cheese had large pieces of lobster which was great but fell short because it was lukewarm at best. Their website talked a lot about appropriate attire but they need to focus on appropriate behavior of their patrons as well. 2 large tables of very loud/rowdy people with pretty vulgar language & another table with 2 loud & ill behaved children was unacceptable. Save your money & eat elsewhere before or after watching the sunset from the observation deck.

Great experience and views. We paid extra for the seating by the window. Excellent food. Exceptional service. Food and drinks were a bit overpriced. You are really paying for the ambience and view. Food was good but should have been better for the price point. Its a good view regardless of where you sit. Also, after dinner, access to the outdoor viewing area and upper floors is free. So, you don't really have to pay the extra to sit by the window, unless you just want to.

We had a fantastic dinner here with Sergio as our waiter who was lovely. The restaurant itself is absolutely incredible - slowly rotating as you dine giving you a 360 vista over LV in 80min cycles. Such a special place and great food.

I have visit Top of the World many times. The last visit was before covid. This year was a little different . A $ 25. Charge per person at time of reservation . I felt a semi limited menu.. I felt rushed also .

I cannot put into words how amazing this was! The food, the service and of course the view. I can’t say any more just phenomenal

This was on my list of must do items, as I wasn't sure when we'd visit again. While it was a pricey dinner, the atmosphere was amazing. I appreciated the upscale dress code and fine food. I don't usually eat red meat, but I gave it a try. It was amazing! No one at the table was disappointed by the quality of food. We had or 16yo with us, and they were kind to let her peek at the children's offerings when we asked, since it was all a little fancy for her taste. We had a rotating table by the window and watched the sunset over the mountains and city while eating dinner. A summer 6:30 or 7 reservation will achieve this. Overall amazing food, staff, and atmosphere. Well worth it when in Vegas.

I dined here for my 40th birthday, and I was treated so well. I was given a birthday card on arrival and a cake at the end. The food was delicious, and surprisingly decent sized portions. I couldn’t finish my starter or main. I paid extra to have a window seat, and it’s worth every penny. I was there long enough to see the Las Vegas strip twice. I didn’t get my waiter name, but he was super friendly.

We in Vegas celebrating our 10-year anniversary and wanted a memorable dining experience. Figured there are lots of places to get great food and service, but only one place to get the million dollar view....and Top of the World delivered on every expectation. We were greeted professionally and seated quickly. Bonus points for the "Happy Anniversary" card presented to us. The table on the window was spectacular and worth the $25pp extra I paid....although the rotating aspect took some getting used to. Food and drinks were perfect....we ordered a "budget" bottle of cab which was excellent, the calamari fries as an appetizer and both of us the filet mignon main course....all perfect. Service was spot on. Our main server Frank was excellent, as were the multiple others who assisted. Overall, this is a "must do" Vegas experience. Not just a nice view, but food and service to match. Highly recommended.

We reserved in advance for a window strip rotator view. I also added roses to the table. This was the last day of our anniversary trip. The seabass was good and my husband and my husband enjoyed the lobster bisque.

Dining Excellent Experience &Happy Place! Must Go: food, 360 degrees revolving View of mountains, LV & Sphere, and VIP Service! Favorite Restaurant in the World! Consistent Gourmet beef, seafood & other. Colorful views: day to night in revolving 360 restaurant of Las Vegas & mountains. We shared Calamari fries, lobster bisque soup, stuffed crab mushrooms, shrimp were bacon-wrapped and desserts. Our other couple never have been there before and commented: Best Ribeye (medium rare) in other man’s Life! Wife & I shared the giant 16 oz Lobster and very sweet and tender! They said View and relaxation was Awesome! Asparagus and huge baked potato we shared were impressive. Desserts we shared were raspberry chocolate tart and home-made raspberry sorbet. Yummy! Klodian, our waiter we requested was Excellent as always! Meal comes with bread. Manager, Steve, visited many customer’s and thanked them and us for dining with them. They All care as excellent management team and staff! I recommend to dine here Sunday-Thursday so you can linger, relax and enjoy the view…so check LV sunset times to get here 45 minutes or so before sunset and see the whole town change from daylight to night neon lights. Avoid Friday and Saturday nights as crazy busy. We feel that this is the Best and Memorable Restaurant Dinner of Life! There is a free elevator to several floors above for open-air & enclosed-glass deck viewing areas to see higher views (if non-dining you pay a big admission charge for this when you get to Stratosphere) and there are ride attractions you can pay for.

My wife and I went here for our anniversary last week and could not have asked for a better experience. The food was much better than I was expecting due to reading some of the negative reviews beforehand. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, the bread before our meal was delicious and the wine made for a perfect pairing. On top of the meal being great, our server, Waylon, was top notch and the view was stunning. We would absolutely come back here if we find ourselves in Vegas again!

We really enjoyed this dinner. We paid for guaranteed window seating on the revolving level. Well worth it. Food was great and service was excellent.

We were i Vegas for almost 2 weeks, and this was the absolute best restaurant visit on the whole stay. Everyting was best, good, service and atmosphere. Love to come back!

Two couple who have dined here before. This time we shared tasty Creative appetizers of Shrimp and then we had their Asian BBQ Pork. Both very flavorful and awesome. We had beef filet and a Lobster which were Excellent. Other couple had a Beef Filet and a Crab/Scallop Entree which were very Flavorful and Excellent. We are very appreciative of the free bread basket that many restaurants have stopped or charge $18-$25 for now. We shared the Tasty Chocolate Cake (15 layers or so) and their new creative dessert...the Mohito Cake. The dining experience of food, romantic atmosphere, views, friendly waiters/waitresses and presentation of the meal is OUTSTANDING!

