Checked into hotel and want to watch sports and grab food. The burger was great and reasonable prices for a hotel restaurant. However, I had 2 beers and with top cost $18. That was more than my food!! They do have big tvs and a lot of them. Like the atmosphere.

My wife and I stopped in for a beer (ok selection) and some appetizers. The service was good and the food was very good Little pricey but we were in a hotel lobby bar in downtown Atlanta. We shared the stuffed potato skins (pulled pork) and the Pretzels. Both were very nice. If in the Hyatt again we would stop by for a beer and food.

Went only for drinks but the restaurant has great atmosphere. The flat screen TV options need to be reviewed by the manager.

You should visit this pub for it's great and lively ambience and variety of drink. The food is good but pricey.

The bar at 22 Stories is excellent. Bartenders are personable and make excellent drinks. The food was a nice surprise. Had the fish and chips. The fish was fresh and fried perfectly. It came with a nice tartar sauce which really accented the fish. Nice portion.

Very good pub fare. Wide variety of micro brews and fantastic burgers. Service was awesome as I would expect being in the Hyatt. Was slightly surprised it was on the lobby level.

Don't want to leave the safety of the hotel? To late to wander downtown Atlanta? You won't starve nor die of thirst. Be prepared for boisterous visitors. Brief menu provides adequate alternatives. Inspiration? No. Adequate? Yes.

Pub style food. Great chicken nachos. Cozy atmosphere and located right off the main lobby. Music playing and always a crowd gathered there after meetings.

Had late evening food.Had the bacon cheeseburger with fries.cooked to perfection.Friendly service and convenient for late meal

He was very helpful when it came to suggesting new drinks. There was a problem with splitting our bill, but I thought he handled it very well. The atmosphere was great as well :)

The drinks here were pretty decent. They were a bit pricey, but it is a hotel. The environment was pretty chill though.

Had buffet on 8/31/14 during DragonCon2014. Great service. Food was good, better than my breakfast at the Hilton-my potatoes and toast had been sitting for awhile. Hotel prices. More variety of food for the buffet would be nice. I could see the crowd from my table, that was nice. I have to compliment the Atlanta police; they do a good job. From my table for the 40 minutes I ate, an Atlanta police officer kept asking the crowd to move to the other side and he did this very nicely the whole time!

Very nice hotel lobby bar/restaurant. Plenty of large screen TVs to watch your favorite sporting event. Relaxing atmosphere. Good variety of trendy foods, with a few twists on old standards. Prices very reasonable, huge portions. Gotta try the pulled pork nachos. Will fill you up and enough to take back to your room.

Lots of TVs to watch the game and plenty of local brews from which to choose, but the seating is somewhat uncomfortable and the food and beverages come with a hotel price tag.

Great view of the city. Rotating restaurant and bar…..Cool place This could be a romantic event of just a fun event for a group of people. The rotation of the restaurant/bar gives a entirely different take on things.

Very nice variety of options on the menu and a good selection of beers & wines. We had two meals here plus a take-away pizza. All very good!

Beer wasn't served at proper temperature, servers were overwhelmed when it grew crowded. Waited forever to get our bill and then again to get our change/ cards back. Had better service at the little pub in the mall next door.

This restaurant was always busy and turned out to be a decent place for a quick lunch. The food was fine, though not outstanding. Service was good. Recommended if you have to stay in the hotel.

Had a few beers and wings with a colleague and his friend yesterday evening. The servers were friendly and it was a good place for people watching. Was a bit surprised at the bill but I wasn't paying fortunately.

VooDoo buckets are phenomenal! And the hamburger is really tasty, clearly meat and not fillers. My entire family, and our friends, enjoyed our time.

Yes, we are from Texas, and the pulled pork nachos we had here 2 nights out of 4 were some of the best we have had. We were in Atlanta for our Granddaughter's volleyball tournament, so we met up here at night to visit as a whole family. Drink prices were on par with hotel bar, but food we found was very well priced, and delicious. We also had the quesadillas.Servers were wonderful at all times.

Ordered two burgers, one with a side salad and delicious dressing; the other with fries. OMG! This burger was delicious...maybe on a brioche bun. Can't remember, just know I wanted seconds. Was pricey, two burgers for $30.00. But, it was late and I wanted the convenience of staying in the hotel. Would I buy this burger again? Yes, I would.

The staff in this bar is really great! Friendly, helpful, and fun. There are many interesting drink specialties to choose from, but the food menu is pretty limited and pretty expensive. A glass of tea is $4.00, which seems very high to me.

