Not lots of variety, but the burger was fine. If your looking for a good place to go with a female friend this is it. The portions are small and left me wanting more. Loved the shake they have. Parking is a hassle, but in that area its to be expected. I would come here again.

If you're looking for a burger place that serves a healthy burger with other options in downtown Dallas, this is the place. Great service too. The sweet potato fries were delicious.

Family friendly restaurant offered burgers, chicken sandwiches, and sides that were clearly made with the freshest top notch ingredients. Menu will appeal to foodies and old fashioned dinners alike. Oh, did I mention the full bar? Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating too. Recommend every time!

We came to this place because it wasn't crazy expensive and it seemed ok from previous reviews, plus it was a Tuesday night at 11pm. Nothing on the menu is over $10. And you get a great size of meal for the price. Additionally the taste and presentation of the food is great! We had an appetizer of fried pickle chips and it was fresh and fluffy breeding with whatever dipping sauce that was, it was really good. Not to mention PLENTY for $4.50. I had the Almost Cuban Penne and it was flavorful and hot and melty it was excellent. The basket of fries could use some improvement, they were really tasty just a tad too thin and the hot ones in the bottom of the basket got a little soggy by the time we got to them. My bf had a burger that he said was fabulous - if you like Angry Dog and Hopdoddy, (burgers in general haha) you'll like this. Only reason I didn't give this place a full five stars was because there's room for improvement. For example, when a customer walks in there should either be a sign or the bartender should tell them you order and pay at the bar, instead of just standing there awkwardly trying to get their attention. But after that the service is quick and good. We were worried the food might be sub par because we came so late, but it was great! Great first time experience here.

The Village Burger Bar was a great find on our last day exploring Dallas before heading back to Boston. Another local shop recommended this place and we are so glad they did. The customer service was top notch and the food was delicious and pretty reasonably priced for the portion sizes. My colleague and I each did the build your own burgers which were fantastic and perfectly cooked. We also shared sweet potato fries, a side salad and the cheese/bacon/scallion dip with tortilla chips. THE DIP IS AMAZING. You order at the counter and they bring your food to you. The service was excellent. We hope to visit again next time we are in the city.

Fantastic Sweet Potato Fries

We came here to get burgers since we weren't going out for dinner, Horrible taste and disgusting. All the sides were good, the fried pickles and onion rings were a 10/10. The burger patties like tasted like charcoal as if the grill had not been cleaned in YEARS. I litterally could taste the carcinogens.

We have been several times to Village burger and enjoyed each visit. The burgers are excellent and the sides good too

We stopped for a quick late lunch. You place your order and they bring the food to you. Our burgers were cooked to order, generous in size and very tasty. they have a wide selection of beers on tap to go with the burger. We later that evening revisited the property with a large group of people. It was a nit chaotic but the restaurant handled the large crowd very well.

While visiting Dallas last weekend, our family stopped in this eatery after a morning of walking and shopping. Loved the casual-ness of this restaurant. Find and seat yourself at your table, look over the menu, and place your order at the counter. Was nice that they brought our lunch choices to our table. The turn-around time from kitchen to our table was fairly quick. The food was delicious, great "people watching" our the windows, and a nice place to relax and enjoy a good meal. Very generous portions. Appreciate such a good place to eat! Thank you all at Village Burger Bar!

Best burgers I've had in Dallas, many options as well as daily specials and super affordable. Keep up the great work guys, yum!

Sweet potato fries...sometimes they can be hard to come by. These fries are like eating a very tasty funnel cake.

Been here several times with friends. The burgers are good -- more gourmet burgers than most places -- and the service is always good. The sweet potato fries are solid. It's got a good vibe and I'd definitely go back

The Swiss Mushroom Burger is yummy! Although a bit expensive for a so called "cheap" meal, it's worth the extra for a milkshake!

Stopped in for lunch during NHL Draft weekend. It wasn’t very busy. The burgers and sweet potato fries were very good. Recommend the Dougie. The girl who took our order was friendly. The service the rest of the time was just ok. Not much follow up for additional drinks etc. Overall good experience but service could be better.

