A must

Lovely restaurant great choice of foods. The garlic bread and calamari was amazing super crispy and tasty. The meatball pastas were also delicious wasn’t so keen on my pasta with broccolini however would definitely go back and try something else on their menu. Service was also great and reasonable prices.

Very convenient, Excellent food, Nice service

Tip: Don't take I-Drive; take the service road behind the commercial buildings (University Blvd). Then use valet parking and avoid the surface parking. The free parking ramp very nearby is nearly always empty if you don't want to tip the valet. Went on Valentine's Day dinner and it was easy to get in. Open Table indicated it was full, but call in since they must save some tables for walk-ins if Open Table is full. Many open tables at dinner. They list bread for $6.00 on their menu but it comes with dinner. Excellent ciabatta, fresh, hot, with an olive oil, rosemary, balsamic vinegar (or red wine vinegar) with a bit of lemon. Definitely NOT steamed to make it seem fresh because it stayed fresh even after it cooled down. Totally appreciate that! We had their excellent Carpaccio (recommended) appetizer served on a huge sharing plate, with arugula, capers, lemon sauce, huge shaving of parmesan. Very nice and fun to share. We had a special evening dish: Lobster pasta. Very tasty sauce that you wanted to slurp up with the excellent bread. Only meat from a half a lobster (we told in advance), but the presentation included the whole lobster shell. Concluded with a special dessert: Chocolate Mousse. Awesome! It had a center of what I'm guessing was amaretto white cream and sliced strawberries on top. They need to trim all the green leaf from the strawberries, although it is prettier served that way. Our bill was high since we opted for the specials (it was Valentine's) but there are plenty of choices with reasonable prices

Absolutely outstanding Italian

By Michael K |

We had an absolutely outstanding dinner at this restaurant. From The appetizer of cheesy garlic bread to the entrées of veal Parmesan and fettuccine Alfredo and lasagna to a shared dessert of Nutella cheesecake were off the charts good. We had awesome service from Sandro and enjoyed every bite of our wonderful meal

Great food - Not good for dates or conversation

By Laurie S |

We were looking for a place to have an anniversary dinner and thought this might fit the bill for a night away from the family. The food is outstanding. The service was solid, (although a little too heavy on the "hey. wer-a Italian" act) but dear God, it is one of the most obnoxiously noisy places I have been to in a long time. We were a couple placed in a room with all large groups. It looked like there was another room with more smaller tables and booths, but they stuck us in the most uncomfortable two top I have ever been in. The other room was open, and they were not packed to the gills, and we made a reservation well ahead of time. So, this was their plan. We were sandwiched between two other couples, also obviously on dates. So awkward. We absolutely could not hear each other without raising the noise level even more. Go for the food, go with the family. But stay away if you want to be able to hear the person/people you came with. The very poor environment made for a rather disappointing dinner.

Amazing

We popped in for happy hour. The food is fantastic. Excellent attentive service. The expresso martini is sooo good Francisco is a true asset. Fantastic service

Best Italian food in the US!

Literally THE BEST Italian food I have ever had in the US. Straight out of Italy! It will not disappoint! Everything we ordered was authentic and fantastic. Service was amazing. Friendly and attentive staff.

La cena era squisito

By Joe0215 |

Our dinner was very good. Calimari was tasty as a starter. My wife’s lobster ravioli was not a hit but acceptable. Our daughters veal scallopini with spaghetti was delicious and my parpadelle cinghialie was excellent. I loved it and would definitely go back again. Our server Francesco was friendly and professional. The restaurant was filled with Italians so you know the food is good.

Excellent Italien food

Authentic Italian at Its Best!

By Patrick C |

Vincenzo’s is a true gem. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. Every dish we tried was generous in portion and felt authentically Italian. You can taste the quality in every bite. It’s the kind of place that reminds you why you love Italian food. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great, satisfying meal in a warm and welcoming setting.

First time - it’s a must go!

By Sarahlee40 |

Came in for dinner tonight when it opened at 5pm. We asked to sit at the bar which was open and first come, first served. Francesco was our bartender and server. He helped us with the menu and everything selected was amazing. He was a master of making incredible drinks. I had cosmos and my husband had limoncello martinis. For starters I had the burrata and my husband the caprese. Both were fantastic and the olive oil on both was exceptional. For dinner I had the salmon penne entree in vodka sauce, my husband the gnocchi. But we also shared the short rib bucatini special. Everything was so delicious. We finished the bucatini and brought the remaining meals home for our son as leftovers. For dessert we shared the tiramisu and brought home the Nutella cheesecake for our son. This entire meal was an experience. Francesco was such a gracious host telling us about where he was from in Sicily, his journey to America, the history of the family restaurant, the homemade recipes, their other location and the effect on the restaurants from the pandemic. Overall this was a fantastic dining experience and we will be back again next time we are in town. Absolute perfection.

If I could give it zero stars I would

We went there for a group meal last week. 14 of us. Took 20 mins to get menus. Another 20 before we were asked if we'd like a drink. Some of us ordered appetizers. Eventually they came. And hard on their heels came our mains. We sent them away because many of us were still eating starters. The female owner (manager?) Came and shouted at us. I told her it was inappropriate to serve mains while more than half of the table were eating starters, and asked politely that they don't leave the food under heat lamps, but they remake it properly once we had finished. Fairly normal practice. She then shouted at me that they have 300 covers. I replied that if they can't serve that many, then perhaps they shouldn't have so many. "Oh, you're in the restaurant business now, are you?" Was my reply. The woman was clearly mental. We tried to appease her but of no use. Mains came out stone cold. When we said it wasn't good enough we were told "f**k off". My husband was shoulder-barged by her henchman (there is no other word to use here). He threatened to punch at least one person's lights out. So we left. And as we were leaving she shouted " have fun with that, I've called the cops". Cops arrive and we were made to pay a $600 bill for drinks we didnt drink and food we barely ate. American cops look after their own. But the cop did tell us that we could always use social media to make our point. So that's what I'm doing now. Bear in mind, Orlando is not just full of theme park visitors. It's also full of convention visitors and very few if any of the restaurants here give a damn. The minute you leave they will fill your seat with some other sucker. We've eaten in a lot of poor places around International drive, but this one took the biscuit. You have been warned.

Beautiful

Family of 5. Excellent food, really high quality. Pizzas for kids were not great, but everything else was beautiful. Food is very rich. Higher price range but worth it

Bad Food Worse Business Practices

By Lex1957 |

Bad Food. Worse Business Practices. Don't know how this restaurant stays in business. After years of driving by decided to try Vincenzo's. What a mistake. First thing they are part of the Orlando Magic Dining Program but didn't give us that menu until we asked. That should have been a warning. (that kind of thing always feels like they are out to cheat you) they did. Read on. I ordered chicken parm. It comes with a few strands of spaghetti no salad. I'm not sure that the chicken served shared any DNA with a chicken. The chicken was rubbery and crunchy (not the beading), so I scraped the breading and cheese and sauce off. It looked like they had taken chicken from the deli (think cold cuts) and sliced it thick and breaded it and fried it. It was inedible. My dining partner had salad with shrimp. The salad was ok but the shrimp overcooked and dried out. It was a long day so I didn't complain, didn't send the food back, just didn't eat it. I wanted to get out of the place. Service was cold at best. The bill came: One salad with shrimp, Chicken Parm and side spaghetti, Pellegrino, and a Coke came to $87.00. I had a twenty out to leave a cash tip but then realized that they had already added 20% to the bill ($13 ) and did not tell us. The waiter was obviously hoping we would not see the added tip and tip again. Now three kinds of restaurants add a tip to a party of two without telling you. Restaurants with bad food, bad service and restaurants looking to cheat the customer. Vincenzo's to me was all three. Will never go back. Stear clear of this place Looking for Italian? - try Delmonicos just up the road about 1 1/2 miles.

Such a delight!

By Joe Getsabout |

It was a random pick while down in this part of town for the weekend. Truly great service, authentic Italian cuisine in a relatively casual setting The place is pretty basic, the acoustics are not good, the room is loud, and it's everything an Italian family would expect from their favorite restaurant. Such a nice treat. We had wine, apps, entrees and desserts. MOST of it was fantastic, the rest of it was only awesome! Oh... and make a reservation, ciao. Tip your servers well, this is what a professional team looks like!

Great Italian Restaurant in Orlando

By PSUDanO23 |

Excellent restaurant with fine food and a excellent wine list. We celebrated my wife's birthday with Lobster Ravioli (her) and Fettuccini Alfredo with seared sea scallops for me. They were both generous portions that were tasty and well-prepared. The Beef Carpaccio portion was huge and accompanied by a large serving of arugula and cherry tomatoes along with some perfectly made tostini. The wine list has many intriguing bottles, most of which appeared to be reasonably priced. Service was excellent and timely.

