We came here with fairly good expectations, when you arrive this looks like somewhere you should be able to get a great meal, the place has a grand feel to it. I had some crab claws and a New York strip and it was pretty average/poor. The crab did not really taste of much at all, which I guess is why they have so many sauces to give it some flavour, I also ordered a blue steak which should be very easy to do, 2 mins each side chard and serve. The steak was very bloody which is quite off putting and is not something that comes with a fresh steak cooked properly. I can’t really think why I would re-visit, although in line with other places the service was good with very friendly staff. If I owned this place I think I would pay a bit more attention to the quality of the food coming out of the kitchen now so the food meets the expectations you have on entering.

This is a fine dining spot. It has traditional decor and a traditional menu. Both are well presented. The steaks were top notch and prepared exactly as requested. An “A” is an “A.”

We went to celebrate my birthday with friends.Had amazing dinner and the champagne we ordered was excellent hope I can get it at the liquor store..It was that good!!Our friends was there first time and they enjoyed very much.Well be back 👍

My wife and I are in Miami for a couple of days. Staying at the Marriott Marquis and the Concierge sent us to Truluck’s for dinner and it was a real delight. My wife loves Sea Bass and she had their Miso glazed…excellent. I had Branzino…so good. The restaurant is very nice. I’d suggest their outside dining. The staff was very friendly and did a great job. We loved Truluck’s!

Absolutely love this place. My boyfriend and I came in and had the dry aged ribeye with the gorgonzola cheese melted on top. The scallops and the crab cakes. All bomb! Thanks for a great experience!

It does not matter how often I have dinner at Trulucks, I always leave happy - the food is amazing and the service excellent. Of course, I had stone crabs (it’s the season) while the rest of our party had a filet (perfectly cooked to order), jumbo shrimp cocktail and the ahi tuna. I also enjoyed the wedge salad which is the size of a main course while friends had the lobster bisque. For dessert a lovely baked Alaska with the fanfare of a lit dessert and some really good chocolate cake.

Disappointing. Staff changed light bulbs inside restaurant while guests were dining underneath lights. Food had no flavor. Service was cordial yet underwhelming didn’t make us feel welcome, offer suggestions or guide us. Check your bill, as we were overcharged for an add on to a meal and said he was new and didn’t know the menu. Parking was rude, made us pay in advance & charge $10 extra to park near the front of the restaurant. When we we done and needed our car he was no where to be found. We had to get our own keys and navigate through the parked cars to get out. I regret spending my money here.

Pros The environment is great The staff is very kind and nice . They have a great customer service Our waiter very attentive Cons The food is not the best. Prices a little higher and they charge you the 18% of tip by default but this is happening in all Miami as we noticed in our last trip

Great place !! Took the family for a dinner here over the weekend, food was amazing!! Prices were beyond fair too! Ask for Jesus Perez...THE BEST SERVICE EVER

My wife and I were in Miami for a couples weekend and we just happened to come across Truluck’s. When I say I don’t get surprised very often, I mean it. Truluck’s was fantastic. From the very moment we walked in with Manager to our waiter, the entertainment, the service, and finally the food. The entire dining experience was perfect. If you’re in Miami, you need to go. We had an incredible meal and a night that we still talk about almost 6 months later. Take my word for it when I say you need to have the Sea Bass. It was incredible, and I do not say that lightly.

Excellent food, waitstaff, vibe and location. Right o Brickell avenue. Very large space and good for groups. Order the rolls! Offers petit size on entrees. Fresh fish and tasty food.

We went to several fine dining restaurants during our stay in Brickell and this was our favourite - the food, the ambiance, the waier - cant wait to return

Went to Trulucks for a birthday dinner with 5 people. First time any of us had been there. Very odd evening. When we first got there it was great ambience - jazz playing and softly lighted. We had great service, drinks and appetizers were excellent. Then came the main courses. 4 of us had steaks and one had yellowtail. Every single dinner was awful. Fish was overcooked and fishy and all of the steaks were so chewy we couldn't finish them. Entrees are $45 each so really inexcusable. I sat there going "gosh can we send back all 5 dinners - they'll think we're nuts." We should have... That's on us. Then to top it off - a woman started playing electric piano and singing in the bar. It was like bad karaoke. That will be our first and last visit.

Fantastic. Amazing food overall and particularly good crab. The service was exceptional and the experience overall great

We were visiting Mimi on Christmas weekend. Dinner at Truluck. Everything was excellent - salad, seafood entree, dessert, wine, port. Wait staff was excellent, especially our server Kiley. Dinner was nicely paced. Very pleasant atmosphere with live music. Will return.

Truluck’s @ Brickell is a fine dining restaurant at a very convenient location. Fresh sea food and fish specialties are plentiful and quality is great. Great wine list to pair! I recommend Livio Felluga Pinot Grigio and Viña Alberdi Reserva 2016, both great!

We found the restaurant thanks to a friend’s suggestion and we loved it And we went there twice in a few days. The room is very comfortable and stilish and the food is really good, both meat and fish. It is now on our favourite list!

Everything was amazing here, from the food to the service - I was so impressed! They were very accommodating even though there was a mix up with the reservation time. Our server, David, was very nice and attentive. He made great wine recommendations and gave us good energy. We had the filet mignon, lobster mashed potatoes, Chilean sea bass and crab fried rice. Everything was so delicious! Their covid-19 protocols were also followed to a T. We felt safe there. I can’t wait to go back! Thank you again David!

Had another superb lunch at Trulucks last week. Food as always was top notch.. Crab claws and oysters to start, Filet mignon for main with delicious sides. Our afternoon was really made special by our server Kat....on point throughout the lunch, she was friendly and attentive with a smile. Thanks Kat. If youre in Brickell....Trulucks wont disappoint.

Truluck serves an excellent variety of seafood by outstanding waitstaff. There is a bar, which provides a more relaxed setting, traditional tables as well as semi-circular booths. (I recommend the later). The menu covers traditional fare from the sea (Lobster Thermador, Oysters on the Halfshell, etc) and new takes such as Sweet and Sour Grouper over Quinoa. Each of the dishes was prepared with care and delicious. A standout was the Caesar Salad, prepared “old school” with fresh garlic and shaved Parmesan. Overall a wonderful experience. Should be saved for special occasions or a “treat” as the high price reflects the elevated quality of the food.

