Went in Friday evening to have a salad and pizza. The waitress brought the salad with no utensils, no oil, no pepper or salt. My wife had get up from the table and ask another waitress for the those things. The deep dish pizza was soggy but their ingredients were good. What else can I say. Good luck

Being a Illinois transplant (growing up south of Chicago) here in S.A., I was ecstatic to find a Chicago style pizza place in the city with really good (not just average or decent) pizza. And trust me there are some lousy places here - one even had their crust made of corn meal! Pies aren't a perfect Chicago style replica but as close as you can find here in South Texas and darn tasty! I ONLY go here when I am craving Chicago style. Only downside is the place is small so get there early!

I first heard of Trilogy from the many Groupon promos I've seen. We've been wanting to try their Chicago-style pizza and we finally gave it a try. I checked out their website and found a lot of daily specials and coupons. We ordered cheese bread to start off with- very yummy. I especially loved the marinara dipping sauce! We ordered a large sausage Chicago- style pizza. While it was good, the crust seemed a bit under-cooked and "doughy". Service was good and quick - it took only 25 minutes for them to cook a deep dish pizza. There was a slide-show of menu items above the bar and we were thinking of ordering cannoli shots for dessert, but our waitress never offered and rushed the check to us. We saved money and extra calories! We will try again to see how the thin, NY-style pizza tastes!

Loved the pizza and salad....was very good...definitely recommend. Atmosphere was nice and customer service was great. Thanks again for the groupon.

We ordered this after a late night at sea world. I was dying to try the Chicago style (which was yummy and loaded with cheese) but my husband loooved the New York style. We got two mediums and with us and the two little ones we had sooo much leftovers! If I had to do it again I would do the traditional old world New York style pepperoni with the fresh mozzarella and garlic. Decent price and very conveniently located to our hotel Drury plaza at stone oak

Finally gave this Stone Oak restaurant a try. I typically avoid this area of town - horrible traffic patterns, urban sprawl at its worst and cookie cutter strip centers. The sausage Chicago style was worth the 30 minute wait. Not up to Uno or Malnati standards but ... This is San Antonio. Decent wine list with reasonable prices. Worth a return visit.

Trilogy Pizza is always consistently good. Lately, I've been picking up pizzas there on a Friday night (pre-teen movie night). A few weeks ago, I ordered a pizza on the way home from work. I thought my coupon was for a medium pizza, when actually it was for a large pizza. So, upon arrival, my coupon (for a large pizza) didn't actually apply. To probably appease me, Sophie offered me a coupon for a discount or another pizza on my next visit. When I got home, I realized my mistake, called Trilogy and asked for John (the owner) and ended up giving the coupon back the next week. Sophie went above and beyond to apologize for the mix-up (when I was actually responsible) and John, the owner, actually called me back when I wanted to explain what actually happened. Family owned. Caring associates. Delicious food. Consistent. Please take the time to dine in or take out from Trilogy.

Don't always expect to find top flight pizza in TX but Trilogy continues to serve 3 different styles of pizza that won't disappoint someone used to Chicago and NYC pizza. First came here 6 years ago and returned today and they haven't missed a beat. In a concession to age, I've pretty much traded deep dish for a thinner crust. Tonight my NY style crust was absolutely perfect with just few charred spots giving it great flavor and crunch. A fine, crisp salad led of the evening with house made balsamic dressing. Waiter was attentive without being bothersome.

Bought a Groupon to Trilogy and, WOW, what a delicious surprise. Best pizza we have ever eaten! Super nice waitstaff, as well! We will defintely return. New favorite!

This restaurant was such a delightful surprise. It has a great atmosphere for a Friday night date at a casual, neighborhood place. I have driven by this intersection many times but never would have known this was here if it wasn't for Trip Advisor. And we were certainly not disappointed. The Chicago deep dish had a crisp crust and tasty, fresh marinara. We ordered a medium which was way too large for the two of us; we took half of it home. The house salad was crisp and large, big enough to split. It's worth your time to locate the Groupon discount as it is a little pricey without it.