Fine Italian dining at it's best

By EKeane |

This was my first time here and the food & service were excellent. I had the grouper with capers/spinach/potatoes in lemon butter sauce and it was delicious. We had a large group at this business dinner and everyone said their dishes were also very good.

Really bad

By Abespalko |

Bad service, bad food, real bad experience. We go out for dinner 3 or 4 times a week…. We love Italian food but this place it’s the worst restaurant in Orlando… sorry but this is the true….

Authentic Italian Cucine

By Ornella L |

We had an authentic Italian Dinner in Orlando at Vincenzo Cucina Italiana. Le tagliatelle alla bolognese, calamari e spaghetti allo scoglio were delicious. Vincenzo also had a lovely plate written happy birthday for my daughter. Also, the portion were super Big. Fransisco was our waiter, he was so kind, mannerly and professional . If you're looking for a taste of Italian food, Vincenzo Cucina Italiana Is the Place to go in Orlando.

Wedding Rehearsal Dinner Venue

By Tom H |

If you are having a wedding in the Orlando area, THIS IS THE PLACE for a lovely private dining space, with outstanding service, and good old family business attention to detail. I'm not sure who/what was the best part of the evening; the owner, Josie's care and provision of a beautiful space, the chef, Vincenzo's amazing, outstanding preparations, or the wait staffs willingness to be on the go through out our meal. Our rehearsal dinner guests all went on about how delicious the food was. We have several members of the family with most discriminating palettes, and the comments about the calamari and the gnocchi were most notable! All of the entree portions from our group menu were generous and delicious. Thank you Vincenzo's for a MOST memorable evening and dining experience. Sincerely, Tom Heath

Poor Service

By George V |

It was my mother's 89th birthday. I told the hostess. She said she would make sure the server would know. Well that did not happen. We ordered our food took a long time to get drinks and salad. Took longer to get entrees. Then forever for to go dessert. The food was overpriced for a non scratch kitchen. Never again. And no birthday recognition. Totally disappointed.

Meravigliosa

By Ramiedugan |

A highly underrated restaurant. It’s always a good sign when you walk into an Italian restaurant and the wait staff is made up of adult men speaking Italian. The menu was broad without being too big. Food preparation was spot on authentic. Flavors were fresh, clean and savory. Atmosphere was relaxing and not rushed, A nice change from most restaurants on International Drive. Free parking building too.

We went with 4 adults and 3 children.. we ate well in a relaxing environment with excellent service. Advised

By adalgisa c |

Excellent food and excellent service, nice place with convenient parking. Ideal for eating well and healthy...large portions

Good but not the best Italian we've had.

By crapschick |

Is it good Italian? Yes. Nice place with a nice ambiance and the waiters were good. My mother ordered the veal parmesan and it was just way too salty for me. Didn't love the meatballs either. That said, my father ordered pasta bolognese and it was delicious. My pasta was good as well. The bread at the table was fantastic. Don't get me wrong, it's very good. I think our trips to Italy and Little Italy in NYC have made us Italian food snobs.

Dove va il cure hanno merda

By Vincenzo Lucchese |

Gave us a Christmas reservation and when we arrived they told us they weren’t honoring the reservation because there was no way we could’ve made it even though we had proof of it. Instead of trying to make up for it they just left us out in the street late during Christmas Day. These people aren’t Sicilian but testa di cazzo terrible service vaffanculo.

High Quality Italian Food

By Mom2nlj5 |

Superb dining experience. High quality Southern Italian cuisine. Beautiful ambiance. Excellent service. Stefano provided us with exceptional service on both of our visits. Highly recommend.

Mediocre

By Patrick L |

Food is average. Meal pricing is reasonable. Cocktails are small and pricey. Waiter was not good. We needed to ask for bread, which was on every table except ours, at least 4 times. He would stop by table and ask 2 of 6 people if they wanted anything and then walk away. He never gave us his attention. I would not go back.

sticky over cooked pasta on all of our plates, never saw our server after meal was dropped at the table and check was gi

By 28fisherman |

one of those places that take advantage of tourists. We live in Titusville and met friends from Illinois there. Sat at 6:30 promptly . Then waited about 20 minutes for drinks, and forever for overcooked sticky pasta, that was obviously sitting under a heat lamp for a very long time. Waiter didn't even ask if the first presented plate needed cheese; just shoveled it on it with a spoon to hide the film of the pasta

Amazing!

By Belkis |

What a phenomenal experience from start to finish! Simply amazing. We decided to come here for my moms birthday as a party of 7 as we thought Italian would be the best option for this special occasion. Service was excellent, our servers made sure to explain the daily specials and both of them were fantastic. Food was out of this world, from the steaks to the pesto chicken pasta but my absolute favorite was the mushroom risotto with seared scallops. This dish is exactly what I needed and it just exceeded my expectations. Forgot to mention we also ordered the Burrata with prosciutto and we got some extra bread. Everything was just so delicious and honestly this experience could have not been any better. Thank you at Vicenzo for making this day so memorable for my moms 60th birthday. We definitely will be coming back.

Excellent Service and Great Food

By Nick R |

We had a Company dinner here for a group of 40. Staff did an amazing job of accomadating us. Food and Drinks came very fast especially considering our group size. Food was well prepared and they had a good Vegan option as well. This is the second time we have come to Vincenzo's while in town on business and it won't be the last time.

Sub standard everything. Not recommended.

By milinky2017 |

In all of my 33 years visiting Orlando, this rates as my worst ever dining experience. The food was substandard, overpriced, bland & extremely salty. Pudding wasn't even edible. Service was appalling. Maitre'de attitude was off, he then served us throughout meal with a stinking ignorant arrogant attitude. Threw plates down and struggled to get his attention to order more drinks. Atmosphere was lacking, weird ibiza beach scene music. Considering the other TripAdvisor reviews which we usually go on - seemed like we had gone to different restaurant. Could absolutely not recommend, will never be back.

Fantastic Italian

By hahabye |

As locals, we try to avoid the touristy areas when possile. This restaurant is worth dealing with I Drive traffic, as the food is spectacular. The chef and owner Vincenzo makes everything from scratch, and you can taste the difference. If you are craving delicious italian food, I highly recommend this resturant.

Molto Bene

By P. Carter |

My colleague and I had the best meal in Orlando the other night. An independent italian restaurant called Vincenzo. The food was fantastic, especially the pear and gorgonzola salad. The chef allowed me to order something spicy. And the waiter, Domenico, was attentive, helpful, and personable. He let me practice my "rough" italian and made the evening special. I will return the next time I am in Orlando. Certamente!

Nice food don’t over order.

By rickiwake |

Went for a nice pasta. Waiter suggested brochetta and cheese balls for starters which arrives with complimentary bread. That’s was our mistake. Food was good and very filling. Then came my seafood pasta which was good but extremely rich. We both had trouble eating the main meals. I wish we had the main meal only and the desserts if needed. Wine is as expensive as you want to make it. Glad I had a bottle at $65 because it reiterated that fact to me that I’m happy with a £10 bottle of plonk lol meal for two $180. Inc the wine. We would go again with the knowledge. Waiter nice fella but he should of advised us on quantity I think.

The worst meal of my life

By Steve E |

I cannot find enough words to warn people how bad this restaurant is. Terrible food, terrible owners and the rudest restaurant I have ever been to Waiting 40 minutes to get a menu, whilst you watch other tables being told off and threatened for complaining. Go here at your peril

Outstanding

By HattersOnTour86 |

We were lucky enough that this was our second visit to this restaurant. It was really outstanding service and food. The Calamari appetiser was very large (share!) and high quality. I followed that up with a salmon pasta dish in vodka cream sauce. Amazing. Not a cheap meal but highly recommend.

Lovely authentic italian Restaurant .. friendly staff beautiful food

Great Italian! Wonderful people! We have been here several times. The food is always delicious. We have eaten at the bar and tables and every time our service has been excellent. Can’t wait to come back!

2 year Anniversary

Stefano was one of the best servers we have ever encountered. His service was flawless and his charm made us feel welcomed and part of the family. He surprised us with desert for our anniversary. One of a kind server. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Authentic Italian on I-Drive

By MissMMS |

This family run Italian restaurant on I-Drive is a refreshing change from the many chain restaurants in that area. Service was attentive and friendly. The food was very good, especially the house made pappardelle. Try the version made with a rich and delicious wild boar meat sauce. The lasagna was excellent, too. There was a nice wine selection which was reasonably priced. Super Tuscans are available. Save room for desert, including the Limoncello Mascarpone Cake which was very light and not too sweet. It was the perfect ending to a wonderful pasta meal. The atmosphere in the restaurant was contemporary, with an attractive bar area and spacious dining room.

Easy Italian dinner

By elvividor |

Great service, good food, thank you! Uncomplicated dinner close to our hotel with the family. Good wine selection. Can recomend.