I’d give it 3.5, but that’s not an option. Nice service, food was mostly good, but overall decent for Miami. Live music was amazing. Meal was super rushed. Our salads came minutes after we placed the order. Very glad we waited for the wine to arrive before we ordered entrees. Really enjoyed: Wedge salad Caesar salad (hold anchovies) Shrimp cocktail Belvedere martini (olives not so good) 2016 Margaux, Chateau De La Coste Could’ve done without: Parmesan curd rolls Crab fried rice Salmon (bones, small and super buttery)

Hit and miss on the food, decent service. Food: We had a variety of appetizers and entrees in our party. Starting with appetizers: crab cakes were not edible. Ceviche tasted horrible. Only one person in our group even tried the shrimp and then avoided the remainder. Meatballs were just edible. Overall, the appetizers were horrible. Lobster bisque: excellent and had a little cayenne pepper kick to it. Entrees: I had the miso sea bass, and it was perfect. A colleague had the NY strip steak and it was tough and not edible. Dessert: Chocolate cake tasted like it was a boxed recipe. Drinks: I had an old fashioned. Not the best, not the worst. Just mediocre. Service: average Ambiance: mildly classy and pleasant Overall cleanliness: average Bathroom cleanliness: below average with trash all over the floor. Misc: live piano music was a nice touch.

We went for friends reunion and we enjoyed this place so much that from now on it will be our get together restaurant for special occasions.

Everything was absolutely amazing. Service was excellent. Ambiance was excellent. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.

We have visited this Truluck’s several times before, as well their restaurants in Naples, Dallas and other places. They are uniformly excellent with regard to fresh seafood and top notch service. Excellent Florida Stone Crab! A lot of wine choices reasonably priced. Not crazy about their “creamed spinach” which is put in the oven, not chopped very fine, and rather dry though. This restaurant is located downtown, not far from the Mandarin, and has a business crowed. Valet parking. Nice bar.

I always thought there was a dress code but the restaurant allowed customers wearing shorts and sweatshirts as well as tables full of loud, rudely behaved kids. My first course (classic shrimp cocktail) was served within 5 minutes of ordering. That is way too quick for it to be freshly made. My main course took a good 30 minutes after the shrimp cocktail, which was way too slow. They need to work on timing of courses. No bread. Manager never came to my table to ask about the meal. The bill was presented without me asking for it as if they wanted me to go, despite many tables being open. Compared to past experiences, this was a disappointment.

This is one of these locals that thinks its doing you a favour allowing you to eat there , at least that was my impression from all the staff!!! Prices are quite ridiculous for both the food and the wine. My wife had grilled scallops as her main and yes they were perfectly seared and of an impressive size but nothing special really. My steak was well seared and obviously well rested. For the price I would at least have expected a bone marrow "rub" to add real flavour. Meat was nothing special in terms of quality, I had a bordelaise sauce -- very very poor, far to sweet and choked with mushroom. Deserts are a sweeties heaven. Our Malbec again at stupid prices was idea excellent.

The steaks are pretty good. However, I took the time out of my day to let everyone know that they should absolutely leave room for dessert, which I don't usually do but I am so glad I did this time. The carrot cake is amazing. I've told anyone who would listen. And if you aren't a dessert eater, carrots are a vegetable so to give it a try.

Dress code must observed, covered shoes for men. Is a fine dining restaurant. We ordered calamari, cervacia and lobster. Quite expensive but worth it, except the lobster was overcooked. Overall dining experience, is good.

This place is amazing Light up minuses, beautiful music, perfect service. I would go back every day. If you have any type of special event this is the place to go. Get a reservation in advance. You might even see a celebrity ( we did!). I had the blue crab stuffed lobster tails, and we split the chocolate cake. Everything was perfection.

Cozy restaurant in downtown Miami, great service We ordered Chilean sea bass and really liked it, delicious I recommend)

By far the best seafood experience. Very tasty dishes and the service is beyond amazing, waiters are very helpful. Perfect

This restaurant has an elegant dining room and bar with high tables and a TV. The atmosphere of the dining room is perfect for special occasions. The service was excellent, the waiter was polite, knowledgeable and attentive, the manager paid a personal visit and left his card. While the food was tasty, it wasn't exceptional. In any case, I would eat here again.

Amazing food experience. Really good fish and well deserved 5 star review for anamazing place. Try royal crab and local fish

My wife and I had a dinner in Truluck’s in Miami. The food was very delicious, the service was so attending and friendly. It was a well worthed experience.

We stumbled on Truluck's while walking in the area earlier in the day. Intrigued by the menu, we made reservations online for later that evening. We were promptly seated the moment we arrived, and from that moment until we left, the service was excellent. Without hovering over us, our waiter was Johnny on-the-spot whenever a glass of wine or water neared empty. We started dinner off by splitting a wedge salad and that turned out to be very good idea, because the wedge was so big that splitting it made for the perfect proportions. For the main course, my wife had salmon and shrimp, which she raved about. I had the ribeye steak, which was tender, full of flavor and cooked perfectly. We shared sides of mashed potatoes and creamed spinach, which were both delicious. We both had a couple glasses of very good, if not a little pricey, wine. Dinner was so filling that neither of us had room for dessert, but rest assured we will save room and will polish dinner off with coffee and dessert.

Excellent food, service and ambiance! Our friend ordered the chilled seafood celebration. The presentation was beautiful and he said every bite was heaven. I got the Sonoma greens salad as did my girlfriend. It is spicy pecans, goat cheese, apples, Kalamata olives with a honey vinaigrette. The mixture of flavors were outstanding. I got crab a cake and she got prime meatballs from the appetizer menu which was the perfect amount. My husband got the Salmon Bearnaise. Loved it! Highly recommend this restaurant.

Amazing Place to eat in Miami, can’t wait to come back and try something else on their menu! The steak and sea bass was amazing. The stone claw crabs were also great.

We went here on Thanksgiving which was also our 15th wedding anniversary. I had the traditional meal and my husband had the crab. The gave us a complimentary dessert. The food was amazing. It came highly recommended. We will definitely return!

I have been to this Trulucks several times over the past few years. Service has always been great and the atmosphere is relaxing. This time we had some issues with the bar - it seemed that the cocktails we wanted to order were not available because the bar lacked the ingredients. One of us ordered three different cocktails and was told none of them was available - after the rest of us were served what drinks we ordered. What?!? A place this nice should have the makings for all of the cocktails on its menu. Trulucks, you can do better than this. The stone crab claws were very good, the oysters were good as was the ceviche. We were disappointed in the kung pao cauliflower (a bit oily) but the mushrooms and Brussels sprouts were quite good, as was the crab mac 'n cheese. Despite the glitches with the cocktails, we will probably return to Trulucks. h

Exquisite dining. Perfect ambiance. Luscious desserts. Impeccable service. Beautiful presentation. Very expensive. I only ordered the ribeye, baked Alaska, and sparkling water and paid a whopping $115. I had no alcohol or sides or extras. Everything is a la carte. It's an experience, but it's expensive!

Truluck's has an elegant decor, covid procedures, great staff. Customers are 95% locals, male & female, median age 50 yrs. old. Menu: Seafood.