This is a really great place for pizza. My wife and I stopped and a business colleague stopped in for pizza tonight. They have three different kinds of crust, thus the name Trilogy! We arrived around 6:00 and we were happy to hear that we still had another hour for happy hour, which runs from 5:00-7:00 Tuesday-Friday. They offer four sizes of pizzas, pizzette, small, medium and a large. Since we could not decide, we each ordered our own pizzette pizza, which is about 8" and four slices. The topping were fresh, the crust on both of the New York style and the Wheat Crust pizzas were excellent. While we didn't try the Chicago deep dish, another couple next to us ordered one and it looked great. I would come back here anytime. Tips, the place is small, so I would arrive before 6:00 during the week to get a table.

Having cut our teeth on the original version at Uno's pizza fifty years ago and more recently at Lou Malnatti's in Chicago we were hankering for some genuine deep dish. This is a nice place in Stone Oak, and we got there for lunch. The big guy takes 30 minutes. They were having a lunch buffet for $7.95 and that was a good deal. When you order a pie there you can get the salad bar for $3.95. Our server was friendly and quick as we waited. The pie sure looked the part when it arrived. The crust was crispy and brown and done just right. There were plenty of green peppers, onions, pepperoni, and sausage. It was delicious. To kick it up to perfection I would have used spicy Italian sausage, more cheese and a shot of fresh garlic. We are comparing to the legendary Uno's which even they cannot match now. Nice friendly folks here, good food and service. This pizza place is a keeper.

A Groupon led us to Trilogy for our first but not last visit. This is NOT Pizza Hut. These folks Advertise an assortment of specialty pizzas that you rarely fid such as Chicago style deep dish (2" deep), Mediterranean and Greek styles among others. We tried the Mediterranean, the Chicago deep dish and an Old World Classic Margherita. All were EXCELLENT.

I went this evening with a party of 8. Pizza was mediocre. Service was slow not completely knowledgeable of the menu. I would have to say there are better places to spend your money.

I used to love the bread overload of a deep dish pizza. However, with an ever expanding waistline, I have come to appreciate the NY style thin crust a bit more (as if changing crust types versus not eating pizza at all will assist in weight maintenance). With that in mind we opted for the NY style Quatro Carni, a four meat pizza which I figured was sure to satisfy the hearty carnivore types that we are . . . no namby pamby veggie and peppers or margherita type pizza for our tastes! It was very reassuring to see the cook washing his hands in a sink next to the work station counter top, soaping all the way up to his elbows before he began dough kneading which included a couple of deft aerial tosses of the spinning pizza dough. Not a whole lot of waiting before we had our meat lover's pizza presented on a server that raised the pizza almost to eye level.. Hot and "stringooey", we made 4 slices disappear as fast as the molten cheese would let us without causing roofie blisters. We liked the crust and loved the meat and cheese flavor which was enhanced by an application of finely grated parmesan. My wife, me and the pizza; a trilogy of dramatic hunger, voracious consumption, and rapt satisfaction. We thoroughly enjoyed the selection of meats, cheese and scant sauce on this Big Apple pie. And to top it off, we had 4 slices to take home and enjoy one more time. Only one disparaging aspect of this pizza story, at $27 for a large meats pizza, I would probably not visit without a Groupon as observed by another reviewer. Conversely, the daily lunch buffet sounded like a good deal.

Trilogy Pizza & Wine Bistro at Stone Oak Pkwy & Huebner has got to be one of the city's best hidden gems! First, let me say that I used to like Rome's until I found Fralo's. Then, I liked Fralo's until they started messing up our orders (every visit over the last 3) and I decided maybe they weren't so sanitary (I realized the pizza "net" covers aren't cleaned-- I've seen dried up sauce, dirt/leaf, and even a beetle in them). However, I believe we have discovered pizza heaven in San Antonio at Trilogy! They serve three types of pizza (hence "trilogy"): New York Style, Chicago Style, and California Style. I can't speak for the California style but the New York is VERY good! I'm originally from Chicago and, while the pizza isn't quite as good as Chicago style pizza in Chicago, it is still very good-- just a little "different"-- and I certainly won't complain. The prices are bearable-- cheaper than Fralo's. They have an extensive wine list, and a wide array of appetizers (the bruschetta is to die for!), salads, and pastas. The atmosphere is pleasant and they have a nice bar. It's not a very big place-- my guess is that they will have to either expand or open another location at some point. So do me a favor, if you go, and you like it as much as I do, please don't tell all your friends-- I'd hate the thought of lines going out the door for a taste of pizza heaven!