Great burgers with gluten-free options/alternatives. Reasonably priced and service is prompt. Order at the counter and staff bring your burgers to your table.

The best about this place is definitely the location. Right in the West Village, with easy parking in the garage building next to it. So for a casual meal after shopping it is fine enough, especially sitting on the terrace. But I was not excited about the burgers. I believe there are better options elsewhere in the city. The menu is pretty limited, and I had hoped for a more exotic selection. The prices are average, the service nothing out of the ordinary.

you get a tasty, pricey burger with the uptown scene

One of the best burgers I've ever had, blue cheese, grilled jalapenos, spicy mustard, tomatoes, garlic aioli, lettuce, caramelized onions. The Parmesan(truffle) fries were good as well.

I took my family there after my mother in laws 2x lung transplant at Baylor. Great meal that all 4 of us loved! Even my picky children!

I really like Village Burger bar. My usual time to go is at lunch since it's close to my office. I usally get the portabella mushroom and make it skinny (salad in place of buns). It comes with roasted red peppers and a sauce. This is healthier than a burger so it lets me have my sweet potato fries with less guilt! Go! You won't b sorry.

This is an order at the counter, upscale burger place. Of course a burger is a reliable staple in Dallas but there is no service to speak of. The burgers were good but nothing memorable. I did like the sweet potato fries and the outdoor seating. I would go back, but it wouldn't be my first choice. Would give 3.5 stars if I could.

Great service and ice cold beer, too! They have every choice you could want on a burger, all fresh, and the trio - shoestring fries, sweet potato fries and onion rings - is shareable and crisp and delicious.

We love going to village burger because there is something for everyone. Burgers, great salads.... It's casual and has a full bar. Not just wine and beer.

Chef and the cooks keep them on my to do list. The food runners are diligent but lack personality. This is something that can be corrected with training.

This burger restaurant is the best I ever gone. I went in West Village Updtown in 2009 when I worked in Dallas and this is one of my best memories of this trip. Special mention to sweet potatoes fries. I loved them! Burgers are delicious, especially the chicken burger. Cocktails are also very good. Moreover Uptown is a lovely place to go on Friday evening.

Gone are the days of the typical burger. The Village Burger Bar offers a variety of delicious options to satisfy your palette. In the matter of burgers, I love the traditional cheeseburger. Yes, I know there are so many options out there but I can't help it. I ordered the Champagne & Cheddar Burger. It's a unique twist to my favorite dish. They use a champagne mustard sauce to top the burger. It was quite delicious! I'd love to try it myself. All in all, you won't be disappointed.

Emailed a complaint to the Corporate office on 10/2/16 and still no reply! We had called in our order on the way. When we got there and sat down to eat, my husband opened his burger (he had ordered a double) and there was one patty. So the girl took it back and brought it back out. This time there were 2 patties but they were so burnt that he couldn't eat it (charcoal black). He sent it back again. They made him a whole fresh burger. By this time his fries are cold and he's getting grumpy cause I'm eating my salad. They bring the new burger back, no fries and one patty again. He finally just ate it cause he said "I don't want to be the jerk that keeps sending it back til they get it right". He did ask for fresh fries though which they brought out.

We enjoyed a great meal and fun atmosphere. Burgers we're delicious. Shoestring fries tasted good. Salad and milkshake also great!

Had the spiked lemonade with a Swiss mushroom burger and sweet potato fries, Fries were great, burger a bit over greasy and drinks really good. Chill place to hang out inside or outside, better in late day so no kids. chill atmosphere and all you can drink serve yourself soda.

Visited here late night with friends after a conference. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with sweet potato fries. I typically don't order sweet potato fries but they were very good and fresh. I do recommend this place if you want a good burger.