What a let down everything ordered was below standard the oysters at $4.50 a piece were tiny . The Caesar way over dressed the seabass was salty the steak burned and raw was ordered medium rare the grouper catch dry and fishy overall terrible the waitress did not ask what was wrong even though we hardly ate anything. Will never ever throw away 400 for garbage again

Our first visit to this location. Quality food and drink with good service. We attended their Happy Hour and expanded it with some dinner items. Much enjoyed.

Went for a set menu and had a wonderful 3 course meal, everything was well cooked and enjoyable. My daughter had looked for a restaurant that made a creme brulee and what a surprise - it was one of the choices on the menu. I did laugh. Great service in a lovely area, thank you

Great food, but be sure to save room for the most awesome Giant Carrot Cake for dessert! The service is excellent as well as the ambiance. The steak is very high quality and a good selection of accompanying wines to pair with any entree.

Trulucks did a great job surprising guest on their birthday. We told the hostess when we booked reservation and the staff took care of the rest. Delicious food - highly recommend. We arrived early and they tried to accommodate us! Thankfully it wasn’t too busy that night and they were able to accommodate us.

While located directly in the center of downtown Miami, this restaurant is clearly geared toward the locals as opposed to tourists A solid choice for anyone looking for an upscale seafood meal

The decorations and ambiance of this restaurant immediately grabs your attention. The hot loaf of bread gets you started. The piano playing duet gets you into the right vibe. The clam chowder has a crisp texture. The salmon bernaise was very good, very large and had shrimp on top and parmesan mashed potatoes below. The garlic spinach was ok. The South African lobster tail stuffed with crab meat was excellent. But desserts really stand out. I have never seen a bag of chocolates filled with fruit and pound cake chunks. See the photos of it before and after it is broken up for serving. Our waiter was quite attentive.

I give 3 star because I had the oysters 🦪,they were fresh but the crab cake smelled spoiled and server tried to convince me otherwise ,couldn’t make us a fresh one neither take it off the check so we decided to continue our dinner next door It happens I understand but they should fix it not insisting on me eating or pay for it Server didn’t care at all ,sad ...

We had reservations on a weeknight and visited the bar before we were seated. The happy hour bar menu had a nice variety of wines and cocktails and the prices were reasonable. The bar staff was very friendly. One of us ordered from the “Miami Spice” menu and one ordered from the main menu. The crab cake was almost all crab and delicious. The homemade rolls were warm and yeasty. I ordered the sea bass with miso glaze and lobster bisque. Both were amazing and the sea bass may be my new favorite dish. Our waiter Joey was attentive, friendly, but not hovering. From the decor to the lighted menus to the food and the service, this was a first class experience. I’m ready to return to Truluck’s.

I had an absolutely delicious dinner at Truluck’s, and the experience couldn’t have been better. The William and Mark offered spot-on menu recommendations, and it was exceptional. What really made the night special was how thoughtfully they helped me celebrate the launch of my new business. Incredible food, outstanding service, and a perfect place to mark a big milestone. A must-stop.

I thought this would be the best meal of the trip, but we were very disappointed. We came on a slow Monday afternoon for lunch and sat outside. Their dress code is very strict, and we were wearing upscale clothing aside from our leather flip flops. The hostess told us kindly for next time, that flip flops are not allowed. Not a problem, but I was expecting a higher quality meal for the type of setting they are creating. If you’re going to demand a strict dress code, all of your dishes should be five star quality. The shrimp cocktail was good, no complaints. I also enjoyed the seared ahi tuna I ordered. The side of crab fried rice was just okay, not nearly as good as other upscale chains I’ve visited. My husband wasn’t impressed with his lobster roll, and said he’s had better from a shack on the side of the road. My mom’s chicken was extremely over-cooked, and so dry she was choking on it. We weren’t interested enough to order dessert. We love fine dining, but unfortunately Truluck’s did not deliver.

We came here for date night, and due to Covid the menu had downsized but still had plenty of options. The Hawaiian tuna and oysters were great! The branding and king crab were amazing! Overall everything was great. If you’re looking for a nice romantic date night with good prices, this is the spot!

We were so looking forward to eating at Truluck's in Miami. We were quite disappointed in the food and service. We are a gluten free, soy free and corn free food family. Even though they do have a gluten free menu, it was very clear to us that the server and chef did not understand how serious this is for some of us (I have Celiac Disease). At any high class restaurant, I would expect the chef to visit with us as soon as we said we had food allergies. We did not see the chef nor did the server seem to understand that certain foods make us sick (cross-contamination is a serious concern for us). Unfortunately, we had a subpar experience at this restaurant and will not be back.

I visited Trulucks on Oct 31st with my boyfriend . We sat at the bar area and we both had a phenomenal evening . The service from start to end was simply magnificent, the food to die for ... we ordered the sea bass and black grouper and honestly one of the best we ever had . I just want to congratulate management for such a wonderful experience , thanks to Robert and Frank at the valet parking , as well as the bartender that came several times to check up on us and lastly the piano player was lovely . We will be back soon for sure . Thank you .

We dont eat shellfish so trulucks is a problem. But this tine they offered a whole bass which was enough to share with leftovers at a reasonable price and beautifully cooked. Warm greeting great service nice outdoor environment reasonable wine prices. Good vfm. A n excellent lunch.

First the bread is heavenly. Served piping hot and it’s light and fluffy. Salads are fresh and crisp. The stone crabs are superb. A light meal except when you get the unlimited special and overeat. It’s great but you get stuffed. Nice ambience. Great service. Pricy but worth it for a nice night out.

This restaurant was recommended by our Food Tasting Tour guide Sol. The dinner was delicious, but the Carrot Cake was the best that I have ever had!!!! I highly recommend this restaurant for wonderful evening meal.

Truluck's is one of my favourite restaurant chains in USA. It oozes quality. Very cosy elegant restaurant in Miami. Female pianoplayer made the atmosphere even better. Service was very good all evening. The menu here has so much interesting its hard to choose. We went for lobsterbisque, tuna tartare & oysters for starters. All top top class. For main we went for seabass & Florida stone crab claws. Just amazing. But 38 dollars for 1 crab claw starting to be a robbery. Quality wines by the glass is always nice. Highly recommended for an upscale quality dinner.

How many times will I write that this place never disappoints for happy hour at the bar? We will never tire of coming here on our annual visit to Naples. Great atmosphere, professional, friendly and efficient service….. and those house margs!!! Just the best anywhere. Excellent quality bar menu; we loved filet mignon sliders, blue crab guacamole and hot and crunchy shrimp. Just a little surprised how quiet it was this year…. We are used to queuing before the doors open, not so on this visit, where the bar was practically empty on arrival. Hoping this is a temporary phase. We’ll check when we return next week!