There are likely several great pizza places in San Antonio, but this is one we will keep going back to. Their deep dish pizza is tasty, not as greasy as other versions I've had but also not the best, still very good. New York style pizza was very good as well, the combination of great cheese, sauce and crust all working together- really tasty. Next time I will ask them to pile the veggie toppings on higher. A little pricey but they make up for that with coupon/Groupon deals etc. Small dine-in area so it does fill up quickly.

My daughter and I stopped by before our movie and tried the NY style pizza and the Chicago style pizza. We ordered the Capone for the Chicago, minus the green peppers and added pepperoncini's. This was a very good Chicago style deep dish pizza. I've been to several places in Chicago and I'd say this ranks up there with many of the best. What I favored most was the fact that the crust wasn't greasy like many other local chains. The combination of meat and veggies on the Capone made for a fantastic dinner. The NY pizza we had was also good. We split the pizza in half. My half had Italian sausage and pepperoncini and she had salami and pepperoncini. Both were great tasting. We asked for extra sauce which added that extra flavor we were looking for. Service was great and timely. Overall, we enjoyed our two small pizzas and will definitely be back to try some others as well.

Small place but nicely appointed with great pizza. Serves both thin crust & deep dish. Never had the deep dish but thin crust as goos as it comes.

The pizza is excellent, and the staff is very service-oriented. But there is no waiting area, which is almost always a problem. The dining room is small, and when we last visited (mid-week), we waited 45 minutes. We stood up the whole time, just inside the front door.

My family of 4 was seated tonight at dinner for our first visit at Trilogy, and the restaurant had about 6 other tables filled. Another party came in and was seated after us. We waited about 15 minutes but never had a waiter or waitress greet us or take our order. The group that arrived after us was even helped while several waiters walked past us and never acknowledged us. We left without ever being helped. We were greatly disappointed.

Awesome deep dish pizza! Best pizza outside of Chicago. Everytime we visit San Antonio, Trilogy's is on our list of places to eat!

I had been searching for this pizza for a while. Asking around, I got various responses, mostly, "who would want deep dish pizza?" This trip to the area, we Groupon'ed, and picked up a coupon for Trilogy. What a treat! Started with cheese bread appetizer with artichoke and spinach ($7.50). This was needed, because it does take a while for the deep dish pizza. Well worth the wait. Keeley was very attentive, and was very professional. The pizza was 21.00 for a large, and we added 6.00 for toppings. We were able to eat 2 slices each. Again, excellent deep dish pizza!

A friend suggested I try Trilogy Pizza. It was fantastic. They have New York Style pizza as well as Chicago Deep Dish. I tried the New York Style. The crust was thin, and crisp. The toppings were plentiful. The staff was friendly and service was fast. The location is small,so you may have a wait on the weekends.

The pizza is fantastic no matter which size, thickness or what you may or may not top it with. The crust is handmade and spiced just perfect. They have an oven baked pizza oven that was shipped over from Italy. The crust is baked just right with a crip delicious taste very favorable to the palate. They have Italian music playing in the background and are flipping pizzas right behind the counter offering a free show to those who are interested. The smell of the place tops everything. There is no smell on this earth better than a fresh oven baked pizza. We order fresh cut jalapeños, sautéed mushrooms and fresh pasta sauce for dipping the pizza. There is a lot more to choose from them just pizza and everything is fabulous! The salad is to die for and the bread unreal. A must go to place for one of the best pizza restaurants in town .

Very family oriented little pizza place. Kids can draw on the chalkboards or play with pizza dough. The pizza is very good too!

As soon as you walk in the smell of fresh ingredients and pizza smacks you in the face and commands your attention. The wine selection is small but good, they have some pasta which I will be trying soon. But the pizza is what I came here for, nice crisp pizza made to order , my only regret is that they close so early came in at 9pm and they were already closing, they make exceptions and will insist that you stay price is competitive, it's a great place to eat just get there early and Bon appetite.