Sometimes you just need a burger! Village Burger Bar serves them up with just about any combination of toppings you can imagine. The also serve up some tasty sides. You order at the counter and your food is delivered once cooked....that's where I had problems. There is no window between the kitchen and the counter so the cashiers have to go back to the kitchen to see if ordered are up. My friend and I ordered separately but at the same time. She got her burger in 10 minutes I waited for 20 and finally went to the counter to check. The cashier went back to the kitchen to check and came back with my food....cold good, claiming it had just been plated. It was now 10pm and I was tired so I ate it and left. The quality was good so I'll give it another shot but service needs work.

The best burger, salads and drink in town. Try the cinnamon apple martini.

We visited VBB before heading to a movie at Magnolia Theatre around the corner and were pleasantly surprised by the modern atmosphere and expansive menu. I ordered a custom burger with the garlic aoli and truffle fries, and man was that a good choice! The truffle fries were AWESOME (even better with a side of the aoli to dip them in!). Squeamish beware, however, the burgers are cooked medium. I did have to send mine back because I am a well done girl and it was still way too pink for me to really dig in. The boys at the bar took care of me though, and brought back not only a new burger but a fresh plate of fries (because I'd munched my way through half of them while eating). My only real complaint is that there really isn't table service here - it's a nice enough place that you would think they'd have people walking around checking on customers, especially on busy nights where it's hard for people to get up from tables, but we had to get up from our table and walk to the other side of the restaurant around a corner to order, get refills, etc. Just would have been nice to have someone take my order instead of having to take my purse with me up to the bar for fear of having it taken, and also would have been nice to have someone take the plates from our table after we'd clearly been done eating for a while.

Our second time in two weeks. Choose from big, healthy salads to thick, juicy hamburgers. Get the sweet potato fries with your burger. You won't regret it. Order at the front bar and take a number. The service is quick and easy. The atmosphere is good and outdoor tables are available summer or winter. Always a good crowd.

Stopped here on a late and was very impressed with the food. They give you a lot of fries so no need to order the double fries. The panini sandwich was very good and cooked to perfection! Staff was very customer oriented. Definitely will visit again.

We happened upon this place through a recommendation from the ticket person at the Magnolia Theater. He highly recommended the burgers and sweet potato fries. Portions were large and the staff were friendly and attentive. They never made you feel rushed. Casual, friendly atmosphere.

Ok so you'd think what's the big deal, it's a hamburger, right, but these are the tastied burgers. So full of flavor with fresh veggie toppings and unique condiment options. I wish we lived closer to this place because we would eat here weekly! Also they have a small bar but it comes with a big punch. Lol! I had the pineapple punch but really they offered plenty of drink options and the $5 punches are all homemade.

I have been to Village Burger Bar a few dozen times over the past few years, and it has never disappointed me. Their build-your-own-burger is a great concept. For those on low carb diets, they had a great skinny which is essentially a burger salad. Make sure you order sweet potato fries (or the trio if you're brave) and add some extra ketchipotle!

I like the whole concept of the place and the open layout. The menu is awesome if you like burgers, chicken, fries and really good salads! Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly. Parking can be a challenge depending on time. Give it a try, I am glad I did and so will you.

Great burgers, fries, & salads. The burgers are thick and juicy, the fries thin and crisp. The salad was fresh with a good mix of things in it. This was a good compromise restaurant as my husband loves burgers and my daughter loves salads. We enjoyed sitting on the outdoor patio.

This is a neat little spot that is literally a bar if you want to have a drink and catch a game but has a few other tables inside as well as two great patios. The burger was excellent fresh beef, and the shoestring fries were downright addictive. They had a variety of soft drinks and iced teas including an apricot passion chardonnay. The vanilla shake was good but a little thin. Overall we would definitely visit again.

Offers both signature and custom build your own burgers. My Blue Burger was perfect, and for a burger joint, fantastic salads, my wife thoroughly enjoyed the Mediterranean Salad. Onion rings to die for, good beer and wine selection. To top it off, friendly and engaging staff.

Every time I visit Dallas I make a trip to this restaurant. Being a connoisseur of grilled chicken sandwiches, I can say that theirs ranks among my favorites! I love it's casual atmosphere, and the outdoor eating area is a great place to 'people watch' in the evening.

