Excellent and healthy

By MickExplorer |

In a city with limited healthy options this is a beacon of quality and fresh clean food. If you are craving a meal that won’t leave you feeling heavy. Look no further. Consistently good. The key lime pie is outstanding. Light and refreshing.

Great place for lunch

By soonerj92 |

I had a margherita pizza and a prickly pear tisane. My food came out quickly and was very reasonably priced. It was also one of the best margherita pizzas I've ever had! My server was friendly.

Way too expensive for that

By pascamel |

Way too expensive for pizza or pasta The dishes are correct but without surprises A little light service with little effort to understand our English

Splendid corners’ with 0’ km products

By Silvia |

Very quiet place away from the chaos , clean and spacious environment furnished in theme with nature and ecology. Delicious staff as well as the proposal of dishes that embraces various needs ... from the burger, to the fish dish (great salmon in a bed of brown rice and newbie peas) to the bowls. Fast service and not too expensive. (Ideal for those who love the products of nature!) In two evenings stay in slbergon we always decided to dine there. Great experience ❤️

Outstanding 1st time experience...we'll be back

By Rich M |

Fantastic 1st time experience! Food was outstanding...Korean bowl with Salmon and sustainable Sea Bass. Drinks were tasty...black tea but had unique flavor and tart fun lemonade. Service was excellent...friendly, helpful, and engaging. Prices were reasonable. Love the mission, approach, and delivery of a wonderful dining experience. We're from Michigan so hope to visit another of these somewhere soon.

Boring! Needs help with their menu!

By Xeroeso |

My flank steak was tough as could possibly be. What made it worse, was they didn't provide a knife (it came presliced - I'm assuming with a chainsaw because it was a lot of work to chew it). They are proud of their menu selection, but because they focus only stuff they make in house it was very limited. I like the concept, but unless you're a health nut from California you're probably not going to like it. I encourage them to keep trying though - this place has a lot of potential!

Great food and cocktails

By mjc_travels |

We are two vegetarians and we really enjoyed our meal at True Food Kitchen. We ordered two cocktails - the skinny margarita and the juniper rose. The rose-infused drink was excellent; the skinny margarita was good but needed something. We ordered the charred cauliflower appetizer, which was good but I did wonder what the ingredients given the calorie count! Finally, we ordered the great grains bowl and the seasonal ingredient salad, both of which were good. If you are a vegetarian, you can definitely get a good meal here.

Great Food

Popped in for lunch. I had never eaten here before but was pleasantly surprised. A great menu with healthy options, delicious food and great staff.

Slow service, still good food

By Wesley |

Been here a few times while in Vegas. Relatively inexpensive and good food for the Vegas strip. Consistent food. The food, however, took a long time tonight and it wasn’t overly busy. Had a 6pm reservation and didn’t get our food until 6:50, and we had basic burgers and pizza. Server really didn’t check back with us as we waited. Previously, the experience was much faster.

Highly recommend

By Ginny Foxtrott |

Superb food with a fab menu. Best food we have had to date in Las Vegas. The burgers are a 10/10 and can highly recommend the 13 Celsius Sauvignon Blanc wine. Service was lovely too.

Little stop

By heikkih722 |

Between seeing the sights, you can stop by, for example, this Caesars Palace restaurant, which also has a bar counter for drinks. The service was good and the drink cold in the American style. However, too low a wine temperature is not suitable for the wine's taste.

Great food and service

By Lily |

Great meal at reasonable prices. Lots of healthy and delicious options. Our server Valerie was fantastic - she was attentive and helpful with her suggestions and answers to our questions. Would definitely go again.

Healthy, fresh, tasty - so good!

By MissyD000 |

Delicious healthy, tasty meals - we had the peanut satay noodles, teriyaki black rice bowl with sides of asparagus and corn - so nice to have such fresh and flavoursome food. Good Gluten Free and Vegetarian options too. Would definitely go back!