Recently visited during a 5-week business trip. Pizza was amazing, comparable to pizza I've had in Rome!

Their Chicago deep dish is to die for!! We decided to eat there as a family because of a Groupon we found. We will definitely go back! The pizza reminded of our trip to Chicago for Lou Malnati's deep dish. Very delicious!

Being from NY im always on the hunt for good NY style pizza. Trilogy did not diasappoint. Order by the slice? Check! Thin crispy crust? Check! Pizzeria ambiance like home? Check! Garlic powder and parmesan cheese? Check! Legit NY style pizzeria. Thank you!

Trilogy is definitely a hidden gem in Stone Oak, although as good as the food is, I know it won't stay hidden for long. The deep dish pizza here is just...perfect. I can't imagine a better pizza, and if I could, I doubt it could be made with human hands. This pizza takes your breath away - the sight, the smells, the taste...all of it. My wife and I first came here because of a Groupon, and I am so glad that we did. This is now our favorite pizza place in all of San Antonio. Consistently exceptional quality and taste. Don't miss it!

I bought a groupon, because I love deals and pizza. Pizza was OK..server messed up order, drinks were always dry, rude. Manager never came over to check on the terrible job the server was doing. I would have like to attribute the errors to a busy restaurant, but it was a slow day with only 3 tables occupied. Not going back, but still looking for a great deep dish pizza in San Antonio.

They have some of the best pizza around. Eat here and you will definitely realize the inferior quality of the national chains. The owner is usually on the spot and the pizza choices are great. Prices are a tad higher but worth every penny. They have had for awhile a tue-thu deal of buy one, get one free. We order 4 pizzas for $50. Even when we reheat (or accidentally char on the reheat) the pizzas are great. This has been a monthly stop for this large family for years now. My wife and I even do little dates here.

The staff is very friendly and the service was best. It's a small place and very clean. The food was great and the menu had a good selection to choose from. I will come back here.

Founds many positive reviews on line, had to escape the OVER PRICED JW MARRIOTT so we decided to drive 20 minutes to give this place a try. Exceptional pizza. The New York style came out 10 minutes after ordering simple cheese only for the 12 year old, he was thrilled with great taste. The Chicago style took too long. We ordered at 4:30 and the pizza arrived at 5:10. And the place wasn't busy. Only three tables in total had guests, one table had food before we arrived, so we were second in line. Other table ended up with two small Chicago style, same as us. Shouldnt have taken 40 minutes But the wait was worth it. Exceptional flavor on a combination Chicago style with Canadian bacon, red onions, mushroom and meatballs.

I ordered Trilogy pizza today to support a local business. I decided to get a sausage pizza and their garlic knots. I was a little disappointed with the pizza today as it was undercooked as you can see from the picture I took. I have ordered Trilogy before and have never had a problem with it not being cooked thoroughly hence I still gave it 4 stars. Conversely, the garlic knots were spot on and delicious. This review is more about giving personal feedback to the restaurant as I intend to try them out again down the road.

Was good if you don't feel like cooking pasta at home. Needed more sauce for my rating to be better.

The CHICAGO, NEW YORK, and CALIFORNIA PIZZAS. EXCELLENT!! Nice cozy restaurant. For dining in or carry out. This is as close as it gets to eating pizza from those areas.

We had stopped here several times during the week but they do not open until later on weekdays. So finally went later and were seating promptly, as we were first customers. Will was very personable and service was very good. They have a varied menu with lots of choices from salads, specialty pizzas, pizzas made to order and Italian plates. They also have happy hour wine specials. They are in the process of expanding the dining area some as it is not very large. They do have limited bar seating as well. It is tucked away in a corner shopping center so you might have to drive around to find it. The best way is to enter off of Huebner Rd. and it will be on the left, facing Huebner. We will return when we are in the area since we live further away.

If you seek variety in your pizza then come here early on Sunday. Love the pizza buffet, and they even ask you if you have any special requests. Great pizza, salad, and brownie cookies for less than $10. You can't go wrong there.