Stopped in for a post workout salad and wine lunch. The salad was huge. Not an overly healthy salad, but good and filling. The onion rings looked amazing, so next time I'm ordering those. The service was fast and the staff very friendly.

great burgers yummmy

My girlfriend and I use to frequent this location about twice a month. I really like their blue burger and their dougie burger and my girlfriend really liked their portobello mushroom burger. We stopped going to this location because our last visit was not the best. The cashier lady might have been having a bad day or was annoyed with something because she was not very friendly. The part that really scared us though was the portobello mushroom burger. We've gotten this burger over 5 times but the last time it was different. The taste was off and eventually led my girlfriend dashing to the restroom to "lose her lunch". We think it was the mushroom that caused her to feel ill. I hope VBB can fix these issues so we can frequent this location again

I love hamburgers and this is consistently one of the best. Friends say the salads are good too but I can't bring myself to order anything but a burger. The beef burger is cooked perfectly and the toppings -- no extra charge are delicious. The wine and beer choices are good. Atmosphere is great later when there aren't as many kids but they are hard to avoid in north Dallas. The staff is the best--friendly, helpful, efficient.

my friend took me there as she recommended and praised their burgers. My first impression is that their menu is limited and also..you can't really tell if this was a fast food place or an actual restaurant where you set and order and get served; it was somewhere in between. I liked the burger i had, it wasn't extraordinary..but it was good. My friend didn't like her's as she said usually it is much better. Friendly service..and located in a very nice area in the city's uptown. It was also reasonably priced considering the location and the other surrounding restaurants.

Friendly, knowledgeable service. All the staff great on each of our visits. Busy, but they cope professionally and very little waiting delays. A good variety of tasty burgers and excellent salad choices. Good value too. We will keep going back .

I love how you can customise practically everything about your burger. Meat, toppings, sauce etc. Huge portions, tasty food and quick service even at lunch. Really enjoy eating here with friends in the relaxed atmosphere.

We went here after my sons soccer game, they didn't cook my husbands Burger correctly and it was very expensive. The buns were good the staff was ok. I don't think we will come back here.

A staple to Dallas' uptown scene and crowd and regardless of dietary restraints or palette cravings in the burger world, this place delivers over and over. Clean, straightforward, well prepared and high quality ingredients! We had a quick business lunch amongst colleagues and friends, and it's more expensive than fast food but equally as convenient and totally fresh, well worth it!

The gourmet burger craze hit Dallas with a burger going for $20. Village Burger Bar located in West Village provides a superior burger at more affordable prices and with better ingredients. The key to the good food is the toppings provided. You have sever different types of mustards offered. There are raw onions, sautéed onions and carmalized onions with bourbon sauce (all at no extra charge). The skinny truffle fries were served with plenty of parsley and truffle sauce. The setting is more of a bar than a restaurant.

We (family of four) were there for lunch, we looked for a place with good ratings on Urbanspoon, found this burger joint and we liked it. As always we order all different things and try them all. If I lived in the area, I'd eat there very often.

Loved this burger and the different condiments they offer. Warm and juicy, I hoped to save half of it, but couldn't resist eating it all!

