Val knows cheesecakes! If you are lucky enough to visit with him, he is an awesome guy! His chesecakes are classic and original. Wish we had more room to take a slice of all the varieties home. The strawberry cheesecake cupcake was the bomb!

Freshness, delicate flavors and great ingredients. The sizes are wonderful. This is a hidden gem . I vistes the Location on Maple Avenue.

Val' Blue Label Cheesecake is not on Greenville Ave any longer but is located at 1112 S. Akard St. in Dallas, TX. I ordered 2 cheesecakes for my Sister and Family for Christmas. One was a Turtle and the other was a Traditional with sides of blueberry and raspberry topping. I received impeccable service from both the Owner Val and his assistant. I live in Alaska and they were so informative, friendly and went out of their way to help me decide on my order and get it delivered to my Sister in Hickory Creek, TX. I wasn't there to taste the cheesecakes however, my Sister said they were astounding and the whole Family absolutely loved their dessert.! I hope to be able to try it myself the next time I am in Texas visiting. Thank you Val for your amazing service and wonderful cheesecakes! I highly recommend you try Val's!.

Their beautiful Instagram got me, their cheesecake and wonderful customer service kept me for life, and the owner’s small business videos on insta made me love them even more. I’ve had just about every flavor & I hop in my car asap when they announce a new flavor...everyone knows I’m a super fan!

I purchased various cheesecakes for the ladies in my office. We all liked the peach cobble cheesecake the best. Least favorite was the lemon poppy seed because the left overs of this particular one did not fair well the next day.

Best cheesecake I've ever had and there were so many tasty options. I went for the Chocolate Turtle and was not disappointed. The chocolate graham cracker crust was perfection, perfect texture, flavor, proportion as was the filling. My husband got the Classic with strawberries and he agreed- best he's ever had. The wait staff were friendly. The place is cute in a fun part of town (right across from Blue Goose). I look forward to going again. It

Cheesecake was so good. We each got a different one (oreo, red velvet, and turtle) and loved all of them. There are a few parking spots right out front and to the side. There are a handful of stools at a bar type top by the window in the store but not really the best to sit down and enjoy especially if it’s a large group. Super easy to transport to go though as well.

Stumbled on this walking back to our car - holy smokes, so glad we went in! Tons of flavor in the two pieces we got - the white chocolate blueberry with orange zest and sea salt mocha - just wow. Sure can't wait to go back and try more slices!! Really helpful and friendly staff.

I caught the news about this small business and wanted to go support a small business. I'm so glad we went the cheesecake are so good. I purchased a red velvet, cookies n cream and original with strawberry persevere. Let me tell you the did not disappoint. Will be going back snd telling everyone I know.

Maple Street Location: My husband and I discovered this gem after watching Self Employed on Magnolia. To think, this has been in our backyard this entire time! We both loved our cheesecake jars and will be back to try more flavors.