There are some great artisan style pizzas here. I like the thin, but I see many people ordering the deep dish. The meatball and jalapeno and farmer's market are two of my favorites. Nice happy hour and reverse happy hour specials.

This place does not open the same time everyday so check first before going. We originally wanted to meet friends there for lunch Monday but as it turned out they don't open till 4 on Mondays. We had to go back on a Friday when they do open at noon. The thin crust pizza was delicious, the deep dish pizza was a little too heavy on the dough plus it does not go well with white sauce. Pasta primadoro was good, salad was light and tasty. Calamari was tiny and greasy.

We visited this place on a week night. It was a pleasant experience. We had a short wait to be seated but they were quite busy. Our waiter was cordial and pretty knowledgeable on the menu items. We did not have wine so not sure of his knowledge on that. All in all, it was a great experience! We will definitely be back since it is located around our neighborhood. We had the deep dish and our picky eater kids, enjoyed it as well! Would certainly recommend this place to friends and family!

I've been there before in person, and service was great and personable. This time I ordered take-out. The pizza tastes very fresh. It doesn't taste like anything comes out of a can, box, or loaded with tons of preservatives or thickeners. I don't know though if all their ingredients are organic, grass-fed, etc. However, I don't get that normal bloated feeling after eating their pizza like I do from the big chains. It's pricier than the loss leader specials of the big chains, but it's worth the extra money if you are looking for a high-quality pizza. It even tastes good reheated the next day!

The food and service are great. Best pizza in town by far. The crust compliments the toppings and the toppings are all fresh.

Not just a regular pizza restaurant. Had really different kinds of pizza. Several choices for crust. The crust was really good. Loved that they had personal sizes. Everyone could get the kind they wanted. Really enjoyed the pizza.

Pizza is consistently good. Wait staff is hit or miss. Go with the thin crust, the fresh garlic is a game changer.

This is the second time we have been here and the pizza is very good. Definitely will be back. Very good service provided by our server. Only minus was limited selection of beer.

Lots of different types of pizza here. Nice environment. We went with the traditional make your own. The Chicago deep dish sounded good as well. Friendly service.

This is a MUST go to pizza place!! The pizza is amazing(especially the deep dish) and they also have great pasta dishes, salads, and desserts as well. The prices are very reasonable and you can add a good bottle of wine for not a lot more. Fantastic happy hour, too. Go for a romantic or family dinner for a great price and an awesome meal!! Sopport the small businesses!!

I went for their Friday buffet. Being from Florida we have a lot of NY influence and our pizza is a lot better than Texas anywhere I have been. Everything tasted so authentic the sauce, cheese, and dough. Their pizza has everything portion perfect. I highly recommend it!

We had a groupon to try Trilogy, and were delighted with the food and the value. The pizza was great. Very, very tasty. The ambiance was fun and upbeat. The service was great. We enjoy pizza, and eat it more than most... this was one of the best pizzas we have every had. Highly recommended! And don't forget the canoli shooter. I can't remember what they call it, but canoli shooter is close!

A little hard to find as in corner part of shopping center with small sign on upper front of building but well worth the hunt! Large thick crust pizza with pile high filling of delicious tasty ingredients, we ordered 2 pizzas for 4 adults & 2 kids and had almost a whole pizza left. If you don't like thick messy pizza than pass but it will be your loss :).

New Nork style is the best . Good bread, good salads, limited but reasonable wines. I have not tried the other items on the menu because pizza is the reason we go there.

Four of us had a wonderful time there Small but clean and cute dining area Love the music Hubby was able to watch some of the game Pizza was delish!! Decent pricing-well worth the yumminess! Cheesy breadsticks are a must try! We will be back!

We ordered a classic pepperoni pizza to go. Spent over $15, and the pizza was so burned on the bottom, we had to throw most of it away. Very disappointing.

I really enjoy this local pizzeria. It's always good and consistent. I am from Chicago and their deep dish pizza, although doesn't taste exactly like a Chicago deep dish pizza, is a good option when not in Chicago. John, the owner, is usually working (especially on busy nights like a Friday or a Saturday). I recommend it.