The fish tacos here did not have much fish and was rather lackluster. This was disappointing as a hotel guest.

Staying at the Hyatt. The hotel's main restaurant was closed for renovations over the holidays. Out shopping all day and stopped in before adjourning to the room. Ordered a small baby Kale salad with blackened chicken. To my surprise the salad was quite large. The chicken was hot and seasoned well. The dressing was delicious. When it arrived, could barely see the dressing and thought I would have to request more but I didn't. I enjoyed this salad much more than dinner at a highly rated restaurant in the area the previous night.

We nested here for the sights of Dragon-Con. Food go and drinks are great. Good service with a wonderful view, nice spot to people watch

Loved my stay people are awaiting on you. From the valet to the service staff roaming the halls. Everyone seems helpful and genuinely nice.

My girlfriend, her brother, and myself stayed at the Hyatt for a night when we were in Atlanta. We decided to get a drink at the bar (Twenty-Two Storys) around midnight on Saturday and sat the the bar for 20 minutes and were never served. This was not because the bar was overly busy, as we managed to walk up and sit at the bar. One bartender (bald black gentleman) was clearly ignoring us, as he served several people around us and actively avoided eye contact and our raised hands. Eventually, somebody else showed up (dark haired white gentleman) and we asked if he was a bartender. His response was a flustered "yes" and then walked off. We were in t-shirts, so I'd like to believe our lack of service was just because we didn't look "classy enough" but while we were there I saw 2 people fall off their bar stools from CLEARLY being over-served and three people there were covered in paint from their day job. As nice as the hotel was, I would never stay here again just because of this experience. We ate at Sway earlier in the day and it was great. Really the hotel is a nice place. But this bar provided the worst service I've ever experienced in my life. I'm generally a mild mannered person but it pissed me the hell off. I'd leave zero stars if I could.

After attending a night game at Turner Field, my girlfriend and I walked into 22 Stories after a hostess from another restaurant suggested we go. Despite other restaurants offering "late night dining" (we were downtown at 11pm on a Sat), most restaurants either had their kitchens closed, or were winding down service. Twenty-Two stories was quite the contrary. It was lively, with a good crowd, and friendly, attentive staff. Our server was Callie, and we couldn't have asked for a better waitress. They had all sports on the many large TV screens, a great beer selection, and a really expansive menu, especially considering that there werent too many other options downtown at that point. It was my first time in Atlanta, and I was down there for a birthday trip. Callie overheard my girlfriend mention my birthday- and she took it upon herself to make sure we had fun. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great Atlanta experience, a fun birthday celebration, and felt some warm Southern hospitality. 22 Stories was a really fun, casual, relaxed spot. Perfect if you want some good food while watching the game- and perfect if you appreciate friendly, warm service.

Very nice atmosphere, great food and service, lots of TV's for Basketball watching. Son had the vegan burger, and it was really good! If I didn't know I would have thought it was real meat.

Had food and (several) beers here during my 3-night stay in Atlanta. Food very good - no complaints. Good selection of beverages too.

Stopped here for a few after dinner drinks on a Saturday night. This place was pretty cool. Not too crowded, our bartender was very attentive and poured a good drink. I will definitely be back here for drinks. May even try dinner, the people who did eat dinner said it was good.

It's a nice bar in the lobby. If busy it can be hectic to get a drink or refill quickly. The grass fed burger was good but expensive.

This bar is at the base of the central main lobby at the Hyatt. The lobby is, yes you guessed it, 22 stories high. The staff seemed friendly and the beer was a good selection.

The bar inside the Hyatt Regency with good friendly service decent food a wide variety of libations and sports on the big screen. A good spot, not the best I have been to but enjoyable and the staff is very friendly.

Not bad Experience but not a really good one either... The waitresses are friendly but have no clue what they are doing. They don't even know, what they can offer....

The space is comfortable with well distributed seating and multiple televisions throughout the roomm. The Georgia Poutine was tasty and the portion was quite generous. The cocktails were a little above average. The prices were reasonable and the service was attentive.

I was there for 2 1/2 hours to get 2 beers and my check. Say for 20 minutes before anyone took my first drink order. Then when I ordered my 2nd I saw it sitting on the bar top for 15 mi it’s before it was finally grabbed by my server and brought to me. I asked for my check as soon as she dropped off my 2nd beer and that took another 15 minutes. It was absurd. Combined with the slow service for my meal next door I thought I was going to lose my mind.

great for a snack or a full meal. really upscale bar food. The chef comes out and talks with the customers which is a nice touch.