Absolutely amazing experience with 360 revolving view of the city. Haven’t even finished eating yet and the waiter Micah has already astounded us with his knowledge and care with serving us. He has elevated this experience to a truly spectacular level and I cannot recommend having him as your server if you come here.

We were excited to be able to move our reservation back a few hours which was already a great start considering it was New Years Day, and our request was day of. Our experience was furthered with wonderful service by Jeff! Even though there were some miscommunications with receiving our food, it was promptly corrected by Jeff, and he already had brought the mishap to his manager’s attention. The manager, Robert, visited our table straight away and apologized. However, he didn’t just apologize, he also provided us with a complimentary bottle of wine which truly paired well with our food, and additionally the wine was from the same area we are visiting from- unbeknownst to him. Jeff continued his brilliant and attentive service throughout the night, and dining at the Top of World and with Jeff was an experience I’d recommend to anyone. Thank you Jeff and Robert for a memorable experience! We will most definitely be returning our next visit.

We had a birthday dinner up here. As you can imagine the views were unbelievable, the dining room gently rotates so you can see the entire Nevada area not just vegas! Our wait staff were friendly and attentive, the menu is expensive too. My partner did send his food back but that was his personal choice as he likes his food very hot temperature wise and the chef gladly accommodated this request. The food was good, I won’t say the best I’ve ever had but very good overall, I stayed away from the steak and had seafood pasta which was very enjoyable! Oh and tip - don’t over eat as the puddings are HUGE! So save room for that. Observation deck is a must, views were so far reaching and I would recommend this as a place to stop by for a dinner. Get a window seat in the restaurant, you want to be able to see the views.

Four former college classmates celebrated 50 years of friendship with a trip to Las Vegas. Among the highpoints was dinner atop the Strat Hotel overlooking the city and surrounding area. Each of us enjoyed our respective dinners from our window table. The service was the best; our waitress was attentive. The additional charge for a window seat was worth the price. Everything was wonderful.

Go for the experience! The experience of being at the Top of the World was wonderful - views are incredible and the ambience is relaxing as you take in the sites. Top of the World slowly revolves, giving you amazing views of Las Vegas and the mountains and desert below. Dining was marginal. The appetizers were delicious, as was dessert. However, the main courses were mediocre. I recommend going for appetizers and dessert to soak up the views. If you are at Top of the World, you are also given access to the top viewing decks. These were fun to explore but after seeing the views from Top of the World, were a bit repetitive. I also recommend paying the upcharge for a reserved window table for unrestricted views at Top of the World.

I've been visiting the restaurant since it opened. Last trip (before the pandemic) the food was very good. I enjoy the view, specifically at sunset. However, this trip we cancelled our reservation. They finally reached my point of indifference. First I had to pay $ 25 per person for our window seats. Then I looked at the menu--the minimum price for a steak is $ 74 dollars. Everything is a la carte--so a full dinner, without wine, would most likely cost about $ 120-$ 140 per person--more with drinks. We decided a better value would be to go to the observation deck for $ 24 and dine elsewhere.

My husband and I went for our 14th wedding anniversary on 11/05/25 and we were very disappointed in the experience. The elevator attendant was the nicest out of everyone. According to the website there was a strict dress code so we dressed up. Upon arrival, everyone was dressed very casual and a lot of people wore jeans and company logo shirts. The smell was horrible when we got in the restaurant. It smelled like an old building and was not very inviting. The decor was regular and didn’t represent fine dining. Our server was there for 29 years per his badge, but we were not “wowed” about his service. The menu was different than what was online which made ordering a little difficult. I ordered the margarita that was on the menu. The glass was so small I couldn’t believe it. The drink was not good and I didn’t get a buzz at all. I ordered the sticky Korean short ribs and I’m sorry to say but they were terrible! They were tough, cold, and the sauce was disgusting! I ordered the Mac and cheese, however, I didn’t take one bite as it didn’t look appealing at all. My husband ordered the $50 chicken plate. The chicken looked alive even under the dim lighting and whatever else it came with was hard, dry and had no flavor. We couldn’t believe how awful the food was! The views were nice but we could’ve gotten the same experience in the viewing deck. We were very disappointed, will never return, and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. The prices were ridiculous also especially for food that wasn’t good. This is Vegas, you have to do better.

This is one of the best restaurants I have visited. I normally don't give 5 star ratings but in this case, the experience and food has exceeded expectations. We ate on the lower level which rotates and gives a phenomenal view of Las Vegas. Our waiter Dalia and Maria made sure we wanted for nothing. They were on point. Dalia was very knowledgeable of the menu and gave great recommendations. When we come back to Las Vegas, this is a must visit. Make sure you bring your big boy money and be ready enjoy yourself. You only live once. Make sure this one is on the bucket list!

The waiter was superb and made the evening very enjoyable. I tried a smattering of items, including the warm butter cake, strawberry creme brulee, mac & cheese, roasted haricot verts, roasted artichokes, spinach & watercress salad and an espresso martini. There was a slight spiciness on the salad that I didn't like, but everything else was very good. And it goes without saying that you get great views with dinner.