Service is top drawer. Nice selection of fine entrees. Lettuce wedge is cold an crisp. Lovely dressing. Trout was delicious and nicely crusted. Stone crab claws were delicious as usual. Sadly, all you can eat option was discontinued. Great evening meal and nice ambience.

I had the pleasure of dining with Carlos at the bar. He recommended I take a look at the Miami Spice Menu and boy am I glad I did! I tried to jumbo shrimp cocktail with the filet medallions and a key lime pie dessert all for $35 plus tip of course. Be sure to stop by next time you're downtown Miami conveniently located at 777 Brickell Avenue.

We enjoy going to Trulucks a lot. We find the ambience, the service and the food to be outstanding. Last night we were there for Thanksgiving and had a marvelous dinner. Even though the restaurant was packed, it was a very festive evening. Our waiter Derrick made us feel as if we were the only ones he was serving. The food was fantastic. Everything was perfect.

Elegant and friendly place where you can listen live music (a really good one!) The best part is the happy hour, every day from (3-7 pm Monday -Friday and 4-7 Saturday-Sunday) if you sit at the lounge (the bar).A selection of good fish dishes for a really reasonable price, try the tuna tartare, the oysters Rockefeller and the shrimp cocktail so good and half price all the cocktails. You will love the atmosphere...the experience

Happy hour is 4-7 in bar area. Nice steak restaurant, quality atmosphere and food. Happy hour prices are quite good and drink and food options are plentiful. Tuna tartare is excellent, along with good crunchy shrimp and the bread, if you cam get it, is incredible. Wine prices are good and the old fashioned was excellent. Worth the visit.

Getting there seemed like a long cab ride from Miami Beach but it was well worth every bit of it. We wen there because it was recommended for their Stone Crab so we had to try it. We started with drinks which were excellent and then had s Stone Crab Claw appetizer There is a real shortage of Stone Crab this year and the cost was a little shocking. But, we had to try it and weren't disappointed. Their menu is extensive and everything we ordered was perfect. When back in Miami we will revisit.

A very disappointing experience from the overly sweet cocktail, the awful table next to the kitchen door, a glass of Pouilly Fuisse that had oxidised in the bottle and food that was pretentious but failed to deliver. Had ceviche that was lacking in real fresh seafood flavour, fine if bought in a supermarket for five quid but not at almost $20. The lobster bisque was very heavy on the cream but not on the depth of flavour and contained a couple of bits of woolly tasting flesh, also under seasoned. The main course of stuffed lobster tail was too salty and came with a huge side of practically raw broccoli. The waiter asked if I wanted it packed to take away. I could probably have taken it home and planted it in the garden, it was so undercooked. Service failed to impress too, all rather condescending for no good reason. My waiter even managed to knock a chair over at the table. They did take the oxidised wine off the bill which still came in at $150 for one. If this is Miami fine dining, I was not impressed.

We reckon that many of the menus at so many restaurants have altered and contracted in some cases and this is a good example. Trulucks in BRICKELL used to have a larger menu, we are sure and it was a pretty good restaurant. It has suffered and is nothing as good as it was a few years ago. It is good’ish but for the price there are better ones. The crab bisque is tiny, the rib eye steak is not as good as so many others of the competition (Palm, Morton’s, Prime 112 etc) and so it rather misses the mark but it is not cheap. At the levels charged it has to be flawless - it is not. However it is average to good - you will not starve there but if you have the chance to go elsewhere, even if further afield, it is probably worth giving this one a miss. The servers are charming and attentive - chef needs to raise his game and the menu needs to be looked at and improved - no chicken on the menu is not a good sign.

Refined restaurant, with very pleasant background music and very attentive but not invasive or pressing staff. Delicious food, excellent value for money!

The food and service at this restaurant were off the charts. We started with Calamari and Lobscargot. Our main courses were South African Stuffed Lobster Tails, Fresh Snapper, and King Crab Legs. We finished the meal with coffee and Flaming Baked Alaska. Our Server, Paola Valderrama, made our dinning experience special. We were two steps past heaven when we left and are looking forward to our return.

The food is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant for any special occasion. Me and my girlfriend ate dinner here for her birthday and we both fell in love with the food, and the atmosphere. Staff is super attentive and very professional. We loved it. I had the 20oz steak with the toppings and she had the salmon topped with shrimp.. we will be going back soon.

Not up to expectations. The service was awful. The entrees came before the appetizer. Plus the appetizer was cold (not supposed to be). The 2 rating was generous. I guess everyone has on Off Night. .

Excellent food, excellent service, unbeatable atmosphere and above all extraordinary cuisine. We had a pianist-singer play who truly left us speechless. The food, King Crab Legs, African lobster, clam chowder, truly extraordinary. I highly recommend it because everything is really very good. Don't stop going. Ricky treated us in an extraordinary way, I mention him because such special, kind, diligent and warm attention is not easy.

Amazing food and service. Atmosphere was great. Lobster is a must try piece. You should share main plates and the sides. Very big and delicious portions

What a great experience. The food was flavorful. I enjoyed the crab cake. And the miso glazed sea bass was delicious. I wish they served more rice with the dish. I loved the ambiance—thank you to the lady singer during my dinner.

My daughter & her husband were in town. As the hubby & I have eaten @ Truluck's a few time & loved it, we took them there. It was during Miami Spice but, it appears one always has 2ask 4that menu specifically. I've learned over the years that servers automatically bring their more expensive regular menu. I get it. More tip$ but, Miami Spice is meant 2bring people out 2try food they normally would not spend so much $ on. Our waitress, Codie, told us that Miami Spice was over when she was asked 4those menus. I pulled the info up on my phone 2show her that we had until September 30th. We were there on September 7th. No worries. She found the menus. 2the table came both the Sanoma & Caesar salads, lobster bisque, scallops w/mashed potatoes, trout almondine w/mashed potatoes, steak medallions w/mashed potatoes & both the carrot & lava cakes. They must buy taters in BULK. As I expected, every1 njoyed their meals & everything I tasted was delish, yummy & scrumdiliumptious. I'd eat any of it again. Our son-in-law called the place "hoity toity". It is & it's worth every penny whether it's during Miami Spice or not. The hubby & I have eaten here 4each of our birthdays (my b'day doesn't fall during Miami Spice :( but the hubby's does :)), & I'd eat there again any day again, during Maimi Spice or not. FYI: Codie turned out to be pleasant, hardworking, talkative (frowned upon by some - not all), & a mother of "a lot" as she proclaimed.

Me and some friends had a very good dinner in this excellent restaurant in Miami. The high quality is everywhere ,food ,wine ,service and etc. They also had a great live pianist in that evening and it added cozy atmosphere to the meal. Recommended!

Perfect for a business meeting. The food and the service are just excellent. As usual, king crab and lobster!

