You Guys Rock

By HighAdventureAir |

Talk about some friendly people. Just across the street from my hotel (Watertown which I recommend) and open late night for your convenience. They helped me locate a sandwich shop that delivered since their deli was already closed. Good recommendation too (JimmyJohns). I will do business with them because they Rock...

Yummy sandwiches

By Greta C |

Such a gem in the middle of it all. Fantastic wine selection and the fresh sandwiches are great. So many good eats and drinks in a small shop. The people who work there are the best!

Fine

By BBBBTravel |

Not so sure why it’s highly rated. Had a good vegan but hubby’s sandwiche had very little meat. Courteous. Clean. Nice selection.

Sandwich was SO good

By Sarah H |

had meetings all day across the street. Ran over on my lunch to grab something to eat. It smells so as you walk in. The young guy at the front desk was so helpful. He explained the menu well. I ordered the Bird. It was delicious! i will be back next time i am in that area for sure!

An amazing convenience store

By John K |

Right across Roosevelt from the Watertown Hotel and the University Inn is this eclectic convenience store/deli. It has just everything you would need for a short stay in the U District. For example, my son loves Tiger Milk bars - could not find them anywhere at PCC, Safeway or Walgreens. Trinity had them! The place is a trip - a little disorganized but the staff knows where to find everything. Open to 11am which is also helpful.

Trinity was a block from my class and hotel. They had fantastic sandwiches for a very reasonable price. Staff was funny and helpful. Get there early - this is a popular lunch place!!

Wonderful market for a busy area

By Barbara S |

You can order some great sandwiches, get wine, ice cream, yogurt, kim chee, a few groceries, espresso, etc. It also has hummus, a few salads, a lot of bottled drinks, and don't forget the chips. And, the people are very nice and helpful.

Convenient market across from the Watertown

By tcthomas45 |

This small market across from the Watertown hotel had a very good selection of snacks, premade sandwiches, and wine and beer. Our extended family enjoyed buying some wine and snacks there and then socializing on the patio of the hotel.

Convenient

We needed a bottle opener and snacks and this was literally across from the Watertown Hotel. We didn't eat there but read the reviews for the sandwiches were good.

Great little market!

By Love-to-Learn-RN |

This little market has a little bit of everything. Good quality food to go, a large selection of beer, wine, hard cider and soft drinks. I haven't had the opportunity to order a sandwich from the deli yet, but the menu looks fantastic. The staff are friendly

Quick dinner near the Pineapple

By attorney07 |

We were staying at the Pineapple Hotel down the street and didn't want a full dinner, so we went to this market that we found on Trip Advisor for a quick sandwich. Unfortunately, it was late and there was nothing fresh, but we did find some small grocery items like hummus and crackers and PBJ and a few sandwiches from the day, which was enough for us. The sandwich selection during the day looked very good. Nice to have this option near a hotel.

Very close to the University Inn

By Tom H |

People were friendly and the selection was decent for a small market. I got items from the sentence to make fifty characters.

Convenient market near U of Washington

By MarciMF |

We stayed at a hotel across the street and stopped in late to grab some dinner. They have a nice deli which was closed but we were able to grab a couple salads and a healthy burrito to bring back to our room. Would stop again.

Tasty, Clean & Convenient

By Patty M |

We were on a college visit and staying at the neighboring University Inn. Trinity is open late, is extremely clean (not typical of the University District), has an excellent grocery selection for a small market for a discerning traveler (sushi, salads) and a deli that makes unique concoctions (wasabi tuna salad sandwiches, good wines etc.) with top grade meats. Once discovered, I went there everyday on our visit, and would definitely return.

Great Deli Service - Fair Prices

By KristyAZ |

The Boar's Head sandwiches were a great option to the pre-made hotel options. Nice, bustling staff with a wide variety of groceries and wine and beer.

Convenient and Friendly

We stayed down the street at University Inn. We needed a few things. Trinity Market had more than enough to help us. Barista coffee, Kambucha, high-quality Frozen foods, and a great Deli.

