Best short rib! DEX killed it. Cali was a wonderful bartender - she was kind, patient, and gave great recommendations. I love this hotel for an elevated business experience.

Trevor the bar tender was great, gave us excellent service and great dinner tips! The places he recommended were prefect!

Ashley (and all the other bar staff) was exceptional! She is both professional and personable. The Cambria Uptoen has found a rare set of skills in this employee, who is both efficient and attentive.

The food was amazing!!!! The waitress, Macie was great! The food is amazing!! We even met Chef Rios!! The manager Chris was very accommodating!!!! And the bartender, Coral was making amazing holiday drinks!!

I had an iced oat milk latte and it was amazing! I can honestly say it was one of the best lattes I've ever had. The staff also filled up my water bottle when I was leaving. I also tried some fruits and they were delicious. Very pleased with the service and quality at this kitchen. Plus the lounge is gorgeous and inviting.

I was in town for an Apple conference. Andre and jimmy always made sure the breakfast was ready. The staff here are super friendly and make it a nice space to be in

Mark took very good care of us at the restaurant, and Zachary, the chef, came out to confirm everything was correct and tasty. My experience here was definitely restaurant level.

Coral is the Best and my favourite and I have a few favourite go to to thingd I eat Abd the manager is nice and the am cook so forth. Great people in am and they one other cook a female is nice. Recommend the chicken for dinner and quinoa or eggs earlier and salad and feta dip for appetizer or smaller dish. They get excited to make drinks!

Clean and spacious hotel. It is nice, quiet, and has great amenities. The rooms are nice with plenty of room. The restaurant and bar are top notch. The food was excellent and Trevor our bartender made me an outstanding Old Fashioned. This is a great place, I highly recommend it.

Hands down the best cucumber martini from Tory!! Absolutely the most mouth watering and delicious martini. Come here only if you are prepared to have the best service and drinks!

Brie is fantastic! Conversation was fantastic and her drink suggestions were spot on. Absolutely delicious! We will be staying here every time that we return and coming to see Brie.

Jimmy and Andre were awesome! They kept our breakfast hot, the bins stayed full, and they went over and above in assisting us

We were lucky enough to visit during a slow afternoon (thanks to the first weekend of SXSW) and had the best experience. Tory, our bartender/server was personable, knowledgeable, and so friendly. Christina and Teddy, the amazing cooks behind the scenes, absolutely knocked the food outta the park. Try the firecracker shrimp starter, and you can't go wrong with any sandwich. We're from the area and had no idea they also offer a local discount!

Ashley F. was amazing! Drinks and food are top notch. I just wish there was a variety of music instead of the sad jazz. TouchTunes would have made it better. Loved it, though.

We stayed at the Cambria hotel and decided to eat here for dinner our first night because we didn’t want to drive somewhere. The decor is great. The dining area was very clean, and the service from the bartender/waitress was good despite her being the only one here. However, the food did not live up to the amazing decor and service. They were out of the first item my wife wanted, so she had to choose something different. The “seasoned” fries weren’t very good and tasted like they came right out of a bag and were deep fried, so the quality was not good. The hamburger was 1/4 lb meat raw for over $15 with fries. The boneless wings gave both my wife and daughter an upset stomach. I had a patty melt that was just okay. I’m not sure what everyone else is eating at this restaurant to give it 5 stars, but we didn’t find the food to be 5 stars for any price and definitely not for $18 plus per plate. Again, the ambience and the service were good but the food was average at best.

Great recommendations, very attentive and interactive with customers an easy to gather their attention. BRE AND CARRA WERE BOTH extremely helpful and gave pairing of cocktails with my meal. Truly enjoyed my dinner cocktail and dessert!

The bartender, Brie, is very amazing! Her personality caters to each individual’s palette. She is also very detail oriented! I noticed how clean she was keeping the bar in line and checking on me!

This is my favorite hotel bar ever. The drinks were better than I've ever actually had anywhere. I highly recommend their bloody marry. It is worlds better than other places and I still can't quite describe why. Brittany and torey were attentive without being annoying and It was just the most I could ask for.

I have been going to this location for a while however this week Ashley blew us away with her excellent attention to detail and her service.

Amy was such a delight. Please know my short experience with her was something I will never forget. I accidentally fell getting onto a chair and she jumped right out of there and helped me and did so much to keep me calm. I will never forget her and will come back to this place because of her.

I’ve been staying at this hotel about 3 times a year for the last 3 years, so I have been able to properly test this lounge. The food is consistently delicious! I always go for their salads. All their appetizers are amazing too. As for the bar, the rotation of specialty drinks is spectacular, but they know all the classics as well. Service is always great, especially when it comes to Ashley. The only point of improvement is the music, but Ashley’s conversation and service makes up for it!