I booked my reservation in May 23 for September 10, I requested a reservation for 10 and was told that the reservations only went up to 9, disappointed. She said that my reservation had to be okayed by the chef and changed a 175. Reservation fee which was refunded if we all arrived. We came and the first thing I noticed was the table set for 10 ? I’m pissed because it was hard to tell this 10th person she was uninvited. We ate it was good. Got the bill, next surprise no refund. I asked the waiter and he said they charge for large tables. I called, I was told refund was in the works. A month later I sent Metro there because one of them was at the dinner and also had gone and talked to the girl who made the reservation to make sure all was fine.I have written two reviews asking if this has happened to anyone else.Neither got posted and I have called for a GM. No response. The last four months now that it is the fault of the reservation company, which I never had contact with. I am a Chef I have opened 7 restaurants for Independent chains one is the largest in Florida and five in Florida I have a system and they are no fast food, American, Italian, Seafood and seafood markets, And steaks. It’s not about the money it’s about how things like this happen. Unfortunately I have in 57 years in the business and I have only had 3 restaurants I took off my return list, one is Wolfgang Puck on Manhattan, 500. and didn’t eat, Then Peter Lugo in NY and the only restaurant I ever walked out of. Then you, just because I never heard of what you did, I am not perfect but I have sat on the phone and calling people and talking and always try to fix what my staff had done. With you your staff does not give you any opportunity to find out and answer. I have opened restaurants scene the lat 70’s to the end of the century. We were doing 3 restaurants 2 bars and a French DR in 1979 27 million. Opened a restaurant in Boston on the water front 5,000sqf 500 sqf kitchen It’s in the Boston restaurant HOF 1985 we were in the top five restaurants dollars per square foot in the NE United States. Anyway just trying to make a point of experience. Thanks 2396336310

We had a 7 pm reservation window seat ($25 pp). My husband and I had a great experience. Only downside was price point but that was no surprise as I looked at the menu beforehand. All staff was professional and accommodating. There were gluten free options. We chose the 16oz filet and I added the crab topped asparagus. Side of baked potato and asparagus. Filet was delicious but undercooked (more rare). Drinks were good. I would caution against the Old Fashioned as the ice cube was the size of the glass so my husband had a few sips and it was gone. Definitely take advantage of the outdoor view before or after dinner.

Last visited in mid-2022 it was in celebration that dinner was enjoyed at Top of the World on Friday, Executive Chef Chad Castanino debuting fifteen new plates across three hours in a room that remains breathtaking. Still flying high into 2024, less tables than prior creating an atmosphere that immediately feels more luxurious than nights with 500+ covers, it is after traveling 106 stories above ground level that guests are welcomed warmly, a six-top table affording panoramic views of Sin City from Henderson to Red Rock. Happy to see Golden Entertainment’s crown jewel in good hands, Corporate Executive Chef Brad Manchester and Chef Castanino each contributing ideas that continue to push forward, it was not long before drinks were poured, followed by housemade Bread with Butter and a pristine Shellfish Platter. Featuring neon on its interior walls, staff quietly working a small kitchen at the center of Top of the World’s rotating room, dinner continued with Shrimp n’ Grits bolstered by Bacon plus signature Calamari “Fries” and Mushroom Caps stuffed with Crab. Not forgetting Salads, Spinach & Apples for light eaters alongside a weighty Wedge with thick-cut Pork Belly, new entrees include everything from Dover Sole prepared tableside to pan-seared Sea Bass while those looking to impress should head straight for Top of the World Surf & Turf featuring a 16oz Bone-In Filet and equally sized Australian Lobster Tail. Certainly not lacking for sides, and never the average Steakhouse sort, Brussels Sprouts arrive blistered beneath Cheese and Hot Sauce while Potatoes are available simply mashed or fried but far better in the form of “Loaded” Dumplings and French Onion Soup-inspired Puree. Smart to save room for Dessert, three new additions joining layered Chocolate Hazelnut Cake and Top of the World favorite Butter Cake, lighter eaters will appreciate the Butterscotch Panna Cotta while those in search of indulgence need look no further than an upscale Choco Taco or Apple Crisp Blondie revealed by molten Caramel.

Unfortunately no / no go ! Too expensive, the food was cold. Poultry for $50 In the restaurant it was much too cold, felt 18°C We would not visit this restaurant/expirience again.

Plus Side: Excellent view of the whole city. Very nice dish presentation. The top has a rotation. This is how you get to see the whole city It has a monorail estation close by,ijj Down Side It is a very expensive meal, more thant $100 dollers per person. You have to pay for every part of the dish, the main entree and sides. You have to pay for the restaurant access + your dinner.

We wanted to do Happy Hour at Top of the World as we have done before. I don't recall having to pay an admission fee just to get up to the bar/restaurant. They wanted us to pay $22 per person just to ride the elevator up. Needless to say, we balked at that. I am happy to spend my money for food and drinks, but I am not going to pay for the privilege to spend my money. We went elsewhere.

This was my second time visiting the Top Of The World restaurant. I was disappointed that they no longer offer the tasting menu. The food was good, the portions are big sized I would recommend sharing, particularly if you’re not use to the American portion sizes. The drinks were nice. Paid the extra $50 to reserve a table next to the window. Go to the lounge if you get there early they will text you when your table is ready. The service was super friendly and the ambience was great. Feels a little odd being in a revolving restaurant.

First, you have to pay $25 per person to get up there, bottom line. They say you need to pay that much to guarantee a window seat, but if you think you can go up early and take your chances, you are wrong. It is $25 per person, period. We went up on November 11, ordered a filet, medium rare. It came, wrong cut, medium well. Sent it back, came back as it was ordered. I was a guest at the Strat, made reservations at the front desk, paid the $25 fees, was guaranteed a 20% discount as a hotel guest. I told the waiter I was a hotel guest. Next morning, looking at my receipt, noticed that I never got my 20% discount. I was getting ready to check out and fly home, so called the restaurant first thing and talked to a young lady who pulled up my bill and said she would credit my card. I flew back home and noticed a red flag from my credit card company asking if I made three charges from the Top of the World that day. Somebody at the restaurant tried to make two charges of $149.99 and one charge of $179.99 but the CC company declined them. Now my card is no good and I have to contact all the companies who make regular charges to that card and give them the new information when I get another card. There was no refund issued for my supposed 20% hotel guest discount. I will never eat there again and will warn everyone I know to avoid Top of the World.

Beautiful evening on the rooftop revolving terrace of the Las Vegas Strat. Great menu and dishes all very good. Only the view is worth the experience.