The wife and I ordered the Margherita pizza, it was yummy! Staff was friendly and attentive, it's a cute place, with different kind of tables to sit at. There is a bar to sit at if you want! Extensive wine list as well and apparently they have many craft beers available too! Only hitch here was it took 25 minutes to get our pizza! Don't know if was an exception or the rule. We may come back, liked the place after all!

I love pizza and trilogy is my favorite. Always order the California wheat crust. I'm not much of a salad eater but I'll eat theirs because that are very good. Good service and great atmosphere.

Went with my kids several times to Trilogy for Pizza. The deep dish takes 25 minutes to cook. We take uno cards and play to keep the kids entertained while we wait for our deep dish pizza. They serve wine & beer or you can take your own bottle of wine to drink for a modest corking fee. We have enjoyed both New York & Chicago style pizza. The three meat Texan is great for growing boys. Enjoy!

Stopped in here after a show for an early weekend dinner, since we had a "deal of the day" coupon. Pleasantly surprised to find happy hour drink specials even on weekends until 6PM. High quality specialty pizzas with choice of three styles, normal, deep dish, and wheat crust. I especially enjoyed the Mediterranean salad. The service was outstanding. I think we will return.

The pizza was good, but nothing spectacular. And the service was average, the waitress did not seem that happy to be there working that evening. Would not go back, especially when there are so many other choices in San Antonio.

Best pizza in Stone Oak! NY style thin crust baked in a real Italian pizza oven is outstanding! I’m that guy who doesn’t call Chicago deep dish real pizza. But if that floats your boat, half of the dining room is always eating it. So Trilogy must bake a great deep dish. Friendly staff! Excellent food! Great value!

First time visit as we had a Groupon. It is located in a congested shopping center at a very busy intersection. The place is not very large and tables are small. The tables could be arranged a bit to offer more room between them. You can sit at the small bar area but not if people at the table by it because too close. We had to walk to the counter area before being greeted and seated. The place was almost full so we had a delay for the waiter to come by. They do have a happy hour and good serving of wine. The waiter did apologize for the wait and took our order and made suggestion. The pizza was piping hot and appealing but a thinner crust than we expected. The taste was good. A bit pricey for the size and quality of the pizza but the atmosphere was fine, restaurant was clean and a good place to meet up for happy hour. The menu is varied but we only got the Spinach Pie pizza. We would try them again.

Our son had taken us here several years ago as he loved the pizza here. It is a bit far from our home and outside our usual restaurant haunts. We wanted to find something a little different from our usual pizza places so we decided to give it another try. The first time years ago we were there was good so we were expecting a good pizza again and were not disappointed. Luckily when we arrived they had one table left, so we were seated immediately. We decided on the capon pizza less the pepperoni which I do not like. The waiter said it would be no problem leaving the pepperoni off and they did. We like NY style thin crust style. They also offered Chicago deep dish and CA wheat styles for any of their pies. The pie came out fairly quickly and it was hot and delicious. It had to be one of the best we have had in San Antonio and we devoured most of it taking the rest home for the next day lunch. I don't know why we waited so long to return but we will be back for more. We would like to try some of the other offerings.

We've tried several pizzas here and have settled in with the West Coast Shrimp pizza. It ain't cheap but it sure is good. Recommended. Takes a while.

We stopped in this restaurant not knowing anything about it. The placed smelled great! We had the cheese bread appetizer and a medium Mediterranean Pizza. We ended up taking half the pizza home. Both were very good. The place was quite busy, especially for 6 pm on a Sunday. Service was very good.

It has been a while since we were here so with another coupon decided to go back. There was only one table taken early evening on a Sunday so no problem with seating:) We were waited on promptly and waitress was pleasant. We ordered and received our drinks and pizza in timely order and the waitress came back to table 2 or 3 times just as we began our meal. Unfortunately, she didn't return after that and I had to go ask for wine fill even though our glasses were empty for a time. Part of the time she was in the back and then she was visible but either chatting with staff or on her phone. There were lots of staff there all standing around chatting as their were only two tables with customers so not much for them to do. SO all the more reason you would think I wouldn't have had to go ask for a wine refill. I asked for the ticket and she brought it right back but left and there was no pen to sign it with. Luckily I had one on me and didn't have to go track her down again. So the evening would have flowed much better if the waitress had spread out her initial attentiveness to where to would have given our refills without having to go ask and would have provided a pen for the bill. Small things like this can dampen an otherwise lovely setting and experience. Otherwise, I would say the wine was a nice pour and they do offer $4 glass house wine which was tasty. They also have a small selection to choose from but again this is a small place. It was comfortable and not noisy and they did have two TV's behind bar area. No problem parking close either. We would return as we enjoyed the pizza as well.