Excellent Experience! Ask for Andrea!

By Lexie B |

First time customer and this place is a MUST if you’re visiting Vegas! First of all, the drinks are the BEST IN VEGAS!!!!!! The food is not only a much healthier option, but it’s INCREDIBLE!!!!! And I am one who isn’t into any sort of health kick, but the flavors of the Poke bowl were to die for!! The service was SPOT ON, too!! Andrea helped us and was extremely professional and helpful with all of our questions, and was super quick as well!! 200/10 stars!!

Great service and staff, food was okay

By Nathan U |

Came for 6:30pm dinner on a Friday night. Pretty vacant. Service was excellent, amicable staff. Overall food was okay, appreciate the fact that they are doing fresh ingredients and seasonal dishes but something was a little off, somewhat undercooked on the edamame dumplings and a bit bland. The steak tacos were decent albeit the tortillas had little taste. Lasagna was the best part of the meal, was cooked perfect. Noodles were soft, cheese was nicely melted and ingredients were balanced, blended well. Good space to relax, just not our best meal.

Great Place for a Party of 16

By Grover R |

We got to Las Vegas late afternoon on a Thursday with no reservations for that evening. Someone in our group found they had a room where they could fit 16 and it, located in the Ceasar's Forum Shops, was not a long walk from our hotel Paris Las Vegas. We were the first group to arrive and got drinks at the bar. When the rest arrived, we were seated in an area that was really our own. The meal was enjoyed by all and a great start to the Vegas portion of our trip. Also, the service was very good. It was great just to have a seating where all of us could be together.

Right Off The Strip

By Rockprof |

As we live here for 6 months we walk the strip almost daily. Occasionally you find yourself getting hungry and that is how we found this location just inside he entrance to the forum shops. The menu is limited nut everything on it is delicious and the service is excellent. Very healthy food is an exception in this town but here it is

Healthy, tasty options

By Per Se |

If you’re looking for a place that serves healthy food in Vegas you’ll be happy to find True Food. It’s in Caesars palace in a casual location that reminded me of a suburban shopping mall. The drinks, both alcoholic and non, and the food menu were creative. We tried the Korean noodle and the ancient grains bowl. Both were delicious but, but the portion seemed small. More grains would have been nice. I didn’t like where we were seated, which was next to a storage alcove. There were boxes piled on the floor in the alcove. There was plenty of empty tables so why put us next to storage? The prices were on par with what other healthy food restaurants charge. They have happy hour Monday thru Friday, so that’s a good time to check it out.

Terrific food, reasonable prices, outstanding service!

By aircop1961 |

We were intrigued by the healthy choices and decided to have dinner. What a great decision. The food is truly outstanding. Our meals were tasty, healthy, and seasoned and prepared perfectly. The wine list, while not being overly large, had fine choices and were respectfully priced. To top it off, John the bartender delivered flawless service. Consider skipping the celebrity chef restaurants and just go straight to True Food. You'll be glad that you did.

Great Variety

By Julie R |

Thankful for so many vegan options. Aside from this, our server was fantastic. The food was amazing.. stealing the recipe to make at home.

Delicious

By Christy D |

This turned out to be an excellent find in Las Vegas. We stopped in for lunch. The food was delicious. Kellie was our server. She provided great service. Good prices.

Great Find

By vern C |

We saw this place while wandering around the Bellagio Hotel. We were glad we found it. It was not crowded and the food was absolutely delicious. It was fresh, well-cooked and good. I especially loved the vegetable medly that came with my food. It was cooked to perfection and was fantastically seasoned. It could almost convert me to vegetarianism. I also had one of their specialty cocktails that I absolutely loved. I wish I could remember what it was called. It had some juice and was sprinkled with nutmeg, something I had never had on a cocktail before. I loved it.