The view obviously was incredible. We had reservations intentionally so we could see the sunset. The food however was terrible. The steak was rubbery and had no flavor and the stuffed mushrooms were slimy and greasy. For French fries that cost $15.00 and were no better than what you get at McDonald’s seemed quite ridiculous. Saw it, did it, but never again.

We were in Paris last year at a restaurant in Eiffel Tower I thought nothing could ever come close to it. I was so wrong. Top of the world is amazing, Everything was perfect. The food the view and the service was excellent!

I recently visited Top of the World at The Strat in Las Vegas, and the experience was quite remarkable. The views are absolutely incredible and beautiful, offering a stunning panorama of the city. I went there in the afternoon and was lucky enough to witness the sunset, which provided a variety of lighting that enhanced the overall ambiance. However, be prepared for the food to be quite overpriced. While my dish was really good, I faced some difficulty choosing as the restaurant claims to be vegetarian-friendly, but the options are rather limited. The vegetarian dish I eventually selected was tasty, but it took me some time to decide. Additionally, there's a forced minimum consumption on top of the ticket price, which can add up quickly. One important thing to note is that you'll have to walk a lot to get there. I didn't bring heels on this trip and ended up buying a pair because the walk to the restaurant is quite extensive. In summary, Top of the World is worth visiting for the views and the unique experience, but the food didn't impress me as much. The service was good, which made the overall visit pleasant. If you plan to go, make sure you're prepared for a long walk and possibly bring comfortable footwear for the journey.

Like other reviews. This restaurant is clean, open and a very welcome place. We had A 4:15 PM reservation on Wednesday, May 21rst to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. It was a perfect time to be there. Probably 80% of the restaurant was empty. Again, perfect. The food was, well, okay. I recommend you just getting steaks and a baked potato (hard to screw that up). You can order a side of salad of your choice, we opted for the sliced tomatoes and Mozzarella. I had just the chilled Pacific shrimp and lump crab appetizer and 1/2 dozen raw oysters. My wife had the 16 oz NY steak. Breakdown: 1) dont waste your money on the oysters. They are from the Baha of Mexico. Small, salty, fishy, bad texture (I’m stuck on Gulf of America Oysters)- no horseradish and crackers! $24 for a 1/2 dozen. not worth it. 2) the tomatoes and Mozzarella salad- 1 medium tomato (5 slices) $21.00- rip off. The lump crab and shrimp was average to below average ($24.00+/-) I question the freshness of the shrimp and crab which had been in the fridge too long- orange/brownish where the head was removed. Cocktail sauce, usually catsup and horseradish served- not, some kind of “Gucci-Pucci” chef’s rendition. Not impressed. Steak my wife had was very good, but expensive. They need to change their bread which is a mini loaf. Below average. They should have a bread basket with various types of bread like other hi-end steak houses in Vegas. The view was excellent! The food…average to below average. There is a minimum of $55 per occupant on food and a timer on how you can sit there. We were notified 2 hours (?) I understand this limit, as they don’t want people sitting there for 4 -6 hrs. Max, our waiter was outstanding! I recommend him highly, again they were not busy at all. I am glad we graced this restaurant. Enjoyed the view. I would hate to be there on a weekend night, crowded, noisy, lack of service, etc. with their prices, they do not meet the standard of a high price LV steak house. The owners must be idiots. There is so much more quality they can infuse. Recommend you pay to go to the bar on the top, then hit a steak house on the strip. Cheers.

The top for a romantic meal, with a great view, impeccable service and a very good meal! It is THE restaurant that will remain as the number one in our memories of meals in the United States, certainly the price is not given, but believe law, it is worth it (you must also pay the right to climb up before eating there, but you will have access to the terrace after the meal)

Decided to have dinner at TOTW at the Strat if nothing more than to get a great view of the whole city, this was totally worth it. After dinner we were given access to the upper floors which allowed out to walk outside on the viewing deck too. Very cool experience. The dinner was fine but unspectacular. The bone-in ribeye was slightly undercooked (rare vs. med-rare), under seasoned, and should have been served hotter temp wise, but the cut of meat itself was good. The lobster Mac and cheese was rich and there was a good amount of lobster, but it too was under seasoned and had slightly too much truffle oil for my taste. I wouldn’t get it again but it was solid. Honestly the best part of the meal was the yellow cake for 2 dessert. Simple concept but well executed and the plating looked elegant. It was a nice was to finish off the meal. Bottom line… go for the experience, it’s worth it.

For a dining experience that’s as breathtaking as the view, Top of the World at The Strat is a must-visit. This award-winning restaurant slowly revolves, offering a stunning 360-degree panorama of the Las Vegas skyline every 80 minutes. The menu is just as impressive, featuring gourmet seafood, steaks, and pasta. Favorites like the Lobster Bisque, Filet Mignon, and Alaskan King Crab Legs pair perfectly with fine wines and handcrafted cocktails. If you’re looking to elevate your Vegas dining experience—literally—Top of the World is the perfect spot for an unforgettable meal!

We visited while in Las Vegas on a holiday and having been before on a similar trip. The service and food is fantastic, knowledgeable staff - on both the food and Las Vegas geography. On this occasion our food was superb, great steaks and seafood 👌 Would certainly recommend, the only annoyance is that the restaurant doesn’t police the stipulated dress code!!

Back again to one of the best dining experiences in Las Vegas. We requested to have Joey as our expert and again he made the whole thing a smashing experience, this guy is a true professional and a credit to the restaurant business. Keep up the good work guys.

Top of the world is everything and more! The food was delicious. Our waiter Joseph really made the night, his knowledge, personality, and love for what he does made this a great experience, ask for him on your visit!

Our waiter Mad Max provided great customer service. He helped us pair our dinner perfectly. I highly recommend everyone to experience this amazing restaurant.

