Our first visit was this Christmas Eve, although some of our party of 11 had been before. The owner prepared a special feast for us. Although several people had dietary restrictions, she rose to the occasion. The food was plentiful, delicious and presented in an artful way. The restaurant decor was exquisite and each table had floating Lotus arrangements. We loved everything about V Lotus.

After too much delay, we finally ate at V Lotus. Our loss that we had eaten here earlier. Service was excellent - do not know who our waitress was because so many people served us. Tables are tight and restaurant was a bit noisy, but assuming the food and service on a busy Saturday night are representative of less busy times, this place will be around for a long time. Decent selection of beer and wine too. Easy access and parking. We had 2 appetizers (artichoke hearts and egg rolls) and lemongrass chicken and curry beef for main courses, panna cotta for desert plus 2 glasses of red wine and 2 beers. Total for dinner was $81 which we considered very fair given service and quality of food. Give this place a try - we will again and again.

You'll have a wonderful experience at V Lotus in Sugar Land. It's a little out of the way, so you'll have to look for it, but when you find it, you've found a treasure. The service is great and the food's even better. Try the Shaking Chicken or Beef oe one of the Curry dishes. Be sure to try the Sticky Rice appetiser or the Artichoke.

First time to visit but so pleasantly surprised! Great atmosphere! Family owned and super friendly and the food was super delicious!! Everything fresh and wonderfully tasty!! I’ll be back!!

We live in the neighborhood and are big fans of Vietnamese food. Food was tasty but very pricey. Nearly 50% higher then comparable Vietnamese restaurants. I asked for extra meat on my order (my wife ordered the plate I wanted last time and received very little meat) and expected a surcharge but was charged nearly double. Plate was $19 and got the bill to find I was charged $35. I thought it must have been a mistake but was told that that was “how they charge extra•. They told me they were nice enough to not charge extra $3 for the iceberg lettuce. Will keep going to Huynhs downtown in future. It is worth the trip for better food and much better prices.

I think these were the best shrimp spring rolls I’ve eaten anywhere. And 4 per serving in the appetizer section. They ended up being my whole meal. Another person at our table had the fried artichoke. Very yummy and quite unexpected. My friend had the fried egg rolls which she liked a lot. At the end, our server brought out a teaspoon for each of us of crème brûlée broiled on the spoon. Perfect ending. Fantastic decor which included live greenery everywhere you looked. That, with the dark wood was very warm and chic. I will be back for certain with my family next time.

Had dinner there the other night with my brother, his wife and sons and it was really good. The lettuce wraps were absolutely great and my Chicken dish was really well done. The boys had soup dishes with noddles and they were great and the dessert was perfect. The owner came by to check on the meal and you could tell she had a great handle on her business. Very personable.

Absolutely amazing meal! We visited as a young family and we all had utterly delicious food. The menu is great, lots of choices, and everything we ordered came quickly. The service too, was wonderful. We can’t wait to go back.

Love at first bite... we loved it when we first tried it at its recent opening. I have been going there on a regular basis now.. my wife and my kids love it too. The Phos are amazing.. they are well seasoned ( you don’t just taste plastic chicken like other restaurants). Everything is beautifully prepared and presented. Their rolls are to die for. I have fallen in love with their chicken curry, chicken lemon grass, and beef lemon grass. I am going to try the duck next time. The quality of the ingredients is easy to see and taste ... The atmosphere is wonderful and relaxing. The restaurant is very very clean and the high ceiling is quite inviting. They have a good selection of wine. Try it and you will fall in love with its fresh food .. Their creme brûlée is a must

At first, you may think this place has a somewhat limited menu and slightly high prices, but after eating there you realize what they do make is very good and the higher prices come with great and friendly service. One of the great values here are the kids meals which my kids thought were great. I personally liked the sandwiches for lunch. The decor is lovely and full of nice cultural touches.

This restaurant is not "cheap" but very good. Its fresh, high quality and it looks very nice inside. Really an excellent vietnamese. The eggrolls (with the fish sauce) and also the rice mixes with chicken and meat are delicious.

Décor is wonderful. Owner came over and introduced herself. Very pleaseant. Food was excellent and this will be our favorite Vietnamese Restaurant

They are takeout only since March. Ordered cafe sua da and 2 pho ga. Simple. Waited 15 mins... that is an eternity for a pho restaurant. Almost drove away but realized they forgot the cafe...waited another 5 minutes! Kid brings it out holding it by the top!! No gloves. Bill was $26. MOST expensive pho I have ordered in my life. Got home... no spoons, no chopsticks, no napkins. Strike 3. The only saving grace was that the pho was good. Pho Ben is 10 times faster, gives you full utensils and 25% cheaper. Probably not going back.

Delicious food, great ambiance, excellent dining experience! My husband and I came in with our two kids, the owner came out to greet us. The creme brûlée was a great touch as well!

Delicious and fresh ingredients. I have there 3 x’s in 10 days. Everything has been deliciously. The first time I had Chicken Curry Bowl . The food was presented as a colorful rainbow. For dessert we had the fried bananas delicious and a beautiful presentation . When for dinner and I had chicken pho . The third time I had the beef sandwich same excellent quality. The restaurant itself is very upscale. V Lotus is spot on. The bowls are beautiful the decor perfect .

We really enjoyed the authentic flavors and quality of the food. All of the ingredient were fresh and the food was plated with care. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and was helpful for first time visitors. The pork meatball appetizer and lemongrass chicken were marvelous.

Fantastic place. Great food and excellent service . Very friendly staff who were interested in serving us. I will highly recommend this place

My husband came here for the first time to celebrate my birthday on a weeknight recently. We were greeted by a friendly staff. We were surprised how busy it was here in a small sort of out of the way place on a weeknight. We enjoyed the several entrees we shared plus egg rolls. The prices are sort of high for Vietnamese food but it was so good and fresh too. When my husband told the waitress that it was my birthday and that we had been married for 50 years, she relayed that to the kitchen. Before you knew it we were treated to a beautiful plate of six spoons of creme brulee and then a banana mountain dessert too brought out by the chef Jason. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and I'm so sorry it took us a year to finally get here. We look forward to returning!
Great Vietnamese restaurant!!!
Fantastic restaurant. very inviting from the first moment you enter as the proprietor warmly greets you. The food and service are superb. We had a part of 8 and everyone was raving about the food. I had the curry shrimp with broccoli . The spring rolls are unique and fabulous. My other companions had the soups and they were all thrilled. The decor and atmosphere is very nice and there is plenty of parking. PS try the Thai tea-amazing!