AMAZING INVENTORY!!!

Robert was the stand our staff member but all were great that I dealt with. Wonderful Deli with freshly made sandwiches.

Quick breakfast, good coffee

By CatMom1019 |

Ample carry out options--yogurt, cereal, fruit, I think some breakfast sandwiches but didn't look for that. Excellent Stumptown coffee. Nice people.

Great local market to Staypineapple Inn.

By Mary Jo W |

This little market has alot to offer. This market also has a deli. Tnhe sandwiches are amazing. Love the bread they made my Italian sub with. Also like there is some sitting inside to enjoy the your lunch.

Perfect little store

By NurseMD |

Later night run to this Market from Staypineapple and it was perfect for what we needed. Crowded packed with items, like one would expect in a inner city Market. We didn't get to try the Deli but several apparent locals mentioned it was very good. We we stay in this area, we will hit up this little market again

Sandwiches!

By Jill F |

I have always felt Seattle lacks in good deli sandwich options. I'm lucky enough to work just a few blocks from Trinity where they make delicious hot and cold sandwiches. You feel like a local here because Rob and the other staff make an effort to personalize every experience. It gets busy during lunch time, so you if you don't have much time or are impatient, you can text in your sandwich order.

Great selection

By Giffoni |

This market is near Pineapple Watertown and had a wonderful selection of snacks and food and other items you might need when travelling. They also had a good selection of wine and beer.

Yum yum and more yum

By sbittant |

this little gem was located across the street from our hotel, fortunately for us the hotel cafe was closed. We both had the turkey deli sandwich, which in most places would be ok, THIS ONE WAS SPECTACULAR, fresh ingredients, tasty, nummy cranberry sauce on a robust artisan bread. It's worth the rip back up to Seattle to have another. Well stocked little grocery store and friendly staff to add to the good vibe.

Deli's never open

By lewiefam |

We are staying across the street for a few nights. Stopped in last night to look and buy some items. The deli was closed but I figured they were done with sandwiches for the night. Tried to get breakfast this am at 9. Weren't open yet. Planned to have sandwiches for dinner; husband went over at 7. Deli not opened. Really? So I'm thinking that deli meat is sitting there aging. He had to buy a loaf of bread and the fixings. What's up with that?

Fantastic sandwiches. Great friendly service. Great selection of drinks.

By IaTravel |

Stopped in and had an awesome warm toasted Deli sandwich. Super friendly folks. Big selection of sandwiches in some unique combos, and ability to make whatever u want too. A very large selection of craft beer, wine and other drinks too. They also are a little corner market that seemed to have a lot of products.

Worth the wait

By Beth M |

We are here for a hospital visit and craving a good deli sandwich. Found it right here! Fresh, original and unique sandwiches made while you wait. This is where the locals eat. Busy at lunch but soooo worth the wait. Neighborhood market/deli with super friendly staff.

Had two wonderful picnics from the Trinity Market. Their sandwiches are excellent. It was also handy for a few extra snack items, etc. Very friendly!

Convenient and Unexpectedly Nice

By Kato Akita |

Great sandwiches, coffee and lots of unexpected favorites hiding out in all corners of this little deli and market.

So Convenient

By hellomoto88 |

Across the street from the Watertown Hotel, so we were able to easily get snacks, beverages, breakfast items and they have a nice deli.

A Real Bright Spot!

By BCRedBoots |

Stayed at the Watertown Hotel across the street. First day my family walked the neighborhood looking for something that would suit each of us, only to discover we had the perfect market right across the street! Great selection of fresh, pre-prepared and grocery items. The staff was super friendly and even when the market was really busy they went out of their way to make it work for their customers. The staff alone made this place a real gem. We stopped there every day we were in town and it made our stay so much easier when travelling with children.