It was such an amazing experience having Dinner here. I had made an online reservation for a window table (yes it's $25 per person, but worth every penny). The staff was great, super friendly host, excellent waiter and the food was really good. But most of all the views and the whole experience was unforgettable. We ordered a bottle of champagne and got oysters and calamari frites as starters, followed by Ribeye Steak and Lobster Mac and Cheese. The food was really good, and we got a complimentary dessert and a pannetone bread to start off with. I could not be happier, we just have such good memories of that night. We took the Metro to the Sahara and walked to the Stratosphere Tower. Found the entrance for the restaurant right away and were escoretd up in an elevator where we were greeted by the host. As said, everyone was super friendly. And for what you get I think it is very reasonably priced. (We spent a total of $365 inlcuding tip which might seem a lot. But just to compare we also spent $250 with Tips and Drinks at the Bacchanal Buffet which ws an absolutely horrible experience.) I can't wait to go back to Vegas, we'll certainly make a reservation at Top of the World again.

Our waiter “Todd” was amazing. He was the best time. He was humorous, super nice and just overall amazing! He made us laugh the whole time. Thank you Todd for a great family experience. We will be back.

The view is the highlight, but the food was great as well. The restaurant rotates slowly clockwise, and we had an 8:00 pm dinner reservation with window seating. It was during the heat wave, and the air conditioning had a tough time with the heat. It was quite warm in the restaurant. We all had different steaks that were cooked perfectly. We also ordered steak toppings and side sauces that enabled us to enjoy three distinct flavors. The sides of asparagus and mac and cheese were easily big enough to feed the 3 of us from one order. The cheesecake was delicious as well. The waitstaff gave you time to enjoy your meal and desserts. I never felt rushed in any way.

Dismal experience, very descriptive treatment by the manager. It's a pity they have these kinds of people hired in this place.

We go to LV 1-2 times per year over past 10 years or so. We always book this restaurant in advance as this is our Favorite Restaurant for Dinner in the World. Their menu changes every few months for variety and seasonal offerings… but they also keep the main dinner items that many customers want with their special presentations including steaks, lobster, chicken, and seafood. We have always had attentive and friendly service here. Klodian was our waiter this evening and he was excellent, charming and thoughtful too. We started with Calamari strips with tasty flavor sauces and Lobster Bisque (always gourmet flavorful and impressive presentation). Meals include hot rolls. My wife loved her Diver Scallops- grilled and nice flavor, came with some crispy and crunchy vegetable and puree. I ordered the recommended Lobster with Alaskan King Crab stuffing this time; normally I choose among their different steaks. It was delicious. We always save room for their unique and exciting desserts. We had their seasonal offering of: Claus’ Cap (chocolate brownie, cherry mousse with cherries in the shape of Santa Claus' cap). We had another seasonal dessert of Poison apple which had a chocolate stem and inside was a cinnamon mousse with a caramel type coated nuggets and was sitting on oatmeal cookie crust which was served with cinnamon ice cream. Visually, the whole meal was astounding and gourmet tastes, colorful views of daylight on the city and mountains that turned to colorful Las Vegas views around the LV Strip and Downtown. Management came around to our table and others to make sure all was going great for us which make a person feel like VIP treatment. Special note: Go about 45 minutes before sundown and avoid Friday and Saturday nights as they get huge crowds. Make reservations before you go to LV for a Sunday - Thursday night as less busy and reserve a table by the windows. That way you can see the sunset on a week night and spend lots of time here to see the beautiful views.

We came for our 30th anniversary. The food, ambiance, and service were amazing. Our server, Micah, made great recommendations and is not only a somolieier, but also a bourbon and whiskey expert. It’s a truly remarkable experience. One note-this is a nice place with elevated food. Expect as much. Leave the t-shirt, camp sweatshirt, and uggs at home tonight. Honor your party with dressing for their company. 😁

Definitely worth it! Cost is comparable to big name chef restaurants on the strip but the quality and views are SO much better. Our server (wish I remembered his name!) was fantastic. He encouraged us to take it all in and let us know we'd have 2 hours at our table-way more than enough time. We paid $25 per person (5 total) for window seat reservations- also worth it, considering it includes access to the viewing deck (I believe that alone is more than $30 each). Our reservations were at 7:30 which was also perfect. We were able to see everything in the daylight, watch the sunset, and see the Vegas lights at night. The steak, drinks, everything was incredible. You MUST try the butter cake!

The server was very good, food was OK nothing special. Disappointment was in lack of dress code enforcement. Patrons wearing shorts / jerseys, one had on jeans with his shirt hanging out. We were under the impression this was an upscale dining experience. Turned out to be average restaurant with views.

Wonderful and magical place with the revolving balcony, it’s extraordinary! The service was perfect and the restaurant very intimate and romantic

Food was horrible. I'm from Texas. We all ordered steaks and I can cook better on my grill in the back yard. Very rude staff!! Never will go back again even if my meal is comped. Wanted to punch the waiter staff!! Embarrassing. If I was in texas I would of. Complete disrespect.

We decided to book this particular restaurant for our wedding dinner, situated in the Strat tower, this restaurant rotates while you are comfortably seated having dinner, offering a 360 degrees view of Las Vegas! The experience is really pleasant, service is great and food was tasty. All in all, our experience was very positive, we also went some floors up to enjoy the outside view of the strip which ended the night with a touch of magic. To obtain a window table, you need to pay for your table booking, which is worth. Unfortunately, we had a negative experience while booking the table through opentable portal, I got charged twice probably caused by a system error/bug, that happens…though I never received any booking confirmation nor reimbursement, despite my emails. I got some reply by opentable but never a reply from the Strat which is a bit unfortunate. I had to book via phone with a Strat operator who made the booking and it went smoothly that time.

