Short walk from the Hyatt Place, fromt desk recommended. We were not disappointed. Brisket sandwich was excellent, flavorful. Even loaded baked potato was very good. Would return!

The brisket, pulled pork and ribs are all smoked to perfection. The aroma when you enter will make your mouth water. You can get sandwiches or the meat by itself with a choice of sides. It's a loud, friendly place. We came for lunch and two days later came back for dinner.

The pulled pork sandwich was perfect!! I am very fussy about my meats, and there was not one speck of fat or gristle. The cole slaw had an unusual blend of mayo and vinegar and was such a different, and excellent taste. The service was fast. And there is lots of parking nearby. And very close to the Peachtree Trolley stop. It's a great place to go after the tour.

I had the Blue Sky combo plate. Ribs and brisket. Dry rub seasoned and smoked to perfection. Meat tender and falling off the bone. This is the real deal.

This place definitely smelled like it smoked its meat in the house, and the smoke flavor didn't disappoint. Chicken and ribs were tender. Ribs did not fall off of the bone, so they weren't overcooked like so many places. However, the rub blend on the ribs needs to have the salt content reduced by at least 1/3. It was overpowering. I got a "Shooter McGavin" beer. Claimed be a witbier, but it was the clearest and blandest witbier I'd ever had. Would have been fine if it claimed to be a pale ale.

I saw this restaurant when I stopped at the pizza place the night before and opted for my last dinner in Atlanta to stop there for some BBQ. The minutes you walk in, you smell smoke and it just reinforces that you are getting good food there. I went to the bar and ordered and sat next to a nice main who was eating ribs. He, the bartender and I talked about different kinds of BBQ while I waited for my food, soon after I was on my way. I got the pulled pork sandwich with charro beans. I also got some of the Carolina gold sauce as well as the Memphis sweet and tangy. The pork was succulent with a subtle flavor. It was good with and without sauce. The charro beans had a little kick and both sauces were great but very different (mustard verses tomato based). It was a great meal, but don’t take my word for it.

We think that 6.30pm is fairly early for dinner but this place is so busy that they have run out of some of the meat dishes. Our server check out what is available and tells us to get our order in asap.We order half racks of ribs for 3 and I have the beef brisket sandwich. The ribs are great and the brisket tender and tasty. The server seems frantic but friendly and funny. A good meal.

Their BBQ is the best I have ever had and the hospitality that they provided was awesome. Also their Shirly Temple was the best I have tried on my vacation. The pulled pork was the best

Great spot for Southen BBQ. The food is excellent - but remember too go early, if you want the ribs, as they get sold out very quickly. The place also have a good variety of beers.

Had brisket and coleslaw. Both were very good. Service was great. Slaw was different than expected (not a creamy type) but very good.

The meat is outstanding, but to me, it was overpriced for what you got. I guess that has to do with the cost of a prime location. We both got brisket, and I added turkey. Free were some fried pork rinds. Later came free small cornbread muffins. The side of, I think it was, Brunswick Stew was lukewarm.

I'm from East TN and we don't have anything that compares! The best smoky bbq we have ever had. The ribs were delicious and so was the brisket and pulled pork. Went here on a whim because it was close to the hotel. Now we are back home and craving more! This is BBQ done right.

OMG… we were literally blown away by the food. Incredibly authentic and tasty. Super value for money and decor was on point. Excellent service.

We walked to the restaurant from the aquarium and at 3:00 pm the server said they didn’t have any food. We felt horrible because we were hot and hungry. That tells me the person who is supposed to order food for the restaurant doesn’t know how to do their job. All I can is it’s sad.

Shadai, a professional, an exceptional waitress, served everyone with the same interest, whether it was a person or a group. From the entrance, consumption area, table and bathroom, clean. The food, just right, tasty. The restaurant team supported each other as did their manager. I'll be back

Great BBQ right off the smokers. They do it right. Had the sliced beef brisket. It was moist, trimmed, and cooked to perfection.

We stopped in here for a late lunch after visiting the nearby World of Coca Cola. We both ordered the brisket sandwiches and thoroughly enjoyed them - lots of juicy, smoky meat on a fresh bun, with a selection of sauces offered at the table. The coleslaw was fresh and delicious. We also had local beers. I would definitely come back here again if and when I'm in Atlanta again.

One of the best BBQ places I have found. The Pulled pork BBQ is smoked in house in the TWIN Smokers, Elizabeth and Matthew. Every type of Sauce is on the table, including my favorite, the SC Gold! The ribs are cooked to perfection. You can't suck them off the bone, but you dont need a fork and knive either. Everything is HomeMade, including the WONDERFUL appetizer fried skins!!! There is also a full bar to get almost any adult beverage you would like!!!! Within walking distance of Mercedes Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Georgia Aquarium, World Of Coca Cola and Olympic Park. DO NOT PASS THIS PLACE BY!!!!

Stopped by here for dinner on our last night in Atlanta, and so glad we did! We had the BBQ combo plates that give you a choice of two meats and two sides for $24. I had chicken and ribs along with potato salad and collard greens. The ribs were so much bigger than I was anticipating, and very tasty. I also sampled some local Georgia hard cider. Very satisfied and would recommend.

I highly recommend this place for some authentic BBQ. Their Blue Sky Plate has two meats and two sides of which I chose the Pulled Pork and the Brisket which were amazing!! My wife went with Chicken which was also good. The Sweet Tea was awesome and some of the best I have had in Atlanta. Very accessible by the Mercedes Benz Stadium. Find time to visit if in the area.

The food was delicious and service was great but disappointed they didn’t serve French fries. We would go back again when we return

While visiting Atlanta, I stopped by this restaurant for an early dinner as the menu looked pretty good. I entered the restaurant and the greater seated me and provided menu. I was ready to order and looking for a waiter or waitress, but the staff appeared to be busy talking amongst themselves at the bar. I waited and waited, after some time, I got up and left. If the staff was too busy talking among themselves and not too worried about their customers, assuming the food would not have been good as well.

If I lived in Atlanta, I’d eat here a lot. The smoked turkey was great—moist, tender, and flavorful. The potato salad was great. The banana pudding was great. The person I ate with had brisket and just said “the brisket was brisket, hard to ruin brisket,” which I interpreted as the brisket was great. The service was great; the staff were cheerful, friendly but unobtrusive, and food and beverages were delivered quickly. We ate at 3 BBQ places across the south within about 3 days of each other; this place had the best banana pudding of all of them. Lots of banana slices, the vanilla wafers buried in the pudding so that they turned into a sort of soft crumbled crust within the pudding, not cloying or super sweet. The only complaint anyone had was that the brisket sandwich didn’t have a lot of meat in it for the price, so you might be better off ordering meat alone rather than a sandwich, unless you particularly wanted the bun.
Nice service, disappointing food
This place was recommended as a great local eatery close by to the big hotels. The food was a disappointment tbh. Dry and tough meat. The coleslaw was too rich. Mac and cheese was too and there was nice friendly service.
