We dined at WIN this evening and had a wonderful time. First they have valet so no problems with parking. We were greeted warmly and immediately shown to our table with booth seating. No drinkers so we started with a delicious mocktail. Everything we had was yummy from lobster bisque, yellow fin tuna, mahi-mahi and birthday crepe brûlée. The service and ambiance sealed the deal for us to return.

I dare say that I know Indonesian food. I grew up with an Indonesian mother and have visited the country on many occasions. So I can be pretty picky… But I must say – WIN Taste of Bali really delivered! I was impressed! We ordered: - Lobster Tempura (A): Delicious! Probably the best dish we tried - Krupuk (A): Takes me back to my childhood! Very good. Krupuk is a shrimp-based deep-fried cracker - Bali Grilled Pork Baby Back Ribs (A-): Very tasty - Chargrilled Tofu Bites (A-): Great consistency and quite flavorful - Chicken Satay – (B+) Not the best I’ve had, but good satay nonetheless. More peanut sauce would’ve been ideal - Vegetable Spring Rolls (B): Pretty good - Pork Wontons (B): Pretty good WIN Taste of Bali has a very extensive and intriguing menu. We’ll be coming back to try other menu items. Their service was great and their ambiance is inviting. We spent $108.79 for dinner for three (21% tip, water, 1 mocktail, 1 main entrée and 5 or 6 smaller dishes).

Win is on Peachtree street with free parking. Rice table had such a variety. We were there for lunch and will return for dinner. Very clean great atmosphere. Awesome service. Loved the kale , chicken and veggies.

The menu is designed for experiencing with others, so we tried quite a few tapas: Bali Beachside Grilled Shrimp Gluten Free popular Bali style chargrilled shrimp with ‘sambal matah’ relish of shallots, lemongrass, red bell pepper and lime, served with seasonal vegetables - so good! They will not be any leftover SATÉ BAR Six skewers Chicken Saté Plump chicken breast cubes, basted with ‘kecap manis’ sweet glaze and spices, grilled to perfection, perfectly paired with a creamy peanut sauce and crispy shallots - very juicy and the sauce is "chef's kiss" Pork Wontons Pangsit Goreng | Crispy wontons of marinated minced pork and egg, sweet and sour ginger dip - these are so cute! They came out shaped like a bird. Perfect for flying right into the ginger dip. Yum! SIGNATURE Bali Grilled Baby Back Ribs Signature Beachside style juicy chargrilled baby back ribs with aromatic herbs, brown sugar, and sweet soy glaze, even better dipped in chili sambal and perfect chased with an ice-cold beer. | Served with seasonal vegetables and your choice of side: fried rice / yellow coconut rice/crispy smashed potato - Super tender and falling off the bone! Bali Crispy Duck Half Duck Confit on the Bone | the iconic unmistakably Bali ‘rice fields’ style marinated crispy duck. fragrant with spices and fall off the bone tender, sliced for your convenience and perfect paired with sambal matah and enjoyed with a glass of hearty red wine! - tastes better the fried chicken int he most delicious way! Power Lunch Combo Crispy Chicken Rice Plate crispy chicken sprinkled with savory spiced ‘Kremes’ tempura bits @ServingLooksATL: Serving Up Fresh Picks!

Our group of four were the only customers on a Wednesday evening at this new restaurant. Two of us had the four-course Rice Table, which is served as individual courses rather than being buffet-style as I expected; one of us had the suckling pig, and one had prawns. All were excellent, beautifully presented and wonderfully flavorful. There is nothing which American tastes would find off-putting about this restaurant. It is a serious, first-class dining experience, and deserves to find a supportive clientele.

I have a fondness for South Asia food, i. e., Thailand, Malaysian and Indonesian. I was very happy to read about WIN opening in my hometown of Atlanta so I decided to check it out. Simply wonderful. I had a favorite Bakmi Goreng each of the four times I have been there for lunch over the past three months and I have never been disappointed. Each time I've added an appetizer of either chicken sate, shrimp sate and/or lumpia (vegetable spring rolls). All have been fantastic and their mixed drinks are reasonably priced and generous. This is one of those at least once a month restaurants. One last note: the owner/servers are very personable, offering several great sauces por gratis!

