A Solid Chinese Restaurant

By DAdadNYC |

We went in July and we went again in December. It is a decent ZiChuan Chinese cuisine… We ordered different dishes every time. This time we ordered a Pickled veggies Fish Soup, Fried Pork Knuckles and String Beans with Beef. It is because we were stuffed a day before when we ordered 4 dishes. The pork knuckle is good but a bit fry when the meat starting to cool down. It was crispy at the beginning. After-all, a good Chinese restaurant with very good fried rice.

Urban Wu on Piedmont Road in Atlanta is a great place to go for delicious and fresh Chinese food. I really like the atmosphere and menu that they have available here. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have the best meal.

Could be Better if More attentive to All Didhes

See the photos of the reviews and the owner’s photos, it should be a good Chinese/SzeChuan Cusine. We over ordered once the first dish came. We ordered Yang Zhou Fried Rice, Pan Fried Dumplings, Pineapples Chicken, Crispy Beef, and the Intestine in Pot… First, the fried rice and dumplings are very good as the rice are crisp, many fish and shrimp and green onions. The dumplings meat are quite fresh and added a later of crispy rice plate while finished. The intestines and the crispy beef are fantastic as the seasoning are wonderful and complex with cilantro, green peppers, jalapeño….. The pineapples chicken is regular takeout standard: disappointed.

Sesame chicken 🐔

We didn’t eat in the restaurant because we ordered takeout through Uber Eats. We had the sesame chicken with vegetable fried rice & egg rolls. It all tasted good. Also when it arrived it was still very hot. We will definitely order from here again .

price is very reasonable and food is very delicious and very big size. Good value . I bring my kids there they love sweet sour fish and it’s boneless they use the sauce to mix with rice. They also like sesame chicken. We also bring one more sesame chicken to go. We definitely come back. I heard of the chief there was very famous.

Solid Asian

I heard good things about this place and had been wanting to try if for awhile, now. I went here on a Saturday evening with my husband. We arrived early for dinner around 6:30 pm and were able to be seated immediately. The place was crowded and was definitely getting busier as we ate. It is located in the same shopping center as Jason's Deli and Kroger on Piedmont Road right close to Peachtree Road. Most of the dishes are spicy, but there are plenty of options if you do not want spicy. We started with the steamed pot stickers, which were excellent. For dinner, I had the house combination lo mein, which was very good and plentiful. My husband had the sesame chicken, which he enjoyed. We did not have room for dessert since the dishes were so hearty. The prices were reasonable and the service was great. I would recommend this place for small group of people of any age.

Pretty good Chinese food in Buckhead

Have a dinner with my friends in this little restaurant along Peachtree in Buckhead. The quantity is great and the taste is fairly good. The price is very reasonable too. Accept credit card for payment and there are lots of parking available.

Very large portions

We ordered take away for lunch and I managed about 30% of it . There was a large bowl of rice and beand and about three pounds of meat on top . A single portion would easily feed two people . Great valure , tasty food , portion sizes just too big for one person
