There were many of us having lunch here. We had come to Little Italy so we could see the town. We stopped in Vincenzo for lunch. We had Pollo Parmigiana, Meatballs, Bruschetta, Caprese Pizza, Pappardelle Bolognese. We all shared and everyone enjoyed everything! Our Server, Stefano B was exceptional. If we are ever back in San Diego, we will definately return!

Beautiful restaurant and fantastic food! We are italians and the food at vincenzo is really autentic! Highly reccomended!

This is nice restaurant with good food and good location in the middle of little italy area. I pick this restaurant due to the food in the menu and the location as well. The interior and ambient of the restaurant is perfect

For this restaurant being over-priced, the food was above average to good. Customer service was poor. Parking is on the street.

First, this establishment is not in La Jolla, it is in Little Italy. We originally reserved a spot at the cheese wheel bar, but it was too cold of an evening. Hostess was glad to seat us elsewhere. After a kinda slow start to service this place really hit the groove. Every bit of food was absolutely fantastic. Just so much flavor! You really should eat here, it was a great anniversary evening! Great hostess, great waiter, fantastic food.

Great food, atmosphere and service. Page and Shea were fabulous servers. Don’t forget to have a Spritz! We will be back on our next visit!

Went to Vincenzo’s for an early birthday dinner. From the moment we walked in, the service was wonderful. I had a Cosmo, we shared the bruschetta, and I ordered the special—short ribs with pasta—which was absolutely delicious. We finished with a limoncello cake. It was a lovely evening, and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

Terrible customer service at the happy hour bar. HORRIBLE. Sat down for 20 minutes without even being acknowledged. Ended up leaving. Do not recommend. 0 stars

In general the service was fine but nothing to speak home about. The food was sub par at best. The biggest problem was the eggs Benedict was cold. Not Luke warm even. The jambalaya was not seasoned. However my son did like the short rib Benedict.

The one star was for the friendly service but overall, food was HORRIBLE. we had the meatball appetizer which tasted like a frozen supermarket meatball, sauce was decent. Entrees were spaghetti carbonara- in no way shape or form like an authentic carbonara - avoid all together. And also has the chicken Marsala- ok but not memorable. Prices were crazy high for mediocre at best food. Avoid at all costs. Service was friendly and attentive but that’s the only star of the show.

They had an Aperol Spritz bar that was very attractive so we decided to stop by and check it out for lunch. Cheese Wheel Pasta is a must, specially their Bucatini Carbonara! I also tried out their Calamari and it was really good. Service was great! Overall a great experience.

Excellent service in the evening-Miguel-and we had to return for breakfast and it continued with Giusi. Delicious food, good ambience, great location. A must!!

The best Aperol Spritz I've had in my life and I am European! Lidia was a great bartender who made us this delicious drink. We've had a great and fun time at the bar with Lidia and other staff. Very friendly and kind people. Pizza was good, too. Highly recommending for an adventurous experience.

Several friends and I had dinner at Vincenzo's during a trip to San Diego. It is located in the vibrant section of Little Italy. We dined during restaurant week so several in my party ordered the special which included appetizer, entree and dessert. The artichoke appetizer was amazing! I ordered the parmigiano romano cheese bar, which was fresh pasta made in the cheese wheel. SO delicious!!! Dessert was tiramisu. Amazing!! An important note I have to mention is that after we left the restaurant and was waiting outside for an Uber, the busboy came running out with my wallet that I accidently left on the table. I'm extremely grateful that he did that and would've been lost without my wallet. I truly appreciate his honesty and service! Now that's how you take care of your customers!!

I had a great experience at Vincenzo! The service was excellent, Sophia was friendly, helpful, and made me feel really welcome. I ordered a pizza which was fresh and full of flavour, followed by a classic New York cheesecake that was the perfect way to end the meal. The decor was stylish yet cosy, and the background music added to the relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere. Located right in the heart of Little Italy, it’s a perfect spot for a casual bite or a relaxed evening out. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

We tried this elegant breakfast restaurant. The menu ranges between sweet and savory, the portions are satisfactory and the quality guaranteed. We highlight that the property is Italian as well as almost all the nice and young waiters. Prices are in line with the area.

We had an amazing breakfast. Simple fried eggs with apple sausage & a cappuccino. The apple sausage was absolutely delicious! Service was fast & friendly, although the waiter did appear impatient when it came to settling the bill. I did notice a 3.95% surcharge on the bill. When I questioned the waiter he claimed it was for restaurant expenses. Also, a 7.75% tax charge. Be cautious when you pay the bill, so as not to pay a tip on the surcharge & tax. As an Australian it annoys the hell out of me why restaurants can’t display their prices including surcharges & taxes. All in all a pleasant restaurant on the piazza in Little Italy.

We had a Great lunch- enjoyed the fettuccine alfredo cheese wheel , tiramisu and cannoli. Bebe was a fantastic server!!!

This was one of the loudest restaurants I have been in. The music was so loud you could not have a conversation. The service was terrible. The server had too many tables and was not able to handle the meals. We got our bread 10 minutes after we got our meals. We were never was asked if we wanted a second drink. The server acted irritated when we passed on the appetizers. It took forever to get our bill after we were done. This is a hard pass for a meal!

This is one of the coolest restaurants to come to San Diego! It is so cute, the atmosphere is really fun and vibrant, overall the vibe is great. I would highly recommend a girl's brunch and doing the Aperol Spritz tower!

Had a great time at lunch with a group of friends visiting from out of town! The vibe is fun and their Spritz tower is a must order!!

The spot is SOO good and much needed in Little Italy. I went for dinner with a friend and the ambiance was beautiful with delicious cocktails and food to match. The pasta cheese wheel bar is so unique and all the decor was just stunning. Will DEFINITELY be back!

Great food and ambiance! You can choose to sit inside or outside. I sat outside and found it enjoyable. The outside tables were segregated enough to where it felt private enough yet I could people watch. The restaurant was recommended to me for its cheese wheel pasta options and it did not disappoint. I took off 1 star because I feel I was “tricked” into buying a $7 bottle of water… As soon as I sat down I was asked would I like Still or Sparkling water. I stated I wanted Still water which I assumed would be just tap water. When a table next to me specified they want “just regular water” I realized I was going to pay… Food quality is good though so I would go again

Last day of the trip. Had all intention on going to Morning Glory which is above this restaurant. Well we didn't make any reservations, it was an hour and 30 min wait... um no. So we walked up to Vincenzo's and was immediately seated. Our hostess was an only child, his uncle owns and runs the restaurant, it's a family business. His parents live in Naples and he has only been in the states for 3 years. James was great, he made suggestions for breakfast, took pictures for us, even suggested a place to get a sandwich for our 5 hour flight. I think our bill was close to $50. That's the meal, a drink, and tip.

Ehhh. Mediocre at best. The cheese wheel pasta was probably the best out of the dishes ordered. Chicken parm looked like coagulated cheese on the chicken & basic pasta. Pizza so full of oregano it’s inedible. Won’t recommend & wont be back. Aperol spritz was good but not worth coming back for a drink. Cesar salad was excellent but again, not enough to run back for.
Best Apperal spritz ever
Dave makes the best Aperol spritz ever. This place was great, it wasn’t busy the time we were there so they really did take great care of us. I wish we could’ve stayed for food, but we had plans later to meet up with people along the coast. I love the decorations and all the employees seemed very friendly. I WOULD RECOMMEND