Trilogy has the best deep dish pizza! They are generous with high quality toppings. Be prepared for a little wait on the deep dish, but it is worth it. The prices are reasonable. I've had the thin crust as well and found it average. We have found the service to be really good. We have eaten there for lunch & dinner before and even did carryout. For the bargain hunters: You can usually find a coupon on the back of a HEB receipt. Sometimes you will see offers on Living Social or Groupon.

Ok, this is a tiny little place that does not take reservations, so if you go on a weekend night prepare to wait. But it is so worth it. The pizzas are to die for, and they have a great selection of salads and other menu items. Nice little wine list, reasonable prices. Lots of locals love this place.

Really fresh food and great tasting. Highly recommend. I was very impressed with the meatball appetizer! Best meatballs I have ever tasted!

Looking for a place to get a quick bite on the way home and stopped in here. Pleasant surprise, very good pizza and great friendly service.

Service was fair, Had a nice selection of Beer and wine. chose Becks nice and cold, in a frosty pilsner glass. hard to get a refill. Ordered a meat lovers Chicago deep dish and it was good for a Napoli type crust lots of filling and a little short on the meat. long on marinela sauce. hand made crust olive oil made it crisp and light. good pizza.

Want great Pizza? Want great service? Want great atmosphere? Go to Trilogy

The pizza is great! Eat in or take it to go, you won't be disappointed! D.

Had a great pizza and salad at Trilogy. Customer service was courteous and outgoing. We has the NY Style- Pesto pizza. Delicious ingredients and the crust was crispy. Everything felt fresh and authentic. Almost everyone there was having the buffet so that might be an option if your looking for a variety of slices.

This is not New York pizza but is very close .The ingredients are fresh ,the toppings are fresh mozzarella is good .. I would give it five stars if they can get the dough the same but it just ain't possible outside New York. High heat brick oven. Let's put it this way it beats the hell out of the chains.

Found this place after purchasing a groupon. Pleasantly surprised. Wanted to try the Chicago style pizza. Ordered the Capone. Extra good. My husband & I ordered a medium & took half home. The next night night we reheated in the oven & every bit as good. Also happy hour until 6. $4.00 for a very decent house wine. Very good waiter. Not a large place, might be crowded at times. We will go back without the groupon.

This was recommended highly and honestly it was just awful. Service was good. Pizza sauce just not tasty. Thin crust not thin and was doughy. Garlic knots seeping in oil! Sorry——we wanted to like it!

I know, brisket on a pizza?? But you really can't go wrong with any of the pies on the menu.

Absolutely fantastic deep dish... It's even better the second day... With a coupon we fed a family of 4 for under $20... Look for their coupons and deals... Honestly wouldn't eat here without the coupons.. The deep dish is packed with meat and cheese and the crust is good! The seating and arrangement would be my only issue with this place. The tables and chairs are super worn out and need to be replaced.

My family and I stopped in here on a whim, deciding to skip our elegant dinner reservations. I am very happy we did. Family oriented, small restaurant with wonderful pizza! I would return if nearby.

Food is a five, pizza is outstanding. Service could've been a little better. A nice change from the Riverwalk.

Crust makes or breaks a good pizza! Deep dish Chicago style w/ selected toppings had bright flavor, large pie slices & served quicker than anticipated. House merlot sealed the deal!

Some of the best pizza's we've had in San Antonio. The "Chicago" style pizza was ordered with 1/2 Mediterranean and 1/2 vegetarian toppings, the crust was cooked to perfection, not undercooked as is often encountered. The "New York" thin crust pizza was ordered with 1/2 spinach and 1/2 Italian toppings. All toppings were exceptional with an excellent blend of ingredients, enhancing the flavor. Not a romantic spot, noise level is fairly high, but they do offer carry-out.