I often frequent Truluck’s when traveling to Miami and La Jolla. You can’t miss for great food and service. I almost always have fish because the choices are so interesting and fresh. The happy hour bar menu and entertainment is also a bargain if dining alone.

What a disappointment! It started with nice ambiance, followed with mixed up cocktail service, oysters that were so bad that they were credited on the bill and then a grand finale of tasteless, room temperature steaks. Those who ordered Florida’s famous stone crab claws got stringy dry meat. AVOID!

Beautiful location, in the heart of one of the most In neighborhoods of Miami, namely Brickell. A menu of fish and especially seafood very extensive and of great quality. I drank a Margarita and had a great king crab (crab) but you can't pay 110 dollars for a dinner like that. The United States is becoming inaccessible to Europeans.

The best place for a great power lunch in Miami with the best seafood in town. Great service by Alex and Gustav. Until Next time.

Always very well served, high quality meats and seafood!! Comj an amazing lagoon with green asparagus, the desserts are exceptional!!!

Service was prompt efficient and courteous. We had the calamari to start with parmesan yeast rolls. The calamari was tender and pretty good. I liked the sweet chili sauce my wife liked the mustard. The yeast rolls were nothing special. I had the crab cakes and my wife had the meatballs and Caesar salad. The crab cakes were good quality but i was not a fan of the sauce. The Caesar was pretty good but the meatballs were nothing special. I was not overly impressed with anything and none of the tastes blew me away. I would most probably not go back.

One of the best restaurants we have experienced. Super food, great selection and wonderful service. Great attention to detail. Food quality was superb.

Honestly don’t understand why anyone would want to eat here. The stone crab can not compare to Joe’s (or many other places). Nothing we had for dinner was better than mediocre. The wagyu steak was so tough couldn’t cut it and the potatoes were loaded with salt. The view was the one redeeming quality.

Exquisite, fine dining ... makes you feel like your in New York City. Piano bar and this is filled with locals. Friendly professional staff that pay attention to every detail. Not loud at all and make sure you get a booth fit date nite to make it more private. Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Don’t forget the carrot cake ... to die for!

If you are planning to go on a group of 10 to celebrate birthdays, this is not the restaurant to choose. They cannot accommodate that amount of persons, you have to go through the event planner. I have never thought a restaurant of that category cannot sit a party of 10. Must restaurant do that for a group bigger than 12 but ten is standard on most of the restaurants. I’m giving them 1 star because of lack of try to please customers. We did not get to eat there.

Right in the heart of the Brickell busiest commercial area this restaurant features an exceptional place for a great lunch or just for drinks. Menu has a great selection of american cuisine as well some international specials, also a great selection of wines and spirits. Service was ok even though the place was full when we arrived. Guess we could not ask for more. Overall is highly recommended when in Brickell

We celebrated our wedding anniversary here the other night, it was absolutely fantastic, wonderful attentive service, great food and great atmosphere, love the live music, we can’t thank you enough for making our special day so perfect! Thank you again and we will be back!

From making the reservation on the phone with Dean, to the warm greeting, beautifully decorated table and compassionate server Kristy, I was already looking forward to the next visit and introducing others there also. My birthday is extremely special to me and they really made me feel amazing and special from start to finish! Thanks Trulucks!

It is a nice place in the business city center of Miami downtown. In apperance it is really good, I saw many times while I drove by Brickell Av. and I wanted to know it. Finally I have lunch there, however the experinec has been below my expectations. the service was good but the food I did not like too much. From my point of view there are many other nice restaurant nearby where to taste better food. anyway, it is my opinion , only my opinion an dthe Restaurant is good.

Enjoyed pre dinner cocktails at the bar followed by a great fine dining experience. Very personable service from Ricky and Jesus Perez and exceptional food quality. We enjoyed the shrimp cocktail, crab cake, lobster bisque, Snapper and baked Alaska. All were excellent.

We went to Truluck's with great expectations. The room is a bit old-fashioned and the music from the lounge is hard to ignore. Still, it is a dignified space with a friendly and professional waitstaff. I probably should have passed on the stone crabs, when I was informed they were from the west coast, rather than Florida. I found them small (even the jumbo and somewhat difficult to retrieve the meat in appropriate morsels. My son's oysters were good, but not remarkable. I had the Dover Sole for a main course, but it came out a bit overcooked and did not benefit from the delicate treatment this wonderful fish needs. My son's bone in filet was fine, but nothing remarkable. I would certainly come back, but would order differently.

More fine dining. Great night for a first date,or festivity. You can feel gratitude and Courtesy throughout. Very important in my book.

We went last Saturday night. We sat outside Which is nicely decorated but there is zero view. You look out onto a street. We had an amazing appetizer called a seafood Napolitan, which was a small but delicious tower of crab and shrimp, tomatoes, mango sauce, sat on a plate of pepper sauce. The entire thing was amazing and enough for two people easily. Jeff had the grouper which was a large portion but a little dry. I had the appetizer of meatballs the larger portion which was five meatballs and they were huge and OK. The bread appeared to be fresh and homemade. Inside was a much nicer ambience with a vocalist singer. I recommend!

This is a very pricey, high class establishment. The service is top notch and it feels luxurious. The sea bass is excellent, the carrot cake- a must! The Hawaiian shrimp dish was a bit overcooked, but the rest of the food wax superb. Delightful atmosphere

It's Miami Spice time again! The hubby & I both love this place, especially during Miami Spice time! Lunch meals cost $35 and dinner meals cost $60 during this time. I find it a gr8 way to sample expensive places for more affordable prices. Remember to ask for the Miami Spice menu b4 ur seated otherwise, they...forget. U get a choice of an app, a choice of a main course & a choice of a dessert. We had reservations but it was clear we didn't need them. The place was empty. Love it. We were seated right away & warm parmesan yeast rolls & soft butter soon followed. Yum, yum, yum. Please note that they are not complimentary! They cost $5.00 but they are delicious! If u wish, u can add on anything from the regular menu (which, btw, lights up when u open it!!) @ their regular prices! The hubby wanted a shrimp cocktail app not offered on the Miami Spice menu. So be it. We also ordered the salad, beef medallion tenderloin w/mashed potatoes & creme brulee along w/the lobster bisque, jalapeño salmon w/mashed potatoes &carrot cake. The shrimp were HUGE!! I don't care for cold shrimp, but I did eat 1/2 of one of the five in the order. Still not my fave but golly, they were huge! The salad was also huge & yummy. The steak medallions (2) were so small. That's sad & why not THREE?! One actually looked as if someone bit off 1/2 of it. I was not happy w/the size or the quantity, but I was happy w/the taste. The taters, on the other hand, were so bland. Our server, Nyema, graciously suggested a sauce. She brought me a bearnaise sauce which made the taters tasty. Thank u Nyema. The creme brulee was run of the mill. Nothing spectacular. The bisque was not hot enuf upon arrival but when it returned, it was perfectly hot and scrumptious. Both the hubby's salmon & taters were yummy. He had a sauce on his taters. I did not pick up on the jalapeño flavor tho. We brought the carrot cake home & it too, was delicious. I love this place & I love Miami Spice! P.S. The ladies' room - clean.