Fantastic ! Healthy and tasty food

By garybed1 |

Best place I ate in Vegas. If you are looking for tasty, healthy and good value this is the place to eat. If you are in Vegas for more than two nights you will hanker after a healthy meal. This is the place to head. I could eat everything on the menu. My work colleague and I ate there twice and could have gone back for more !

Excellent healthy meals

By COTravelingMom |

My daughter and I are vegetarians and the options in Vegas are slim! We were so tired of pizza! True Food Kitchen is near the entrance to the forum shops. We had no wait for a table, but there are lots of TV's to enjoy a football game while you wait for food. We ordered the Fall squash casserole and the pesto, zucchini noodle seasonal special Both were delicious.I would definitely go back to try more on the menu.

Calling all plant based eaters!

By Lori M |

My husband and I aim to eat plant based. It was so easy here! The seasonal meau is creative, fresh, and delicious! Don't miss out on this place! I had the "Great Grains" bowl and hubby had the "Koren Noodle Bowl". The vegan Summer Mango Tart was soooo delicious! Meat eaters will also find delicious options!

Excellent Food!

By Eydie73 |

Went to this resto looking for something more on the healthier side. Excellent food! I found the service to be a bit on the slow side, but we chatted it up, so it was all good. (Reason why I gave 4 out of 5 stars) I had the grilled sustainable salmon, and man, was it ever tasty! Wish they had a location in Toronto.

Its closes at 9 pm in Vegas????

By Life2Travel |

We had a reservation for 8:30 pm following a show while in Vegas. Our show ran late and we wouldn't arrive for dinner until 9 pm, so I called and they were closed. Who closes at 9 pm in Las Vegas?? I can't comment on the food, as we didn't get to eat there due to the hours, very disappointing.

Great food, bad service

By tattycoat |

Great food. Nice to have a place that recognises that not all people are meat eaters!! The only thing that let the place down was the service. We were very rushed by staff and weren’t given the option of even more drinks and desserts before unasked the check was handed to us! Shame, because really wanted to go back. But to be enforced to pay the 20 per cent gratuity for shoddy service seemed to leave us feeling cheated. Usually more than happy to pay the service charge when it’s worth it!

Healthy food not heavy food

By LivinTheDream90272 |

Great coffee. Healthy food on the Strip. We usually go for brunch or an early lunch. The Korean Bowl is a fav. This time, I tried the pear flatbread with a side of grilled salmon. Delish! Even better, you feel energized- not like you need a nap.

Excellent Food and not obeelt expensive

By S C |

Tastiest food in Vegas. The roasted butternut squash pizza was incredible. Simply delicious with excellent service from Marcus. We will go again before we leave.

We should've gone earlier!

By FardinCruz |

Delicious restaurant inside the Caesars, all of a lot of quality and taste. The restaurant is spacious. Sorry we went last day.

Fantastic!!!!

By Foodyacker |

I love this place. I am not a vegetarian; however, they have fantastic food. Recently, I had the Summer Corn Soup and Edamame Dumplings. A MUST TRY!!!! Located in the forum shops at Caesar's.

Great food at a great price

By DOLFAN68 |

The food here is amazing. Like a hidden gem in Cesar's Palace. And the price is the lowest you will find in Vegas. Not sure why more people don't go. I guess cuz it is a hidden location. Healthy and filling food all at the same time. the service at the time we went was a little sloe but worth it. Why spend $30 a meant when you can spend $15. Keep your money for other fun things to do....

Good food, great service

By DAN S |

Just before leaving Caesar’s shops we noticed friendly looking “open air” restaurant. Had a Dogfish IPA beer (weird name but good). Had a guacamole and bread starter. I’m not a guak person but thus was good. Pizza was very good. Limited menu but all looked good. Our pizza was a top choice and bigger than described. Recommended.

It was just ok

By Rubber_Duckie89 |

We visited for a last minute, cheaper option than what we had already booked. Two of us had the kale salads which were ok, but my chicken was slightly dry. The two main courses my parents ordered were both not hot (pizza) and the potato side dish that came with the burger. It was quite empty, and lacked much of an atmosphere.