This review is actually for the Village Burger Bar's North Dallas location, at 12300 Inwood Road (north of the Forest Park intersection). You might miss this location, because of the Starbucks in front of it. But look around the corner and it will be worth it. There are many gourmet/hip/chic burger bars in Dallas. So the competition is rather fierce for the humble burger. ENVIRONMENT Like others, you order at the counter and a server brings you your item. Village does not assign you a table (like Liberty Burger does), so you have the option of sitting wherever you like - as it should be. Village also has a pleasant covered outdoor patio. Admittedly, the views aren't great (between Inwood and the Tollway), but on a pleasant afternoon, it is a nice alternaive. Inside, the bar is a comfortable mix of contemporary and sports bar. The TVs aren't overpowering and it is easy to simply relax. FOOD Ultimately, you are here for the food. Village does not disappoint, with a collection of signature burgers, salads, and paninis. You can built-you-own burger as well if any of the specials do not suit you. I had the Swiss 'Shroom Burger, which definitely had a more gourmet treatment with the artichoke aioli. Some mushroom & swiss burgers become soggy quickly, but this had the right combination of taste and firmness, atop a tasty bun that held its own. Sides are limited to the usual fries and onion rings, with the addition of sweet potato fries. The regular fires are well seasoned long thin strips of potato that are lightly fried. A drink station in the back allows you to refill your favorite soft drinks and ice teas. If you are still hungry and have a sweet tooth, the menu also offers shakes, a root beer float, and even an ice cream sandwich. PRICE At around $11 for lunch, Village was a better bargain than Liberty Burger. And in my opinion, the food was much better at Village (and without the smell of grease as you enter the place). If you opt for an "adult beverage" or a larger order of a side, your tab will probably run closer to $20. BOTTOM-LINE This location of Village Burger Bar does not disappoint, providing a good meal at a reasonable price. Sure, I suppose you could drive around and find a burger drive-through close-by, but for not too much more you get a nice atmosphere, great service, and great food served on real plates (no plastic plates or cutlery, and no Styrofoam cups here). Seek out this North Dallas location behind the Starbucks.

This was our first stop on our Dallas trip. The burger and turkey burger were delicious! And the fries too! Nice atmosphere and great service.

This was a neat place to go! The young urban friendly place in the heart of uptown. People as so friendly. You know when sitting at the bar and a pregnant lady walks up asking the bartender to make her one of their famous shakes (alcohol free, of course) that those are some good shakes! We just didn't have room in our bellies for a shake too. They did look great though! Great vibes from this place.

Some of the best burgers in Dallas in my opinion. Opt for sweet-potato fries.

The only thing I regret is that we only had drinks and apps here. I can't wait to stop back for dinner. The service was friendly and the food was good. When we were leaving I saw so many plates that looked delicious! We'll be back for a meal for sure!!

A good glass of Cabernet and a bloody burger with friends. I just can't think of how I'd rather spend a Friday night. The atmosphere is very casual and laid back but that doesn't reflect on the quality of food, no sir! I'm not a big french fry eater, but I always clear my plate when I'm there!

The best burger and the truffle french fries are a hit. The manager on duty Jerrod was so friendly and welcoming. He made you feel like you were family. Will go back whenever I am in the area.

Good burgers with several options. Again, not my first choice but a good one. Can be crowded

Great place to set on the patio and eat a great burger...have been here many timrs and it is great each visit!

Whenever I pass this restaurant it's always packed so I decided to try it one day. I ordered a burger to go and it was very good. Lots of good toppings to choose from. The prices were reasonable. I would definitely return here.

Yum! This place is awesome. Get there early on weekends to sit on the outside patio. And don't forget to try their sweet potato fries.

Went here on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. It was packed, even at 2 pm, but we still got a table for 4. I ordered the turkey burger and you MUST try the double sweet potato fries, they sprinkle them with cinnamon and local honey which makes for a mouth watering combination! (Everyone was taking some off my plate) the spin art dip was really yummy as well. It's a place you can ride your bike to if you live close or walk your dog and tie them up to a part while you eat on the patio. Just watch out for the birds, they like to attack your food if you get up from the table.

Our first time here. We went early Saturday evening. Nice outdoor seating. I ordered a Cheeseburger with onion rings and iced tea. My wife ordered a burger without the buns (aikido diet). I just wanted to say that I always order iced tea with my meal. It is strange that so many good restaurants can't make good tea. Village Burgers has really good black tea. I liked the burger; mine was over cooked a little. Hers was perfect. My onion rings were really good. They were crunchier than I thought it would be, going to try the fries next time. You order at the front and pay first, they bring your meal to your table. The tip jar is by the cash register. I never tip ahead of time except for coffee shops. It seemed a little awkward going back up and leaving a tip. But that was okay. We will be coming back again and I will be a little more specific about how I want my burger cooked. But overall I would recommend this restaurant based on my first visit.