This was hands down the best meal we had in Miami. The ambiance was romantic and elegant with low lighting and piano music in the background. Making this the perfect sport for date night or a special occasion. Our server Leo was efficient without being intrusive and had an explained the menu in great detail and made a few recommendations. We started with meatballs and they were perfectly cooked and were flavor bombs! They offer full and half sized entrees. I ordered the half sized miso-glazed sea bass and there was just the right amount of food. It left me feeling satisfied without being stuffed. This was up there with some of the best sea bass I have ever eaten! I also liked how the menus were back-lighted, so it was easy to read. Wish there is one closer to us as we would eat here often.

Located in the very beautiful financial district of Miami , this restaurant offer the beat lobster and crabs food among other . Portions are small comparing to the very high price of plates. Ambiance with singer make a very nice romantic touch. Service is excellent, and valet parking available at a very reasonable price. Average $100 x person.

Where to begin? This has been by far one of my best dining experience in Miami. Meal: we started with oysters, although I’m partial to west coast oysters, these were Blue Point, these oysters were plump and full of flavor. We then had a cup of lobster bisque. Without exaggeration the best lobster bisque we’ve had. The combination of goat cheese with horse radish gave it a thick flavorful taste. A MUST!! For entree my girlfriend had the Ore King Salmon, her words, “it melts in my mouth”. I had the miso glazed sea-bass with crab fried rice. Take my word order this dish. No words will do justice. Dessert was their famous carrot cake. Heavenly!!! They also have a nice wine selection. Service: Our waiter Jordan was from 1-10 a 20!!! Attentive and knowledgeable, you can tell he really enjoys his job. This is a true hit!!!

The Maine lobster is a popular dish, and it is always cooked to perfection. If you're looking for a delicious and upscale seafood experience with amazing views of Miami, I highly recommend Truluck's Ocean's Finest Seafood & Crab.

Last night me and my family decided to have a nice dinner out. I called in to reserve a table and told them I was going to be attending dinner with my 2 year old daughter with a stroller, they said ok. When we arrived, a party of 4 at the time of the reservation, the lady on the front desk told us we couldn’t have the table because we had a toddler with a stroller. We ended up leaving the restaurant due to the bad treat that we received. It was a nightmare as my kid was hungry and I am 6 month pregnant. Never going again to any of their restaurants. I used to go there every time I came into town.

Perfect place to go for great food and ambiance! The desserts are fabulous! Ask to have a candelabra on your table!

I had been waiting for some time to try stone crab again and this restaurant did not disappoint - - very excellent !! The atmosphere and service in this restaurant are outstanding and very elegant without any attitude. From greeting to paying the bill, everything was well executed, properly paced and made us feel like valued customers. My wife’s branzino was excellent and the side dishes of asparagus and mashed potatoes were served in the center of the table to be shared. We even managed to save some room to share a slice of key lime pie. It was truly one of the better dining experiences we have had in some time. It is expensive but for us completely worth it. And the stone crab was exactly what I hoped it would be !!

We stumbled in to Truluck's on our first night in town. There is a dress code, but only to keep flipflops and bikini tops out (we were in jeans and nice tops, so no problem). The dining room is elegant; the waitstaff is extremely professional and attentive. The food is astounding! We had the cocktails and ceviche to start and they were pretty perfect. Crab claws for one and stuffed lobster for the other of us: both amazing! The wine list is approachable with some very reasonable prices (there are also crazy expensive bottles). Our waiter helped guide our wine selection and the sommelier was friendly and down-to-earth. Overall, it was an incredibly elegant fancy place, but the people working there made us feel special and welcome.

Truluck's is a true gem and a classy place. Love the food, great service, atmosphere, and live music. Victor the bartender is amazing! My favorite dish is the chilled seafood coronation and of course, the steaks are spectacular!

Very fresh food, great ambiance, excellent service. Lunch special is a great deal. The seared tuna was exceptional. Use the valet parking - the garage next door is $9/hr.

My far the best meal we’ve had in Miami. Fabulous atmosphere and excellent food. Or server Ricky made a lovely dinner even more enjoyable.

Very good food, very good service. Expensive but worth it. The tuna tartar is the best. The fish fresh and delicious. The desert good.

Overall, great service and wonderful experience! We came in drastically underdressed and they were so kind and never made an issue of it. I got a filet that was cooked perfectly. Others in my group also enjoyed the meal. Our waiter gave us wonderful service and we really appreciated it!

Fantastic food and a lovely setting. Loved tonight. Crab cakes for starters and they were devine absolutely delicious. I had grouper and my husband had yellow fin for our main course and both perfect. Lovely staff and ambience. Definitely dine here when we are next in Miami. Lovely bottle of Malbec too.

This is a white tableclothed restaurant that also has a bar area with high top tables and a TV. The ambiance in the restaurant section is fit for a special occasion. Our waiter was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. The manager came by to check on us and left her card with us. Great service. The food was nice and I enjoyed it. I wouldn’t say it was exceptional, but it was good and I’d eat there again.

A couple of nights at the Kimton Hotel and a delicious birthday dinner @ Truluck's. What a wonderful w/e. We ordered from the Miami Spice menu & shared the calamari appetizer, the scallop dinner, the pork chop dinner & both offered desserts (a slice each of carrot & chocolate cake). Our waiter even brought a 3rd dessert 4hubby's b'day - a slice of cheesecake. OMG! All was delicious except I didn't care 4the green sauce served w/the chop. It's made w/avocado & I don't like them. The manager more than generously made up for that by removing the appetizer from the bill! I can't wait 2go back & try something different.

I recently had a birthday dinner for my son who is working in Miami for the summer. The atmosphere and elegance of the restaurant are a nice break from the club-like loud scene of a lot of restaurants and bars in the Miami area. The bartender made a perfect martini and all the food that followed was cooked to perfection. I recommend the blackened grouper. It was delicious! Just be warned, the desserts are gigantic, so you may want to order one to share. I will definitely be back there again when I visit my son in the fall.