I cant say enough how i enjoy eating at the Top Of The World! Fortunately I have been able to enjoy it on many occasions so I can say that each time it has been Memorable and the Menu is all about deliciousness! Please do not hesitate to splurge and check it out, you will be glad you did!!

We REALLY enjoyed this. A little pricey but food was quite good and our server was very nice and helpful. Got a 4:30 (earliest) reservation. Had salmon, the chicken and two steaks. Each of us was very pleased!

This was my third visit to the restaurant and sadly my worst. Steak not hot, jacket potato not hot and music too loud. The additional charge of paying to sit in the restaurant is a joke imo but if they want to do that, the restaurant needs to improve. The atmosphere is all wrong, it has pumping music which doesn't fit the venue. Previously the restaurant played fitting music for the venue. Our food was average at best. My steak wasn't hot throughout, the plates weren't warm which doesn't help. My partners steak wasn't rested before it was served which is ridiculous considering you're paying $100+ for a meal. The jacket potato wasn't hot and wasn't as fresh as previously I've had there. Our desert was average at best, thankfully we didn't pay for it. Our waiter Max was superb and Kim the on duty manager was great in listening to the shortcomings of our experience and took money off our bill. I love Vegas and I loved the restaurant on previous visits but I won't be returning here again. It appears like the new owner has done a great job of renovating the hotel but is looking to recoup his money with charges for the tables and maybe cutting corners elsewhere. I couldn't wait to leave, hopefully for them my experience was a one off 🤷🏻♂️

We made reservations during sunset time. Unfortunately it was partly cloudy, but it was still a lovely view. The restaurant and service were excellent! We shared a couple of appetizers (caesar salad and brussel sprouts). Both were amazing. We then shared a 10 oz steak entree which was also excellent. We were too full for dessert. We came here for my husband’s birthday and the views, so I’d recommend coming at least once but am not sure I would return as it is quite pricey.

Great food great service! The floor moves so you want to sit near a view. Beautiful scenery! Cost was the average upscale restuarnt pricing.

It's always a pleasure to eat Chef Alex Gonzalez's dishes in every restaurant he prepares, his unique and delicious dishes. I recommend you come and enjoy the cuisine, as the Chef will only be here in Vegas for a short time. We visited him in Cabo San Lucas. He took the restaurant where he was to another level and participated in Cabo's Culinary Awards. Chef Alex Gonzalez is unique. We will follow him wherever he goes. 10 stars follow him @chefalexgonzalez on instagram

AMAZING view up here! Paid the $25/per person reservation fee just to be guaranteed a table by the window, which was pricey but worth it! Reservation for dinner times were difficult to get so we did an early dinner—ended up staying until night time so it was neat to see the city day and night in one full rotation. It’s a beautiful view! Service was OUTSTANDING! Our server Juvy was awesome—super friendly and attentive, with a great personality. There was a photographer that came around to take professional photos (if you desire) and you can purchase them if you choose—they are on the pricey side though so beware. Our photos came out good and we ended up buying a photo book! Food was okay. For starters, the Lobster Bisque was good, very rich and well flavored, and the Wild Mushroom Ravioli was decent. For entrees, we got the 22 oz. Prime Bone-In Ribeye and 12 oz. Wagyu New York Strip—the ribeye was very tender (good quality) but there was some sweet glaze on it that I didn’t enjoy much, I would have preferred a more salty taste. For a shared side, we got the Grilled Asparagus—it was super bland and lacked flavor, not even salt. Overall, the dishes here are overpriced for its quality/taste. For cocktails, the Midnight Dream was tasty. Also, if you’re dining at the restaurant, you have access (no ticket needed) to the Observation Deck upstairs!

Top environment Top location Food in line with local expectations Good service but not all waiters professional Experience to have

Beautiful few while the restaurant rotates. It takes about 80 minutes for a full rotation. The experience is relaxing. Unlike other restaurants -- even packed fancy places -- that tend to feel like a drive-thru, this is more civilized. It's meant to be enjoyed. Take your time. Dress up. Enjoy the view. Food is tasty. Service elegant and attentive. Great place for a romantic date or celebration.

What a wonderful experience! There is no better way to eat dinner! The views, the rotating restaurant, the service and food. HIGHLY recommended! We will go again!

Hard to rate. Everyone has noted the challenge of fine dining at the top of a tower, anywhere. I went because of a discount for hotel guests. This place depends what you are there for. If you want to go up anyway, it can make sense to eat there and get a combined value. If you want a great meal, get down. As another reviewer wrote, the sole looks so good on the menu, and I was hoping it would produce, but not even close. The server kind of understood and offered to take back, but the same thing made again would be not improvement. Rework this dish is what I advised.

We came here for a birthday dinner. This was a good choice. First, the view is the best in Vegas. Hard to top it when you are up so high and it rotates around so you can see all of Vegas. You definitely want to come here after the sun goes down. We had a window seat and it was hard to not stare out the window instead of at your date. This is mostly a steakhouse but there are other options. I have to eat gluten free due to an allergy and they were able to accommodate very well. I ordered the 10oz filet and to be completely honest i was a little disappointed. The steak was cooked how i asked but most of it was a little 'mushy'. For the price of this place i expect perfection. My wife ordered the same thing and hers appeared to be fine. We also ordered baked potato and Brussel sprouts. both were very good. The main complaint i have about this place is that they charge you $25 per person to get a window seat. That is completely just taking advantage of the customer. It should be first come first serve on the reservation list. We did pay it because it was a special occasion but seemed unnecessary.

We were celebrating our 50th anniversary. The steaks were good. Baked potatoe ice cold. Sides were lukewarm. Asked for butter never got it. Asked for mor water never got it. Our waiter didn't come by to even ask how things were. I get better service at a low cost chain resteraunt.Nice dessert by chef for our 50th. The service was absolutely horrendous. We left no tip and I would never ever go back or recommend this place to anyone. So disappointed with our meal and service on this special occasion.