We walked to this establishment for dinner and wow it was well worth the walk. The burgers were so good! They have so many different things to put on your burger it's crazy! I would definitely go back to eat here even if it was a bit expensive. It had a great atmosphere and the service was great!

Enjoy juicy Burgers and crisp fries a this corner restaurant in West Village. Cold craft beers, and ample indoor and outdoor seating make for an enjoyable afternoon or evening meal.

We tried the N Dallas location today for lunch and were pleasantly surprised at how good it was! They have some great vegetarian options - unlike many burger places... The salad was terrific and the trio of fries and onion rings and sweet potato fries was delicious too!!! The patio area is a nice option with comfortable seating... And loved that they offer spicy ketchup instead of just plain!

Relaxed atmosphere. Burgers were great and the sweet potato fries were even better. Very hot when they were served! Beer super cold. We sat outside and watched people and the trolley go by. Will go again next time we are in Dallas.

Decent flavored food. Great location and love the seating. I think prices are a bit high and the clientele is typical Dallas.

The burgers here were wonderful. They were cooked medium rare just as we ordered. The truffle fries were delicious and the onion rings enormous. I would probably have liked them a little thinner, but my husband loved them. Everything came really hot and it is good to have a burger bar where I can have a glass of wine, even if not a particularly outstanding one. I don't like beer or soft sweet drinks.

The three of us, ranging in age from 80 year old grandpa to 22 year old fit granddaughter ate here on a busy weekday lunch. The service was friendly, the burgers were tasty and with great visual appeal. The draft rootbeer was sweet and carbonates. We liked the thin cut French fries, two of us enjoyed the thick cut onion rings the other wanted a crisper, smaller onion. Overall we will be back.

They have some good salads and burgers. Not to mention their sweet potato fries.

Great place to wind down with a burger and milkshake or beer. The burgers are simply delicious & they know how to make them to order correctly. The milkshakes are delicious. Nice patio option with natural gas heat lights. Open til 2:00 am so a good go to place after the bars on a weekend

We wanted to try a new place very very close. We walked to the village Burger Bar around 11.45am. We were three and ordered Kale salad, spinach dip, chop salad without chicken and sweet Potato fries. The portions were large a little beyond our expectations. I really liked my chopped salad, and had tried at different places but with them was awesome. The way is was made with the right mix of everything. Spinach dip was great too! We were a little disappointed with sweet Potato fries. The one at Lyfe kitchen are very very good. Will come again to try their vegetarian burger

Try the burger with goat cheese. the fries, the beer, everything is really good. the price vs value is really good

I got the build your own burger and onion rings. The onion rings were HUGE and cooked perfectly! The burger was the best burger I ever had. My husband thought the same. I was hoping to visit again before we returned home to AR so I could have the portobello burger but I wasn't that fortunate. I would eat there once a week if I lived near there. My friend had an alcoholic rootbeer (I forget the special name) and I had a sip and I couldn't taste any alcohol. It was sweet and smooth and if I get back there, I am going to have one... or two of them.

Was a bit hesitant when I first saw the burger, looked a bit small but then realized it wasn't when I was done with it. Great taste and nice ambience!

One of the best burgers in Dallas, home made it. The village burger is great place to visit with friends, we had a lot of fun.

We were fortunate enough to find this restaurant on a recent trip to Dallas. It's too bad we don't live there...we would be frequent patrons. The burgers were so tasty. They really didn't need anything on them, the flavor was so good. They were cooked perfectly. The truffle fries were amazing and the milkshake was nice and thick. We sat outside on the patio and enjoyed the ambiance and the lovely weather. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I've only been here once, and was recommended to get the turkey burger. That was a very good call. The burger has a lot of flavor (particularly for turkey), was juicy and overall very good. The pricing is reasonable, although everything is a la carte. The food runners do a great job and act almost as waiters if you need anything.

Amazing burgers and fries in popular uptown location. We live near by and eat here at least once a week. Casual atmosphere. Great crushed ice and flat screen tv.