Celebrating my 30th birthday, champagne, all in. Everything seemed so good. Appetiser great, king crab legs - great. Sides, great. All gluten free per my dietary requirements (requested and stated). End of the meal- no dessert menu offered, Waiter brings out a dessert with a ‘happy birthday’ on it whilst he states “careful, it contains gluten” ….really? You wanted me to have a nice dessert and a ‘happy birthday’ so you bring me a gluten containing desert? Wouldn’t you have been smarter to bring me nothing? You even bring me a spoon to rub it in my face some more. How insulting. Not even an offer of ice cream or something or even an explanation as to why you could not offer me something (or just nothing at all!)? He genuinely thought it was okay too…..not how to end a $700 meal for two…you would not bring someone with a seafood allergy a lobster would you! In regards to the food I was able to eat, very nice. Tip for improvement, train your staff to understand better about food allergies and don’t bring food people cannot eat, it is torture! Rated poor because of the waiters performance, food was 5*.

Cosy upscale restaurant. Fantastic service from Gaby all evening. We started with oysters & crab claws. Tasted fantastic. Lobsterbisque amazing. Then we opted for branzino & filet of beef. Both dishes very good. Lobster mac & cheese & mashed potatoe for side. Little to heavy. Over all a great evening. Prices are to high.

Four adults came for stone crab. We didn’t know how upscale the place was, and were underdressed. They treated us like we were in formal wear. The restaurant is beautiful with red banquettes as well as white tablecloth four tops. Our server Kylie was top notch. We started with 8 medium stone crab claws. They were plated on ice with mustard sauce and lemon, we also got drawn butter, which I prefer. The claws were $9 per, perfectly cracked and so fresh!! The Cuban sandwich was really a bbq sandwich, not bad just not a Cuban. We really enjoyed this splurge!

Absolutely without a doubt the BEST PLACE for STONE CRABS in MIAMI. DO NOT GO TO JOE’s, You will pay $100 per claw for what you pay $37 at this Trulucks. The bar is where I always sit here. Always an amazing atmosphere the crabcake is amazing as well as the soup and everything else on the menu!! I am a native of Florida and this is always a must stop when I come back home

Very nice place. The ambiance was very nice. The live music was great. The drinks (expensive) were very good. Our food was very good (except for the Filet - twice over cooked). The lobster bisque was delicious. The lobster was fantastic. The carrot cake was amazing. The service by Lourdes was great. The manager who came to our table was great as well. Overall, except for the filet issue, it was a great night.

Delicious assortment of Fabulous meals, Fantastic list of Wines to choose from, Live music to relax the mood & Scrumptious desserts to address your sweet tooth! GetSome!!

I had a great experience in this restaurant. The live music was amazing and the food was delicious. The service was a little slow. I ordered the Cesar salad and the sea bass. The fish was so flaky and had a great flavor.

Great spot. Food good. Service very good. Can sit outside. The keylime pie was ok but not tart enough for out liking. Would go back.

Delicious seafood food and great drinks. Service is impeccable and the restaurant is very well decorated. An excellent restaurant.

Last night we had the best time at dinner that I Think I've ever had! Our server Jean Carlos was amazing and full of personality plus. All staff were attentive and knowledgeable.. We will definitely be back soon!

This is an elegant restaurant with gourmet food and great service. Great ambiance and quiet. The lobster Bisque was outstanding. Great crisp Cesar Salad. The Ahi Tuna was fresh and plentiful. The Carrot Cake was delicious. The Sangria was better than the Sangria we had in Spain. I want the recipe. Eric Stupel Surfside, Florida

I gave myself the privilege and gift of having lunch at Truluck’s Ocean’s Finest Seafood and Crab (no doubt one of the most chic I have ever met!). From the environment and service, you feel in a different place! The entrance were their famous Crabs (crab legs), a delight! And I finished with a Vieras dish with a divine puré! Boy, everything perfect and white wine!!!

Tricky impeccable food, service and atmosphere. When you go, ask for Ricardo/Ricky to be your service. He was so wonderful. He lets you try things first and he adds to the experience in general. Pianist also brilliant and all the food is super Fresh and delicious

Great Food, Great Service! From the time we stepped into the restaurant until we left, we were treated like royalty. As it was our anniversary, we had rose petals on our table & anniversary well wishes from several staff members as well as the manager, Kim. Our server, Paola, was very attentive providing us excellent suggestions regarding menu selections. The crab claw appetizer, wedge salad, sea bass, filet, baked Alaska & key lime pie were all amazing. The ambience was warm & inviting....loved this restaurant...looking forward to our next visit.

This is my favorite steakhouse in town. And now... my favorite Lobster Place! OMG!!! Had the best twin South African Lobster Tails!!! Yummy!!!! Love Love Love!!!! Everything about this restaurant. If your going to splurge this is the place to do it. Everything you hear is 100% true and then some. Everything is perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned, perfectly presented ... just perfect. The service is white glove. I loved our server Kristy. She's great!!! The atmosphere is laid back with some amazing live lounge music in the background. And Don't Skip dessert because it's to die for!!! I truly love True Lucks!!!!!

This is a business lunch venue. We were the only couple dining there. Lunch set is of superb value given the choice, quality and quantity. We were so full that we did takeaway for dessert and saw many others doing the same. Both choc cake and carrot cake were superb. Definitely worth the visit if you are in Brickell vicinity during lunch.

Restaurant in Brickell highly recommended. Rich fish and seafood with a very pleasant atmosphere and magnificent service. We loved it.

Jesus the manager was very nice throughout the interaction, he even served our food! Always constantly checking up on us to make sure everything was good. Crab appetizer were yummy and steak even better. Will be coming back! 5 stars for Jesus and his team (Orlando) 🥰🥰

We had a great dinner in Truluck's after a long flight from the UK. The service was amazing and the atmosphere buzzing with live piano music and the fish was truly excellent.

Great atmosphere. Great live music. Great drinks. My wife and I sat at the bar for a few drinks and had a great time. Live pianist singing Chris Stapleton was a nice touch. Big shoutout to Walter at the bar. Great hospitality and great chats. Can't wait to come back!

Our 3rd visit—we get reservations here when we come to Miami because it’s such great food and a good dining experience. Cold seafood appetizers, king crab, ahi tuna, and deserts.

Had dinner at this restaurant this weekend and first of all the service was excellent. We were with a wheelchair bound friend and the manager, Karen and Luis at the valet station made every effort to accommodate him. Our server Andrea was excellent, very professional, cheerful. The food was very good, we had the Miami Spice menu and it had a variety of very good choices. The carrot cake is to die for. Very nice music at the bar. I recommend this restaurant.

I was lucky enough to attend a business dinner. The food was incredible. We started with an assortment of appetizers including the meatballs and crab cake. I then had the stone crab since it was in season and the chocolate malt cake. Everything was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere and service were perfect too- we ate on a covered patio outside.

The lobster bisque truly lives up to its hype. It really is the best one I remember ever eaten. And the bread !!!!! Absolutely amazing. The rest of the food was great too but the bisque and the wad are out of this world.