Just like Jersey

By EdB |

Vincenzo’s will remind anyone from Jersey of their hometown favorite place. Ambiance, service, and food just great old school Italian!

Excellent Food and Service

By Nayda Aurora C |

We love supporting Local and Family owned when we travel. Our party of 9 selected to be seated outside. Our server was attentive, he was also the bar tender. He was knowledgeable about the plates and made sure we had what we needed, especially having three young children. The food was fantastic! Our group LOVED the meatballs, as they were homemade, you could tell by the texture and flavor. The Pesto was another favorite. Alfredo sauce was not the best we have had, but still good. Tiramisu was authentic! Prices were reasonable and amount of food was plenty.

Friends celebration

By Samantha |

Came here last night with a group friends to celebrate our 25th year friendship and we couldn’t of picked a better place. From the hospitality to the service they did a phenomenal job. The food was really fresh and flavorful. Our server was attentive and made us feel special. I’m not one to write reviews but I just had to after our amazing experience at this establishment. Definitely the perfect place to celebrate any occasion

Great neighborhood Italian gem!

By Joe F |

Although in the heart of iDrive - this cozy location serves up great Italian dishes! Great Lasagna and meatballs!

It wasn’t as great as they think

By OllieSayersBerks |

Arriving at the restaurant, it took 10 mins for the maitre d’ to come to the front desk and finally seat us, the attitude from the maitre d’ was obnoxious and entitled. This attitude from the maitre d’ continued throughout the evening. Our waiter Manuel was polite and attentive, with ordering completed with 5 minutes of sitting at the table. We received all of our food within 15 minutes, this was starter and main courses at once. In my opinion a little quick. The chicken was over cooked and veal likewise. My partner did not eat the full portion, the waiter took it away and asked if he wanted it boxed, the waiter didn’t ask any questions about why 75% of the food wasn’t eaten. The atmosphere is upscale, but the food certainly isn’t.

Nice Italian

By Arontrips |

Last minute pick and reservations. Very pleased, would highly recommend. Thank goodness they have complimentary valet, areas gets very crowded

Traditional Italian Restaurant

By BBtravel |

Good and affordable Italian food near Icon Park in Orlando. Only one vegetarian item on the menu. Kids menu available. Service was good too.

Great dinner, as in Italy

By Leonardo D |

Great dinner and real Italian cuisine! Quality products: exceptional bread, extra virgin olive oil, etc., excellent appetizers, pasta al dente and final limoncello!

Awesome restaurant

By SpringTraveller |

Walk-in, no reservation and they were happy to accommodate. The service was incredible. My wife and I shared a great arancini appetizer, she enjoyed her gnocchi, and I loved my linguini con vongole. Good wine selection. Definitely on our list of places to visit next year

Sunday Night

By Jay Gilbert |

Perhaps it was a bad night , perhaps the waiter had received some bad news earlier, perhaps .... Lack of ambiance usually associated with Italian restaurants. Usually my favourite food , but the mixed fried seafood had 2 pieces of zucchini, 2 scallops & a shrimp , the rest calamari for $16 ...The calamari was cheaper!! My main was Veal millenaise and was served with cold pasta and the cutlet was also cold round the edges . I returned it and was told only the pasta was cold !!! Great , that makes it ok then The waiter was missing for large periods , and never refilled drinks or ran the table with Italian enthusiasm... But still added 18% to the bill .... You know when a tip is added that the place is not relying on giving decent service Won’t go back

Good italian food - but a bit overpriced

By Jesper D |

The food in Vincenzo is fine. No doubt about that. And if you are looking for good food, a bit "upper class" Atmosphere and don't mind prices in the higher range, then Vincenzo is a very good place with good quality of food!!. However, we like the cozy atmosphere of many Italian restaurants, and in our point of view, Vincenzo becomes a bit too pretentious and the princing was too high for our taste. Not the place I would visit as a Family with smaller children.

A Diamond in the Rough

By Jamie G |

Forgive our title, but having just seen the live-action version of "Aladdin" we couldn't resist. But it's also fitting in a sense...not that this section of I-Drive is "rough" by any means, though Vincenzo is tucked away and a little hard to find. This attractively decorated Italian gem is nestled near a plethora of chain restaurants and tourist attractions, so in that sense, perhaps it is better called a diamond in an unexpected place. We visited with a group of 16 to celebrate a graduation and Vincenzo Cucina Italiana handled the large party with aplomb. Servers were extremely attentive and professional, always there when you needed them. Helpful with recommendations for both food and drink. With a party this size, we had a wide variety of plates, and everyone was satisfied. A few standouts: Pappardelle Cinghiale, Gnocchi, and Bistecca Fiorentina. Would we go back? Absolutely. Vincenzo Cucina Italian is undoubtedly one of the best Italian restaurants in Orlando. Like many Orlando restaurants these days, valet parking is offered at no charge (but please tip your attendant).

Great Italian Eatery

By Ray M |

Certainly a good Italian ambiance - the waiters are mature and experienced and knowledgable. The tables are set formally and the decor is classic. Service was fine and food was very tasty. Only downside was the noise levels - sound carries when large groups overwhelm the place. Otherwise recommended.

Excellent service and food

By Micaela N |

As a local realtor, I’m always looking for reliable spots to host business dinners—and Vincenzo Cucina Italiana never disappoints. The food is consistently excellent, the service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is perfect for making clients feel welcome and valued. It’s my go-to for a polished, memorable dining experience every time.

Worth the Calories!

By Jeanne M |

I would repeat what most 5 stars have said about Vincenzo Cucina's, I would add that the lemon cake was worth the calories! Our server was Manny (he's new) and he was excellent. When he was busy, the bartender Kiko (or something like that) helped. Great service.

terrible - I guess Chef was out sick and brought someone from McDonald

By Hooman R |

Been to so many Itlaian restaurants- this one was so disappointing it is hard to put it in words. The chicken was the worst I have had. Seems like boild in water and served. One fo the entries tasted like canned noodle. Honestly either new chef(clueless one) was there on July 20th 2021 or the main chef was just out of it. 28$ a plate and poor tasting food.

Worth every penny!

By amandaC207603 |

Exceptional service and food! Drinks were also great. Beautiful atmosphere. We were the first table when they opened the day we went so everything was very quick.

Excellent service and relaxing atmosphere.

What a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!! I was there with my family a few days ago and everything was simply phenomenal...I had a carpaccio as an appt...amazing...the Filet I ordered was cook perfectly ..our server Arnold was on top of everything, great choice.

Orlando’s Best Italian Restaurant

By Nicopaw |

We went to Vincenzo for our holiday work party and had a great experience. The food was exceptional and the service was outstanding. Everything we ate was delicious- from the appetizers, to the pasta, to the entree. The bruschetta was the best I have ever had! The creativity of the dishes is also worth mentioning. They have a great wine list. The wine that was selected complimented the dishes beautifully. This is a wonderful place. The ambiance is perfect for date night or a special occasion. Without a doubt Orlando’s best Italian restaurant. We will be back!

Best meal of my 5 month, tax-deductible business trip

By Kirk P |

For the past 5 months I've been on a contract business trip. There are so many fine restaurants here. This was the best meal I've had at half the price of the most expensive meal. I could tell while eating that the chef was something special and didn't realize until leaving that Vincenzo is the executive chef. The fried artichoke was a delicacy. Broccolini had the perfect color and snap. Great wine selection. Quiet bar. Fine artwork. Thank you Marina and Jose!

Excellent Italian Food

By Danny V |

Very good Italian food! Everything was fresh and tasty. We really enjoyed our time here. Finally an Italian restaurant that actually serves real Italian food. If you’re from the north and just moved to Florida this is the place for you. Don’t waste your time going to other Italian restaurants.

Stefano was OUTSTANDING

By Enay D |

My wife and I visited Vincenzo’s for our 20th anniversary, hoping for a special night—we were so glad we came here! Our waiter Stefano did an excellent job making the night special with impeccable service. To top it off, the staff serenaded us along with a piece of tiramisu—our favorite! We hope to visit when we’re in Orlando again!

Italian Food done right

By Derick J |

This is my third time eating at Vincenzos now bringing different friends and family each time and it was just as good the first time! The food, vibe, and service were all wonderful! Great Italian food! Fried calamari was well seasoned and fried perfectly! Some pastas are homemade and all the food is cooked perfect. Vincenzos is always a great option for Italian food!!!

The Best place in Orlando

By Clare K |

Amazing service, fine dining with a relaxed atmosphere. Fine wine followed by the most amazing pasta and meats. Can not recommend this place enough and wish I lived closer than the UK!

