Short line, efficient ordering, a dining area clean and not cluttered, combined with one of the best tacos I’ve ever eaten. I had one of the vege choice along with nachos and salsa. Not a big fan of the salsa, but it was fresh

As we walked in around 5 pm on a Friday, noticed it was on the dirty side - the tables, floor, and counter... The line was short with only two people in front of us. After a short wait, ordered 4 Nashville Hot Tofu, #6.5 Beer Battered Cauliflower, #8 Korean Fried Rice, #10 Kobe Bacon Burger, #12 Slow-Roasted Angus Brisket, and Crisp Tots & Local Egg. After ten minutes, we got our tater tots. Five minutes later, our tacos were ready. First glance, WOW looks greasy. Of our order, the tater tots was the best. Korean fried rice taco, the rice was a little on the dry, crunchy side, nothing special about the Korean pork, but the jalapeños gave it a great kick. The kobe bacon burger was filling, but salty and I didn't like the pickles on it. The angus brisket had nice chunks of avocado, but the brisket was chewy, and it was the greasiest of them all.

We visited this restaurant twice on a recent trip to Atlanta. It was so delicious! We got 4 tacos plus the brisket nachos on our first trip and 6 tacos on our second trip. This was perfect for 3 people and we just shared everything. Ranked best to worst (although, the "worst" is still better than just about anything we've ever had at a taco shop): Shrimp and Grits Picnic Chicken Fish N Chips Cuban Pig Buffalo Chicken Chicken and Waffle Kobe Bacon Burger Slow Roasted Angus Brisket Huli Huli Chicken (Weekly Feature) We got the Huli Huli twice because it was so good! The brisket nachos were my second favorite thing. We are going to another city this summer that has a Velvet Taco and we will be going there FOR SURE!

The food here is amazing but the service is abismal. Not sure I understand the ordering online. There’s barely anyone here right now and the app suggested 2:37pm pickup. It’s now 3pm and the person at the window only speaks two works “NOT READY!” Also, they won’t tell you when your order is ready… You have to ring the bell and ask again even though you’re standing just outside. We have watched countless customers come in, order, eat and leave in the time it took us to get our food. When we finally got our food we were missing two tacos. When I asked for them at the window he handed me two completely missing our mods. When I handed them back and said these are wrong he said “WELL WHAT DO YOU WANT?!?” I showed him the order and he said “so basically just meat and cheese huh?!” I said I didn’t now what’s on them but whatever the kids were and he said “why don’t you just read it?!? It’s just meat and cheese!” While I get that it’s a suggested pickup time, it’s a bit crazy that it’s 30 minutes past that when it’s not that busy and we still don’t have our food. Again, food is delicious. Love it. Order LONG before you arrive or you’re gonna be waiting outside in the sun for an hour. Disgusting customer service. Will not be back.

I absolutely love the options for plant-based eaters. Even on the Vegan aspect, you’re still tasting authentic Tex-Mex food here. The customer service is lively and welcoming. You’ll have a great time eating & socializing with the staff.

Velvet Taco is ALWAYS a favorite of ours. The amount of yummy and unique tacos, the street corn, the chips… always a winner. Love it.

Outstanding place for lunch. They're quick, inexpensive, and ridiculously tasty! I can't wait to go back for more. Try the pork and shrimp egg roll tacos!

This place have some great tacos. My favorite tacos were the Spicy Tikka Chicken, Chicken & Waffles (yes Chicken & Waffle taco), and Slow roasted Angus brisket. I also enjoyed the Elote corn.

I Was Blown Away The Tacos Were SO Good Service Was Nice The Restaurant Is Nice And Very Clean The Shrimp And Grits Taco Is The Best Gourmet Taco I Have Ever Eaten.

had the #8 and 17 with the Alotes and left satisfied. Definitely gonna try all the rest at some point (like 20 different tacos).

Excellent restaurant! Friendly staff! Fast service! The chicken waffle tacos were really delicious and the brisket taco was also very tasty.

Not a typical taco place but gourmet tacos with a wide variety of styles and flavors. Over 20 different choices, each unique and delicious. Come back several times to try them all. Beer on tap and wine by the glass as well as a signature Margarita are offered in addition to soft drinks both usual snd some more exotic. Worth a visit or two.

The best tacos in town....especially the vegan tacos. Ike is always the best and gives the best service. My go to spot for tacos!!!

We had tacos here before a show at the Buckhead Theater. It's just behind the theater, so it's a perfect spot to walk over for a quick bite. The restaurant was busy, but the food came out pretty fast. The menu has a variety of meat and veggie options; more than just the standard beans usually offered to vegetarians.

Went here on a Thursday night and had s great time. We sat out on the patio. The tacos were great and the atmosphere was chill. I enjoyed it very much. Prices were fair.

The tacos were average at best. The curry flavor wasn’t convincing. The best taco was the cubano. The red velvet cake was nothing special.

Food was very good recommend but the To Go service is unorganized and the didn’t give me all my food so that was kind of annoying

I love this taco place! I’ve been here a few times with friends/on dates and love it. They have a lot of good tacos that are not what you typically see at a taco place. They also have drinks, but it’s a more relaxed atmosphere than a sit-down restaurant since you order at the counter. They also have a great patio with outside seating for social distancing. A little pricy, but so good! I recommend the spicy tikka chicken tacos and falafel tacos.
Dissatisfied
I discovered plastic in my bowl and was shocked when I saw it. I usually go to upper west side location. I started to just go on but I don’t want anything to happen to another customer