We went here specifically for the lunch Rijsttafel (meaning “rice table,” an Indonesian island food sampler dating back to the Dutch colonization of 1602-1942.). We fell in love with Rijsttafel when we had it in Amsterdam a few years ago. Rijsttafel is not pure Indonesian food but is a product of the colonial period and is known as “indisch” (IN-dees) cuisine. We had read about the parking and followed the signs to the second floor downstairs parking. It wasn’t quite clear where we should park but we did park in the right area and went over to the elevator. The parking garage is very dirty and run down, but I doubt that the restaurant has a lot of control over that. It is open to the outside so at least that’s good. We should’ve just walked outside as the elevator took us only to the condos and you have to go outside to get into the restaurant. We were the only people in the restaurant. Our hostess and server was very nice and service was excellent. I got a glass of chardonnay ($12) right away, and it didn't take long for our Rijsttafel trays ($14 each to come out. Our server said that they are visited at the restaurant by many Dutch people living in Atlanta who go for the Rijsttafel. There was tamarind soup with vegetables and peanuts; fried tofu; a salad with egg and tofu and spicy dressing; toasted coconut with palm sugar for the rice; rice; vegetable pickles including a hot pepper; chicken satay in peanut sauce: fried chicken; and beef rendang. Everything was wonderful! The chicken and tofu were light and crispy, satay and rendang were tender. The coconut topping on the rice was excellent. The flavors were distinct but complimentary. The meal was light but very filling. We were offered more rice but we were full. We are definitely going back for the dinner Rijsttafel ($28)!

I have had Rijsttafel in Amsterdam and plenty of Indonesian food in Jakarta, Bali and Sulawesi, Indonesia - this place is authentic and absolutely delicious. Very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere with excellent service. Also has full bar service and a limited but appropriate wine list.

Best Indonesian restaurant in Atlanta ever, hands down. The new Rijstaffel menu is superb. It offers rich and authentic Indonesian taste. Price is very reasonable. The place is nice and clean.

A hidden gem. Only open a month. Hadn’t had Indonesian food before but this was very good. Wife had salmon. I had chicken with a spicy sauce. Also had the tuna tacos and the gado gado (a great salad) to start. Also a good wine list. Excellent service by restaurant veterans.

***FOOD: scrumptious bite size appetiznearly everything was excellent Had sea scallops - excellent, Soft Shel Crab Tempura- excellent, Chicken, Lamb Beef Sate were all excellent, we had 2 orders because that's how delicious they were. Fried Rice-Ok, have had better, Rijsttafel-variety of foods on a platter-overall everything was good, some items we liked more than others, we just wanted to try something different. Bali Crispy Duck - small portion and it was OK, have had better and expensive for what we got, Yellow Coconut Rice-good, Green Crepe Roll dessert - was ok ***COST (OUT OF 4$) $$ for all we got it was reasonable cost, remember these are appetizer portions $10-$12, the Rijsttafel was $30 & the Sate Tasting was $32 ***DÉCOR: modern with curtains dividing dining area, booths, parking is very limited ***SERVICE: friendly service, attentive and food came fast ***RECOMMEND: HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place and would go back. wish they would open one up OTP

Taste of Bali in Buckhead Atlanta, GA. My tastebuds were delighted to experience the new entree, tender and delicious, grilled lamb!

Came for the reisttafel, I was so impressed that I will make this 140 mile round trip again without hesitation. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal and will be back for more authentic Indonesian cuisine. Thanks for a memorable meal

With a palate trained from years living in Indonesia, we were not sure what we would recognize from WIN on Peachtree but were happy on all counts from this newcomer to the Atlanta restaurant scene. From simple classics such as chicken sate, to reimagined salads such as gado gado, and more complex traditions such as spicey rendang paired with surprisingly elegant rice lontong, each dish evoked good culinary memories and new delights. Our dessert with hints of fermented cassava - tape - brought it all together. This restaurant is turning out some unique and imaginative flavours and presentations and is well worth a visit, and return.