Dinner

By prostar19 |

Sat at the bar and was glad I did. Sat next the owner and mayst have been his son (manager). They had a pasta dish that smelled amazing so I asked what it was... he rattled off some Italian words and I took my best guess and looked at the menu. Well it wasn’t on there.... he asked me what I was in the mood for and I told him the grouper but that I also wanted some of what they had. He put in my order with a side of what he had. I started the the pasta e fagioli soup. I was very flavorful I just wish there was more it was very good. Wow the grouper was amazing. Very fresh with big flavor and lots of capers. The side of pasta was on point. Cooked perfectly and spicy. If you have the chance eat here!! Service was great as well.. almost forgot that as the grouper was so good..

Fun, Flavorful, and Fantastic!

Absolutely impressed with everything! The food was incredible. The service was fun yet precise. The drinks and desserts were impeccable! Thank you for an amazing dinner with friends. Absolutely delicious!

Bad experience

By Elie H |

We had reservation we got there a bit early so they seated us that was good, we ordered wine and appetizer they served us good until the main course.my son got the wrong order, my brother Lasagna was cold as they brought it out of fridge so he sent it back, 10 minutes later the owner passing by so he asked her about the food her answer was (we are too busy sir) we had to wait another 10 minutes for his Main dish, now our food was cold waiting for his to eat all together….very bad experience

Sucks - don’t go

By Lallous85 |

Tourist scam! Looks like a traditional Italian family restaurant and elegant But actually service sucks, food is average at best and staff is rude Better off at chains like Romano’s or maggianos

OK, but certainly not special

By John C |

The food was OK as was the service, It felt a step or two above the food court, and more in line with strip-mall basic, but with nicer furniture. We had a variety of dishes - all were "ok" but if you are looking for "the big night out" this isn't it.

Fanstastico!!

So, so, so good!! We dropped in late one evening for drinks and appetizers after doing The Eye and The Flyer swing. Smoked old fashioneds were fabulous, along with the garlic bread stuffed with fresh mozzarella!! Went to Universal during the week and had mostly forgettable food. Kept thinking of our great first visit and had to return to Vincenzo. I had eggplant parmigiana with fresh, homemade fettuccini pasta, and my son had tri color tortellini with beef tips. Huge portions and absolutely delicious food. Francesco was our waiter both times and an absolute delight and so knowledgeable and friendly. Give this place a chance. You won’t regret it!!!

Good place for single diner

By Bucky1836 |

The bar is an excellent place for a single diner to enjoy an unhurried meal. Nice wine by the glass choices, as well. Personable and attentive service from the bartender. The pasta was the star of meal.

Great Service, Great Food

By rippleda |

This is a hidden gem in a strip mall. The happy is awesome with great food at a reasonable price. I had the calamari which was pretty good. Dinner is a little pricer, but worth it. The service is excellent.

Fantastic Italian!

By Rich M |

Food was delicious! Not sure of others' reviews on dirty cheese & lack of service.. EVERYTHING was beyond outstanding!

Wow - One word title for the review.

By Thomas K |

My wife and both loved Vincenzos. The service was excellent and the food was tremendous. Their meatballs are some of the best. The bolognese was a bit different than I am used to, but excellent in its own right. Really enjoyed our dinner and prices were reasonable as well.

Great service and food

By Michael D |

This restaurant was AMAZING. I had their Alfredo’s pasta and it was delicious and wife had Linguine with seafood. The staff was super friendly and kind. Their prices were reasonable. A phenomenal place with plenty of options! I definitely recommend them

Sadly disappointing

By The Pidge |

Many reviews had me optimistic about finally finding a great Italian place in the Orlando theme park area but I will have to continue my search. Despite being labeled as "casual", I felt completely out of place sitting at the bar in khaki shorts and a t-shirt (because I had just spent some time at SeaWorld) because everyone else in the restaurant was in pants and collared shirts (at minimum). I probably should have expected this when I pulled into the hard-to-locate parking lot and saw valet parking for this and other adjacent eateries. After being ignored at the bar for about ten minutes, the bartender took my order. Then I waited, and waited, and waited for a simple chicken parm meal (as well as my garlic bread appetizer), eventually being given the explanation that a large party came in a night before their scheduled reservation and needed to be accommodated. While I appreciated this to a degree, it came after way too much waiting, and I failed to understand how it affected me (who was seated at the bar and didn't require a table, or really much of anything). In my mind I had somewhat assumed it was because I was somewhat under-dressed. The meal was mediocre: rubbery, tough chicken, and nothing special about the cheese or red sauce. Even the highly-touted garlic bread wasn't anything to write home about. Afterwards the bartender started making light conversation and even gave me a business card for a small drink discount on my next visit but I had already decided I wasn't going to return. I could have had an equally-mediocre meal at an Olive Garden and not felt completely out-of-place and ignored 90% of the time I was seated.

Satisfying

By Deedee |

We visited with granddaughter after a long day at Universal. We originally were going to go to Carrabas but when we saw this place opted for a locally owned place instead of a chain .We are glad we did. We ordered pasta fagioli which granddaughter liked do much we thought we would have to order another one. I had the pear and Gorgonzola salad that would easily feed two.For our main we decided to share a lasanga which was great .They divided the lasagna for us which is a great touch. My granddaughter had the childrens fettuccine Alfredo which was good. Overall a very nice meal. My only request would have been for the chef to go lighter on the salt on the soup and pasta. A very nice atmosphere and great way to support local eateries.

Loved this restaurant. They were friendly and accommodating the first evening of our arrival...

By Judith P |

We walked to this restaurant from our hotel lodgings and when we arrived they seated us even though we had NO Reservation. This was very kind since they telling callers that there was no seating until after 8:30 PM that evening. We ordered cocktails which were wonderful and made very well. Then we started with Calamari and Garlic bread to go with our cocktails. For dinner we shared the Insalata Della Casa, I had the veal (it was cooked beautifully and so tender), my husband had the special pasta that evening with short ribs. We both loved our meal and the bottle of Graffigna Malbec we drank with our meal. We finished with sharing the Limoncello cake and espressos. We loved our meal so much we MADE a reservation for two days later to have my twin brother and his girl friend share another wonderful meal together.

Awesome Celebration

By rotnkid49 |

This restaurant is amazing. Wonderful ambience. We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary here. Made our reservation on Open Table. We were greeted with a Happy Anniversary and guided to a nice table in a corner. Very romantic. Service was excellent and food was delicious. I had the Eggplant Parm and my hubby had the Veal Parm. We shared a Caesar salad and ordered the garlic bread. We ordered dessert and it came on a Happy Anniversary plate and we were serenaded with O Sole Mio. It was an experience we will always remember.

Hidden Gem Near Universal Studios

By Roseannp23 |

The pasta is handmade daily and the sauces were out of this world! The staff was welcoming and very professional. It feels like a high end restaurant but you are very comfortable in shorts and tees or dressy. My husband got the spaghetti and meatballs and I got the fettuccine Alfredo. Both were out of this world. It’s very easy to find, and valet service is complimentary. We will definitely be back!

Great food and ambiance ..

By simplyvacations |

Great food and ambiance .. staff was very friendly . We had a group party here and everyone enjoyed their meal . Prices were reasonable also . Definitely will be back again!

Authentic Italian

By rtpana |

This is a true Italian restaurant with fresh quality ingredients lovingly prepared. The quantities are generous. We started on prosciutto with melon and carpaccio the both times we went during our vacay. The eggplant Parmesan was correctly thin and the veal Parmesan was true veal slices not the parties which are served in inferior restaurants. The gnocchi were light with a very cheesy sauce. The staff, especially the young man on our second visit was delightful.

Dependable Italian Food in Cozy Digs

By craig1086 |

Came here and had an easy Italian dinner. For starters, we had the bruschetta, which was wildly good. For an entree, I had the veal parmigiana. Wife had the salmon penne. Our friend had the gnocchi Sorrentina. They were all fresh, and made well. Drinks were just okay. Service was prompt & the ambiance was very nice. Overall a solid Italian dinner.

You will not regret stopping by for a meal at Vincenzo’s

By Barb34731 |

Vincenzo and his entire staff welcomed us like we were his family to celebrate my uncle’s 100th birthday. The food was beyond excellent, the portions were huge and the prices were reasonable! Vincenzo himself came over to say happy birthday and to ask if the food and service were ok! Although we were a party of 13, he gave us individual checks! They even made a special dessert and wrote happy birthday on the plate at no extra charge! It is located in a strip mall and looks like nothing from the outside but it is well worth the visit! We will be back for other occasions!

Knowledgeable Staff

By V Patel |

My Family and I visited this restaurant in our last trip to Orlando. We were immediately greeted after seated. We were served by 2 waiters Nino and Shaun. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable. Shaun explained the Italian wines to us which was really educational and he made it very easy to understand. We ended up ordering a bottle of Amarone from the northern region of Italy which was exactly as described by Shaun and it was fantastic. Some members of my family are vegetarian and with Nino's help we were able to customize a few dishes to their requests. The food and the service were both excellent and a great team work by our waiters made our dining experience very pleasant. Thank you Shaun and Nino, great job and we hope to see you soon in our future trip.