Epic fail….sad as it shouldn’t have been

By blue knight |

Totally disappointed. Waited a very long time to have our drink order taken before we even ordered our food. It was not even busy when we were there and they seemed to have enough waitstaff. Service was very slow and a second drink order I had made which was requested with my meal was never brought by our server. Two of the four dishes brought were not even hot. Third was dried out and the fourth was made incorrectly despite our server confirming it would be fine. Portions were small and our glasses with water were never refilled. Was looking to this place but it failed. Sorry but I would not give them a second chance it was that miserable.

Horrible food

By Michael M |

Horrible dinner. Tasteless salad. The burger tasted frozen. The ice cream was good. No skim milk for coffee. No diet soft drinks. Avoid this place

Excellent food quiet location

By kumack |

Really great healthy food. Locally sourced organic ingredients. Fabulous alternative to the extremely overpriced unhealthy “resort fare” restaurants offer in the casinos and casino shopping forums. Delicious and slightly less expensive than comparable dining. Wish there was one near my home on the East coast

Wow! This may have been the best meal for an excellent price that we’ve ever had! You must find it in Caesar’s!

By Sherry |

Last night we met friends at True Kitchen. What an outstanding meal. We sat at the bar and had Justin as our server and bar tender. We asked what he recommended. I had the salmon bowl and it may have been the best meal I’ve ever had. He also recommended the burger which my husband got and my husband said it was the best burger by far that he’s ever had. We are going there again tonight! I know restaurants can be hard to find in these huge casinos but this one is worth finding. Everything on the menu looked great. Oh…and what reasonable prices! Our meals were both under $30!

Terrible

By robinbozkurt |

The worst restaurant I evet seen , slowly and disgusting . Chatgpt advised this place for healthy food but it is just hype

Delicious and Healthy

By amcworthy |

We first visited this place as part of a food tour and appreciated the concept of the restaurant, so returned a few days later for dinner. The food was amazing and delicious! The service was also excellent.

A healthy choice in Las Vegas. Salads vegan options and no crazy line ups.

By Mr .Hustle |

I was in Las Vegas for CES. The largest trade show of the year. Every restaurant had a line up , this did not. I asked for a solo table and was seated right away. My waiter had too many tables but was super nice. Food was of a healthy variety. Salads. And things you don’t usually find that are diet friendly. Portions are small for the price but was very fresh and clean eating compared to other choices without having to wait a hour in line. I would go back for sure. They even had air fryer. Options like chicken fingers. A better option than the usual vegas places. It’s casual kinda of an upscale TGIFs . Great location street level of the forum shops.

Lovely lunch spot

By meldh |

Splendid spot for lunch (as evidenced by the fact that we went back for a second time). The food is interesting and varied -- and plentiful! Would happily eat here again if I find myself back in Vegas.

Fantastic lunch!! We had lunch

By Steve L |

Fantastic lunch!! We had lunch March 15. Our group had a burger, winter immunity bowl, chicken sausage pizza, chicken wrap. All meals were really good, service was excellent! Of the 5 meals we have had our so far this was the best dining experience so far.... and some other restaurants were more money!

Excellent Healthy Option

By Lisa C |

Great find at the Forum Shops for those who are craving some healthy food among the many decadent meals found in Vegas. The edamame guacamole was amazing! My friend and I split the kale salad and I had the poke bowl both of which were excellent. The rating is 4/5 because of some service hiccups that were out of the control of our friendly server. Highly recommend.

Excellent - in every respect

By Ulf Z. |

Especially on the Las Vegas Strip, it is almost impossible to find a reasonable restaurant that offers good quality at reasonable prices. By chance I became aware of the restaurant and ate not only an extremely delicious, healthy drink there, but also a matcha tea and a very delicious dessert. Definitely a very clear recommendation for everyone. Those who want more for their money than unhealthy, poor-quality American fast food. The service was excellent, very helpful and also provided information on individual ingredients and ingredients at all times. A visit is definitely worth it. A pleasant exception.