Overall a great experience and one of the best meals we had whilst in vegas. We arrived early and were seen to our table. Having pre booked and paid $50 for a window table it would have been nice if this went towards the total bill but it doesn’t. Service was good and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Food came out quick and was good. Would recommend the filet steak. Only downside is the location. The area the hotel is in is very sketchy and were on edge the whole time. You need to keep your wits about you for sure. Would recommend and paying for the window table is worth it

It is obviously expensive and the dress code is very smart/evening wear. The restaurant turns a full circle a few times, slowly enough to enjoy the views of Vegas during the meal. The food was good, but not a huge number of vegan options. only one vegan main, which we both had to get, but that was delicious. Our waitress was lovely and all the staff were polite and friendly. It was nice and clean.

I visited with my new husband after our Vegas wedding and we loved the views and the food was excellent. The way the restaurant rotates is a great concept! We paid the $25 per person supplement for guaranteed window seating which is unnecessary seeing as there are so many empty tables. I felt that the service was rushed and our server did not even ask if we wanted starters so we had to ask after she had rushed our mains order. We felt like we were being a pain for asking which wasn’t a great start. We were told we could have drinks in the bar above after the meal, but 2 members of staff told us we could not use the stairs leading to the bar until we explained that we were on our way to the bar. It seemed odd that staff were basically telling customers not to use the only access to the bar! The service in the bar was unfriendly so we left after 1 drink.

The waiter, Micah, was so informative and attentive! The food was so good! The ambience is amazing. We spent about $400 for 3 of us and it was worth it at any price.

Visited the Top Of The World restaurant for dinner group of 12 people. Having paid $25 each to have a window table to maximise our experience. Arrived slightly early and were greeted and directed to the bar which was ok but only one barmaid and it was fairly busy so had to wait for cocktails/ drinks. We were shown to our table and after 5 minutes we ordered some drinks. Menus were brought around so far so good. After a while some bread arrived and orders were taken. When we wanted to order more drinks we had top ask the waiter several times. Some of our party ordered starters . One ordered the creole lump crab toast . Absolutely awful. Just a mouthful of grease, it was all over the plate. For fine dining it was a joke. Moving onto the main most of our party ordered steak. Again we waited for drinks order to be replenished. When the mains arrived one of our party sat waiting without any food for 15 minutes, they apparently cooked the wrong steak but had brought out his jacket potato side without the steak. Finally it arrived. It was ordered medium but was so rare it threatened to run away. My friend gave up and said don't bother with another one. Another friends steak was covered in a glaze which wasn't ordered. Not at any stage did a waiter/waitress come over to check if the meal was ok considering steak are $85 plus sides and supposed to be fine dining. Needless to say we had a lot of food comped and were glad to leave but feeling very disappointed as it was our last evening in Vegas. On a previous evening we visited Hells Kitchen and I can only say wow for service and a wow for the food. My advise would be save your money and go to Hells Kitchen for fine dining experience.

Top of the World restaurant at the Stratosphere (now branded The Strat) was a solid yes for us. The main attraction, of course, is TOW’s vertical location, 800 feet above the Las Vegas Strip. And the restaurant rotates 360 degrees every 80 minutes. The changing view of Las Vegas and the surrounding mountains is magnificent! Happily, our dining experience mostly matched the excellence of the view. Shrimp and Grits was a delicious starter, a Cajun-inspired treat. Lobster Mac and Cheese was savory and flavorful, perfectly balanced, another solid and surprising hit. The Stuffed Sole was the most ambitious dish we ordered, and it completely succeeded; it had a delicate complicated flavor, never bland for a moment. Our only quibble was the table bread. It was somewhat dry and lacked flavor. One of the staff told us that the restaurant’s bakery was switched recently, so what was once a legendary and tasty table comp now has the consistency of cardboard and an empty flavor like dry no-salt crackers. Ah well, it still sopped up the sauce from the Shrimp and Grits perfectly, and the empty taste utterly vanished under the glory of Cajun sauces. We had two drinks, both delicious. I had a scotch old fashioned, called Money in the Bank. My companion had a Midnight Dream (Grey Goose La Poire Vodka, St Germain Elderflower Liqueur, pineapple, lemon and sugar). And for desert we had something mildly called a Vegan Delight that wowed us with a flavor explosion of sweet vegan custard layered over preserves of various fruits including papaya. It was all sooooooooo good! Service was attentive and generally polite, though a little haughty. Our server Dalia pressed us to order two entrees (when two appetizers and one entrée filled us completely). Dalia indelicately reminded us that diners are required to spend $55 minimum per person at TOW, not including alcohol. Our food spend was well above this at our first order, so dunno why she mentioned. But still she pressed. It felt awkward. She also utterly failed in her food suggestions, vigorously attempting to aim us AWAY from EVERY item that we ultimately ordered and loved. Something about her imperious manner clued us that our best choices would be the exact opposite of her recommendations. It felt like a struggle for culinary supremacy. But hey, the view was so magnificent and the food so delicious... we simply didn’t care. All other staff were friendly and helpful. Coffee was great. Everything described above with two soft drinks cost $260 including tax and tip, NOT including $25 per person for next-to-window seats charged up front when the reservation was made. TOW is popular, so sunset hours at the window tend to book quickly. Make your reservations early. The restaurant has seats farther from the window at $15 per person, and seats on an upper level with no rotation, same menu. There is no charge for seats on the upper level. After the meal, guests are welcome to wander thru observation areas on the floors above the restaurant, inside and outside, for no extra charge. Overall, Top of the World is delightful and worth every penny (at least, we thought so), in spite of its haughty flaws and zero-flavor bread. The delicious food perfectly complemented the breathtaking view of Las Vegas.