Ashley took care of me and my boyfriend she served us the best drinks we had during our visit if we revisit Austin I’d definitely come back 10/10

Ashley was the best bartender I've ever had! She took such good care of us for multiple evenings during a work conference. Her cocktails were spectacular and she took the extra attention to serve drinks in chilled coupe glasses. Her chat game was also on point. Several of us sat at the bar for hours just hanging out with her. She is the GOAT. 🐐🐐🐐🐐

This is a relatively new space, but the staff took care of us, as if they’ve been together for years! I accommodations were comfortable and pristine, but every employee we encountered, took care of us like we were their personal guest. Special shout out to Cara in the dining department the attention she showed in the care she took was stellar!

This place was amazing, it is brand new, well designed with great design and the meeting a group space was excellent. Our group had a lot of privacy for the meetings and the bar and restaurant was a nice space after. The food was good and the service everywhere was exceptional. Cara and Kady served us as well as Moises and their attention to detail and anticipation of all our needs were above and beyond. We felt well taken care of.

If I’m being 100% I had never heard of Cambria. Checked in late on Wed and ubered food. Hotel was clean and spacious. Fast forward to Thursday. I didn’t really feel like going out or ubering food so I went downstairs to the bar. BEST decision ever. Ashley was great, it was as if we had known each other for years. She is so efficient and on point with her drinks. She had awesome recommendations and was so knowledgeable! I had a great time. So much so that I’m sitting at the bar here again!! Come see Ashley you won’t be disappointed!!

Came here on a whim, and had the best time. Ashley is the best! She immediately made us feel welcome, was extremely knowledgeable of the drinks and menu, fun, genuine and attentive. Live close by and plan on returning often. Love that is a scratch kitchen and bar. Love it!

I was at a workshop that ran Friday - Sunday so I ordered multiple meals throughout the weekend and also had dinner in the restaurant on Sunday. All of the staff that I interacted with were amazing. Macie, Coral, and Cali went above and beyond at all times accommodating my requests and anticipating my needs. Also, the food is excellent. The quinoa dish with salmon is my absolute favorite and all the other dishes I had are excellent as well; avocado toast, breakfast sausage, pork chop, and short rib. I look forward to returning in the future.

Impressed. Not what I was expecting from a restaurant situated in a hotel. Exceeded expectations. Chill in the afternoon. Relaxed, kick back. Good food. Really good cocktails. Amazing and knowledgeable staff. Thank you Tory for an amazing introduction to this space <3. Will be back. Mexican martini: solid. Well balanced. Maybe a bit sweeter than my personal preference. Old fashioned. The brown butter infusion tempers the harshness of the Still. Dynamite shrimp: y’all. Someone knows how to work the fryer. Perfectly crispy. Lovely flavor.

Came for the first time expecting the average stay, but to my surprise i’ve had the best hotel experience i’ve had in a long time. The staff was amazing from the start, all smiles and helpful. The hotel was super clean and smells great. to top it all off Chris at the bar made the night, his knowledge of mixology and the area along with some of the best drinks i had while in Austin made my weekend. Must try the the Verde & Black Gimlet at the bar. I would highly recommend this place to anyone stopping in Austin.

My wife and I had a hand made cucumber martini by Tory and it was excellent!!! Hands down the best cucumber martini we have ever had. The blood orange mimosa were awesome awesome well.

Y’all… let me tell you—this hotel restaurant is IT! Everything I tried was absolutely delicious. The Short Rib Braise Nachos were on another level, the flatbread was the perfect bite, and that Short Rib Dinner… chef’s kiss! I didn’t have a single thing I didn’t love. Major props to Chef Rios and Chef Dax—you can tell they put heart and soul into every dish. The flavors were rich, the presentation was beautiful, and the vibe of the whole place just made the experience even better. If you’re staying at the hotel (or even if you're not), do yourself a favor and eat here. You won’t regret it!

Unexpectedly delicious food and a kind and generous server, Cali R.! The silky feta dip was nicely accented with a basil oil and salsa verde swirl. Mice with the charred sourdough toast points. Pasta with pancetta in Alfredo sauce was augmented with a perfectly cooked chicken breast (and that’s hard to do!). 48 hour chicken with blackened spices was intriguingly spicy with a nicely savory/sweet fig sauce. A lovely central coast Pinot from Federalist made the meal particularly enjoyable as well. Worth a tasty side trip - far beyond what you’d expect inside a hotel. Kudos to the chef for checking in on us!

We were at a board meeting with a late night post meeting event with Bri as the bar tender. Her drinks and conversation were amazing.

This hotel eatery is a hidden jewel. Drinks, food, ambiance are fabulous. Shout out to Ray the bartender and the chef! We’ll definitely return