Best Vegetarian Restaurant in Vegas

By Kate W |

After walking the strip in search of any food that was organic or vege this place won by miles. Had breakfast, lunch and dinner here. Great service, clean food. Meat options available too. Also great cocktails and non alcoholic drinks. Compared to the other places we ate this was by far the best price. Much better breakfast then the other renowned restaurants on the strip. Also compared to the wait for other restaurants this was minimal. You can book online on open table or just show up, we waited 10minutes at the longest to be seated. It is a casual funky vibe. Definitely recommend if your looking for good clean food.

True Food is a True Delight!

By laphph2 |

We made reservations on a Sat night just in case, but were surprised at how large the seating area was (inside and out) but despite the size, the atmosphere is great, and the noise level was really normal. As for the food . . . DYNOMITE! We four were all so full, but not that oh-my-goodness-I-stuffed-myself full, but the "dang, I'm happy and satiated and my body is enjoying the pureness of it all" kind of full. I think this might be my new favorite place in Vegas that is not pizza! Looking forward to a time and reason to go again. A bit more pricey than average, but the quality of food is so far above average that its worth it!

Good Meal in Caesars Palace, Near the Forum Shops

By HPSGene |

Very good service, fresh, flavorful food that you normally get at a True Food. Liked the atmosphere and away from the hustle and bustle. Edamame dumplings, Tuscan Kale salad and the Chopped salad were all delicious. The pizza is good as well

Fresh

By kathyhK9551WZ |

Fresh and local are not always on the menu in Las Vegas restaurants. At the bottom floor of the forum shops easy access off Las Vegas Bl

Very good food and beautiful setting

By Victoria |

We are in Las Vegas for a trade show and after so many days eating out we were craving some good and healthy food. We were not disappointed! Delicious food, great service and finally got nutrition that made our stomachs feel good.

Tasty and worth the visit!

By Dawn N |

If you’re looking for a tasty healthy option amongst the rich foods of Vegas, this is it! Prices were great too! This take on bruschetta is amazing! Service was phenomenal and the atmosphere relaxing! I’ll be back!

Food is delicious and ultra healthy

By Ash D |

One of the freshest food ever! Amazing menu items, perfect portions and quality is phenomenal. Located in Forum Shops, lower level. Seating was quick for lunch, food came relatively soon. 🔜 Overall great dining experience! Highly recommended!

Excellent gluten free options

By Jomumof3 |

Decided we couldn’t face anymore burgers & pizza and we were not disappointed. Excellent service and the restaurant is away from the mayhem so you eat in relative peace. Our GF Penang curry & teriyaki bowl were both tasty & healthy. They do not contain ‘ protein’ so you pay extra for chicken if you want it. Kids menu is limited but ok because it’s not a burger you come here for. Highly recommend this restaurant chain!