I am living every day like I'm on vacation at @wingastrobar. My tastebuds were delighted to experience a Taste of Bali right in Buckhead Atlanta in every single moment. This restaurant's inspiration was taken from the rich culture and taste of the 17K+ islands of Indonesia to showcase the truest forms of cuisine, coffee, drinks, and culture! From the floor-to-wall decor and Gastrobar style tapas to the handcrafted cocktails I felt the long history of spice routes from Indonesia to the Netherlands and to the world. I definitely felt the love and care throughout my entire reservation. I highly recommend for all occasions: a romantic dinner, to enjoy with friends and especially the Saturday brunch that I will be back for. There is also patio seating, takeout, and delivery. My Favorites: Small plate (choose 3): Chicken & Egg Pillows: Martabak | Crispy pillows of chicken, egg, and spring onion, served with a tangy relish Corn Fritters: Bakwan Jagung | Crispy and plump fritters of whole sweet corn kernels, mild chili sambal dip Crispy Chicken Kremes: Ayam Goreng Kremes | crispy chicken sprinkled with savory spiced ‘Kremes’ tempura bits, perfect dipped into mild chili sambal dip Larger Plates: Bali Style Grilled Fish: chargrilled marinated mahi-mahi fillet with Bali spices, ‘sambal matah’ relish of shallots, lemongrass, red bell pepper, and lime, served with seasonal vegetables Signature: The Flying Fish: Crispy Whole Red Snapper | an absolute treat that every seafood lover must try, perfectly enjoyed hands-on, dipped into any of our homemade sambals, and chased with an iced cold beer, tropical cocktail, or crisp sparkling wine! Shareable Sides: Smashed Potato: Crispy smashed potato Dessert: Sarikayo Brûlée: exotic spices infused crème brûlée - Indonesian islands style, topped with crispy sugar layer Initiated by husband and wife Win is a must try! Pro tips: Try the housemade sambal and be sure to make your reservation ahead of time! SAVE this post. Follow @ServingLooksATL if you are hungry for more!

I lived in Indonesia for ten years. And I’ve been to Indonesian restaurants in Amsterdam. This restaurant right here in Atlanta is a WINner. The food is authentic, high quality, and tastefully presented.

If I could give a 0, I would! This was the worst experience! The place lacks professionalism and courtesy for any customer facing business! After waiting 20 mins to be acknowledged, allowing 3 reservations to be seated before us although we arrived before them (all were late), finally we were seated at a table. We had to ask management to send a server to our table. Before he took our order, he had the nerve to ask if the white couple seated next to us came before we did.... which they did not. He took both tables' orders. When we looked up, the white couple received their food. We waited 10 mins, then had to ask again for the server to come to our table... He never showed. We had to ask the manager (again) on the status of our order. Turns out the server NEVER PLACED THE ORDER. Of course we was pissed (still pissed). The issue is that not only did we see ppl who stood in line with us...eat and leave; when we addressed it with the server AND manager, our concerns was ignored, and our frustration was dismissed. I would NEVER eat at this restaurant. I will also make sure every avenue to provide a review is exhausted to ensure ALL can know what to expect if they dine here!

I've been lucky enough to travel most of the world and spend a lot of time in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and I've enjoyed a LOT of Indonesian food, BUT NOWHERE in the United Stated have I ever had such authentic and superbly prepared dishes. The Rijsttafel at Win, their superb service, their fantastic bar are a reason to visit Atlanta all on it's own. I've made it a policy since discovering Win to go there every-time I'm in Atlanta, it's simply too good and such a privilege to go there. Every single visit is without comparison, the aromas and flavors are simply amazing and the staff are cordial, well spoken and eager to invite you into the seductive pleasures that Indonesian food can offer. - Don't be afraid to try something totally new and exciting, you are going to love this!

My family and I visited this restaurant for my birthday celebration. We arrived at 6:30 pm during a weekday and the restaurant was scarce. Parking was free and is located in front and behind the restaurant. The food ,moxi cocktails, tea, and service was exceptional! They offer free refills on tea , soda products, and lemonade. However, the lemonade was distasteful! Please be advised that an automatic gratuity is charged for all parties regardless of size. My party size consisted of three people including myself and we were charged a gratuity rate of 18%. Also, military discount is provided with proper id. Since it was my birthday, I was gifted a delicious dairy-free sorbet ! The restaurant food and staff truly made my birthday meal memorable!

Excellent!! We went for late lunch looking for Indonesian type food, based on the reviews we knew it was going to be good, but never thought that good .. very recommendable, great taste, good portions, excellent service!!
Bucket List for sure.
This is true Balanise rijastaffel. Many different items brought out on a large tray. All delicious. The first time I had this style was in Bali atop a mountain in a very small place. I'm sad that there is not more people whenever I go there. Definitely put on your bucket list.