Delightful Deli Near UW

By fun2travel68 |

Amazing food selection at reasonable prices can be found at this corner market in the University District. The owners are very friendly and stock their place with a great variety of healthy items. We visit them whenever we're staying at the Watertown Hotel near UW. They're right across from the hotel and was very convenient when I needed soy milk late at night. My husband and sons have picked up breakfast there, also -- fruit, yogurt, granola, breakfast sandwiches. Highly recommended!

Come here for all your convenience food

By Caaaaaaaarl |

We really enjoyed this mini supermarket and deli. Great selection, good prices, friendly staff. They have everything from a big liquor selection to snack items, groceries, and a deli. Would like to try the deli on our next visit.

Convenient, Clean with Good Sandwiches

By laceandwit |

Am staying at The Watertown Hotel across the street and this market is very convenient with a large selection. Wanted something quick tonight and the front desk recommended their sandwiches at their deli. It was 7ish and the deli was just closed, but they had fresh sandwiches to go. Had a turkey-swiss on large wheat bread with lettuce and tomato that was delicious. The front desk guys raved about their sandwiches and they have quite a selection of offerings. Would go back and try some of the other sandwich specialties.

Market

By cynthia |

This market was right across from the University hotel where we stayed. Had a good selection of drinks and other snacks. Personnel were very helpful and kind.

Neighborhood Deli

By Jeanne G |

Great sandwiches, friendly service (go a few times and they will remember you) - nothing fancy - but fresh, lots of sandwich options and nice owners. Mostly to-go, but they do have a couple cafe tables in the back. Very popular at lunch time and could have a wait from 10-15 minutes for sandwich. Worth it!

We extended our stay due to weather. I found newspaper, popcorn, They seem to have an extensive inventory.

Absolutely delicious gluten-free sandwiches!

By akduck |

I was thrilled to find that this convenient deli/store serves a wide variety of gluten-free sandwiches. I was only in town for two days, but the sandwiches were so incredible that I tried three while I was there, all made with wonderful Boar's Head meats, and all carefully made and fabulous. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere friendly and helpful. I'll be back!

Great little market

By chichi168 |

Great place for groceries or a quick snack. The owners are so nice and friendly! I think it's the mom...but she makes an amazing BLT.

Great Sandwich to Go

By Pharmergirl99 |

This is a handy corner store that offers more choice than most. Its advantage is that it offers make-to-order sandwiches to go during the day. It has Boars' Head luncheon meat on your choice of bread, sub, or bagel and toppings of your choice, all served with a crunchy dill pickle. We keep returning because of the proximity but the sandwich was also top notch for a basic homemade-style lunch.

Cute little market in UW Land

By Rachel35394 |

I stopped in to see what they had because the little diners I wanted to try were closed. I got a superb buffalo chicken and bacon sandwich. Nice work, guys!

One stop shop

By Soonkeum |

Stayed at nearby hotel and found Trinity Market to be great resource for groceries, wine, and great deli. All of the sandwiches and salads are made fresh on site. Seating available with large sunny windows with great people watching view of the street. Strong Asian influence in the market. Did not expect to find fresh kimchi or nori snacks! Friendly and helpful staff. This was a great find for our stay in Seattle. Made a stop there every afternoon to pick up some snacks and wine for the evening and coffee drinks in the morning.

The best deli sandwiches in the U District by far!

By Peter C |

I’ve been eating deli sandwiches here for 3 years. They are exceptional on every level. I’ve travelled the World many times over and this place ranks up in the super star stratosphere. Beyond delicious. Text your order for pick-up or you’ll wait in a very long line at lunch time. But worth the wait

Great little market

By cbengert |

This is a great market to pick up stuff. Reasonably prices and a very wide selection of products. I didn't get a chance to try their deli though.

Quick Trip

By Eddie M |

We needed some fresh foods that had been requested by a sick mother-in-law so we ran to Trinity Market which was just across the street from the hotel we were staying in. The young man behind the counter seemed to be looking down each aisle my husband and myself went through. That never makes me feel very welcome. In the end we ended up buying grapes, milk, pineapple juice, almonds and a fruit leather bar for about 17.00.