True Food Kitchen: A Fresh Breath of Culinary Air Amidst Vegas Opulence

By Timothy S |

After touching down in Las Vegas, the city of indulgence, I craved something lighter— a precursor to the inevitable decadence of Sin City. True Food Kitchen, nestled in the southeast corner of the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, promised just that. With its vast dining space characterized by an open kitchen, brass, natural finishes, and vibrant Las Vegas-inspired artwork, the atmosphere was inviting and poised for a memorable dining experience. My meal began with the Mediterranean Hummus ($13.45). Vegan and vibrant, it was served with a spicy herb sauce, red pepper pistachio muhammara spread, crispy chickpeas, and za'atar-spiced ancient grain pita. This wasn't just hummus but a revelation—the best I've ever had. It was not overly spicy, I might add! For the main course, I opted for the Seared Tuna Tataki ($32.65). This gluten-free dish featured wild-caught tuna with roasted mushrooms, carrots, regenerative quinoa brown rice, topped with tataki sauce, baru nut, and pineapple. The tuna itself was impeccably seared, its delicacy complemented by the subtle sweetness of pineapple, cutting through the earthiness of the grains. Although the grain portion was slightly overwhelming, the quality and flavor of the tuna made up for it. The beverage selection at True Food Kitchen is a testament to their commitment to catering to all tastes. I ventured to try the Clean Margarita ($13.25), a unique blend of Clean & Co. tequila with carrot, orange, jalapeño, and mint. While this mocktail was not to my taste, the accommodating service promptly exchanged it at no charge for a refreshing Lemon-Lime Spritzer ($5). The spritzer's tartness was a surprise, but it was a personal misjudgment rather than a flaw in the drink. True Food Kitchen is a haven for those who value health-conscious dining without compromising on taste and quality. The restaurant's dedication to creating dishes that are both nutritious and delicious is evident in its menu. I am already looking forward to my next visit, eager to explore more of their diverse offerings and experience their unique blend of health and flavor.

Food was good, but we’re still looking for the waiter

By advcards |

Had the pizza it was good chicken sausage had lots of flavor or salad. Order was also nice and the shrimp worth the extra charge waiter a little on the inattentive side.

A healthy(ish) alternative in Vegas

By MZR |

Part of a mid-sized chain, the Forum Shops location was my first time dining at True Food Kitchen. After a couple days of less than healthy Vegas meals, I needed to eat something good for me and this place had positive reviews. Even though the restaurant wasn’t full, because I was a solo diner the hostess directed me to the bar. After a minute here I asked the bartender if I could move to a table and he replied “anywhere you would like, sir,” so I moved to a nice four top in the back. The bartender remained my server and he lead me in the direction of the $27 Dinner Duo of the seasonal market salad and lasagne al pesto. The salad was really great, with mixed greens, snap peas, cucumber, feta and a tasty Thai basil vinaigrette. The lasagna was satisfying as well, but I think I’d be fooling myself if I called it healthy. While the portion sizes were not large, they were sufficient for me to take half the lasagna back to the room for lunch the following day - just as good on day number 2. I don’t know if all branches are similarly designed but this location, in the middle of a mall, was very tasteful. With the addition of a martini, I was out of there for around $44, plus tax + tip.

No! Overly priced food served by girl with an additude. Skip this restaurant.

By mtg569 |

I am a huge fan of True Food Kitchen in another location. However, this True Food Kitchen is a huge miss. Out of 8 of us, only one said she would order her meal again. The portions were small. However, everyones plates (Except the person who enjoyed her meal), left half of the food not eaten. Our server was extremely impatient when we were ordering and even visibly rolled her eyes at one question. Then, after the food was served, she never check back with us to see how we were doing until we were basically done. I made these reservations about a week in advance and was so excited. But, now I see why they still had availability. This was our worst meal and dining experience in Las Vegas.

EXPENSIVE, be careful

By RK Zachary |

We had dinner here the first night in Vegas. Had high hopes as they have somewhat healthy options. We started with the brussels sprouts, which were pretty good. My wife and I both got the taco plate, and while the tacos were good, we were upsold a third taco (plate has two). The waiter made it seem like two tacos wasn't very much food. Actually, this was too much food and boosted the cost from $21 to $30 per plate. Don't fall for it. Also, we had vodka drinks. My wife had Tito's , I had Grey Goose. Each of my drinks (I had two) were $20 EACH. For Grey Goose! An inferior vodka to Tito's. The server should have told me. $40 for two drinks? That's more than at the bar at the Wynn. Tsk, tsk. The Tito's drinks were $14, which is still highway robbery. Pretty annoying. So what we thought would be a modestly priced meal was insanely expensive. Food is good enough but we could have had a great meal elsewhere for the same money. Be careful if you go here. (We wanted to go to Mesa Grill but it seemed like it was closed?!? At least that's what the internet said so we didn't even try. Wish we had. That restaurant is very good.)