Awesome Food, Servers and Atmosphere!

By Steven V |

I had an outstanding experience at Vincenzo Italian Restaurant in Orlando. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, but what truly made the night special were Marina and Scotty. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine enthusiasm elevated the entire evening. They went above and beyond to help us celebrate a birthday, making it feel personal and memorable. The service was attentive without ever feeling rushed, and their recommendations were spot-on. It’s rare to find a team that treats you like family, but Marina and Scotty did exactly that. The food was fantastic, the ambiance was perfect, and the staff made the celebration unforgettable. Highly recommend Vincenzo for anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience in Orlando! Steve Vincent Thank you Marina ❤️

Very nice experience

-delicious food at reasonable prices -very good selectionof wines -nice service One suggestion, you need some noise abatement material on your walls... it's way too noisy in that room and lots of echo.

Good italian food

By rurolex |

For those who love italian cuisine, this is a good place to go. Reasonable prices, good ambiance and great location.

Expensive, disappointing meal

By Mainemeow |

The restaurant is a classy, high end place to eat. The atmosphere is classy. The servers are friendly and high proficient. I had the bruschetta as an appetizer and it was wonderful. Unfortunately, the main course was a big disappointment. I ordered the chicken parmesan and the chicken was so hard that you struggled to cut it with a knife.

Nice local Italian restaurant

By John K |

Sunday night and I am away from home I searched for a local Italian restaurant Vincenzo’s near Icon Park was a great choice valet parking available excellent wine selection and a varied menu I started with prosciutto with melon with drizzle of balsamic glaze the. An entree of eggplant parm. Bother very good The best part was the lovely hostess Michaela followed by an attentive bartender, apologies I forgot his name. He is from Italy moved to the states and lives nearby so consider this a very good local restaurant Good food great people.

Authentic Italian

By vfm13131 |

Great Service and Food, Huge portions. There were (3) of us in the party, we all ordered something different, tried each other's food, enjoyed them all, and there was plenty of food left over.

grazie era delizioso - food was awesome

By AnikF |

The food was perfectly done, we could have been eating in Milan Italy. The polpetta was good, i was a bit disappointed wth the prosciutto and melon, i The melon was perfect and juicy but the prosciutto was not as tender as i expected. Be ready for quite large portion when it comes down to the main couse. I had the linguinis of the day, with a truffle oil base sauce and short ribs. Very tasty and rich. I really enjoyed it but couldn’t make it through my plate. The veal parmigiana was good as well with fresh spaghetti. The wine list is interesting The price is more than affordable for the quality of the food The staff is great 😊 thank you Alphonso The place is quite noisy. Its not the typical italian restaurant noise, with plates noise, it is just noisy. There is something missing with the layout (no booths) that the noise just travel. Overall it was amazing food and wine Grazie…… era delizioso. torneremo presto !

This is the best place to eat in Orlando

By clarekinn |

The freshest, quality ingredients cooked to perfection. Amazing flavours, fabulous staff and wonderful atmosphere. Would advise a visit.

Authentic and delicious.

By aawallacelaw |

All due respect, it's very hard to find a decent Italian meal down south. You really have to do a thorough search and read every review, and who's writing it. Growing up in Boston and now living in New Haven, Italian food is a very important part of our cuisine. This restaurant is absolutely authentic and delicious. Every meal that they served the four of us was fantastic. I cannot recommend this anymore enthusiasticlly.

Dining alone

By Koughti1 |

I rarely eat out alone but I do enjoy when I do. I had a great time here. To begin with I was a little sad to have the guy at the desk say “yeah casual dining at the bar” and try and sit me at a bar stool for my meal simply because I was alone. I asked if it was possible to have an actual table and he looked a little strained but sat me down at a real table. Sad that dinner alone suggests I wasn’t wanting the lovely services they provide. I wasn’t brought a menu for ten mins but then a lovely gentleman server named Domenco approached and was so great. He was assisted by another server who’s name I didn’t catch. They were both so wonderful and attentive. Making wine recommendations and suggestions of meals too. They brought me bread and water and I felt so content. I ordered a simple Fettucini Alfredo with chicken and it was delicious. Complimented by a white wine. Compliments to the chef that night, everything was perfect and yes yhey are right “ the next best authentic would be a trip to Italy”. And I’ve been to Italy. And I actually agree!!

Worth A Try

By Susan G |

The wait staff is very attentive and the food is above average Downside is you are automatically charged 20% to your dinner for tips. And the bread is not free.

We had an amazing dinner here!

We had an amazing dinner here! The service was wonderful, the atmosphere was lovely, and the food was impeccable!

This place is in a very busy

By Donald M |

This place is in a very busy area near the Convention Center. Even with Covid the place was packed. There are a number of places in this one area. Here is the bottom line. The food was very good, but the service was below average. All night we seemed to be wondering where our waiter was. He wasn’t a bad person, but was not pleasant to deal with. Kind of like being in NYC where the attitude is OK, because you are eating great Italian food. I would not go back to this place.

Kitchen was a big problem

By D. Aaronson |

First, the hostess was very nice to us in getting us a table without a reservation. We may have been better off if they hadn't found us a table though. As a party of three we ultimately ordered three pasta dishes and waited on them for over an hour. It was clearly not just us the kitchen was way behind. Our waiter was minimally apologetic muttering "finally" as he dropped off the food. The food was okay and probably would have received a 4 star rating on its own under reasonable circumstances.

Really Italian Restaurant

By Davide C |

Amazing place , most the server in the restaurant are italian so you can feel the complete Italian Dinner experience. I really suggest this Restaurant, is the best italian Restaurant in Florida.

Great flavor

By Momtater |

Ceasar salad, bread, Alfredo - all excellent. I had a very late delivery which wasn’t the restaurants fault, - and it was still great!

I was enjoying my meal tonight

By Eddie M |

I was enjoying my meal tonight and a large group of British people were cursing at the staff and were causing a huge commotion. Other than that, the service was amazing and I will definitely come here again with my family.

Amazing

By Rory S |

Even though we didn’t have a table booked they were so accommodating and got us a table even though the restaurant was very busy. The service was brilliant and the food was amazing. One of the best Italians I have ever been to and would recommend to anyone.

We started w Bruschetta and had 4 pcs a bit too thick cut bread but fresh and nice Main was Tortellini w beef so so, 2 of us had Ravioli Aragosta was ok but the sauce was too watery not creamy as it said in the menu.

Outstanding Italian Restaurant

Italian Food served by Italians

By Melissa M |

My friends and I tried this restaurant for my birthday dinner. It was one we had not been to and was near ICON Park. The food was amazing and the service was great. I had the Fettuccine All 'Ortolana (added chicken). It had great flavor, wasn't heavy, and was a big enough portion for me to have left overs. I would highly recommend Vincenzo for a special dinner, date night, or even a family meal.

One of the Best meals in a long time!

Had an amazing dinner with my wife and close friends at Vincenzo Cucina Italiana. The food was absolutely delicious, authentic, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and the service was excellent. Great company, great food, an unforgettable night. We’ll definitely be back.

Excellent Food and Ambaince

By max S |

We are locals here in Orlando and have been wanting to try Vincenzos out for quite some time. Took my wife and friend here on a Thursday night. Food was really food. We had the Arancini, octopus special, Filet mignon, Tortellini and Grouper. Plates were presented nicely and tasted delicious. We went to bar after dinner and chatted with bartender and he was really nice and informative on Italian after dinner drinks. This is a great Italian restaurant and we will definitely be back again. Thank you Vincenzos

Amazing food, for me the best Italian restaurant in Orlando. Magical service and affection given by Michaela, a sensational Italian and wife of Vicenzo, the best Italian chef in Orlando!

Great Italian Meal

By Misty A |

What a great place to celebrate our first meal in Orlando for our daughters belated 21st birthday. All items that we ordered were great! Items orders: Fried Calamari, Garlic Bread with Mozzarella, Fettuccini, Tortellini Filet, Ravioli, Lasagna, Pollo Marsala. And a recommend bottle of wine based on our likes. We would definitely return if in the area in the future

Very disappointing

By Linda F |

After reading glowing reviews we booked a table here. The food was very average (we had pasta)and obviously not individually cooked to order.I felt from the minute we arrived their sole aim was to get us out of there as soon as possible.

Great food and customer service

By anama150 |

Really good Italian food. Calamaris and Pasta were amazing! Calamaris sauce really delicious. Great customer service. Nice environment. Excellent dish presentation. The bread is fresh and exactly how you would eat it in Rome.

