There were 11 of us. The staff was very good and polite. Placed our orders and got our food in a good timely manner.

We had dinner at this restaurant since it was in our hotel and we were impressed with both the drinks and dinner. Service was friendly and prices were reasonable. Our food was on pointe. I would eat there again.

When we first arrived, there appeared to be just one man doing everything. He was greeting and seating guests, taking orders, delivering food, and bussing tables. It took him quite a while to be able to seat us, but he was very apologetic about it. It also took a long time for him to be able to take our order (long enough that we actually considered walking out). However, I'm not sure if he called in the cavalry, or suddenly new shifts started, or what, but suddenly there were 3 more people helping (I think one was a manager), and service vastly improved. The Arugula Salad and Reuben sandwich were both very good. The waiters were very attentive, checking on us and refilling our waters/sodas as needed. On our way out, the original man apologized again, and thanked us for our patience. Apologies and thank yous are so much more important than many people seem to realize these days, and we left feeling very positive about this restaurant despite the rough start. This restaurant is very convenient, in the atrium of the hotel. It's a little pricier than other options may be (we paid around $50 for just an entree salad and a sandwich), but the food is good and there is value in the convenience of taking the elevator down and walking a few feet to get there.

Great food in the restaurant in the atrium at the Embassy Suites. The halibut was fresh and well-prepared. Our waiter Ihdir made some good recommendations.

We are staying at the hotel here and I was hangry so we went to waters. Great time! Amazing food and service! I quite recommend it and the sound of the falls is calming!

Great Service and Food My wife and I came here for our anniversary. We were unsure if this was the right choice but so glad we did. We want to note we were the only ones in the restaurant, so all attention was on us. Service - 5 Stars - It was amazing. Atmosphere - 4 Stars - It is nice, but if the hotel was crowded, it wouldn't have been as nice since it is open to the hotel. Cost - 4 Stars - It is a higher-end. It cost us $150 for the two of us, and we each had a cocktail. Food - 5 Stars - We started with the smoked wings. My wife loved them, and I thought they were above average. My wife ordered Grilled Beef Tenderloin, and she said it was fantastic. I ordered the jerk chicken, and it was amazing. Value - 5 Star - We would definitely come back. Overall - 5 Stars

Good dinner after a long day of site seeing. No driving needed. We had three "starters" to share instead of an entree and it was perfect for the two of us.

The food here is as amazing as the staff. Every plate is beautifully presented and tastes divine. The staff always have a smile on their face and willing to go an extra mile. We will definitely go back and highly recommend you try it too!
menu online is so wrong
i wasted my time coming here. I looked online to see the menu and when I got there, it was like a fry cook place, nothing like what the menu I looked at was. Chicken tenders and burgers, you can get that anywhere.