It was interesting to check out 22 Storys, although we did not have anything to eat. Stopped in to check the place out and decided to have a drink. The drinks were expensive, but the atmosphere was worth the price. Worth checking out while in Atlanta and probably a great place to eat high-end cuisine.

I was in a group on break from conference setup, so we had lunch in Twenty-Two Storys. We had a great server who was always on top of drink refills and took care of us. She was also very knowledgable about food allergies! But I wish there were more gluten-free options available. They have GF bread you could use with the burgers and sandwiches, but the only other option was a salad (which is a huge dining stickler of mine). She did grab some potato chips from the Market for me, so I really appreciate that! Again, awesome service! Typical hotel prices ($14 for my smoked turkey sandwich), but yummy. Would eat again if needed to!

I had a local sweet water 420 beer on draft here daily. I also had a couple meals, nothing was over $20. Staff was great. Lots of TVs for the sports fan. It's a nice environment out in the lobby with ample natural light.

Just had a few Yeungling beers and nachos with travel companion. The nachos were delicious with the pulled pork added...more than the 2 of us could finish.

Because it was a convention, even these five elevators became overwhelmed at times. You often had to go down to go up or the other way around. Still, it was fun viewing your travel up to your floor or down to lobby or sub floors

drinks in this bar - in which it is a pleasure to congregate with colleagues after a game - has prompt service and good drinks. Prices are not as bad as I have seen before in hotel bars. Again, I could do with a larger choice than 1 of a European Old World Wine by the glass!

We stay at the Hyatt every year for the Gift Mart because we love this bar! Great atmosphere, great food, but the main reason we stay here is because of the bartenders!! They are phenomenal!! Matt and Tamera have worked here for years. They remember everyone. They even remember what you like to drink! They make everyone feel welcome. As we sat at the bar on this trip, we found that the other customers are all repeat customers for the very same reasons!! We wouldn't go anywhere else!

Service and selection were excellent, but the prices seemed steep to someone from Wisconsin. The location in the lobby is cool, you can sit and watch the world go by

Lovely bar inside the Hyatt Regency. Great place to have a cocktail and people watch. We only had cocktails but food is also available. The service was friendly and fast.

Located on the main lobby floor of the downtown Hyatt, it is certainly convenient if you are staying at the hotel (or even across the street at the Marriott Marquis), but I wouldn't go out of my way to revisit if I wasn't already in the area. About a month ago when I was here, the place was literally "under wraps" with some sort of construction, or re-design, taking place. I don't know what the major change was, but I do think the updated layout works very well for both staff and customers. My draught Blue Moon was tasty, and delivered with a nice wedge of orange. It accompanied the pair of warm Bavarian pretzels with the three dipping sauces. They were quite salty, but still made a great afternoon snack. There was minimal follow-up service (and I was seated directly at the bar) but there wasn't anything I really needed, so that was never an issue. Numerous overhead televisions offer views of sports and news. This is a place I do recommend for others to try, but especially if you are already at the Hyatt or very close by. Probably not a place to make your main destination.

My mom and I retreated here after being slapped in the face with the ridiculous prices of the Hyatt’s other restaurants. This place was still moderately priced but the cheapest option in the hotel. The food was really good though, especially the fries. And I really liked the “bento box” vibe they had going on with the platting.

Great for drinks and apps. Name is deceiving though. Its on the first floor, not the 22nd. Maybe I just misunderstood this, but others in my party thought the same thing.

Staff were excellent at Twenty Two Storys , we arranged a dinner for 20 at short notice, the day before in a busy period, it couldn't have been better, terrific atmosphere, great view, service and food to match ,

I was staying at the Hyatt Regency for a conference and went to Twenty-two Storys. The food was average. Nothing to brag about but the waitress was very nice. It is not somewhere I would visit again.

The bartenders were friendly and attentive. Even when they were busy you did not feel forgotten about.

My husband and I ate here during our stay at the Hyatt Regency and really enjoyed it. Good quality food at very reasonable prices. Nice cocktails too!

place to grab a drink. staff is hit or miss - could stand to have a better bar menu with more options

My husband and I really wanted to dine in the Polaris Restaurant located in the Hyatt Regency. We weren’t able to dine there so opted to try Twenty Two Stories an additional dinning facility in the Hyatt. We chose the chicken wings and both ordered salads to accompany our wings. We both added sweet tea to our meal. For me a little over forty dollars was a bit much for the meal. The service was great and the salads quite tasty. However, inquiring to determine if the Barbecue sauce was spicy, we were told it wasn’t. And of course the sauce was somewhat spicy. Still they had a good taste for the most. I believe we would have enjoyed the meal more if the wings had been more tasty and the sauce at least closer to being mild. I’m sure we’ll pass should we travel to Atlanta again.