Authentic Itslian

By abulafia |

Food is the focus here and it is excellent. Was in town for a convention and got a tip from a native Italian who lives here. Said if you want authentic food this is the place to go. I couldn’t agree more. Lots of Italian restaurants in Orlando have flash and high prices. This is the only one I found with reasonable prices, quiet atmosphere and excellent food.

SO GOOD!

By tobieco |

Enjoyed our meal at Vincenzo! EXCELLENT service from Jose... Would highly recommend; we eat here or at their sister restaurant Ciao Italia EVERY visit to Orlando (twice a year). We sometimes eat at the restaurants two days in a row!

Awesome Italian food

By Davidddd23 |

Food was really good, server was great and the atmosphere was nice. Highly recommend this place. Got the seafood pasta and it didn’t disappoint.

Not perfect, but very good. Recommendable. We would return!

By Mary T |

Highlights: the menu selections were many, varied and mostly very Italian. The food was prepared well and delicious. The linguine was perfectly al dente. The bread is great - served untraditionally with balsamic aceto in the olive oil, seasoned with fresh rosemary and a little chile: my friend was appalled but I loved it! Less perfect: both when we arrived and when we left, the otherwise amiable valet parker made himself scarce. Our young server had all the right intentions, brought the food in a timely manner and tried sincerely to please. But he wasn’t Italian, had little knowledge of the menu and none of the wine list, did not change our silverware between courses and failed in other little details. Still, we enjoyed our meal - eaten outside on the sidewalk enclosure. Would have rated this place a 5 if not for the minor defects mentioned. Still, we would certainly return! Recommendable.

Italian

By JankanHH |

Came with my daughter and her 2 kids for dinner. We had a bottle of Red Olpaio very good wine. Bread was brought to our table and it was very Italian, excellent bread. So far all was perfect but the food was very average.

Excellent Italian Dinner!

By ChristaL |

My husband and I were in Orlando for a conference, and we both love high quality Italian food. We loved it here so much we dined here a second time after our initial experience. Vincenzo Cucina Italiana has delicious Italian food, and the staff are all very friendly. We had the pleasure of meeting Vincenzo, the chef, as well as Victor and Davidad, who made us feel so welcomed. The salads are delicious. I had the eggplant appetizer as my entree and my husband the lasagna, both excellent and very generous portions. They have an extensive wine list. We were able to get a bottle of Rosso for a very reasonable price. Wonderful ambience. We highly recommend! If you want authentic Italian food, come here. We’ve been to Italy and Vincenzo Cucina Italiana offers the same high quality!

Excellent food and great service. Our waiter Nino who is the nephew of the chef I believe was excellent. The soup, bruschetta, salad, pasta, gelato all excellent. Lots of vegetarian options. Prices reasonable.

Very overpriced, mediocre food at a tourist trap.

By John Doe |

I do not post Yelp reviews, even if I don't particularly like restaurants because I understand that being a restaurant owner is a tough business. However, I don't have enough poor things to say about this tourist trap of a restaurant. We sat down and the waiter asked if we wanted anything to drink. We said water. He then took our order. We received our dishes - an extremely salty Fettuccine All`Ortolana and an OK Chicken Marsala. Halfway through the meal, the waiter brought out extremely cold and hard bread. It was extremely hard to get the waiter's attention which is ironic since the restaurant was a minimum capacity due to COVID. When we got the menu, they added $8 for water. We didn't ask for any special type, just tap water. And at our request, we asked they would reconsider. They refused since they thought we were tourists and would never come back. I'm not a tourist but they are certainly right about me never coming back!

Overpriced average food

By Tom E |

Food tastey but really overpriced. Compulsory 20% gratuity added as well for the privilege. Would not recommend coming here

Fair Italian

By Margi S |

Picked this place as the restaurant we wanted to eat at was closed and the hotel recommend it. Reserved a table and we were seated promptly. Waiter arrived and explained the specials for the evening. We ordered the calamari which was very good. I decided on the lobster ravioli, my husband had a seafood and pasta dish which he enjoyed. The red sauce on mine overwhelmed the lobster and we both agreed that both the sauces on our dishes was very salty. The waiter who had been so efficient, suddenly disappeared... someone else appeared to offer dessert and coffee, another took the check. Then the original waiter reappeared and asked about dessert and check, rather strange as we had paid and were ready to leave. Can't say that we were impressed with this place.

Nana and Hen 2022

By Julie M |

This was by far the best meal of our Orlando vacation. From the outstanding calamari to the limoncello cake everything was beyond our expectations. Our entrees ranged from Costate Di Vitello to Lobster Ramioli to Eggplant Parmigiana and there were empty plates and happy customers. Great for accomodating a 3 year old.

Fabulous experience

By NewYorkJoy423305 |

Our first “ dining in” experience in many months and I am happy to report it was fabulous. Restaurant is attractive, tables are distanced plus you have the option of dining outside. Outside dining is on an elevated porch along the parking lot but they have put up screens that look like greenery to make it more attractive and private. The food was delicious. The calamari was a little chewy but delicious nonetheless. We thoroughly enjoyed the veal parmigiana and chicken Marsala and their Nutella cheesecake was outstanding. Wine by the glass is reasonably priced starting at $10 . Service was great. You won’t be disappointed.

Everything was flawless!

By jtnov10 |

Everything was flawless! The food was delicious! The service was excellent! You can’t ask for anything more. We had a party of 8 for my husband’s birthday and they were very accommodating. They even gave him tiramisu and sang Happy Birthday.

Ordinary

By Marshu5 |

Food was ordinary. Had a salad with shrimp and pasta w meatballs. Nothing was bad, for the price its fair but it's nothing special. Service was my biggest issue. I asked for plastic plates and silverware as we were in a hotel and they said they had no plates and that silverware was in the bag. Ok, no big deal. Get back to the hotel and only one fork and knife are in there. Called the restaurant and got a condescending "sorry". Don't think we'll be going back.

Nice, quiet local place for dinner

By Ken B |

First it can be difficult to find a nice local restaurant in Orlando but it was worth the effort to find this restaurant. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was traditional family owned Italian restaurant, the only drawback was the service. Our waiter was not attentive and friendly. He might have just had a bad evening. My rating of the food is a five but the service was a three, hence my rating is a four.

Unpleasant experience

By David S |

I came here yesterday, Saturday night, for dinner with my family, while we were in Orlando. I was a little wary. Once we got there, the place looked reasonably okay, but a little past its prime. My chair's upholstery had a big slash across it. The silverware was not completely clean, but not quite dirty. The glass I was given with my bottle of water was quite clouded. The food tasted reasonably good. I had the pasta fagioli and the gnocchi, which came with burrata. My wife and children were underwhelmed by their choices. The penne ala vodka, for example, was not that flavorful. I did not finish the burrata. It tasted more like blue cheese than I'm used to, and it was unpleasant. The real issue was the fact that within twenty minutes of leaving, I found myself having to pull over by the side of the highway to throw up the acute case of food poisoning I found myself dealing with. Also, know that this is a place with a minimum fixed gratuity of twenty 20%, no matter the size of your party or the quality of the service. Ours was adequate. My wife and I left regretting that we didn't just go to Maggiano's like our teen wanted.

One of the best in Orlando

By Giuseppe |

I’ve been there couple of times. It’s one of my favorite restaurants in Orlando. The place is nice and the staff welcoming. My favorite dish is definitely “Pappardelle al Cinghiale”. It’s a must. Every time I go there I always enjoy everything. Price is normal considering you’re eating good quality of food. RECCOMENDED

Great Ambiance, Friendly Staff

By Carrie D. |

We had an amazing dinner at Vincenzo’s. We were looking for a nice, locally owned Italian restaurant, as opposed to one of the many chains near our hotel. We found Vincenzo’s on Yelp and were so glad we tried it out. The food was amazing, start to finish, and our server was so friendly and helpful (I’m very sorry we didn’t get her name—she was new, only having worked there a week or so, which shocked us). We started with the arancini and it was so good. We loved the dipping oil and bread—the oil was so flavorful with good balsamic and hints of crushed pepper and rosemary. My chicken parmesan was just ok—the chicken was a little rubbery/tough, but the pasta was good and the sauce was excellent. My friend had the gnocchi and I tried that and it was absolutely perfect. Overall, this was a great dining experience and I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for something away from the resorts and chains!

Excellent

By Bob |

bobv365 Beverly, Massachusetts 1 We randomly chose this Italian place and were pleasantly impressed with their service and food. Our waiter Eduardo was great and everything we ordered was excellent from our drinks to the calamari and eggplant appetizers to the lasagna, meatballs, veal parmigiana and the complimentary bread to desserts, everything was delicious and their prices were reasonable. I wish they had a place back in Boston!!

