I’ve been to many Asian style hot pot places, and I would have to say that this place is the most memorable. Amazing service and presentation! Excited to go there again soon!

I was amazed by the second I saw the menu of XPOT. If you are a Wagyu lover, you would definitely feed the same. They have so many choices, and all choices are top quality Wagyu from Japan directly. DON’T MISS OUT!!

This unique, high energy restaurant offered a tasty, experiential introduction to hot pot dining; albiet one where robots make deliveries to your table! While our hot pot got up to temperature, we started with a large seafood platter than teemed with dry ice fog. Each bite was better than the next. The fun began when the hot pot was ready. We dined on thinly-sliced wagyu, ribeye and pork, not to mention the multitude of vegetables provided. We all loved the food and no one left hungry.

This was my 1st time visiting X-pot, I was visiting with my family and it was really close. It was good. Service was good and so was the food. Great atmosphere, Would come back. Clean, good food, nice staff.

The food at X Pot is exceptional! They are very tasty and well prepared, and you can choose from many menu options. I love the service at the place, and the chef is so friendly with the guests and always takes care to offer the best quality! Food is also sold at affordable prices here. It was worth my time and money.

First visit here and definitely won’t be the last! From the moment we walked in and through your whole experience there, nothing but friendly and gracious staff. Jack was our server and he explained things very well. We took most of his recommendations. He took excellent care of us through the whole experience.

This place is one of my new favorites! We went for lunch, and it was not too crowded. I would recommend!

I was dating, and I came here for dinner. My partner and I were both amazed by the quality of the food. If you have a spicy pot, don’t forget to order the Szechwan ice Jelly, the waiter told us it is the best companion of spicy pot in China. Also, Wagyu Tarts are good, too!

It was my first-time eating hotpot, and it did not disappoint me. It was kind of weird when I first saw it. You literally drop the raw ingredients into the pot, and boil it, cook it yourself. After I try, I would say this exotic serve yourself cooking style is amazing. My friend told me the best hotpot comes with best ingredients, and I think XPOT wins on that part.

This was hands down the most incredible dining experience I've ever had! It was unlike anything I've tried before, and I'm already looking forward to coming back. The tenderness of the meat and the aesthetic presentation of the dishes left a lasting impression. The hostesses were incredibly friendly and helpful while we waited for our table to be ready. The hotpot experience encompassed a delightful range of options from seafood to beef to veggies, and every bite was truly spectacular. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for an exceptional hotpot dining experience.

Aaron was an amazing server! He made me and my family feel tended to. He was very polite and his customer service was exceptional! I will be coming back and requesting him once again! I always eat at this establishment so the food is always amazing! I had the black mussels with headless shrimp my cousin ate her raw oysters that she loves and my niece had some crab legs and head on shrimps and her drink looked so good was the Hennessy bowl drink so good!

Amazing good quality food! We left stuffed. Service was impeccable! The staff was very friendly, polite, and efficient. We had a great time here. Definitely recommend. I felt like a part of the family. Best dining experience ever. amazing amazing amazing

The restaurant, staff and server tried their best on the night. We ordered the all you can eat BBQ experience but found it a bit confusing. The menu is large and I thought there were 2 options when I booked but we were only given one on the night. We ordered our starters but the mains were pre-ordered for us. That said, you could add to this but realistically it was too much food once you had, had your starters and the pre-selects. The food was nice, but for us, I think there was just too much steak. If you are a meat-lover, you will enjoy this. Try to limit the starters to leave room for the meat main courses! We didn’t realise that the food would be cooked at the table too. Also a minor disappointment is that the robots didn’t come to our table at all. I guess this is random, but it was a disappointment. I think it will improve once they get more experienced in the delivery.

I have heard so many people talking about Wagyu from here, but no one tells me about the good seafood. I mean the Wagyu is perfect, but you would also like to try other stuff besides meat. I personally love the seafood, and all the hot pot flavors they offered. Loves it!

This place is my new go-to for high quality wagyu! The food is great and the experience too! We had the Wagyu tasting menu and loved every bit of it. There are special effects with almost every dish! Would definitely recommend!

Awesome! The Server, Ann was wonderful and very patient with us, and answered all questions and was spot on with all the recommendations. All we could have hoped for, the food is absolutely the best! I loved that it was not overly salted. I know how much salt I need! Huge portions, Great atmosphere and music, I am so looking forward to our next visit.

The entire idea of all-you-can-eat wagyu drew us to here. We made reservations online, and arrived on time and were seated immediately. I was surprised some banchan was already at our table. The place almost has a club like appearance . The server came by and asked if we had dined there before, and since we said no, he kindly went through the gold and platinum options. I found it a bit strange that he did not offer the silver menu, which is what we intended to have before making the reservation. I’m unsure if that was intentional attempt to upsell or not. We went ahead with ordering the silver menu. We were very satisfied with the quality of the meats and accompaniments. To prevent over ordering, there was a rule in place that you can only order 3 meats at a time, and I thought that seemed reasonable. There is a 90min time limit, and finished well before that. Overall, I enjoyed our visit. No complaints with the food quality.

We booked the food from Wagyu Tasting Menu in advance. It was little expensive, but definitely worth the money. I can’t even describe in words, how good the experience was. As well as the services, presentations, and etc. Maybe just like the name of main course, it was a Wagyu feast!

This place will awaken all your senses! The interior is nicely done. There’s fresh, high-quality meat, glitzy decor, performances, and all the right vibes. Definitely a must!

My friends took me here for the first time and I just had to leave a review because I enjoyed it so much! The service is very friendly and fast, and the dining experience was spectacular! Needless to say I will be back!!

Excellent hot pot. Great service. Good environment. Provided a lot of fusion with dining selections, and raw meat grades, and the soup base is extraordinary to be highlighted.

Paul was absolutely amazing. For two people that were brand new to this restaurant; he took his time explaining everything and making sure we were not overwhelmed. He checked on us often; food was so quick and so tasted great. Drinks had a nice flare to it; specially the old fashion with the smoke out.

Amazing customer service, to accommodate last minute change in a reservation! Great food atmosphere and idea and concept of a restaurant! staff is all focused on giving the clients their best experience!

Loved it my family and i took my sister out for her birthday on Sunday, and she really enjoyed herself. Great customer service Fresh delisious food. reasonable prices. it was soooooo good!! Highly recommend. We will visit again!!