I went to this bar with my friend while we were on vacation, and we couldn't even enjoy a drink without being hit on. There was no security, and the bartenders couldn't have cared less. We were so uncomfortable my friend chugged her drink and we took the elevator up to a different floor than where our room was just in case they tried to follow us.

So I ate (and drank) at this restaurant several times during my trip. I enjoyed it a lot. I had the Bavarian Pretzels on one occasion (they are freaking ginormous). Also did the grilled turkey panini and it was excellent. One thing I will say is they need more staffing. At one point, I was thinking they would benefit from having tablets on the tables for guests to place their drink orders because the staff was working their butts off to keep serving everyone. I was in Atlanta as a part of a convention that was at this hotel, and several times, many of us were wondering if two of the bartenders (Tammi, Solo) and the manger (Brian) ever actually left because they were always there and just hustling the entire time. Overall, I'd go there again. The food was great, staff was fantastic.

A very nice lounge on the lobby floor of the Hyatt Regency. Drinks are adequate however hotel potency. Services are above average and the food is good. If you're tired after a long day this is a great place to unwind and relax.

The bartenders were attentive and friendly. It was definitely not a bargain, but was not too terribly out of line for a hotel bar either.

We stopped in here at night before going to a wedding. We sampled so nachos which weren't too bad however the chips in them were thin and broke apart when trying to pick them up. The drinks here are very pricey. We had three mixed drinks and the table was $41.00 before tips. Service wasn't the best either.

This bar/restaurant in the Hyatt Regency was okay. The bar is huge and understaffed despite being the 3 night of a large convention in town. It was noisy and service was really slow. Take your time and find a better local venue. Hooters down teh street would probably be a better choice.

They make a great Bloody Mary. Had the pretzels and pulled chicken quesadillas, which were both fantastic. I was impressed at how good the quesadillas were, coming out hot despite the crowd. If it is Dragoncon it is sometimes quicker to walk up to the bar to order drinks than wait for the return of wait staff, but that comes with the territory to some degree. Always one of my favorite places to grab a drink and people watch and meet up with people. Everyone knows the "hyatt bar"

A great bar to have a few drinks in and relax at the end of the day. It was very busy when we visited as there was a conference on. Notwithstanding this, we were seated and served very quick. We ordered cocktails off menu and this was not a problem. Drinks aren't cheap but they are great. Didn't eat from the menu so cannot comment on that.

Another of my DragonCon traditions............... Cheese Cake($10)...... and a soda That's all I get. I order it 2 or 3 times while I'm staying at the hotel. It's excellent but also expensive. Understanding this is a hotel bar/restaurant. My feeling it's double the price of what you would pay in a normal restaurant. The plus side is you don't have to go anywhere; out your room and down the elevator. This place has a lot more to offer. I may have to try some other dishes someday. I understand that week is a extremely busy week for them. I've noticed being a party of one. I don't always get the quickest service. I may sit for 15 or 20 minutes before someone asks, 'if they can help me'. Like I said, I understand it being busy. It get frustration when 4 people sit down 2 tables over. And the server is right there. While I've been waiting for 10 minutes already.

Super busy. First come first serve at the bar/restaurant. I had the pork belly sliders and they were good. Prices were fair and service was not bad at all. Great for hotel guests.

Came here after checking in for a drink and to get a bite to eat. Was not disappointed even with a huge crowd of convention goers the service was fast and good. Food was tasty.

Very good appetizers that are meal-size. I am a teetotaler so can't comment on the beer they are so proud of.

If you order Nachos, it comes with a big bowl. I couldn't finish it by myself. Taste was the best nachos that I've ever had. Very good combination with local beers. I went there in early evening, so I could watch sports quietly and enjoy beers & food.

Stopped here post conference to grab a light bite and watch playoff football. Ordered local Pilsner that was very good and the crispy Brussels sprout gyro. Place was crowded with conference attendees but the staff was very pleasant and attentive.
Fantastic bar staff!!!
Always love hanging out here as a bar, and to grab a little bit of food. The bartenders are awesome, and even in the midst of a large crowd, they get to know you! Great service!