Bad Snobbish Service

By Jude |

Based on the reviews online, went there with high hopes but was sorely disappointed. There was service but of the most minimum basic kind. There were four of us but only provided two sets of utensils with napkins. The waiters walked past several times and intentionally not look at our direction even though there is only one other occupied table in the whole restaurant. When we asked for two more, just provided fork and knife without the napkins. We ordered pasta but did not provide spoons to any of us, only fork and knife. We ordered food meant to share but only provided one long sharing plate to one of the four of us, which occupied half the table. The whole experience was horrible. The waiters were not out to serve to make us comfortable. Instead, I felt a tinge that they were instead out to make us uncomfortable with our meals. And a general snobbish attitude. Will not return to this again. Bad service.

Great food but can be noisy

By Gene K |

Service was friendly and efficient. The food was very good. I had the tri-colored tortellini with filet tips; my wife had the pork shank with risotto - also great. The only negative we experienced is a loud noise level. We had requested outside seating, but a person at the adjacent table was having a very loud conversation with a person at another table - such that we would not have enjoyed our meal. Moving inside, while quieter, four people (who obviously had a few drinks already) were seated at a nearby table and got into a verbal altercation with a server. Good entertainment though!

Bienvenuti en Italia

Fantastic Italian Dishes

By DopeyNGrumpy |

During quarantine due to COVID-19 we had decided to send a meal to our daughter and her family for an interesting and special dinner. We ordered fettuccine alfredo for the grandchildren, lasagne and pollo marsala, and topped the dinner off with a fabulous desert of limoncello cake. They absolutely loved the dinner. They felt that the portions were a very good size and they even included servings of bread with an herb oil. When we travel to Orlando, our family is going to have to go to this restaurant.

Pessimo local, não recomendo

By Mário S |

We were very poorly served by a rude gentleman who refused to leave some grated cheese on the table for my 79-year-old mother who asked for it. Our chicken parmesan was disappointing, as it was processed chicken, horrible, just dough. We will never return. fomos muito mal servidos por um senhor grosseiro, que se recusou a deixar um pouco de queijo ralado na mesa para minha mãe de79 anos que lhe solicitou. nosso frango a parmegia, foi decepcionante, pois trata -se de um frango processado, horrível, só massa. na voltaremos jamais

Just OK!

By Travelsneats25 |

From the minute we sat down it took a solid 10 mins for our server to come and get our drink and appetizers in. We watched him bring bread to every table but ours and we already ordered appetizers, calamari and bruschetta. He never asked us if we wanted some bread and we had to ask twice for the soda I ordered. Calamari was so overcooked it crumbled and was hard. We sent it back and I have only sent food back once in my life! The sauce on my husband’s chicken Parmesan tasted like it was just tomato paste and had no flavor. My plate smelled and tasted like soap. I’ve had truffle and risotto many times and this taste and smell was so overpowering I couldn’t eat it. Now for the best part, the prices are way too high for the food and they automatically add gratuity which I realized why we were treated so poorly in such a classy looking place. He seemed as though we were bothering him and had an unpleasant demeanor. He dropped the check and we waved him back over because I told him to take the calamari off the check. I didn’t feel it was worth mentioning the food wasn’t even Macaroni grille par. This place looks nice but the food is just ok! No where near the price point they’re at and the gratuity being automatic showed in their service which is really a shame because I work in the service industry and knew that’s what it was.

Disappointing

By Islandwinelover |

Worst service ever in a restaurant. Bar tender was great but the waiter was completely lost. My veal parm was burnt to a crisp. I then ordered a salad in replacement of the veal. The salad was dropped down on the table and the waiter ran away leaving me with no cutlery. Never asked if I wanted another glass of wine. When my husband mentioned he should pay more attention to our table he replied that we work as a team. I guess he was expecting one of the other waiters to see if we needed anything, which of course they did not. I had a drink at the bar prior to dinner at happy hour but was charged $13 instead of $6. At this point I just wanted to pay and leave. We like to support family owned local restaurants and were excited to try this place. Never again. In addition they then canceled the reservation I had made on Open Table after we there for 45 minutes, not sure why unless they wanted it to appear that we never dined there.

Birthday dinner Italian style!

By Richard Zippin |

It got a 4 star because they advertised a scratch restaurant, but come to find out they use their marinara sauce as a base for their bolognese (meat sauce), as per the waitress when I asked why the bolognese looked like their marinara. She whispered that they just add meat to it. ! Portions were smaller than expected. I ordered the eggplant parmigiana without the marinara sauce because I don’t like marinara, so I asked for the bolognese. So when the dish came they put the marinara on the eggplant and a fake “ orange colored bolognese” meat sauce on just the spaghetti? (Not el Al dente, but undercooked). The eggplant must’ve been either reheated, old or left under the heat lamp before putting because the mozzarella on top of the eggplant was like a thick, tough, rubbery mat of cheese, not soft and creamy! So, why would the chef send out a dish with half marinara and half meat sauce? Maybe it was already had the sauce already on it? Your guess is as good as mine. Eggplant parmigiana was a mushy mess. And the Alfredo dish was salty? According to my spouse who’s birthday we were celebrating. They did a happy birthday plate with a candle on the tiramisu. And mini cannolis for the table ( the 2 desserts) So With 3 glasses wine, one calamari which was cooked perfectly, 4 dinners and two desserts, was just under $200. Before gratuity. Wait staff was attentive. It got busy around 6:30pm. Seems to be a popular place, the prices were Reasonable for the Disney Orlando resort area. Free valet parking. Check it out for date night!

Dependable Italian Food in Cozy Digs

Came here and had an easy Italian dinner. For starters, we had the bruschetta, which was wildly good. For an entree, I had the veal parmigiana. Wife had the salmon penne. Our friend had the gnocchi Sorrentina. They were all fresh, and made well. Drinks were just okay. Service was prompt & the ambiance was very nice. Overall a solid Italian dinner.

Terrible customer service

By Karen J |

I would like to be able to review the food, but we never received it. I used UberEats to schedule a delivery. The order was placed at 5 pm for a delivery between 8:15-8:45. However, the delivery time kept being pushed back. Three separate Uber drivers were sent to fulfill the order, but there was never any food. By the time the expected delivery time was 9:25, I cancelled the order. If a restaurant cannot accommodate scheduled orders via UberEats, they should not offer the service. Very frustrated and disappointed in the service.

I am obsessed with this restaurant!

By Leslie |

I am obsessed with this restaurant! Not just bc the food is literally the best Italian food I have ever had but bc the staff and venue is amazing! I was lucky enough to be able to rent out the private event room(which I highly recommend) for my 40th bday party and OMGOSH it was incredible! The food was so fresh and beautifully presented and of course yummola! They let us decorate and bring in the coolest photobooth! The service was beyond reproach! I couldn’t imagine having a better experience anywhere! I highly recommend this venue, not only for the beat Italian food but also for any event you may want to celebrate! I am a huge fan! Thank you to the Navarra family for making it such a delight!

Bolognese

By ADolores |

We visited the Vincenzo Cucina Italiana for dinner. We started by splitting a Ceasar salad which was good but our server forgot to put croutons on it. We ordered garlic bread to accompany our meal. However our sever brought out a basket of complimentary bread....would not have ordered the garlic bread if we had known. Had to ask our server for butter. I had the bolognese with penne note that there is an up charge for this substitution. The bolognese was delicious. I thought my wine was a little pricey at $15 for a house Chardonnay. Portions were generous so we had no room for dessert.

Terrific place

By pwesterhoff |

You wouldn't expect to find a fine Italian restaurant in a strip mall next to a bowling alley. But that's exactly what Vincenzo is. Fabulous food and service. Among our group the favorite dishes were the tri-color tortellini and the pesto spaghetti. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

Excellent food, poor customer service

By Sandra R |

The food was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our dishes, from appetizers to desserts. Unfortunately, the quality of customer service was only moderate at best. One example of the poor service was the lack of attention during our entrées: no one checked in with us to ask if we were enjoying our meals or if we needed refills, even though nearly everyone at our table had an empty glass. Additionally, we overheard one of the servers audibly sighing after clearing a table. Given that a 20% gratuity was automatically added to the bill, we expected the level of service to match the standard.

Amazing Authentic Italian

By tajopa |

The food is incredible, we were looking for an authentic Italian restaurant and happened to find Vincenzo. My parents have traveled to Italy many times and were very impressed with our masks. Our server, Manny, was awesome!!! Highly recommend this restaurant!!

Great atmosphere and Service

Delish authentic Al dente pastas tasty fish and desserts!!! Will definitely be returning to this restaurant. Loved the price fixed menu and Limoncello cake!!

Delicious

By CALawcock |

I was craving pasta and came across this place instead of a chain along International dr. I was able to order in a timely manner at the bar (take out) and didn't seem to wait to long for the food. Meanwhile was able to watch the bartender make fancy drinks, one included I think an old fashioned and he set wood chips on fire. I ordered the Fettuccini Alfredo and it was delicious. Came with bread and olive oil/parm cheese. My only qualms were that the bartender never smiled. And the price online and what I paid didn't match. It was like a $2 difference but still....