Chicago style pizza was wonderful. Wine menu needs some updating. I would think a wine bar would list the vineyard and the region at the very least

It was my first visit to a restaurant after covid-19 closure. I loved the pizza and service was really good.

Read reviews that suggested this place in our area. Service was good, but pizza not as good as reviewed. Had a large wheat pizza. Toppings were great, but dough was limp and chewy. Could have been cooked several more minutes. Fun place to check out, but pizza was OK.

My husband and I have eaten at Trilogy several times and have never been disappointed, they have the best bruchetta and we love their Fuego pizza! Go, you won't be disappointed!!

Took my wife to dinner after reading a favorable review about the Chicago style pizza at Trilogies. This was a big mistake as the pizza was burnt at the edges, the only pizza I have ever had that was watery, literaly, water ran of the pizza when I picked up a slice; the crust was hard, burnt at the edges, pastie; don't even think I will eat the "left overs".. Doubt if I give them a second chance.

My first visit to Trilogy and I took my wife and her parents, plus a visiting friend from Oklahoma. We were all very satisfied with our meal. The salad was enormous and we split it between ALL five of us. The calamari was good but the pizza was excellent. In fact our visitor from Oklahoma said it was good as any pizza she had ever eating. We will be back

We ordered the deep dish Italian sausage pizza to go. We are staying at a nearby hotel on vacation and found this on Tripadvisor. The pizza was ok. It could have been cooked longer and would have been better. The crust itself was doughy in the middle. That being said, it did taste ok. However, my 11 year old son, thought it tasted wonderful. The Italian sausage did taste very good and would probably be very good on their traditional pizza. If you look at their website they have specials during the week and tonight, Friday, they had 20% off any large pizza. The staff was very friendly when I called in and friendly when we picked up the pizza. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and was pretty busy.

Wow! We were impressed and we're picky about our pizza. We had a half cheese, half mushroom pizza New York thin yum! We saw the deep dish at the next table and it looked awesome too. We also had the stuffed mushrooms delicious. Caesar salad was fresh. They don't deliver but local delivery services will I believe (grub hub etc). Call to check. Comfy atmosphere- tshirts to some dressed nicer. Really close to the drury plaza stone oak drive if you're staying there as we were. Stop reading reviews and go get some awesome pizza now! :).

Great food, service, and dog friendly. It is a small location, but would recommend for families who want to have a great pizza without leaving Fido at home. They do have coupons on their web site as well which can save you $. My son and I had the four meat pizza, drinks, and dessert for less than $40.

We love deep dish pizza and this was as good as we have eaten in the best pizza places in Chicago ! The salads are great , and so was our brownie with ice cream and hot fudge. The staff is very friendly as well. We will definitely be back !

The Chicago deep dish is amazing. I would travel at least an hour to eat this pizza. The buffet is ok, but when the pizza goes cold, it's just ok. Depending on who you have as a waiter or waitress, determines your level of service. The deep dish overcomes all.

If 1/2 your group likes Chicago deep dish and 1/2 your group likes traditional pizza, this is the place for you. Both have the perfect combination of tender crust, perfectly seasoned sauce and fresh ingredients. down side....it's a small restaurant so you may have to wait a while for a table, but it'll be worth the wait. I love love love this place.

Moved here from Chicago, and spent over a year trying to find good pizza... This is the place! Try the New York (we order extra crispy) or the Chicago style (easy on the sauce)... Best in town!

The pizza is some of the best we have ever had. Very simple decor, but excellent pizza and other Italian dishes. There is almost always a Groupon available making it a very inexpensive meal. We go about every 6-8 weeks after church!
Love dining here!
They have the best pizza!!! And their cannoli shots are wonderful! The menu has recently changed, but they have added an early happy hour and late happy hour which is WELL worth it. We got a great bottle of wine for $10 and enjoyed our pizza! We always get the capone... full of meaty goodness. They are also now offering flatbread appetizers... and some of those looked to be realllllly good. So I am re-recommending our favorite Italian restaurant in San Antonio!