Way above average burgers and lots of beers to choose from. Nice outdoor seating. Glad they are in the neighborhood.

We got lunch to go. 2 burgers, a chicken pannini, fries and onion rings. All delicious. Will be back.

The beef burger, truffle fries, chicken burger and sweet potato fries were excellent. Restaurant is small and cramped at lunch time. Staff is so-so.

This was our first time in Village Burger. The service was ok, since it looks like they were short on personnel. However, the Blue burger was good, truffle fries are great, but the chicken sandwich was standard.

Great burgers and locatiion

Village Burger Bar makes good burgers. And that's what I expected. Not great, but good. All the basics were right, the meat was cooked to a perfect medium, and it was served just how I like it (lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and mayo). My only criticism is that there's nothing special here. Maybe I'm just used to the more eccentric burger bars in New York, but the topping and meat options seemed fairly limited. I'd return if I was looking for a relatively quick bite, but I wouldn't go out of my way.

excellent burgers. good scene.

A friend and I decided to run in here for a quick dinner on a Friday night before catching a movie. I ordered the Chicken Pesto Panini with the famous sweet potato fries. She ordered the Cheddar Burger with regular fries. I had a Watermelon Mojito and she had the Mangorita. Her Mangorita was strong, but extremely tasty. My watermelon mojito tasted like a regular mojito -- perhaps they forgot the watermelon. The place was extremely busy with a line out the door at 8:00. We grabbed a table inside, and there were ample tables for patio seating, which will be nice when the weather is better. Our food came fairly quickly, and the fries were fresh and crispy. My chicken panini was good, but there wasn't a lot of pesto on the chicken. I could have done with a little bit more. Her burger was cooked to perfection with fresh vegetables on it. (Don't you hate limp looking lettuce??) The fries were EXCELLENT. I had never had sweet potato fries, but they were extremely tasty with the right crisp-factor. The regular fries were great, too. Altogether, I was impressed and thought it made for a tasty quick meal..

Great food, service and atmosphere. Sit inside or out on the corner of Lemmon and Cole. You will not be disappointed.

The cheddar burger is King here. It's not too big. It's not too small. It is a powerhouse of flavor though. The other thing is it may be too juicy for you to put down. I usually pick it up and it never touches the plate again. Make sure to grab a napkin, because they do it right here!

I had the Blue Cheese Burger with avocado and truffle fries. I sat on the patio to enjoy the weather. I also enjoyed the Wednesday 1/2 off bottle of wine special.

Large selection of toppings for burgers at no additional charge. Quality meat for the burgers . Nice selection of beer. Friendly staff.

I went here with some coworkers for a lunch. The food took a little while, but turned out good--there was a fairly limited selection of burgers, but any of them could be customized and the truffle fries were worth getting. The patio is set up well and food service was fantastic. I'd love to check this joint out again on a weekend evening when I can check out the sangria and see the patio lit up at night. The "Overall Rating" jumps from "Average" to "Very Good". I feel this somewhere between the two.

VBB was right near the apartment we were staying at in Dallas, during our visit from Melbourne, Australia. We ate there 3 times over a 5 day period - that's how much we enjoyed it! Our US holiday pretty much turned into a burger tour of the US and this was absolutely one of the best. The burgers were delicious, clean and fresh, the fries and the shakes were equally good. I indulged in the lemonade one hot day and that didn't disappoint. Brilliant and definitely hope to be back one day.

It is amazing! I got to go there many times with my friends, its a cool place in a beautiful spot of Dallas and the burgers are awesome, my favorite was the swiss burger! Also it has sweet potato fries, different and delicious!

Can't get enough VBB! I usually build my own burger...Beef patty with feta, cranberries, and jalapenos. Make sure to get the artichoke aioli and basil mayo on the side! Pair it with a side of truffle string fries and you've got one tasty experience!
Good burgers and rings
We've eaten at the North Dallas location. We normally try to eat outside as it is very family friendly. Enjoyable. Good burger selection. One of our party has had a salad & she was very satisfied. As a carnivore I prefer the burgers. They are very good