Great Italian in Orlando

By Michelle O |

I found Vincenzo's on Tripadvisor and based on the good reviews, made reservations a couple weeks before we'd be visiting Orlando. We arrived about an hour early than our reservation time and they were very accommodating to seat us right away. We ordered a calamari appetizer and it was very good. My son had a bowl of lobster bisque (which we all sampled) and it was very enjoyable. My wife and I also ordered a house and ceasar salad. They were fresh and the dressings were not overpowering. My wife and daughter ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo. It was fresh, cooked perfectly and very tasty. My son had the chicken parm and again was very tasty. By the waiters recommendation, I tried the Pappardelle Cinghiale. It was rich with a bold flavor and I enjoyed it very much. It was a little loud in our seating area maybe due to a larger dinner party in the room but overall a great dining experience.

Great Italian restaurant,

Great Italian restaurant, feels very upscale without the massive price tag. Service and food were excellent, highly recommend

A must if you like Italian and amazing food and service

By Pino B |

The most authentic Italian restaurant in Orlando. Bar none! Impeccable and attentive service and the Vincenzo was so creative in his authentic dishes. If you are lucky, you may get his mom and dad make an appearance and will explain why this restaurant is so wonderful!

Nice food!

By Kim N |

Went here in December as one of the first places to eat on our trip in Florida. The place was pretty nice, as was the food. Almost like some of the places I've visited in Italy, in my opinion! We liked it.

Massive disappointment, average at best.

By biztrav123 |

Wanted to have some Italian food, but refused to eat the petzo di merda chain Italian food all up and down International (I should have, after all, eaten at Carraba's, it'd have been better). they have valet parking, which you will need because the parking lot is packed. The valet was prompt and friendly....I didn't have a reservation so asked him if he thought I needed one for a party of one at about 8pm....he ran inside, came back out and said "yer all set". Sat down outside as the weather was beautiful and it is still cold at home. Took a while for my server to come around. He was very rushed and it showed. Kept forgetting to bring me bread. Ordered a glass of wine and sat way too long with the menu. When he came back for the order, I chose their arancine appetizer (sort of an odd arancini with a couple cheese and mushroom inside. I asked for a recommendation on what the house favorites were. He half heartedly called off a list of like 8 things...so seemed like he had no real input. I just went with a lazy choice of veal parmesan. Arancini came out....four tiny little arancini....honestly not even sure how they were rolled there was so little rice to them...plated on a creamy sauce that I thought actually detracted from the arancini. Tasty, but tiny. Veal parm came out...it was a decent sized piece of veal, but a tiny portion of spaghetti. What disturbed me was the dayglo red sauce, never seen anythign quite like it. The veal was kinda tough, coulda been pounded thinner and I'm pretty sure they are premade in abundance and warmed up. The most offensive thing was that it was not hot and they clearly did not put it under the broiler long enough.....the cheese had not even come close to totally melting and it was clear that they use cheap bagged shredded cheese because, as you picked at the unmelted cheese, it came apart in rectuangular shred pieces. Their website talks about fine ingredients...how bout you start with real freaking mozzarella on the parmesan dishes. Further, everything was way too salty, from the breading on the pam to the sauce. While I should have complained and gotten the meal heated properly, the meat itself was not cold, I was hungry, did not want to be there all night, so I ate it. Besides, the waiter didn't bother to come back and check on me, so I guess I could have flagged down another server or the hostess....but like I said, I was already unimpressed by the quality so getting hotter "meh" food doesn't it make it any less "meh". Didn't stick around for dessert Anyone who says this is fantastic food must live in the middle of nowhere where there are no Italians and Olive Garden reigns supreme. It is average, at best...nowhere near excellent.

Theo charge more than written in menu

By BobMika2014 |

We returned to the restaurant and the food was good, although only warm, the service is great, but it is unacceptable that they charge higher prices than the ones on the menu. the worst is only realizing it after leaving the restaurant. I don't think Vincenzo's posture is honest.

Dirty Cheese, watered down drinks, but tasty food!

By Matt B |

We stopped by without a reservation and we're happy that the host (who was also working as our server) was able to seat us outside immediately with no wait. We ordered a dirty Tito's martini (not too dirty) and an Aperol Spritz (which they had advertised in a neon sign above their bar, so sounded like a house specialty). The dirty martini had zero olive juice in it (they clearly forgot it), but what was odd is that it tasted mostly like water, as if they were watering down the liquor. I felt nothing off of the drink, on an empty stomach, so it was clearly watered down, if not mostly water. That was really disturbing. I hope someone looks into this bottles / procedures. The Aperol Spritz was served in a glass that had lipstick marks all around the rim (gross!!). We didn't see the waiter again for a long time and had a straw, so my wife tried it anyway. It tasted so badly that she only drank 1/3 of it, and then said she'd switch over to wine. I said I would too, joking that my cup of water (martini) had grown warm. We were charged $17 for the Martini and $16 for the Spritz. Yikes! When we finally saw our server again to order some wine, we told him what we liked and he was able to offer some suggestions. He clearly knew his stuff. The Chianti I had was excellent as was my wife's Sauvignon Blanc. We asked for bread twice (when we were able to flag down our server), and he said he'd be right back with it. Our meal came and went, and still no bread. We had lobster ravioli and a shellfish dish. Both were excellent! They do food very well, which is great! The server brought out meals and then quickly left a bowl of grated cheese next to us, saying to us "i'll leave this right here". It seemed like a lot of cheese. I threw some on my fish dish a few times and enjoyed it. Then, he stopped by, grabbed the dish and went and put it on another table! :o :o :o I don't know what the "food rules" are, but that seems totally gross! I hope I don't get sick from the communal cheese dish. Covid-infused parmesan, yuck! When we asked for our check, he brought it and then we got a somewhat of an apology, saying that they were very busy tonight and he was working as a server and the host. We hadn't said anything at that point and were smiling as we were engaged with ourselves in conversation, but he was a smart guy. He knew we didn't have a remotely acceptable experience. I mentioned that bread again, saying I would've loved to have had it for the sauce with the dinner. He could have offered to give it to us to-go, or something. I mean, we did pay for it. That cost is rolled into our meals. Plus, they charge $9 if you'd like their bread to-go which they put on the menu, so I suspected it was tasty! I tried to help them on my way out after we'd paid, by going to the host stand, but there was no one anywhere in sight. We paid $144 for a $50 meal. The drinks were overpriced and they underdelivered on them (something shady with their vodka). The food was very good, but between the lipstick and communal cheese, that's some kind of dirty and lack of care for the customers that I can't tolerate. I recommend you look elsewhere.

A Good Find in a crowded restaurant market in Orlando

By kpberk |

Believe there are over 200 Italian eateries in the Orlando area so it is tough to choose one. But if you are looking for superior dining as well as a nice place try Vincenzo. Moderately priced with a good variety of pasta, veal, chicken, fish and vegan dishes, our party of 6 enjoyed linguini with clams, egg plant parm, steak and pasta with veggies. All were well prepared and very tasty. Wine by the glass was not unreasonably priced. If you are looking for a place for family, friends or special occasions in a very nice restaurant then you will enjoy your visit. Service was excellent.

Best Italian Good EVER

By Leslie |

Unbelievably amazing experience!! From the food to the service, unreal! The Truffle Chicken Marsala is GOATED! The calamari is lightly fried and melts in your mouth and so does the Beef Carpaccio…the Bolognese is also top notch and don’t get me started about the drinks(espresso martini or dirty martinis w house stuffed BC olives to the homemade Limoncello)…just a fabulous experience! Highly recommend!

Romantic, Traditional and Exceptional Service

By scbleo |

Romantic, traditional, and exceptional service. This is a rich menu of Italian classics at extremely reasonable prices given the service and generous portions. The sauce is delicious and you will not go home hungry. We two arrived without reservations and were kindly greeted and seated in a romantic corner table for four. The music is soft in the background and it is perfect to set the mood for conversations and dining. There is a full bar with drinks and seating, but the dining room awaits with cloth napkins and exceptional attentive service. There is outdoor seating too, if you prefer to watch the tourist seeking parking and heading for the wheel or train rides. We shared a Caesar salad, and ordered the veal dishes. When the meal arrived, we realized that we could have shared one portion. It was so delicious, our leftovers ended up being our dinner the following night. Yes, that good. The warm sliced bread is made in house and sold if you want more. The service is what we enjoyed the most, for it was attentive and friendly. No one rushed us and we were able to truly enjoy our meal and wine. We were only sorry that we were so full from the meal, that we could try any of the desserts that night. Must say, this is now one of our favorite spots when in Orlando seeking a good Italian meal at decent prices.