The place, ambiance and atmosphere was great but sad to say the food is way overpriced and horribly unseasoned. The presentation of the food was nice but definitely needed seasoning on everything.

My husband and I split the tomahawk steak. It was average for a whopping $185. Nothing special about the food. The spinning portion of the restaurant was the best part. If I could do it over again, I would get the ice cream from the second to last floor and head to the very top to enjoy the view.

Our server Waylon was very helpful in picking out wines and food. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Parker rolls served warm with honey butter were perfection. Our ribeye steak was cooked perfectly and the potatoes purée delicious. The seafood cocktail was not great. Big portions but flavorless. No one cleared glasses or plates. The table got very crowded. The view was magnificent.

From the moment we stepped in we knew it was going to be amazing! Staff are so lovely and helpful, Micah our server was fantastic, the views were stunning and the food was so goooood! Thank you for making my partners 30th perfect 🤩

We went to this restaurant on April 15, 2025. We had a delightful dinner experience. It is a rotating restaurant 800 ft above Las Vegas. Our server Micah was very knowledgeable on various topics to include food, wine, whiskey, and the history of the area. Our food was incredible and each course served in a timely manner. This is a definite to do when in Vegas.

Amazing resturaunt. I have allergies and the staff made sure that no exposure would occur. Shoutout to the best waiter in the world, Micah Syler! Defenitly reeccomend

The service was okay nut no where near as attentive as I would expect. The view of course is the main attraction. The thoughts of the food varied from person to person but the general consensus was that it was good but we have had better in Vegas. Staff were friendly and we were not rushed.

WORST $ 230.00 DINNER EVER !!! Let me start off by saying that the view is awesome !!! That's where anything positive begins and ends with this insultingly overpriced restaurant !!! Go to the lounge and see the view from there !!! Told them that it was out Anniversary - They did nothing to acknowledge it !!! Dinner for (2), including two drinks and tip was $ 230.00. Bread: The loaf of bread came out and LOOKED amazing, my wife and I took one bite and could not take another. Maybe the worst fine restaurant bread EVER !!! Wife's $ 20.00 Margarita, was in the smallest glass on the face of the earth !!! My Dirty Martini was in a big glass, tasted good, and was the highlight of the meal !!! Wagyu Filet: Super overcooked. So hard, I could barely cut if with a steak knife. I left 1/3 of it, because I couldn't choke anymore down. Heavily salted. Bearnaise Sauce super runny and disgusting !!! Spare Ribs: No taste to them at all. Tough for my wife to choke down. Baked Potato: Loaded... So much bacon, I could not eat any of the potato !!! Blue Cheese Wedge Salad: Terrible Blue Cheese Dressing !!! They literally must not employ a chef at this restaurant !!! I did not complain, because I did not want to kick into butthead mode on vacation !!! You're much better off eating at In & Out Burger, than this place !!! I wanted to tell people that were arriving as we were leaving, that they should go eat anywhere else but here... Proceed at your own risk...

The food was terrible. The spicy tuna roll was mostly a huge ball of rice! my friends had grilled octopus, which I did not try, but they said it was over cooked. Shareable sides- The grilled Artichoke did not taste fresh (it tasted like it came out of a jar), roasted potatoes had no seasoning. I did not eat much here. My friend had scallops and shrimp. The scallops were cut in half to make four tiny pieces, and four pieces of baby shrimp over the top of mushy pasta. Nobody in our party finish their food. My tab for 4 was over $400- extremely disappointed.

The views from this place are amazing! I’m glad we paid the extra money to sit by the window. It was so worth it! The food and the service were very average. I would think at a place like this and the prices you pay, everything would be exquisite. That was not the case for us. We ordered the Billionaire Eggs as an appetizer, deviled eggs. They tasted like they had been sitting in a refrigerator all made up ahead of time. They did not seem fresh. I ordered a new pasta dish with scallops, shrimp and peas. There was not one pea in my dish. Certainly not the end of the world, but clearly not made right. For my taste, I could have used more sauce. My friend ordered a pork chop. It was huge! The problem was, being that big and making sure it was thoroughly cooked, dried it out. It was also under seasoned. He didn’t eat much of it. I took a bite, and I wouldn’t have eaten it either. Very disappointing! The service we received was very average. I expected much more. It was nothing memorable. I would not go back. I would also not recommend this place to my fellow travelers. There are so many fabulous places to eat in Vegas, I feel like every place has to bring their A game. That’s was not the case here. We paid over $100 per person for this experience and walked away very underwhelmed.

Overpriced, under staffed and above all, they have no concept of customer service. Booked for 8:30pm, kept us hanging about for 20mins, eventually sat down at 20:50 and even then, they were scrambling around getting place settings on the table. We’ve been many times, but wouldn’t go again - it’s definitely lost its lustre.
Great view, decent food
We went to dinner at the Top Of the World as our fancy dinner in Vegas. We showed up to our reservation 15 minutes early and were swiftly brought to our table. We paid the $50 window table reservation which was worth it. Even if you didn't get a table seat it's a nice view. They have tiered seating so everyone can get a view. The restaurant rotates at the top which makes it great for a nighttime dinner reservation. Very cool atmosphere. Our server was very nice but he kept recommended the most expensive items of course which was a bit annoying. Honestly the food wasn't as good as I was hoping for. I feel like you are paying for the atmosphere and the experience more than the food unfortunately. Overall it was a decent dinner but I've had better food at less expensive restaurants. We got a steak, lobster tail, Brussel sprouts and creme brûlée. We were comfortably full in the end and were able to rotate once fully before leaving. 5/5 for view and atmosphere 4/5 for service and 3/5 for food. Would recommend to eat there at least once. I might opt for the sky lounge next time.