Very nice ambiance and excellent service. Good for you Ricky! Did a great job. The quality of food outstanding. I recommend Rockefeller oysters, salmon and crabs.

Amazing restaurant and well maintained since the pandemic. You need reservations. The staff was very friendly and the food was amazing. Went for parents 50th anniversary a d they had rose petals on the table and brought out a special dessert. Vanilla and Oreo Baked Alaska.

We had several dinners at this famous restaurant, not always at its best. This time was quite good, thanks to the professionalism and kindness of our waiter, Christopher. Big chilled seafood coronation to start, then two fishes which came over cooked and a bit dry. Marvelous and decadent carrot cake to finish. Delicious Champagne and wines.

My husband took me here for my birthday. The restaurant is upscale and elegant, which means it was very dark and cold. Lol. However, the waiter saw I was shivering and folded a white cloth table cloth into a shawl. That helped some. I really appreaciated the gesture and that helped make my night. The food was ok. I had fish and husband had steak. Everything was good, but not spectacular. The presentation of the crab app was awesome with the dry ice. The atmosphere was great. We would return again.

Randall really is the reason this is a 5 star review. He is informative, knowledgeable, funny, sweet and made the entire evening. All you can eat stone crabs mondays for $90 with a soup or salad and a side. Live music with a delightful pianist

I accidentally stopped in while stumbling home from the hotel InterContinental and decided to give my old favorite another try. And I am so glad that I did. I sat at the bar and was pampered by a very attentive waitress as well as experienced live entertainment in the form of a pianist with a talented and attractive female vocalist. It doesn't get much better than this! Always great food and drink, with a great crowd.

I was attending a conference in Miami and some colleagues recommended Truluck’s. Great atmosphere with pianist in the bar area. Amazing food and service and quiet enough to have conversation at the table. Fantastic experience!

We went for the 3 course Miami Spice combination. I had Sonoma Green Salad, Islandic Arctic Charr & Chocolate Malt Cake. Delicious stuff all. Specially the main dish of trout. Great friendly service. Cozy ambience.

Food portions are enormous, quality of the fish is amazing. Tuna tartar and ceviche were fantastic, as was the red snapper. Though they have plenty of waiters they seemed uncoordinated. We ordered tea twice and they never arrived. So we settled the bill and left without them.

The food is absolutely amazing. From the second you walk in, you know that this is not your regular high class restaurant. The service and attention were on target. Absolutely loved it.

We celebrated our anniversary at Trulocks last Saturday night. The food and service were excellent. Wine list is very good. Food is very expensive, but it was worth it while celebrating a happy occasion.

Truluck's was the best rated restaurant on TA near where we were staying - we had just arrived from the west coast and were boarding a cruise the next day. We didn't want to have to drive across Miami. Boy did we get lucky! Truluck's has a fantastic menu with lots of fresh fish options, may gluten free options and delicious steaks. I started with the shrimp cocktail which was divine and then had sea bass which was grilled to perfection. My husband had a filet which he said was one of the best ever. We were late because of a flight delay and the staff could not have been more accommodating even though they were full. If you are in Miami, definitely make Truluck's a priority. You will not be disappointed!

well worth the price. It has a great menu, something for everyone. You can order light or go for a min course.the happy hour is the best in town, its on sunday from 4-7 with specially drinks and menu and also a piano player in the bar area very nice

I took my family of 5 out for dinner tonight. We were in town for the Miami Boat Show. Our meals and entire experience were amazing. Great food, service, and atmosphere.

We love Truluck's. We wish we had one in Nashville. We use to eat at the one in Dallas and loved it. Also Ft. Lauderdale. Prices are high no doubt about it. I had their special drink Voila! It comes to the table bubbling and was very tasty. My husband had a Martini. Almost $40.00 for these drinks. Oysters 1/2 dozen and a shrimp cocktail to start were excellent. Petit Sea Bass and Petit Branzino fresh and delicious. Great yeast rolls, which I noticed were an extra charge of $6.00, not sure we knew that. And petit chocolate cake for dessert. We had a lot of petit offerings and still spent $200.00 for dinner for 2. We feel it was worth it. Our server Lucas was professional, engaging and nice. We would return and recommend this restaurant.

Simply a perfect spot for fine dining. From the ambiance to the service, and of course the food- this Trulucks location offers one of the best dining experiences in the area. The crab stuffed lobster tails, as well as the salmon entree were delicious and flavorful. Our waiter Lucas was excellent as well- attentive and elevated the experience.

We were recommend Truluck’s by our concierge. We weren’t very dressed when we decided to stop there to eat. A mix of tourists and fancy locals. We had 2 servers rotating and they were amazing. The food is delicious. If you’re not sure about the portions, order the petit as it’s still a lot of food. Their Mediterranean branzino is soooo good. We will definitely eat there again when in Miami.

Our diner was perfect. The food was excellent The service was perfect. We were attended by an english girl which service was perfect. Very good wine list.

Amazing Staff professionnel knowledgeable impeccable from the hostess to the barman, server, runners and valet Food above and beyond expectations

My family and I had the pleasure to go to Trulucks on New Year’s Eve and we had an amazing time. Mickey Gonzales the manager and his staff went above and beyond to make sure everything went flawless. We had had a few family events in Trulucks Brickell and we are always very satisfied with the service. Thank you for the beautiful ambiance, great food and fabulous hospitality.

Went with a small group of friends for a casual dinner, and this place really exceeded my expectations. From the creamy and smooth lobster bisque, the to juicy lobster tail, right down to the carrot cake for desert- it was a perfect meal. One of my friends had the miso glazed sea bass which I tried a piece of- and it was heavenly. Reminded me of the miso black cod at Nobu’s. Service was friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend.

Already the setting is pleasant even very. The service is refined. The frames light up which is super original and beyond that, the squid was very, very good and so was the dish. The KeyLime pie was also delicious for dessert (large portion one for two is enough).

Unforgatteble. Veru good placenta, very good service and veru good disjes, e everything good i sugest The dishe New englande sea scallops.

We were a party of four and we reserved barely a few hours before we actually went to the restaurant. In spite of that we were promptly seated at a very nice booth. Our server (Franco) was great - efficient and professional but with a great sense of humor. Our party ordered Stone crab claws, the bone-in filet and Alaskan king crab legs. Everything was great as were the sides (hashbrown patoatoes were perfect). Also it appears that they fine-tuned the mustard sauce (for the Stone crab claws) as the sauce was better than I remembered. Finally, the desserts were just awesome (Key Lime Pie and Baked Alaska). We truly enjoyed every aspect of our evening and we will definitely be back!
Excellent service, seafood and wine
The menu is full of excellent seafood and steaks, as you would expect in an upscale restaurant like this. But our server was most impressive in how she handled our large group with great passion and personal service.
